On Dec. 14, police said that they were investigating the attack as a felonious assault that left Smith in critical condition. A GoFundMe campaign started under the name of Nicole Evans, Donnie Smith’s longtime partner and the mother to his daughter, 6, and son, 15, revealed that the victim was “injured so severely that he had to undergo brain surgery.”

On the night of Dec. 6, Jamarion Fredrae Evans-Bennett, 19, Dionta Davon Hughes, 18, and a 17-year-old male allegedly had a fight with shoppers inside the Kroger on South High Street. According to the Columbus Police Department, when store security told to the teens to leave, they waited outside for 53-year-old Donald “Donnie” Smith, Jr., to exit the store and attacked him.
The defendants, who were allegedly spotted “laughing and enjoying themselves” while fatally stomping on, kicking, and punching Smith outside the store at around 7 p.m., went on to flee the scene when an armed witness confronted them, cops said.
“When the victim was on the ground the suspects continued to punch, kick, and stomp on the victim. The victim was unconscious and bleeding from the head area,” said an affidavit of probable cause obtained by Law&Crime. “A witness with a firearm yelled at the suspects to stop the assault. The suspects then fled across the parking lot. This witness stated that the suspects were laughing and enjoying themselves while assaulting the victim.”
“Despite doctors efforts to save his life, Donnie did not make it. He had no insurance, leaving the cost for funeral services to Nicole. He also left behind their two young children, just a week before Christmas,” a post said.
In an interview with local ABC affiliate WSYX, Nicole Evans said she is “devastated” and “sick to [her] stomach” over Donnie’s death.
“It’s just sickening, and I cannot believe you would take another person’s life,” Evans said. “It was a random act of violence.”
Evans said that Smith was a “great father” loved by his kids, family and friends.
“I don’t know how you could just take another person’s life so senselessly,” she said, revealing that her 6-year-old daughter has begun to realize her father can’t go to the park or draw with her anymore.
Donnie Smith’s family said that the father of two sons and one daughter, and grandfather to one granddaughter, died on Dec. 18, one week before Christmas. Smith “loved race cars, softball, and sports,” his obituary said.
ORDER IT NOWFranklin County court records reviewed by Law&Crime show that Evans-Bennett and Hughes were arrested Wednesday and had arraignments scheduled for Thursday morning. The third suspect, a minor, was arrested the same day as his co-defendants. It’s unclear at this time if the 17-year-old is being charged as an adult.

A good example of such a plan in play was the case of New York City subway rider Bernard Goetz, who was successful in fending off criminals who were out to rob him, wounding them and putting one in a wheelchair. Subway crimes decreased substantially after his successful self-defense. Of course, the New York City “justice system” came after him for a “weapons violation” for which he spent a year in jail. Goetz should have kept his mouth shut. No one would have been the wiser.
The “bleeding hearts” in the “justice (actually “just us”) system that enabled the light sentence for these “teens” should also receive same or similar treatment.
After a suitable amount of time, it should be revealed that a “star chamber” formed to protect the rights of whites is responsible for exacting “true” justice and that further aberrations from “true” justice will be treated the same way. Details of the successful “operation” should then be made public.
For this to work, the individuals involved in the “star chamber” must have absolutely no ties to law enforcement, government or any other official state or federal agency and must be completely “vetted” to the extreme. Absolute adherence to operational security (OPSEC) is imperative.
It is no secret that 100% of all “acts” committed by “white supremacists” are actually “setups” of weak-minded individuals and susceptible groups in order to “prove” that “there is a problem” and that “white supremacists” are to be hunted down and destroyed.

And, especially around Christmas, what a horrible thing for that poor man’s family to go through. I lost my father and stepfather during December, so it’s a little rough at times dealing with memories now. But I can only imagine what this poor man’s family is going through: to lose a close relative due to the actions of remorseless savages. I don’t know if Ohio has the death penalty. It’s certainly needed now!

That reminds me of a story out of South Africa where some blacks were on trial for one of the many farm murders that are committed there against whites. I’m also reminded of the horrific videos out of Africa where someone is being burned to death in the street and crowds gather to watch as if it’s entertainment and even join in by throwing bricks and other objects at the victim or kicking and stomping on the victim before he’s set on fire. Perhaps the worst video was of an elderly woman who was accused of being a witch- she was set on fire in a roadside ditch and every time she tried to climb out to escape the flames, some a-hole would stomp on her and/or kick her back into the flames much to the enjoyment of those watching. People in the crowd would even gather more brush to throw on top of her as she burned to death.

And to answer the question, yes. Yes, they are. My guess is that they hybridized with Homo Erectus or something very close to that. Africans should not be held to White standards no more than a ten year old child should be held to adult standards. Of course the obvious issue then, is that Africans are already incorporated into our legal, social, and business structures. Many Africans have done fine in White society. But MOST have such low IQ and impulse control that the only reason why they manage to function in our culture is because they receive free welfare check, special opportunities, and (thankfully) self segregate to a large extent.
The best solution? Strict segregation. Blacks have their own cities, states, or nations, and Non-Blacks (Whites and Asians co-exist with few problems) live somewhere else. Blacks support themselves — or not! — and Non-Blacks leave them to their own devices.

Having done much research on the subject as well as from personal experiences, here is my observation:
Skin color is one thing (melanin sufficiency or overload), but here are black traits:
(1) the observable lack of empathy, especially impacting other human races
(2) the misguided and misapplied notion of “respect” and “disrespect”,
(3) group dynamics involving uncontrollable impulsiveness,
(4) the inability to comprehend the consequences of one’s actions,
(5) violent behavior out of proportion to the threat,
(6) the inability to look beyond the present and plan for one’s future,
(7) the lack of exploration tendencies,
(8) the inability to understand quantity and proportion,
…are all ingrained in black DNA and ARE immutable traits.
Let’s not forget that black tribal instincts demand a “strong man” form of government, where dictatorial power is meted out without a need for courts or other forms of “justice”. What the “strong man” says, goes. One’s status in black society is determined by the subject’s proximity to the “chief”. The nearer one is permitted to sit to the chief, the higher the status. The ability to understand consensus, compromise and a civil framework in which to settle disputes is absent in black DNA.
Observe any “chimp out” (black group violence) and you will see that blacks act just like their simian relatives, attacking their victim(s) not one-on-one, but almost always as a group. Even after the victim is subdued, they continue to kick and beat their victim. Even those not initially involved in the attack “join in” and “get their licks in” as well.

The Sheriff talks about how people need to lock their car doors and not leave their guns in their cars due to car burglaries. However, he fails to mention that both the 14- and 15-year-old have been arrested before for car burglaries. That’s clearly how they got the guns they used. On another note, the mugshots of the teens show that the 15-year-old has a full mustache and the 14-year-old appears to have one not quite as grown out. They both look more like they’re 18 and 19 years old respectively.
When they go into restaurants make sure one of the two kiddos gets what is obviously more fries.

For a military age male who is navigating the illegal immigration process, lying is your friend. If you can convince the government and NGO folks that you are 16 instead of 21 years old, the benefits & living conditions are much better. The sanctions for shoplifting and Kia theft are less severe. You can get your meals at the local high school , where you can play basketball and hit on white girls.
