Homicides are up 26 percent in 2020 Philadelphia.

But this is of little concern to the new black female police commissioner of Philadelphia.

As the grotesquely corpulent black singer would sing, ” do my hair toss / Check my nails / Baby how you feelin’? / Feeling good as hell”… [New Philly Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw is already making changes — starting with her fingernails, Philadelphia Inquirer, February 1, 2020]:

Danielle Outlaw, who took over Monday as Philadelphia’s new police commissioner, said the nail polish she wore this week had been among the last things on her mind on her first day on the job.

But while making the rounds and introducing herself to the troops, Outlaw said, people kept pointing out that her black nail polish technically violated the department’s directives on appearance.

So in one of her first official actions as top cop, Outlaw changed the rule to allow for more stylish nails. And during an interview Wednesday, one of her first since taking over, Outlaw — the first black woman to lead the 6,500-member department — said that although the action might have seemed narrow, it reflects the type of broader change she believes is needed in policing.

“It’s the small things that allow us to feel not only welcome but supported,” she said. “It’s one thing to recruit me and say, ‘Oh yes, we want you.’ But if there’s no support system in place to say, ‘Not only do [we] want you, but we celebrate you and we recognize that you bring [something] different,’ … we’re not going to get the people that we say that we want.”

She said minority communities have deeply rooted mistrust of police because the profession was conceived as slave patrols — groups who sought to control the behavior and movements of slaves — and added that “in some places, [police departments] might further that institutionalized and systemic racism that many people have experienced.”

But she also said most cops today “have nothing to do with” the actions of the past, and said they sign up for the job out of a genuine desire to serve.

This is not The Onion. This is not Babylon Bee.

This is America is 2020.

Aptly, it’s in the birthplace of liberty on this continent.

Freedom failed.

  9. This is how black government works: it is all about the individual black person in charge. As soon as they enter the door, they change things to suit their purpose. No wonder there is no city, country, or jurisdiction run by them that succeeds. The most important thing to the black is their own comfort. From 2008 (I’m sure little has changed) — Philadelphia’s Quiet Crisis: The Rising Cost of Employee Benefits

    Executive Summary

Philadelphia’s tax burden is still the second highest in the country behind New York City. Its poverty rate is a crippling 25 percent, and only 20 percent of its residents possess a college degree. The city budget tells the story of more and more money each year going into police and prisons as well as services to the city’s most needy residents. Last year, a troubling study revealed that nearly 40 percent of students in Philadelphia’s public high schools drop out. …

    Key Findings

    Pension Benefits

The number of pension recipients is now higher than the number of active workers— 33,907 claimants in 2006 versus 28,701 employees. And that disparity will only increase in the coming years as more and more city workers reach retirement age. The average annual city pension ranges from $29,000 for municipal employees to $42,000 for firefighters—comparable to other cities. But Philadelphia’s employees contribute less of their own money into the pension fund than in other cities. …

Kersey could write about this kind of thing too.

Anyway, if you follow the link, the byline on this story belongs to a white guy named Chris Palmer, who has written a number of stories about the new police chief that can only be called similarly absurd.

This guy Palmer reminds me of something the late Laurence Auster once wrote about on his blog: how mostly white reporters and newscasters recited night after night the gruesome details of black violence and mayhem, while pretending not to notice the pattern the entire time — they all deserve Oscars for that.

It is only dysfunctional if you judge it by the white mans standards and ideals. As far as the prevailing African American standards go, Detroit is a fine chocolate city, Ms. Pugh in Baltimore is a persecuted saint. and Ms. Abrams in Georgia is poised to return in triumph and rule in splendor. Those white folk will continue to support and subsidize African American style governance, and that is all you need to know.

  28. @Dr. Pepper

A people whose genetics result in an average IQ of around 85, a tendency towards poor self-control, unrealistically high self-esteem, high emotional lability, high internal discount rate, and short internal time horizon is a people poorly suited to effective self-governance. As a result, the political systems and other institutions and organizations formed by Negroes tend to follow what I call the “Big Man” model.

One person – usually but not always male – claws his way to the top and runs things for his benefit, controlling access to the desirable women and other resources. He surrounds himself with a coterie of carefully controlled followers. After sating his own appetites he rewards these followers with limited access to women and other desired things. Disloyalty is punished severely, far more than loyalty is rewarded. By White standards, it’s an insanely corrupt and inefficient system but one that ensures some sort of order and sometimes competent leadership in a population where managerial and political competence is rare. This system is almost universal among sub-Saharan African tribes and political states and Negro religious groups and other organizations both in Africa and elsewhere.

When Negro leaders are artificially imposed on non-Negro organizations these leaders usually default at some point to the attitudes and behaviors of “Big Man” leadership. Without quick and brutal intervention, the inevitable result is endemic corruption, favoritism, demoralization, and eventual collapse of the afflicted organizations. In the USA, we’re now seeing this play out in numerous big cities and their institutions. This absurdly egotistical and incompetent fool, moving on from the damage she did in Portland to inflict even greater mayhem in Philadelphia is but one of many examples.

It’s time to recognize that a large Negro minority is incompatible with any society in which Whites can be comfortable. For the good of both races, Negroes and Whites need to live apart from one another in separate nations.

‘Alabama bill would force men to get vasectomy at 50’

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) — An Alabama state representative has proposed a bill that would require a man to undergo a vasectomy at age 50 or after he has fathered a specific number of children.

HB 238, filed by Rep. Rolanda Hollis (D-Birmingham), says the bill would require a man to undergo a vasectomy after the birth of his third biological child or within one month of his 50th birthday. The bill also says the procedure would be done at the man’s own expense.

“Under existing law, there are no restrictions on the reproductive rights of men,” the bill states.

The bill was introduced to the House on Thursday and referred to the House judiciary committee.

We have reached out to Hollis for more details about the bill…

Yes. A lot of the grooming standards in the police profession are related to officer safety as well as image. When I started in the late 80’s you almost never saw cops with goatees or beards that were in uniform. Women had to either keep their hair short or secure it up if it was long because in a fight it could be grabbed by the bad guy.
Starting in about the late 90’s, as more of the formerly all-white agencies around me started to get black officers, the grooming standards started to get “relaxed”. Corn rows, beards, dreads, gaudy nails, etc. started to appear more and more. Curiously, this happened to coincide with the “relaxing” of testing and hiring standards (funny how that works). Once they take over as majority things start to go downhill…quickly.

Their average IQ of 83, per Murray & Herrnstein, is only as high as it is due to the average African-in-America being about 25% White, genetically speaking, which is still sufficient to result in cranial capacity 15% lower than human norms. Globally that IQ figure is closer to 55 and average cranial capacities are that much smaller.

And that explains pretty much everything you need to know to predict what they’ll do and how they’ll behave. IQ 55 + extremely high testosterone levels + MAO-A “warrior gene” for violent psychopathy = laziness, hair-trigger ultraviolence, short or nonexistent time preference, nonexistent impulse control, incapacity to learn from experience, incapacity for abstract thought, and incurable, impenetrable rock-hard stupidity. Sheeyit muhfugga, I doan doo maffs. Call it the “lebbenty factor.”

One of the consequences of this is an incapacity to organize anything more complicated than a gang rape, much less run a city pension fund without either running it into the ground or stealing everything they can possibly steal even when under direct observation, when they know the enforcers are too cowed by potential accusations of “racisms” to act on what they see right in front of them out in the open.

This idea has potential but we need to link it to other behaviors. Make signing up for public assistance conditional on permanent surgical sterilization, not only for Shaneequa but for all her bay-bays too. Also every month, when the welfare checks get sent out/EBT cards get funded, there should be a lottery where the winner gets an all-expenses-paid one-way trip to Monrovia, Liberia.

Add permanent surgical sterilization as part of the standard sentence for violent felonies and permanent surgical sterilization for all with an IQ of 90 or below–the bottom 8% of Whites, 80% of Africans-in-America–and you’d start seeing positive results in a decade or less.

And yes, I’m aware that in 1942, the Nine Kings in Black Robes consulted the entrails, I mean, gazed into the emanations and penumbras, then legislated from the bench in Skinner vs. Oklahoma that Shitavious and Shaneequa have a holy and inviolable Constitutional right to make as many bay-bays as they want on the public dime, regardless of felon status, regardless of their fitness to raise them, regardless of their likelihood of ending up in prison or otherwise a drain on the public coffers by puberty. Long ago, I had family across the river in Gloucester County. When Clinton closed the Navy Yard in Philly in ’95, everyone had to scatter across the country chasing jobs.

Grandma stayed in Gloucester until she died, in what had once been a very nice working-class Catholic neighborhood with brownstone apartments and skinny little two-story houses with big Hungarian, Italian, and Irish families. Then as the executor of the will was trying to get the house sold, Puerto Rican crackheads came down from Camden, broke into it and looted everything, including stealing all the copper plumbing, then burned it to the ground. They smashed and burned everything they couldn’t take with them, just for spite.

The neighborhood had been going downhill for years due to die-versity and vibrancy anyway. She lived across the street from a playground where I and my cousins would play, long ago. Now there’s spray-paint squiggle graffiti everywhere, and Puerto Rican gangbangers stand beside the rusted old merry-go-round and sell heroin and cocaine.

I have no words to express the depths of my hatred.

It’s comments like this that make this blog the best on the internet; you hit the nail on the head. You not only see this in government positions now, you can see it all throughout corporate America, especially in successful companies.

Why successful companies? Because they are able to hide the utter corruptness and incompetence these people bring to the position. A less successful company would collapse with people like this in charge; and eventually the successful ones will as well.

A trend in corporate America right now is the Black Female VP. These VP’s are sought after by HR to bring “diversity” and a “different perspective” to help culturally enrich a usually majority White leadership. After 4-5 years in these positions, they typically jump ship to another Fortune 500 company, leaving a trail of destruction at their previous employer. The reason they can do this is because the previous employer can never say anything negative about them, not only would that be deemed “racist” but they could also be legally sued for the negative comments; no matter how true they were.

Therefore, the new company believes they’re getting a proverbial sacred cow, who will help them create a diverse and inclusive workplace with stellar results… the Black Female VP makes a six or seven figure salary… while the White Male custodian making minimum wage would likely run the company multitudes better than her.

You know, the town where they have weekly (and sometimes daily) riots between Antifa and whoever happens to be the Left’s Boogyman Of The Week. The same riots where innocent people get pummeled with bike locks, rocks, bricks, bats, and drenched with milkshakes laced with cement. All while the Police stand by and watch it happen.
When they aren’t doing that, they block intersections and yank people out of their cars so they can beat them up.
Buckle up Philly. You’re in for a helluva ride!

Sadly, what you say certainly is borne out in real life … I wish it were otherwise as I’ve worked with a lot of Blacks in my days in the construction industry and I considered them not only extremely fine, hard-working folks — but just about the best carpenters I’ve ever seen. I also served with a number of them in the Marine Corps in the mid-’60s — also — fine folks but prone to wanting to take the easy way out of things — as the Chicago Blacks used to say — to ‘skate’.

As an aside — everything you say here seems to also be totally applicable to hispanics — the whole ‘big man’ bullshit is huge among mexicans and other hispanics … and it shows in their voting patterns, too — taking into account that they don’t want equal rights (for which they have to work), but equal outcomes — provided by US Citizens and Taxpayers.

Personally — at least the Blacks are ‘our’ people — brought here generations ago. The mexicans and other hispanics are invaders, pure and simple.

Leftists make this kind of thing up as they go along. They just don’t care about contradictions, either with last week’s talking points or with objective reality. “Some babies are born with the wrong gender brain.” “Gender is a social construct.” “We have always been at war with Eastasia.”

It’s like the Cold-War era photographs on the front page of Pravda showing the Eight Cosmonaut-Heroes of the Soviet Union posing proudly. Then there’d be a horrible accident on the launch pad at Baikonur and five would die. The next day Pravda would have the same picture on the front page, but five of the men would be crudely airbrushed out–from the waist up. The Three Cosmonaut-Heroes of the Soviet Union would have sixteen legs and feet. Pointing this out or making a joke about it was good for a 2am visit from the KGB and a shallow roadside grave. Orwell detailed it in 1984. It’s planned and intentional. They want to force you to nod along and mouth the words, speak their lies, and be a party to your own degradation. They want to censor, intimidate, and terrorize those who would speak the truth, so that their voices and their “narrative” are the only ones heard.

I know just how she feels. Imagine the dismay and revulsion I experience every time I look at my driver’s license, with its picture and description of my various physical characteristics. It is the descendant of the earliest biometric identification documents in America, which were descriptions of runaway slaves.

Too bad we’re not Brits, because then we would know enough to call our cops “bobbies” (or “peelers”) after Sir Robert Peel, who conceived and carried out the creation of the first city police forces in the early 19th century in London.

  124. @Jus' Sayin'...

You Sir, just do not understand. This is all the fault of the white slavers. If we had not brought them here we would not have these problems. Ms. Outlaw, the new maximum leader of the “filly” police force will confirm what I just asserted. She will even to your embarrassment emphasise her point by pointing her manicured bling bling fingernails at you.

We whites have to be grateful for all the murder, rape, beatings, robberies and other assorted crimes committed by blacks. The alternative would be unbearable ie a reduction in black criminality equals more blacks not needed in law enforcement and the prison system, fewer black politicians enriching themselves and hence descending into poverty, fewer black stores selling blond wigs and weaves, red high heel shoes and nail polish, more ghettos and hence more single mothers with multiple bastards from multiple nomadic black studs and thus more crime !

The welfare rolls would explode and Mr Unz would need a whole city block of super computers to analyze black dysfunction.

Is this what you want ? I think not. So please leave the Outlaw to run the police department in as dysfunctional a manner as possible.

    Thank you !!
