It is astonishing how many observers of war in Ukraine who should know better have been inclined to take at face value the assertions of “sources” that clearly originate among the various governments that are involved in the conflict. Those leaders who are engaged in the inexorable march by the US and its allies to turn the Ukraine crisis into World War 3 surely have learned the lesson that managing the narrative of what is taking place is the greatest weapon that the war hawks have in their possession. One recalls how post-9/11 and leading up to the Iraq War the George W. Bush White House and the neocons in the Pentagon lied about nearly everything to convince the public that Saddam Hussein was a terrorist supporting megalomaniac armed with weapons of mass destruction, inevitably describing him as a man in some ways comparable to Adolf Hitler. Nevertheless, many observers of what was occurring were not fooled and there were large scale demonstrations in a number of cities prior to the invasion in March 2003, which, of course, were rarely reported in the mainstream media in order to control the message.

Iraq in some ways was a learning experience for those in government and also for those in the media who did the heavy lifting by propagating the deception to a largely unsuspecting public. What we are seeing now relating to Ukraine and Russia, however, makes the Iraq experience look like child’s play in terms of the sheer audacity of the alleged information that makes it, or does not make it, into the news. I note particularly the recent terrorist car bombing of Russian activist journalist Dalya Dugina by a Ukrainian assassin made the news for roughly forty-eight hours before disappearing, but not before the lie that Prime Minister Vladimir Putin was responsible was firmly planted in a number of places in the mainstream media.

Now that Joe Biden is about to designate a two or three star general to head the Ukraine campaign and has pledged billions of dollars more in aid, Ukraine will be all the news all the time. The US involvement will also feature a catchy name. I would suggest Operation Empty Wallets, which is what Americans will soon be experiencing due to government bailouts and other profligate spending, or maybe Operation Give Me a Break. And it will also create a new dimension to the narrative-shaping in that Ukraine reporting’s domination of what comes out of the newsrooms already is effectively killing much of what else might otherwise be appearing on TV or in the newspapers. That selective management of information provides cover for neglecting stories that might prove embarrassing for those in power. It in effect means that there has been plenty of room for the usual players to engage in business as usual with hardly any scrutiny by the public over what is going on outside Ukraine in secondary theaters like the Middle East and Africa.

All of which leads one to examine what the two countries that have unilaterally declared themselves to be rules makers and enforcers have been up to. Those two countries are perhaps not surprisingly the United States and Israel. The US is, in fact, increasing its combat role in Africa featuring airstrikes in Somalia, all of which have taken place since US President Joe Biden approved the redeployment of hundreds of special forces troops to that country in May, reversing a decision by former President Donald Trump to reduce troop levels in AFRICOM. The two latest attacks killed at least twenty Somalis, all of whom were of course described as “terrorists” by the US command. Independent sources state that US forces have bombed Somalia at least 16 times under Biden, killing between 465 and 545 alleged al-Shabaab militants, including no less than 200 individuals in a single drone plus ground forces strike on March 13th.

Describing the paucity of reporting on the issue, Kelley Beaucar Vlahos, a senior adviser at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, observed “If you were unaware that we were bombing Somalia, don’t feel bad, this is a completely under-the-radar news story, one that was curiously absent from the headlines in all of the major newspapers…”

And then there is Syria, where a paucity of information in the media reflects White House policy. The United States, which has possibly as many as a dozen illegal bases in Syria, has a major airbase located in the al-Omar oil field in Syria’s northeastern Deir Ezzor province. Several weeks ago, three US soldiers were reportedly slightly wounded in rocket attacks directed at the base by alleged “Iranian-backed militants.” The US responded to the claimed attacks by launching strikes from Apache helicopters against three vehicles belonging to an Afghan Shia militia, killing between six and ten “militants,” and there are reports that more tit-for-tat exchanges of fire are likely. CENTCOM afterwards claimed that President Joe Biden personally ordered the strikes in “self-defense” and justified them by citing Article II of the US Constitution. But the Constitution was never intended to cover illegal activity in a foreign land where US forces are occupying a country with which it is not at war and which has a functioning government that opposes the American presence. The US reportedly has its illegal bases mostly located in the oil producing and agricultural bread basket of the country. Both the grain and oil are routinely stolen by the US and much of the oil winds up in Israel.

So, one inevitably comes to Israel, which has used the cover provided by Ukraine not only to bomb Syria frequently but also to kill Palestinians both in Gaza and on the occupied West Bank. Recently the pace has accelerated with the Israeli Army and police killing on average several Palestinians every day, very little of which is reported in the US media, a fatality rate five times higher than that which prevailed in 2021. It is clearly a deliberate policy to step up the pressure on the Palestinians and a vital part of the process is to let it happen with minimal scrutiny by the media and public, so Israel is widely publicizing the support it is giving to Ukraine to draw attention away from what it does locally.

In short, Israel is increasing efforts to make the historic Palestine Palestinian-free by rendering life so miserable that many Arabs will decide to leave. The use of selective violence and constant harassment is all part of that effort and Palestinians have found that describing Israel as an “apartheid” state does not accurately describe the intensity of the indiscriminate punishments and killings by soldiers which have become all too common.

Israel meanwhile is also doing its best to delegitimize Palestinian national identity by labeling Arab human rights groups as “terrorists.” Israeli police recently raided the offices of seven such groups, confiscated their office equipment and communications, and ordered the premises to be shut down completely. Ironically, a CIA assessment of the groups determined that they were not in any way terrorist linked. The Joe Biden administration characteristically responded to the development by indicating that it was “concerned” but did not condemn the Israeli action.

So, if you open a newspaper or turn on the television and watch or read the international news, you will be told what to think about what is going on in Ukraine. And it will be from the Ukrainian/US government point of view. If you are interested in what the US and Israel are up to in the Middle East, you will most often be out of luck as “defending democracy” in Ukraine while also demonizing Russia is providing cover for Washington and Jerusalem to get into all kinds of mischief. It is a reality derived from how the media and government work collectively to shape policies that in no way benefit the American public. Instead, powerful interest groups with plenty of cash drive the process and are the ones who gain still more power and money through it. It is the sad reality of what has happened to our “land of the free and home of the brave.”

The beauty about the Ukraine war is there is a group that hates both sides in the conflict…so who is that group?

This group wants to see as many lives extinguished as possible so would love to fund the war for as long as possible…but that funding must come out of someone elses pocket.

And this group will also have shifted significant sums of their own into military industries to make a killing in financial terms.

    Who has done that before?

Find this group and you find the enemy within.

Somalia is sitting on huge oil, gas,and minerals reserves and they refused American oil companies to exploit these resources and that is why they are bombed.

All American administrations from Bush Senior to Biden, have followed the same foreign policy. Let Somalia remain in perpetual chaos and instability until they allow American oil companies to exploit Somalia’s natural resources.

And it is not just Somalia. Anywhere in Africa where there is civil war, there are trillions worth natural resources that Western companies want to exploit without much benefit to these countries.

They want to weaken or overthrow (regime change) these governments because if here are strong governments in these resource rich countries, it will not be possible to corrupt and exploit them.

    SSDD.

    A) Russia:
A1) UKR – IMHO, the UKRanian situation will begin to enter a “Conclusive Milestone” once Oblasts/Regions that would comprise “NovoRussia” are liberated and Voted into Sovereign Existence or Annexation into RUS.

Everything else is Hostile. De-Nazification and De-Militarization will carry on – perhaps with PKO by CSTO/SCO/PRK Coalition, since UNSC are a Circus.

A2) Sanctions – So Sad, Too Bad. SCO survive and thrive.

    B) China
B1) Taiwan Island – The Independence Hype is overrated. Only the ‘Murican Military-Industrial-Congressional-Complex (MICC) Vassal DPP Separatist Faction Ruling Taipei are talking it up. Taiwan’s Economy is inseparable from the Mainland. Pelosi-Congressional-MICC visits simply annoy, with Locals protesting their visits.

PLA surrounding the Island with Exercises just defused the “Gloom-Doom-Fear of War and Bloody Invasion”, since an actual Occupation will be done in a similar fashion – Surrounding the Island while Flying Over to Assert Beijing’s Sovereignty over Taiwan Island’s Airspace. Hostile Separatist Elements will first be engaged with Air2Air+StandOff Missiles and Bombs for Island Rebels, and Hypersonics/Cruise/TBMs for AUKUS until there aren’t anymore Fighter Jets, Airfields, SAM Teams, Littoral Ships/Boats, Submarines, and Active Rebel Troop Formations.

Few weeks of Encirclement and Fly-Overs will get the Bulk of Separatists to Surrender. Those who don’t will be Gaslighted by the Residents and Pro-Unification Factions.

DPP had a 9% Approval Rating before the Western MSM helped the Fear-Mongering that had them re-elected. The KMT Dictatorship – the Original Separatists – are condemning the DPP in favor of the Re-Unification.

Matter of Time until the Re-Unification. What happens then? Pro-Muricans who aren’t involved in Sedition/Treason/Corruption/Criminal Cases will relocate to the USA. Maybe TSMC will split up into those who stay and those who Emigrate. Doesn’t matter – CHN’s SMIC will be catching up and overtaking TSMC in the Mainland+SCO/BRICS/RCEP Economies; and those are what matter to Beijing.

B2) AUKUS – Probably just going to whine. May even try to traverse the Strait. They’ll be stalked whenever they’re around; and if Biden/Truss actually try to amass a Fleet and Engage, AUKUS Fleet will be Sunk by the PLA. No Contest. Hypersonics/Supersonics/Cruise/TBMs will reach out and touch Surface Ships; and Sub-Hunting Aircraft, SSNs, SSKs, ASW Ships will be out and about while SSBNs, SSNs, and othet Assets stand by At Sea to Strike GU/HI/AK/CONUS.

PRK will be observing. They have Scores to settle with the USA and KOR. Opportunities to Engage will not be missed. If CHN or RUS directly engage the USA in a Military Conflict – PRK_KPA will engage USA and KOR Forces on the Chosin Peninsula with an Unstoppable Invasion while attacking Fleet Assets with their Hypersonics/Supersonics/Cruise/TBMs.

PRK Missiles can reach Taipei. Don’t expect the AUKUS Fleet to make it to HI/GU/JPN/AUS/CONUS after an Engagement with CHN/PRK – with RUS standing by. A few submarines, maybe; but consider Carrier/Amphib Strike Groups to be Sunk.

    C) Rest of the World
C1) SCO/BRICS/RCEP/EAEU – Protected by RUS and CHN.
C2) NATO/EU – ClusterFailing at the present. Pwnd by the Hegemony’s Plutarchy+Vassal_Oligarchs; and expected to be “Reset” into future Political/Economic Iterative Entities. Plutarchy will remain Ruling; and WEF/OpenBorders will have some of them eating Bugs and Fake Meat as daily staples…
    C3) Everyone Else
Sorry, looks like WashingtonDC, London, Brussels, Davos, and Greater_ISR+Diaspora will pwn them one way or another as well. As with NATO/EU, WEF/OpenBorders will have some of them eating Bugs and Fake Meat as daily staples…

    Good Night.

  5. Trump supporters have now become Palestinians in America, where they are relentlessly attacked, arrested, banned, censored, murdered, raped, mugged and carjacked and cutoff by financial institutions and their offspring.

From the pg FB of “il Giardiniere”

Do you know why the US is sending so many weapons to Ukraine? Not for Christian charity, rest assured. Simply because 3 large US multinationals bought 17 million hectares of excellent land from Zelensky.

These are CArgill, Dupont and Monsanto (which is formally German-Australian but of US capital). 5 percent of Ukrainian agricultural land was then purchased by the Chinese state.

To understand what 17 million hectares are, just think that all of Italy has 16.7 million hectares of agricultural land.

In short, three American companies have bought a larger useful agricultural area in Ukraine than the whole of Italy.

And who are the shareholders of these three companies?

Always them: Vanguard, Blackrock, Blackstone. That is, the same three financial companies that also control all the banks in the world and all the major war industries in the universe.

In short, if they play it and if they sing it.

This is why feed (cargill and Du pont) and fertilizers (Monsanto-Bayer) have undergone sensational increases since before the war: because they already knew everything, they were informed of everything.

And do you know when the war will end? When the big financial companies have disposed of their stock of weapons by making us, idiotic Europeans, already squeezed by the same gang that in the meantime speculates on wheat, rice, feed, fertilizers.

The media are pumping the war. Of course, they are always owned by Vanguard, Blackrock and Blackstone. And Biden wants war. Of course: he was elected by the magnificent three.

Battiato was right: always take the bait.

But then, I wonder, of all this money that the usual suspects will make of it – Buffet, Soros, Gates – which of the three big financial companies are the obvious and hidden partners? Do they eat bank’s guarantees and hedge founds? I don’t know

    …although they say,

Ukrainian law prohibits foreigners from buying land in Ukraine. Since 1 July 2021, regulations have been in force, which allowed the possibility of trading in agricultural land/…/ for two and a half years there is a transitional period in Ukraine in which land up to 100 ha can only be purchased by natural persons. “From 1 January 2024, this right will be extended to legal entities as well, and the maximum acreage will increase to 10,000 ha. The act does not allow foreigners (including legal entities registered in Ukraine with foreigners or foreign companies as final beneficiaries) to buy plots of land.”

“It is difficult to comment on the sale of agricultural land in Ukraine at the moment, when the land market is de facto suspended. As of February 2022, registers are closed and land buying and selling is not taking place. The US companies mentioned in the text have been operating on the Ukrainian market for 25 years and can only lease land. According to Ukrainian legislation, foreign legal entities as well as foreigners have no right to buy agricultural land in Ukraine.”

  9. All this will continue until the world starts abandoning dollars; right now other countries hold too much dollars, and imagine that these paper promises carry value, and hence they are hesitant to throw dollars away. But slowly it will dawn on these countries that dollar is buying less and less as days go on, and those who exchange it for anything else will get better deal only in the earlier days. They will eventually bring and dump those dollars on the American shores, demanding something, anything, in exchange. That will unleash a furious storm of hyperinflation. American government may refuse to honour some of the T Bills, forcing those holding the remaining T Bills to panic!

Then, and only then, the relentless pursuit of mindless violence will stop.

  10. Altai says:

Also worth noting that both Turkey and Azerbaijan are using the situation to further attack and steal land from their eternal victims, Greece and Armenia, respectively.

Both countries are noteable because they’re run by right wing nationalism that is fairly open to unending land theft and ethnic cleansing against their ‘enemies’ whom they have been growing at the expense of their whole existences.

It’s basically a cultural paradigm of colonial genocide, not unlike Israel.

Russia refused (Despite public disgust and much private money and weapons being organised for Armenia) to pick sides in the Caucuses, for the correct fear of being trapped in a proxy war (Azerbaijan got much help from Israeli and Turkish drone weapons in particular) during the war in 2020 but it seemed to have ‘won’ the war when a peace agreement was set that seemingly made Armenia dependent on it for protection from further Azeri aggression and Azerbaijan was now also in locked in the same frozen conflict security arrangement overseen by Russia and it looked like it had returned to the Russian sphere of influence after flirting with breaking away under Turkish and US patronage.

Now Azerbaijan is attacking Armenia again given that Russia is pre-occupied in Ukraine despite the presence of hundreds of Russian soldiers in the NK region along the new border. Given the previous flirting with Turkey/US/Israel is Azerbaijan just being influenced by the genocidal rhetoric from Turkey or are they under the impression that if Russia get involved that NATO support will be incoming?

The US will paint this as the consequence of Russia violating Ukraine’s borders setting a bad example rather than the US neocon-intended policy tying down of Russian forces into a long war in Ukraine having removed Russia’s stabilising force from stopping the Azeris. And it’s impossible to keep up with who is enabling Turkey; they play every side so furiously and so constantly.

  12. Those leaders who are engaged in the inexorable [sic] march by the US and its allies to turn the Ukraine crisis into World War 3

That’s the kind of tosh which is going to put you in the same risible category as discredited shifty blowhards like Scott Ritter. No doubt you are safe from sacking because you share the same confidently ignorant views as your patron about, for example, clowns like Nuland and MxCain actually having pulled off a coup in Kyiv 8+ years ago.

I commend your reservations about Israel and its lobby. It is an expensive handicap for the genuine, if usually uninformed desire of many Americans to make the world a better place. A the bad and stupid things America has done don’t justify any faIlure to back it as leader of the push to make it impossible for the old predatory Russia ever to rise again as a superpower (or just an opportunistic predator). That is, unless you are an Amrrican who wants to retreat from the world, relatively powerless but secure in the knowledge that America won’t be invaded militarily in the next 100 years. If people like you managed to turn the US into that sort of eunuchoid country I may have to look to a relatively civilised CCP for possible protection

  13. GMC says:

There are many correlations going on between Ukraine, Israel and the West. The newest ones we see concerns the Fascist Governments and their quest to search and destroy all collaborators who were labeled pro-Russian, anti- American/Democratic, or anyone that dares to take up arms to defend themselves or to speak the truth about todays events.

A couple examples are those people, now sitting in jail for their role in the “stroll ” thru the Capitol buildings on Jan. 6th, which was a set up. Or, how about Prez. Bidens rant about going after those Anti Democratic Trump supporters that are a threat to Democracy.

I correlate that one with the recent Ukrainian takeover of the town of Izyum in the Donbass area, where the Donbass militia fled . The new Ukie Governor is partners with what’s left of the Azov battalion Nazis, in order to search and destroy all pro- Russian ” collaborators. I guess the thousand civilians they killed when they bombed the town while the Donbass Militia fled , wasn’t good enough.

The bottom line is that the governments of Ukraine, Israel and USA are self described Zionist Jews, working with their MIC, Federal Reserve, and Globalist, and they were/are the creators of Nazism which is once again – out of control. Their lust for the so called enemies blood, is only topped by their Greed of money and power. As Romanoff said – they are all Criminally Insane to the Max, and it doesn’t matter what country they are from.

Lies and more lies to justify “our colonial project” (Jabotinsky) in “the land of Canaan” founded by very violent Russian, Polish and Ukrainian emigrants of Italian, Greek, Turkish, Syrian and Persian descent.

Judaism among many other things was a Religion in Greek and Roman times. It was a religion that spread like wildfire among women. Judaism was spread “throughout all the nations of the world” (Flavius Josephus) that is to say the Greek-Roman world plus the Persian world.

And even if the damned legend of the exile accepted by the rabbis were true and not what it is (a children’s story), even if the damned Christian legend were true, that does not justify the pure Barbarism that is Zionism, an ideology that establishes a brutal distinction between “a people (of lords)” and “the people of the land” who must be subdued.

The original mental Software is the bloody fantasy literature of an Aramean ruling class that came to “the land of Canaan” with books, money and Persian power to subdue the Arab-Hebrew population.

And this foundational fracture reaches the time of the Romans, when the population of Galilee, Perea and Idumea declared war on the people of the lords of the city-Temple.

  35. Some, like GMC, have been asking why Russia doesn’t strike the NATO supply transports as soon as they cross the border. Ukraine has repeatedly demonstrated that it uses civilians as human shields and it does so for the transport of most of troops and equipment. Soldiers coming back from training in NATO countries, mercenaries and NATO officers are using civilian planes, trains and other transport where they are intermingled with civilians, women and children, and transferred to cities close to the front such as Kharkov. So the Russians are in a dilemma, if they strike then they’d be committing war crimes by killing civilians providing cover for the transport of military personnel. Much of military equipment is also transported in parts in civilian transports and then assembled in Kharkov and elsewhere. Maybe the Russians thought it better to let them all assemble and launch their counter offensive so they can be dragged into the open where they could be killed without risk to the civilian population. We’ll see if this works out for them. Unless the UkroNazi and NATO troops do what the IDF does when it goes into battle while firing behind Palestinian children they hold by the scruff of the neck. 37. The traditionalist rabbis accepted the Christian legend of the Exile for a number of reasons, among others because it served as a criterion of demarcation and differentiation.

the “new way” of the Nazarene heretics and the “right way” of the Rabbis were Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola competing in the same cities of the Greek-Roman world.

Both … Orthodox Christians and Orthodox Rabbis agreed on the usefulness of the Exile Legend as a criterion of separation.

The legend says: “those of Jerusalem condemned him” (the text refers to a long-haired man from the hamlet of Nazareth) … and HaShem became so angry with them that He destroyed their Temple and packed his bags and left Jerusalem for Rome … and scattered them all over the empire.

Judaism was a religion that spread like wildfire among women. And before the destruction of the Temple it was spread “through all the nations of the world”

After the destruction of the Temple and the collapse of priestly Judaism, the primitive orthodox Christians and the orthodox rabbinical Judaism arose on the one hand and on the other.

And so a Greek son of a Persian (follower of “the new way”) said to a Greek son of an Italian (follower of “the right way”):

-You are “of those of Jerusalem”, and the other answered:
-Yes, we are of “those of Jerusalem”

The Greek historian Herodotus first used the term “Palestine” to refer to the land between Egypt and Phoenicia in the 5th century BCE. Some evidence suggests that the name derives from the Egyptian place name “Peleset” which dates to the twelth century BCE.

The powerful united kingdom of Judah and Israel is a Biblical expression of a nationalistic ambition, not an actual state. Except for a brief period in the tenth century BCE, the “Jewish homeland” was never more than a province of a larger empire – Egyptian, Assyrian, Babylonian, Persian, Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Abbasid, Ottoman, and finally, British. Decades of intensive archaeological work have failed to produce even trace evidence to substantiate the myths of Abraham, the Egyptian captivity, Moses, Joshua, the conquest of Canaan, or Solomon.

Largely overlooked today (because it does not fit in with the rigid narrative of perpetual Jewish victimhood), is the unique period of Jewish history called the Hasmonean Dynasty. Descended from the Maccabees, who had finally abolished the last traces of polytheism at the Jerusalem Temple, this line of non-Davidic kings was the first example in history of a clearly monotheistic religion combined with a political government – the king was High Priest.

It was a Hellenized monarchy, which embraced the innovations of Greek culture, from its ritual bath to modifying the traditional Passover Seder to its modern form, which resembles a Greek Symposium. The Hasmoneans initiated wars of conquest and forced conversion to Judaism throughout what would later be called “the holy land.” Forced conversion would not be outlawed by Jewish authorities until the fall of Jerusalem, after 70 CE. The Greek translation of the Scriptures, called the Septuagint, was authored at this period, for the use of the new converts.

Edom, comprising the southern coastal cities of the Phoenicians and Syrians, was added to the kingdom in 125 BCE; conquest and conversion of the Galilee followed soon thereafter. Frustrated by their refusal to accept Jerusalem’s religion, Alexander Jannaeus destroyed the cities of Pella, Samaria, Gaza, Gedarah and many others. For the same reason his father John Hyrcanus – with military aid from his ally Rome- laid waste to Shechem (Nablus), the main city of the Samarians. He destroyed the ancient temple there on Mount Gerizim, where the original Jewish polytheism had long been observed. The monotheistic Yahweh cult was an innovation of the Jerusalem priesthood circa 600 BCE and was not universally recognized among the diverse proto-Jewish population.

“In short, Israel is increasing efforts to make the historic Palestine Palestinian-free by rendering life so miserable that many Arabs will decide to leave. ”

That is just the tip of the iceberg. Jews are increasing efforts to make reality Goyim free by rendering the real world so miserable and cognitively dissonant that most white people will check out into a heroin, prozac or fentanyl stupor.

  44. In late ancient and early medieval times the bulk of Judaism was in Persia and Hispania.

The traditionalist rabbis decided not to be a religion. In fact it can be said that the Judaism that was a religion (200 BC -200 AD) split into a sect and an ethnicity. At least that is how the Roman authorities saw it.

Of the three branches of rabbinic Judaism (mizrahim, sefardim, askenazim) the smallest, the third, thrived and triumphed in Poland-Lithuania-Ukraine.

And this is what explains why the founders of “our (deadly) colonial project” (Jabotinsky) were Ukrainians, Russians and Poles.

The triumph of the Ashkenazim was made possible by the following Totem-Pole in Poland-Lithuania-Ukraine:

    A) Catholic ruling class
    B) Yiddish people
    C) Christian peasantry

The solution to this is obvious. It was and is what Rangers are trained to do. Infiltrate in small groups behind enemy lines, deep into supply and support area. Sabotage supplies and materiel AT THE SOURCE. Disrupt the logistics and command centers directly.

The Ranger has to be stealthy. Like the ninja. Blending in where possible and acting covertly and unseen. This is a tremendous force multiplier. This is sabotage and infiltration. Rangers are taught to be totally self sufficient, using the locales resources for food, shelter, etc. The also are trained to access the enemies materiel resources such as explosives.

In the artillery battles, the Russian equivalent, The Speznaz, could be dropped behind the Ukraine artillery positions and assinate them from the rear by surprise. This could be done by ultralight aircraft and rough terrain slow stall aircraft.

Looks like their strategy is in stages , where there is plenty of room for changing the military moves, in order to adjust to the Ukies, Nato and the US. Of course, they have plenty of war experience and history to study and follow, which could confuse us western folks, but they have no other choice. Well, your version of WWII.
Was Crimea annexed? What happened to the right of self determination? Self determination was forbidden to the Austrians, even though the overwhelming majority of people were in favour of unification.. The Austrian military symbolically marched into Germany at the same time the German military symbolically marched into Austria.
The ethnic Germans in Czechoslovakia (and Poland) were being slaughtered by their government. If there is a parallel, it is the bankers at the Treaty of Versailles putting Sudetenland Germans into a hostile situation, just as the banker backed Lenin put the ethnic Russians into a hostile situation by attaching those regions to Ukraine, and Khrushchev gave Crimea to Ukraine to administer. They were/are only rebels by virtue of not accepting the abuse. The people of Donbas didn’t “rebel” they chose not to recognize the puppet government installed by the US coup d’etat. The same applies to Crimea.
Barbarossa was a defensive maneuver launched to pre-emt a Soviet invasion. The Germans were vastly outnumbered and outgunned. Russia’s SMO was a pre-emptive attack to stop the slaughter of ethnic Russians. The Russians aren’t outnumbered and outgunned.
It is ironic that the Russian invasion in Ukraine is for the same reason as the German invasion of Poland, and that the Ukrainian forces, like the Poles and Soviets, embed themselves in civilian populations, while the Russian, like the Germans seek to minimize civilian casualties.

The US under the leadership of President Antony Blinken is at this very moment involved in Syria, Libya, West Africa ( supporting Islamist terrorists ), Mozambique ( supporting Islamist terrorists ), Sudan,Somalia and Ethiopia ( in support of Egypt ). The last one according to observers is more deadly than Ukraine.

This war has Israel’s fingerprints all over it, as does 9/11. The Biden cabinet is as Zionist as the cabinet in Israel itself, but move along, ladies and gentlemen, nothing to be seen here. Thoroughly Woke Milley demands Jewish genocide of white Christians in America be taught as CRT, so, if he’s on board with the genocide of white Christians in America, surely he’s on board with the genocide of Christians in the Ukraine, footstool of the Jews that he is.

The objective appears to be depopulating the Ukraine of non-Jews so that its vast farmland can be taken over by the Jews, which will require destroying the Ukrainian military so there are no recriminations. So far, all according to plan over there, as well as economically exhausting Russia so that it rolls over when the Jews take over.

Absurdities abound, such as tens of \$billions of aid and munitions farcically said to be disappearing down a rabbit hole or into some non-existent black market, when they’re being pre-positioned in the Ukraine for the introduction of US and European ground forces once the false flag nuclear melt down goes live, or failing that, the Mossad sets off a nuke in Kiev and triggers a ready-to-go (self-proving) NATO response. In either case, it’s outright extermination of Christian Ukrainians, either from radiation poisoning blamed on the Russians or simply using war to drive them off the land so good Jewish families can move in once the dust settles and the media covers it up, sort of like the West Bank.

The details are even uglier than the headline. Now if you make a search for the victim’s name on the Google engine, you’ll see that the great Neocon York Times and Bezos’ Blog both ignore it. American Jews can’t very well worry about stories they never see. But even if they saw them, would they react? Probably not, because there are US web sites which give free rein to “hate the Jews” articles which cause them to rally round the pissant state.

Mr. Giraldi doesn’t mention a couple of other likely consequences for the big head fake with Ukraine.

Record U.S. LNG Exports To Europe May Not Last
    https://oilprice.com/Energy/Gas-Prices/Record-US-LNG-Exports-To-Europe-May-Not-Last.html

Now this is a rather confusing article, but read it with the idea that European LNG demand is going to soar, and a few minutes after the November voting is over I expect US natural gas to start moving into the Export category. Too later for voters to object to their increasing heating bills.

Ditto for gasoline prices. By various means, including drawing down the US strategic reserve, gasoline prices have decreased. That’s likely to change, again right after the November election.

In war, if your objective is not to occupy, once you have gained the territory and cleaned it out, then you need to back off, and then concentrate your resources to gain another territory to clean it out. Holding on to useless territory, just to be an occupier does help your objectives.

Well I agree. However you have a serious problem similar to that of an astronaut explaining to a class of JK students why their paper planes will not fly to the moon. Good luck ! I get a headache just reading some of the comments. I see this Owen fellow here on UR making comments (#93) I do not understand and I went to Military Academy in Europe. Sheer drivel !!

To simplify what you are saying for the benefit of those who just do not get it, this is like a fight in the ring. You knock out your opponent but you continue dancing around or even standing stationery in the ring shadow boxing.

That theatre of operations was once a vast meat grinder. Just to the East of Kharkov is the Orel, Belgorod, Kursk salient where the Russian Army stopped some of the finest Units in the Wehrmacht and SS lead by some of the most brilliant German Generals, bled their offensive capability forever and counter attacked ultimately demolishing the German Army Group Centre.

Kharkov itself, is built on and surrounded by a cemetery. A friend of mine told me that a trip through the surrounding area with a metal detector sends the instrument into a frenzy, while farmers still plough up and plough under the bones of soldiers who died in the area in WW2 battles, old bunkers and fighting holes litter the area and some areas are still dangerous to tread as there are unexploded mines and artillery shells.

My point ? The Russian General Staff know where every steppe mouse takes a shit and have access to every plan, report, tactical problem and what have you from WW2. We have to remember that the Russians retreated at least twice in their history all the way to Moscow and then came back to win.

All this chatter by the armchair amateurs about this retreat etc is a colossal load of horse shit. The dumb, naive, arrogant and inexperienced and U-tube gazers state that THEY are the master tacticians and strategists while the Russian General Staff are all assholes………based on the latest U-Toob tripe from the Western Propaganda hustlers !

Again, this is NOT a military action but a Police operation. The only large Cities in the area are Kharkov and Kiev. Only a fool would think the Russians cannot encircle both and reduce them to rubble. They will not do so because most of the population there are Russian. It would be like trying to get rid of home invaders and blowing up your whole house with the family inside.

The whole discussion by the talking heads is hogwash. The race is for the one who endures to the last. And the one who will endure to the last is Russia !

Phil is right on with his analysis, as usual, but sadly, he misses the same much bigger point as is also the norm for writers of articles like this deploring the sorry state of American foreign relations and politics under plutocratic control. That point which is virtually always neglected and plants in many American minds (the people conman-plutocrat Trump counts on for votes) a grand feeling but uncertainly-visualized MAGA dream, is this: There’s nothing new under the Sun here folks. America is no different from any other nation, past or present, in which the founders made no effort to establish rules that would prevent excessive wealth-power gaps from developing, gaps which inevitably lead to the corruption we see in America today, the same kinds we’ve seen throughout its history. Until we are ready to revolt against the current plutocrats, seize their wealth, and establish a new set of rules, don’t expect anything better. Even if some kind of revolution ever does materialize, you can also bet that the new founders, unless we fall into utter anarchy, even if they are socialist-communist, will also fail to make the right rules to prevent deja-vu-all-over-again.

CBS did do some on the spot reporting and made it into a short documentary about the difficulty of getting US/NATO equipment to Ukrainian forces due, at least in part, to the corruption endemic to Ukraine. Made it look like an awful lot of our tax dollars were being wasted (or worse), and we can’t have that, so the Biden Administration “requested” it be pulled and that was the end of that.

I have to agree with you. This conflict has elements of “Wag the Dog”. There is no battlefield footage, no ‘reporters’ embedded with the Ukraine army. The footage we do see is so tightly focused to show say only one building damaged and it is impossible to tell where this building is. In some of the photo’s I have seen it looks like someone hit the building with a wrecking ball and then set fire to the interior. It certainly doesn’t look as though high explosives or rockets hit them.

    Lies and more lies

As I have said elsewhere, I’m referring to the most recent and state-of-the-art research into “the origins of islam”, i.e. the so-called “Inârah (enlightenment)” series, 8 books, > 7000 pages, http://inarah.net/. The search of the said origins inevitably leads to question not only Islam (Muhammad never existed, I’ve written about this repeatedly, for instance in https://www.unz.com/jderbyshire/american-born-muslim-stabbing-rushdie-reveals-threat-of-absimilation-assimilation-in-reverse/#comment-5509060) but also all other religions from which islam has taken some elements: Buddhism and Zoroastrism (Buddha and Zoroaster didn’t exist, cf Die Entstehung einer Weltreligion VI, Schiler & Mücke, Berlin und Tübingen 2020, p.7), Christianity (Nestorianism, Jacobitism, Axoumites) and, of course, Judaism. The Babylonian exile was terminated by “the first Messias”, Kyros I (see https://www.unz.com/kbarrett/eschatological-war-another-debate-with-adam-green/#comment-5518140 – what I there omitted to mention, was that but a small part of those Babylonian Jews really returned to Jerusalem, ibid.).

Of course, each and every religious “ancestry” (founding legends) is highly questionable, the Christian one being no exception (although Jesus DID exist). Hence my personal stance rather is to judge religions by the MATERIAL (social, economical, cultural) effects they’ve had, see for instance https://www.unz.com/pescobar/the-second-coming-of-the-heartland/#comment-5507414

When you converse with people on a personal level, do you expect them to show no body language, and act like you, a wooden dummy?

Hey, Chuck. Thanks for sharing the mondoweiss article. While reading it, I kept thinking of the honourable former representative Cynthia McKinney and how The Lobby destroyed her career for refusing to take the pledge.

The Lobby is drunk on power given the winning streak they’ve been on over the decades. But their success has their demise baked into the cake. Resentment is building as more and more Joe 6-packs come to realise their country has been hijacked by a fifth column that has transformed their homeland from a jewel into a shit hole.

IMO, your collapsing economy? Skyrocketing black crime? Uncontrolled immigration? Nazi-like repurposing of the state police as a weapon to target political enemies? not only applies to USA but also to Germany, the only difference being that the skyrocketing crime there is not black – I recently saw a video on ZDF-info “Jung und kriminell – Strategien gegen Intensivtäter” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2vJrrw4ovw where you can see what kind of “Germans” commit all those crimes

I fear I don’t understand – but then, my knowledge of Arabic is near to zero. Anyhow, when opening my books, I see many “Mustafa al-default” names – for instance Hisam ben al-Hakam, Abdalhusayn Sarafaddin al-Musawi, Abu l-‘Abbas Ahmad ben ‘Ali an-Nagasi etc.

As to the “Palestinians”, may I ask the question why they themselves called “Arabs” during the British mandate? as can be readily seen in the Peel report, for instance on p. 63; then there was a certain Awni Abdel Hadi who trumpeted that he would fight “until the entire territory was placed under ARAB government”; and when 6000 locals were forced by their own chiefs to quit Tiberias, it afterwards was ascertained by Sir Cunningham that the Jews in Tiberias would “welcome the return of these Arabs” (High Commissioner for Palestine to Secretary of State, May 5, 1948, Cunningham Papers)

All I said is it would be pointless to call a Palestinian in Palestine “al-Falastin”
(unlike, say, in Egypt); T. E. Lawrence (“of Arabia”) would have classed them
as “coastal Syrians” (what the humble one would call “mediterranean mélange”)
with a somewhat special status due to religious considerations
(“the rim of the desert is peppered with the ruins of failed religions”, I quote
    from memory).
I did not mean to imply a “Palestinian people” 😀

2015 precisely is the date at which Merkel opened the floodgates NOT to Blacks but to Muslims (Syrians, Afghani, North Africans), resulting in a Bundeslagebild where “602.613 refugees (having committed criminal offences) were willfully omitted in the BKA study Criminality in the context of the immigration – Bundeslagebild 2016“, https://www.journalistenwatch.com/2017/09/19/bka-vertuscht-straftaten-von-600-000-fluechtlingen/ – seems that the said criminals were not so much Blacks but ALL, each and everyone, Muslims.

On the other hand, 2015 being precisely the year in which I got a “syndrome hémo-phagocytaire” that currently is under treatment, I was unable since then to visit my relatives in Luxembourg, Tübingen and Paraza (Narbonne) and so, de visu, I’m not able to say anything more.

Jews came from Babylon They fled to Palestine after they were forced to leave out of Babylon. It’s the true history of Jews. Noted down through the centuries by word of mouth from generation to generation. Israel was a concept perpetuated by the Rothschilds and company. What the British agreed to give to them. A way to consolidate their operations worldwide.

Yes, but even that cooperation has its own limits. Lets take China, for example; it has huge stockpiles of dollar denominated debts, and therefore is hesitant to pull down the dollar hegemony. But when the might of the dollar is directed against the very existence of China, then China will have no option but to destroy the dollar monopoly.

…well, the Muslim Palestinians, anyway. There seems to have been massive conversion at some point in the eighth or ninth century. It’s not a very long trip: Islam bears about the same relationship to Judaism that Mormonism bears to Christianity.

“Tehran asserted that Washington will lose Tehran’s trust as long as President Joe Biden upholds the disastrous course of maximum pressure and sanctions pursued by Donald Trump against Iran.

Nuclear chief: IAEA is referencing Israel
    https://www.tehrantimes.com/news/476900/Nuclear-chief-IAEA-is-referencing-Israel
    (excerpt, emphasis added)

TEHRAN— In a live interview with national TV late Sunday, Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) said that Israel has turned into a reference for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

The AEOI chief noted, “The narrative that Zionists and Westerners make about Iran’s nuclear program and the accusations they have against our nuclear industry predates to 20 years ago.”

“The Agency said that we are closing the case of two of the alleged places and you should clarify more about the next two sites, Eslami said, adding, “Later, they closed the case of one of those two sites and later, they reopened the case of the same site.”

Eslami exemplified, “One of these places is an abandoned mine that has been unused for more than 30 years.”

There is no nuclear activity in the Islamic Republic of Iran that has not been reported to the Agency or that the Agency is unaware of, he reiterated, adding that all of Iran’s activities are under the Agency’s supervision.

About 2% of the world’s nuclear capacity is related to Iran, but about 25% of the inspections are done from Iran, the AEOI chief lamented.

Eslami then noted, “The messages we hear from the Agency show that they intend to close this (Safeguards) case. We hope they are honest and don’t waste more time and don’t assume that they can apply maximum pressure with this leverage.”
