We must hope our health care system moves quickly on this. Bureaucratic impediments must be swept aside.

  1. On closer look a highly dubious study:

“We enrolled 36 out of 42 patients meeting the inclusion criteria in this study that had at least
six days of follow-up at the time of the present analysis. A total of 26 patients received
hydroxychloroquine and 16 were control patients. Six hydroxychloroquine-treated patients
were lost in follow-up during the survey because of early cessation of treatment. Reasons are
as follows: three patients were transferred to intensive care unit, including one transferred on
    day2 post-inclusion who was PCR-positive on day1, one transferred on day3 post-inclusion
who was PCR-positive on days1-2 and one transferred on day4 post-inclusion who was PCR-
positive on day1 and day3; one patient died on day3 post inclusion and was PCR-negative on
day2; one patient decided to leave the hospital on day3 post-inclusion and was PCR-negative
on days1-2; finally, one patient stopped the treatment on day3 post-inclusion because of
nausea and was PCR-positive on days1-2-3.”

The idea of treatment using antibodies from the blood of those that have gotten and fought off the virus may be more promising.

Mr. Craig Roberts, I cheer at your enabling comments again.

Insults, unfairness, and unfair insults are the butter and the bread of most social interaction, all the more so, as is physiologic, where ideas are supposed to both be the subject of talk, and to be exchanged and compared.

I am not sure, but I think I remember you say you are a Christian, or, at any rate, speak positively of Christianity. Well then… you should be worried if insults, unfounded allegations, didn’t come to you when you write, no matter if as a Christian or as a supporter of truth, fairness, or at least, truth-seeking and fairness-seeking.

Everywhere I look the mortality is about 4% of CONFIRMED corona patients. How much is that over ALL corona patients, including those for which no test has been done? In the Netherland I found an official number from the government bureau of health with which we can work.

In NL it turned out that 8% of patients who felt flu type illness contacted the doctor. The doctor then decides whether you get tested and that is only the case when you are over seventy or you have chronic deseases. We can conservatively assume that only 10% of those patients were tested. That means 8% times 10% is 0.8% was tested. So, not 4% of the patients died, in fact the Dutch number is 3.7%, but 0.03% of patients with the Corona virus.

That doesn’t look high and it isn’t even high if you compare that to regular flu. During a severe epidemic in NL two years ago 0.06%, or about eight thousands extra deaths, were registerd. That is far higher than where we are with Corona. It would be double even if the entire Dutch population gets infected with the Corona virus.

This desease is not about a virus. It is about media and government terrorism.

I reckon it’s about them testing their global lock-down systems. This current panic will pass, the next won’t.

We have a shining window of opportunity to ready ourselves for full independence through mutual support and co-operation.

I (we) know I *we) will never be taken alive into their insane world. I (we) got out of that years ago and have been preparing the way for other, like-minded souls to join us ever since.

It is going to be entirely about survival of the strong. Strong mind, strong spirit.
Sadly the weak and the easily controlled will have to take their chances with “tptb”.

Myself, my husband and our close circle of friends on the mountain (where we live) will be just fine, as will those who come to join us here.

    Trust no aspect of government!

Good for you–Mountain is the place to be. Friendly cooperation at a remove from society is community wisdom. “Strong mind, strong spirit”–Blessings of God. Wish you well.

    I agree wholeheartedly.

This is a mass hypnosis event that has resulted in mass hysteria.

  8. An Effective Treatment for Coronavirus Apparently Has Been Found

Intravenous vitamin C cures pneumonia caused by coronavirus.

Dr. Mao stated that his group treated ~50 cases of moderate to severe cases of Covid-19 infection with high dose IVC. The IVC dosing was around 10,000 mg – 20,000 mg a day for 7-10 days, with 10,000 mg for moderate cases and 20,000 for more severe cases by the pulmonary status (mostly the oxygenation index) and the coagulation status. All patients who received IVC improved and there was no mortality. Compared to the average of 30-day hospital stay for all Covid-19 patients, those patients who received high dose IVC had a hospital stay that‘s about 3-5 days shorter than the overall patients. Dr. Mao discussed one severe case in particular who was deteriorating rapidly. He gave a bolus of 50,000 mg Vit C IV over a period of 4 hours. They watched the patient’s pulmonary (oxygenation index) status stabilizing and improving in real-time. There were no side effects reported to all the cases treated with high dose IVC.

    Simple, easy, cheap, effective medicine.

But alas, vitamin c is unpatentable.

This is why you will not be able to get this in America, unless you make it yourself.

You can buy pure ascorbic acid (vital c) online by the kilo or half kilo. Not too expensive. Amazon is one outlet, but there are lots of others.

Dose yourself up every day to give a huge boost to your immune system.

  10. Ascorbic acid is good but I prefer sodium ascorbate, it is more alkaline and more bioavailable. I mix about 1/8 of a teaspoon in a quart of water once or twice a day, unless I feel a cold coming, then the dose goes up a little. I haven’t been sick in years.

Dr. Robert F. Cathcart recommended sodium ascorbate for intravenous use.

please enhance this websites credibility by deleting this “effective treatment” propaganda

  13. So far I have seen “effective” treatments described for HCQ early (by the Chinese in Hubei, although they noted more work was needed) + azithromycin by this French virologist, +azithromycin +Zn by a Hassidic physician near NYC, with added comments about megadose vitamin C (here in comments) and fairly high dose vitamin D (for respiratory ailments in deficient patients– much of the West), and glucocorticoids at late stage (near death) in response to serum ferritin increases signalling cytokine storm (and untreated, death). While none of these drugs are magic bullets, applied judiciously by a competent physician, some might help patients. All are inexpensive and globally in good supply, although as with masks, that can be manipulated. We don’t need moron politicians like Trump or Cuomo telling us what to do, we need competent experts on respiratory viruses and public health. Anthony Fauci is an reknown expert on AIDS and ebola, but he should have designated a (much) younger respiratory virus expert to take his place shaping public health policy on COVID-19.

  14. Michael888,

I resent you referring to our President in insulting tones. His instincts about getting us to not be so dependent on China have been right on the money, and he has quickly adjusted his actions in this pandemic plans as circumstances dictated. His prompt action in January in ordering a China travel ban, at a time when he was criticized and ridiculed for doing it, and while the Democrats were wasting our time with their quixotic impeachment crusade, saved 1000’s of American lives. I trust our president to lead us in this battle. His actions on Hydroxychloroquine will prove to be spectacular. The use of the medicine will need to be refined, probably combined with oral zinc supplements, and will most likely work best if taken prophylactically so that you build up a level of zinc and hydroxychloroquine in your lung tissue BEFORE you becomes infected, for best results.

President Trump will be reelected in a landslide for this.
