Out of 318,000 people,St. Louis is 44 percent black/45 percent white (as of 2020 US Census).

Our good friends at the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department not only put out an annual report on crime broken down by race, (found here) but a weekly analysis of the yearly crime rate.

Also, conveniently, breaking out homicides by both the race of victims and suspects.

And for the year 2023, three years after the joyous year Black Lives Matter triumphed nationwide courtesy of the ghost of George Floyd, what percent of homicides in St. Louis have a black suspect?

For 2023, 115 of 128 known homicide suspects were black, or 90% of known homicide suspects in the 43% white city of St. Louis were black.

Black Lives Matter, though. Right?

For all of 2023 in St. Louis, 61 of the homicides have no suspect.

  • There were 21 white victims and only 13 white suspects (meaning the majority of whites were victims of interracial violence)
  • 84 percent of the victims were black (134 of 158 victims)

But we are told Black Lives Matter… and anyone pointing out the reality of gun crime and murder in 2021 America is irredeemable for their grievous sin of pattern recognition.

Could the problem black individuals collectively create better be on display than in St. Louis?

If St. Louis had no black population, how many homicides would the city have had in 2022? Would it be one of the most dangerous city’s in not just the USA, but the entire world in this black-free population hypothetical (when its population currently is St. Louis is 44 percent black/ 45 percent white?

No.

Conversely, if the city was all-black, how many homicides would St. Louis boast yearly?

The biggest threat to black lives is other, more dangerous blacks. What a shock and surprise!

  2. Of the mere 13 “white” suspects, how many were Mezo-American? NYC stats have historically indicated that the Mezo murder rate is (if I recall correctly) about 5 times that of whites.
ALSO: the stats of today and the past couple decades had better be picked up and files by our people. Woke Inc will likely be hiding them in the future.

    • Agree: Renard
  3. None of these statistics mean anything as they have been published across multiple sources ad nauseam. The bottom line is that “wokeness” rules the day. Politicians, educators, media, business executives have been providing cover for negro violence since forever. It is simply ignored and pushed to the sidelines in the new fashionable DEI policy and the results have been disastrous. Anointing unqualified negroes to important positions, policy makers, executives, courts etc is having the desired effect of the left, destroying every fabric of society as outlined by Barry Obama who forcefully stated that he will fundamentally change America. He wasn’t stopped, shutdown, shamed and the voters swallowed his lies gladly. Like frogs in a boiling pot America is on a path of self destruction.

So we can safely say that well over 90% of the murders there were committed by blacks if we reasonably assume that most of the unknown suspects are also black. As I have said, maintaining slavery would have been preferable to making blacks citizens and letting them destroy civilization.

Even conservatives will try to blame either “poverty” in the “inner city” or Democrats instead of placing the blame where it belongs, on blacks themselves.

You could swap out the population of any poor inner city black area with some white community elsewhere and within a short time the inner city area would be improving and the old white community would be full of mayhem and dysfunction.

With liberals and academia placing the blame for black problems on so-called white racism, systemic even, it would seem there is almost zero chance the actual problem will be acknowledged, let alone solutions worked on any time soon.

…it would seem there is almost zero chance the actual problem will be acknowledged, let alone solutions worked on any time soon.

Reading your statement reminded me of a discussion I had with an “uninitiated” grandson. I mentioned to him that to find a solution, one must first identify the problem. I posed to him the question: “If blacks are being oppressed as you believe they are, then specifically, how are they being oppressed?”

He thought about it for a minute, then shrugged. Two years later, his opinion is unchanged. Shows the effects of continued propaganda.

I hope he doesn’t have to learn the hard way.

Of the mere 13 “white” suspects, how many were Mezo-American? NYC stats have historically indicated that the Mezo murder rate is (if I recall correctly) about 5 times that of whites.

I have a feeling that St. Louis might be one of those rare instances where most of those “white” suspects actually are white, and not Hispanic/Latino. Looking at those demographics, St. Louis is only 4.3% latino, vs 44.6% “true” white. I’m sure the Latinos still kill at a higher rate than the whites, compared to their overall population though. So, say perhaps, of that 13, maybe 3-5 were done by Latinos, and 8-10 by “true” whites? Just a wild guess.

Some Latinos do identify as “Black”. However, according to this source: https://www.pewresearch.org/hispanic/2021/11/04/measuring-the-racial-identity-of-latinos/
very few do. The majority identify as “white” or “some other race,” with “2 or more races” coming up a distant thirst, and “black” almost negligible.

So, I guess it would make sense that the vast majority of Latinos get lumped in with whites, when they only break it down to a white vs black thing.

  15. Raccoon says:
    @Joe Magarac

    “Hispanic is not a race.”

A couple of points are relevant.

Firstly, according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, “Hispanic” is defined thus:

    1. : of, relating to, or being a person of Latin American descent and especially of Cuban, Mexican, or Puerto Rican origin living in the U.S.
    2. : of or relating to the people, speech, or culture of Spain.

Clearly, “Hispanic” is defined to relate to racial attributes.

Secondly, Paul Marchand did not use the term “Hispanic” in his post, so your response is a bit disingenuous. He uses the term “Mezo-american” which is referring to “Mesoamerica”, defined by Wikipedia as:

“Mesoamerica is a historical region and cultural area that begins in the southern part of North America and extends to the Pacific coast of Central America, thus comprising the lands of central and southern Mexico, all of Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, and small parts of Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.[1][2] As a cultural area, Mesoamerica is defined by a mosaic of cultural traits developed and shared by its indigenous cultures.[3]”

Perhaps you should review your knee-jerk reaction to his comment.

  16. @Wokechoke

If we applied the same rubrics to American blacks domestically as we do to Arab Muslims in foreign policy, there would be artillery batteries around the ghettoes.

  17. @Joe Magarac

No, but Meso-Americans and Sur-Americans by way of the Bering land bridge are. They are more criminal than whites but less criminal than blacks.

  18. Robertson says:

2014 Ferguson was the dress rehearsal psychologically for George Floyd in 2020.

Eric Holder didn’t allow drones to film the burning and looting, so would-be protesters knew they could get away with mayhem. Busloads of professional agitators and activists were paid to be there by Soros through his non-profits and NGOs.

Lefty America seen what was possible to get away with in Ferguson.

    The Deep State lined up
    Trayvon Martin, 2012
    The George Zimmerman Trial
    Eric Garner
    Michael Brown
    The Ferguson verdict and burning
    Freddie Gray
    Dylan Roof
    Brianna Taylor
    and finally George Floyd. 2020.

The media overplayed all incidents for months on purpose. What we now have in response are DEI, Critical Race Theory, Paper ballots with no signature verification.

The powers that be running the media knew they could overplay various cop shootings over about a 10 year period and get a color revolution like 2020. It was done on purpose in retrospect.

  21. @Female in FL

True. And if every city had a crime map with a red dot for every crime committed, every black area of every city would be a sea of red. I know people joke about MLK Blvd being a sign that warns people they’re about to enter a bad area but there needs to be a phone app that alerts travelers when they’re about to enter the high crime area of a given city so they can avoid it. Negroes would throw a fit over that and screech that the app makes their communities look bad, but they screech about everything else, so they just need to be told to go F themselves. After all, safety comes first and their feelings about it don’t matter since they can’t and won’t clean up their act. It’s not anyone’s duty to protect them from the consequences of their shitty behavior or to protect some fake-ass “image” they want to project so their “reputations” don’t suffer. Such a phone app would keep the innocent safe and that’s all that matters. Besides, what normal person wants to go to N-town anyway? There’s nothing there but crime and squalor. Rant over.

  22. Jameson says:
    @Joe Magarac

One of the games that they play is mixing Hispanics in with Whites. The information then loses the detail that shows Hispanics are in fact more likely to engage in crime than Whites. Less than blacks, but more than Whites.

One year, I had to rush to Spartanburg, S.C. because my father was in the hospital dying. I came off the wrong exit at night and into a really bad area. A cop pulled me over and asked me what I was doing in that area. I explained what was going on and since I had an out of state license, he knew I was telling the truth. Gave me proper directions and got me out of that area fast. Arrived at the hospital, told everyone what had happened, and they all were in shock and said that was a really bad area that I’d been in, that it was scary, and they’d never go there for any reason. Years later, I saw a news article about the ten most dangerous zip codes in the country and that area that I’d accidentally exited into was on the list. Just as bad as Baltimore for sure. Not a good feeling!

If we’d had an app like I mentioned (and others have pointed out actually existed at one time), we both could have avoided our experiences. As is, I don’t think negroes screeching about an app like that and their “feelings” is a valid reason to have gotten rid of it. I would classify that as a depraved indifference to the safety of others just for the sake of coddling negroes and putting a stop to their emotional hissy fits over it.

A blog’s character is determined to a great extent by its regular readership commentary, and he has a whole new set of contributors. Presumably in response, his tone has changed, become more, shall I say, “metaphysical”. Preachy, if you prefer.

He’s working under a regime of platform owners, the ones we used to refer to here as “TWMNBN” (Those Who Must Not Be Named), who ruthlessly pre-censor all comments, and they are very sensitive, especially to any hint of TWMNBN.
