That’s almost certainly true. That said, though, don’t we have a problem here in the US in the sense that public defendants are heavily overworked? I mean, public defendants largely represent lower-class and lower-IQ people, no? If so, it’s possible that, on average, blacks got a worse-quality defense in their trials than whites did–thus perhaps causing some innocent blacks to take plea bargains because they feared that they could get nothing better.

Wouldn’t it be cheaper if they outlawed black people? They can save money on that useless implicit bias training for everyone except the 3% that causes the actual problems.

This reminds me of when the head of the state government agency I worked for decided everyone should sit through a session on Diversity. Some elderly black man stated several different times that diversity is good. He never stated why (incredible, yes?). And no one asked, either. That would have been a career killing move.

When the average person in this country reads this article, I would bet that an idea would momentarily pop into all their heads, as it did in yours. Perhaps the reason so many blacks are incarcerated for violent crimes in Iowa compared to whites is that whites simply don’t commit violent crimes at the same rate as blacks do. Radical thinking, right? Unfortunately, it is, and the average person will instantly repress that temporary WrongThink and force themselves to believe the intended premise of the article, that the disparities are all due to racism against blacks.

Someone brought up the quality of the defending lawyers having a role in all this. I don’t think it does. As PK has pointed out time and again, in every state in the country (even Iowa), the legal system is geared to automatically plea bargain down any charges against blacks. Blacks initially charged with felonies are ultimately charged with misdemeanors, etc etc. No matter the quality of the defense awyer, this is reflexively done in every venue, usually facilitated by the PROSECUTING (district/state’s) attorney. At the same time, the type of whites who commit crimes also can’t afford top notch lawyers, but don’t have the reflexive plea bargaining in place for them (or the DA on their side), and get treated harsher by the legal system due to the low quality of their defenders. Rich people of all stripes–especially rich blacks–will have the finest lawyers at their disposal.

If I was a liberal interested in publishing “research” on this topic, I’d probably write a paper on DUIs with the conclusion that whites get treated more leniently for DUI than blacks because they can afford better lawyers. I’m sure there is plenty of data to back that conclusion up on face value. What I wouldn’t reveal though was the fact that the reason a lot of blacks were ultimately charged/treated harsher with DUIs is that their DUIs accompanied more serious charges (vehicular manslaughter, armed robbery) that were pled down to a simple DUI charge. It’s the same as all this data published on “blacks incarcerated for simple drug possession”–what they don’t tell you is that their more serious accompanying charges of violent crimes and drug dealing were all pled down to drug possession with light jail time.

Obscuring the fact that blacks commit violent crimes at a rate much higher than everyone else appears to be one of the key current tenets of the powers that be. I’ve noticed a deluge of movies and TV shows being released early this year all centered around the premise of “wonderful black man sentenced to jail for a crime he didn’t commit because racism”.

Meanwhile in the state of Mass the republican Governor Charlie Baker folded like a cheap suit after watching ANTIFA storm the fare gates in New York City. He submitted a budget proposal outlawing arrest and fines for fare evasion claiming the Transit Police were racist for targeting blacks for the crime of fare evasion without releasing any statistics . He should be nominated for Profiles in cowardice.

Face it: the Civil Rights movement has morphed into a crime entitlement program for blacks

A crime entitlement program is what the Civil Rights movement has been from the its very beginning at the end of the American Civil War.

How could it ever be anything else when socially inherent Black crime is one core difference, among many, between Blacks and Whites; and therefore it being a core reason for their segregation?

Effectively dissolving the segregation requires nullifying the criminal behavior in terms of our justice system’s effective prosecution of it. The prosecution is the response and ultimate cause of segregation.

In that way, a White family can “prosecute” (take action that the Black family can view as racial punishment) by fleeing a neighborhood because a Black family doesn’t mow their lawn enough or are too loud. The crime doesn’t cause the segregation, the prosecution of the crime does. This scales up to actual crime and its prosecution.

Prosecution for Black crime, not the crime itself, becomes a de facto means of maintaining the segregation. This is their logic.

To wit, the lynching phenomenon arose after the American Civil War.

Lynching was a White social response to the spike in Black on White rape and murder.

This spike was the result of newly freed slaves roaming the countryside. Sometimes the murder was of entire families, in order to gain unrestricted access to rape the White woman.

This wasn’t extra judicial justice for revenge’s sake. Lynching was a desperate social measure enacted by the White populace after the carpetbagger judicial system began to refuse to effectively prosecute Black rapists and murderers.

For the White populace, the confounding part of it was that the lynching did not have the intended effect.

That is, lynching, as a demonstrated consequence for rape or murder, didn’t dissuade the former-slave population from continuing to rape and murder at the same rate. Anymore than present-day lesser punishments whatsoever dissuade the Black population today.

What we think of as “violent criminality” are just natural behavior patterns for blacks. Consequences for their actions are an afterthought compared to their instinctual drives. The possibility of getting caught and lynched was no more a deterrent 150 years ago to a black who had the urge to rape a white woman than conspicuous security cameras (and conspicuous signs alerting them that the cameras are present) are to blacks who have the urge to commit any sort of crime today.

They also keep ramping up the image of Black men in commercials. You can’t watch prime time television for 30 minutes without seeing a friendly Black guy take his family skiing or camping in a luxury suv. I honestly wouldn’t care if it wasn’t so over the top. I went skiing a few weeks ago and I saw maybe one Black guy out of a thousand.

There is a cynical and antagonistic side to these commercials as well. They often have to denigrate or humiliate a White male character. That tells me they don’t believe in equality or unity. They want to stick it to White men just as much as they want to improve the image of Blacks.

The left is really becoming unhinged. Trump is making them bonkers and they are doubling down on areas they dominate like televised fiction. I also think a lot of the left has given up on trying to equalize Blacks and now just want to tear Whites down.

I can only speak from personal experience. I see numbers and stats and only glaze over. I have been in a state of despair pretty much since Ferguson happened, as it was THE eye opening event for me, and everything that has happened since has just been a catalyst from that time. For many decades I pushed my gut feelings about our problems with black behavior down and gave away confidence in them that I cannot retrieve. I suffered them through school, I listened intently in college about their plight. I recently got separated maritally because my spouse decided I had become a devout racist. My own mother and father refuse to call out what is going on, and most, if not all, my friends on social media continue to parade their IKAGO stamps of approval daily and weekly. When people at work ask me about the Superbowl, I barely make a response. I just . Think. This. Is. Irretrievable. I have read this blog for 6 years , and I always got a feeling that I was meeting a secret friend. I only decided to write on it a month ago. I just have had it with it all. The never-ending grudge and proverbial axe to grind,coupled with the innate aggression these people have , in wedlock with the media at large, does not add up to a good end when it comes to ANY other race reconciling or coexisting with them. They are simply a lost effort when it comes to anything besides their absolute reign over what’s left of this world. What’s more troubling to me are the complicit. They bare the burden, and refuse to claim the truth. Strange times indeed.

I do have to laugh at it all. I am always amazed as how blacks are ALWAYS presented as, essentially, living a middle to upper-middle class WHITE lifestyle. They’ve got a nice house that’s clean and well kept; they have kids who are well behaved and have a father and a mother in the house. The father and mother apparently have jobs. The mother and father are both in very good shape physically. Their kids read books and are into things like science and the arts. They go on skiing trips or trips to the museum in their new SUV.

When I had to return to Atlanta last month, for Dr. and other business, within an hour of being there, I couldn’t WAIT to leave again. I am one of a handful of native New Yorkers on this site who comment regularly on the fate of our cities in the post-modern era, and I’ve been fortunate to see both the “bad old days” and the revitalization of my city in the Giuliani and post-9/11 eras. Of course, at present, we’re cursed with a bonehead for a mayor, Bill “I Loves De Vibrantz So Much I Married a Black Lesbian” DeBlahBlah, who positively ITCHES to undo all the hard work of the past 25+ years, but most NY’ers have long been fed up with Mayor Bonehead and we are salivating to vote him out!

There’s no shame in moving to the ‘burbs or heading out for the wide blue skies and tranquil nights of farm country, either. It’s one of a handful of moves strongly in contention for me and my husband once we hit retirement age, in fact. If you can find a Whitopia that’s not in danger of becoming “vibrant,” and can afford to uproot yourself and, if applicable, your family, it only makes sense to do what’s safest and smartest for you and yours, right?

Despite incessant “news” media buzz to the contrary, and a populace cowed by threats of doxxing, job loss, and violence into murmuring meaningless platitudes about blacks and transgenders, the vast, vast majority of White Americans know what’s up. I truly believe this—and I believe many are biding their days until the time is right for concerted action.

Utah has the crime rate that it has because it is populated with white people who exercise self restraint. New York’s population (and similar areas) aren’t living in an absolute meat grinder only due to the panopticon surveillance state and it’s occupation army -level number of police. Take away that, and the welfare that allows full bellies, and a “place to stay”, and watch what results. I doubt that it will look like Utah.

Whites who have led sheltered lives learn pretty quickly once confronted face to face with the facts of TNB. Many of them are afraid to admit it, because you can be made unemployable for contradicting The Narrative, but they are neither blind nor stupid. It usually takes them no more than a few days. Spend a week around dindus, see constant and continuous shameless TNB, perceive the pattern, and comprehend.
