Who are we kidding at this point? That’s a universal statement nearly documenting all the insanity underway across the carcass of Western Civilization. [Mankato schools vote to allow extra pay for non-white teachers,, December 21, 2021]:

The Mankato School Board voted earlier this month to allow the district to intentionally place BIPOC teachers in the same work environment — effectively segregating their workforce.

The Mankato School Board voted unanimously earlier this month for a policy that may grant additional pay exclusively to non-white teachers.

The board is chaired by Jodi Sapp, who previously came under fire for requiring concerned parents to dox themselves in order to comment on school matters. Under her leadership, the board voted to amend district policy so that non-white teachers only may receive “additional stipends” to become mentors to other non-white colleagues. The new policy will also have the district “placing American Indian educators at sites with other American Indian educators and educators of color at sites with other educators of color.”

These new measures are designed to “increase opportunity for collegial support” for BIPOC teachers, boosting the district’s retention rate among these demographics.

Critics have pointed out that the latter of the district’s new policies, which will have administrators placing teachers in work environments based on their race, looks a lot like segregation. Board members explained that this is not segregation, though, before the vote took place.

“When you’re one [minority] of a [white] majority it can be very isolating and lonely. To have a support system in place for them is not to segregate them, it is absolutely to support them,” member Erin Roberts said. “It’s not about trying to throw the few [BIPOC] individuals we have into one building. It’s about showing them they aren’t alone.”

“It creates global citizens at the end of the day,” Vice Chair Kenneth Reid added, speaking on the new policies.

These new measures are not without opponents. State Rep. Jeremy Munson criticized the new policy. “Our largest local school district just voted to pay people differently, not on merit, or by the content of their character, but based solely on the color of their skin,” he said, referring to the additional financial incentives available only to non-white teachers.

The Mankato School Board didn’t come up with this policy on its own. Rather, the board adopted the new language from Minnesota statute 122A.70, which commands that “school districts must develop teacher mentoring programs” and that districts may offer “additional stipends as incentives to mentors of color or [those] who are American Indian.”

Notably, the state law says districts “must” develop mentoring programs that “may” include race-based stipends. This means Mankato could have chosen to simply create teacher mentoring programs to boost staff retention without including a racial element.

In 2021, the ruling elite believe whiteness means you must be castigated.

In 2021, the ruling elite believe non-whites (being a BIPOC) means you must be rewarded.

This is how white privilege is overcome.

The number 1 album in 2021 was from Morgan Wallen, his “Dangerous: The Double Album” sold a total 3,091,000 copies including streaming. Wallen was ‘canceled’ after it was discovered in a home video he’d used the ‘n’ word. His fans didn’t care. Although Wallen was banned from awards shows, and dropped (not really) by his agents and managers, he was the king of popular music sales in 2021.

    remembering tutu.

    what a ridiculous name, tootoo.

Desmond Tutu is remembered with so much joy and affection by so many different people around the world today, that it may seem hard to imagine a time or place when he was viewed, not as a courageous moral crusader, but as a devil.

It was the mid-1970s, and South Africa was ruled by a white-minority regime through a brutal system of racial apartheid. Nelson Mandela was in prison and his Soviet-backed liberation movement, the ANC, was outlawed.

Increasingly, white South Africans focused their fears and hatred on a diminutive but outspoken Anglican priest, recently appointed to a prominent Church position in Johannesburg.
“Tutu was the devil incarnate. Literally. One of our family friends said that. He was the embodiment of evil, and the hatred was just extraordinary,” remembered John Allen, a white journalist who later became Desmond Tutu’s official biographer.
“It was an era when the leadership of the liberation movements was banned, jailed or in exile, and here was this person who was saying what most black South Africans felt. Tutu really was public enemy number one, when Mandela was out of sight, out of mind. He had this extraordinary power to communicate. He would not honey his words so as not to offend white Anglicans,” said Allen.

  14. a policy that may grant additional pay exclusively to non-white teachers.

I’m not offended, nor do I care.

I am so sick and tired of the sort of mealy-mouthed opposition we’ve come to expect from political conservatives. Here we see, again, how their “opposition” to public education (DEMs accuse them of wanting to “destroy it”) is merely reactionary, i.e. taking offense to the few school policies that they dislike.

The fact is that everyone associated with the public school system, except perhaps its football coaches, is [over-] paid on a political basis, i.e. with absolutely zero basis in economic reality: Teachers, administrators, etc. receive their ” pay” (raises!) regardless of whether the kids learn anything (they learn < nothing), and as we're about to see, again, without staff/students even having to show up.

In economic terms, extra-paying educrats on the basis of their race is no more wasteful than paying teachers on the basis of how many continuing education credits they've amassed, or their seniority, whether they're veterans, or any of the countless other justifications we hear about. A_p_e and nobody will care how much teachers get paid, nor why.

BTW, the "correct" pay for a teacher is an efficiency apartment and three square meals a day (during the 90 day, school term), plus a small stipend — out of the pockets of the parents concerned. The way it was during the bad old days of the little red schoolhouse, i.e. when kids actually learned something.

The Arabs don’t want these (((Eastern Europeans))) in their neighborhood either and I don’t blame them.

  16. What makes whites think that the policies purposely instituted against them, for the last seventy or so years, was not going to lead to this conclusion? Someone give an example of anything that Congress has done, that has “privileged” the average white person, in the last seventy years or so. It should be easy research, now that we have the net and other sources. Minnesota, lol a place that allows bill boards that have pictures of white girls faces marked up with examples of “white privilege”. “Stupid is as stupid does ” What is it, living in intense cold for too long? lol

  17. Missing in this is that the Mankato teachers are unionized. The statute only refers to mentoring, and additional funding, not the unilateral imposition of terms and conditions of employment that conflict with a collective agreement, which the policy is stating.
In fact the statute section (c) states “A school or district that receives a grant must negotiate additional retention strategies or protection from unrequested leave of absences …”. The only negotiation would be with the teachers’ union, as the representative for negotiating terms and conditions of employment.
If the teachers through their union allow a unilateral imposition of these terms and conditions of employment, it will mean that the employer can alter, unilaterally, any other term or condition of employment.

JAMES CROW represents the legitimization of EUROPHOBIA especially its core dogma that people of European descent are morally inferior to people of Color.

EUROPHOBIA- the hostility, hatred, demonization, vilification, stigmatization and scapegoating of people of European descent, their history and their culture.

Wait till Barrett’s adoptees reach puberty and their black DNA starts to reassert itself…surprise, surprise, surprise…

Racial differences manifest themselves in many ways, but are dismissed as “racism” as negatives, despite there being proof of such differences.

Racial differences are immutable, despite the protestations and declarations of “social scientists” and other “race-mongers” who insist that “there are no differences between the races”, and their holy mantra: “there is only one race–the human race”. However, they could not be more wrong.

Racial differences manifest themselves with differences in the efficacy of many drugs and medical treatments which have different, measurable outcomes depending on race.

Cultural differences are also evident, but dismissed by “social scientists” who should know better. Blacks are loud and obnoxious in white society, one example being that blacks like to “talk back” to the movie screen in theaters, disturbing other patrons in the process. Their behavior is considered “normal” within black society but is unacceptable to others.

Kapaernick is PROOF that “race” IS NOT just a “social construct” but is real.

Almost all children, as pre-teenagers are relatively cute and docile, generally DO defer to their caregivers (parents) and can be counted on to overlook racial differences. However, that all changes when children come of age and realize that there ARE differences in the races and that their own race comes into play when interacting with the real world.

Kapaernick is a prime example of black DNA asserting itself when coming of age. In a non-racial construct, Kapaernick should love his white adoptive parents who gave him every advantage when growing up. Instead, Kapaernick rejects his white adoptive parents and his white societal upbringing and has allowed his black DNA to affect his judgment. Despite never being negatively discriminated against, Kapaernick is a prime example for voluntary separation of the races. Nothing good has or can come of forced racial integration.

We are seeing the results of this “failed grand experiment” in (forced) “racial integration” as we speak.

  43. @AnalogMan

Extra pay for black teachers is an excellent idea if it creates a wedge between blacks and whites.
Segregation is the future. Eventually it will happen.
We already have overpaid blacks in corporate America. Quite often they are managers and other higher-level functionaries. Of course, the “dirty little secret” is that their subordinates are usually whites and asians who are paid less but do the real work.
Black female managers can be counted on to spend their work time doing their nails, chatting with friends, eating to excess and always complaining on how the “white man is keeping them down”.
Corporate America can afford to have these “useless bottom feeders” and “obsolete farm implements” on the payroll in order to satisfy government-mandated “racial quotas”. Not so for small businesses.
