I have obtained a cache of internal documents about the company’s initiative, called Listen Understand Act, which is based on the core principles of critical race theory, including “intersectionality,” “systemic racism,” “white privilege,” and “white fragility.” CEO John Stankey launched the program last year and, subsequently, has told employees that private corporations such as AT&T have an “obligation to engage on this issue of racial injustice” and push for “systemic reforms in police departments across the country.”
According to a senior employee, who agreed to speak on condition of anonymity, managers at AT&T are now assessed annually on diversity issues, with mandatory participation in programs such as discussion groups, book clubs, mentorship programs, and race reeducation exercises. White employees, the source said, are tacitly expected to confess their complicity in “white privilege” and “systemic racism,” or they will be penalized in their performance reviews. As part of the overall initiative, employees are asked to sign a loyalty pledge to “keep pushing for change,” with suggested “intentions” such as “reading more about systemic racism” and “challenging others’ language that is hateful.” “If you don’t do it,” the senior employee says, “you’re [considered] a racist.” AT&T did not respond when asked for comment.
ORDER IT NOWOn the first page of AT&T’s Listen Understand Act internal portal, the company encourages employees to study a resource called “White America, if you want to know who’s responsible for racism, look in the mirror.” The article claims that the United States is a “racist society” and lays out its thesis plainly: “White people, you are the problem. Regardless of how much you say you detest racism, you are the sole reason it has flourished for centuries.” The author, Dahleen Glanton, writes that “American racism is a uniquely white trait” and that “Black people cannot be racist.” White women, she claims, “have been telling lies on black men since they were first brought to America in chains,” and, along with their white male counterparts, “enjoy the opportunities and privileges that white supremacy affords [them].”
Another resource included in the program argues that “COVID-19 may have actually helped prepare us to confront in a deeper, more meaningful way the many faces of racism and how entrenched it is in society.” According to the article, written by Andrés Tapia of the consulting firm Korn Ferry, the pandemic has created a “brooding sense of always feeling vulnerable” for white Americans, which has forced them to fear imminent death, which “many Blacks live with every day.” Furthermore, as millions of Americans have lost their jobs and secured unemployment benefits, they “have more time” to attend street protests, which provided “a way to feel like one could have an impact.” As a result, Tapia argues, the pandemic established the conditions for a sense of “shared helplessness” that has resulted in political activism.
In the “Act” section of the training program, AT&T encourages employees to participate in a “21-Day Racial Equity Habit Challenge” that relies on the concepts of “whiteness,” “white privilege,” and “white supremacy.” The program instructs AT&T employees to “do one action [per day for 21 days] to further [their] understanding of power, privilege, supremacy, oppression, and equity.” The challenge begins with a series of lessons on “whiteness,” which claims, among other things, that “white supremacy [is] baked into our country’s foundation,” that “Whiteness is one of the biggest and most long-running scams ever perpetrated,” and that the “weaponization of whiteness” creates a “constant barrage of harm” for minorities. The 21-Day Challenge also directs employees to articles and videos promoting fashionable left-wing causes, including “reparations,” “defund police,” and “trans activism,” with further instruction to “follow, quote, repost, and retweet” organizations including the Transgender Training Institute and the National Center for Transgender Equality.
And thus we come to the moment of truth.
There is no disguising the anti-white animus animating the elite in 2021 America. Either you accept it as truth or you reject it.

Really glad I don’t have to buy telephone service, internet, cable, streaming, etc. or anything from them. They will be around for awhile in some form but are a dinosaur. Before I discontinued my land line the bills were only going up and got to $45 or $50 per month with no improvement in service or features. Still had to provide my own answeing machine. There was suffering in the Southern United States during the period running from 1877 to 1971. Little of it had to do with the political agitation ongoing for 14 years. There were about 25 political killings in Alabama and Mississippi during those years and about five scattered over three other states. (For scale, 42 people died over nine days of rioting in Detroit in 1967).
As far as I could ever see, the Chamber-of-Commerce types quoted in the newspapers were all hat and no cattle. They were the authors of no policy changes and none of their number ever ran for school board where it counted.

I have seen commentary on this subject. Hearsay, only; I’ve never been to a synagogue.
Apparently, at the beginning of the programme, the rabbi asks whether there are any visitors present. If you don’t own up, somebody else will volunteer you, and you’ll be heartily welcomed, then the rabbi will launch into the “Plan B” sermon, or whatever they do. The sanitised version for the goyim.
Once they establish that they are “alone”, they let down their hair, and talk family business.
I believe it. The best boss I had was a Jew. He was an Englishman who had spent some time in the Rhodesian police before moving to South Africa. Shortly before the end, he moved on to Australia. When the collapse came, it was remarkable how many Jews “came out” as traitors, including the richest Jew of them all, Harry Oppenheimer. Like one of those science-fiction movies where the aliens drop the disguise and you suddenly find that half of the people you know are lizards.
I don’t believe that all the Jews in SA were Communists, but enough were. But I can’t believe the rest of them were totally ignorant. I hold it against them, that they kept silent about it while their own people were undermining my country. They knew. They were complicit.
I was working at a Holiday Inn where GM employees were having a conference, a large portion of whom were Black. It reminded me of when I was in High School. They were loud, boisterous, immature and thoroughly unprofessional. No matter where they are, or what they’re doing, it’s always playtime. I once saw a video of a Negro performing plastic surgery while dancing.
I worked at Verizon Headquarters at the FWD (Fort Worth-Dallas) Airport and it was very Jewish, complete with a huge Menorah in the Cafeteria at Christmas time. But, it was a very orderly and dignified place. It has since become Thryv and they apparently went on a “diversity” hiring spree. I paid a visit to see some of the people I used to work with, and I went down to the Cafeteria. You would have thought that it was a High School Lunchroom in the Ghetto. There was a cacophonic din of shouting, delirious laughter and cell phones playing Rap, and a lot of running around, grab-assing, and frolicking. It was utterly devoid of decency, decorum, or business demeanor. I don’t know how anything can function properly with them being so numerous. I suspect that someone (A White Guy) has to do a lot of extra work to cover up for them and never receives credit for it.
For the time being, yes. But don’t worry, eventually that little historical tidbit will be altered to fit their narrative.

AT&T has different testing standards for blacks and whites. They require several tests for the higher technical positions: one similar to an IQ test, another technical test that requires intelligence, and a timed test of how many differences / errors in phone directory entries one can spot. In BellSouth, which was the baby Bell for the SE US, and re-merged with AT&T in 2006, there was one crooked testing center in Atlanta which would pass candidates with lower scores than the cut-off. The qualifying score for Blacks was about one standard deviation lower than for Whites, but for the crooked test center, it was more like 1.5-2 s.d. lower. All the unqualified candidates from this center were Black, except for a very few who were already BS employees and union members.
The top non-management technical position at BellSouth, “multimedia technician”, was an office job which required using all the thickets of incompatible databases and other computer systems that the company had accreted since the ’70s. Each MT had administrative rights over all the equipment in the network. About 90% of the MT employees in the early 2000s were Black. The White employees had IQs of over 140, the Blacks in the 120s, typically, except for the ones that had gotten in through the crooked test center, who had IQs 10-15 points lower.
After the re-merger with AT&T the timed test of spotting errors in directory entries was moved from a paper test to a computer format without re-normng. The test was so highly dependent on speed that in paper form, eye movement speed was a significant part of the time used. When it was moved to the computer, one had to move the mouse across half the screen twice to answer each question, which made it impossible for any White, no matter the IQ, to meet the passing score, while Blacks were waved through. So now the higher union-represented positions are virtually entirely Black in AT&T in the southeastern US.
If we sent them back to Africa, they wouldn’t keep having their noses rubbed in the fact of their inadequacy.
