If D.C. had no black population, it would have almost zero gun crime. [Study: DC gun crimes involve ‘small number’ of people, WTOP.com, February 21, 2022]
A study finds that suspects in violent crime in the District share a lot of characteristics.
The National Institute for Criminal Justice Reform looked at the numbers for homicides and nonfatal shooting in D.C. in 2019 and 2020, and found that “most gun violence is tightly concentrated on a small number of very high-risk young Black male adults that share a common set of risk factors.”
Those factors include involvements in street crews, a previous criminal justice history and connection to a recent shooting. Often, they’ve been the victims of crime themselves. While the motive for the shooting “may not be a traditional gang war,” the report says, “often shootings are precipitated by a petty conflict over a young woman, a simple argument, or the now-ubiquitous social media slight.”
The homicide rate in D.C. rose by 18% in 2020 compared to 2019, the study found, and about 500 identifiable people are behind 70% of the 863 incidents involving gun violence. The studies also showed that about 200 people are driving a majority of these incidents at any one point in time.
More than 90% of victims and suspects in 2019 and 2020 were male and about 96% were Black.
The study also found that another 86% of victims and suspects have been involved with the criminal justice system and the average age of victims is 31, while the average age of suspects is 27 years old.
They found that, in terms of prior arrests, “victims and suspects were remarkably similar.”
NICJR is now recommending a clear, citywide strategic plan and is working with the District and community members to create a path forward, stressing that “a small number of very high-risk individuals are identifiable; their violence is predictable and therefore it is preventable.”
The study says the strategy will require intervention for people at high risk, which “requires frequent and regular assessment of recent shootings and identification of individuals likely to retaliate based on the findings of this report.”

I was just reading some articles about Croatia. The situation there contradicts all the ideology and lies the (((socialists))) feed us about diversity, race, crime and poverty, etc.
Croatia is a poor country in Central Europe. The country itself is poor and it has a high individual poverty rate with about 20% of the population below the official poverty level.
The population is homogeneous with over 90% ethnic Croats. The remaining <10% consists of 21 different ethnicities, none of which are individually more than 1%. Interestingly, all ethnicities are white. They include Slovenians (like Melania Trump), Russians, and other Slavic and European countries.
The crime rate, especially violent crime, is close to the lowest in the world. The murder rate is less than 1 per 100,000. Again, overall crime is low, and it sounds like the worst crime one might (rarely) worry about is getting their pocket picked or other petty theft.
High poverty with no "diversity" [NO 🚫 negroes] is still SAFE & CLEAN.
No blacks in the population means not only low/no gun crime, but also no/very low violent crime, and almost no crime at all.
OK….So DC has a hot list, a database of the usual suspects. First, the interventions won’t work very well. At the same time, a competing group of “big brains” will argue that the list itself is the problem.
That is, the presence of the list causes the undesirable outcomes. So get rid of that racist list.

95% of all homicides and non fatal shootings in Chicago are negro or hispanic. Whites and all other races COMBINED make up the remaining 4 or 5 %. Further investigation will show that of that small 5% of COMBINED homicide/shooting victims were victims of negroes or hispanics shooting or killing them. That reduces the numbers of white and COMBINED homicide/shooting victims to about 2%. So the problem is who? If not for negroes the USA would have one of the lowest homicide rates in the world.

The only real way to deal with this issue is to make it completely illegal for blacks – and I mean ALL blacks – to possess a firearm of any type. If you open the Metro section of the Washington Post, where local news is covered, typically on page three you’ll find brief write-ups of some local crimes. Nearly every day you’ll find news of one or more people being shot, and usually killed, in duh hood. Variations in the stories include someone found dead in the street, a car or in the Anacostia River. This surprises no one and hardly anyone notices. This is considered “normal” and you does be a razziss if you do notice.
If a policeman shoots a thug attacking him, especially if the cop is white, there are calls for investigations, Biden Justice Department intervention, marches, ooking and eeking, probably some looting and burning, etc. A white person defending himself against a groid, no matter what the circumstances, would be in huge trouble. Again, this is “normal.”

My family lived in Hyattsville, MD., when it was all white during the 50’s. We used to visit relatives in Virginia by crossing DC which was overwhelming black. The Beltway was not built yet.
My parents told my sisters and me to not look out the windows and not to make eye contact with anyone. I did look out the windows and the people just wandering randomly were black. They looked scruffy and dangerous to me.
As an adult, I was told to be very careful in DC as the blacks were dangerous so none of this is new. My sister and her husband live in PA. They drove to a metro station and parked and took the metro into DC. They are old and white and my brother-in-law was attacked by a black male but other metro riders came to his defense. My BIL tried to get security to come but no one responded and the perp dashed out of the car and got away. Security folks said Metro attacks happened every day so it was pointless to try and report anything.

Visitors to DC usually don’t know what they’re getting into or what parts of the city to avoid, so they can easily end up in trouble.
Unfortunately the groids use the system to travel to “happy hunting grounds” far from duh hood where their prey are less suspecting.
Similar things take place on the Baltimore Light Rail system and the city’s subway. An article in the Baltimore Sun covered a protest by people living outside the city who wanted the BLRs stations in their neighborhoods closed because the orcs were using the BLR to travel from their nests to the white suburbs, do their dirty deeds and then return to their inner city jungle. The Sun article made sure to mention that studies have “proved” this isn’t happening. So who are you going to believe, the “studies” or your stolen car, burgled house, robbed store, assaulted wife or daughter, the bullet holes in your body, etc.?
