Previously on SBPDL: The United States Air Force’s Commander of Recruiting Service Declares Increasing Diversity [Reducing the Number of White Male Pilots] a “War-Fighting Imperative”

So what’s the point of a military again, when our ever increasing diversity should be the ultimate shield against foreign invasion and threats from China and Russia? From a Tweet attributed to Gen. Richard Clarke, who is the commander of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM):

“Diversity and inclusion requires action. It requires decisions and it requires leaders that must put themselves out there and must make purposeful decisions,” Gen. Richard Clarke, commander, USSOCOM speaking at Tampa ROCKS, Inc. over the weekend. Diversity strengthens #SOF.

For those unaware of how vital USSOCOM is, here’s a quick explanation:

USSOCOM develops and employs fully capable Special Operations Forces to conduct global special operations and activities as part of the Joint Force to support persistent, networked and distributed Combatant Command operations and campaigns against state and non-state actors to protect and advance U.S. policies and objectives.

-Civil Affairs -Hostage Rescue and Recovery
-Counterinsurgency -Military Information Support Operations
-Counterterrorism -Security Force Assistance
-Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction -Special Reconnaissance
-Direct Action -Unconventional Warfare
-Foreign Humanitarian Assistance -Preparation of the Environment
-Foreign Internal Defense

Empowered SOF Professionals, globally networked, partnered and integrated, relentlessly seeking advantage in every domain to compete and win for the Joint Force and the Nation.

For those keeping track at home, here’s an equation for you: Diversity and Inclusion > Protecting America…

I’d say military leaders within the Chinese and Russian military aren’t too worried about the long-term prospects of the United States military’s capabilities…

This reminds me of when Obummer’s head of NASA declared his organization’s priority was “Muslim outreach.” Huh? No wonder we still haven’t stepped foot on Mars.

As for special ops units, they are probably the least “diverse” in all of DOD, which means they must be wrecked too.

But seriously .. there can be upsides to “fitting in”, and not only in espionage and civic action; the average SEAL team member in a Somali bazaar is a bobbing day-glo target.
Why do I get the nagging feeling this is not what they mean?

  9. Rooster10 says:

Every war and skirmish we’ve fought, there’s been waves and waves of dead White men laying in fields and washing up on shores… maybe it’s time we sat back and watched someone else do our countries bidding.

The blue-haired fatty lesbo diversity worshipping types can now join the front-lines of battle and shed some real blood for the country they’re trying to create. Let their blood saturate the soil for a few centuries while we undermine them from behind like they’ve done to us.

Let the whole of the military turn brown/black/blue-haired… what country is left to fight for anyways?

It happened, is happening and will continue to happen in most of the larger metropolitan police departments. Enough minorities were unable to pass the entrance exams which resulted in a large percentage of white males making the top portion of qualified candidates, the result, lowering the standards. Pass over candidates that had higher scores to grab one of the low hanging fruits. Dismiss criminal histories, even for felonies, if there was no conviction. Arrested for minor drug offenses, no problem. There are lots of gang bangers and street corner drug dealers who have been hired as cops in many cities. Lots of problems resulted. Will the military be any different? I doubt it.

I always chuckle at ‘special forces’ movies that portray large, black men and small, red haired women as ‘green berets’ or Navy SEALs.

The forces always had been very elusive to blacks and women and the only way to include them is to (naturally and dangerously) lower the standards.

Takes the special right out of it…

  12. Piglet says:

It’s not just USSOCOM, it’s all over. Here’s an example:

How Air Force Global Strike Command Is Cultivating Diversity & Inclusion

The USAF chief of staff is black and his Chief Master Sergeant of the AF is a half-Korean female. The recent commandant of the USAF Academy is an openly gay woman married to another woman, and she appears to be rather masculine. Here’s her picture:

This is the commander of West Point:

The picture of Biden’s pick for Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, has been in the news lately. Yes, he’s black too.

Examples like this abound. To paraphrase the Oldsmobile commercial, “This is not your father’s military.” No white person should look at it as anything other than what it has truly become, and no one should look to it for any kind of national salvation.

Getting back to special operations, that area of the military has long been known for being predominately white. Here’s some reading for you from the Vietnam War era:

On the bus ride to Bragg, I found out what Green Berets did and what happens to SF dropouts: they go to the 82d Airborne Division. The old AA–All American. I also learned that the 82d was predominantly black. At Bragg they were called Mambuzi Rifles or the African Airborne. I was not a prejudiced person; I had a full-blown phobia about black men. They scared the hell out of me. The fear stemmed from a riot where my school bus was assaulted by a mob of angry blacks in Ft. Worth, Texas during the racial unrest of ’65. This fear was reinforced by black gangs that raped whites in their bunks at Camp Crocket. I slept with an entrenching tool. Brent was right again: Paratroopers get screwed and jump… SF training was very tough. Most were motivated to keep going in order to wear the coveted green beret. I was motivated not to be the love puppy of a six-foot four, three-hundred-pound, black sergeant whose nickname was Tripod.

Today the era of special ops being predominately white is coming to an end.

As for what the Chinese think about the US military, I doubt they are impressed by what they see. Here’s a recruiting commercial portraying their own military:

  13. Realist says:

I’d say military leaders within the Chinese and Russian military aren’t too worried about the long-term prospects of the United States military’s capabilities…

Yes, merit is always the answer.

  14. Neuday says:

I’ve read a bit about the Rhodesian Selous Scouts; those men were some pretty tough hombres too. What South Africa, Rhodesia and the United States all have in common was betrayal by political leadership.

  15. @Piglet

I have very occasionally followed the new BLM Air Force Chief of Staff and his nauseating predecessor, Chief of Staff General David Goldfein (in whose unit-level chain of command I once served; actually thought he was a pretty good guy back then), but I had no idea about the lesbian USAF Academy command-yke, and I’m completely unsurprised about the West Point Commandant- whose bio at least suggests he’s a combat veteran.

But Piglet- you get the maddest props for the Chinese military video- and I know a thing or two about those guys- what a fantastic piece of recruiting film, Hell, I’m ready to sign up if it means invading the Left Coast.

Methinks immediately, all “Americans” need to watch it and start to internalize how a PLA bayonet to the spleen will feel.

Maybe they can come up with a commercial showing the many proud migrants who’ve made their way to China and gained citizenship by doing their part for their new nation?

Their Salvadoran immigrants who have brought new food, graffiti and MS-13 must have some proudly serving there!

Africans from all over Sub-Saharan Africa surely can show the world how their well mannered young men serve proudly for a nation not of Mother Afrika!

And the Pakistani and Bangladeshi child rape gangs that parasitically prey on children of their host nation, why surely they’ve some great lads willing to show their moxie to serve China!

Oh! They don’t allow that crap because they know that it wouldn’t be their country anymore? They really feel that people that look, act, talk, walk, smell, share common language, religious and philosophical backgrounds and shared history and identity are what make the basis of a nation as we have generally understood from time immemorial?

  50. “I can tell you the idea that most terrified me was that I might have to go into action with those clowns, armed, behind me”

I served two years in the first years of the all volunteer US army. I don’t particularly consider myself a exceptional physical specimen but even I was first in rifle shooting during battalion sized basic training class and fourth in the physical training tests. There were some gungho type individuals as I recall. There were some incidences where blacks showed me that you can judge them by their character and man oh man were they lacking. On time during the night some blacks low crawled into our sleeping quarters to try and steal stuff from our lockers.
Another incident I recall in Germany where during the night around 2 AM four blacks ran out of a room populated by Mexicans. A few seconds later three or so Mexicans came out all bloodied. I guess the Mexicans were attacked by the Negro in the middle of the night. I always kept my room locked at night as the Negro always attacked in groups. This was our diverse Army in the early 70’s.
Fort Hood was on lockdown in the mid 70’s because there was some type of race riot going on. You cannot believe how many Negroes were in the Army back then but then It probably only seemed like a lot as they all hung around together.
So yes I don’t think I would have trusted most of the people with me in the Army.

Army suspends battalion command team in South Korea amid racism investigation

This comes following an “anonymous report of discrimination, bigotry, and racism in one of our formations from a USFK family member” who used an online reporting tool.

Unit commanders have been on thin ice for years, knowing that any accusation of racism will be an immediate career ending event. Reading between the lines of the article, it appears an orc spouse made an anonymous accusation and that was enough. The relief of both the battalion commander and command sergeant major is supposedly “pending the outcome of command and criminal investigations” but the damage is already done. Even the accusation of any wrongdoing is enough to ruin someone’s career, as baseless as that accusation may turn out be. How can that be? It’s easy. I have no doubt that people are already saying, “Well, where there’s smoke, there must be fire,” and “They wouldn’t have been fired if they hadn’t done something.” I saw it myself during my own years in uniform.

We truly are in Black Run America, where we live in a country run for the benefit of blacks at the expense of everyone else.

  58. Piglet says:

Not all Chinese unit insignia includes English letters, but my guess in this case is that it’s included because of the possibility of encountering foreigners (especially foreign military) who don’t speak Chinese but will be able to read English. Those same foreigners will be unlikely to understand Chinese.

In my international travels I’ve noticed that English is often available in non-English-speaking countries. For example, in Korea the highway signs are in English as well as Korean, and announcements of upcoming stations on the Seoul Metro are in both Korean and English.

We’re fortunate that English is the international language. I remember a young Dutch woman in the mid-80s who was multi-lingual and, like so many other Dutch, she spoke very good English. As she told me, “We Dutch have to learn other languages because nobody else speaks Dutch!”
