The Austin City Council unanimously voted to cut its police department budget by $150 million on Thursday, after officers and the city’s top cop faced months of criticism over the killing of an unarmed Black and Hispanic man, the use of force against anti-police brutality protesters and the investigation of a demonstrator’s fatal shooting by another citizen.
Those criticisms coincided with protests across Texas and the country calling for reforms on police tactics and the “defunding” of law enforcement in favor of redistributing funds to social services and alternative public safety programs. The council’s move makes Austin the first of Texas’ four biggest cities to drastically cut police department funding. The share of the police department budget that was cut is among the largest percentage decreases in the nation this year.
Council member Greg Casar, who crafted the three-tiered plan to reduce the police department budget, said when the Austin community organizes and asks for change, he wants to make sure the council can respond effectively.

Austin Police in Texas asked residents to call 311 if they get robbed near an ATM over the weekend as the department struggles amid an increase in urban crime and staffing shortages.
The Austin Police Department posted a graphic in a post on X, formerly Twitter, to urge residents to call 311 or make an online report if they’re robbed; 311 is a number usually reserved for non-emergency requests, as opposed to 911.
“Even if you are cautious & follow all the safety advice, you may still become the unfortunate victim of a robbery,” the Austin Police Department wrote on X. “Do you know what your next steps should be?
“Make a police report & provide as much information as possible so we can recover your property quickly and safely,” the post added. The graphic included advice to mention the bank in the 311 report and include the date and time of the cash withdrawal.
Austin Police sent Fox News Digital a statement clarifying the post and affirmed that anyone who is assaulted or threatened during a robbery should call 911.
“The post was intended for victims of a jugging in general and not specific to robberies. Jugging is a form of theft that includes both robbery and burglary,” Austin Police explained in a statement. “It occurs when a suspect follows a victim from a bank to their next location before committing the crime.
“If your money was stolen from your car and the crime is no longer in progress, you can call 311 or make an online report.”
The post comes as the Texas capital grapples with a rise in crime. Compared to 2020, Austin has had a 77% increase in auto thefts, an 18% increase in aggravated assaults and a 30% increase in murders.
Do people deserve violence? Do people deserve crime? No.
But they must endure the consequences of their decisions until those actions precipitate a different response.
For now, we laugh at life in 2023 Austin, a world white liberals birthed. Soon: this abomination is ended.

Anybody who has done the research will know that what I’m going to say is not conspiracy theory, but factual. The George Floyd extravaganza of 3+ years ago was a PsyOp – maybe there’s a better label for it, but I’m not sure of what that word is, so for the intent and purpose of what I’m proclaiming, I will call it a PsyOp. No, it isn’t a False Flag – I don’t believe anyone was hurt or killed, other than in the aftermath activity that took place in the months that followed this extravaganza. This PsyOp was likely planned not too long before they rolled it out – they don’t have to put a lot of planning into these things anymore because as we can see for the most part, these events are accepted at face value as being genuine, especially where it concerns acceptance from the non-White (or black and brown) populations, even if they doubt these events to some degree on a subconscious level.
TPTB planned to massively cut back on law enforcement budgets nationally. I’m sure there was a science, though maybe not an exact one, in how they determined which budgets would get hit hardest – crime stats and demographics would be crucial in this regard.
Why would they do this, you ask? For a variety of reasons – some to be felt right away, others to be realized over a course of time. The one thing these reasons share in common is that they are all to the detriment of the average, decent, law-abiding, tax-paying American citizen, especially and primarily of the White race, though other races can’t be discounted as being caught in the crossfire of this agenda.
One would have to be borderline mentally handicapped to not see most of these awful things they put in place are almost always preceded by a fake event. There can also be no discounting of the fact these events starting occurring on an absurd basis around 2012, upon Obama’s repealing of the 1948 Smith Mundt Act, essentially legalizing the government and its media’s capability to propagandize American citizens with impunity.
Black on black and more importantly, black on WHITE mass shootings occur regularly, yet these barbaric crimes, that are more and more commonplace, garner little (or no) local attention, and no national attention whatsoever. I am very familiar with the Madison downtown and campus, I may have had a few late nights there myself in college… Anyways, I’m past my late night partying days, however, I was down there for a bachelor party a couple years ago. I was shocked, at about 10pm you have a literal inflow of ghetto negroes coming from all angles, loud rap music blaring, sheboons screaming across the street at each other, the dynamic changes completely.
Madison is a unique town in that you have a lot of educated Whites (liberals) blue collar Whites (union-typish) and ghetto blacks imported from Chicago. The blacks are the closest thing to human invasive species you’ll find anywhere, they really are a drag on society. Anyone sending their child to UW Madison should make it abundantly clear that blacks are a dangerous and color-coded for a reason. I guess that should be made clear no matter where you live!

I work in an area that can best be described as “ungentrified.” A small carnival comes to town a few times a year and sets up in the parking lot. I can see future circumstances where Castle Law and Stand Your Ground interact with comprehensive videos, to enable intended victims to go full Duterte on egregious invader types, arsonists and strong arm, wild apes, etc in survivor oriented jurisdictions that become BananaFed no-go zones.

I live part time in a gated community overseas and it is annoying but necessary. Used to be, in a better class gated community, where house prices now average over $5m, you would periodically hear gunshots by security at night. Later, there was a very useful purge in the city. Parts of the US are much worse shape already in worse shape.

I saw one a while back walking down the street while I was sitting at a stop light. He finished his bottle of soda while crossing the street, and there was a TRASH CAN right on the corner. Instead, the groid dropped the plastic bottle into the storm drain on the corner….then took the time to kick it into the drain because it was wedged in the curb opening….all while standing next to a public garbage can 4 feet away.
Not to mention all the times I have seen the fast food bags thrown out the window while driving down the road, or dropped on the ground in a parking lot before they walk into a store with TRASH CANS AT THE ENTRANCE! It’s a very telling sign of their low IQ and general laziness, along with total disregard for their surrounding environment to just drop trash, dirty diapers, empty liquor bottles, piss in elevators and doorways where they live everywhere without a second thought. Even hamsters will choose a corner of their cage to use as a bathroom/seed shell disposal area.

I remember a study from about a decade ago that placed Montgomery County at the top of a list of the richest counties in the country. I suspect most of that wealth comes from the county’s proximity to the DC and the federal government’s leaching off the rest of the country.
The county’s liberal/leftist government opened its doors to illegal aliens and others undesirables and now the county has steadily moved down that list. Bethesda and Potomac are still well off areas of the county but elsewhere a lot of it has gone to hell.
Half a dozen years ago I spent the day doing research at the National Archives in College Park and then drove over to downtown Silver Spring. What I saw en route showed that much of the county had transformed into Central America, complete with rundown stores and tall weeds growing through sidewalk cracks. I remember it hadn’t looked like that 40+ years ago when the area was white.
Silver Spring has gone downhill too. All sorts of crime are way up, and recently there was an article online with the happy title “Silver Spring is the New Black Space.” Yeah, like Anacostia, Northeast DC and Southeast DC.
