A wise man once wrote ‘egalitarianism is a revolt against nature.’

Democrats now wish to push anti-white equity audits upon tech companies, because they dare employ too few non-whites (non-Asians) amidst those on payroll. You’d think this would be a statement about who is creating technological innovation amongst software companies, when a dearth of blacks and Hispanic employees are responsible for anything resembling pushing mankind into the future, but the opposite is in play.

Somehow, white people and merit in tech companies is now a crime, punishable by “racial equity audits.”[Democrats Push ‘Racial Equity Audits’ To Cement Control of Tech Companies: Audits call for abolition of standards of ‘merit‘, Washington Free Beacon, December 13, 2021]:

Democrats want to subject tech companies to mandatory “racial equity audits” conducted by their political allies, a move which could cement the party’s control of Silicon Valley.

A small group of organizations with close ties to Democratic politicians and progressive donors conducts the majority of these audits, which advocates say are needed to promote racial justice. But in practice, equity auditors often push companies to hire more left-wing activists and former Democratic party officials, often from the auditing organizations themselves. The audits also call for the abolition of standards of “merit” and the ability for a special executive to veto any company project.

Racial equity audits are the chief service offered by “diversity, equity, and inclusion” consultants, a cottage industry connected by a revolving door of Democratic staffers and funded by liberal donors. Equity auditors have made a killing from school districts that pay handsomely for consultants to revamp curricula, the Washington Free Beacon has reported. Now, racial equity auditors are setting their sights on corporate America.

Democratic officials have called for audits of major companies. One proposal from House Democrats would fine companies \$20,000 a day for not completing biennial, independent “racial equity audits.” In June, five Democratic senators called on Google parent company Alphabet to conduct an audit. The Democratic letter cited Color of Change, a left-wing nonprofit pushing for audits.

Last week, Color of Change president Rashad Robinson was invited to testify to Congress and called for “independent auditors” to vet new products from tech companies before they’re released. Robinson did not mention that the “independent auditors” are closely affiliated with Color of Change.

In that hearing, Sen. Cory Booker (D., N.J.) said Alphabet should “work with civil rights groups who have developed a framework to guide tech companies on how to conduct racial equity audits.”


Booker’s call appears to be a veiled reference to Color of Change, which released a “tech framework” explaining how companies should conduct audits. The framework calls for the destruction of an “objective definition of merit” in order to “attract Black talent.” It also requires that every tech company employ an executive with power to veto any product they believe has a disparate effect on black users. Among other powers, the executive should have “hiring and firing power, power over promotions, and power over the flow of people, product, and money.”

Color of Change also calls on tech companies to evaluate every employee in “anti-discrimination accountability systems” in performance reviews. According to Color of Change, tech companies should be required to avoid the use of any dataset that “is the product of real-world prejudice or further perpetuates discrimination,” a vague definition that could be used to shut down almost any machine-learning research.

Beyond “hiring underrepresented groups,” says Color of Change, organizations need to increase the “awareness” of all employees through “comprehensive racial justice trainings and initiatives.” These trainings from outside groups will create “a critical mass of employees that are aware of the origins and effects of white supremacy and anti-Blackness across all vertical and horizontal work streams.”

Color of Change has already succeeded in using racial equity audits to shape big tech policy. In 2018, it successfully pushed Facebook into completing an audit that called for more restrictions on Trump’s posts. Color of Change itself pushed for Trump to be permanently banned from the platform. After the audit was released, Facebook hired an Obama administration Justice Department official to lead the company’s civil rights strategy.

The audits fit within a broader push from Biden administration officials to promote racial justice goals in government policy. The Securities and Exchange Commission is pushing companies to include audit proposals from shareholders in their proxy statements. Federal Trade Commissioner Kelly Slaughter has argued her department has a mandate to tackle “structural and systemic racism.”

Democratic officials and lawmakers have close personal and professional relationships with activist auditors. Laura Murphy, who pioneered corporate racial equity audits, was invited to conduct her first audit in 2016 by Vanita Gupta, a close friend who now serves as associate attorney general.

Before joining the Biden Justice Department, Gupta led the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, a nonprofit that has called for tech companies to “reduce online activities and disinformation” that harm minority groups. The conference commissioned a report by Murphy on “Key Elements of a Civil Rights Audit.” That report received input from powerful liberal groups, including the ACLU, Color of Change, Human Rights Campaign, NAACP, SEIU, and Voto Latino.

Color of Change is one of the most prominent members of Democracy Alliance, a network largely funded by Democratic megadonor George Soros. It also partners with two other Soros-funded groups, SOC Investment Group and the SEIU, to pressure public companies to comply with audits.

Galt’s Gulch was always a goofy Libertarian dream. When non-whites threaten to use the power of government to call for fines of \$20,000 a day on tech companies employing an insufficient amount of non-whites, you know the anti-white narrative is nearing an end.

It just requires enough white people daring to call out the anti-white narrative to stand and assert enough is enough. This day is far closer than most dare admit.

As it is, white individuals breathing is a collective revolt against the current year.

    “Equity” doesn’t even work at the short handled hoe agricultural level.At a high tech company or even a factory,you have to work around “diversity” hires——sometimes literally. They are not just useless,they actively impede getting the job done.Affirmative Action is so damaging,it would be cheaper just to put all the blacks on welfare and be done with it.

Refuse to pay any fines, and welcome the outrage & boycotts, most of these tech companies aren’t going to lose much of anything, since they control the sites and servers the woke crowd uses to bitch & cry on daily.

    Let me unpack this just a bit:

    structures that produce white privilege” assumes something that cannot exist, given the very EXISTENCE of affirmative action, “disparate impact” legal demands, and extensive racial preferences and “diversity” mandates; if that privilege existed, such things COULD not.

    the examination of what whiteness is when analyzed as a race, a culture, and a source of systemic racism” assumes that “systemic racism” actually exists.  It is a direct attack upon the White culture and race itself.  It is an atrocity and a prelude to worse.

    and the exploration of other social phenomena generated by the societal compositions, perceptions and group behaviors of white people” means that White people are not ALLOWED to have their own social phenomena, societal compositions, perceptions or group behaviors.  It’s a demand that White people cease to be… to atone for “Whiteness” means… however that is (re)defined.

    Can you imagine demands that black people atone for their blackness?  Even suggesting that blacks are less intelligent and behave worse than Whites on average is a cancellation-level offense.  Yet this “academic” hinted that White people should COMMIT SUICIDE to atone for their “whiteness”:

    “White people should commit suicide as an ethical act,” said a quote in a slide for a presentation hosted by Duquesne University psychology professor Derek Hook.

    The continued employment of outside of Afreaka is an ABOMINATION.  He should not be employed ANYWHERE, because Afreakans cannot pay him a true professor’s salary and anyone else should refuse if asked to.

    Bagging groceries in some White area is the best he should be allowed.  Being stabbed to death and eaten is not the worst, but perhaps the median; half better, half worse.

    There is absolutely nothing today standing in the way of anyone of any race to work in the science and technology industries who has the willingness and aptitude.

    The imbeciles pushing this nonsense have absolutely no grasp of the complexity of the subject matter, nor do they have any grasp of the ramifications should racial quotas be imposed.

    There are at least two ways this could play out.

    1) Literally force every organizational unit from management down to the science and engineering teams, to reflect a racial quota. This would mean replacing whites and orientals who have demonstrable willingness and technological aptitudes with “colored” personnel with questionable qualifications. The immediate overall effect will be diminished management, research and product quality as management, research and product are only as good as the people who participate in it.

    2) Simply hire additional “colored” personnel with questionable qualifications until each organization unit reflects the desired racial quota but without replacing those with the requisite willingness and aptitude. In this scenario, each organizational unit would then bloat with additional people who would receive the same pay and compensation, but who would not significantly contribute to the effort. In any group of people, it becomes quickly apparent who the performers are versus the non-performers. The immediate effect of this scenario will impact morale as those with the willingness and aptitude will naturally be doing all the work, all while being burdened with the impossible effort of having to somehow integrate the non-performers into the process. This will naturally create cynicism, division, friction and resentment in the organization and will negatively impact management, research and product quality.

    I am seeing the second scenario as the more likely. In the first scenario, the compromise of quality would quickly lead to outright dysfunction and inability to compete. The second scenario would be more drawn out. An organization that retains its performers will continue to function for some time, but only has long as the impact to morale – caused by dividing teams into performers who do all the work and non-performers who will get the same pay – will cause it to collapse from within. The performers who are able will simply leave.

    I think it will be cheaper for science and technology companies to just pay the fine.

    What kind of “any product” could that be?

    In fact, the issue is just the reverse.

    “Black users” have a “disparate effect” on the usage and results of usage of many products.

    They use firearms and motor vehicles to murder people. They use cell phones to form flash mobs.

    Blacks, at a stone age primitive level of evolution, should not be allowed to (mis)use any modern technology that they themselves collectively could never build or create.

  11. All of this mandatory hiring and promoting of a certain ethnic group just reinforces the fact that the negro is incapable of achieving anything on their own. When threats by the government are needed to hire people it proves those forced employees are failures. It’s happened in the public sector where police officers and firefighters were hired and promoted for one reason, that they were that select class of negro or hispanic. Doing that lead to total incompetence at the highest levels of those agencies. The same will happen in the private sector.

I used to tell my bosses the Affirmative Action employees destroy morale so badly that to meet government requirements we should put them on the books, but pay them to stay home.     Augustus———-There were 7 black females that worked in my area of our manufacturing company.They would all disappear into the female bathroom,sometimes for over an hour.This was majorly pissing off several of the white guys who had to pick up the slack. I was overheard to state that the company should open up a McDonalds in that bathroom since the line ran better without them on it.About an hour later,i was ordered to report to HR. I was sent home on a 2 week unpaid suspension,and warned that any other incident was a firing offense.I took the family on a road trip vacation.When we returned home about a week later.The answering machine was totally full,and there were notes on the door.Plant production was at a standstill.There were only 2 of us who knew how to set up 2 of the machines———–and Ed was in the hospital for emergency surgery. I was paid,with expected overtime for the week that i “missed”.I also requested,and got, a major raise for me and Ed. HR was forced to trash the complaint.

    So true.

    It especially bugs me how the left-wing, but otherwise entrepreneurial firms either embrace the political policies wholeheartedly, or else choose to comply by taking the path of least resistance, e.g. humiliating their workers.

  41. Another way we could do this is demand that blacks, women, and poc start building high tech inventions and companies at the same rate that whites do. They could also demand that they hire people of the opposite race (whites) in the same ration that whites hire others and that they begin to pay an equal share of the taxes. Just set quotas and arrest / fine those who don’t support equity.

    Truly, if enough whites said NO to almost anything — the machine stops. In 2020 they even had the revolution and whites just waited till it all blew over so they could get back to work. True white resistance would have been NOT going back to work till there was a nation-state they could be proud of and feel safe in.

    Rand was right about one thing: History is made by those who say no. Whites are reaching the point where there’s no reason not to say it anymore.

    Ignatiev never said that. The story of his “last lecture” is false. In fact, it was originally intended as satire. It was first published in the November 2013 issue of “Diversity Chronicle”—which included a disclaimer announcing that “the original content on this blog is largely satirical.”

    Now, the sad irony here is that Ignatiev did say much the same thing; many times and in only slightly milder terms. He took pains to make clear his antipathy toward anything “white” and it’s not a great stretch to credit him for some of the “intellectual” underpinning of the anti-white racism now well on its way toward becoming the state religion in the ex-USA.

    Somewhat ironic that a satirical effort ends up discrediting those who are only trying to bring attention to this person who was, after all, as vicious and virulent an anti-white hatemonger as we’ve ever seen.

    What will happen when the airlines implement the plan they announced to have 50% of cockpit crews look like America? Of course a Chip Smith has to be the pilot on every flight. The other would be LePilot. But don’t you need a competent co-pilot?

    Large corporations can afford to fund the “affirmative action” and “racial equity” scams. All it takes is a couple smart white guys to “pick up the slack” and keep the business running.
    The “affirmative action” hired negresses can do their faces and nails, brag about their BBC “conquests” and, in general, carry on as if they were “at the club“. The white employees will do the (real) work.
    Affirmative action” is actually a privatized form of welfare, not unlike the government jobs that are primarily staffed by negroes.
    I remember when Hubert Humphrey, (a prominent negro-lover) when asked if “affirmative action” would ever result in quotas for businesses, stated that if “affirmative action” ever resulted in quotas, he would “eat his hat”.
    Unfortunately, Humphrey is not around to fulfill his promise.

  57. They could count the dot-Indians as a separate group and they may find that they may have a different overly represented ethnic group.

    At my final employer, dot-Indians (I didn’t identify the specific identity involved.) were 85% of the workforce in the work group. I pointed out that disparity in every annual “how are we doing” employee survey when asked about Diversity. The only response was to import some black women from other groups into a low level leadership position. The ladies would do their time, then as soon as it was possible, they jumped back to their old group.

    You know the “its turtles all the way down” saying, at that employer it was dot-Indians all the way up to the white male CEO. Four levels, each one from the same ethnic group.

    As long as they aren’t white, it’s okay.
