During the three month Black Lives Matter siege on America, where countless American cities burned and thousands of businesses were looted/destroyed in the name of George Floyd, never forget Capitol Police in Washington D.C. took a knee to these violent demonstrators who tried to storm the White House on May 31. [Capitol Police officers take a knee to cheers of protesters, Fox News, June 3, 2020]:

Capitol Police officers took a knee on Wednesday, to the cheers of demonstrators protesting police brutality on Capitol Hill following the death of George Floyd.

Protests have swept across the country for nearly eight straight days, and particularly in the Washington, D.C., region.

President Trump has promised to “clamp down” on protesters in D.C. and urged local officials to instruct law enforcement to “dominate.”

“You’ve got to arrest people, you have to track people, you have to put them in jail for 10 years and you’ll never see this stuff again,” said Trump. “We’re doing it in Washington, D.C. We’re going to do something that people haven’t seen before.”

On Monday, U.S. Park Police were accused of using tear gas to clear protesters out of Lafayette Square just before Trump walked over to visit St. John’s church. Park Police said they used smoke canisters, not tear gas, and they cleared protesters because they had attacked officers.

Although some protests across the country have been marred by burning and looting, a number have remained largely peaceful. Officers across the country have taken a knee alongside protesters and offered words of solidarity.

Protesters gathered outside of the Coral Gables station house in Miami-Dade County on Saturday, where police and protesters came together, taking a knee to join in a moment of peace and prayer.

“As leaders of this profession, we (chiefs and community) must all do better at improving on our training and protocols so that our efforts towards building and maintaining community trust are not lost or overshadowed,” Diasgranados wrote in a statement, as Fox 29 WFLX reported.

On Wednesday, Phoenix police officers took a knee during a peaceful demonstration. “Images like these reflect our willingness to listen and work toward solutions,” Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams said shortly after.

Keep lecturing us about white privilege. Go ahead. What would Capitol Police in DC do when confronted by angry non-whites? They’d take a knee.

  1. See the manipulative language!

“A number of protests were largely peaceful”

Instead of saying many illegal mob gatherings were pure mayhem, and a few others were not totally riots but were peaceful for a while, or in some corners.

Although some protests across the country have been marred by burning and looting, a number have remained largely peaceful. Officers across the country have taken a knee alongside protesters and offered words of solidarity.

Demand truthful language. Oppose manipulative, deceptive language.

What would Capitol police DC do when confronted with angry whites? They’d let them in. It is actually a hopeful sign for a deplorable revolution. The police apparently will not fire on white working people. They are their class. The only person shot was randomly by a coloured cop. If the working whites had the will and courage, this could be a portend. The Capitol Hill cop who went home after the invasion and shot himself is hugely symbolic. The gendarme in Les Miserables who shot himself at the end of the 1848 French revolution. His world of simple right and wrong had collapsed. The demands of the Trump supporters are very modest and natural justice despite all the hysteria of the MSM and paid up politicians.

Before a pedant contradicts me. The gendarme drowned himself.

In every PD nationwide there is usually a directive that forbids any political expression while in uniform on or off duty. If not mistaken taking a knee, while in uniform, on duty in support of a political movement would be grounds for a lengthy suspension or dismissal. Nothing ever happened to any of the cops around the country who took such foolish action in support of a violent, racist organization like BLM. Imagine the fallout if cops had expressed any support for President Trump in the same manner.

  5. I remember. And I remember in disgust.

I doubt that they were forced to do so, which makes it even worse.

It makes the reports of Trump bringing in his own security detail even more believable.

You’ve got people that close to the president (and closer!) who take the side of the enemy.

That’s what 60 years of infiltration looks like.

We’re at war. Act like it.

OT: Earlier I commented on how the website of DeWalt, a tool manufacturer, was so PC and DIE-devoted. This morning I took a look at the website of Vulcan Materials. If you drive past a rock quarry with lots of trucks, heavy equipment, and big white guys doing hard, dirty work, you’re probably driving past a VM quarry. Take a look at the VM home page:

    This BS is everywhere.

  10. Thinking of these ‘take a knee’ events, I say it’s time for a day of reconciliation. I propose May 15, 2021, Armed Forces Day.

In towns and cities across America, Three Percenters, 2A advocates, Oath Keepers, constitutional militias, hunters, trade union men, law enforcement and patriots of all stripes should come together and mingle with Reservists, National Guard, Armed Forces and border patrol. It could be a yearly muster of the most patriotic.

Everyone should unite under the flag on this important day. Who wouldn’t want to see that?

  11. Nachum says:

I’m not making the following up:

After the protests, reports circulated that a Capitol cop had been killed. The police themselves denied, saying there were only some minor injuries in their ranks.

Sometime later a cop died, causes unknown. It was almost immediately chalked up to the protests. Because why not?

A day or two ago a Capitol cop killed himself. In virtually all stories it simply says, “causes unknown.” So…killed by protestors.

And in the latest stories, we’re informed that a Capitol cop died after a long fight with cancer on…January 2. Seriously. It’s just thrown in there. So three deaths, one, in a neat trick, a week *before* the protests.

  12. @RickTen99

b h o practically memorialized the b l m thugs who killed 5 Dallas police officers during that administration … Valhalla Harris has stated unequivocally that ‘the rioting needs to continue well past the election’ … and her wish was granted by antifa/b l m thugs everywhere.

    Hi Paul,
I love your articles, & own a couple of your books.
People need to be reminded of ACTUAL Capitol terrorism.
    Wiki still has this up:
1983 United States Senate bombing: November 7, 1983 bombing of the U.S. Capitol by New Communist Movement
Buried waaay down in the *footnotes*, you’ll see SUSAN ROSENBERG’s name. She was one of the people arrested over this, served 16 years in prison, & is now head of BLM Global Network.
    All the best,
    Sush

  14. Susan Rosenberg’s involvement with the Capitol bombing appears to have been scrubbed by Wikipedia editors, where her name doesn’t appear. There is a Wiki page about her, but no links from the page about the 1983 terror bombing and convictions.

“After her release, Rosenberg became the communications director for the American Jewish World Service, an international development and human rights organization, based in New York City. She also continued her work as an anti-prison activist, and taught literature at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. After teaching for four semesters there as an adjunct instructor, the CUNY administration, responding to political pressure, forced John Jay College to end its association with Rosenberg, and her contract with the school was allowed to expire without her being rehired.”

“In 2004 Hamilton College offered her a position to teach a for-credit month-long seminar, “Resistance Memoirs: Writing, Identity and Change.” Some professors, alumni and parents of students objected and as a result of the ongoing protests, she declined the offer.”

“As of 2020, Rosenberg serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Thousand Currents, a non-profit foundation that sponsors the fundraising and does administrative work for the Black Lives Matter Global Network, among other clients.”

Yea this makes total sense….Why conservatives’ favorite Twitter alternative is about to disappear from the internet
Far-right violence got Parler kicked off the internet. LMFAO!!! So violent blacks and their BLM and White Leftards and their violent Antifa can incite and take over whole city blocks thru violence and murder but far-right unicorn violence needs to be rooted out at all cost lol.

  16. @RickTen99

Because it’s not a political movement at this point. It’s a religion, one backed by the state, media, education, and capitalist industry. And since it’s backed by the state, any attempt to prevent it would be insubordination

  17. @Beavertales

Susan Rosenberg is a convicted domestic terrorist who was caught in possession of thousands of pounds of explosives.

She was sentenced to 58 years in prison, but was released after 16 years.

Why? Bill Clinton pardoned her during his last day in office.

Now, Rosenberg is accused of leading the fundraising efforts for Black Lives Matter.

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson broke the story.

YouTube is accused of taking down the original video of Carlson’s reporting

  18. Rooster10 says:

What we’re witnessing is war-time propaganda, and they view us as the enemy. They had legislation all tee’d up and ready to go at the slightest hint of violence, with a few agents placed in the mass crowds to act as catalyst for chaos. Now they’re talking about a planned armed protest… that I’ve never heard mentioned once on any website… thus another false flag event planned by our wonderful leaders to take even more liberties away. They’re hoping for some borderline lunatic to answer the call and start shooting, otherwise they’ll just stage a shooting with a few of their agents and use that as the excuse: heads they win, tails you lose.

Yea ROOSTER10, Channel 7 Action News Detroit
can’t hype it up enough. They are certain that “armed protests” are going down at every states capital.
Btw I use antennas. No cable here.

As an aside AIRBNB is committed to denying a rental to “hate groups” and “White Supremacist groups”.

    @Detroit Refugee

Yet when a group of blacks rented an Airbnb in royal oak, mi.. there was a shooting. Of course there was. Not a peep from anyone. Maybe Airbnb should take a look at who they discriminate against. Would they rent to a BLM group? How about a radical left wing group?
