To understand why the teachings from our elite of white privilege/systemic racism/ structural inequality/implicit bias/legacy of redlining plaguing society represent a grotesque blood libel, look no further than this story. [Convicted Murderer Turned Activist in Baltimore Wants the City to Pay Criminals Not to Kill, Gateway Pundit, February 18, 2021]:

A convicted murderer who is now a leftist community activist in Baltimore has proposed that the city pay criminals not to kill people.

Tyree Moorehead, who was convicted of second degree murder when he was 15, has become a well known activist in the city where the murder rate is sky rocketing.

Moorehead has repeatedly said that he shot about 20 people when he was a teenager, between the ages of 13 and 15 years old.

To stop the deaths, Moorehead told local news that the city should just start paying people to stop killing.

“I can relate to the shooters,” the activist told Fox 45. “Guess what they want? They want money.”

“I’ve talked to these people, I’ve seen the shooters, it’s a small city, I know who the hustlers are,” he added.

The activist puts up graffiti at scenes of deadly shootings, labeling them “no shoot zones.”

The New York Post reports that “Baltimore has been wracked by violent crime in recent years, closing out 2020 with 335 homicides, according to statistics from the Baltimore Sun. In 2019, there were 348 murders.”

Baltimore Police spokesman T.J. Smith told the station that Moorehead’s suggestion “speaks to the desperation that we all have,” to lower the murder rate. However, he said that giving criminals cash will just lead to them buying more guns.

“It could make it easier for people to get their hands on guns because they now have an influx of a different level of cash,” he said.

Pay people not to shoot one another.

Even The Baltimore Sun editors can publish editorials admitting almost all of the violence in the city is black on black.

So in a nation where the highest moral value is proclaiming “Black Lives Matter,” we must be lectured by black criminals that paying black people not to kill/shoot one another is a virtuous pursuit we must immediately endeavor.

To paraphrase a line from the hilarious show Community, this is the darkest timeline.

  1. Yet another novel idea from the American criminal Wakanda negro class!

What, and deny them the revenge on whitey they so think they deserve? Nearly every black killing in this country has in one way shape or form revenge attached to it. It's like watching over petulant children.
  2. Why not pay them TO kill? But only each other. Solves multiple problems at once.

And that would be tax dollars well spent.

  3. Negroes have a knack for designating the most worthless of their species to honor, elect to office, basically to look up to.
I’d be thrilled to see Baltimore hit 1000 murders a year, a planned parenthood office on every corner, and free drugs for everyone.

Blacks have turned a once great city Baltimore into a shit hole where people are afraid to walk in their own neighborhood at night. Blacks destroy everything they touch.

  4. The native Dindu will just waste the money and then shoot again obviously.
Where will all this money come from to begin with? Magic dollars?
I see more demands for “programs” and gibs from this “activist” in the future. What a joke.
Every good person including the cops should leave Baltimore and let these “activists” fix all the problems with the “revrunds”. Problem solved.

If Tyree knows who the shooters are, so do the police. The reason they’re on the street is because the law keeps them there. Crime is a feature of the system, not a bug. Too many people make a living and retirement by making sure the crime problem is never solved.

100%, criminality is nothing more than another revolving industry that keeps a ton of people WELL employed, and in order to keep the federal, state, and city tax funds rolling in, requires a constant stream of "customers" (criminals). Judges, DAs, prosecutors, defense attorneys, bailiffs, clerks, court reporters, prison guards, police, private contractors, and alphabet agencies like the DEA & FBI all rely on criminals doing criminal stuff to keep the pay checks and pensions flowing.

They'd never allow a criminal purge like Duarte let happen in the Philippines, because it would result in less bodies in prison, which means less federal dollars. Prisons, like public schools get funding based on the amount of bodies they have on a daily basis in the building.

Joggers want free resources because working hard is difficult, not enjoyable and requires you to humble yourself. They think their lives are valuable enough to lead without consequence, but don’t bother to consider the consequences of their malicious actions against others. If an animal got a taste for humans, the animal would be put down. It’s always a simpler, cheaper and more permanent solution to donate bullets to black criminals than it is to satiate their animal nature. The problem gets solved and that’s why the government is against it.

The average person is incapable of critical thinking. They simply accept what they've been told and form a worldview that supports their delusion.

The crime problem could be solved to the 95% mark within a year. Street cops are replaced with the citizenry willing to carry a weapon, no permission required. Criminals get killed left and right by ordinary citizens when they act up. No judge, no jury, just swift justice for any predator looking for an easy mark but finding an armed person instead.

Defund the majority of street cops. Invest some of the savings into training the citizenry to become their own street police force. The political class would lose their insurance policy against being called to account by the citizenry they now routinely ignore. The change in attitude of the politicians would be a wonder to behold and blue states would become red in a flash.

This is also why, in many places (when someone is arrested on minor charges), that they're held for X number of hours before they're allowed to be released. The city can then charge for "holding and housing a prisoner for a day" even if they didn't. It's also why someone arrested on the weekend can't get out until Monday morning. It's a money racket.

Slightly fewer people shot in Baltimore may be due in part to the city continually losing its population. Even the criminals know it's dangerous and move elsewhere. I don't have the city's latest population figure but it's possible that, per capita, the killing is as bad as ever.

I was a bit surprised myself, that Baltimore's homicide count was lower for 2020 than 2019. From the census statistics I've seen, Baltimore's official population in 2010 was around 620,000 people, and in 2019 it was estimated to be around 593,000. It probably dropped even more throughout 2020, but I don't know if that was enough to account for the reduction in homicides.

By itself, dropping from 348 to 335 doesn't sound like a big deal. But, when you factor in the relatively warm winter and spring of 2020 versus 2019 (milder weather tends to get them killing more quickly), and all the increased violence that happened elsewhere, as the police stood down, I figured Baltimore would have skyrocketed?

I wonder though, if it's because Baltimore had been backing off on law enforcement ever since the whole Freddy Gray crap. It got bad soon after, so maybe it just spiked then, and hit a natural plateau of around 330-350 per year, which comes out to a homicide rate of around 55-59 per 100K population? So while things got worse elsewhere in other areas, they were simply rising to Baltimore's level, rather than a "rising tide lifting all boats" scenario?

But, that doesn't explain other similar cities like St. Louis or Detroit, where the rot has also been festering for some time. Detroit went from 275 to 327 homicides. St. Louis shot up from 194 to 262! On a per-capita basis, St. Louis is now around 87 per 100K of population. New Orleans went from 120 to 202.

Baltimore is down a bit so far this year, as well. 40 homicides so far, versus 45 this time last year. But, winter around these parts has been noticeably colder than last year, so I think that's keeping them down a bit. But, the spring thaw is coming, and I'm sure we're going to catch up in 2021!

Well, at least the murder rate dropped in the Charm City in 2020, 335 vs 348 in 2020, while it doubled in Louisville KY

Snow cover is more like a Detroit or Milwaukee problem, definitely not Baltimore

Slightly fewer people shot in Baltimore may be due in part to the city continually losing its population. Even the criminals know it's dangerous and move elsewhere. I don't have the city's latest population figure but it's possible that, per capita, the killing is as bad as ever.

Another factor in the slight decline is that the city's criminals have been killing each other in such large numbers for so long that they now have slightly fewer fellow orcs to kill.

I was a bit surprised myself, that Baltimore’s homicide count was lower for 2020 than 2019. From the census statistics I’ve seen, Baltimore’s official population in 2010 was around 620,000 people, and in 2019 it was estimated to be around 593,000. It probably dropped even more throughout 2020, but I don’t know if that was enough to account for the reduction in homicides.

By itself, dropping from 348 to 335 doesn’t sound like a big deal. But, when you factor in the relatively warm winter and spring of 2020 versus 2019 (milder weather tends to get them killing more quickly), and all the increased violence that happened elsewhere, as the police stood down, I figured Baltimore would have skyrocketed?

I wonder though, if it’s because Baltimore had been backing off on law enforcement ever since the whole Freddy Gray crap. It got bad soon after, so maybe it just spiked then, and hit a natural plateau of around 330-350 per year, which comes out to a homicide rate of around 55-59 per 100K population? So while things got worse elsewhere in other areas, they were simply rising to Baltimore’s level, rather than a “rising tide lifting all boats” scenario?

But, that doesn’t explain other similar cities like St.

But, winter around these parts has been noticeably colder than last year, so I think that’s keeping them down a bit. But, the spring thaw is coming, and I’m sure we’re going to catch up in 2021!

Only explanation is the pandemic. The only thing that gets them running for cover faster than sirens is some invisible ju ju magic that they believe will kill them. I see them walking down the streets alone with two masks on every day, and in cars alone. The ease at which they obey their masters is incredible.
