The profit-maximizing corporations that covet your “digital health” data hide behind nonprofit umbrella groups that pose as public interest do-gooders. These vaccine passport profiteers are turning millions of human beings into walking QR codes in the name of fighting COVID-19 and under the guise of bringing “normalcy” back. It’s an unprecedented worldwide racket that rewards compliant sheep and punishes free-thinking, autonomy-seeking citizens.

Let’s name them.

Here in my adopted home of Colorado, the state government is pimping the Smart Health Card “allowing users to verify and share their vaccination status.” Who’s behind Smart Health Card technology, which is now being used in Canada, Puerto Rico, the Cayman Islands, Australia and a total of 12 states, including California, Washington state, Virginia, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Oregon — as well as CVS and Rite Aid pharmacies, Kaiser Permanente, UC Health, Walgreens, Walmart, Express Scripts and United Healthcare Services?

The Commons Project Foundation (known as “TCP”) is the massive nonprofit entity responsible for Smart Health’s dominance of the vaccine passport market. It says it “builds and operates digital platforms and services for the common good.” TCP oversees the Common Trust Network (which operates a global registry of organizations that issue vaccine passports). You will notice on every vaccine passport system’s website and in their public relations statements an emphasis on how these intrusive tracking measures are meant “to empower individuals with digital access to their vaccination records,” as Paul Meyer, CEO of The Commons Project, put it, to allow people “to safely return to travel, work, school and life while protecting their data privacy.”

TCP also created and collaborates with VCI, the Vaccination Credential Initiative.

Who is behind VCI? The nonprofit calls itself a “voluntary coalition of public and private organizations” committed to “empowering individuals to gain access to their verifiable clinical information,” including “a trustworthy and verifiable copy of their vaccination records in digital or paper form using open, interoperable standards.” Its steering group is a who’s who of for-profit Big Tech and Big Health corporations looking for ways to profit off personal data, including Apple, Microsoft, Cerner, Amazon Web Services, Google, Epic, the Mayo Clinic, Oracle, Salesforce, Evernorth (Cigna’s health services business) and something called the Mitre Corporation.

What is Mitre? It’s a nonprofit, Cold War-era conglomerate headquartered near the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and near the Deep State in McLean, Virginia, which oversees billions of dollars of federally funded research in the military, homeland security, cybersecurity and now, of course, the explosively lucrative health data market. According to Forbes, Mitre raked in \$1.8 billion in revenue in 2019 and boasts a \$2 billion budget funded by American taxpayers. One of its many government gigs includes a \$16.3 million contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help build “an enduring national capability to contain Covid-19,” plus a \$20 million joint partnership with the CDC on disease surveillance technology and services. As Forbes reported, the secretive military-industrial alliance brags ominously in its promotional material:

“You may not know it, but Mitre touches your life most every day.”

They’re everywhere.

ORDER IT NOW

Clear Secure Inc., the for-private biometric tech company that makes the touchless fast passes for airline travelers, jumped into the burgeoning vaccine passport industry this past year and filed to go public after announcing partnerships with Walmart; the NBA; and dozens of sports, entertainment, theater, casino and restaurant venues. According to one business reporter, “over 70,000 of Clear’s Health Passes are being used for venue admission weekly.”

In New York, 1.1 million residents have dutifully submitted to the Excelsior Pass regime. IBM Watson Works is behind the Big Apple and Empire State’s vaccine credentialing system, which it likened positively to a “credit score” and launched in the fall of 2020 in order for New Yorkers to “return to the activities they love.” According to Business Insider, the company generates \$1 billion in annual revenue.

What the vaccine passport profiteers’ feel-good, do-gooder propaganda won’t tell you is how the facade of pandemic philanthropy obscures the insatiable appetite of tech oligarchs collecting vast amounts of intimate health data by giving away “free” apps and software to control freak bureaucrats worldwide. They’re not doing you a favor. They’re using you to construct a totalitarian regime of vax-partheid that discriminates against anyone who dares follow the money to find the truth.

This isn’t about COVID-19 control. It’s about mind control. Know your enemies, and for the sake of what’s left of the land of the brave, do not comply.

  1. This is good reporting – lots of dots, insightfully connected.

  2. MITRE, good catch. MITRE is famous for the PTech sabotage caper. Prior to 911 MITRE placed an actual, official terrorist on a project that blinded DoD to FAA hijack alerts.

  3. The whole thing is a nightmare. Great reporting.
On a slightly different covid topic, I went to the CVS website and filled out their questionnaire for covid testing answering every question in a way that it would be impossible for me to have covid (but I do have asthma), yet their recommendation at the end was “We recommend that you get tested for covid.” Such a joke–everyone who can is making huge money off of the scam.

I fully believe this is definitely a control thing. Granted, I do believe Covid is a real thing, but they've taken it and used it to suit their own dark agenda. Call me a crazy lady, I realize how all of this does sound conspiracy-theoryist, but really, they're ones to talk. Why is it that they can get away with lies and delusion about natural things (like female and male), and yet it's "crazy" to say that you can see right through their ulterior motives? Ms. Michelle, I want to especially thank you for your articles. You know EXACTLY what you're talking about! And the fact that you're a woman, and "brown" (so am I), makes it all the more powerful for convincing those who really need to know this. You're a refreshing voice, and I just hate to see how what is truly right and decent being smeared constantly, while the scum always seem to thrive. I liken it to a tumor. Left to just grow, it will grow bigger and bigger, then turn from benign to malignant, and finally deadly and eat you alive. That's what's happened to our society, so steeped in the truly disgusting.

  4. “Chris’ vast experience, including his recent role on MITRE Labs’ advisory committee, coupled with his expertise, leadership, and management of R&D programs, will foster the delivery of groundbreaking new insights and ideas aligned with MITRE’s public interest mission and support our sponsors across six federally funded R&D centers.”
Fuck the united states and it’s government for federally supporting this shit. Hey, Americans, your government is not yours, it’s been hijacked.
By acting like pussies and letting your corporates go wild you all are letting the world get screwed. What the heck has happened to your license to carry? 2nd amendment is it? shove it up your pussies.

  5. The great boondoggle of “Smart Health” in Canada was rolled out in individual provinces. It was sold on the basis of allowing only those in the medical field with a “need to know” your medical history in order to provide better treatment, access to that information. Legislation exists in every province outlining who has a need to know and when, as well as fines and penalties for breaches. There is no “need to know” for a restaurant, grocery store, or any other entity not providing medical medical treatment, but that hasn’t stopped governments here from requiring you divulge medical information to them, even if the law prevents such intrusions.

  6. There’s no way to stop digital ID. So, instead of the hopeless mission to try to stop implementation, we should support independent tech companies on our side to maximize implementation of services that offer more control of data and minimize data harvesting.

If it is inevitable, the best option would be to overwhelm it with garbage data to the point where it becomes useless to anyone.

  10. Wow! We moved the phone system (a big NORTEL PBX) for Mitre in the mid eighties! They had a funky building. In our service department their nickname became Dimitri. Good times.

  11. I remember Mitre back then it was as crap to be associates with them!

  13. As usual Ms Malkin misses the forest for the trees. This is a longish story. Recall the OJ Simpson trial and the DNA evidence? The inventor of the PCR DNA test at that time said we do not have enough data to use a DNA test to include someone for a crime, merely to exclude because the DNA tests in use at the time only sampled a portion of DNA. Mullis pointed out that we needed larger DNA data bases to be useful. Fast forward to the early 2000s. A company named Illumina controls most of the DNA testing market because it owns the patents to the best DNA testing equipment. The problem was no one needs DNA tests–so Illumina started creating markets. Its first big market was non invasive pre natal testing where it can screen the blood of pregnant women to find the baby’s DNA and tell women to abort defective babies. All of your 39 year old pregnant friends who “miscarry” actually got a bad Illumina test and “treated” the bad pregnancy. Illumina also branched out to collect data–hence thins like 23 and me. Illumina is a behind the scenes partner in all of those test your DNA things that purport to tell you your ancestry. Illumina’s ancestry matching, however, is only as good as its data pool. The more data it gets, the more the picture changes. Why does your Italian DNA profile show north African DNA? Recall Ancient Rome controlled North Africa and brought slaves back to Rome. Illumina’s major problem is it needs more raw DNA data to understand what it can learn from DNA.

Illumina and Google have partnered in a venture to do DNA testing for cancer. You “prove up” that testing works by collecting lots of data. “Grail,” the DNA testing concern birthed by Illumina and Google, will sell you a test for about \$1200 to find out early if you have cancer. Illumina and Google want to develop more blood/DNA tests because those are not one time tests, but those are tests that you need to take yearly or every 6 months. That means lots of profit for them.

Now to Ms Malkins breathless report. Ms Malkin as usual has missed everything. For at least 20 years, folks like Google and Illumina have created data collection tools. The cards and vaccine information Ms Malkin is so scared of has little to do with manipulating you, but everything to do with giving the DNA testing folks more data so they can test for more things and make you pay them more money regularly. Are the cancers detectable by Grail treatable? In many cases no. Once you collect the vaccine data and you can compare the DNA results of the vaccinated to the unvaccinated you have another vital data point.

Remember too, there is more money to be made for medicine by treating long term conditions instead of curing them. Think high blood pressure. How much do you spend on maintenance medicines? What would it be like if there was a one time pill that cured it? The beauty of testing is that it never ends you always need more. Testing is “incurable.” The point of data collection is that with more data you can manufacture more tests. With AI, machine learning, large fast super computers, and such the companies like Illumina and Google let the machines crunch the data and point the companies at places to go.

Ms Malkin needs to think bigger picture, look at more data herself, and connect more dots. Her thinking here is quite small.
