Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) introduced a House Bill criminalizing “conspiracy to commit white supremacy,” which includes criticism of non-white people which influences an individual to commit a hate crime.
The legislation, H.R.61 “Leading Against White Supremacy Act of 2023,” introduced last Monday by Democratic congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas, seeks to “prevent and prosecute white supremacy inspired hate crime and conspiracy to commit white supremacy inspired hate crime.”
The congressional bill, which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, states that someone engages in a white supremacy inspired hate crime “when white supremacy ideology has motivated the planning, development, preparation, or perpetration of actions that constituted a crime or were undertaken in furtherance of activity that, if effectuated, would have constituted a crime.”
Accordingly, “conspiracy” to engage in white supremacy inspired hate crime entails the publishing of material “advancing white supremacy, white supremacist ideology, antagonism based on ‘replacement theory’, or hate speech that vilifies or is otherwise directed against any non-White person or group.”
It also calls for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to gain “authority to conduct operations and activities pursuant” to what it deems “necessary and appropriate to interdict, mitigate, or prevent such action from culminating in violent activity.”
The bill would grant the department authority to “prosecute” persons engaged in such actions, with “records of white supremacy inspired hate crimes” maintained and annual reports provided.
In response, Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) accused Democrats of “making a mockery of the First Amendment.”
“In case you weren’t aware of what the Democrats were prioritizing in the 118th Congress, just take a look,” she wrote. “When they’re not bankrupting our country, they’re busy making a mockery of the First Amendment.”
“Who wants to tell her about the First Amendment?” asked conservative attorney Harmeet Dhillon.
“Congressman Sheila Jackson Lee just introduced a bill that would make it a federal crime for White people, and White people only, to criticize mass immigration or to say anything that she claims would vilify ‘a non-White person or group,’” wrote one Twitter user.
“Sheila Jackson Lee should be introduced to the Bill of Rights. Particularly the first amendment pertaining to free speech,” another wrote.
“This is a disturbing, yet not surprising, piece of #AntiWhite legislation,” yet another user wrote.
Previously, Jackson Lee has argued that institutional and systemic racism “taints and spoils” the way America treats minorities, adding that there are “aspects of America’s laws, America’s structure as relates to the black community in particular and other communities that is racist.”
The US Constitution is immaterial to a people who believe the 1619 Project now supersedes the white supremacist history of the USA.

Imagine a race of people so beat down by shame that they’ll stand by while this monkey faced cunt explains a bill that would make it criminal to say something derogatory toward any race that isn’t white. Curiously, the only people (well, not really people) who engage in White supremacy inspired hate crimes are its fellow simians. But unfortunately, Whites will be targeted regardless. It’s getting closer to the point where any interaction of any kind with one of these creatures could very likely result in a life changing event – and in a massively negative way.
When people ask me why I am armed every time I walk out the door, I can now answer that people like Sheila Jackson Lee are the reason. Her hatred of White people is obvious, as she is openly proud of her bigotry. Is anyone surprised that she wants to constantly rob us of more and more constitutional rights. We have already lost the right of free association, lost property rights, employment opportunities, and now she wants to take our free speech. Because of such government approved racism our White existence is becoming smaller and smaller, but at least we are still able to hang on to the 2nd amendment, although even that is under attack by anti white forces in leftist states. When we lose the right to self defense, they will slaughter us at will. I am so relieved to have moved to a state with constitutional carry. Even here (Indiana) they have slowed the Concealed Carry licensing process by making people get appointments for fingerprinting.
If the media is not anti White, they will question Representative Lee about her obvious racism. If they do not do so, we will know how much (((they))) hate us. If other politicians do not outright attack her racism, we will know what they plan for our future. If blacks target us with racist legislation (actually that is well underway), it is time to consider doing the same to them, or to at least get rid of the politicians who are complicit in targeting White people.
Put simply, blacks want to be the Speech Police and control the speech of others. Only they (being the moral giants and moral authority that they are- Ha!) can determine what someone can say based on their skin color. However, they hypocritically reserve the right to say anything they please about any other racial group.
Might as well just call this the “You Cain’t Say Dat- You White!” bill. In any case, Jackass Lee has probably gotten this idea from the draconian speech laws in some European countries and can’t wait to try and shove it down every white person’s throat in the USA. However, it may simply be a negotiating tactic- propose something outrageous and then get cucked RINO’s to agree to something less outrageous while still taking small steps towards the ultimate goal. RINO’s would definitely be stupid enough to jump on board that bandwagon to appear “fair” and to be “working across the aisle” to find a “compromise.”
Shelia Jackson Lee should be cleaning rooms at Motel 6 based on merit and ability. Some of us have predicted the US Constitution would eventually be invalidated because it was written by “evil white slave holders”. This looks to be along those lines.
