This is how Big Tech techno-feudalism works.

They’re sooooooo predictable.

Friends in California had warned me I was on the radar. On Twitter for only 6 months, and the number of followers rose too fast.

I sent a written complaint. They replied they are reviewing the account. I don’t expect any humans to be involved – much less with an understanding of real journalism.

I am here:

Telegram:

https://t.me/+Uxbn8mAJx2971eDI

and of course here:

VK:

Thank you all.

Whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

Russia is a dictatorship where freedom of expression has been suspended, which is proven by the latest Twitter suspension of Pepe Escobar. Revolting!

  2. It was too chirpy. I support Z but all these white guys getting ground up is bumming me out, dude. I wish the Chinese would hurry up, maybe getting out in the fresh air and invading Taiwan would help them shake off the flu. They’ll keep making us all sick breeding covid the way they are carrying on.

See why I can’t do twitter?

  3. Richard B says:

Remember that line from the movie Casino?

“…it turned out to be the last time that street guys like us were ever given anything that fuckin’ valuable again.”

Looking forward to the rewrite from big tech:

“…it turned out to be the last time that low-character, self-focused, soy boy snowflakes like us were ever given anything that valuable again.”

The new CEO is the poster boy of the above description.

What do you mean? Ukrainian and Russians are all slavs. You are white or black?

Pepe should join the Indian social media platform Koo (downloadable from Google or Apple Play), where he will be warmly welcomed and won’t be suspended on flimsy grounds. Most Indians support Russia’s military operation in the Ukraine.

White, Slavs are white enough for me nowadays. I’m of Dutch-English descent, but Europe is looking more like a freak circus, not to mention the woke US. Not very impressed with Australia and New Zealand and their lockdowns either. Russia are the only whites who impressed me in a long time. My own people are mostly coping and doing their own thing in little groups.

  7. Any of Y’all still using Twitter? Facebook? If yes then fuck Y’all.

  8. So when are you going to sign up for Gab?

  9. I am not interested in social networks, but for those who are here is a new one which is recommended. Like Twitter, but better.

    https://bastyon.com/index

The first censorship-resistant social network protocol. Based on Blockchain technology, decentralized and secure.

No corporation, no centralized servers, moderated by the community. Powered by Pocketcoin to reward creators and contributors.

Open-source & transparent rules that are the same for everyone.

TWITTER is an Intelligence founded and run politico-social demographic gathering and dissemination database that intelligent people – like anyone on this site and of course Pepe – would do well to avoid. It’s as simple as that.

THAT said, Elon Musk might throw a spanner in its works given he is one of the few individual players in the world who can buy up majority shares just for fun. But the fact that it is technically a publicly traded company don’t make it so. Elon better make sure that none of his batteries have explosive tendencies….. just sayin’.

I can’t view Pepe’s Telegram postings without signing on or downloading the presumably spyware app, which I won’t. Please open your TE postings for annonymous viewing, like Scott Ritter’s. I can’t view much of the VK postings without submitting my phone number, which I won’t. There really needs to be a decent alternative to TW that respects readers’ privacy, but we don’t have one yet.

  23. As much as I enjoy Pepe’s articles and support him, I can’t help but notice that he is completely silent on China. Yes, what is happening in the West currently is revolting, we should fight this and be glad this system is coming to an end. But it is undeniable that the “elites” in the West got at least parts of their inspiration from the Chinese system. China is currently supporting Russia in ending the US hegemony. That might be considered a positive development, but ignoring the nature of the Chinese system shows a certain analytic myopia. It feels a bit strange, when I hear or read people complaining about censorship, but at the same time beating the drum for a system in which journalists not only loose their social media account, but in worst case their life. (And yes, I am aware of what is done to Assange and that there are more cases like him. It still pales in scale.)

I will acknowledge I am wrong if someone points me to an article.

  25. You must be telling the truth.

  26. It is the violent imagery and tone. If he had said, “the Russians could use Shmels (flamethrowers) against Azov members in tunnels in Azovstal to root them out,” I don’t think he’d be banned. They were looking for a gotcha. The ones they don’t like that get banned make it easy for Twitter censors with what they say. I’m not sure how Caitlin Johnstone still has an account with her tone and point of view. I expect many people that go against the narrative and don’t keep a happy corporate friendly academic persona will end up being banned. However, Pepe Escobar wouldn’t be Pepe Escobar if his personality didn’t shine through his writing. It is a shame he was canceled over a prediction. What a world we live in when white neo-Nazi tunnel rats are defended by corporate America like they were a protected minority like their historic victims.

  27. This is turning into an all-out war against the Evil Orcs. There are still a few sites which report stories contrary to the Official US Position, and I wonder how long Naked Capitalism, Moon of Alabama, and Unz will be allowed to continue publishing.

Another instance of the “all-out” war against Russia may have been highlighted by the destruction of the Russian heavy cruiser/pocket battleship Moskva. If NATO gave its position to Ukraine, I doubt it any coastal radar illuminated the ship, and the Russians might have had only seconds of warning. At 40 years of age, the vessel was not modern, and probably had far too much “Sword” and far too little “Shield”.

On the “plus” side, this is another opportunity for the US Navy to wake up to the risks of operating the monster carriers. If a couple little subsonic Ukrainian missles can destroy the Moskva, what are the chances for the USS Ford if a dozen large supersonic missiles appear in formation on the horizon?

Biden & Company are definitely playing with fire with all the “intelligence sharing”. From all indications they’re too stupid to care.

  28. I joined Twitter in 2016, and it was fun with Trump election. Got banned in 2017 cuz globalists are sore losers and into censchwarzship.

Got banned by Facebook around same time. Jewish oligarchs treat us like Palestinians in West Bank.

You apparently do not appreciate that China is DIFFERENT from the West. Different history, different social norms, different indigenous philosophies and political ideologies. China has produced a Chinese system with certain Western characteristics borrowed over the last century or two. It suits the Chinese well, as the CPC’s great popularity indicates. The Government makes mistakes, but does appear to learn from them, unlike in the West where raw ideology and pathopsychology rules. PS What journalist ‘lost their lives’ in China? Assange has gotten off easy compared to HUNDREDS of journalists murdered throughout the subject states of the US Empire. Mind you, the CIA did actively contemplate his murder, too.

Won’t be necessary. Musk is coming to his rescue. He’s making an offer to buy all Twitter stock at a 40% premium and take the company private.

People like Robert Reich and Paul Krugman have been hanging around for years in the public sphere spouting lies and propaganda without challenge. Then real men started getting some space and it turned out that their (our) views seemed to make some sense and weren’t destructive of the general Christian values of Western Civilization, as are the views of the Reiches and Krugmans of the world. Now we see who those clowns really are and what they really wanted.

Musk’s actions are capitalism at its best. He sees that FREE speech is in demand and he’s got the money to answer that demand. Not only will he free up thought, but he will also make gazillions of dollars doing it.

Australia, US, UK, Canada like to display a ”facade” of democracy and freedom”.

In reality, they are the contrary of democratic countries. They’ve used slaves in mines for centuries, ship cheap labor abroad, and are the worst polluters ever with the billions of weapons dumped on countries they bombed or with the thousands of abandoned mines.

In summary, the US and Brits like to have always likes to keep peoples CONFINED, as in mines. CONFINED, and FREEZING in the DARK. Light and truth, and warmth are not in their DNA. they are good at calculating, numbers, maths. And displaying facades. Period.

Let’s end by another example of how they treat people democratically, as explained below. Is this fair, equitable? Is this GREEN development? Why do these poeple have NO VOICE? Is this the kind on green democracy they advocated for in Scotland?

Riches for Australian miner equals misery for Thai villagers

    https://www.michaelwest.com.au/riches-for-australian-miner-equals-misery-for-thai-villagers/

”In a letter sent to opposition parliamentarians, local environmental defenders and village representatives claim that the Australian miner’s previous mines had created “deserted villages with broken families” by polluting waterways with heavy metals and eliminating buffer zones between mines and villages.

The villagers claim that they were excluded from participating in the new mine’s Environmental Impact Statement, and that they have seen few benefits resulting from a measly 0.1% of investment into community development (well below a 0.9% level of investment in comparable gold mines abroad).”

”An Australian subsidiary of Canadian Barrack mining company is claiming billions from the Papua New Guinea government after it refused to renew a licence following evidence of environmental pollution and human rights violations.

Hope your prediction turns out to be right. I am also rooting for Musk, and I like the open and frank way in which he interacts with everyone.

In any case, it’s always better for someone like Pepe – who is so popular worldwide and always provides a fresh and thought provoking perspective – to have an account in a social media platform of the world’s 2nd most populous country. We never know how Musk’s behavior will change if and when he takes over Twitter completely. What if he gets compromised by the US deep state?

  36. @Athena

    Agreed.

My family also worked in the mining industry, my grandfather on my father’s side as wealthy management. On my mother’s side my grandfather worked underground as an explosives handler, a trade he picked up during WW II serving in the South African artillery. His health was ruined and he worked well past his retirement age because they could not find a qualified replacement in time during his last job. Never complained, but he made me promise to never work in a mine. He was Afrikaner, my father’s side of the family were English.

    Facts are obviously Russian now.

  39. @CNN

India is one of the most unsustainably overpopulated countries, especially relative to its available drinkable water and fertile land and other energy and natural resources.

No matter what the Indians do, they are likely to suffer one of the worst die-offs if the powers that be deliberately destroy the international supply chain and/or work continuing and increasing inflation.

Russia, and to a lesser extent the USA, have abundant natural resources relative to their populations. India, on balance, does not.

Neither the Indian economic growth rate nor its population growth is realistically sustainable. India’s not alone on that score, I’m just saying don’t delude yourself and get arrogant.

  49. CNN says:

India has plenty of water resources thanks to the monsoons. It has solved its water problem long back by ensuring piped water to all households. It also has the 2nd largest area under cultivation – 2nd only to US – and produces surplus food. And it’s probably the only country where you can grow crops year-round. Many Indian farmers grow up to 4 crops per year.

Its population has also stabilized, hence overpopulation is not an issue any more. Moreover, its per capita carbon usage is the lowest in the industrial world – a recent study by the Centre for Science and Environment, an Indian NGO, showed that India’s rich consume less carbon per capita than even America’s poor. And India has allies like Russia, Iran and Middle East that are actually invested in India’s future thanks to its huge market. Even China – whose relations with India have been frosty and who nearly went to war with India in 2020 – continues to invest in India at a furious pace. Practically all Fortune 500 companies are dependent on India for engineering, software development and customer support. It also produces several pharma products on which the West is critically dependent – recall Angela Merkel’s dark mutterings against India for not supplying medicines during the Covid waves.

The main thing that India lacks is energy resources and other raw materials, which Russia, Africa and Latin America are only too happy to provide, in return for consumer goods and medicines from India.

Hence it’s simply impossible for the powers that be to affect India’s supply chain, without affecting themselves badly. Else, the Biden administration would have imposed sanctions on India long ago like it has done on Russia.

If you pay a visit to India, you will realize all this for yourself. Don’t believe Western propaganda blindly.

How is that possible?? China now has more Fortune Global 500 companies than the US – and they don’t rely on India for those things….
