“We are not threatening anyone.… We have made it clear that any further NATO movement to the east is unacceptable. There’s nothing unclear about this. We aren’t deploying our missiles to the border of the United States, but the United States IS deploying their missiles to the porch of our house. Are we asking too much? We’re just asking that they not deploy their attack-systems to our home…. What is so hard to understand about that? Russian President Vladimir Putin, YouTube, Start at :48 seconds

Imagine if the Mexican army started bombarding American ex-pats living in Mexico with heavy artillery-rounds killing thousands and leaving thousands more wounded. What do you think Joe Biden would do?

Would he brush it off like a big nothingburger and move on or would he threaten the Mexican government with a military invasion that would obliterate the Mexican Army, level their biggest cities, and send the government running for cover?

Which of these two options do you think Biden would choose?

There’s no doubt what Biden would do nor is there any question what the 45 presidents who preceded him would do. No US leader would ever stand by and do nothing while thousands of Americans were savagely slaughtered by a foreign government. That just wouldn’t happen. They’d all respond quickly and forcefully.

But if that’s true, then why isn’t the same standard applied to Russia? Isn’t the situation in Ukraine nearly identical?

It is nearly identical, only the situation in Ukraine is worse, much worse. And if we stretch our analogy a bit, you’ll see why:

Let’s say, the US Intelligence agencies discovered that the Mexican government was not acting alone, but was being directed to kill and maim American ex-pats on orders from the Chinese Communist government in Beijing. Can you imagine that?

And the reason the Chinese government wants to kill Americans in Mexico is because they want to lure the US into a long and costly war that will “weaken” the US and pave way for its ultimate splintering into many pieces that China can control and exploit. Does any of this sound familiar? (Check out the Rand Strategy for weakening Russia here)

So, let’s say, the Chinese are actually the driving force behind the war in Mexico. Let’s say, they toppled the Mexican government years earlier and installed their own puppet regime to do their bidding. Then they armed and trained vast numbers of troops to fight the Americans. They supplied these warriors with cutting-edge weapons and technology, logistical support, satellite and communications assistance, tanks, armored vehicles, anti-ship missiles, and state-of-the-art artillery units all of which were provided with one goal in mind; to crush America in a proxy war that was concocted, controlled and micro-managed from the Chinese Capital of Beijing

Is such a scenario possible?

It is possible, in fact, this very same scenario is playing out right now in the Ukraine, only the perpetrator of the hostilities is the United States not China, and the target of this malign strategy is Russia not the US. Surprisingly, the Biden administration isn’t even trying to hide what they’re up-to anymore. They’re openly arming, training, funding, and directing Ukrainian troops to prosecute a war aimed at killing Russian soldiers and removing Putin from power. That’s the objective and everyone knows it.

And the whole campaign is based on the sketchy claim that Russia is guilty of “unprovoked aggression”. That’s the whole deal in a nutshell. The moral justification for the war rests on the unverified assumption that Russia committed a criminal offense and broke international law by invading Ukraine. But, did they?

Let’s see if that assumption is correct or if it’s just another fake claim by a dissembling media that never stops tweaking the narrative to build the case for war.

First of all, answer this one question related to the analogy above: If the US deployed troops to Mexico to protect American expats from being bombarded by the Mexican army, would you regard that deployment as an ‘unprovoked aggression’ or a rescue mission?

Rescue mission, right? Because the primary intention was to save lives not seize the territory of another sovereign country.

Well, that’s what Putin was doing when he sent his tanks into Ukraine. He was trying stop the killing of civilians living in the Donbas whose only fault was that they were ethnic Russians committed to their own culture and traditions. Is that a crime?

Take a look at this map.

This map is the key to understanding how the war in Ukraine started. It tells us who did the provoking and who was being provoked. It tells us who was dropping the bombs and who was getting bombed. It tells us who was causing the trouble and who was being blamed for the trouble-making. The map tells us everything we need to know.

Can you see the yellow dots? Those dots represent the artillery strikes that were documented in daily summaries by “observers of the Organization for Security and Co-operation (OSCE), positioned at the frontlines.” The vast majority of the strikes were in the area inhabited by Russian-speaking people who have been under military siege for the last 8 years. (14,000 ethnic Russians have been killed in the fighting since 2014.) The Minsk Agreements were drawn up to resolve the issues between the warring parties and end the hostilities, but the government in Kiev refused to implement the agreement. In fact, the former President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, even admitted that the treaty was just a vehicle for buying time until another full-scale offensive on the Donbas could be launched.

In short, the Ukrainian government never had any intention of reaching a peaceful settlement with leaders of the Donbas. Their goal was to intensify the conflict in order to provoke Russia and draw them into a protracted war that would exhaust their resources and collapse their economy. The long-range objective was to remove Putin from office and replace him with a Washington-backed stooge that would do as he was told. US officials– including Joe Biden- have even admitted that their plan involved regime change in Moscow. We should take them at their word.

The map provides a visual account of the events leading up the Russian invasion. It cuts through the lies and identifies the true origins of the war which can be traced back to the heavy artillery strikes launched by the Ukrainian Army more than a week before the Russian invasion. (February 24) The massive shelling was aimed at the Russian-speaking people living in an area in east Ukraine. These are the people who were being bombarded by their fellow Ukrainians.

What Really Happened?

On February 16—a full 8 days before the Russian invasion—the shelling of the Donbas increased dramatically and steadily intensified for the next week “to over 2,000 per day on February 22.” As we said, these blasts were logged in daily summaries by observers of the OSCE who were on the frontlines. Think about that for a minute. In other words, these are eyewitness accounts by trained professionals who collected documented evidence of the Ukrainian Army’s massive bombardment of areas inhabited by their own people.

Would this evidence hold up in a court of law if a case against the Ukrainian government was ever presented before an international tribunal trying to assign accountability for the hostilities?

We think it would. We think the evidence is rock-solid. In fact, we have not read or heard of even one analyst who has challenged this vast catalogue of documented evidence. Instead, the media simply pretends the proof doesn’t exist. They have simply swept the evidence under the rug or vanished it from their coverage altogether in order to shape a Washington-centric version of events that completely ignores the historical record. But facts are facts. And the facts don’t change because the media fails to report them. And what the facts suggest is that the war in Ukraine is a Washington-concocted war no different than Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya or Syria. Once again, Uncle Sam’s bloody fingerprints are all over this sorry affair.

Check out this summary of ceasefire violations posted on podcast host Martyr Made’s twitter account:

Martyr Made @martyrmade

On Feb 15, the OSCE recorded 41 ceasefire violations as Kiev’s forces began shelling Donbas.
Feb 16: 76 violations
Feb 17: 316
Feb 18: 654
Feb 19: 1,413
Feb 20-21: 2,026
Feb 22: 1,484
…virtually all by the Kiev side. Feb 24: Russian forces intervene

Notice how the shelling of the Donbas increased every day before the invasion?

I’d call that a thoroughly-calculated provocation, wouldn’t you?

Why does this matter?

It matters because the vast majority of people have been hoodwinked into supporting a war for which there is no moral justification. This is not a case of “unprovoked aggression”. Not even close. And Putin is not an out-of-control tyrant bent on reconstituting the Soviet Empire by terrorizing his neighbors and seizing their territory. That is a complete fabrication based on nothing but speculation. In Putin’s own words, he invaded Ukraine because he had no choice. His own people were being ruthlessly exterminated by an army that acts on Washington’s orders alone. He had to invade, there was no other option. Putin felt a moral obligation to defend the ethnic Russians in Ukraine who could not defend themselves. Is that aggression? Here’s a bit more background from an article at The Intercept by James Risen:

Despite staging a massive military buildup on his country’s border with Ukraine for nearly a year, Russian President Vladimir Putin did not make a final decision to invade until just before he launched the attack in February, according to senior current and former U.S. intelligence officials.

In December, the CIA issued classified reports concluding that Putin hadn’t yet committed to an invasion, according to the current and former officials. In January, even as the Russian military was starting to take the logistical steps necessary to move its troops into Ukraine, U.S. intelligence again issued classified reporting maintaining that Putin had still not resolved to actually launch an attack, the officials said.

It wasn’t until February that the agency and the rest of the U.S. intelligence community became convinced that Putin would invade, the senior official added. With few other options available at the last minute to try to stop Putin, President Joe Biden took the unusual step of making the intelligence public, in what amounted to a form of information warfare against the Russian leader. He also warned that Putin was planning to try to fabricate a pretext for invasion, including by making false claims that Ukrainian forces had attacked civilians in the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine, which is controlled by pro-Russian separatists. The preemptive use of intelligence by Biden revealed “a new understanding … that the information space may be among the most consequential terrain Putin is contesting,” observed Jessica Brandt of the Brookings Institution.”

Biden’s warning on February 18 that the invasion would happen within the week turned out to be accurate. In the early hours of February 24, Russian troops moved south into Ukraine from Belarus and across Russia’s borders into Kharkiv, the Donbas region, and Crimea, which Russia annexed in 2014.” (“U.S. Intelligence Says Putin Made a Last-Minute Decision to Invade Ukraine”, James Risen, The Intercept)

There’s so much baloney in this excerpt, it’s hard to know where to begin. But just review the timeline we provided earlier; a timeline that has been verified by officials from the OSCE. Can you see the discrepancy?

Biden issued his warning on February 18; that’s two days after monitors from the OSCE reported an intensification of the bombing in the Donbas. In other words, Biden already knew that his buddies in the Ukrainian army were bombing the shit out of east Ukraine when he tried to make it look like he was privy to some sensitive, insider information about the upcoming invasion.

Of course, he knew Putin was going to invade! They created the provocation that forced him to invade! They were bombing the hell out of the people Putin is obliged to protect. What else could he do? Any leader worth his salt would have done same thing.

What bothers me is that people continue support the war in Ukraine because they have no idea of what actually happened in the lead-up to the invasion. They know nothing about the relentless bombing of civilians, or the defiant rejection of Minsk or the repeated military attacks on the Donbas, or the or the plan to retake Crimea through force of arms. or the laws directed against ethnic Russians, or the rise of Nazi fascism in Kiev. They know nothing about any of these things. Their views on Ukraine are entirely shaped by the rubbish they read in the western media or hear on the cable news channels where the deluge of propaganda issues like a mighty river pulling the population inexorably towards another vicious neocon bloodbath.

People must know the truth or this war will escalate into something far worse.

  11. Mr. Putin has no intention of going nuclear so if that starts it will probably be as a result of some kind of chicanery in the USA. How could we the people of the world put an end to nuclear war before it puts an end to us?
Maybe one of the only ways to avoid nuclear war this time would be if people protest in the hundreds of millions in Europe, USA and Canada. (If people in other countries pitched in we would all be more than grateful.) People power could work if we surround the government with literally millions of people to oust the governments which chance that kind of war like it is some kind of video game.
Weapons, riots, looting and arson are all losers in a peace movement, so don’t use them.

We all know that we are on the brink of nuclear destruction.

People power helped many East European countries gain independence from the USSR. People power was key in stopping the Vietnam war (eventually). People power just recently kicked the corrupt president right out of power in Sri Lanka.
The main points at this time should be the peoples of Europe who already have far higher food and energy prices and are now facing a long cold winter and massive unemployment. The purpose would be to stop shipments of arms and money to the insane dictator of Ukraine as he is already urging the world to go nuclear war for his benefit. The other purpose would be to force the Western countries to lift all sanctions on Russia so we could all go back to living in peace and prosperity. Sometimes ordinary people have more sense than their government and media. The more races and religions which decide to join this huge movement for peace the more likely it will be to succeed.
The only people who can do this are ordinary people like you and me. Put your feet on the street to stop foolish and prideful governments from turning out the lights on all of us.
If we don’t succeed at least we will know that we tried.
I cannot start this peace movement by myself so would be grateful to any more knowledgeable people who might be able to offer advice and support.

Although I think Putin has a solid legal case regarding NATO expansion post 91, bad faith Minsk Accords, and ethnic cleansing in two primary D&L oblasts, his motivations are colored by the big resources involved, and the two extra oblasts for a strategic corridor.

Of course the US is a past master at provocation –
Lincoln’s aggression with Ft Sumpter and the demonizing abolitionist editors, WW & WWI, FDR, GHWB in 1991 sucked in Saddam, plus however you want to count MexAm, Spanish American, Vietnam and Korea.

Not that I always totally disagree with the result. As much as I dislike FDR, we were always on a collision course with hyperexpansionist, antiwhite Imperial Japan. Just he did a lousy job before/with PH and PI, and as a former Secy of Navy caught with rotten torpedos.

Our history books are always a mess, either way, today all MSM media.
Even if normie America finally re-asserts itself in 2022-24, “how do we de-program so many?” is a big issue that starts with real trials and accountability for the last 30 years (hard to go deeper).

Exactly! The increased German purchase of Russian gas would both strengthen the bond between Germany and Russia and strengthen the German economy, with increased independance from US ruled energy sources, like LNG from the US, for which unloading point were already being built in France, Poland and the Netherlands. Furthermore, due to the efficient energy grids in Europe (electrical power plants and gas distribution hubs are coupled across EU nations), other EU countries would also enjoy benefit from cheap Russian gas, lowering the overall prices and effecting the future market rates, which provides handsome profits for Brussels and also the Dutch government (through TTF). And lastly, there were wishes in many nations outside the US, to get rid of the petro-Dollar and arrange payments in Euros, Rubles, Renminbi, Rupees or Riad. So, Putin’s idea to demand payment in Rubles for Russian gas, was not new.

All this had to be prevented at any cost. Germany teamed up with Russia was a prospect that Washington couldn’t bear. Hence the escalation of US led Ukranian shelling and the increased provocation, to first lure Russia to its demise and then submit Germany to inescapable serfdom. The first didn’t work out, but the second one did, with the Nordstream sabotage. That seems to be good enough for now and US attention seems to gradually turn to Asia. The Ukraine has been turned into yet another disposable. Let the EU clear up the mess.

The Administrations of both ‘sides’ (NATO/Russia) are riddled with Jewish cabinet members, as I’ve repeatedly proved on here. So once the reality that both ‘combatants’ are controlled by the same transnational Jewish syndicate is understood, then one discerns that the war isn’t being ‘fought to undermine Russia’s burgeoning power’ as the Editor writes, but is actually a staged military operation to advance their WEF globalist objectives via the Marxist dialectic & to exterminate white nationalist gentiles in Ukraine…Now you know.

  19. Good article. Thank you, Mike Whitney. Americans are stupid and conceited at the same time. This is a dangerous mix. On top of that, it’s apparently become our new national mission to export ‘freedom and democracy’ whenever the geniuses in Zio-Washington declare it necessary. Unfortunately, sometimes this mission requires the use of precision guided missiles. USA! USA!

Add to that, a good deal of mainstream American news involves big stories about ‘sport heroes’, socialites and fashionistas, killing dictators for the good of humanity, the latest blockbuster film, or a very important story about one of the Kardashians. This is where we are. Cultural junk food is what’s for dinner. Low nutrition. Low information. Low morality.

In a similar vain, most adult Americans react to headlines in predictable fashion. Few think broadly and critically about the ingredients (or architects) of mass-produced ‘news’. But Headlines–like the news itself–are manufactured, choreographed, and staged. Each and every day. The custodians of political culture manage public opinion this way.

Thus, while empty allegations about ‘Russian collusion’ during Trump’s era were highlighted continuously, genuine evidence about the tangible contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop were cancelled or denied. This was no accident. It tells us who is in charge–and who is likely being targeted. What’s worse, this non-elected political power never leaves town. Unlike an unpopular candidate, it endures.

Those who manage America’s news diet also realize that they can create anxiety and panic where there should be nothing more than curiosity (the dubious theory of catastrophic, anthropogenic ‘climate change’, for instance, fits this mold) or create apathy and acceptance where there is genuine danger, as with the Zio-America’s unnecessary escalation of military violence directed towards Putin’s Russia. This is just one expression of the raw and dangerous power that comes from a unified, militant, and ruthless cabal of media conglomerates.

Keep in mind that Russia remains a beleaguered ally of both Syria and Iran. This alliance explains a lot about the motives behind Zio-America’s mission to ‘rescue’ Zelensky’s Ukraine from ‘outside aggression’. Yeah right.

    If only it was true.

Thanks for this concise, clear video.

The underlying reason the US is acting so dishonorably in foreign affairs today is because US foreign policy is based on the Talmud. Beginning about WWI, the US has been infiltrated and captured by Talmudic Jews, and the Talmud claims they have the right to lie, cheat, rob, and murder non-Jews with impunity. These Talmudic Jews are driving these dishonorable actions, from Israel to Ukraine, while cloaking them in America’s ideals of equality and justice.

In the process they are destroying America’s reputation abroad, and wrecking its economy at home.

But they keep the public in the dark by silencing the press and politicians through bribery, blackmail, and murder.

This has all been well documented. They are criminals and traitors, plain and simple.

Second, “the shelling of the Donbass increased every day before the invasion” because the U.S. was pushing Putin to do what he was reluctant to do. Obviously, the U.S. succeeded. Hey Mike, whatever happened to Satan’s plan to depopulate the Earth with COVID vaccines?

You’re such a naughty little troll.

FWIW, as other posters have already advised, Satan’s plan for the fake “vaccines” is progressing to schedule – should be about ~2 billion casualties when it’s all said and done, perhaps even more. Have you noticed the emergence of SADS lately?

BUT just in case you haven’t noticed, the Globalists are pushing ahead with new BS such as the “climate crisis” and the active destruction of industry and food supply chains and infrastructure across as much of the world as they can. I don’t suppose you’ve been keeping tabs on the situation as Europe is now heading into Winter, hmmm?

It might benefit your perspective somewhat to head on over to (https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/ ] and see what Martin Armstrong has to say about unfolding events. BTW, Mr. Armstrong’s AI program Socrates has never been wrong – ever.

Just in passing, you probably should be careful about making light of Satan and his extended family. Here in Australia, they burn babies alive and then eat them. I hear that in the USA they like to slice children’s faces off first, and then kill and eat them. The fake “vaccines” are just one small piece in a much larger campaign for people like that to get complete control of everyone and everything on the planet.

The things liars say should be discounted out of hand – if you’re feeling generous. It’s epistemically valid to lightly assume the opposite is true and go about your day until you see strong, specific evidence to the contrary.

Very clear, simple international law applying here.

Per Article 1 of the United Nations Charter –
Made even more crystal-clear by the International Court at the Hague in its 2010 decree on Kosovo:
    – People’s right to self-determination SUPERSEDES territorial integrity and ‘sovereign borders’
    – Unilateral declarations of independence are not illegal under international law … and those declaring independence can request outside military internvention

It was legal for Kosovo to unilaterally seek independence from Serbia then aka Yugoslavia
And it was also legal for Kosovo to seek military help from Nato … and, if they decide, to be annexed into Albania
And now it is legal for Donbass to seek separation from Ukraine, to seek military help from Russia, to be annexed into Russia

Putin in Ukraine is thus parallel to the Nato intervention in Kosovo … The West now of course ignoring international law in Who? Whom? hypocrisy, law for me, false accusations for thee

Putin Ukraine’s incursion would be only partially illegal, to the extent military action is not to defend the Donbass separatists, but for other agendas, blather about ‘de-nazifying’ etc.

By this same international law, however, Taiwan has a legal right to stay out of Beijing’s China. If China invades Taiwan that will be like Russia’s 1990s crimes against Chechnya, total violation of ‘self determination’. Ditto for Hong Kong, Tibet, Xinjiang and its Uighurs.

Also, for Americans in a region who preponderantly want to separate, it’s legal to rebel against Washington DC. Catalonia has a right to separate from Spain. Balochistan has a right to separate from Iran & Pakistan. Etc.

The most blatant being the shelling of the npp to set of a disastrous nuclear explosion like Chernobyl and blame Russians. It’s bad for the Ukrainian civilians caught in this mess, but to be honest the only way out is by removing their current government and removing NATO goons. As U.S. General Keane said, “66 billion USD for Ukraine is a good investment for the U.S. because it’s very cheap compared to Afghanistan and here it’s just Ukrainians dying”. (I paraphrase).

  42. Hitch says:

One doesn’t need to come up with hypothetical geopolitical hypocrisy to help frame what is really behind the conflict between Ukraine and Novorussia. One merely needs to compare what UK/US/Ukraine are doing to Russia in 2022 to what UK/US/USSR/France/Poland were doing to Germany in 1939.

In 1939 the ZOG slave states were willing to see European civilization destroyed in order to start a world war for the creation of Israel. In 2022 the ZOG slave states are willing to see European civilization destroyed in order to start a world war for the creation of a New Zion called Khazaria.

In 1939 Poland was prepared to attack Germany weakened after Versailles and actually thought she could prevail with the help of the ZOG slave states. In 2022 Ukraine was prepared to attack Russia weakened after the break up of the USSR, all the sanctions, and the conquest of Warsaw pact nations by Nato, and they actually thought she could prevail with the help of the ZOG slave states.

In 1939 the ZOG slave states were inciting Jews and Communists in Poland to commit terrorist acts against Germans in ethnically German provinces placed in Poland against the majority will. In 2022 the ZOG slave states are inciting Jews and fake Ukrainian “Nazis” to commit terrorist acts against Germany in ethnically Russian provinces placed in Ukraine against the majority will.

In 1939 the ZOG slave states made secret promises to the Polish government that they would intervene against Germany if the Polish managed to provoke a reaction. In 2022 the ZOG slave states made secret promises to the Ukrainian government that they would intervene against Russia if Ukrainians managed to provoke a reaction.

In 1939 Polish Jews fled to the USA after inciting a world war, then they claimed a genocide took place and blamed Germany and later forced never ending reparations. In 2022 Ukrainian Jews fled to the USA and Israel after inciting a world war, their attempts to create a fake genocide and claim reparations are still ongoing.

  45. What a convenient story that omits some other significant details.

If Putin wanted to stop the killing instigated by the regime in Kiev, he should have taken out their military bases, their administration, their fighting support infrastructure and left the rest of the country full of innocent civilians alone. He had years to build the necessary missiles and probably has what’s needed, he has the needed planes and bombs and has the satellite infrastructure to know what to hit. Using the US’s “Shock and Awe” doctrine was the appropriate response by essentially ending a war before it could begin by killing off as much of the Ukraine military as possible, destroying their infrastructure in a surprise raid and blowing up the other guy’s mafia while leaving the innocent civilians alone.

But that doesn’t offer the adventure and the satiation of the blood lust all the world’s mafia don’s crave. Look what has transpired. Huge portions of Ukraine are in ruins. Lots of civilians are being killed and their lives destroyed as collateral damage because two assholes decided to go at each other in such a way as to cause the most civilian damage. Russia and Ukraine are both enslaving their populations to fight in this completely preventable war.

Yes, the Ukraine regime needed an ass whipping. That shouldn’t have caused the death and destruction of the Ukrainian people and the enslavement of conscripts. This was done for purposes of theater and prolonged chest beating by sociopaths that deserve no respect.

This is the Corporate/Banking European Commission using NATO, and the ignorance of the present German government, to once again weaken the German economy, so to keep them independent on the heavily indebted Europe ( more debt than the USA before Biden), to further misappropriate German wealth, and to put France in the position to lead Europe (to their advantage). The war in Ukraine has been going on since 2014, and it didn’t seem to bother France or Germany that the Ukraine consistantly violated Minsk I and II. Funny how things escalated when Nordstream 2 was completed. Germany and Russia have been energy partners for decades, with Germany being the axis for the transport of Russian energy to other EU countries. Europe has stabbed Germany in the back, and the German government got played. And, the present US government are getting their cues from the same powers who control the Commission. The US energy sector is not capable of compensating the loss of Russian energy in Europe. And the allegations of Putin’s visions of grandeur do not coincide with Russian actions. It is only a whipping boy narrative that the United States government is responsible, to shine America in a negative light. Ukraine has every right to be in an alliance with whom she wishes

Well, let’s see, in all the history of this world, smaller nations have had to mind their p’s and q’s when in the orbit of influence of more powerful neighbours.

It’s how it’s always been, whether we’re talking about ancient empires or far more recent ones.

The most obvious example is the USA today, with the US actually meddling in the internal affairs of other countries even with regard to so-called gay rights legislation – despite whatever views the local populace has on the matter.

The USA chucks it’s weight around like a bull in a china shop – and threatens and bullies other countries constantly.

One only has to see the timid behavior of European countries when bossed around by the USA in this current conflict – a conflict largely engineered by the USA.

So it is simply not true that small nations (as regards military and economic power) are in a position to do as they please when that’s gonna annoy a far more powerful neighbor.

Again, this is hardly unique to Russia and Ukraine; it’s how it’s always been. The Ukrainian government has been foolish and reckless in provoking Russia – and also shown a colossal error of judgment if they’ve been willing tools of US foreign policy in the region.

Building on what Hitch wrote in comment 43, I give Putin the benefit of the doubt when he said that he was going for a limited military operation, after all else failed.

Hitler’s response to all the Polish provocations was a campaign of shock and awe that dazzled the world in its efficiency. Yet, Hitler never anticipated that his legally justifiable action, based on the denied right of German minority for self determination and the persecution of Germans by Polish ultra nationalists, would trigger a world war that he was ill equipped to fight for lack of resources. I expect Putin knew the risk he was taking and sought to have a solid legal case for intervening in the internal Ukrainian conflict.

Putin is in a far better position than Hitler since he has the required resources and the nuclear deterrent which means that any equivalence to carpet bombing of German cities applied to Russian population centers will get properly answered and that should e a deterrent to his Western enemies.

By seeking gradualism, Putin hoped that reason would prevail. Alas, with the neocons, compromise and tactical retreat are never part of the game; they are too blinded by their hatred and hubris to play realpolitik.

Putin is consolidating political power for a potential successor. The mobilisation directive means that whoever takes over from Vladimir will have a smoother running army. support

If people protest in the hundreds of millions in Europe, USA and Canada it would do exactly nothing (over a million marched in London against the Iraq war and as many marched in other cities, it still went ahead). Canadian truckers protested and were either jailed or financially ruined, January 6 protesters were jailed and still remain there.

Color revolutions helped many East European countries gain independence from the USSR.

Widespread quasi mutiny of the troops including killing their officers( plus widespread draft dodging ) was key in stopping the Vietnam war (eventually).

A western backed color revolution/coup just recently kicked the corrupt president right out of power in Sri Lanka, the president of Pakistan was also removed in a color revolution/ coup despite mass protests by millions against his removal.

Western governments and their official oppositions have no intention of serving their people they are all corrupt to the bone, obeying the wishes of one or other corrupt entities, unfortunately there is no peaceful or democratic way to make them change. Changing a government takes a coup which needs massive financing and a committed and determined group to organize it. The people who are able to provide this insist on taking control and are often worse than the people you are trying to overthrow, paradoxically often putting many of the same people who have just been ousted back into power with just some changes at the top to make it appear as if change has occurred.

Revolutions, rioting, looting, and arson as you rightly suggest will usually achieve very little and will at best replace one despot with another.

  83. Cris M. says:

Since it’s a problem that many people fail to argue fully what’s put in front of them, it’s important to not propose limited answer in argument – example –

    The suggested argument –
-If the US deployed troops to Mexico to protect American expats from being bombarded by the Mexican army, would you regard that deployment as an ‘unprovoked aggression’ or a rescue mission?

    – Rescue mission, right? Because the primary intention was to save lives not seize the territory of another sovereign country. —

The framing of question is not accurate premise and limited response choice answer is not viable in arguing.

The first fact is the word ‘expats’. –ex ‘patriots’ who chose to disconnect and live somewhere else, therefore 1) They made the choice to live elsewhere, and are subject the conditions where they chose to live, or to change those conditions, themselves, or otherwise leave.

Those facts require more than the limited choice in rhetoric answer.

The people made choices when they left. The response possibilities must include others such as – None of those entitle a disconnected govt to invade another territory for any reason, including to supposedly ‘rescue’ people that are no longer part of the invading country or govmt.

The amount of long jumping to try to form a justification isn’t real arguing. We are subject to this sort of non-argument argument and false ‘limited choice’ ‘solutions. It is a type of hegelian dialectic scam ‘problem’ reaction solution. They create or claim a problem, and anticipate response to steer with false ‘solution’ -to suit directed schemes.

It is invasive fraud, or said otherwise, fraud to claim a false ‘right’ to invade.

If we accept fraudulent or partial arguments, fail to use arguments that are full, it is not real arguing.

Example, ‘covid’ assault on freedom. ‘b cuz virus you have to ‘lockdown’ and ‘wear mask’ -even if you don’t subscribe to ‘contagious’ or viruses -because ‘save your neighbor’ who does believe it. – It is false argument and invasive fraud that leaves out – the right of each person to use knowledge and make choices.

The same on vaxs, ‘you have to be invaded because ‘other people’, -because ‘believers’ that go along with tyrants are more important than your own self-determination and physical right to be free from invasion of your body. Most dictates are false arguments. The example is limited and false argument that leaves out choice of each individual, and, otherwise If ‘vaxs’ worked, those jabbed would be ‘protected’, anyway.

The no-knowledge juvenile submitting of those who bow down under tyrants does not ‘jump over’ the right of those who choose not to be invaded. The argument is in open choice of answers and right of answer.

The same applies to the ‘mexico’ argument. Inventing false ‘reasons’ to invade somewhere else –or someone else, is not valid arguing.

Point, limited ‘answers’ are not real arguing. We should and must argue freely.

This comment took work. Suggest make note to apply to other arguments, use paper pen not copy paste.

If anything is active in Canada its the communists. They are the ones taking away freedom of speech, freedom of travel, increased inflation, making gun ownership impossible, self defence is practically illegal, etc. They are doing their best to make life miserable for the citizens.

Compare this with what the NSDAP achieved in Germany! For example, gun ownership laws were relaxed such that any German citizen of good standing could own a gun! Home ownership was possible for the working man, etc.

The scourge of our times is communism, which has brought much murder and misery to mankind.

The default position for the overwhelming number of people I interact with is that this conflict is far too complex for them to reckon with and that their government is at least in large part responsible for it. The result is disconnection.

  88. The long-range objective was to remove Putin from office and replace him with a Washington-backed stooge that would do as he was told. US officials– including Joe Biden- have even admitted that their plan involved regime change in Moscow. We should take them at their word.

I believe that attempted “regime change” toward a non-belligerent, legitimate government (voted in by elections) is illegal under International Law. That’s why Putin was careful to say within the limits of I. L. with his limited operation, which was to present genocide. You will never hear this in the West or corporate media, or Western governments.

  91. The US definitely has its failings and maybe the appearance of a doddering old idiot as our president emboldened Putin, but the US has a lot more depth than just Biden and Putin screwed the pooch royally when he invaded Ukraine – all by himself. With all the ways we all have for delivering nuclear warheads, we all have missiles on our immediate borders so to say Putin was reacting to NATO’s encroachment is disingenuous.

The main framework of what has happened is clear. Putin stated up front his justification was to restore the Russian empire to its former glory, and even that explanation was contrived with heavy distortion of fact. He wanted a lasting legacy as a hero of the state. He will not be forgotten for a very long time (if we survive this) but not for the reasons he wanted to be remembered.

Putin expected to traipse into Ukraine to token resistance and annex it so suddenly that countries which might have opposed it wouldn’t have time to react. Unfortunately for Russia, Putin overestimated his military’s capabilities and underestimated Ukrainian resistance. Further, it didn’t help that his massing of forces and details of his plans were well known in advance, giving Ukraine and its allies time to prepare. His blitzkrieg was an embarrassing cluster and it seems that every subsequent decision and application of assets have been poorly made. Not only did Putin not take Kiev, but his forces are being driven out of areas he tacitly controlled prior to the invasion and Crimea seems to be up for grabs. His command staff is in disarray and his troops lack the support and will to fight. Open dissent has appeared throughout Russia and men at risk of being impressed into service are fleeing Russia as fast as they can. The lid Putin was trying to keep on how badly the war was going has been lifted. That’s not to say that there are not ardent Putin supporters but people can only make good decisions when they have all of the information.

Sun Tsu wrote – If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.

The RF made an airtight case for invoking Article 51: Zelensky’s crime against humanity of extermination against Russian ethnic groups; nuclear threats; banned biological weapons development in US-controlled labs. Russia had a responsibility to protect the Eastern population and the right to ensure the survival of the Russian Federation. The intervention was provably necessary. The RF intervened with ostentatious proportionality. So their use of force was not aggression, in accord with the canonical case law, Nicaragua v. United States of America.

  102. Kiev, October 10, 2022: Now it really begins. This is the end-result of American “foreign policy.” We’ve been Poking the Bear since the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991. We had the (actually stated!) opportunity back then to be “one, big, happy family” in the West, along with Russia. The Soviets had completely thrown in the towel, and a New Era could have begun right then and there. To his credit, Bush Senior actually lived up to his agreement with Gorbachev and Yeltsin to not move NATO “one inch east” toward Russia, but this.changed, beginning with Clinton and continuing down to the present day. NATO should have been abandoned by the mid-1990s, when it was clear that the Russians were not going to revert to Soviet-style politics, economics and philosophy. Their Warsaw Pact alliance had already dissolved; we should have reciprocated with a dissolution of NATO, whose only valid purpose for existence was to protect western Europe from Soviet invasion. This was never going to happen, ergo, NATO was suddenly unnecessary. Unfortunately, that reality was ignored.

But it wasn’t just ignored! The alliance was expanded. The NATO alliance in place in the mid-90s actually grew in its membership, and Russia was progressively encircled with a closer and closer radius, with seven former Warsaw Pact countries entering between 1999 and 2004. This culminated with NATO even *touching* the border of Russia directly in the form of Estonia and Latvia becoming NATO members in 2004. NATO memberships have continued along even since then, with Montenegro added in 2017 and North Macedonia added in 2020. Sweden, and Finland (ALSO bordering Russia directly on an 800 mile line!) are about to become members. And, of course, it has been loudly “discussed,” since 2008 at the Bucharest NATO summit, that Ukraine (also, obviously, *bordering Russia directly*), should eventually be added. The Russians have “duly noted” ALL of this, you can be sure!

Look at a freaking map, people! The Russians are completely encircled to the northwest, west, and southwest, from Finland through Turkey, with two countries directly on Russia’s border in the northwest, and six more countries: Lithuania, Poland Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and North Macedonia, all with just one buffer country (Belarus – a Russian ally – and Ukraine itself) between them and Russia. The West has become increasingly bellicose in its rhetoric all through the 21st Century, sanctioning the Russians over and over again with increasing severity for…what, exactly? Their continued objections to this constant menacing behavior from the US and the NATO alliance? Someone please point out exactly what the Russians have done to Europe since 1991 that would merit our behavior towards them. I’ll wait…

Meanwhile, we have been doing intensive and intricate war games in their face for years, in the Baltic Sea and Poland, particularly. The Russians have been extremely patient with this, merely asking “why” through deep-level diplomatic channels. They have only been more vocal about these provocations since about 2018 or so. Would *we* have been nearly as patient, under identical circumstances? To ask the question is to know the answer….

We have been particularly aggressive with the Russians in our orchestration of this whole Ukrainian situation since 2014. WE created and facilitated the Maidan Uprising of 2014 (Victoria Nuland’s infamous phone call is Exhibit A in this!), with the resultant uber-pro-NATO government WE installed, creating regime change in an area we have NO legitimate vital interests to be in save for the foundation of what’s happening now. We wanted Ukraine in NATO, we have been training Ukrainian troops to NATO standards since at least 2015, we have been slowly swapping-out Ukrainian munitions for those used in NATO since about the same time. We did nothing and said nothing about the shelling of the Donbas and other ethnically and linguistically Russian areas of eastern Ukraine since 2014, which have resulted in no fewer than 15,000 civilian deaths. We effectively put the Ukrainians up to this as yet another naked provocation of the Russians, trying to goad them into a response, which the Russians worked hard to avoid activating till late last year. When the Russians learned of an impending Ukrainian invasion of the Donbas scheduled for early-March 2022, they counter-invaded eastern Ukraine to circumvent this on February 24, 2022.

During their “Special Military Operation,” the Russians have been deliberately fighting with one hand tied behind their back. They are aware of their extremely close ethnic relationship with the Ukrainians, and are trying to avoid civilian casualties and infrastructure damage as much as possible. They have never had more than 150,000 troops in-country at any given time, so they have been numerically outnumbered – intentionally. And they’re STILL winning nearly all of the battles. They have left the door open for a negotiated settlement since the beginning; it is the US that refuses to allow Zelinsky to negotiate. We don’t want that! If the Ukrainians can’t pull this off (they can’t), then we can at least try to get them to drag this out for years, to bleed the Russians dry of their military capabilities. IOW, to do the same thing to them again that we did to them in baiting them into Afghanistan in the Soviet era. The Russians, in the last month or so, have finally awakened to the reality of the situation: this will never end, until they make it end.

There is much more to be said here, but that will have to do by way of background. Let’s bring it home. The Russians are being encircled by hostile forces for no damn good reason. They have done nothing to us, nor have they done a blessed thing to the Europeans. We have expanded NATO multiple times since 1999, and will have NATO directly on the Russian border with Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine and Georgia if we get our way. No sane country would put up with this! The Russians have been flat-out stupid in trying to appease the West all these years, and have borne exactly zero fruit from it. We have taken advantage of their appeasement, and fomented regime change in Ukraine with a view to making it a member country of NATO, where we can station missiles with a 7-10 minute flight time to Moscow. THAT’S the real point to all of this! We actually believe that, if we can get as many missiles as possible onto or very near the Russian border, we can actually take out enough of their missile batteries to “win” a pre-emptive first-strike with very few American losses. This is madness! It won’t work, but the perception, not the reality, is in play here. The Russians appear, again, to have finally realized all of this. They have been backed into a corner (FOR NOTHING!!!!!!), and they are responding accordingly.

NATO = USA. The rest of NATO can’t fight its way out of a wet paper bag. Everyone knows this, including the Russians. The Russians know how to fight, are inured to fighting under hardships we can’t even imagine, are historically willing to take casualties we also can’t even imagine, can fight in extreme conditions found in northern and eastern Europe with demonstrated success, and have slightly more nukes than we do. Why in the hell do we keep poking this bear?

The Russians are now very impatient with our behavior. They fought with kid gloves for 7 months, and left the peace-talk table open the whole time. It seems to me that they are done with all of that. As I said above, they now know that they will never be left alone by the West (that is, the US) until they *make* us leave them alone. The Nord Stream attacks and the Crimean bridge attack were the last straw. This missile attack on Kiev is the first salvo of the next stage. I think they mean business. They are definitely going to stop messing around with their “kid gloves” approach. They probably were going to wait till the ground freezes in Ukraine to get that stage underway; it doesn’t bode well that they moved the common-sense beginning of their schedule up 2-3 weeks.

Do we want to live? Do you want your children and grandchildren to live? We are all running out of time and options to make that even a remote reality. WE must stop this craziness, while we have a chance. This goes double for the citizens of Western European countries, whose political “leaders” are in complete thrall to everything we tell them to do.

God help us! We need it.

Putin has done that, and now it’s time he acted upon his accusations, since obviously the UN and other alleged human rights organizations are going to do nothing since they’re beholden to ((Jewish)) propaganda and money.

Paul Craig Roberts has made some of the points that RoatanBill made (a bit hypocritically, since PCR was in the Reagan admin that allowed the neocon ((Jews)) to take root in the GOP), but his assessment was sound.

Alas, with the neocons, compromise and tactical retreat are never part of the game; they are too blinded by their hatred and hubris to play realpolitik.

They are too blinded by their ((Jewishness)) you mean. “Hatred” and “hubris” are human traits. With these ((Jews)) and their stooges, we’re dealing with something altogether different, particularly since they’ve ingested the jab (but really, they’ve always been dehumanized by their Talmud and their rabbis and their wickedness and their stiff-necked, messianic Satanism).

Or are you one that believes these ((Jews)) are “victims” of their rabbis (but at the same time unwilling to do anything whatsoever about the rabbis and their Satanic Talmud operating manual)?

This is well written, heartfelt said, and truthful. Seriously, very intelligent and straight up and I want to memorize your exact words to teach others! I just don’t understand why the general population enjoys eating the spoonfuls of lies fed to us and loves it? Why the majority doesn’t question and research and actually care? Most say they support love, peace, and pursuit of happiness, but the reality of what I have seen in my 20 adult years on this planet, this is far from the honest truth. I understand that we all have a personal path to learn and our own intuition of free will to guide us, but why is it just so incompetent or lacking the motivation to seek the truth based in facts? Is it bc the gene mutation injection has altered the critical thinking in the brain, is it the GMO ingestion that humans are unable to process into useful nutrition for proper bodily function? Is it the loss in faith of our God or aliens or whatever higher power that be? It’s so easy to blame it on Jews, which all roads lead to how the ultra elite own literally everything, but where is the personal power, faith, and intuition to find, speak, and stand up for truth and honesty? Why is it acceptable to go backward as a society instead of progress forward for the greater good? People have proven they just don’t care and it is so frustrating watching most act so aggressively, depressed, or just plain gave up. How do you encourage those to find the kindness and gain back their personal faith? It is the only thing that will save us against the evil forces that are in power. I know that whole heartedly. But how do we get people to “get it?” It would make for a much better world, but I don’t even see hope for them. I would like to have the planet give a fck, have faith, and speak truth. I guess I just have to accept that everyone has their own journey and it is not my responsibility to choose for them. It is just not in my DnA to watch and NOT care or act!!!

After what happened in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and even further back to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, is Mike Whitney really this naive about the willful stupefaction and befuddlement of the most brainwashed group of citizens on the planet by their MSM in lockstep with the Empire of lies?

  107. Wild Man says:

    From the article:

“Their views on Ukraine are entirely shaped by the rubbish they read in the western media or hear on the cable news channels where the deluge of propaganda issues like a mighty river pulling the population inexorably towards another vicious neocon bloodbath.”

What I find particularly repulsive, about all this, is that here in western Canada where I live, my Ukrainian buddies that I grew up with, whose families have been living here for 2 t0 3 generations, have said these sorts of things:

    – the Ukes and the Russians are really Slavic brothers, with love and appreciation for the other. As such, Uke ethno-fascism makes no sense, … as such, it it clear that instead it’s a Russian canard sown to produce discord

    – somebody has got in the middle of the brotherhood, and that somebody is a man named Putin, the evilest of all the evils, …. a most despicable awful man, … and he has done this by lying and fingering the Kiev regime as supportive of Uke ethno-fascism. But that is a canard. Because the grassroots Russian and Uke peoples are actually Slavic brothers, who love and appreciate one another.

    – The Russian leaderships have misbehaved before. There was a replacement of Russian people, for the Uke people that were exterminated during the Holodomor, within regions of the Ukraine (I don’t think this point is at all accurate, though …. i.e. – Russians outside of Ukraine starved to death as well). The Putin regime is in the midst of repeating this kind of Russian-style glory, at the expense of dead Ukes (or relocated Ukes), but yet again. But this is not due to grassroots animosity between the Slavic brothers, Ukes and Russians – it is because of crazy crazy Russian (or Georgian) dictators like Stalin or Putin.

    – As such, the patriotic thing to do, as a 2nd or 3rd generation Canadian Uke, is to rally worldwide Ukedom (and other sympathetic parties) to come over and kill the Russian invaders, inclusive of the Russians in Ukraine that are sympathetic to the Russian invaders.

This rationale is pretzel shaped (circularly contradictory). It amounts to this:

‘Kill Russians to save the true grassroots Russian/Uke common Slav-ship, because Putin-man-bad.’

This way, my 2nd and 3rd generation Uke friends can pretend they are not ethno-fascists, when indeed they are, and indeed they are fully supportive of any western action or provocation in this vein. In other words, my 2nd and 3rd generation Canadian Uke friends project their own ugly ethno-fascist tendencies onto a caricature of Putin.

Look, I’m in my early 60’s and I have had these friends my whole life since elementary school. Whilst growing up, I knew there was some resentments between Ukes, Poles, and Russians within some Canadian families, ….. but many of these families were of of mixed Uke/Polish heritage with overtones of distant Russian family relations, as well. Back at that time, I more or less thought of it as similar to the dynamic of the Irish ‘troubles’, …. that since they are practically brothers, they will find a way to work it out. I’m not so sure of that now. My Uke Canadian friends (all bright people, in their own right) otherwise seem to be idiots, and most willing to choose that idiot-ship, when there is an opportunity to get some ethno-fascist good-feelz, by way of practicing said idiot-ship. How does one go about undoing that? It’s almost schizophrenic. But it is not that these people are schizophrenic (i.e. – otherwise completely normal), but instead, it is that the Jewish-controlled mainstream media they consume is schizophrenic.

The sentiment of my Canadian Uke friends is being used by the Trudeau regime, to involve Canada in this awful escalation of the Ukraine war. And I don’t like that one bit, because it is wrong. As far as I can tell, if Canada’s escalation continues to get worse, I am then within my rights, to tell my Canadian Uke buddies to f*ck-off with their puerile good feelz around the potential of winning narrowly, at the expense of others losing (win/lose mindset instead of win/win mindset). I am sorry, but as a patriotic Canadian, my concern over world war 3 escalation, trumps their need for some stupid ‘ethno-fascism parading as brotherly love’, by about 1,000x. I am right and they are wrong. If they don’t soon get with the program, I am probably gonna go scorched earth on their continuing idiocy. Shouldn’t they know more about this Ukraine country they claim so much love and support for, since said support is so emotional for them, as compared to a non-Ukes like myself? Yes indeed they should know more than me. But apparently they do not know. As such: idiots.

    legally justifiable action

Ask yourself who is going to judge Putin’s actions for legal and justifiable. From Putin’s perspective, he knows damned well that nothing he does is ever legal and justifiable by the (((opposition))). He may think that, but he’ll be alone in that estimation from the western perspective.

For me, it’s the decision to launch a ground war at all that makes him just another POS. By launching a ground invasion, he knew absolutely that civilians and their property were going to get trampled. It’s one thing for Putin’s mafia to take out Zelenskyy’s mafia, but to involve innocent 3rd parties is not forgivable when other options were available or could have been made available considering the time he had to prepare.

Making any comparison with decades ago is very weak and thankfully you recognize that fact. Putin had all the time and materials to decimate the Ukraine military in one nights raid. He could have bombed the Ukraine political hierarchy, their mafia, to bits in one go, and I’m talking conventional weapons, mostly missiles plus rockets and bombs from aircraft. The scenes of Iraq’s military hardware strewn everywhere when the US invaded shows that the proper application of massive force can do the job that incrementalism won’t.

Putin started the ground war for territory, IMO, with the ancillary benefit to the people in the Donbas. His goal was occupation and that requires an effective ground force to hold it once it’s been captured. A Shock and Awe raid would have sent the world the message his halfasses limited military operation has failed to send and is encouraging Poland, the US and others to expand the war. Had he knocked everything to pieces, there would be no incentive to try to win something that was already absolutely lost.

If his actions were directed at only the political hierarchy and military, I’d say he did what he had to do even with the inevitable civilian losses in people and infrastructure. It’s his callous decision to treat the civilians as expendable collateral damage so he can flex his muscles that make him just another mass murderer.

I have a conception of guillotines mounted on flat bed trucks with built in features for efficient operation. The mobility makes it possible to “move the groove” to any venue, anytime.

Those that are not judged for head separation will spend their sentences working 12 hours a day on farms and ranches, run as non-profits. They will make their clothes and shoes, sleep in dormitories with full camera coverage, and follow military protocol when commanded. Those that do not conform will be flogged in full view of other inmates. Joe Arapaho inspired me.

If he had accepted the request of the Donbas Republics to join Russia back in 2014 and swiftly taken down the illegitimate government, we would not be in this sorry and most dangerous situation, with people dying left and right.

Instead, he “bought” (Did he actually?) the Minsk Agreements lie (It is very clear now it was a dilatory tactic), giving the Anglo Zionist time to build strong defenses , portray Russia as the aggressor, and now instead of fighting a war for real, he sends a small force and refuses to use Russia´s air power destroy the ability of “the enemy” to wage war.

Some analysts like Paul Craig Roberts say he is being naïve. I think being naïve and having accomplished so much as Putin has (specially in Russia), are mutually exclusive conditions.
This dichotomy is most troubling, as this “soft” approach only emboldens the West to cross more “red lines”. Since there are so few left to cross as it is, we mindlessly drift very close to nuclear annihilation.

German chemist, Germar Rudolf prepared a PhD thesis at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research in conjunction with the University of Stuttgart, Germany. Parallel to this and in his spare time, Rudolf prepared an expert report on chemical and technical questions of the alleged gas chambers of Auschwitz, The Rudolf Report. He concluded in it that “the alleged facilities for mass extermination at Auschwitz and Birkenau were not suited for the purpose as claimed.” He was put in prison for 44 months for his scholarly writings.

Agreed. I said “thanks Mike”. My remarks are meant as constructive criticism.

I honestly believe that trying to persuade people who believe that Russia is the aggressor in this war, that they have it backwards, is a waste of time. Partly because you might as well be talking to a post. But mainly because “what people think” is not relavant to the outcome of the war.

I have great respect for Mike Whitney. Also for PCR who writes as if this war will end with the defeat of the current regime in Ukraine. It will not. This is a war between Russia and The United States. It will end only when the current regime in Washington is defeated.

Another who has my respect is the Saker. I started reading him when the war started in ’14. I followed him to TUR. Saker is a military annalist. That was his day job. I deny that Ukraine has the right, the US, neither, to cause such instability. I also deny the right, for example, for Mexico to ally militarily with Russia or China. But all 3 of those countries know that already. We were very much wrong in ’14 to help overthrow (Don’t use the deliberately anodyne euphemism “regime change”!) elected Ukrainian government. It was, at least in part, a deliberate causus belli. The same, more maybe, with our officials talking about overthrowing the Russian government. Are we trying to start WWIII?! End the world?!

Thanks for that. On the subject of “outing”, Saagar Enjetti and Krystal Ball at Breaking Points have by now decisively outed themselves as shills for the Western oligarchy’s regime change attack on Russia.

They don’t discuss any of the facts or factors discussed by Mike Whitney in this article. They never discuss any of the overwhelming evidence that this is all a Western regime change attack on Russia. Centrally, they never mention the Western oligarchy’s violent overthrow of the elected Ukrainian government in 2014.

Their “coverage” of the Nordstream pipeline sabotage was absurd in its emptiness. So was their “coverage” of the issues that have arisen regarding the Covid virus and mRNA vaccines. They are at Alice in Wonderland levels of absurd emptiness.

They are also perfectly willing to sacrifice elementary logic. For example, when Russia recently announced their casualty figure so far, Saagar and Krystal ridiculed them as too low. Saagar merely insisted they were implausible, with no evidence except his laughter. Krystal went further. She argued that since the US military had lied about their casualty numbers in the Iraq war, therefore the Russians are lying about their figures in Ukraine. Her argument was that since the American military lies, then all militaries lie. Another implication of her argument is that even though the American MIC lied to us about Iraq, we should believe them about Ukraine. I kid you not!

It looks to me like they are the oligarchy’s more cleverly camouflaged replacement for the discredited Rachel Maddow show. That would also help explain why, when asking viewers to buy tickets to their first live show, Krystal said, “We need to prove we can sell tickets.” Prove to whom? Their online donors? This sounds exactly like a startup company trying to prove it can sell product to its investors.

Sorry for misunderstanding your intent, WC. I took your references ‘Thanks Mike’ and “wasting your pixels” to be sarcasm. Thanks for reading my comments. I read yours as well.

I’ve recently started watching an excellent show on YouTube called “Redacted.” It’s been covering the war in good detail, emphasizing that the US has been the aggressor all along. It also covers massive protests against NATO occurring in several European countries, none of which are reported in the CIA-corrupted US media. Who knows how many anti-war protests might be occurring in the US since the media wouldn’t report it anyway? If it isn’t reported is doesn’t exist.

So, I do have some hope that a “toe-to-toe war with the Russkies” can be averted. Donald Trump is calling for the war to end, and he still has millions of gun-owning followers. And, with his alarming Armageddon comment scaring millions, plus his party’s dismal prospects in next month’s elections, Biden might be getting gun shy. Even a man as corrupt and senile as him doesn’t want to go down in history as the man who started, or failed to stop, a nuclear war.

All we can do is pop some popcorn and watch.

  154. And here is why you are wrong

“Imagine if the Mexican army started bombarding American ex-pats living in Mexico with heavy artillery-rounds killing thousands and leaving thousands more wounded. What do you think Joe Biden would do?”

The country of Mexico did not bombard ex-pats. It told them that they could not own Mexican property and many ex-pats lost their homes. The US can’t even get murderers of US citizens out of Mexico, muchless toss bombs across the border. Pres Trump did absolutely nothing when Mexican cartel/military personnel waltzed across the border and literally accosted and detained US soldiers on the IUS side of the border. Good greif — Oyy and Oyyyy

If the ex pats attempted to claim Mexican territory as their own and started a war for making said territory independent, it would be the expats that started a conflict on Mexican territory and like it or not the US would be disinclined to take any steps into Mexican territory. i.e. Nothing was done about Pancho Villa until he invaded US space.

Note: Russia has been shelling Ukraine since 2015. Get a grip. Thus far Mexico’s war of choice is illegal immigration. Apparently Mexico has as much trouble reining her her criminal element as much as Russia. Bombing ex pats is the last thing on Mexico’s mind. She has yet to figure out what to do with her rebellious cartels and indigenous populations, looking to break free or exercise control.

Let’s get the characterization correct. This is not support of war. It is support of Ukraine’s right to defend her sovereign spaces and determine for herself her social and political construct. It is Russia that chose war, that chose to invade.

    “porch of our house”

Ohhh nonsense, a porch is on someone’s property. Poland, and other federation states have made it abundantly clear, their territory is not Russian, nor do that want it to be. And as such even if Missiles were so stationed, it would be Russia’s port front or rear.

    https://euro-sd.com/2019/05/articles/13076/ballistic-missile-defence-in-eastern-europe/#:~:text=Some%20leaders%20have%20emerged%20in%20Eastern%20Europe%20in,publicly%20announced%20and%20immediately%20led%20to%20heated%20discussions.

Then one should expect that Poland is next in line for invasion.

But more importantly Russia most likely has missiles targeting former federation states and without question at western — “doorsteps” Russia’s own analysis backfires here.

“They were bombing the hell out of the people Putin is obliged to protect. What else could he do? Any leader worth his salt would have done same thing.”

The Donbass region started the war. And Ukraine responded in kind.

“What bothers me is that people continue support the war in Ukraine because they have no idea of what actually happened in the lead-up to the invasion. They know nothing about the relentless bombing of civilians, or the defiant rejection of Minsk or the repeated military attacks on the Donbas”

    1. Ukraine is under no authority to agree to the Minsk accords
    2. Russia violated the Minsk accords and such Ukraine is obliged to shrug her shoulders.
It never ceases to amaze that so many people think that because Minsk actually exists, that Ukraine is duty bound to comply. As an independent country she can choose whether said terms are to her stead or of the negotiating practices are fair . . . and reject in part or all of the agreement. Russia has no authority to force Ukraine to agree to the Minsk agreements.

Money, personnel, technology were all transferred to the West, fascist butchers from Slovenia, Croatia, the Baltics, Ukraine, Belarus, Bosnia etc were all given refuge and sanctuary in the West, particularly the Anglosphere, and leading apparatchiki like Barbie were directly employed in anti-Leftist terror in the Third World. In Germany ‘de-Nazification’ was skin-deep, Nazis were quickly installed back into power, and the Nazi Gehlen intelligence network became the West German BND.
The roots go back to the days in the trees, I would bet. It is the manifestation of fear and hatred of the other, the most potent human psychopathy and the sacred act of killing, of ending Life and becoming the arbiter of Life and Death. The same basic motivation drives all our climate destabilisation denying foes-they hate Life, particularly other humans, so let’s work to kill ’em off.
The Jews made xenophobic hatred into a ‘religion’, although I’d guess that they were not the first, just the longest extant. Blood-sucking ‘elites’ like the globalist Mafias need force to keep the rabble in line, hence, in Rome, the lictors (the FBI of the day) with their fasces, a symbol that also fills the Capitol building of the New Romans of Thanatopolis DC, the greatest purveyors of death and destruction in history.

Even worse if in NATO. If Putin had permitted the Donbass to return to Russia after that junta, as they voted to in separate referendums

They didn’t want to join Russia.

They wanted their own independent Republics and they had their own flags and governments.

Putin claimed to be defending their autonomy and then added them to Russia along with two oblasts that were not part of DPR/LPR. So Putin can’t even stick to his own bullshit narrative.

The DPR/LPR flags have been taken down and replaced with Russian flags.

And I’m still laughing. The Brits are the financial center for Europe and a large parts of the world, that is true. The European banks are a sneeze away from insolvency and ditto the Japanese bank. Sooner or later one of them will have a Lehman moment, which the British just avoided at the last minute, and then we are off to the races. The brits just made hyperinflation their policy, but they won’t admit it. Soon, the US will also pivot back to QE and then watch price inflation skyrocket. The FED has no out.

The US Dollar is THE world’s reserve currency. It is the Dollar that runs the world right now and is in the process of being replaced or at least made to compete with what the East is cooking up. Russia is suspected of having 12,000 tons of gold and China over 20,000. The US’s 8,000 hasn’t been audits since the 50’s and many doubt there’s much left. Russia and China are working on a new reserve currency that includes gold and once that hits, any nation without the gold to compete will lose out big time. The eastern nations are also dumping US paper as fast as they can, meaning there aren’t buyer for new US paper. The FED will monetize what the treasury will put out and that will add lots of fuel to the price inflation fire. The FED is screwed. It’s just a matter of time before the whole US fiat system collapses.

Europe is an afterthought with their Euro that only survives via the con games their central bank play. All these machinations the world over are coming to end when just one significant financial player goes belly up.

Till then, the Euro is only of interest to those forced to deal in it. The bulk of the world deals in the US Dollar and it is therefore THE leading currency at the moment. The US is also the dominant military hegemon and is watching nuclear capable Russia telling them to pound sand. Any serious threat by the US or its proxies against Russia is going to cause DC, New York and other regions to finally experience what the US has been dishing out for decades. That’s why the US and NATO are doing everything they can to avoid a direct confrontation.

The long and short of all this is that the US is losing both their military hegemony since Russia and China can’t be attacked without serious US consequences and their Dollar hegemony due to profligacy. The world is changing right now and the US is going to be the big loser.

The hidden variables are pretty visible in my mind. The US is on a rapid descent, with the middle classes moving inevitably towards poverty. The rentiers are working towards a system in which everyone pays rent and fewer and fewer people own their homes. Inflation will keep the working class focused on the essentials for life. The economy is headed for a major crash, but the elites are pleased. They increased the money supply by 40% over a two and a half year period, and the bulk of that new money went to the 1% in the form of bubble assets, both equities and property. This at the expense of the working class, who are too busy focusing on the partisan divide to understand who their real enemies are.

  183. Russia’s problem goes to show the problems and limitations of universal nationalism. It’s a good ideal but unworkable against an aggressive empire.

Soviet Union dissolved on the basis of universal nationalism. Big or small, each republic was given a chance to go its own way and forge its own path. Russia would no longer calls the shots on non-Russian areas.

But Jewish-run US was into aggressive empire. Instead of leaving the world alone, it employed various means by hook and by crook to recruit the weaker/poorer/smaller nations to join the West against Russia.

Russia abandoned the Soviet Empire and let its political satellites go on the basis that NATO would eventually fade(as it had outlived its usefulness), and big powers would respect the small powers. But even as Russia let former satellites to forge their own paths, the Jew-run US decided to expand NATO. Also, the smaller nations, instead of choosing independence and sovereignty, chose servitude to the US as the Lone Superpower due to bribery, sheer awe, or craven desire to join the winner’s club. The cuck-collaborator elites of these small nations accepted the authority of US and EU to tell them what to do against Russia.

When Universal Nationalism broke down, Russia had no choice but to opt for defensive imperialism against offensive imperialism. When US and NATO toppled regimes in Libya and Iraq and eyeing Syria for destruction, Russia had to step in. When US was pulling off coups in Ukraine and urging its Judeo-Nazi regime to shell the Donbass regions to smithereens, Russia had to take action by a counter-imperialism.

Ideally, a world of universal nationalism is best. But when the Jew-run West pushes for aggressive imperialism, defensive imperialism becomes a necessary evil.

There needs to be pushback against the obnoxious myth of Gallant Ukraine, along with schmaltzy internet postcards on FB and other media. Most of the other posters on this and other sites simply prefer a cease-fire and a negotiated settlement. This means that Ukraine can kiss the Crimea and the Donbass goodbye, but them’s the breaks; embark on deadly gambits, pay a deadly price, win no prizes. What angers me is not just the myth but the attempt to suppress differing opinions and to demonize those who have the effrontery to publicly express them. Much more tragic is the fact that patriotic Ukrainians are risking and often losing their lives in the service of globalism. The memesters in Kiev and their media flunkies in Lvov have deluded the West into the belief that a “counterattack” against screening and rearguard forces is a harbinger of ultimate victory (by Christmas, no doubt) against the Russian hordes. Nope, the Russians seem to be solidifying their hold on the Donbass provinces. The airborne coup de main near Kiev notwithstanding (failing to prevent the Zielinskys Vogue shoot) I doubt whether the Russians intend to advance far beyond their current positions, since the Poles may be more actively drawn in if the Russian regulars encircle Odessa and head for the Dniester Valley, where they have a battalion or so of “peacekeepers” in a disputed part of Moldova known as Transnistria. In the ensuing months we may be treated to more displays of screaming at the sky by the usual suspects when this war is settled on Russia’s terms. “ Or are you one that believes these ((Jews)) are “victims” of their rabbis (but at the same time unwilling to do anything whatsoever about the rabbis and their Satanic Talmud operating manual)?

Maybe you and Putin are like-minded — forever kicking the can down the road. Hand-wringers. Copers. Enablers. Tongue cluckers.”

Well, that is a question that is very deep and very difficult to answer. But I will try my best.

If the Jews, with their long troublesome history having failed to teach them humility and goodwill towards other fellow humans, then any rational person should doubt that they will ever change . As to whether their sins are the consequence of their Rabbinical teachings or are innate to their very nature, is an open question that is beyond me to delve upon in a scholarly way.

Throughout Jewish history, there has been Jewish apostates like Pfeferkorn, Benjamin Friedman, Brothern Nathaniel Kapner and many others but the most famous of them was Saul of Tarsus. Those people managed to turn their messianic drive against the authority of the rabbis, but did not make a big enough dent in the mainstream narrative about Jewishness. But we should not forget that what we refer today to as Palestinians, were some of the first converts from the Hebrew tribes to Christianity and later to Islam. It is the powerful core Hebrew establishment of Judea that denied and crucified Christ who have proven to be astute survivors driven by fanatical anti Christianity, and they evolved into Sabbatean Frankism which is a far more destructive version of Judaism than any other the world has ever known.

So what options are left for mankind with respect to the current highly destructive ideology of rabbinic Judaism which has been exposed by many great writers like Douglas Reed, Michael Hoffman, E. Michael Jones and others. The choice should emanate from the conscience of every capable leader who has the proper understanding and the moral courage to tackle the issue of nonstop destructive Talmudic messianism. While I am not a believer in the Holocaust, I do subscribe to the ideas of one of Judaism’s involuntary enablers, Martin Luther, when after having exhausted his options to bring the Jews to reason, declared his solution of total boycott of any relationship with them in his book “On The Jews and Their Lies”. The first step into the path of boycott should be to stop listening to the mainstream media, stop watching Hollywood and stop trading the stock market or accepting interest income.

Putin’s battle, which he tried for many years to avoid, should be a make or break event for humankind to put once and for all Jewish messianism back in the Pandora box. Putin’s failure would signal the death of human dignity in a world of ultimate slavery. A ray of hope to the brave and the good of the world would materialize when we see the likes of Klaus Schwab and George Soros and their handlers facing a war crime tribunal.

I think Putin was caught between a rock and a dark place. Going for shock and awe would have put the Talmudic controlled media into overdrive labelling him the New Hitler and getting Russia under trade sanctions. On the other hand, suing for a peaceful solution would have put Russian security one step closer to the abyss judging by everything that happened since the fall of the Soviet Union.

The choice for those of us standing by the sidelines is much easier than it is for the leader who has take fateful decisions for his people. What military warfare in the previous century and this one has proven was that aerial warfare will never give victory without boots on the ground. Despite the immense damage done to Serbia by NATO, the Serbian army hardly lost its capacity to act like a formidable fighting force. Israeli extensive air assaults on Lebanon in 2006 did not win them the battle against the far smaller militia of Hizbollah. Besides, shock and awe would not have prevented massive retaliation against the Donbas by the the more than seventy thousand Ukrainian troops that had already amassed to strike the Russian speaking enclaves.

But then, if Russia had gone for a shock and awe operation, how would Russia be any different from the Anglo Zionist Empire which always proclaims a Rules Based Order as opposed to what Mr. Legality Putin has been pushing for as International Law based order.

Putin’s gamble to win the right of cessation of the Russian Oblasts with minimal damage has clearly failed. I have no doubt that he had considered such an outcome and the massive bombing of Kyiv is the first sign of Russia renouncing a civilized approach to winning wars. After all, what is to be expected of a puppet like Zelensky who was advocating a couple of days ago that the Western Alliance should nuke Russia as a deterrent to having Russia use her nukes. And yet, no official or popular uproar against this idiotic fool.

Primary to apprehending the actual is to read-what else?-military analysists and historians. Best in classs: Colonel Douglas MacGregor and Scott Ritter. Then a daily reading of RT everyday for months; every article of relevance. Then listening to authentic Russian sources, e.g., Maria Zarkharova, Sergei Lavrov, various high officials, and wherever links or related sources take you.

I found very relevant articles on the life history or V. Putin, his influences, studies of his actions and achievements in various historical and epochal contexts. Most 2 dimensional, linear thinking ignores this aspect. Since I have extensive psychology/social sciences/live sciences/engineering/field anthropological experience, I tap and mine these sources for backup verification and predictors of behavior.

Putin et al. etc collectively are very likely not accidental or skewed, but either deliberately profiles and predicted or statistically probable out of several effects. But because they are related, in terms of cause and effect and correlation, the NH is false.

Many people fall into the trap of making positive statements as if they were facts, without qualifiers. But these are pitfalls because they are based on a combination of limited data and observations, and the cognitive filter of the person asserting same. This is interpretation that is mixed with speculation, a qualitative statement, not a quantitative one. It’s best to stay objective.

Russia invaded Ukraine first in 2014, and then in 2022, after formally recognizing Ukraine’s 1991 borders as sacrosanct in 1994. Russia also concluded not one, but TWO, leases of part of the Sevastopol naval base – recognizing Crimea as Ukrainian.

Russian trolls loudly claim a lot of things, but there are the facts against their positions which show that, yes, Russia is the aggressor, Donbas and Crimea are Ukrainian.

The only question now is whether Putin will be liquidated by the Moscow elites before he brings down the Russian State, so that his successor can get out of Ukraine while some semblance of economy still exists in Russia.

There is a saying in Russia for why everything is always so bad for the people, why things don’t work, and why it will not get better – eto Rossiya – It’s Russia.

And his comment that if the United States had military bases in Germany 10 years after the formation of NATO, that meant that NATO was a failure proved to be brilliant foresight. Also, he was one of the few politicians in our recent history who was content with leaving Washington D.C. in the rear view mirror after his job was done.

“ Primary to apprehending the actual is to read-what else?-military analysists and historians. Best in classs: Colonel Douglas MacGregor and Scott Ritter”

You mention two of my favorite analysts on the subject of the Russia/Ukraine conflict that I always tune to. Plus I tap into RT and Sputnik rarely, more into the Saker. But I found all these sources pale compared to the information I get from Martin Armstrong about the history of Ukraine and the motivation behind the enmity to Russia. Armstrong is about the most competent analyst who manages to connect the dots of seemingly unrelated events especially when it comes to factors related to the Western economic and monetary reality on the one hand and the belligerence of the Western powers on the other hand.

“This is interpretation that is mixed with speculation, a qualitative statement, not a quantitative one. It’s best to stay objective.“

But then one has to also refer to his intuition based on the experiences that he had been exposed to. As one who has been influenced and educated by Westerners, I learnt through many events in the Middle East that impacted my life, like Western wars of imperialism and a university education where I had to discard most of what I was taught with respect to humanities, to take the Western narrative with a grain of salt. And I often felt that Western analysis of political events puts a lot of emphasis on the quantitative at the expense of the qualitative, in the sense of too much data but meager common sense.

I often read your comments with pleasure and interest and I would always look forward to your constructive critique of my comments or any others.

The other thing is, the Nazis took over the Third World too. The Kennedy doctrine (see the inaugural address) posited that the allegiance of the uncommitted mass would be fulcrum point on which the battle between East (meaning, communism) and the West turned. Ended up that neither side collected the marbles. The Third World turned ferociously against the West without exactly embracing Marxism or Soviet communism.

My thought is, the surviving Nazi underground played a large role in instigating the extremes of anti-Western sentiment in non-European world which eventually developed. Waldheim was their front man, frankly visible for anyone who was willing to see.

Aside from the implicit projection in that idiot statement, which “democracy” pushes gender reassignment surgery for children

Back to the tranny obsession. As if that justifies blowing people up.

Most people in the US do not support giving teenagers hormones.

Just because liberals come out with wacky sexual beliefs does not mean that the majority of American Whites follow them. Our problems with liberals won’t be solved by ending democracy and handing complete power over to an insecure loser. The left will eventually be defeated through free speech and not the suppression of it. The left is terrified of open discussions regarding human biology much as Putin is terrified of letting the people speak their minds. Controlling ideologies are threatened by the internet and it isn’t going away.

Let’s say that Russia took Ukraine. So what does that do to our liberals? Absolutely nothing. Over 200k Whites will be dead. What exactly is gained? Liberals in the US continue to promote their warped values and our weak conservatives eventually submit to them. That is the problem and cheering as some loser Slav dictator who blows up White Orthodox Christians is not a solution.

Seriously? Clearly John Dick hasn’t been paying attention, what with the hordes of non-white illegals swarming over a certain “democracy’s” southern border – do we really need to elaborate?

The point was that Russia isn’t a model for the West. They can’t even claim a growing White population and they have the largest and fastest growing Muslim population in Europe.

There is a common delusion among Putin supporters that Russia is an ethno-state. Russia has over 100 ethnic groups and they have their own “hate speech” laws where discussing racial genetics is illegal. Putin just cited “Muslim and Buddhist” values as key to Russia in a speech.

In fact they will suffer from brain drain by chasing intelligent Whites to the border. Very similar to how liberals have gene denial and *want to believe* that replacing Whites with third worlders won’t affect the economy or standard of living. Both Putin and the left want to believe that Whites aren’t special and really aren’t needed. Putin makes that clear in his actions by making abortion widely available in Moscow/St. Petersburg while shrugging at their exponentially growing Muslim population.

I can dig it. I know what I meant, but got too abstract. I know better.

Distilled down it is this: The events unfolded since the invasion are mostly unintended results and reactions, i.e., unforeseen and thereby not stimulated or caused by Putin, et al. Or, they are all or close to being what the projected results were to be, like cause-effect-cause-effect, with several cause/effects being options or multiples. Example: A (cause) can result in B (result) or C (result) etc.

This is a more concrete way of explaining the Null Hypothesis, which is a shorthand way of referring to the validity of cause-event or stimulus-response actions. And of course correlations.

Many people believe that events unfolded are mistakes, or are unintended and unforeseen. With more knowledge and depth of understanding, my opinion goes the other way. Putin and his team are formidable, historically and presently, by any measure.

I *think* (because I have no way to know what was the russian plan) they hoped to be able to quickly grab ok kill the leaders the current ukrainian adminstration officials and replace them with more russian-friendly ones who would then agree to Russian demands.

Yes the plan was to remove the Ukrainian government. That isn’t disputed and they caught Muslim hit squads that had orders to kill Zelensky. There were also POWs with captured plans showing the war was expected to last 2.5 weeks.

I am pointing out that Whiteny’s argument is weak for multiple reasons. Here it is again:
Well, that’s what Putin was doing when he sent his tanks into Ukraine. He was trying stop the killing of civilians living in the Donbas whose only fault was that they were ethnic Russians committed to their own culture and traditions. Is that a crime?

If it was truly about saving lives in Donbas then he would not have sent a massive military force at Kiev and without any regard for killing civilians (including ethnic Russians).

The rational move would be to issue an ultimatum and threaten force if the independent Republics are not recognized (note that they are no longer independent and just part of Russia).

There was no such ultimatum and in fact Russia cut off diplomatic ties.

Barring that rejection the next rational move would be to move tanks into Donbas. Sending missiles into residential areas does not show that you are trying to save lives. It shows that you are trying to terrorize Kiev into submitting. Putin went for it all and lost. After failing to take Kiev he then claimed that the goal had been Donbas the entire time.

    But more importantly:

Putin said in March that NATO was the main reason for the invasion. He only later said the main goal was Donbas after he failed to take Kiev. Whitney is hoping that his audience either has a 3 month memory or will play along because they don’t actually care about what is true or false.

Such bullshit might work in Russian State TV but here in the free world we have a record of his bullshit explanations. He went for it all and had to change his goals after failing to take Kiev. Can provide excerpts from his speeches if anyone would like.

The most logical explanation is that he has Parkinson’s and is playing Putin Khan while he can. He was trying to be a Peter the Great and will go down as a Nicholas II. In fact I pointed out in another post how a Mongol invasion in Asia was started this way. The head Khan was growing old and had health problems which lead him to risk a massive invasion.

Good and evil are older than any organized religion, but these creatures eventually dwelled amongst and within the Hebrews, slowly insinuating their way into the tribe. By the time of Christ, they completely dominated it. They dominate it to this day, and other tribes/nations that have “gone bad.”

I take exception to the ethnic “jewish line” because it diminishes the very purpose of being jewish.

When Christ was talking about the leadership, he was talking about and to that leadership. He was not referencing all jews or all leaders. In fact one leader singled among others is Nicodemus. It is hard to fathom Christ calling him a son of the devil as Nicodemus was defending Christ and even is responsible for ensuring a burial place, as I recall.

And Christ does say that generation will bear bare the guilt of Christ’s death and the wrongs committed against him —- but that is not akin to damning all jews to hell or likening all jews to devils.

Israel may be wayward, from the demands of the Torah, but that does make her evil or devils by definition.

No one has to agree with everything, every jew or any jew for that matter says.

“US provoked war, it almost certainly will precipitate a decline, and quite possibly a steep sudden decline.
This decline with our tremendous debt will be felt by all of us.”

This line of rationale simply makes no sense. Ukraine is not Russia — Russia is not Ukraine. They divorced many many years ago. As a single Ukraine has the right to dance as she will with others. She has no obligations to Russia. Russia has no obligations to Ukraine. What relations they do have for mutual existence is by agreement – by choice.

    uhh excuse me . . . this

“He was trying stop the killing of civilians living in the Donbas whose only fault was that they were ethnic Russians committed to their own culture and traditions. Is that a crime?”

complete nonsense. The reason there was a violent conflict at all is because the republics sought to sever the country and to do so by force. No one was stifling their culture. They were not barred from speaking Russian, They were not barred from practicing their faiths or exercising in their culture. This was about their choice to break Ukraine territorially minus any legal proceeding.

That is generally understood as initiating a revolution by force. And invited a response in kind.

No one was stifling their culture.

Wrong. The very first act of Rada after the 2014 coup was to rescind the language law that gave Russian a minority language status in the regions with a significant share of Russian speakers.

So, if the Jews of the gospels actually did represent Satanic values (i take no stance on that) it just means that they represented evil, not a supernatural being.

Perhaps but that is a lot of contextual explaining.

If you believe that Satan is a Jewish creation then it makes more sense to not reference him as a center of evil. You’re affirming that the moral universe has a Jewish center.

Even if that isn’t the intent it is how it appears.

Every eastern European fascist, Nazi and sundry other Rightwing human detritus hated the Soviet Union, because it defeated them and their Nazi allies. Another reason to admire the Soviet Union. PS Life in the Soviet ‘satellites’ was Paradise compared to the Hell of Latin America, where the USA ensured that Rightist scum still ruled, and the people lived in poverty and misery, accompanied by regular massacres and repressions.

I was just using the figures that were in play in the conversation. We could substitute Mara the Tempter from Buddhist tales. He appeared to the fasting and meditating Siddhartha in order to tempt him away from his mission of enlightenment. Sound familiar? That myth is about 500 years older than Satan tempting Christ to worship him during a 40 day fast in the desert.

None of the tired, sick NATO countries has any honor left, save Serbia and Hungary.

  260. “The very first act of Rada after the 2014 coup was to rescind the language law that gave Russian a minority language status in the regions with a significant share of Russian speakers..”

Uhhh no. The choice to recognize Ukrainian as the official language of Ukraine, did not prevent other languages from being spoken.

Russia has an official language — Russian. They have not outlawed the use of other cultures or languages. But for official purposes, legal processes, administrative purposes etc . . . the recognizes language is Russian. That does prevent the use pf other languages.

Ukraine is making use of the same practice used by countries around the world. They did not outlaw nor delimit the use of other languages. In fact Ukraine has repeatedly stressed the point that the use of other languages for general purposes (they don’t word it that way) is permitted without reservation.

This article is not going to age well as Putin continues to unleash his rage on Ukrainian civilians of Kiev (which includes killing women and children).

Yes sending in suicide drones to attack residential areas is considered aggression.

Might as well ask Ron to delete this article to save yourself some shame.

Putin has a limited number of Iranian attack drones and he is using them on civilians. Waiting for your follow-up defense for this mass murderer.

Actually you would be wrong on that and growing protest of people against their government would prove you wrong in Europe.
Of course it is under reported in the msm; where reporters keep their jobs by sticking to the ‘owner’ line. But it is already huge news. And you can’t stop us from making it a huge reality.

Sure it is painful for a Zionist shill “John Johnson” to observe how the Jewish homoerotic Fuehrer’s promise to turn Ukraine into a “big Israel” goes puff!

Here is a nice explanation of Jewish stupidity and bloodthirstiness exemplified by a Russophobic presstitute Anne Appleboum.

    Here is Applebaum’s stupid husband Sikorsky-Applebaum: https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/polish-eu-lawmaker-deletes-thank-you-usa-over-nord-stream-tw

Former Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski deletes his tweet “thanking” the US for the Nord Stream pipelines incident.

It was revealed that US military helicopters habitually and on numerous occasions circled for hours over the site of the Nord Stream pipelines incident near Bornholm Island earlier in September.
Flightradar24 data showed that earlier this month, a US Navy Seahawk helicopter spent hours loitering over the location of the damaged natural gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea near Bornholm for several days in a row, September 1, 2, and 3, in particular.

In terms of ugliness, Appleboum is a formidable competitor to Madeleine Albright, a member of another “holobiz survivors” family.

The death of 500.000 Iraqi children was worth it.

The Jewish Fuehrer Zelensky dancing in heels:

    Jewish Looters of Ukraine: https://truthundercover.com/zelensky-a-ukraine-billionaire-playing-west-for-fools/

Zelensky has accumulated $1.2 billion in the Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika in Costa Rica during the two and a half years of his presidency. This money was transferred to the president by Ukrainian oligarchs, such as Rinat Akhmetov, Viktor Pinchuk, Igor Kolomoisky.

A 2020 US Department of State Document outlining the corruption in Ukraine aligns with an Amnesty International document of the same time period. The summary of abuses includes:

Significant human rights issues included: unlawful or arbitrary killing; torture and cases of cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment of detainees by law enforcement personnel; arbitrary arrest or detention; serious problems with the independence of the judiciary; abuses in the Russia-led conflict in the Donbas, including physical abuse of civilians and members of armed groups held in detention facilities; serious restrictions on free expression, the press, and the internet, including violence, threats of violence, or unjustified arrests or prosecutions against journalists, censorship, and blocking of websites; serious acts of corruption; lack of investigation of and accountability for violence against women; … and the existence of the worst forms of child labor.

First, ‘People Power’ has pretty much nothing to do with putting people in power. We the people are faced with a piss poor choice of climbers and generally tend to vote for the least obnoxious among them.
Second, no ordinary people on this planet are ever likely to ‘clamour’ for nuclear war. Ever.
Third, the MSM should be put out of power because those are exactly the same people who always rally for war, even though ordinary people like me never want it.
Marshal McCluen: the media is the message.
There are plenty of us who don’t want to hear the message of war.

Are you still here, you dishonourable slimy Talmudic snake ?
Still peddling your nonsense I see.

Annamaria had you pegged when she wrote this about you in her comment :

Sure it is painful for a Zionist shill “John Johnson” to observe how the Jewish homoerotic Fuehrer’s promise to turn Ukraine into a “big Israel” goes puff!

Seeing as you are without honour, and keep propagating those mischievous untruths of yours, why not just go for the ‘Big Lie’ and post a whopper like the following article from Yahoo titled ‘Putin has lost more troops in Ukraine than US did in whole of Vietnam war’ :

    https://au.news.yahoo.com/putin-lost-more-troops-ukraine-101758497.html

According to the article, Russian officials claim that at least 61,000 Ukrainians soldiers have been killed (and reliable independent sources concur with that).
Therefore, seeing as the Anglo-Zionist propaganda asserts that Ukraine is winning the war, it stands to reason that there must be MORE Russian dead.
So they tacked on a few thousand to the tally of Ukrainian dead and conjured up the figure of 65,000 Russkies dead.

C’mon John Johnson (aka F*ck-Face Johnson/aka FFJ), are you going to stand for being outdone by Yahoo ?

Why don’t you come up with a phony headline of your own, claiming that ten times as many Russians (650,000) have met their maker ?

Better still, why not 650 MILLION ?

Let’s face it, your Talmudic brethren* are no less likely to believe that than the 65K figure, seeing as they’re both equally ludicrous.
(*After all, they believed that 6 million of your tribe perished in the Holohoax so it’s not as though they’re into critical analysis).
So why not go with it ?

While you’re at it, why not also post that video of yours from a few months ago showing a lone Ukrainian tank (likely in far off western Ukraine situated near the Polish border and thus hundreds of km from the battle front), firing shells at nothing in the distant wilderness.

You know the one, where you claimed that said tank single-handedly wiped out a whole Division of Russians (over 10,000 soldiers and hundreds of tanks/APC’s/heavy artillery – together with having shot down a squadron of MiG-35’s and several Russian spy satellites in Geosynchronous orbit), or whatever it was that you had conjured up in your imagination ?

C’mon, let’s see that again. That was good for a laugh.

The Western public are scum. They’re all up in arms about Russia’s intervention in the Ukraine but have done little to nothing to protest the Jewish invasion of Palestine over the past 70+ years. Look at how many scumbag Westerners are volunteering to go and fight and die for ZioNazis in the Ukraine over the past six months compared to how many have volunteered to go and fight for the Palestinians against Israel over the past 79+ years. Yeah, that says it all. There is no hope for them and their demise cannot come too soon in whatever form.

Also, for Americans in a region who preponderantly want to separate, it’s legal to rebel against Washington DC.

Pardon me, but that has been tried, quite seriously if not recently. A direct ancestor of my participated actively in the attempt, and learning about him introduced me to a number of ideas I never learned in school (which was some time ago).

Might may not make Right, but Right without Might as an ally is at a very serious disadvantage.
