The new mayor of Detroit, after the bankruptcy, wanted some real stores in the 140 square mile city so he cut deals with Meijer (like a walmart) and Home Depot. They both provide armed security in the lots, and they also get a cop car in the lot and a cop at the greeter stand.

I was very curious when they opened the Home Depot years back on 7 Mile in the D because it is right near a very bad part, so I strapped on my full sized pistol and went to shop. In addition to the cop they had two extra armed private security covering the doors.

In the 1990s a friend of mine worked for MCI which had a big telemarketing office in Crystal City near the Pentagon in Virginia outside of DC. The company wanted to “reach out” to the “black community” and would hire them to do the job. Drug tests eliminated most of them and the remainder were usually gone within a month, being unable or unwilling to work. They would, however, steal customers’ credit card numbers and then go shopping in the adjacent mall. In short order the FBI would show up, grab the latest offender (always hollering “I dindu nuffin!”) and haul him off to jail. My friend and a coworker, outside on a cigarette break, would see the same FBI agents so often that they would crack jokes, such as, “Arresting ghetto dwellers probably wasn’t what you thought you’d be doing in the FBI, is it?” and “Back again? We should do lunch sometime!” The FBI guys tried to maintain straight faces and it was a strain for them to keep from breaking out laughing.

I agree, this happened to my family last year. We were at an indoor go-cart track in a WHITE area (they sure as hell don’t build these anywhere else) for a get-together. As soon as we walked in I noted the presence of way too many groids. It also looked like about half of their staff manning the tracks were black so, like most things black, word of mouf had probably spread amongst them of the place’s existence. I mentioned this to my wife quietly and she agreed.
We spent some time with our grandkids and their parents in the arcade for about an hour. I was on high-alert as my nigdar had been pinging madly since we walked in the door. My 8 year-old granddaughter then used her game tickets she had won to get some nick-nack prizes from the arcade. One of these was a bottle of disappearing ink. As we stood just outside the arcade doorway she thought it would be funny to spray it on us so she squirted it in a big arc.
The “ink” got some of US but a small bit hit the white t-shirt-wearing orc gorilla behind us. He immediately got surly and started to complain that she had ruined his shirt (yeah, the kind they sell at 3-for-$10 in the hood gas stations). My wife immediately apologized and told him that it was a gag item and that it would disappear as it dried and wasn’t going to stain his shirt. He again began to complain that she had sprayed him, repeating monotonously “She sprayed me”. My wife continued to explain that our grandkid was only 8 and that it was an accident.
I immediately could see the chimp-out brewing and began to scan to see where the rest of his family or posse members were. My wife, oblivious to the danger she was now in, finally got mad at the child-like responses from him and told him to fu%$ off. He then replied how she “better watch her fu$%in mouth”. This whole time my adrenaline was dumping because I knew the direness of the situation and thought I might actually have to battle not only him, but also whatever tribe members were there with him.
I told him to get away as my step-son and I approached him. He then backed off and walked away with a small girl I believe was his daughter. I told everyone that we had to go NOW, as he was most likely gathering his army for retribution. We all hurriedly made our way to the parking lot and left.
I then explained to my wife that, if her son and I hadn’t been so close, that the orc would have assuredly clocked her, possibly killing her as he weighed about 300 pounds. I don’t think she really sensed the danger she had been in, even after I had explained their behaviour to her. It’s hard for normal white people to grasp that an adult would act like and have the reactions of a child but my years as a cop dealing with them opened my eyes many years ago. Needless to say, we have never been back there and never will.

That’s sad, I haven’t watched it for years so I didn’t know it had changed. Several years back I remember that it had some of the finest looking white women I’d ever seen. There were just TWO blacks for the entire 24-hour operation. Sad what it has become.

The problem with those places is that they are priced high enough to keep out the riff raff, but then hire orcs & teenagers as staff, who then waive their family members & friends in when they are working.
My friend was a manager at one of those places by me that had a discount day, I think $10-15 dollars, which is still expensive to a lot of “teens”, but they would all show up to hang around in the parking lot, try to sneak in, or ask people who were leaving for their wristbands. This incident at dollar general, is being lumped in with an incident in which a man at dollar tree wiped his nose and mouth on an employee who asked him to put on a mask. In another case today a woman in Michigan was asked to don a mask in a grocery store. She wound up verbally assaulting a worker and spitting on a police officer. Awful behavior, but not murder. Trying to enforce any rules and laws is becoming a fools errand.

Detroit metro airport is a major airline hub. A lot of black people work at metro airport. You don’t necessarily have to be a traveler to contract the virus. Simply being in contact with travelers will do it. From cleaning the restrooms, working in the restaurants, to t.s.a. agent is more than enough contact to become infected. I’m guessing that airports were major sources for infection.

Being forced inside I’ve been watching “Zulu”, “Zulu Dawn”; “Guns at Batasi”; “The Dogs of War” and “Blackhawk Down” on my days off (I didn’t want to be red-flagged by some Big Brutha algorithm so I just bought them on DVD). Try the movie, “The Naked Prey” starring Cornel Wilde- all about one man’s battle for survival in Africa while being hunted like a dog by tribal dindu’s pissed off because they didn’t get their gibsmedats. It’s not based on any one particular historical event but pretty much meshes with historical accounts of what explorers encountered on the Dark Continent and reported on vis a vis the savagery and primitiveness of the dindu nuffin.

This is so true. I worked in a super market in the hood for many years. All the workers were either white or Hispanic because we couldn’t find and suitable black applicants. We hired a mixed cashier once, very ghetto. One day when it was really busy she wanted to go on break and the floor manager said no.
