For a brief moment in 2020, much of corporate America united around a common goal: to address the stark racial imbalances in their workplaces.
Mass protests sparked by the murder of George Floyd led to a flurry of company promises, both specific and vague, to hire and promote more Black people and others from underrepresented groups.
Exclusive analysis by Bloomberg News shows how many of the biggest public companies did.
The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requires companies with 100 or more employees to report their workforce demographics every year. Bloomberg obtained 2020 and 2021 data for 88 S&P 100 companies and calculated overall US job growth at those firms.
In total, they increased their US workforces by 323,094 people in 2021, the first year after the Black Lives Matter protests — and the most recent year for which this data exists.
The overall job growth included 20,524 White workers. The other 302,570 jobs — or 94% of the headcount increase — went to people of color.
People of color make up a minority of the US population, and in most cases are underrepresented at big US companies. In 2021, Hispanic, Asian and Black people made up a vast majority of the added workers — a trend that, analysts say, is necessary to overcome their historic underrepresentation.
The biggest shifts happened in less-senior job categories. White people held fewer of those roles in 2021 than they did in 2020, whereas thousands of people of color were added to the ranks.
But the trend continued up the job ladder in top, high-paid jobs, too: Companies increased their racial diversity among executives, managers and professionals.
As Ryan Girdusky, a GOP-affiliated consultant, put it, “Following the BLM protests, just 6% of new S&P 100 jobs went to white applicants. The only way this is possible is if corporations racially discriminated against white applicants.”

childcare group’s exclusionary advertising has been condemned by city officials and residents in Canada after gaining viral attention.
In Coquitlam, British Columbia, a sign appeared earlier this week promoting a “whites-only” mom-and-tots group.
The sign read, “Join us for whites-only moms & tots,” before adding: “Are you looking for somewhere your children can play with others that look like them? Are they tired of being a minority in their schools and daycares?”
After being spotted in the city, the sign has been shared across social media and even prompted an official response from the city of Coquitlam.
In a release on September 25, the city statement read: “The City of Coquitlam is deeply committed to fostering an environment of equity, diversity and inclusion for all its residents. We are aware of the exclusionary and racist notices posted in our community, promoting activities that run counter to these principles.

I’ve been identifying as ‘black’ on every EEOC form since 2007 and Census form since 2010. I’m as white as snow but I’m sure I’m counted as part of that 94%.
I guess part of the problem is the executives in the C-suite are never affected by the terrible decisions. Instead of making 5 million they make 4.75 million the next year, and when things get real bad, they jump companies doubling their salary while touting how they pioneered DEI at their previous job. To them, not having to deal with lawsuits from the ADL and other similar orgs, donning them racists and ruining future job opportunities, they cave-in enacting profit crushing diversity decisions that mostly only hurt the day-to-day workforce and customers but allow themselves to save face and make millions going forward.
The problem is systemic, the entire system has been corrupted and needs to burn before anything will get better. Half measures and pussyfooting get us nowhere.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — A 14-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection with a weekend shooting over a yearslong squabble that left three teenagers dead and another injured in the capital city of South Carolina, officials said Tuesday.

My cousin who is white as a snowball, has been listing his ethnicity on school papers, job applications, and other government forms. He’s been doing this for over 30 years and it seems to work out for him. His reasoning is because our grandmother on our dads side was from Spain (she came to the US as a child in the early 1930s)
Apparently a lot of Whites & Asians are doing similar on college applications, listing themselves as Native Americans, black, Hispanic etc. If they are questioned about it, feign indignation, threaten to sue and go to the media, and of course call the person questioning their ethnicity a racist/bigot/trans-homophobe.
I would be very interested to see how many of the 94% POC hires are actually POC, and how many see the way things are going and changing their ethnicity? When I worked on the highway, our company had to annually send in diversity reports on our employees, because it was a federal job and we were getting federal money. Our way around it was to hire Jamaicans, Cubans, and a few women (wives of owner, project manager, superintendents, etc), to hit the required numbers.
The only silver lining is that we will have less h1b visa applicants once the US is down the toilet.
The problems that I experienced in a company that hired useless blacks was that the blacks were guilty of gross non-performance whereupon the managers started throwing fits and demanding that the white employees take up the slack and do their jobs for them. Prior to that, they’d tried to get the blacks to perform only to be met with screeches of, “Dis be raycism! We gonna sue!” along with threats of getting the NAACP involved etc. so the cowardly company solution was to attack the white employees in the aforementioned manner. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if this same scenario starts playing out in these foolish corporations. White employees beware!

In corporate cultures, black “quota hires” are assigned as “managers” or “supervisors”. They do their nails, talk about their plans for “after work” or the “weekend”, and are generally useless.
Once in a while they come around and visit their subordinates (who actually get things done) with a confused look.
As long as these substandard affirmative action types don’t get any notice from the “upper-level managers” about the tasks at hand, they pretty much stay out of the way.
These have been my experiences with corporate culture.
Blacks are “place holders” in which to fulfill government-mandated racial “quotas”.
Corporations can afford the “dead weight” of these “quota hires”, in order to achieve the required “numbers”.
A good example of this was a Detroit Board of Education administrator who could neither read nor write. He was found out when he was expected to deliver a needed communication by his own hand. His subordinates were not around to “help” him. His incompetence actually made the local media.
A good example of black incompetence is that of ESKOM, South Africa’s electricity provider.
Once, a world-renowned and recognized top performing electrical utility, it has been relegated to third-world status because the competent white engineers and technicians have been replaced with substandard blacks who could not run a shoe shine stand, let alone a major utility.
Affirmative action, known as BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) has been used to push out competent white engineers and technicians in favor of incompetent blacks.
Sound familiar?
South African utility customers are lucky if they have electrical power for 4 hours per day. In white areas, generators are commonly used to maintain electrical power when the utility goes down.
Another good example of black incompetence is that of land redistribution which stole land from productive white farmers and awarded fully functioning farms to blacks. The first thing these blacks did was to dismantle and sell the farm machinery for scrap, were unable to plant and harvest anything, and in general ruined perfectly good crop-producing farms.
A small number of South African blacks realize that they screwed up, big time, and would like to have the whites back in power.
They may get their wish, but not in the way that they desire. Chinese interests have been looking at and buying up South African resources as business interests. The Chinese will not treat blacks as well as the whites who preceded them.

North Carolina man was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole in connection with the fatal shooting of the defendant’s 5-year-old neighbor.
Darius Sessoms recently agreed at the Wilson County Courthouse to an Alford plea, which allowed him to maintain his innocence but admit evidence in the case would likely result in a guilty verdict if he went to trial, WRAL reported.
Sessoms, 28, was accused of fatally shooting 5-year-old Cannon Hinnant in the head while the boy was riding a bicycle at his father’s home in August 2020.
A witness to the shooting, Doris Lybrand, said she saw Sessoms run up to Hinnant, hold a gun by the child’s head and then return home.

Also note how in this article they say that Whites are “overrepresented” in “senior job categories”, thus implying that it is totally okay to screw over young White Americans because boomers and gen x (cohorts that are 80-95% White) are still occupying the boardroom.
Young White Americans need to just list something else in these job applications. The elites have been doing it for decades to advance their careers, even as they demand you do not (the most obvious case is Liz Warren). The fact is, the companies have absolutely no way to verify your ethnicity, and it’s illegal to ask questions about it in the interviews. The companies are happy to list you as a diverse hire. The truth is, though, that most don’t even need to lie, as virtually all of us can trace our ethnicity back to some preferred category arriving on these shores at some point. That, really, shows just what a grift the entire DEI operation is (as E. Michael Jones says, this is a category of the mind, and the oligarchs uses this category to oppress us) and how the entire scam relies on White Americans meekly accepting it and resigning themselves to second-class status. The elites rely on the good faith of White Americans as they screw them over. Well, don’t play along. Just check something else.
If you want to see an example of what a modern diverse candidate looks like, see Mike McDaniels, head coach of the Miami Dolphins. He is biracial. His organization got all the benefits under the current NFL diversity initiative for hiring him. I do not doubt he is lying about his family history, all I will say is google a picture of him. It’s fine. This is how things work, just think of him when you see that checkbox on any form.

It’s getting worse. In my trade, blacks were shoveled into the easier, non-essential jobs. The bosses and supervisors’ kids were shoveled into easier positions or supervisory jobs. But they were always very small numbers and we’d work around them. Now, they’ve gone over the top. Hiring and promoting ill equipped minorities. 2nd world within 10 years, 3rd world in 20-30. The Mexicans I know tell me a middle class person down there can live a decent life. Maybe our kids and grandkids will be lucky enough to live in a Mexico level country.

The common thing down here in FL is to get insurance the month before your registration is due because a valid insurance # is required to renew your tag, renew for 2 years, then stop paying the insurance. The other option is to take a valid plate off a same model car, happened to a guy I worked with, another guy I know would use a razor to make an X in the sticker, so it would come off in pieces. Apparently he was just adding the sticker over the old one for a few years so it built up, and someone cut the whole chunk off and probably glued it to their plate.

As far as I’m concerned, “Indigenous” just refers to those who were here before you. I once got fed up and told them at work, that my ancestors have been here since before the War of Northern Aggression (recently sold the old family homestead in Prince George’s County, MD, which had been in the family since before the Civil War.) I also told them that if it wasn’t for my ancestors, who built the railroads, cleared the land and farmed it, ran the local stores and such, and provided defense in times of need, that if it wasn’t for my ancestors, you’d fall victim to one of the “Three S’es”. Stranded, Starved, or Scalped.
And, I told them that my company’s headquarters building, which is where they wanted to send me to HR for “indoctrination”, I guess, was built on land cleared and farmed by my ancestors specifically, that I truly AM the Indigenous People of Prince George’s County.

Ohio man and his younger brother were found not guilty of involuntary manslaughter this week in the 2022 beating death of 17-year-old Ethan Liming on a basketball court in Akron.
A jury found Deshawn Stafford, 20, guilty of assault and aggravated assault and Tyler Stafford, 19, guilty of assault but could not reach a verdict on a second involuntary manslaughter charge filed against Deshawn.
Deshawn faces 18 months in prison for the assault charges compared to the 11 years he faced if convicted of involuntary manslaughter. It is unclear if prosecutors will pursue another trial for that charge.

All of that stuff can be repaired or remediated over time, but not as long as Haiti is full of Haitians. First step is to trench in sewer lines and build a few sewage treatment plants. The treated sewage can be mixed with top soil and sprayed on hillsides with grass seed to help stop erosion. Alfalfa seed is a good choice as well, since it puts down very deep roots, and can be used to feed livestock. Then start planting trees to reinforce the hills even more, and proper drainage so when it is the rainy season, the water flows into a drainage basin to store for irrigation, with over flows that collect in lower basins, until finally reaching the ocean if there is heavy run off from hurricanes or tropical storms.
Since Haiti gets hit with earthquakes, build all buildings to California or Japanese standards. Building height restrictions and floating foundations on shock absorbers would allow for flexing if an earthquake hits. One of the things I noticed in news footage of the earthquake in 2010 was the complete lack of rebar in the piles of rubble, and in the places they did use rebar, it looked extremely undersized.
Basically Haiti has a lot of potential, but it will only improve if there are no Haitians there, and none are allowed to come back.

Years ago, I knew someone who got assaulted in DC by one of the natives. The orc had him down on the ground in an alley, pummeling the hell out of him. In self defense, my friend was able to grab something, I forget what it was now (piece of pipe, broken brick, bottle?) and slugged the orc upside the head.
I can’t remember the ultimate outcome, but guess who got arrested? He was also charged for use of a deadly weapon, or something like that, because apparently you have to meet “force with force.” So if someone has you down on the ground and is slugging you to death with his bare fists, you can only use your fists in defense. Bringing in a “weapon” is not fair.
So apparently, the attacker’s safety is more important than that safety of victim in the eyes of the law. Sorry, but if I’m being attacked, my first priority is to stop the attack, as quickly as possible and with as little harm to myself as possible. The well-being of my attacker is NOT on my radar at that point!
As for the outcome, I think the charges against my acquaintance were ultimately dropped. But he still had to deal with the hassle of defending himself…first against the attacker, and secondly against the law!
No wonder people keep moving away from these things in droves.

In today’s America, and in many other parts of the world, the process is the punishment. Selective prosecution is a major problem in this country. BLM and Antifa types who have committed crimes are ignored while innocents who defend themselves (but are of the wrong political persuasion) are charged with crimes.
Being charged with a crime, the indictment, the arraignment and trial are all a part of the punishment. Even if the case is dismissed, the damage, the difficult days, the threat of fines, incarceration and legal bills, and the uncertainty of what comes next are all punishments.
Observe those who were arrested after the January 6, 2020 demonstrations—those who were purposely let in to the capitol by FBI types and then arrested, days, weeks, and months after the event.
Those who are presently incarcerated in the D. C. gulag for the January 6, demonstrations are “special cases”–”political prisoners” who have been identified by their political enemies and prison staff and have been selected for “special treatment”.
Even if their cases are dismissed, the damage has already been done. The time served, the harassment and brutality can never be “taken back”.
This also extends to the likes of Kyle Rittenhouse, who is clearly observed on video defending his own life against rioters, who was “put through the legal wringer”–once again, the process being the punishment. Thankfully, he was acquitted by a competently-run legal system (in his case).
The Memphis couple who were charged with “brandishing weapons” against the BLM and Antifa criminals who broke down a barrier and were trespassing on private property is but another example of selective prosecution. They were indicted on “weapons charges” for merely defending themselves.
My third and final example of this is the “Satilla Three” who are languishing in prison for defending their lives and neighborhood against Ahmad Arbery, a career criminal who was “casing” construction sites for materials and tools that he could steal. In this case, the “powers that be” went “prosecutor shopping” when the initial prosecutor refused to indict. It took “three tries” before they found a prosecutor who would indict.
It turns out that Arbery was not being “chased”, but had “doubled back” and threatened the man with the shotgun, pulling on it causing it to fire. You see, Arbery had felt “disrespected”, and in his feral, simian way had to confront the man who had “disrespected” him. Arbery could have run off in any direction, but chose to confront the man with the shotgun. This was a clear case of self-defense, having been video taped as well. The trial was a fiasco, with a weak, incompetent judge, civil-rights hustlers and Arbery family members in the courtroom threatening riots if the “correct” verdict was not rendered. Requests for a change of venue and a sequestered jury were denied. Evidence showing Arbery’s previous criminal activity in the Satilla Shores neighborhood was also suppressed. It would seem that, with all of the legal and procedural misconduct, these three men should have good grounds for a successful appeal.
Once again, the process is the punishment…something democRATs have been using to their advantage.
