Do not pass enough non-whites and pass too many white people, and you inevitably lose your job.

Welcome to life in 2021 Black-Run America (BRA). [Washington State Patrol replaces psychologist after passing too many white people in screenings, MSN.com, November 10, 2021]

The Washington State Patrol replaced its psychologist of 27 years due to his hiring process not having enough diversity.

Daniel Clark was temporarily replaced last Thursday after data indicated he rejected more minorities than white people in his evaluations. Public Safety Psychological Services has temporarily replaced Clark with an outside contractor, according to the Seattle Times.

“We’re really committed to keeping our practice evolving as the culture of policing evolves,” said Cerise Vablais, one of the owners of PSPS.

The data that resulted in Clark’s resignation indicate that his psychological screenings over the last four years ending in January rejected 20% of white candidates, compared to 33% of black candidates, 35% of Hispanic candidates, and 41% of Asian candidates. Candidates who were rejected were almost never hired, the outlet reported.

Clark defended his process, saying he treats everyone “as an individual and make[s] my recommendations based on an individual assessment.” He also does not believe there is bias in his methods, which placed applicants into categories of “recommend,” “not recommend,” or “marginal.” He blamed any racial imbalance on the national written tests he administers, according to the outlet.

Rather than using Clark’s grading scale, PSPS will use an A-F grading scale, as Clark’s scale “wielded an inordinate amount of power late in the hiring process,” the outlet reported.

The police agency hopes to hire 60 cadets by February 2022.

Has one story ever proven the adage ‘diversity just means less white people’?

The NYPD did this since the 80s, rejecting White candidates based on a dopey psychiatric exam, while passing all minorities to put them in the eligible pool.

  2. Too many psychologists, especially of the type found in public schools.

    • Agree: El Dato, Lancelot_Link
  3. And yet, there are still a multitude of whites that are in denial to what is happening.

  4. This is just another example of how the profession of psychology has yet again completely discredited itself from root to stem.

They sacrificed their credibility for gigs as expert witnesses and conflicts of interest inherent in institutional positions.

  5. “Fewer.” Fewer white people. If you can count it, it’s fewer. “Fewer grains of sand in your vagina.” If you can’t count it, it’s less. “Less sand in your vagina.”

Rich————- “Vibrant” Diversity, “Equity”.Affirmative Action.——-Every now and then,i take a moment to marvel that i can just flip a switch and the room is filled with light. That feels, more and more, like a temporary condition.

  7. All psychologists should be on the bread line since it’s a completely fraudulent ‘profession’. That this guy got canned is just a small victory.

If you can’t prove what you say, then it’s an opinion and no one should be given a degree for an opinion. That’s how the ridiculous notion of consensus science came about. There’s no such thing as consensus in science that doesn’t have empirical evidence backing it up.

  8. Be interesting to see the results of dropping police psychiatric standards. Will there be more cases of “police brutality” when unqualified officers use excessive force against the famous unarmed black teens?

Of course, the taxpayer will end up being stuck with the bill for “police brutality” lawsuits, not to mention the cleanup for the mostly peaceful mayhem which will occur upon media reports of an African-in-America being offed by an otherwise unqualified uniformed representative of the state.

End game here? Probably to destroy local-state police as a counter to both BRA and its string pullers in the Regime.

Once again with BRA, the lunatics are in charge of the asylum.

  9. I’m deferring to the late Livia Soprano on this profession…

The psychologist was the one sh!tcanned for making evaluations that were politically inconvenient. Blame the politicians here.

  11. Jameson says:

Time for forced equality in all hired positions, no exceptions. Each quarter the Goobermint will issue hard percentages specifying exactly the percentage of each race that is being tracked. Then any employer will be required to have those percentages of staff in all positions. So if a hospital needs a few black surgeons to make their percentages they will have to hire whoever they can get. It will then be up to the hospital whether or not to actually use any hires who aren’t really qualified. If they hire a black surgeon who in reality is more qualified to be a phlebotomist perhaps, they will just need to not assign him or her any actual surgeries, etc. The cost of this will be spread throughout the organization.

  12. El Dato says:
    @loren

Professor Kimberlé Crenshaw, a co-founder of critical race theory (CRT), explained the importance of “looking at history to understand our present” while calling for youth to “understand the ground upon which we stand is ground that’s soaked in blood of theft.”

If Professor Crenshaw could see the death camps of the future, she would probably dump core right there and then.

Of course, psychiatry is not psychology. Psychology, and in particular psychometrics, the measurement of mental ability, has a scientific basis, and that’s precisely why it’s in bad odour with the leftists now. Because objectively, White people are, on average smarter than blacks, but you’re not allowed to notice that. This guy was fired for doing his job too well. The truth was just not acceptable.

Critical Race Theory goes back a lot farther than the lady you mention. Tammanyism was indistinguishable from it.

  18. Curle says:

The southerners of the reconstruction era had it right; let each group police it’s own turf and keep the ‘other’ out of your turf. As you might guess, black ‘policing’ resulted in chaos and mass black deaths, too many to keep track of. But at least it barred the ‘blame whitey’ game, at least until Jewish and Yankee newspapers started coming around.

Have you let the IQ obsessives here at Unz know that? You know which academic discipline contains the people who design and administer IQ tests?

If you check my comment history you’ll find I’m down on everything not STEM and even some of the STEM disciplines. So much of the world is screwed up because we have people running around with absolutely bogus degrees demanding they be listened to because they have a piece of paper that says they’re an expert on some flavor of bullshit.

Just look at the US political class, the main cause for all troubles. Mostly a bunch of lawyers that can only practice their craft in specific locations because the law is an arbitrary set of rules the world over. Not like math, or engineering where what you know is actually true and not some opinion. Examine at the various Covid laws or dictatorial fatwas from pinheads like Biden, Merkel, DiSantis, Macron, Ardern, etc. Different rules in different places for human beings with the same malady. Completely arbitrary made up opinions framed as laws by the worst scum on the planet.

These people are dangerous. We need to get rid of them.

  21. @Dr. Charles Fhandrich

That’s because they’ve all been conditioned to pity the pitifull negro. Add., whites have a natural desire to help others, which is being exploited by black con artists. Add., Christianity’s basic teachings are also being exploited by black con artists.
