Previously on SBPDL: Non-White Democrats in Virginia Seek to Outlaw White Flight and Creation of White Suburbs

It’s time to admit the reality of life in 2020 America: Democrats/liberals view non-whites as weapons to destroy social capital in homogenous white communities. Weaponizing diversity is the ultimate way to eliminate white privilege, right [Maryland Lawmaker Seeks to Force Low-Income Housing into Suburban Neighborhoods, American Greatness, January 9, 2020]:

A Maryland lawmaker is pushing a bill that would deliberately target more “affluent” suburban neighborhoods and force more low-income, high-density housing into those areas in the name of equality, according to The Daily Caller .

House Delegate Vaughn Stewart (D-Md.) outlined his plans for a “Homes for All” law aimed at “legalizing the construction of modest homes in neighborhoods close to affluent schools, reliable transit, and good jobs.” Vaughn further claimed, without evidence, that “local governments have weaponized zoning codes to block people of color and the working class from high-opportunity neighborhoods.”

This plan operates on the unconfirmed, and most likely false, premise that it is the neighborhood or location that leads to success, instead of other key factors such as family stability. CityLab staff writer Tanvi Misra further expanded on this, saying that the success of these neighborhoods is less about the location and more about the fact that “the kids who grow up there are very likely to have a father figure.”

This attempt in Maryland is the latest in a series of efforts by Democratic lawmakers to impose low-income housing on affluent neighborhoods, as previously reported. Some have even gone so far as to call such neighborhoods “racist” and not environmentally-friendly.

In a society governed by extreme egalitarianism, freedom of association is but a pipe-dream. Our elite, and those elected to govern and dictate our lives, utilize diversity and multiculturalism (non-white legal immigration/refugees) as a weapon to bludgeon whats left of the Historic America Nation.

It doesn’t matter the state, but the same anti-white animus drives the motivations of elected Democrats to try and bludgeon white conservatives with the very diversity they flee via seeking refuge in the suburbs of formerly thriving (now heavily non-white) urban areas.

The restoration of restrictive covenants would bring back sanity to the USA overnight (which is why the NAACP spent 30+ years waging legal war on them, culminating in Shelley vs. Kraemer decision in 1948), but this would require individual white people to admit they have collective interests worth fighting for and defending. We once did this, in a nation long forgotten: it was called the United States of America.

These idiots think racial animus is rampant now, just wait. Can you imagine a tree lined, winding street with five bedroom homes, and a high rise project on the corner. I grew up in a city that was block busted in the 1950’s and 60’s. One white family after another moved out. The city went from all white to 98 % black in fifteen years. If you drive through that city today you would think that you missed the ww11 battle fought on United States land. Social engineering is anathema to civilization.

This is the classic “magic soil” argument. What’s needed is one of two things. White people to stand up for themselves and state the obvious, or Mr. Stewart suddenly acquiring an acute case of lead poisoning.

  6. No one is safe–that is the principal message. These people have made their own ‘hoods dangerous, and now they and their minders want to make sure your neighborhoods get wrecked too.

Somehow I doubt that Palm Beach, Bel Air, Park Avenue and the Hamptons will be at risk.

For the rest of us, stay on acreage with no public sewer hookups. Well water is a plus too. But the lack of public sanitation is the primary protection–ironically enough–against the fouling of your living space. Because it’s an effective limitation upon occupancy, zoning or no zoning.

“High opportunity neighborhoods” begs the question of who created “low opportunity neighborhoods?” I think we all know the answer.

So we are to believe in magic dirt, where fathers stay home, responsible parents work as an example to their children, manners are still important, crime is low, and the schools are “good” simply because of their location. Yeh, riiiight.

Okay, here’s my solution. Vote for me and I’ll send dump trucks and graders to scrape up, load, and haul the dirt to blighted neighborhoods. They’ll all become Wakandas. Do I be smart, y’all, or what?

  9. Ironically, I think if they try this stunt in Maryland, it’s going to backfire and they’re going to screw over the semi-functional minority neighborhoods moreso than getting back at Whitey. At least, from my experience in Maryland, by and large, Whitey has left the big cities, and even the nearby suburbs, and fled to the exurbs, countryside, or whatever you want to call it.

Most of these nice, new neighborhoods being built in Maryland, where they whine about “gentrification” or “colonizers” are still heavily minority. They’re just well-to-do minority, often bolstered by AA type government jobs and such. So, by mixing low income housing into those neighborhoods, they’re going to be hurting their own, more than the white people they think are the enemy.

Once you get away from the suburbs and dieversity they offer, I think most of Maryland is too thin and spread out. Not enough infrastructure and public transportation, to easily support low-income housing.

Now simply living away from the toilets that we call urban areas is being introduced as a form of racism. The revenge that these people want is coming to the surface and we’re allowing it. My state of Florida almost lost the governors office to one of these mutts, thank goodness for North Florida that still hasn’t caved to the mongrels that have completely overrun the Orlando and south region of the state. The reality of what happens when they displace whitey isn’t lost on these politicians, the real reality is they don’t give a damn because it doesn’t affect them for the most part. The acquiescing to the black lobby that wants nothing less than vengeance and total control of whitey becomes more clear by the day. And it’s as simple as finding a perceived injustice, start bitching about it in public, attach the R word to it and simply watch the little baby grow.

That’s it exactly. The more people I talk to who still indulge in watching sports admit that they’re getting tired of watching the product because it’s completely dominated by thuggish feral nogs whose behavior on the field is increasingly ridiculous and irritating.

Side note: I used to watch the NFL growing up as a kid and into my early 30s. I gave it up over a decade ago as I found much better things to do on Sundays. Recently, however, I found some old VHS tapes of some NFL games from back in the late 80s. It really was a different world back then! The game was far whiter; the blacks, for the most part, would simply hand the ball off to the ref when they scored a touchdown instead of turning it into some ridiculous, monkeyshines “LOOK AT ME NIGGA!!!” tribal dance like today. And the commercials!! Ah, yes, the commercials….almost entirely white people instead of this overly ridiculous “let’s make sure 80% of the people in our commercials are blacks!” like today.

Small wonder more and more people are turning this crap off. And they rightly should and do something better with the time they have left…because there’s probably less time left than they realize. And that goes for all of us. Get ready for what’s coming our way.

  22. The planned “ affordable housing” influx would typically require a substantial revision/ deviation to existing land use and zone laws for the respective targeted neighborhoods.
In fact, such revision/ deviation proposal is nothing other than that…….. a request, placed before the citizen’s government. There is nothing “ inevitable” as to neighborhood change. If the citizen’s local government does agree to land use and zone change, the citizens can appeal the decision. Assuming the citizens can weather criticisms, “ Racist”, not willing to embrace “ Vibrant”, “ Diverse” influence, or simply move out in yet again another White Flight Stampede.
    NIMBY is a Just Cause.
Many Whites have already fled a declining neighborhood, we can’t or will not just keep Moving to the next Edge City or Place.Because we live here.

The Blacks pursuing white neighborhood Shift are in fact engaged in an a Unjust call for Justice.

  23. @Brute

now we’re fleeing our once-safe suburbs.

More people than ever are moving to the suburbs. No one’s going to move to rural Idaho because there aren’t any jobs in rural Idaho.

The places which are growing most are urban/suburban areas with cheap housing costs. Those which people are fleeing are those with high housing costs due to zoning. See this map:

  24. @Anonymous

Can you imagine a tree lined, winding street with five bedroom homes, and a high rise project on the corner.

I live in a neighborhood like that in Colorado. I’m right on the line separating the White area to the North from the Hispanic area to the South. The white area to the north has many ritzy, five-bedroom homes. Apartments are going up all around in both the White and Hispanic areas, though relatively more in the latter. And who lives in the new apartments? Whites are just as likely to be there as Hispanics, many moving away from areas like California where NIMBYism prevents you from building anything and leads to very high housing costs. There are also people coming from the predominately white rural areas of the state or neighboring states, where traditional industries are declining and people are losing jobs.

I’m sure some boomer commenter will correct me, telling me that allowing apartments to be built always means infinity black single mothers moving in, that my eyes are lying to me when they notice young white people moving into newly built apartments. There’s a lot of “revealed preference” in my city, where whites seek out white neighborhoods even as they sing the praises of diversity. There’s also revealed preference for living in apartments close to one’s workplace, so you don’t have to spend two hours a day sitting in traffic.(Which would be a whole lot better if we had congestion pricing, but that’s another rant.)

There’s a saying that the job of liberals is to make mistakes and the job of conservatives is to assure that those mistakes are not corrected. So the upper-middle class gets its tax cut so it can afford private school, gets it’s zoned neighborhood, while the white working class has to live with diversity, send their kids to public school, pay more due to the shortage of housing caused by those zoning policies. And then the upper-middle class can sneer at poorer whites for “racism.” I’m not arguing for “accelerationism” or joining the far-Left in general. If you’re one of the Republican legislators in rural Maryland, focus on your own community. There’s no reason to white knight for suburban democrats.

Ah, young grasshopper, like most people, through no fault of your own, you have no information about how this worked in the past. Young Whites with no children live in the neighborhood, then have kids and the place gets too small. The landlord doesn’t like having empty apartments, so he goes section 8. Quality of life goes down, the Whites keep moving away, next thing you know, you’ve got a ghetto. No White parent puts up, for long, with their kid getting beat up, robbed and poorly educated. At least that how it worked in the past. I understand things change and people tell me you youngsters get along great with the coloreds. We’ll see. Seems like a lot of Whites get robbed, raped and murdered in mixed neighborhoods, but what do I know? I’m just an old White guy who lived through it as a kid.

Maryland is the state which had the largest increase in its black percentage between 1970 and 2010, from 17.8% to 29.4%:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_and_territories_by_African-American_population

The growth in similarly black states in the South has been much lower. The reason is differential fertility. In Alabama, blacks are only slightly more fertile than whites. In Maryland they are significantly more fertile. Similar increases can be seen in other parts of the Northeast such as Connecticut, which went from 6% to 10%. But they couldn’t compare with Maryland’s combination of a deep-rooted black population and a very infertile white population.

The moral of the story is that Maryland’s whites should keep doing exactly what they have been doing. Keep those zoning laws harsh. Keep housing prices high. Then keep scratching your head why young whites aren’t forming families, why your kids can’t afford to move out of your house.

I don’t know…. loss of ground is loss of ground.

But whose ground? Not ours, that’s for sure. So, why are we sacrificing our time and effort on preserving territory that doesn’t belong to us? Territory occupied by people who undermine us? In whose benefit is that? The Left, especially the white Left, has no problem foisting problems on us while hypocritically avoiding the same for themselves. If you want that to stop, you’ll have to give them a dose of their own medicine; you’ll have to deprive the Left of their main weapon — moral superiority. Expose their hypocrisy and shame them publicly. Make it clear that you will continue flooding their neighborhoods with immigrants, refugees, and criminals until they stop mass immigration for our side.* It’s as simple as that. … but even that concept the right doesn’t get. Smh.

As Anatoly Karlin commented the other day — perhaps exasperated at rightwing failures — maybe you guys deserve to lose?

This kind of comment highlights the main problem with the right these days: its lack of human capital also means it lacks the ability to think strategically and over the long term — every battle is all or nothing, win or lose. Real life conflict often doesn’t turn out that way. This is why the Left runs circles around you guys. Wars aren’t just about winning a single big battle, they are about removing both your enemy’s ability and their will to fight; they are about picking your battles wisely and from a position of strength; implication: the position is also a point of your enemy’s weakness.

In this case, removing the Left’s main weapon — moralism — from their bag of tricks by publicly exposing their hypocrisy will simultaneously weaken them and while also strengthening us, even if some areas are no longer white as a result. The alternate policy is to have your communities irretrievably altered while your enemy’s stay the same. That’s a losing strategy. Therefore, we should support this policy as it provides superior potential benefit over the alternative. We should also encourage POC to continue it into other upperclass white democrat-voting areas. Only when that side of the political spectrum is totally defeated and humiliated can we make progress because they currently hold the high-ground and all the keys of power.

*Another thing the right doesn’t seem to understand about conflict is the concept of mutually assured destruction (MAD), the same policy that has prevented nuclear war for over half a century. Basically, you make it clear to your enemy that any provocative action by them will be met with an equally devastating response. If they don’t want to incur the consequences, even if they have the stronger hand, they will leave you alone. Stand up to a bully once, and they’ll leave you alone. Instead, the right adopts all the left’s premises under the cowardly assumption they can take some kind of intellectual high ground, perhaps enough to cause the left to reconsider their assault and back off. That’s nuts. Winners don’t give up for no reason when they are currently winning.

All the studies show emotionalism, not rationalism, is what decides most people’s opinions and wins arguments; your emotions don’t care about other people’s facts. Therefore, make this a personal, emotional conflict. And that’s is why the Left wins. They peg you as racist (an emotionally-laden charge) and you adopt in response an inferior response that guarantees a loss. So, what could you do in accordance with the MAD doctrine to win? As I said, support flooding their neighborhoods, schools, clubs, and the like with mass immigration and then rub their faces in the consequences. They will then either stop or they will, at the very least, meet a bit of justice for their actions. At least then you get something out of it.

Virginia is strongly considering the same measures and you should be worried even if you don’t live in either Maryland or Virginia since blue states copy each other and are colluding with each other for ideas in which to wage war on the Constitution and heritage (white) Americans. Zoning ordinances should be crafted by people who reside in their local communities and not social justice radicals in state houses with anti-white agendas.

I’m sure localities will take the states to court over this but don’t be surprised when state courts and even federal courts rules in favor of social justice using the “compelling state interest” doctrine that was created by SCOTUS out of whole cloth. In this case they could conceivably rule that there’s a compelling state interest to resettle black and brown savages in safe, white middle class communities, thus rendering them unlivable.

From what I read, Goetz’s real problem was that he spoke to the police before he had a lawyer. When you do that, lawyers can parse your words for fuzzy distinctions between self-defense and too much self defense. The best advice, I’ve read, for people in a criminal investigation is to say nothing until they have their lawyer present. Nothing. The police will always have the physical evidence. If you have a story to tell, you can tell it to the court. If you speak to the police, you only add to the evidence that can be used against you.c

  48. RonaldB says:

I’ll have to say I agree with the Supreme Court decision on restricted covenants. What the court said was that courts would not enforce restricted covenant clauses. Real estate deeds used to have clauses such as “this house cannot be sold to a person of the colored race”.

This leaves it up to the court to decide who is “colored”, which is problematic, even if we didn’t make a fetish of diversity.

I must prefer the voluntary practice of redlining that took place in Chicago in the 1950’s and 60’s, before the city council made it illegal. Real estate agents would simply not show houses in white areas to black people, and visa versa. It couldn’t be enforced legally, but they absolutely had to observe the practice in order to maintain their contacts. If you wanted to live in a “diverse” (integrated) setting, you were limited to certain neighborhoods.

More than likely, if the state and local governments stayed out of it, suburban houses would be allocated roughly on the class of the buyer, which correlates strongly, but not absolutely, with race. The economics of the situation would do most of the work.

I recently recall some sports commentator bemoaning how, when watching the NFL of today, too many games’ outcomes swing on “brainless” penalties for taunting or unsportsmanlike conduct that negate otherwise big plays. He lamented that he couldn’t immediately cheer for a big defensive stop anymore because he had to be sure that some player on the defense wasn’t flagged afterward for taunting. What he didn’t point out was almost every one (if not every one) of these crucial “brainless” penalties are committed by black players.

Today, every game is mathematically quantified in real time by a “win probability/expectancy” that changes after each play. You can go back in any NFL game and pick out the most important play in the game by how much it changes each team’s win expectancy. With this data easily available, someone could go back over the past 5 seasons or so and see how many games were significantly affected by an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty (and who committed them). The numbers probably took a bit of a dip ever since the league was compelled to legalize excessive celebration a few years ago after too many games’ outcomes were being directly affected by blacks’ (then illegal) look-at-me celebrations after each play.

With all this data now retrofitted back through history on sites like pro-football-reference.com, you could also do the same for a series of 5 seasons 20 years ago and compare how many games were significantly affected by “brainless” penalties to see if you are right (and you probably are).

Flash for you: “redlining” referred to lending institutions practice of not making mortgage loans in high risk areas-think 16th St and Albany- in my old 10th District stomping grounds. The term redline had nothing to do with a realtor steering Willy away from Norwood Park or Naperville, for instance. When my father made sergeant on the CPD in 1962 he was unable to obtain a mortgage from St Paul Federal Savings because the 3 bedroom raised brick ranch home he was building for $14,000 was east of Cicero Ave the “redline”. Fairfield S & L gladly made the loan.

When blacks takeover the farms in South Africa, food production will shrink, and the malnutrition rate will soar. That won’t happen because the black South Africans can’t farm, but because they leave before the harvest time to go to college to become doctors, engineers, and rocket scientists shortly after coming into contact with the magic dirt that caused the White privilege of the White people.

And also, do you truly believe that the elite whites are going to destroy their own neighborhoods in order to promote their agenda? Rubbish! They seek to destroy other people’s neighborhoods. Those who make the rules don’t live in comfortable suburbs, spending everyday, cheek to jowl, with middle class rabble. They live in defended, gated communities or on large tracts of land they own. Rules they make don’t apply to them.

Your plan is advisable when the cops come and knock on your door with a warrant (or without one). Admit nothing. Make no statements. Don’t be coerced or brow beaten.

However, my message is that if you successfully defended yourself or someone else and made a wise exit like Bernie did, it would be foolish to walk into a police station and turn yourself in because you heard in the news that they were “hot on your trail”.

Young Whites with no children live in the neighborhood, then have kids and the place gets too small.

Agree. When people have kids, their demand for more space increases. And what leads to a shortage of living space? Housing restriction. Simple thinkers believe that if you prevent apartment blocks from being built, somehow new land suburban land is created somewhere else. In reality, preventing an apartment being built leads to only a couple of houses in what would have been that apartment. They can only house a few of the people who would have lived in that apartment block. The others go somewhere else, maybe to a neighboring state without the same zoning restrictions. The solution here is deregulation, allow builders to build what they want and buyers to buy what they want.

I understand things change and people tell me you youngsters get along great with the coloreds.

Not really. There’s a lot of hypocrisy in my town as regards the wonders of diversity and the local Hispanic community. My point was not that my town is some kind of multicultural haven. It’s that both whites and Hispanics here want to live in apartments. Everyone here is assuming that the new apartments in Maryland will be inhabited solely by Blacks. I’m saying they might be inhabited by Whites from other states, or maybe from the state itself, as they finally can afford to move out of Mamma’s basement.

I’m sure localities will take the states to court over this but don’t be surprised when state courts and even federal courts rules in favor of social justice using the “compelling state interest” doctrine that was created by SCOTUS out of whole cloth.

They’d have no need to invent any legal nonsense. Local governments have no special sovereignty, state governments can impose whatever laws they want on them so long as those laws don’t violate an individual’s constitutional rights. And there is no constitutional right for a zoning board to tell a property owner how they can use their property.

If any whites still aren’t white nationalists they will be once those people arrive in your neighborhood.

I live in a neighborhood with lots of apartment blocks. Instead of becoming WN, their White residents are happy they don’t have to spend so much on housing as they would if they lived in places like California with harsh zoning laws. In your neck of the woods it’s possible that it will be both Whites and Hispanics, I don’t know Colorado that well. In every instance that I’m familiar with here in NY, every time an apartment complex goes up, it brings blacks. Every time. Builders will build until someone stops them, if they aren’t stopped by zoning restrictions they will overbuild, it’s the nature of the beast. The new owners, those that buy the property to turn it into rental income, will accept section 8 tenants as soon as they begin having vacancies. Co-ops slow, or even stop the process, but that’s not what’s going on right now. There is a process happening now, it was done in Chicago with the tearing down of the Cabrini Houses, where certain groups want to begin clearing blacks out of cities and re-claiming bad neighborhoods for wealthy Whites. I don’t see that at all. Most here realize that leftist social programs continue to fail because of the leftist inability to consider race as a variable. In fact few here would doubt that numerous left wing plans worked better in Europe than US cities…well pre-Arab Europe anyways.

Dense public housing projects actually worked fine in the US before White liberals decided to pack them with Blacks on welfare. That was also when they came up with the genius plan to pay irresponsible Black women to have children while expecting the responsible ones to enter the workforce and spend years finding a responsible suitor. Welfare dysgenics.

As for lack of human capital that problem is with both parties and not at Unz. Most here undoubtedly predicted the failure of numerous left-wing programs. I am on record predicting that not only would NCLB fail but there would be widespread cheating as leftist teachers desperately fudge the results to keep federal funding. Of course such an opinion at the time was derided as “wayciss and ignowant” even though I correctly predicted that Black schools would be hurt the most.

Zoning is a part of policy everywhere. Even the most rural areas of Texas and Idaho have zoning.

India’s low quality of life has little to do with its population density. It’s due to … other factors. I happen to think America could use more people, not through immigration but through higher native birth rates. Even if you took the opposite perspective, thought America’s standard of living would be better with 150 million people, restricting density at the local level doesn’t reduce it.* It just sends people elsewhere. Part of it, for me, is the desire not to have to spend hours of my days commuting to work as happens when exurbs have to stretch far into the hinterlands. If you’re retired or reliant on internet income, this might not affect you. But me, I have to be where the jobs in my industry are. There’s an irony here, you might not need to be complaining about people coming into your neighborhood if they were allowed to build up their own.

Your reading assignment for today is this:
    https://www.huduser.gov/Publications/pdf/def.pdf

I live in Yonkers, which had public housing forced upon the largely white East and North sides of town.
“Prior to my appointment as housing advisor, the plaintiffs in the case (the U.S. Justice Department and the Yonkers chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP)) had identified two former school sites they wanted used for the public hous ing. A highrise complex was to be put on the larger of the two sites and a three-story walkup on the other. …”

“The NAACP attorney said that my arguments reflected the racist attitudes of Yonkers residents—attitudes that had produced the case in the first place. He, for one, had no problem with the entire 200 units turning into a low-income project, and if the surrounding community then wished to leave, so be it.”

So, the NAACP attorney wanted to see white middle class communities flipped to black communities, to provide housing in nice areas at a preferential cost.

The fascinating thing about the case is twofold. One, the housing was built and did not cause neighborhood decay. Two, when treating poor blacks and Hispanics as individuals with some agency, their behavior also changed. By creating public housing with “defensible space,” the residents didn’t litter or create No-go areas like conventional “filing cabinet” housing done cheaply and with hostility towards the eventual residents.

My advice: adopt the ideas in defensible space, build the projects that don’t destroy neighborhoods, and save the economic and social capital already present. Fight it, get a conventional, hostile project thrust upon you, and everyone is going to lose, with only the suburban whiteopia developers profiting at the expense of all.

More money, or more actual purchasing power?

PPP data accounts for purchasing power, shows the same trend.

  95. @Jim in Jersey

A: Indians are much richer than they were 50 years ago.

B: India is still relatively poor and has a lot of problems.

If you can’t see that both statements can be true, go away and learn how to think.

  96. I have lived 1 mile from Derwood Md, where this mook lives, for 38 years. It’s very white and very expensive and very clean and quiet. It’s also full off FOS white liberal a-holes who would vote for a clueless look-how-virtuous-I-am cunt like Vaughan, so I hope he starts with his own neighborhood.

  97. @Rich

I saw what was coming, and so did whoever could sell their house at the time.
Westchester County overall unwisely took money from the Feds, and so EVERY village in the county then had to build low-income housing. That’s what led in 2009 to the election of the very-conservative county executive who was unelected in the great anti-Trump sweep of NYC suburbs.

My point is two-fold: 1) Don’t take the Fed Man’s dollar, and he cannot call your tune. Yonkers took the money, and so lost a Federal case and was forced to build housing on the East side. This caused a depression in pricing that gave me a bargain when I bought in the aftermath. (What was coming didn’t come) 2) The house did not remain a bargain because, being forced to build housing, Yonkers did NOT do it on the cheap and put up filing cabinets. Dunno if you read anything about defensible space theory in that link, but the effect of moving public housing clients into neighborhoods they could not have otherwise afforded is that the tenants are upset that they cannot buy their properties; they seem to have adapted to the area. I live about 2 miles from one: they’re well-maintained, no litter, and none of the pathologies you might associate with public housing.

If you live in an area that took the Fed Man’s dollar, be prepared to flee now to save your property values… or use a bit of sense with defensible space and don’t set off a cycle of neighborhood decay that the property developers and NAACP will both agree is a good thing.

The HBO series was basically unwatchable. I made it through one episode.

That’s not what the plan is. Maybe you think it’s the “end goal,” but it’s not what anyone is proposing now.

Reread the article as that’s exactly what they are proposing (or close to it) and the beneficiaries will be low income minorities which is a euphemism for section 8 blacks and to a lesser extent, latinos. Blacks have been mad for a long time that whites are allowed to flee their hellholes and take their tax dollars with them, so now they want to be able to resettle violent and shiftless blacks on the white suburbs and exurbs.

Access to white people (and their resources derived from hard work) is not a civil right as other perceptive and notable commentators on the pro-white right have said recently.

The bottom line is, if you make available a plethora of cheap housing then there will be an influx of low income people into areas that were formerly free of them.

Slice and dice it up any way you wish; immigrant, black, trash white. Apartment dwellings in general brings in those who can’t afford housing in the same area.

    [email protected] you, Alexander.

Your inability to recognize a stinking pile of shit pretty much sums you up.

You assign class and breeding to the rich of India, yet consider wealth in America to be an evil set forth by white men?

    Shove off.

Are you one of those people unable to grasp the distinction between:

    1: X is unrestricted. Let’s make Y unrestricted too.

    2: X is unrestricted. Let’s make Y unrestricted and also restrict X.

John Johnson———–Welfare breeding is selecting the worst to breed. However, there is so much only you can do within Black genetics. Hence the prevalence of terms such as Afro engineer.

You’re correct on the terminology. I should have said real estate steering: https://chicagopolicyreview.org/2018/10/19/the-new-housing-discrimination-realtor-minority-steering/.

Redlining does refer to discriminatory mortgage practices. Both redlining and real estate steering works for me, as long as it is not federally mandated. I do know that the original mortgage discrimination practices was instituted at the initiative of the Roosevelt New Deal housing subsidy practices.

How to destroy a neighborhood and school district in 3 point 2 seconds : introduce blacks into the mix . I’m going to assume Mr Vaughn Stewart is a black affirmative action hero…..These blacks are so jealous and hateful of white stability. You’ll NEVER have it , you can’t wish it…your people have it in their DNA to be savages and fail in civilized society. So they try to force it and get to F*ck evil whitey in the process.

Yup. Likely many of these areas vote Democrat. If so, all for it!
