Vladimir Putin got straight to the point. At the opening of his one hour and fourteen minute video conversation with Xi Jinping on 15 December, he described Russia-China relations as “an example of genuine inter-state cooperation in the 21st century.”

Their myriad levels of cooperation have been known for years now – from trade, oil and gas, finance, aerospace and the fight against Covid-19, to the progressive interconnection of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the Eurasia Economic Union (EAEU).

But now the stage was set for the announcement of a serious counter-move in their carefully coordinated ballet opposing the relentless Hybrid War/Cold War 2.0 combo deployed by Empire.

As Assistant to the President for Foreign Policy Yuri Ushakov succinctly explained, Putin and Xi agreed to create an “independent financial structure for trade operations that could not be influenced by other countries.”

Diplomatic sources, off the record, confirmed the structure may be announced by a joint summit before the end of 2022.

This is a stunning game-changer in more ways than one. It had been extensively discussed in previous bilaterals and in preparations for BRICS summits – mostly centered on increasing the share of yuan and rubles in Russia-China settlements, bypassing the US dollar, and opening new stock market options for Russian and Chinese investors.

Now we’ve come to the crunch. And the catalyzing event was none other than US hawks floating the – financially nuclear – idea of expelling Russia from SWIFT, the messaging network used by 11,000+ banks in over 200 countries, as well as financial institutions, for rapid money transfers worldwide.

Cutting off Russia from SWIFT would be part of a harsh new sanctions package developed in response to an ‘invasion’ of Ukraine that will never happen – mainly because the only ones praying for it are professional NATO warmongers.

Profiting from a strategic blunder

Once again, an American strategic blunder offers the Russia-China self-described “comprehensive strategic partnership” the chance to advance their coordination.

Ushakov put it very diplomatically: it’s time to bypass a SWIFT mechanism “influenced by third countries” to form “an independent financial structure.”

That amounts to a serious game-changer for the entire Global South – as scores of nations yearn to be released from a de facto US dollar dictatorship, complete with recurring Fed quantitative easing circus packages.

Russia and China have been experimenting with their alternative payment systems for quite a while now: the Russian SPFS (System for Transfer of Financial Messages) and the Chinese CIPS (Cross Border Interbank Payment System).

It won’t be easy, as the most powerful Chinese banks are deep into SWIFT and have expressed their reservations about SPFS. Yet, they will have to inevitably integrate prior to the launch of the new mechanism, possibly in late 2022.

Once the most important Russian and Chinese banks – from Sberbank to the Bank of China – adopt the system, the path opens for other banks across Eurasia and the Global South to join in.

In the long run, SWIFT, prone to non-stop American political interference, will be increasingly marginalized, or restricted to Atlanticist latitudes.

Bypassing the US dollar, on trade and all sorts of financial settlements, is an absolutely central plank of the ever-evolving Russia-China notion of a multipolar world.

The road will be long, of course, especially when it comes to offering a solid counterpoint to the US-controlled global financial system, a maze that includes the humongous investment houses of the BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street variety, with their interlocking shareholding of virtually every major multinational company.

Yet a SWIFT escape will rapidly gain momentum, because it is inextricably linked to a series of developments that Putin-Xi touched upon in their conversation, the most important of which are:

1. The progressive interconnection of BRI and EAEU, offering expanding roles to the BRICS-run New Development Bank (NDB) as well as the Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

2. The increasing geopolitical and geo-economic reach of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), especially after the admission of Iran in October.

3. And crucially, the upcoming Chinese presidency of the BRICS in 2022.

China in 2022 will invest deeply in BRICS+. This expanded BRICS club will be linked to a development process that includes:

1. The consolidation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) – a massive East Asia trade deal uniting China, the ASEAN 10 and Japan, and South Korea, as well as Australia and New Zealand.

2. The African Continental Free Trade Area (ACFTA).

3. And the memoranda of understanding signed between the EAEU and MERCOSUR and between the EAEU and ASEAN.

Anchoring West Asia

Yaroslav Lissovolik, one of the world’s leading experts on BRICS+, argues that it’s now time for BRICS+ 2.0, operating in a system that opens “the possibility for bilateral and plurilateral agreements to complement the core network of regional alliances formed by BRICS countries and their respective regional neighbors.”

So if we’re talking about a major qualitative jump in terms of economic development across the Global South, the question is inevitable. What about West Asia?

All these interconnections, plus an escape from SWIFT, will certainly profit the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), arguably the flagship BRI project, to which Beijing plans to annex Afghanistan.

CPEC will be progressively connected to the future Iran-China corridor via Afghanistan, part of the 20 year Iran-China strategic deal in which BRI projects will be prominently featured. Iran and China already trade in yuan and rials, so settlements between Iran and China in a non-SWIFT mechanism will be a given.

What happened to Iran is a classic example of SWIFT becoming hostage of imperial political manipulation. Iranian banks were expelled from SWIFT in 2012, because of pressure from the usual suspects. In 2016, access was restored as part of the JCPOA, clinched in 2015. Yet in 2018, under the Trump administration, Iran was once again cut off from SWIFT.

None of that will ever happen with Iran joining the new Russia-China mechanism.

ORDER IT NOW

And that leads us to the interconnection of China’s BRI expansion in Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen. The reconstruction of Syria may be largely financed via the non-SWIFT mechanism. Same for China buying Iraqi energy. Same for the reconstruction of a Yemen possibly hosting a Chinese-owned port, part of the “string of pearls.”

Saudi Arabia, the Emirates and Israel may remain in the US financial sphere of influence, or lack thereof. And even if there is no BRICS nation anchoring West Asia, and no regional integration economic agreement on the horizon, the role of the economic integrator is bound to be eventually played by China.

China will play a similar role to Brazil anchoring MERCOSUR, Russia anchoring the EAEU and South Africa anchoring the SADC/SACU.

Both BRI and the EAEU will get a tremendous boost by bypassing SWIFT. You simply can’t go multipolar if you trade using (devalued) imperial legal tender.

BRI, EAEU and those interlocking economic development agreements, combined with digital technology, will be integrating billions of people in the Global South.

Think of a possible, auspicious future spelling out cheap telecom delivering financial services and world market access, in a non-dollar environment, to all those who have been so far cut off from a truly globalized economy.

  1. – It is hard to overstate how existential this has the potential of being for the US.
They could lay waste to Iraq and Libya when each got funny ideas of sound
money, and they hold Europe hostage, but the same won´t go with Russia
and China (and the rest of the world).
It is not simply, as the author insinuates, about the ability to circumvent sanctions.
The petro/eurodollar is a global extortion racket; forcing everybody to exchange
actual value for green paper allows the US to export inflation (and nothing else),
to pay off the joggers at home as well as maintain an outsize military* to extort
even more i.e. the World pays for getting bombed and dumped on.
    It´s the self-licking ice-cream cone.

I wish China and Russia (and everybody else) luck but USrael isn´t going to give
it up easily (read: World War).

*The military, the jogger and the wetbacks each cost roughly three quarters
of a trillion per year; any one of these would be affordable – think about it.

  2. How is it that the US and buddies is sanctioning and threatening Russia and China and yet all of them are on exactly on the same page when it comes to international Covid New Normal fascist control?

  3. International criminal Jewry and their agenda will never stop until they have achieved their goal, the mixing of the races (except for one race of course.)

You see it in all advertisements now black man white woman and visa versa.

Since it was found that a crisis brings great changes and rewards in the time of the Napoleonic wars international Jewry and their dependent muscle the old Norman royal network have been keeping the masses on edge with these crisis after crisis and stampeding people togeather as refugees.

This strategy nearly collapsed when Hitler turned…but since then they have not allowed any leader that power again to interfere hence Trump had to be destroyed.

China and Putin are a problem so is Iran because they threaten this agenda, but the jew will try to isolate them and bring them to heel with ostracism, look at North Korea and Cuba…any state that does not comply are destroyed.

People have to either wake up…or be enslaved as a lesser mixed race?

    Someday you will.

I always thought this was a sheepdog operation.

Hegemony always masquerades behind “common sense.” This is always true. So true it’s a cliche.

So you believe in the ultimate wisdom and goodness of world leaders, eh?

And this is supposed to be high IQ thinking? This is the result of your massive education and intimate familiarity with all facts in the world? That leaders are good and smart? That mainstream scientists tell the truth? “Smart” guys uber alles? Yeah. Check. Accepting conventional wisdom is the sign of genius.

Oh, OK, insert a link here. Because, if I can insert a link, I’m right. And if I insert more links, I’m righter.

But, silly me, I use logic instead:

Covid provides the best, most perfect, most ideal chance in history for the ruling class to take absolute draconian control over everything. Without much resistance, by the way. And so, gee, our owners, all our owners, even the owners who hate each other (or pretend to hate each other) kinda like it. Surprise Surprise.

What deaths there are are caused by the treatment itself, both in the emergency rooms and from the vaccine, not by the virus (which has not been found yet).

Now it’s possible that the deleterious effects of the vaccines may be slow in coming. What if they were expressly designed to slice a few years off the end of everybody’s lives? Nobody would notice. It would be lost in the “statistics” (which, as we all know, are so reliable and accurate, especially when gathered by official entities like the CDC, the WHO, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, etc.).

Why do all leaders agree to impose the Covid boot-in-the-face? Because the vaccines will kill off a nice chunk of the over-population it will soon become obvious they cannot provide for.

Unless I’m misremembering, you were much more rational last year when you opposed the crazy Flu Hoaxers. But now you seem to have become one yourself, and a super-crazy anti-vaxxer to boot.

Links such as yours are totally worthless if they’re to random, unauthoritative sources such as that fellow you cite, whom I’ve never heard of and might just be some random nut. Anyone can say anything on the Internet. Since you (and he) don’t believe that Covid exists, I’ll repeat one of my perennial comments:

But here’s a listing of TOTAL American deaths from all causes over the last few years, taken directly from the CDC website:

    2014: 2,626,418
    2015: 2,712,630
    2016: 2,744,248
    2017: 2,813,503
    2018: 2,839,205
    2019: 2,854,838
    2020: 3,384,426

You’ll notice that the numbers are fairly steady until 2020 when they suddenly jumped by well over 500,000.

If I didn’t know any better, I’d almost think that America had been struck by a dangerous disease epidemic that year.

It’s obviously just a matter of personal opinion whether an extra half-million deaths in 2020 is a big number or a small number…

Right now it looks like total American deaths for 2021 will be somewhat higher than they were in 2020, namely well over 500,000 higher than during previous years. So “excess deaths” during 2020 and 2021 will probably total 1.1 million or more. And as I mentioned in the article, The Economist has estimated total “excess deaths” worldwide at up to 20 million.

Without naming names, I’ll say that several anti-vaxxers associated with this website have gotten very, very sick from Covid, and in one case nearly died. Meanwhile, neither I nor a single person I know has had any negative vaccine reactions.

Since the Democrats are 100% pro-vaxx, isn’t it a little odd that they’re trying to exterminate their own supporters while ensuring that the QAnon-type Republicans will be the main survivors? America’s ruling elites are concentrated in Wall Street, Hollywood, Silicon Valley, and DC, and they’re almost 100% vaxxed. I guess they decided to all commit suicide. Our military is around 99+% vaxxed, so they’re also wiping out our military forces.

Why do all leaders agree to impose the Covid boot-in-the-face? Because the vaccines will kill off a nice chunk of the over-population it will soon become obvious they cannot provide for.

Okay, so the top leaders of America, China, Russia, Israel, Iran, and every other country in the world are secretly allied, working together in a diabolical plot (maybe organized by Bill Gates) to exterminate most of the world’s population. Hmmm…

  26. @Ron Unz

Funny how all the new Covid virus’s decided to begin their deadly havoc just as the year 2020 began. Of all years they chose 2020. That sounds more like a man made decision than a virus decision. The measles vaccine damaged me long ago and tho I’ve survived my life was never the same. I have a family member who after getting the first Covid vaxx shot thought for several hours she was gonna die. It’s like Russian Roulette, some will suffer grave harm and others seemingly fine. Then again are some of the shots placebo’s or vitamin shots? I know the number of autistic children has skyrocketed since the roll out of vaccine shots many years ago. And isn’t the CDC currently run by someone who is completely unqualified for that position?

  30. I’ve said this publicly for some time, “when the coalition of the sanctioned reaches critical mass there will be trouble. They will be able to setup their own system of finance outside of the US Dollar.”

That’s why they had to crush the Libyan state into chaos and poverty. Qaddafi’s gold back dinar, to be used for North African trade and Libyan oil, scared the crap out of the Central Bankers. Unleash the dogs of war.

Saddam’s WMD that terrorized the Bankers and their Generals, was the selling of Iraqi oil for Iraqi Dinars.

They are reluctant (hopefully) to use the same brute force tactics against Russia and China. They have pushed Russia and China into the same corner, giving them plenty of reasons to unite against a common enemy.

Fifty years since abrogation of Bretton Woods, and the death of the gold backed dollar reserve currency. On a thread elsewhere, earlier this year about the stock market, I wrote about the impending demise of the US Dollar and the market collapse to follow. One reply mentioned “it would take fifty years for that to happen.” What a soft pitch, right over the plate. “2021 is exactly fifty years since Nixon closed the Gold window in 1971. Your fifty years has already passed.” Closing the Gold window told the world that the USA had more liabilities than assets, essentially heading deeper into bankruptcy.

The ‘medical experts’ urging unending ‘boosters’ are BigPharma stooges and the morally corrupt medical Mafiosi, in the doctors’ unions and the sham ‘regulatory’ agencies, all themselves controlled by BigPharma and other moneyed interests.

  34. Levtraro says:

And the catalyzing event was none other than US hawks floating the – financially nuclear – idea of expelling Russia from SWIFT, the messaging network used by 11,000+ banks in over 200 countries, as well as financial institutions, for rapid money transfers worldwide.

It’s an exaggeration to call cutting Russian banks off SWIFT “financially nuclear”. It is not nuclear at all. SWIFT is essentially a messaging system, it doesn’t move any money or any value. For example, German companies will continue paying Russian gas by transfers made from German banks to Russian banks, it will just take longer and with more hassles, but that can be managed and reduced with time. There are way too many transfers in and out of Russia and many of those involve gas and oil, essential commodities. That large bidirectional flow cannot be stopped or decreased substantially by making inter-bank communications more difficult.

If China is not kicked out of SWIFT at the same time as Russia, then China and Russia will interconnect their systems and SWIFT will work for transfers to Russia via Chinese finantial intermediaries. If the US govt then threatens to kick China out of SWIFT, western banks and corp bosses will say enough is enough with political games slowing down business.

If Russia is kicked out, it will be a great time to buy rubles. The ruble will drop and revalue shortly after.

You keep citing excess deaths, but ignoring that there are three factors that have been changed explicitly since 2020: covid, lockdowns, vaccines.

If you are just putting down causality to the one you like, you are a faith follower, not an educated individual analysing data.

Why does Public Health Scotland in its weekly reports keep showing that whilst 65% of covid cases are jabbed, 85% of covid deaths are jabbed?

Why do German municipalities show a positive correlation between vaccine uptake and covid cases?

Why is it that when a 20 something sports star drops dead now, the news reports fail to provide a (suspected) cause of death?

My father in law passed out on the floor for 48 hours after his booster. He says he got covid, and won’t report it to the yellow card system. Have you read Jessica Rose’s analysis on estimating the underreporting factor within VAERS data for covid?

Oh wait (sarc), you don’t do vaccine science, you just dump on people who give it a go.

But please, start. My very educated grandfather is like you, he will not question aspects of his belief system on this, does not care that there is no VAERS equivalent in Russia, does not care for civil liberties (even though he is a true Communist who at least idealistically does not believe in either force or deceit).

It’s just data. Data isn’t difficult if you understand some statistics, which from my reading of this site – you do. Beyond that, the scientific method is little different whether you study physics or psychology.

    A. You believe official statistics. I don’t. I don’t trust the people who own us. You do. The more “authoritative” the less authoritative. And it all depends on how you spin the numbers. It’s so easy to fudge, you ought to know this. (As if the CDC doesn’t fudge a tidal wave of fudge.) Btw, Denis Rancourt is somebody you ought to know.

    B. If people died, it was from the treatment, not the disease. Note: you cannot disprove this, because nobody is looking into it, and nobody ever will.

    C. Those in the know, the rich, the well-connected, our owners, are not in the least afraid of the virus. They have parties in closed rooms, kiss and hug, exchange fluids, you name it. This I know for a fact.

    https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2021/12/14/neil_oliver_christmas_is_canceled_for_plebs_like_us_while_government_hypocrites_party.html#

    D. Calling people names like “anti-vaxxer” and “flu-hoaxer” is a convenient way to distract and divert from the burden of my position: whatever the truth of this scourge (that they are not afraid of but that they tell us to be very afraid of), they are using it as an excuse to shove us all into a monstrous science-fiction, concentration-camp dystopia–worse than the one we are already in.

Totalitarianism is what I am really concerned about, not the “scientific” truth about some cold virus. This “controversy” is just like race-baiting. Exactly like it. Race-baiting is a distraction from what is important–where the money went and how we can get it back. Virology-debating is a distraction from what is important–the boot in our faces.

    E. One million is well within the margin of error.

    F. Rancourt looks at the death statistics starting at WWII up to now and finds no excess death. You go back 6 years. Changing your metric changes your results. Surprise surprise.

Btw, he freely provides his studies online for critique and analysis. And he ain’t a nobody.

But here again we see Russia and China have broken with the west even in dealing with Covid. I believe Putin announced last week that up to 6 companies in China are in negotiation (or will be) producing the Sputnik vaccine for export.

Why gullible folks believe anything they say or write at all, is an even bigger question. Over 100 years ago Mark Twain noted the hierarchy of “lies, damned lies and statistics”.

What an obvious madness to believe in “leaders” or whatever (or to believe in “people”). That they do some things (somewhat) “right” means nothing for anything else.

It is completely obvious that Russia and China are fully integrated into the “world system”, when it comes to finance (WEF, …), and, subsequently, big pharma. Thus they are all in the same (criminal) “boat”.

The main points of the Covid-crime (which is completely artificial) are A) totalitarian control over every aspect of life (welcome to all “leaders”), and B) the complete financialisation of every aspect of life. The CO2-“taxes” make money out of air (in some aspect), and the “vaxxes” (which are not vaccines, but experimental drugs) make money out of the body (by replacing/destroying natural immunity).

But the military-industrial complex has its own life. So there is some independence here.

And China (different from Russia) has a more independent banking system.

That Putin, Xi want to have some of the profits for their “own” (their “oligarchs”) doesn’t mean they are not part of the global system. The Covid-crime just *proves* that (it is only the mad axiom of “Putin, Xi different” that upholds the believe that there must be something about “Covid”).

The only little hope for Russia is to replace Putin (but it seems nobody has any idea about an alternative; though people can grow — Putin did grow, and now he is old and used up (it seems to me that one can actually visually see that)).
China needed to discover Truth — but that may take centuries.

Plenty of data exists breaking those annual death totals down into subcategories by cause of death and by month. Which ones do you think comprised the 2020 excess, and how much did each contribute?

It is important not to conflate Medicine with Science.

Medicine is normally around 10-20 years behind advances in biochemistry/microbiology.

Particularly RNA, where the science is still in its infancy, and has demonstrated thigns like reverse transcriptases that can bring at least parts of the SARS2 RNA into the gemome. A brand new discovery.

Add to the fact that the average doctor is as well versed in cellular biochemistry as he is at nutrition – and you can see where the ‘experts’ are led by the nose by those with the loudest voices and fattest wallets.

Political/social influence on science and medicine policy is not new.
    The Soviets had their Lysenkoism.
We have a Corporatism that only treats symptoms, except with SARS2 where it refuses to even consider symptoms until the patient is moribund. They are completely oblivious to the biochemical ‘orthomolecular’ approach which has been evolving since the crude era of Pauling and his immediate successors. The concept being that a fully functional immune system can fight off pretty much anything – from allergies to cancer.

So the problem is you are dealing with the worlds leading physicians who are ignoring the work of some of the worlds leading scientists who have done key work in the RNA field, such as Mallone and Montegnier.

Fauci and his PIs are not researchers – they are salesmen, who have long forgotten their medical education, which would be obsolete by now anyway.

These people may not be deliberately evil. Most likely they suffer from bureaucratic rot, a disease most noted in the USSR, and which Mao tried to cure with a social purgative of many, many lives. If you wash your head you will lose a few hairs….

It manifests itself here in both government and corporatioons, beig essentially a fascist organism where our nomenklatura and their corporate sponsors are essential symbiotic parasites on each other.

In fairness an ‘appeal to authority’ is often all the average person has when confronted by technical issues. But it is fundamentally irrational. The contradictions will and must become obvious in time.
Soon your causes, will meet ‘our’ effects, and hopefully we can come to some type of Hegelian syntheses.

That’s because from 1st February through to 2nd August there had been 253 deaths among the unvaccinated population, meaning a further 469 deaths have been recorded up to the 12th September. Whilst 79 deaths had been recorded among the partly vaccinated population, meaning a further 87 deaths have been recorded up to the 12th September.

SWIFT is akin to the International Postal Convention which has always been respected even during the worst wars. That Washington is threatening to extort the 25 ‚independent and neutral‘ board members of SWIFT to vote to expell financial institutions is a sign how lawless Washington has become.

Yes. The European Payments Initiative (EPI). Here’s a link: https://www.epicompany.eu/

It’s basically planned as a competitor to VISA and Mastercard. The designers (some of them) apparently don’t want it to link into SWIFT – and are looking for true independence. I can’t see any opinions on it either way from the Russians and Chinese.

It seems to me the goal of all the hysteria is booster shots every 3 months, continued sale of this and that mask, sale of testing kits and now the Covid pills. This shell game might well evolve into DIFFERENT shots, pills, masks and testing kits for EACH “variant” and those waiting in the wings to be “discovered”. If the herd does not say enough, they may well be subjected to 9 booster shots every quarter.

Back in the day people got ONE injection for polio, measles etc and that was it. With Covid and all these variants and boosters, pills and testing kits we seem to be descending into madness. To add insult to injury, and in spite of all the hullabaloo the Covid vaccinated still get sick, still die and still spread the “virus”. Number 2 injury and insult is that people know the Politicians and Bureaucrats are well rehearsed, habitual and compulsive liars………and yet they still believe.

BlackRock and the Vanguard Group, the two largest asset management firms in the world, own The New York Times and other legacy media, along with Big Pharma.

Vanguard and BlackRock are the top two owners of Time Warner, Comcast, Disney and News Corp, four of the six media companies that control more than 90% of the U.S. media landscape.

BlackRock and Vanguard form a secret monopoly that own just about everything else you can think of too. In all, they have ownership in 1,600 American firms, which in 2015 had combined revenues of \$9.1 trillion. When you add in the third-largest global owner, State Street, their combined ownership encompasses nearly 90% of all S&P 500 firms.

A Bloomberg report states that both these companies in the year 2028, together will have investments in the amount of 20 trillion dollars. That means that they will own almost everything.

Vanguard is the largest shareholder of BlackRock. … many of the oldest, richest families in the world can be linked to Vanguard funds… a quick look-see suggests Rothschild Investment Corp. and the Edmond De Rothschild Holding are two such stakeholders … the Italian Orsini family, the American Bush family, the British Royal family, the du Pont family, the Morgans, Vanderbilts and Rockefellers, [are] Vanguard owners.

    BlackRock/Vanguard own Big Pharma

According to Simply Wall Street, in February 2020, BlackRock and Vanguard were the two largest shareholders of GlaxoSmithKline, at 7% and 3.5% of shares respectively. At Pfizer, the ownership is reversed, with Vanguard being the top investor and BlackRock the second-largest stockholder.

The only advantages Russia- China have are their natural products, but those are substantial. If Russia and China demand payment for Russian oil and gas in their currencies, what will Europe do? They would quickly pay in rubles or renminbi; if the Russians and Chinese were smart they would exclude the US dollar, and develop a strong parallel financial system. Most of the manufacturing in Asia (the West’s Supply Chain) would quickly fall under their control.

While the US destroyed Libya for a similar pan-Africa financial plan, there is one crucial difference: Libya stupidly gave up their nuclear weapon aspirations (why North Korea still exists).

“In the long run, SWIFT, prone to non-stop American political interference, will be increasingly marginalized, or restricted to Atlanticist latitudes.” If Europe ever elected leaders again that put more importance on representing the interests of their own countries, they too might tire of American political interference. The US is sanctioning German and other European countries companies that have worked on the Nordstream 2 gas pipeline because the US wants Germany to buy the more expensive American gas and not buy Russian gas. Maybe these countries might eventually express an interest in the Chinese – Russian financial system too.

President Trump’s argument in favor of the sanctions was that Germany does not invest enough in the defense of Europe. I’m old enough to remember when that is the way Europe and the US wanted it. Germany was never supposed to be a military power again. It wasn’t that long ago. After the war Germany was forbidden from doing many things that other countries have done and Germany contributed to the development of the atomic bomb as much as any other country, despite being beaten to it by the USA. I believe Germany is still forbidden from developing nuclear weapons and even if it isn’t, I’m sure the feeling is unanimous in Europe and the US that they don’t want Germany to develop its own nuclear weapons. Just sayin. Also, the idea that the US extends its military power all over the world for the benefit of others is blatantly false. The US wants to be the global military superpower that can strike anyone anywhere.

The best thing for Europe and Russia is to drastically improve international relations and for Europe (or for the West in general) to stop poking Russia in the eye. If Europe stopped all of the the anti-Russian behavior and propaganda, that would go a long way towards improving relations.

Meanwhile we are about to be subsumed by the upcoming onslaught of third world immigrants, especially those from India who are as clannish and power/money hungry as the Jews, which is why they make such good bedfellows. The Democrats’ Build Back Better bill as passed by the House includes the following 3 immigration provisions that will vastly change our immigration landscape, but stupid Republicans are once again not raising hell and going along with the plan:

    1) The “Recapture” of unused green cards: this is basically doing away with the per country quota. It will allow countries that have far too many green card applicants like India and China to use those not used by countries that send far fewer applicants, like Norway. This per country quota was originally set up by Congress to avoid over immigration and balkanization of newcomers. Now it will be gone.

    2) Granting legal status to minimum 7 million illegals currently in the country, and allowing them to then apply for green cards.

    3) Allowing any foreigner in the country under any visa or no visa to apply for adjustment of their visa status and stay in the country indefinitely, even before the new visa is approved. All they have to do is apply. This basically allows any foreigner to come in even under tourist visa or student visa and end up staying indefinitely in the country by simply applying for adjustment of status.

Provision #2 was struck down by Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough for not meeting budget rules, but #1 and #3 will go ahead. Currently the bill is held up in the Senate by Joe Manchin but his objection is on child tax credit not the immigration stuff. So once he agrees this will pass senate with a simple majority of 51 votes.

Republicans are again stupidly not raising hell about the immigration provisions.

US has been living the good life largely thanks to the US dollar being the world’s reserve currency. US prints dollars by the Trillions, forces countries to accept them and gets valuable commodities and goods in return. The man made mRNA virus is designed to force the body of its victim to produce a Covid virus part, which virus has, to my knowledge, not been isolated from the wild, calling into question whether or not the virus even exists.

Here is one example of the kind of questions data raises; there are many more examples all over the place https://www.globalresearch.ca/bombshell-document-dump-pfizer-vaccine-data/5763397

The covid program has informed a majority of the people in the world how untrustworthy medial systems, government establishments and agencies and MSM marketing propaganda can be.

Failure to openly publish all of the data, all of the time, to allow competition, and to fund research important to finding scientifically exhausted answers to questions raised about the virus or the vaccine establishes something to be amiss?

Researchers are denied timely and complete access to the real data, real samples, and adequate research funds, while medical providers of money making products and technologies are given, by rule of law and power of agency authority, weapon of mass destruction strength monopoly powers (copyright and patents) to exploit our bodies for their profits.

Assuming that it is correct that SWIFT is just a payemnt information system of messaging who pays or paid who , US still have access to the information. Thats what US needs to sanction . US can get away with snactioning small countries but not China and Russia without blowback.
Al alternate system may not allow that access of imformation to USA but US has to the the banks dealing with dollars. .Any banks that deals with dolalrs are supposed to inform US treasury or whatever if certain thresholds in amounts of dollars are crossed . Even if they fail to inform ,the payment and amount r in dollars have to go through NY Banks .
China cant pay Niegria in dollars by taking the one millions in suitcase to Nigeria. Nigeria cant store that money and divide into multiple chucnks and pay for Chinese toys and Isareli surveillance system.
It has to be thorugh internet with US banks or US affliated banks as intermediary.

It is possible but in that case ,China and Nigeria and Isarel ( or another country ) would simply enter into barter or in gold or trades through uses of sovereign counrncies .

Now once it is assumed that SWIFT is just a messaging system, next question- why on earth would USA lose that power to access the inofrmation? There must be something that hurts the country kicked out of SWIFT . It can be psychological .It can be unknown fear that has no basis. It can be fear of secondary snactions ( secondary as a concept has many loose threads and many undefined layers leaving USA with the power to define the way it want. Iran NK,Venejuala are the examles . )

A simple expalantion is that USA makes it up as it goes – defining and following or delisting and undefining then not following . By that I mean it says this rule doesnt apply for this reason or that . So SWIFT may be just a guideline for the banks and the countries how to behave . Rules made by countries for otehr nations are the nothing but the consesus and agreemennts and treaties of what sort of behaviors arecexpected and to be followed for self interests. America just broke the nose and the jaws of Farnce by forcing Australia to break the contarcts with France. France could have screwed USA if USA were Russia or NK by many means . It couldnt because France knows that it is vulenrable .That vulnerability includes its military interesst or aggression in Africa , Jewish power inside France, buisness deals with US and Germany and even the immigration . Think of US laws barring US to support the daily existence of a counyry who violates its nuclear proloferation polices . Isarel is the exception. Think of the laws being made to ban Ben and Jerry while same states are asking for import ban on Uighur products and the compamies are tripping over each other to folow the inconsistencies consistently.

Since you keep repeating it, one must assume you think the total number of deaths is your best argument for the existence/significance of “covid”. It makes for very weak evidence, however. It’s indisputable that the lockdowns increased the number of deaths from suicides, overdoses, and the neglect of actual medical conditions, such as cancer. And it’s long been known that loneliness kills.

Note that we haven’t even begun discussing Fauci’s protocol of ventilators and Remdesivir nor the ever-increasing toll of the “vaccines” themselves.

What the foregoing amounts to is that bringing up the total number of deaths in support of “covid” is a textbook example of the “post hoc ergo propter hoc” fallacy.

SWIFT is more than a “messaging system”. Every SWIFT requests will go through US based computer systems and because of that, every transaction is technically under US jurisdiction. Basically, any transaction that the US dislikes can be sanctioned or even siphoned. If the US said Iran has WMD, sanctioned by the congress, any oil sales going through SWIFT will end up being confiscated by the US.

The flow of the world’s money is dictated by the US. SWIFT is also the main reason why the US dollar is the world’s reserve currency. The multiple quantitative easings in the last decade, “money printing”, the US can print as much money as it wants to spend its way out of anything without any repercussions. Thanks to SWIFT.

Once major countries start to use SWIFT alternatives, it will be the the start of the downfall of the US dollar at the same time US debts can’t be push forward by printing more dollars while selling its worthless treasury bills.

Try it with Euros and it will probably work. Plenty of countries geographically situated closer to Europe and with trade/ immigration ties now prefer the Euro over the Dollar.

True ! In Africa, Asia and Latin America they still favour the US \$. However I was asserting that for the foreseeable future the Yuan or Ruble will not replace the US dollar nor will trade in these two currencies between the two countries crash the dollar.

I could be wrong no doubt about that, but given the reality right now, the probability that the US\$ will become toilet paper is the same as dying from Covid ie close to zero.

Where the Euro is concerned another possibility is the dissolution of the EU. The countries in the block are completely different in outlook, culture, industrial output and everything else. They ban the mean and naughty girl and now the banned girl is hurt because she doesn’t see the messages sent to the group. She needs to get the info by other means, like by sending MSMs or calling on the phone. You get the gist.

No sale of oil goes through SWIFT. The sale of oil (i.e. the exhange of oil for currency) is done by other means. Only the message: “I want to pay this much currency to the account that I specify here” will go through SWIFT. Only the message. The messaging system speeds up the payment.

Not every SWIFT message has to go through “US based computer systems” (whatever that means). Probably most SWIFT messages never touch a “US based computer systems”, at least officially. It is claimed, however, that the NSA is subreptitiously monitoring SWIFT communications. There is an often cited example with one transaction between 2 EU countries which was embargoed by the USA, it involved Cuban cigars, but the transaction was made in US dollars, so perhaps the NSA only sees SWIFT messages for payments in US dollars. Snowden released papers showing that SWIFT is a target of the NSA. It is a target of the NSA because its monitoring by the USA is incomplete and done under cover.

The Covid hysteria parallels the repeated hysterias regarding infectious disease for over a century, but the gullible continue to swallow the hype whole.

The hysterias are not limited to imaginary “pandemics.” Consider what’s happened over the last few years. After the 9-11 false flag, the West became fanatical about the “war on terror” and “Islamofascism.” Many people saw through all this nonsense, but many other people clung to the the “war on terror” hysteria for years.

Next, Obama destroyed Libya for no legitimate reason, and launched his proxy war on Syria and Yemen. Many people saw through this nonsense, but many other people did not wake up for years.

Next, the Democrats rigged the primaries so that Hillary would magically beat Bernie Sanders, but Hillary lost the 2016 general election, and we had four years of Trump Derangement Syndrome and the Russia-gate hoax. Many people saw through all this nonsense, but many other people still cling to the hysteria.

Now we have the pandemic hoax, mandate mania, the Great Reset, the election fraud of 3 Nov 2020, a president who can’t form a coherent sentence, and the mass worship of toxic injections. Many people have seen through all this nonsense, but many other people will never wake up.

CRT, tranny mania, runaway inflation, the war on whites, blue states that are dystopian wastelands – it’s all part of the same sickness. To cheer one part of it (e.g. vaccine mania) is to support all of it.

It indicates an estimate of how much virus was likely in the sample to start with – not the actual amount. First, you don’t want to conflate IBAN and SWIFT, totally different protocols. Last month I made several transfers to banks without IBAN to suppliers in Latin America and these took just a few days. No problem at any end. Maybe your bank agents gave you a blank look because they are stupid? Lol.

Second, for large payments banks will go out of their way to quickly process the transfers, even to a party that is not in SWIFT. Russia and China already have different messaging systems for internal transactions and the EU developed a new one for bank transfers to Iran. Automated systems can be adapted to interface with different messaging protocols. Bottomline, remaining in SWIFT is convenient but being excluded is not nucleat at all, just a hassle, and in these times, probably not a major hassle. We’ll see when it happens.

Swift is a messaging system to transfer the money
USA bank telling its branch in HK or Indonesia or India to transfer certain amount to the local bank specified by the sender . That’s the way it works . Without message , no money gets debited and credited from American and to local foreign bank . Without a foreign presence , US bank will find with what American bank it has a partnership whose foreign branch will or can do the local transfer .

I am sure if we are talking anything around a million dollars of transfer , a lot more requiring time and paperwork and messaging will go into making the transfer possible .

IBAN is primarily used in European Inion countries . USA doesn’t use it .

SWiFT code identifies the branch of the bank for the recipient .

Swift is used by corporations, treasury market participation’s , foreign exchange brokers . Clearing houses , Asset management, Exchanges.

IBAN is used for bank transfer

Depriving swift access will have devastating ripple effects unless another system of messaging is present that is fast secure and enjoys trust and reciprocity .

China and Russia can definitely start the process for businesses in Asia , Africa , Latin America dealing with Ruble , Rem , Rupee , Dinar, and Bhat etc .
But using the system EU and 5 eyes will take time and face opposition from multiple government and non-government sources .

NSA does monitor undersea cable . It can duplicate the information as they are coming on shores of Malaysia , Singapore , India , Congo , Libya or Argentina or Brazil
and send to wherever it’s football stadium size server sits.

Actually a lot of information travels from Russia to USA or other western countries or Singapore or India before going to China or Latin America or even to opposite sides of Russia . Same is true for other countries , thus vulnerable.

They will do the same to every ally and “partner” of Russia and China. It is in fact quite easy with third-world people like Kazakhstan who are already innately predisposed to Psychopathology/Sociopathy and a low national median IQ. It does not take much to get them to self-destruct. All of Russia’s and China’s allies/partners are third-world people. Both nations will soon fall. The best thing that Emperor Jinping and the Russian Oligarchs can do is preemptively surrender. Hand over ownership of Russia and China to the Ashkenazim, and in exchange, they will allow Jinping and the Oligarchs to each keep at least 50 billion dollars and allow them to engage in their desired lifestyles of pure hedonism. And the Ashkenazim will provide them with their own top-level penthouses in Manhattan as well as a mansion for each of them. If they don’t like Manhattan or New York, they will let them choose where to live.
