Previously on SBPDL: Remembering When Blacks Complained Crime Crackdown “Project Exile” in Richmond, VA Was Effective Because It “Affected [Blacks] Almost Exclusively”

“Frodo: I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened.

Gandalf: So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.” — Lord of the Rings

Gun crime in the state of Virginia is overwhelmingly committed by blacks. It’s a fact the National Rifle Association (NRA) is afraid to admit, and every conservative runs from admitting.

Race and gun crime (fatal and nonfatal shootings) for every city and state in the USA represents the key to unlocking the truth about gun control in America. But both conservatives and liberals fear this door opening, for racial truths would flow forward, immediately requiring justification for being locked away from public consumption for so long, because lives could have been saved were they promoted and instituted into public policy.

And now, as Democrats in Virginia (courtesy of demographic change fueled by legal immigration and monolithic black vote) seek to pass massive gun control, white Virginia rises.

And now, one of the whitest states in America is offering those heavily white counties in Virginia declaring themselves Second Amendment sanctuaries the chance to secede and join West Virginia. [HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 8, West Virginia Legislature, January 14, 2020]:

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 8

(By Delegates Howell, Summers, Shott, Householder, C. Martin, Hott, Graves, Cadle, Barnhart, J. Jeffries, Maynard, Phillips, Foster, Hamrick, Steele, D. Jeffries, Wilson, Waxman, Bartlett, Paynter, Linville, Sypolt, Bibby, Hill, Ellington, Higginbotham, J. Kelly, Mandt, Pack, Dean and P. Martin)

[Introduced January 14, 2020]

Providing for an election to be had, pending approval of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and a majority of qualified citizens voting upon the proposition prior to August 1, 2020, for the admission of certain counties and independent cities of the Commonwealth of Virginia to be admitted to the State of West Virginia as constituent counties, under the provisions of Article VI, Section 11 of the Constitution of West Virginia

Whereas, The Legislature of West Virginia finds that in 1863, due to longstanding perceived attitudes of neglect for the interests of the citizens of Western Virginia, and a studied failure to address the differences which had grown between the counties of Western Virginia and the government at Richmond, the Commonwealth of Virginia was irretrievably divided, and the new State of West Virginia was formed; and

Whereas, Such division occurred as the Trans-Allegheny portions of Virginia perceived that they suffered under an inequitable measure of taxation by which they bore a disproportionate share of the tax burden; and

Whereas, That this perception was further compounded by the effects of a scheme of representation by which Trans-Allegheny Virginia was not allowed to have its proper and equitable share of representation in the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, That this arrangement arguably resulted in the tax dollars of Trans-Allegheny Virginia being used to enrich the Tidewater through internal improvements which did not benefit the people of Western Virginia, while the people of the Trans-Allegheny had little to no say in how their tax dollars were allocated; and

Whereas, Though this course led to an irreconcilable division, and the subsequent formation of West Virginia, yet, the longstanding peaceful cooperation between this State and the Commonwealth of Virginia is a sign that such separation, undertaken even under the most challenging and onerous of circumstances, can, with the passage of time, yield lasting results which are beneficial to both sides; and

Whereas, In the intervening years, the same neglect for the interests of many of the remaining counties of the Commonwealth of Virginia has allegedly been evidenced by the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, Particularly, many citizens of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont contend that an inequitable measure of taxation exists by which they bear a disproportionate share of the present tax burden of the Commonwealth; and

Whereas, The people of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont also believe that, currently, a scheme of representation exists by which the citizens of Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont do not have a proper share of representation in the government at Richmond; and, consequently

Whereas, The people of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont believe that their tax dollars are used to enrich the Tidewater and Northern Virginia through internal improvements which do not benefit the people of these other parts of Virginia, while the people of these other parts of Virginia have little to no say in how their tax dollars are allocated; and

Whereas, In recent days, these tensions have been compounded by a perception of contempt on the part of the government at Richmond for the differences in certain fundamental political and societal principles which prevail between the varied counties and cities of that Commonwealth; and

Whereas, In the latest, and most evident, in this string of grievances, the government at Richmond now seeks to place intolerable restraints upon the rights guaranteed under the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution to the citizens of that Commonwealth; and

Whereas, The Legislative body of West Virginia believes that this latest action defies the wise counsel which has come down to us in the august words of our common Virginia Founders: as the government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of that tribune of liberty, Patrick Henry-who stated to the Virginia Ratifying Convention in 1788 that “The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of a Signer of the Declaration and premier advocate of American independence, Richard Henry Lee-who stated in The Federal Farmer that “To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of that zealous guardian of our inherent rights, George Mason-who stated that “To disarm the people…[i]s the most effectual way to enslave them”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of the declaimer of our independence and theoretician of our freedoms, Thomas Jefferson-who stated in his first draft of the Virginia Constitution, that “No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms”; and

Whereas, The Boards of Supervisors of many Virginia counties and the Councils of many Virginia cities have recognized this dangerous departure from the doctrine of the Founders on the part of the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, These Boards of Supervisors and Councils have passed resolutions refusing to countenance what they affirm are unwarranted and unconstitutional measures by that government to infringe the firearm rights of Virginians; and

Whereas, The actions of the government at Richmond undertaken since the recent general election have, regrettably, resulted in unproductive contention and escalating a lamentable state of civic tension; and

ORDER IT NOW

Whereas, That, as has been proven in numerous instances, such as have been observed internationally in more recent times with the peaceful dissolutions of Czechoslovakia and the Soviet Union, and the creation of South Sudan, or, earlier in Virginia’s own history, with the formation of Kentucky, the peaceful partition of neighboring peoples can occur, and, is often very beneficial to both sides in reducing tensions and improving the tenor of discourse over ongoing political and societal differences; and

Whereas, Article VI, Section 11 of The Constitution of the State of West Virginia explicitly permits additional territory to be admitted into, and become part of this state, with the consent of the Legislature and of a majority of the qualified voters of the state; and

Whereas, In a spirit of conciliation, the Legislature of West Virginia hereby extends an invitation to our fellow Virginians who wish to do so, to join us in our noble experiment of 156 years of separation from the government at Richmond; and, we extend an invitation to any constituent county or city of the Commonwealth of Virginia to be admitted to the body politic of the State of West Virginia, under the conditions set forth in our state Constitution, specifically, with the consent of a majority of the voters of such county or city voting upon such proposition; and we hereby covenant that their many grievances shall be addressed, and, we further covenant with them that their firearms rights shall be protected to the fullest extent possible under our Federal and State Constitutions; and

Whereas, Providing that the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia shall give its assent to any county or independent city presently part of the Commonwealth of Virginia having the opportunity and ability to do so, therefore, be it

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the question of admission, or, the rejection of such admission, of any county or independent city of the Commonwealth of Virginia desiring admission to the State of West Virginia, and a majority of whose qualified voters, voting on the question, have approved such measure, prior to August 1, 2020, shall be submitted to the voters of the State of West Virginia at the next general election to be held in the year 2020.

Such proposal shall be placed upon the general election ballot in the following form: “Shall the following county (or independent city) _____________________(name), currently a constituent part of the Commonwealth of Virginia, be admitted to the State of West Virginia as a constituent county of the State of West Virginia.”

Should the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia give its assent to any county or independent city presently part of the Commonwealth of Virginia having the opportunity to do so, and such county or independent city desiring admission to the State of West Virginia, and a majority of whose qualified voters, voting on the question, not have approved such measure prior to August 1, 2020, but do approve such measure at a later date;

Then, this provision of this Act shall serve as an official request of the Legislature of West Virginia to the Governor of West Virginia to call a special session of this Legislature to provide for a special election to provide for the approval of the admission, or, the rejection of such admission, of such county or independent city; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Legislature directs that the Clerk of the House forward copies of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors of each county in the Commonwealth of Virginia who have voted to become sanctuary counties for firearms rights, and to the Council of each independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia who have voted to become sanctuary cities for firearms rights; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Legislature directs that the Clerk of the House forward copies of this resolution to the Clerk of the House of Delegates and Clerk of the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia and requests, in a spirit of peace and goodwill, that the General Assembly will allow this measure for the peaceful transfer of peoples and the restoration of harmony to the Virginias; and, further requests, in a continuance of such spirit, that any firearms legislation proposed by that body have an effective date far enough into the future so that this exchange of peoples and territory could be accomplished before the effective date of such legislation.

This means nothing right now, but everything at the sametime.

West Virginia is one of America’s whitest states, and those counties across Virginia declaring themselves 2nd Amendment sanctuaries are overwhelmingly whites, untouched by refugee resettlement and mass immigration that has turned Northern Virginia into a Democrat stronghold.

It’s implicit right now. But it can easily become explicit.

White Virginia is rising.

The nation is watching what’s happening in Richmond, Va (where virtually every fatal/nonfatal shooting is committed by a black person), a glorious city dominated by alien politicians bent on disarming white Virginians.

As we ought to be doing, as a nation, for the beleaguered white people of South Africa. But we're no longer a white nation, so we're not permitted to help white people.

The offer to the counties of western Virginia ought to be fulfilled without any issue beyond plebiscite. If freedom means anything at all, it means freedom of association--for both people and polities.

I live in PA, work in Baltimore, and have a retreat in WV. I hope it always has the reputation of being “redneck,” “backward,” “white trash,” and hillbilly.” Right now, dark people have no fear at all going into white neighborhoods. There needs to be more healthy fear, and WV still has that reputation. It also needs to stay undeveloped because enrichment inevitably follows the great cities white men build.

  4. I went for my daily hike this afternoon as a middle school was being let out. There are definitely more negroes here every year (Central Orange County CA). The 2010 census says 2%. I think it is at least 5%. The big complaint here is that even those with good jobs cannot afford to live here.

Hard to believe these are corporate transfers as corporations are either leaving or not expanding in CA. They do not appear to be resettled refugees.

I wonder if there is a government program or foundation that provides funding to diversify neighborhoods. Something that is run very discretely.

Then again, maybe it’s Drumpf’s record low black unemployment record. That’s one of the reasons we voted for him, right? I think that was one of his most popular themes during his campaign next to wars for Israel.

"I wonder if there is a government program or foundation that provides funding to diversify neighborhoods. Something that is run very discretely."

You just gave a good description of Section 8, the government program that subsidizes housing costs for "underprivileged". Some call it "Section Ape". I am in SoCal also, and see this here. The housing costs/rents in this area are insane, and no way some Somali jungle brood can afford living here on their own. And, not just the housing. Most of these homes that I suspect are covered by Section 8 have fairly new cars, sometimes more than one, in their driveways and garages, cars much newer that mine, although I prefer older cars anyway.

This government subsidized housing also plays into the H1B1 situation. Big corporations who support immigration benefit from this, by paying immigrants less than American citizens. With subsidized housing to immigrants they can live in high cost areas, and the corporations can pay less to their imported employees. This all plays into "diversifying" areas considered to be "too White".

  6. Whoever dreamed this up is a genius. I love the way they referenced our Founding Fathers in the resolution. They would be proud. I saw on Fox News last night that VA’s governor is calling for a registry in the state of ” assault weapons” owners and that non-compliance will result in a $100,000 fine and years in jail. People, if that comes to pass, it no longer is just their fight, but our’s, too. At some point, we’ve got to band together. Today, it’s “their state.” If they succeed there, tomorrow, it’ll be our state.

I spent a lot of time at my cabin in the north central mountains of PA, in addition to weekend adventures in upstate NYS, the White Mountains, and more rural parts of Appalachia. So yes, there is something very comforting about a white place. You get away from all the nervous suspicions. People are open and friendly and warm. (This may also be true of Asians in an Asian place, blacks in a black place, etc. Being white, I wouldn’t know.)

This could be the start of something big. Quiet, but big.

  25. This is due to the Obama Admin.’s 2015 HUD housing vouchers that pay 1/3 of the rent to integrate white zip codes. I see the same thing as you do where I live. The 2010 US Census stated that blacks were 3.4% in my city, but now I know it’s 5% or even greater, because of the PD’s Facebook page of most wanted, growing black presence at local parks, grocery stores and an increase in the numbers of black children leaving the elementary schools at 3PM then walking to the city library where they wait on the mother or some other grandmother-type to retrieve them. The library, surrounded by $300,000 houses, had to hire a security guard service last year to keep order M-F and to prevent theft.

HUD changed the name to Public and Indian Housing. It should be named Black and Mestizo Housing.

Two “young men” in their “early twenties” from Detroit were apprehended as they attempted to flee the area. Also the story this morning revealed that both have “ multiple warrants for their arrest”.

The other night on JF Gariepy's YouTube show, "The Public Space," he had on a young white Afrikaner who is walking from Texas to DC to raise awareness for the plight of his people. The hardships, torture, and murder they are enduring at the hands of the black majority is indescribable and a crime against humanity. Farmers are having their land, which have belonged to their families for generations, stolen from them without compensation.

After Tucker Carlson raised the issue on his show a year or two ago, Trump supposedly ordered Pompeo to look into the situation. But I have heard crickets since.

Russia was praised for bringing in thousands of the Boers, and even giving them land to farm. I wish that JF had asked the young man if Russia is still doing so, and how many actually emigrated. There appears to be no hope for them if they stay in SA.

That's one of the reasons we voted for him, right? I think that was one of his most popular themes during his campaign next to wars for Israel.

“I wonder if there is a government program or foundation that provides funding to diversify neighborhoods. Something that is run very discretely.”

You just gave a good description of Section 8, the government program that subsidizes housing costs for “underprivileged”. Some call it “Section Ape”.

This all plays into “diversifying” areas considered to be “too White”.

    General Assembly Start is Historic
Changes in the Legislature go well beyond a change in the majority party.

By Kenneth R. “Ken” Plum, Patch Contributor
    Jan 15, 2020 10:47 am ET

Virginia’s government has been termed representative since its start-up in the church in Jamestown in 1619. It took 400 years to achieve true representation as it has this year—more persons of color than ever before, a multi-fold increase in women to 41 of 140, and more ethnic diversity than ever before. While the flip from red to blue partisan control is often mentioned, the more dramatic change is the shift from male to female dominance in leadership. Making up the leadership is the first woman Speaker of the House who happens to also be the first Jewish speaker, the first woman floor leader of either party who happens also to be a woman of color, the first woman clerk of the House of Delegates, the first woman President of the Senate who happens also to be a woman of color, and the first woman chair of the Senate Finance Committee who happens to be my good friend Senator Janet Howell. What a way to start a new session and a new era! We are making herstory!

My committee assignments have changed reflecting the fact that I am once again after two decades serving in the majority party. I will continue to serve on the Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources Committee as I have for 38 years except that now I will be chairing the committee. I expect significant environmental protection legislation will be forthcoming this year. I am returning to the budget-writing Appropriations Committee on which I served for many years before being removed when partisan control of the House changed. I will continue to serve on the renamed Communications, Technology and Innovation Committee of which I was co-chair when it was first organized as the Science and Technology Committee a couple of decades ago. I will also be serving on the newly designated Public Safety Committee taking over jurisdiction of the former Militia, Police, and Public Safety Committee. I am on the Gun Safety subcommittee that I know will be passing meaningful gun safety laws including my universal background checks bill.

Social media posts indicate that there will be more people coming to Capitol grounds this year especially on January 20 to protest the bills that have been introduced to end gun violence. Under rules adopted by the new majority, guns will not be allowed in the Capitol or the Pocahontas Building where legislative offices are. More security measures have been put into place than ever before. Be aware that your visit to the Capitol may take more time with the additional security precautions that are being taken.

“…there will be more people coming to Capitol grounds this year especially on January 20 to protest the bills that have been introduced to end gun violence.” It’s clear he sees law-abiding white people as the problem and disarming them is the key to ending “gun violence.” Memo for DWL Delegate Ken Plum: Law-abiding white people aren’t the problem, and you know it.

He also refrains from mentioning the new DAs now in place who are implementing “criminal justice reform” who will relax how law enforcement and the judicial system deal with dindus.

Gee, Ken, how can we thank you enough? /sarc

OK, if you say so boomer -- "LOL"

Plum is an(other) example of why term limits are now essential: "I am in my thirty-ninth year of service representing the 36th District in the Virginia House of Delegates. I am a retired teacher and school administrator, having been employed by the Fairfax County Public Schools for nearly 30 years." -- while some may object, I'm willing to call him a career politician (in any case, he's lived off taxpayers his entire life) -- and career politicians make up a vested interest group for whom an ever-expanding government with ever-widening powers is an advantage -- these people need to be regularly kicked out of office and back into the real world.

    Plum is 78 y/o.

I spent a lot of time at my cabin in the north central mountains of PA, in addition to weekend adventures in upstate NYS, the White Mountains, and more rural parts of Appalachia. I'm an avid outdoorsman and unapologetic about it -- especially to my former limousine liberal coworkers who were terrified of those on the outside of their urban bubbles.

I now reside in one of the most remote areas of the Mountain West, but still spend significant time back East.

Thanks. It's a world of difference being out here, but I don't believe that it will last forever, especially if you look at what they're doing to places such as Fargo re: refugee resettlement. Nonetheless, it's wise to be at least 400 miles from any major urban area for when kinetic warfare erupts. 400 miles is the golden rule as that equates to the average mileage for a full tank of gasoline in most vehicles. Denver and SLC are the only two major urban areas in the Mountain West and it's easy to distance oneself 400 + miles from either.

After you separate all those White counties and consolidate them into West Virginia, WV will still only have two senators, while the diminished source states will have two each. That seems to me like a dilution of White political power.

    Replies: @D-FENS, @Augustus

If the Whites that remain in VA are unable to elect a sympathetic candidate, their votes don’t matter. Better to consolidate in WV and have a better chance of electing good candidates.

That is, if you still believe we are going to vote our way out of this.

If you've wondered what happened to the state government in Virginia, read this article written by a Democratic politician. The picture accompanying the article is informative too.

Main take-away points: There are now more liberal white women, more orcs, more female orcs, first Jewish Speaker of the House (female), etc.

    General Assembly Start is Historic
Changes in the Legislature go well beyond a change in the majority party.

By Kenneth R. "Ken" Plum, Patch Contributor
    Jan 15, 2020 10:47 am ET

Virginia's government has been termed representative since its start-up in the church in Jamestown in 1619.

"...there will be more people coming to Capitol grounds this year especially on January 20 to protest the bills that have been introduced to end gun violence." It's clear he sees law-abiding white people as the problem and disarming them is the key to ending "gun violence." Memo for DWL Delegate Ken Plum: Law-abiding white people aren't the problem, and you know it.

He also refrains from mentioning the new DAs now in place who are implementing "criminal justice reform" who will relax how law enforcement and the judicial system deal with dindus.

Gee, Ken, how can we thank you enough? /sarc

OK, if you say so boomer — “LOL”

Plum is an(other) example of why term limits are now essential: “I am in my thirty-ninth year of service representing the 36th District in the Virginia House of Delegates. I am a retired teacher and school administrator, having been employed by the Fairfax County Public Schools for nearly 30 years.” — while some may object, I’m willing to call him a career politician (in any case, he’s lived off taxpayers his entire life) — and career politicians make up a vested interest group for whom an ever-expanding government with ever-widening powers is an advantage — these people need to be regularly kicked out of office and back into the real world.

I once spent a vacation in West Virginia. I never met nicer people. I would love to retire there.

So yes, there is something very comforting about a white place. You get away from all the nervous suspicions. People are open and friendly and warm. (This may also be true of Asians in an Asian place, blacks in a black place, etc. Being white, I wouldn't know.)

This could be the start of something big. Quiet, but big.

Nah, it runs deeper than that. According to an SJW I know, it's the fault of ambulance chasing lawyers promising big payouts to people who have suffered side effects from Truvada. In his deluded mind, it scares people from going on the drug in the first place. Nevermind the fact that Truvada only reduces the risk of catching HIV. It offers no protection from the remaining smorgasbord of STDs.

Oh, and apparently "STD" is an evil thing to say nowadays, because it attaches stigma, blame, triggers the insecure, whatever. These days, I hear the politically correct term is "STI"...Sexually Transmitted Infection.

And, let's not forget White Privilege. He worked that into part of the reason that Baltimore ranks so high on the STD list, but the reasoning was so convoluted it went over my head. Somebody stop this damn ride, I want to get off.

Isn't this the sad truth? I lived in NYC for a couple of years and was sickened by the degeneracy that was blatantly displayed throughout Chelsea. Parts of Brooklyn were just as bad, especially the hipster-ridden Williamsburg. Sex means nothing to most of these degenerates and they expect you to bow to their evil ways.

It was shortly after Obama won the White House in 2008 when I became of victim of a "thought crime". I worked for a small VA-based professional services firm that had offices in Manhattan and across the Atlantic. One of my bosses who were a VP was a Buchanan-type Paleoconservative. My other boss, who was also a VP, was a Bloomberg-type Progressive. My coworkers, who were mostly contractors, were all in the Obama boat -- and many of them voting Democratic for the first time in their lives. Another coworker was a self-identified Dyke who was outspoken about her distaste of Conservatives -- and would often attack their intelligence as being "inferior". The owner of the company was a fervent liberal and the Dyke admired his leftist ideologies. All of the executives and employees - except for the office manager -- were White.

Long story short, I kept a low profile at work and never spoke much of my ideologies -- especially politics. The recession started to creep in on us and many of my coworkers lost their jobs from mid-October through mid-November. I was one of the last to get laid off, but there's a caveat to this scenario, and it was only after I spoke out against Obama immediately following his victory. Some of my coworkers appeared shocked that I didn't support "the Messiah". A couple of days later, after the office learned of my political beliefs, I was laid off -- on my birthday.

I often question whether their decision to lay me off was purely based on economics as they proclaimed. I believe that my contempt for Obama played into their decision.
