What is 365Black, you might ask? According to McDonald’s new promotion:
“At McDonald’s®, we believe that African-American culture and achievement should be celebrated 365 days a year — not just during Black History Month. That’s the idea behind 365Black.com. It’s a place where you can learn more about education, employment, career advancement and entrepreneurship opportunities, and meet real people whose lives have been touched by McDonald’s.”
We here at SBPDL have been trying to tell you that “you live in a Black world now” and this new promotion from McDonald’s couldn’t be any more clear in who they hope to elevate: Black people.
Of course, Black people and McDonald’s have been featured twice thus far at SBPDL and we will once again do our 365Black duty in ensuring that you know about them: Memphis and McDonald’s and 911 and McDonald’s.
