Indianapolis. For long time readers of SBPDL, it’s a city providing a never-ending flurry of stories about racial realities in Black-Run America (BRA).
But we aren’t supposed to notice. In fact, it is all but state-mandated we turn a blind-eye to what’s unfolding, because white people living in the present deserve it for the legacy of slavery (or some other newly-invented term for blaming whites for all the failures of blacks).
But this story explains oh-so-much about life in 2020 America.
Her Name is Angela Summers. [Possible motive uncovered in shooting death of Indianapolis letter carrier, WTHR.com, April 29, 2020]:
There are new details about the death of an Indianapolis postal worker and a possible motive for the crime.
According to union officials, mail to the home had been cut off because of a vicious dog. In that undelivered mail were two long-awaited federal stimulus checks.
Federal postal inspectors were back at the crime scene Wednesday night, interviewing possible witnesses and looking for more evidence. Earlier in the day, postal inspectors, FBI agents and Indianapolis homicide detectives arrested Tony Cushingberry. They suspect the 21-year-old is connected to the murder of letter carrier Angela Summers.
“We are very excited it was taken care of in an expeditious manner,” said Paul A. Toms, president of the National Association of Letter Carriers.
Summers was shot to death Monday while delivering the mail.
There was an ongoing dispute with a resident at a home on North Denny Street. According to Toms, the resident ignored two letters warning them to contain a vicious dog.
“So a third letter went out, your mail will be curtailed until you correct it,” he explained.
Summers, according to postal regulations, could not deliver mail to the house, but she did have to walk past it to deliver mail to other homes on her route.
“She was not going to tell him, ‘I’m not going to deliver your mail,’” Toms said. “They came out and confronted her and that escalated to her death.”
Toms said that in the undelivered mail were two federal stimulus checks.
Angela Summers was a white woman, employed by the U.S. Postal Service. She was merely trying to deliver mail to a black guy, who refused to control his violent dog. He murdered her as she was trying to deliver him his Trump Bucks (federal stimulus checks for the Coronavirus crisis).
She also was apparently targeted for being white, with a black resident of the house making racial threats at her only days prior:
On April 25, Summers explained she had twice used pepper spray against a chihuahua that continued to come after her when she delivered to the house. She described the dog as a “nasty devil” and said she had asked the residents to take the dog inside multiple times. Summers said the homeowner received three warnings about the animal before the post office decided to hold the mail. The homeowner was told to pick up mail directly at the post office.
Summers wrote that a woman at the house verbally threatened her over the issue:
ORDER IT NOWA woman stands up and hollers for my attention. She tells me that she’s the ‘lady of this house’ and that if I EVER mace her dog again personally mace me. (Yup, that was definitely a threat to a federal employee *note*) Then she proceeds to yell “b*tch this and kick your ass b*tch that” at me. I keep walking. I get to the other side of this house’s yard and am putting mail in bos at the next house and she’s yelling that if I talk to these kids again she’s going to set a pit bull loose on my white b*tch ass (two clear threats now, I’m beginning to feel seriously unsafe, how exactly does race factor in this, is she threatening to commit a hate crime against a federal employee?) I turn to go to the next house (yup, quite literally turning my back on that sh*tshow) and she finished up with ‘And you BETTER deliver my mail, b*tch!’ (Is she really serious? Like I’m gonna set one single foot on that porch between now and when hell freezes over after being verbally assaulted and threatened with physical harm and a hate crime.) Here’s the TRULY scary thing. You can do everything right. You move into a very rural, all-white neighborhood. You can teach your kid to avoid all contact with blacks – and by some miracle, they understand you’re NOT being racist (just safe) and actually listen to your advice. Then, one day your next door neighbor invites one of the few civilized blacks over to their house, and then that civilized black innocently tells one of his uncivilized friends about his new white friend and what a wonderful house he has. Next thing you know, your neighborhood is now being cased. This has actually happened. We had a story last year in rural Arkansas about this 80-year old guy who did everything right to stay safe and got murdered in a home invasion because of the idiocy of his next-door neighbor.
Stay safe out there. It would behoove you to find out quietly if your neighbors are as smart about safety as you are. It could save your family’s life.

Kersey, what's up with your reading comprehension? -- or lack of it -- as every story on this makes clear, mail delivery to that house was stopped some time ago because the residents didn't respond to official requests to make sure a threatening dog there was restrained and could not menace mail carriers -- so she wasn't 'trying' to deliver anything to the house; no mail at all was being delivered to that address.
