Diversity is just another word for less white people.

Somehow, our military’s devotion to eradicating the number of white males involved in TRADOC will make us safer, more secure, and a greater beacon for democracy. [TRADOC hosts ‘game changing’ diversity and inclusion training, Army.Mil, May 5, 2021]:

The U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command’s diversity office provided training necessary to effectively advise commanders in areas of diversity and inclusion, and to make a better, more inclusive workplace for everyone.

The training, called the “Game Changer” training, was hosted April 26-30 here at Jacobs Conference Center for Army equal opportunity advisors.

“We’re a force multiplier. We can come into an organization and help the commander build a stronger team and explain to them why it’s important to have diversity,” said Lt. Col. Joseph Hissim, TRADOC equal opportunity program manager. “We didn’t have much diversity and inclusion training before, but with this course, we are now better equipped to advise our commanders in this area.”

Hissim said that since diversity is a new requirement in the Army People Strategy, many EOAs did not have the skill set to meet the requirement. TRADOC’s solution was to host training sessions for equal opportunity professionals from TRADOC and any other commands that wanted to participate.

“We asked other organizations if they had EO professionals they would like to send to the course, and received an overwhelming response of people who wanted to come,” Hissim said.

The five-day train-the-trainer course was led by Dr. J. Bruce Stewart, a retired U.S. Air Force lieutenant colonel, who is the founder and chief executive officer of Small World Solutions, a company that specializes in facilitating inclusion and diversity training.

“This training provides participants with tools and ways of thinking that they can take back to their workplace and use to actually make a difference,” Stewart said. “All too often we have training that’s a one-time event and it’s never applied, especially in this area of diversity and inclusion, in a significant way that can really create measurable progress. That’s what we’re trying to do here.”

Stewart said he refers to the participants as ‘game changers’ because upon leaving the training they’ll work to change the game that’s been played to a new game, where everyone can participate regardless of their differences.

“It’s not about how smart you are as individuals, it’s how you play as a team,” Stewart said. “We have to ask ourselves, ‘how do we get our team to play better or best together?’”

Stewart’s approach to facilitating a training that sticks with his participants comes from the way he views the brain. He said he likes to look at the brain as being divided into three parts: a logical, reasoning part; an emotional part; and an action part.

“When I design a training, I try to make sure it hits all three parts of brain,” he said. “I want to give them the data or logic behind concepts, include exercises that promote emotional connection and finally find specific actions they can do.”

Stewart said he hopes participants will walk away from the training with the perspective needed to understand better how to put strategies in place that give people a chance to connect regardless of differences and to create policies and programs that promote inclusiveness.

“They’ll identify some organizational processes and personal habits that they can improve to be more inclusive and also put in place what we call a feedback system,” Stewart said. “They’ll be able to measure and compare the other ‘game changers’ and see what kind of impact they’re having on their social network.”

Measuring the impact of increased diversity and inclusion awareness is an important goal for the Army. Hissim said a second train-the-trainer session is scheduled May 10-14 at Fort Benning, Georgia. The 80 participants from the sessions in Fort Eustis and Fort Benning will return to their duty stations as ‘master game changer coaches’ tasked with training a total of 100 EOAs each month for the next five months.

Hissim said surveys will be used to measure training effectiveness on individuals and organizations. If the training is successful, the goal is to incorporate it into Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute curriculum.

“Really, the end goal is to provide commanders a force multiplier that will improve readiness by creating more cohesive teams, inclusive organizations, and leaders who are socially aware, compassionate, and can identify and resolve discrimination or prejudice at the lowest level,” Hissim said.

Leading officers in the Chinese and Russian militaries are laughing hysterically, knowing the US Military is no threat as the 21st century marches on… with diversity offering no advantage on the battlefield for the nation believing it to be their ultimate equalizer.

It’s just a synonym for less less white people.

    Seems to me it’s ALL about smart individuals. Smart individuals would know how to best play, whether individually or as a team. Provided the team is made up of smart individuals.

    On the other hand, if you have a bunch of idiots, putting them together on a team isn’t going to magically transform them into anything more than what they are.

    Smart individuals also know better than to fall for this crap. That’s why their value is downplayed in this type of indoctrinatio- er, “training.”

    In colleges the blacks demand separate dorms, eat in their own area of the cafeteria, etc. It is just a matter of time before the same thing happens in the military. Just like when there were black units years ago, before integration. Then, the ultimate will be when in war units will fail to support other units based on their identity. The possibilities are endless, maybe the female lesbian unit can’t do this or that on the battlefield, but then the straight white male unit slow walks their support since the female lesbian unit previously had their funding cut after complaining about them for some nonsense. Or maybe the straight white male unit needs something on the battlefield but their usual partner, another straight white male unit is off getting the black unit out of some situation they never should have gotten themselves in in the first place, and the other white unit suffers extra casualties. Or maybe the black unit suffers a high number of casualties in some battle, they won’t blame their own incompetence, or even the situation they got caught in, they will blame some white unit or some other aspect of the chain of command for not doing this or that to support them because they are black. No good can come from any of this. The black seals unit will be the most interesting one to see.

    Not only does it offer no advantage, but diversity is a distinct disadvantage. It’s been 28 years now since that first memory I have of hearing “diversity is good” (to paraphrase) from a Professor in a technical field, no less. Just as bad as having the diversity itself is living in a society in which people are forced to acknowledge blatant lies like this day-in and day-out.

    This guy Bruce Stewart has got a real niche of stupidity there, all on taxpayers money. Think about this when you wonder what you can get away with on that 1040 form or you’re considering doing business off the grid.

    Oh, and that “teamwork” bit. That’s the same for college courses too – “teamwork” means the smart White and sometimes Oriental guys do the real thinking and everyone gets the credit together. Think about that too, if you know someone who’s considering joining up. You’re not gonna “be all you can be” – you’re only gonna be as good as your diverse team can be. Embrace the suck.

    Oh, and yes, the Chinese are indeed LTAO. They aren’t innocent bystanders in all this either. Look up “Confucius Centers”.

    There is absolutely no evidence that “diversity makes us better”, in fact all, literally all evidence says the opposite. Robert Putnam should have ended it definitively with his sociological studies, but we are seeing it all play out in real time. Universities have gone from a place where students are taught subjects to a place where we socially engineer the leftist utopia, but has anyone noticed that utopia is not coming? All that happens is more and more bureaucratic energy is spent trying to fix the problems diversity is causing, to no avail.

    This is where the military is headed. Every second the military spends on this nonsense is a second not spent preparing to fight and win the next war. This is a compounding problem too, because now the military will have to thought police everyone to make sure they are doing things in a properly inclusive way. The thing is, though, you can only go against reality for so long, eventually the old creaky power that lost its way gets exposed, as happened in Adrianople, the Russo-Japanese War, and countless other times in history.

    Studies have shown that diverse neighborhoods have less trust than homogeneous neighborhoods. What the liberals are moving our civilization to is from a high trust (even with people who lie or cheat, the overall society works because of the common identity and overall belief systems) to a low trust where the lack of a common identity and lack of common beliefs leads to low trust or even outright distrust, even hatred, among various groups, and that affects EVERYTHING not just people’s feelings. This distrust affects business dealings, government operations, dealings with strangers on the street, policing, everything is negatively impacted by the loss of community.

    Diversity training will also now be mandatory for all employees of the organization, with another version forthcoming for volunteers as well, and a “specific diversity and inclusion merit badge” has now been made a requirement in order to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. This badge will “require scouts to learn about and engage with the other groups and cultures to increase understanding and spur positive action.”

    There are LOTS of badges in the military. I wonder how long we’ll have to wait before there’s a ribbon and accompanying medal for DIE in the military? Most civilians probably don’t realize it but there are already many rather lame ribbons, and I knew people with chestfuls of them who had never been in combat, never done anything particularly significant, but looking at the ribbons you’d think they were Audie Murphy.

    Does it matter? We’re not going to fight them anyway. Even were the US military an all-white fighting force they’d still get blown away by them since the US embarks on expeditionary wars of choice, not defending the homeland. Nobody is on board with any of these wars and one loses track of them. You want patriotic whites to fight for Biden? It’s all just a business, a bloody, corrupt business. Nobody cares and many hope they do lose.

    My dad was in the Hungarian Army for two decades as a cognitive scientist doing R&D studies during the tail end of the Soviet era, and one thing that expressed itself frequently is that a unit of 100+ IQ individualists only functioned at around 10% efficiency when compared to a group of 85IQ troopers with normal levels of socialization.

    The same figure was when women were assigned to previously male non-sniper units.

    You want a guy dumb enough to die for country and group-oriented and charismatic enough to encourage his teammates to do it as well.

    Eligible candidates having attained the “Life” scout rank will be seconded to diverse (all black) scouting troops!

    The Soyboy Scouts are an organization whose leadership (in conjuction with leading child molestors) work a lot with churches and scout masters whose true intentions are always unknown. The Boy Scout (BS) troop I was involved with existed for the kids of “leadership” and for the “volunteer” ticket punched on the resume of the adults.

    I’ve heard of far different troops whose aim was in line with that of old Lord Baden-Powell.

    To be fair any random US guy from back then would also kick the ass of modern US men.
    Just like the Japs and Krauts of today are no match for their grandfathers.

  23. What’s going to happen the next time we have a war and have to send a bunch of infantrymen out to battle. If our military is die-verse enough, all it’s going to take is for someone in the enemy ranks to shout out the N-word, the F-word, misgender someone, etc, and our side is going to become collectively triggered.

    They’ll get mad, and start having chimpouts and such, but that’s going to make them easy pickings for the enemy. And I’m sure our enemies have figured this out.

    I really think the Dems and GOPe would like to increase refugee numbers dramatically for just that reason: moar bodies in our military in preperation for several wars. Max Boot had suggested years ago that the US ought to offer citizenship for military service. The establishment’s goals Im guessing are to defeat ChinaRussiaIndiaIranPakistan and set up military bases in those countires to be protected by the UN forces with no legal rights to build ships/nukes/missiles.

    We need a big military to do this of course, and a diverse one. We are seeking a global arrangement economically, culturally, and militarily. I think the third world is open to the idea, but the counties I listed above probably arent. Our establishment is willing to have this despite tye confrontation. They’d love to force African refugees on everybody in particular and establish BLM worldwide as a stick. Bribes to traitorous leaders would be the carrot. Our media companies would set up shop in the conquered nations as propaganda to convince the ruled that our rule is popular.

    The US is live evil at this point.

    The U.S. won the biggest war in human history, World War II, with a segregated military that included a mere handful of black units (all of which had white officers), zero female combat troops, and no open homosexuals. It accomplished the biggest amphibious assault in human history, D-Day, with almost 100% white troops, no female troops, and no open homosexuals.

    We defeated three major industrial powers on continents separated from us by oceans in only 3 1/2 years. We ended the war with an atomic weapon, designed entirely by white men, dropped from a B-29 Superfortress with four 28-cylinder engines and a pressurized cabin, designed entirely by white men. We won the biggest carrier battle in history with 100% white men, defeating yellow men.

    We desegregated the Armed forces in 1948 and haven’t won a war since.

    Yet “diversity is our greatest strength” and a tactical advantage? Should we have deployed naked Zulu warriors and lesbians to chuck spears at Germans on Omaha Beach instead?

    Believing in the Tooth Fairy makes more sense than that.

  36. This move should surprise none of us that were in the military and or worked in intelligence.

    It is becoming more and more obvious the methods we used to destabilize other nations (think South and Central America) are being turned inward toward the United States and its citizens.

    The efforts to very actively recruit minorities, homesexuals, transexuals, etc. while simultaneously engaging in a purge of white conservative thinkers from the military are a very obvious effort to build or “reimagine” a military which will have little or no second thoughts on eliminating the white nationalist elements of our society which are now identified as the biggest threat to the United States.

    For those still in the U.S. it would seem like now is the right time to be on high alert or pay close attention to what is going on. The U.S. is being lost and is so close to hitting the point of no return if it has not already.

    No – Soviet Union won WWII, with military that included many women and many units segregated not so much along the racial lines perhaps, but certainly ethnic: Turkmen, Uzbeks… there was Estonian division and even a Chinese rifle brigade (deployed in the far East). I’ll grant you the last part – I don’t think there were any openly homosexual units in Soviet forces, for that you need to go back all the way to Ancient Greece. In Sparta, “each young warrior had to take a lover and mentor from among the seasoned fighters as part of his military training”… so suck on that 🙂

    Sparta did pretty OK as far as combat goes.

    In conclusion, I think diversity is neither good or bad – it’s what you do with it that counts. With days of conscription now over, I’d say it makes sense for military to cast their recruiting net as far and wide as they can.

    In looking at old unit yearbooks I found that “integration” really wasn’t quite that in its early stages. I came across a division’s yearbook from the early to mid-1950s at a stateside post and instead of having racially mixed units, an infantry regiment would have whites in the 1st and 2d battalions and the 3d battalion would be all-black. There were also all-black units on the post, such as a field artillery battalion, etc. Actually mixing the races within units came later.

    During the Vietnam War years there was true integration. A fine example was Camp Crockett, a temporary infantry training camp set up within Fort Gordon, GA, where the black trainees made life a living hell for whites, to include raping them in their bunks at night. See:
