Comparing Douglass and King is illuminating. Douglass was born a slave and once had cruel small farm master who beat him. So Douglass was whipped while King whipped white prostitutes – routinely. Douglass apparently was a lifelong loyal and faithful husband while King was a documented promiscuous adulterer. In short Douglass was a person of moral rectitude and King was almost a pervert.

Douglass was a great orator – all references attest to this fact.King was a surprisingly poor orator. He got an undeserved reputation as a public speaker with the one single “I have a dream” speech. Since his death the media and others have promoted the fantasy that he was eloquent. Jesse Jackson was the master of the yell and reply style of oratory that we all recognize from the Southern black church. King tried to adopt this style but he was a clumsy speaker with little sense of tempo and speech rhythms. Notice that you have never heard him in a long speech. He is always excerpted to very short sound bites to hide his infacility.

Notice also that I don’t refer to him as Doctor King. He was only seeking a doctor of divinity degree. The only other famous divinity student I can think of is Al Gore. It is not like getting a doctorate in a science, math, history or literature. Divinity students are either devout or dim. King wasn’t really a very good Christian. But even in such a curricula, it was too much for King. He had to plagiarize and cheat. He didn’t earn valid academic credentials. Douglass taught himself to read and was a public speaker in great demand all his life. Douglass’ story is inspiring unlike King’s sordid life story.

There is one little factoid that I have so far failed to reveal. While King was a full blooded Negro, Douglass may have been as much as three quarters white. His father was white and his mother was mixed black, white and Amerindian. Douglass made a huge impact on everyone he met because he had black skin with a large and brutal looking face topped with crazy fuzzy hair. Yet when he opened his mouth he was eloquent and brilliant. That’s the winning formula look black but think white.

Douglass has already had a number of statues made, but if justice is to be served the brave self made guy who rose from slavery and became world famous he should get place of honor, Douglas was tall and very imposing. Brainy people who studied all the time, back when college was legit. You had to be a straight A student in a legit hard science major to even apply to med school and have a realistic chance.

So no matter if you were an altruistic healer who devoted your talents to helping others – you must be cancelled and your portrait/statue/street name/building name etc. taken down.

A few years ago, when another state university/football factory (Oklahoma) went bonkers over a minor non-P.C. incident, I observed the knucklehead football players strutting their fledgling SJW ambitions.

So I wondered “what are the majors of these SJW ringleaders.” The team roster did not list the player’s majors as it had in past years. But with some internet detective work I uncovered a supposed degree program that most of them major in: “General Studies”.

Looking up the published curriculum for “General Studies” I found it has no requirements. Every semester is all electives. It is literally a made-up degree.

I understand some of the legit Liberal Arts degrees are kind of like that – but that would be for the self-starting high IQ polymath to excel in multiple subjects at once while he/she earns a triple-major B.A. in three years.

I would never stand in line to see a statue that looked like Adam Sandler, or Dustin Hoffman. Michelangelo knew what he was doing. All the great artists knew what humankind wanted to see. Now we are witnessing non humans destroying culture. Nothing new. They have always been quite destructive.
