Welcome to post-America America, where the standards once governing white America are entirely abandoned, because non-white America no longer represents America. [Dallas ISD will no longer suspend high school and middle school students, introduces ‘reset centers’ as new disciplinary action: Data shows prior to the pandemic, of the students placed in out-of-school suspension, 52% were African American, 44% were Hispanic and 2.4% were white., wfaa.com, September 23, 2021]:

Dallas Independent School District is making some changes in how it addresses student disciplinary issues across middle and high school campuses. The school district is doing away with in-school and out-of-school suspensions as disciplinary practices. The district, instead, will address student behavior issues by incorporating “reset centers” in its 52 middle and high schools.

“We’re just trying to address something that has been going on for a long time,” said Pierre Fleurinor, a reset coordinator for Dallas ISD. Fleurinor, or Coach Flo, as the students call him, works at Stockard Middle School. He said the reset center gives the students a place to refocus, cool down, connect and form relationships.

“We try to just meet them at the door, love on them. Let them know that we see them. They’re welcome. And if they are having a moment where they are dysregulated, we want to just pull them to the side, talk to them. Find out what exactly the issue is,” explained Fleurinor. The school district’s program change is, in part, to address the history and disproportionate number of minority students who were being disciplined by suspensions. Data from Dallas ISD shows prior to the pandemic, of the students placed in out-of-school suspension during the 2019-2020 school year, 52% were African American, 44% were Hispanic, and 2.4% were white.

“The reset center is, like, a place that I can go to whenever I have problems, you know, just to deal with my issues,” said student Gracie Cardona. Students said the reset centers are helping them navigate challenges they’re facing on campus and at home. “When you’re feeling frustrated, you can go in there, talk to someone that wants to talk to you,” said student Michael Hernandez. In addition to trained reset coordinators, there are mental health clinicians, and social emotional staff to help facilitate the programs on each campus. Dallas ISD administrators said they are getting calls from other school districts interested in learning more about its reset centers.

Civilization doesn’t reflect non-white America anymore. Standards in non-white America mean reducing the quality of life to protect what non-whites can create in the absence of the whites…

So they are getting realistic and admitting public schools have become interim daycare centers for kids on their way to their future careers as criminals, single mothers or drywallers. Makes sense to me, any of them who aren’t interested in learning anyway may as well be pulled out of schools and placed in daycare until they are 18 and can leave the system. Maybe this will also benefit the talented tenth who have some ambition to better themselves and learn at least the minimal amount needed to someday get one of those sweet government office jobs.

  2. Can’t suspend them, can’t fail them, just pass them on grade to grade and give them a diploma. The fact they can’t read, write or do math doesn’t matter, because any company who doesn’t hire these Einsteins will be branded racist, sued, and forced to hire (create do nothing positions where they can’t horribly fuck up operations) even more of these defects to prove how non-racist they are. They’ll also have to hire diversity coaches/classes and make their other employees sit thru hours of diversity training, while being called racists and blamed for all the failures of the diversity hire fuck ups.
That’s SOP for most corporations these days.

  3. At least the “reset center” keeps the disruptive, violent behaviors away from the kids who want to learn.

  4. My wife worked at a local high school for 15yrs. The school has about 2000 students less than 5% are of the negro variety or of mixed race. Suspensions, both in and out of school, usually ran at about 90% black/mixed every year. Most of the other 10% were wiggers. Why were they suspended? Fights, drugs, stealing, disrespecting staff, damaging school property etc. It jsnt a black or white thing, jts a negro thing. They just cannot follow rules, cannot stop stealing, cannot stop being be a thug, simple, real simple explanation. Just letting them slide on issues with no consequences equals becoming a bigger problem as they go through life. Nobody in any position of public authority wants to face the real issue or speak about it in truthful terms. .Thats why forums like this exist and tell the true story.

  5. Blacks really are job-creators of the worst kind. Look at the cottage industry that’s been created almost solely due to their existence. We have an abundance of social programs in schools aimed directly at stopping their bad behavior. Those programs include directors, social workers, councilors, administrators, coaches, police liaisons… the list goes on and on. It’s even worse on a national level, with the amount of time and money spent on these people. Just imagine where we’d be as a country or world, if instead of focusing our energy on the mud people, we focused that same energy on space exploration or new technology. But alas, we don’t, instead we come up with clever accounting measures to pretend Shitrelle isn’t a menace to society. Beam me up Scotty…

  6. ….connect and form relationships.

    AKA “gangs”.

  7. Unit472 says:

Any white parent still sending their children to a heavily negro public school (20% or more negro) is guilty of child abuse and will likely raise a ‘wigger’. Its also the case that if enough white parents pull their kids from the public schools and force the school district to cut its budget to reflect the decreased enrollment they will give themselves a property tax cut they can use to enhance their home schooling effort

  10. Kind of like the game has to be suspended or changed because too many of the kids haven’t the slightest talent for what ever the game is. The typical leftist solution for years now.

50 years ago I lived in Dallas. While walking through a mall, a black lady approached me and said something. I could not understand a word of her statement and at the time I was working with poor blacks. After a few tries, I finally understood what she was pitching. She was an English teacher for the public school and they had a drive on to recruit kids for the school system. An English teacher and I could not understand a word of what she was saying. That was 50 years ago, I am sure things have not improved.

By coincidence, the reduced population of Chicago today is almost exactly the same as it was in 1920.
But the police force (in the era of Capone and Prohibition) had 600 officers in the 1920s and 12,000 today:
    https://www.criminalelement.com/rest-easy-i-pack-a-gun-true-tales-of-the-first-chicago-policewomen/

Their numbers remained small, however, as throughout the 1920s, Chicago had employed about thirty policewomen (out of a force of 600).

The black population of Chicago was 7% in 1930 and about 30% today.

One reason why public schools charge taxpayers so much money is because they operate mental/health clinics; and law firms, sports leagues, restaurants, transit companies, etc.

The failing, Dallas ISD probably spends ~\$19K per kid. Still, in ‘20, voters gave DISD approval for bonds totaling \$3.5B. That is on top of a few other bond whoppers in the preceding, ten years.

That a school district is eliminating punishments on the severe end, e.g. suspension, is a good thing. School bureaucrats are part of the executive branch. They’re not supposed to be resolving questions of guilt or innocence, nor meting out punishments without conviction at fair trial (which they don’t conduct and, indeed, aren’t allowed to.)

  20. @Unit472

if enough white parents pull their kids from the public schools and force the school district to cut its budget to reflect the decreased enrollment they will give themselves a property tax cut

Sorry, but big government doesn’t work that way. As we’ve seen in the past 18 months, even though:

    • public school enrollment dropped by (what some districts admit) 5%, and
    • probably half of the kids still enrolled didn’t Zoom in, and
    • half of those who were logged -in were playing video games,

the USG still gave school districts hundreds of billions of dollars combined in [bailout] funds. Many states simply didn’t bother to ask districts to refund the tax dollar advances they received in July (based on expected head count). And while states gave deadbeat renters protection from eviction, I don’t know of any state that gave property owners an extension on payment (suspension!) of their real/personal property taxes.

The only way that real property owners can get their property taxes reduced is by Prop 13-like tax revolts (though I get the sense that something like 13 would fail in CA today).

There’s a story out of Broward County (the largest skool district in FL) today about union teachers, and other educrats, going door-to-door in search of ~10,000 kids who are no longer showing up for school (warm body count ~250K). The theatrical teachers are showing their “deep concern” for the kids, while signaling to school (daycare) parents that sooner or later Tallahassee is going to use the drop as an excuse to cut their funding.

Unfortunately, on the rare occasion when the government cuts funding for some program, it never refunds the money to taxpayers. It merely spends (flushes) the money someplace else.

And the unionized teachers know full well that they can inflate warm body count as much as they want (the worstest, inner city skoolz have chronic, high absenteeism) without getting into any trouble.

“ love on them” ?? LOVE ON THEM ??? Let them know we see them ……. Yeah they’re perps in training – other students learning is disrupted – they see them, hear them … but let’s just let them behave any way they want with ZERO consequences!! Should work out good for the Dallas community when they get pushed thru to graduation and move on to real violent crime . Lefty’s & liberals are DESTROYING every part of America . No matter how much THEY try to hide it…. We know who commits the most crime in our cities & towns . WE KNOW

  22. RonaldB says:
    @Unit472

Don’t hold your breath that pulling white kids out of public schools will lower the tax rate. It’s a bad idea to pit school attendance against public school income. That will provide incentives for the boards of education and public school teacher unions to make it more difficult to send a child to a private school or do home schooling. At the very least, they will load private schooling down with regulations and requirements.

My feeling is, it’s best to focus on the cheap educational materials available for home schoolers and community schoolers. Education doesn’t really have to be all that expensive. But, develop plans to link school funding to attendance. Let the bureaucrats know that if they leave you alone, you’ll leave them alone, but if they come for you, you’ll come for their funding.

  25. @Sick 'n Tired

Pretty much all corporations of any size. Just another facet of the endless Negro Tax which we all pay every day of our lives.

Perhaps with resegregation coming into style we can create negro departments in our large firms just like the negro dorms they now have in college.

We can engage in clever financial machinations making it seem like they’re actually productive, and reward them accordingly. So long as they’re kept separate.

A national ball and chain. That’s the best way I can characterize them, and while I don’t know about you, I never did a single thing to deserve it. I suspect you’re the same.

Anyone can go on YouTube and watch a number of college courses, thus getting the same benefit of a college education, but without being qualified for the toilet paper degree at the end. I am a reader and am much better read on a lot of subjects than my college educated friends, who only went thru the motions to graduate.

For a parent, there are much better online courses for kids these days then there were 20+ years ago, when homeschooling was a more involved issue. Kids today can spend 2 hours covering an entire school day’s worth of classes, then go out and socialize, play sports, enjoy their childhood, more than they can sitting in a future felon factory from 8am-3pm.

  33. @Abolish_public_education

Correction: My guess of \$19K is likely too high. A better figure, based on a quick read of DISD budget documents, is probably closer to \$14k, not including USG bailout funds.

(I’m not a Texan, so I don’t follow that state’s crappy school system.)

\$14K is probably > average tuition at the Dallas County, non-elite privates.

Read a book on the murders a few years back. I don’t remember the name of it but it was very good. Those boys were definitely molested and I bet he at least buggered one of them. I also think Hansen wasn’t the only offender in the crime. There was a lot of degeneracy in the local horse industry at the time. Sad story overall. Happened back when America was 90+ percent White and didn’t suck.

There’s all this concern for the poor orcs who prefer to behave like jungle savages. What I do not see is any consideration for the well-behaved students who are victimized by orcs on a daily basis. What about their right to be able to attend classes without putting up with the usual monkeyshines and being beaten, robbed, raped or worse? None of these “concerned” SJWs give a damn about the decent kids.

The savages shouldn’t be suspended, and instead they should be permanently expelled and sent on a one-way trip back to the Dark Continent where they belong. Anything less will simply not solve anything.

Doctors in the United States have Borders, they begin at their office doors. And, if you don’t have health insurance, the border guard at the registration desk will prevent you from getting through to see them.

For only 35 cents a day, you can feed, clothe, medicate and educate a poor, starving child on the other side of the World, but the same amount of money here won’t keep you supplied with bubble gum.

Any White Person who donates money to one of those charity scams, while people are starving on the streets right here in our own Country, should be disowned by their families.

I’ve only watched it maybe a half dozen times, but the episode of South Park with Starvin’ Marvin was hilarious. A fat ass, teary eyed, Sally Struthers was eating all of the food that was being sent to Ethiopia. It made me think that the increasingly bloated Yael Eckstein has been digging into the life saving, Food Boxes that are meant for “Holocaust Survivors.”

  37. So, the single, solitary White Student in the entire Dallas Independent School District never manages to get themselves suspended, and, as a result, the whole “Minority” Student Body gets a free pass to misbehave as they wish? How is that going to raise their academic performance? Am I to assume that the Educational Institutions have finally given up on what has long proved to be an exercise in futility?

The only question that remains is, why is there still a White Child attending a Public School in Dallas?

  38. @dixonsyder

Whenever you remove white influence and let asphalt monkeys be what they genetically are, the result is a total degeneration. Jazz music is a perfect example Racist Miles Davis and his cohorts completely destroyed the music. The beauty and the discipline of a Bill Evans, a Dave Brubeck or Stan Kenton was drowned out in a monstrous cacophonly of noise, unintelligible as music as we understand it. The same thing has happened in every country in which porch monkeys were allowed to run amok, Nigeria, Haiti ad absurdum.- You remove the restraints of civilization, white or asian and anarchy and chaos result. The caving in of the Dallas school district will be followed by every other once great american city. The trajectory of the US has been compared to that of ancient Rome – WRONG it is far worse.
