If the media could recall any non-Emmett Till history older than 2014, they would recall that armed black protesters were pretty common (and commonly violent) in the 1960s and 1970s. Indeed that is one of the reasons that so many gun control laws were passed in that period.

Still, that blacks did it before is not a good reason for white “militias” to make ostentatiously armed protests today. Anti-lockdown protests aren’t gun-rights protests, so the gun toters only distract from the actual goal of the protests and give authorities, and blacks, an excuse to escalate.

If I lived in Satilla Shores and had to deal with that, my first question would be, did that mob have a permit to gather in my neighborhood, and potentially shut down traffic?

Presuming it’s a public street and not a gated community, anyone has the right to drive up in there, walk, jog, ride a bike, whatever. However, it’s a community of narrow streets and no sidewalks, so it wouldn’t take much of a gathering to create a disturbance.

You can get a permit to hold a protest or large on public land, parks, and so on. And, a community can shut its own streets down (again, with a permit) to hold parades and such (Independence Day and so on). But, can you get a permit to hold a protest in a residential community that you have no ties whatsoever to?

I’ve looked on Google Maps, and while it looks like Brunswick proper is an S-hole, Satilla Shores is a few miles out, and relatively isolated. And mostly White. This is harassment/intimidation, pure and simple. If I lived there, I’d be calling the police, filing a complaint for disturbing the peace, unlawful assembly, littering, trespassing, and anything else I can think of. You know full well these people weren’t cleaning up after themselves. And in that type of neighborhood, the moment you walk a few feet off the pavement, you’re technically trespassing. Also, were these Black Panthers actually brandishing their firearms, pointing them in a threatening manner, or did they simply have them strapped to their backs? Seems to me that would make a world of difference.

If the black panthers are really interested in “saving black lives”, why aren’t they going into BLACK neighborhoods? Just like the MSM and our ruling class, the real problem is always ignored.

Like Ahmed Aubrey, the Black Panthers dont actually live in that neighborhood either. Aubrey lived 12 miles away. That is one long jog. There and back to his house would be at least 24 miles.

The State of Georgia should aggressively arrest anyone standing in the middle of a public street with a machine gun like the nutcase in that photo. I dont imagine the little town of Brunswick has enough firepower on hand to get into a firefight with several machine gun-carrying idiots.

But, most if not all of the victims have been black. And it’s a safe bet that most, if not all, of the perps are as well. So yeah, by all means, let’s give them MORE guns!

Looks like Travis McMichael did confront Ahmaud trespassing on another neighbor’s property a few days before the shooting. This unidentified black suspect reached into his waistband to distract Travis buying him time to run away. However, I still think the political pressure is so great that the McMichaels will both be convicted of manslaughter or 2nd degree murder no matter what facts manage to come out vindicating them. “Black Privilege” demands that any and all whites connected to this case be made an example of.

There was a time when professional athletes were thankful for being able to get paid while doing something they enjoyed. They were often quoted as saying that they would still be back on the farm, or in the factory, or driving the delivery truck, if it hadn’t been for the opportunity to play sports and earn a living doing it. A six figure salary was reserved for the MVP’s.

Fast forward to today: free agent athletes hold out for even higher pay; they complain that no one told them concussions could have detrimental effects later in life; and they are often filmed in interviews admitting that had it not been for professional football, they would still be in a gang, selling drugs and robbing people. What did you expect them to do, now that there is no one to watch them play with their balls?

“Acquaintances” sounds suspect. The fact that she dropped some previous charges against him seems to suggest that they were more than just “acquaintances.” Who knows, maybe she just knew him casually, was his social worker, or was just afraid to testify against him.

But, I’m going to go out on a limb and posit that he was her Negro Paramour and she was his A.T.M.
