Is the proxy war in Ukraine turning out to be only a lead-up to something larger, involving world famine and a foreign-exchange crisis for food- and oil-deficit countries?

Many more people are likely to die of famine and economic disruption than on the Ukrainian battlefield. It thus is appropriate to ask whether what appeared to be the Ukraine proxy war is part of a larger strategy to lock in U.S. control over international trade and payments. We are seeing a financially weaponized power grab by the U.S. Dollar Area over the Global South as well as over Western Europe. Without dollar credit from the United States and its IMF subsidiary, how can countries stay afloat? How hard will the U.S. act to block them from de-dollarizing, opting out of the U.S. economic orbit?

U.S. Cold War strategy is not alone in thinking how to benefit from provoking a famine, oil and balance-of-payments crisis. Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum worries that the world is overpopulated – at least with the “wrong kind” of people. As Microsoft philanthropist (the customary euphemism for rentier monopolist) Bill Gates has explained: “Population growth in Africa is a challenge.” His lobbying foundation’s 2018 “Goalkeepers” report warned: “According to U.N. data, Africa is expected to account for more than half of the world’s population growth between 2015 and 2050. Its population is projected to double by 2050,” with “more than 40 percent of world’s extremely poor people … in just two countries: Democratic Republic of the Congo and Nigeria.”

Gates advocates cutting this projected population increase by 30 percent by improving access to birth control and expanding education to “enable more girls and women to stay in school longer, have children later.” But how can that be afforded with this summer’s looming food and oil squeeze on government budgets?

South Americans and some Asian countries are subject to the same jump in import prices resulting from NATO’s demands to isolate Russia. JPMorgan Chase head Jamie Dimon recently warned attendees at a Wall Street investor conference that the sanctions will cause a global “economic hurricane.” He echoed the warning by IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva in April that, “To put it simply: we are facing a crisis on top of a crisis.” Pointing out that the Covid pandemic has been capped by inflation as the war in Ukraine has made matters “much worse, and threatens to further increase inequality” she concluded that: “The economic consequences from the war spread fast and far, to neighbors and beyond, hitting hardest the world’s most vulnerable people. Hundreds of millions of families were already struggling with lower incomes and higher energy and food prices.”

The Biden administration blames Russia for “unprovoked aggression.” But it is his administration’s pressure on NATO and other Dollar Area satellites that has blocked Russian exports of grain, oil and gas. But many oil- and food-deficit countries see themselves as the primary victims of “collateral damage” caused by US/NATO pressure.

Is world famine and balance-of-payments crisis a deliberate US/NATO policy?

On June 3, African Union Chairperson Macky Sall, President of Senegal, went to Moscow to plan how to avoid a disruption in Africa’s food and oil trade by refusing to become pawns in the US/NATO sanctions. So far in 2022, President Putin noted: “Our trade is growing. In the first months of this year it grew by 34 percent.” But Senegal’s President Sall worried that: “Anti-Russia sanctions have made this situation worse and now we do not have access to grain from Russia, primarily to wheat. And, most importantly, we do not have access to fertilizer.”

U.S. diplomats are forcing countries to choose whether, in George W. Bush’s words, “you are either for us or against us.” The litmus test is whether they are willing to force their populations to starve and shut down their economies for lack of food and oil by stopping trade with the world’s Eurasian core of China, Russia, India, Iran and their neighbors.

Mainstream Western media describe the logic behind these sanctions as promoting a regime change in Russia. The hope was that blocking it from selling its oil and gas, food or other exports would drive down the ruble’s exchange rate and “make Russia scream” (as the U.S. tried to do to Allende’s Chile to set the stage for its backing of the Pinochet military coup). Exclusion from the SWIFT bank-clearing system was supposed to disrupt Russia’s payment system and sales, while seizing Russia’s \$300 billion of foreign-currency reserves held in the West was expected to collapse the ruble, preventing Russian consumers from buying the Western goods to which they had become accustomed. The idea (and it seems so silly in retrospect) was that Russia’s population would rise in rebellion to protest against how much more Western luxury imports cost. But the ruble soared rather than sunk, and Russia quickly replaced SWIFT with its own system linked to that of China. And Russia’s population began to turn away from the West’s aggressive enmity.

Evidently some major dimensions are missing from the U.S. national-security think-tank models. But when it comes to global famine, was a more covert and even larger strategy at work? It is now looking like the major aim of the U.S. war in Ukraine all along was merely to serve as a catalyst, an excuse to impose sanctions that would disrupt the world’s food and energy trade. Additionally to manage this crisis in a way that would afford U.S. diplomats an opportunity to confront Global South countries with the choice “Your loyalty and neoliberal dependency or your life?” In the process, this would “thin out” the world’s non-white populations that so worried Mr. Dimon and the WEF.

ORDER IT NOW

There must have been the following calculation: Russia accounts for 40% of the world’s grain trade and 25 percent of the world fertilizer market (45 percent if Belarus is included). Any scenario would have included a calculation that if so large a volume of grain and fertilizer was withdrawn from the market, prices would soar, just as they have done for oil and gas.

Adding to the disruption in the balance-of-payments of countries having to import these commodities, the price is rising for buying dollars to pay their foreign bondholders and banks for debts falling due. The Federal Reserve’s tightening of interest rates has caused a rising premium for U.S. dollars over euros, sterling and Global South currencies.

It is inconceivable that the consequences of this on countries outside of Europe and the United States were not taken into account, because the global economy is an interconnected system. Most disruptions are in the 2 to 5 percent range, but today’s US/NATO sanctions are so far off the historical track that price increases will soar substantially above the historic range. Nothing like this has happened in recent times.

This suggests that what appeared in February to be a war between Ukrainians and Russia is really a trigger intended to restructure the world economy – and to do so in a way to lock U.S. control over the Global South. Geopolitically, the proxy war in Ukraine has been a handy excuse for America’s to counter China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

The choice confronting Global South countries: to starve by paying their foreign bondholders and bankers, or to announce, as a basic principle of international law: “As sovereign countries, we put our survival above the aim of enriching foreign creditors who have made loans that have gone bad as a result of their choice to wage a new Cold War. As for the destructive neoliberal advice that the IMF and World Bank have given us, their austerity plans were destructive instead of helpful. Therefore, their loans have gone bad. As such, they have become odious.”

NATO policy has given Global South countries no choice but to reject its attempt to establish a U.S. food stranglehold on the Global South by blocking any competition from Russia, thereby monopolizing the world’s grain and energy trade. The major grain exporter was the heavily subsidized U.S. farm sector, followed by Europe’s highly subsidized Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). These were the main grain exporters before Russia entered the picture. The US/NATO demand is to roll back the clock to restore dependency on the Dollar Area and its eurozone satellites.

The implicit Russian and Chinese counterplan

What is needed for the world’s non-US/NATO population to survive is a new world trade and financial system. The alternative is world famine for much of the world. More people will die of the sanctions than have died on the Ukrainian battlefield. Financial and trade sanctions are as destructive as military attack. So the Global South is morally justified in putting its sovereign interests above those of the wielders of international financial and trade weaponry.

First, reject the sanctions and reorient trade to Russia, China, India, Iran and their fellow members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). The problem is how to pay for imports from these countries, especially if U.S. diplomats extend sanctions against such commerce.

There is no way that Global South countries can pay for oil, fertilizer and food from these countries and also pay the dollar debts that are the legacy of U.S.-sponsored neoliberal trade policy subject to U.S. and eurozone protectionism.

Therefore, the second need is to declare a debt moratorium – in effect, a repudiation – of the debts that represent loans gone bad. This act would be analogous to the 1931 suspension of German reparations and Inter-Ally debts owed to the United States. Quite simply, today’s Global South debts cannot be paid without subjecting debtor countries to famine and austerity.

A third corollary that follows from these economic imperatives is to replace the World Bank and its pro-U.S. policies of trade dependency and underdevelopment with a genuine Bank for Economic Acceleration. Along with this institution is a fourth corollary in the form of the new bank’s sibling: a replacement for the IMF free of austerity junk economics and subsidy of America’s client oligarchies coupled with currency raids on countries resisting U.S. privatization and financialization takeovers.

The fifth requirement is for countries to protect themselves by joining a military alliance as an alternative to NATO, to avoid being turned into another Afghanistan, another Libya, another Iraq or Syria or Ukraine.

The main deterrent to this strategy is not U.S. power, for it has shown itself to be a paper tiger. The problem is one of economic consciousness and will.

And the premise of the satirical comedy “Idiocracy” is correct also. The dumbest have most of the children, while the most intelligent remain childless.

Because, if you ask me, if both of these countries are not any longer US aligned, the middle east will be unrecognizable 5 years down. Interesting times indeed.

  7. TG says:

yes, this is the fault of the wester elites – but mostly because they have lied about Malthus, and pushed and screamed to maximize population growth for over a century. Yes really! Sure Gates and company will talk like ‘overpopulation’ is bad but in reality they do everything possible to maximize it.

When countries like Mexico or Syria etc. engage in “pro-natalist” policies, our ruling class is silent about the resulting poverty. When a country like China moderates its fertility rate and lifts a billion people out of poverty – oh no, that had everything to do with “market reforms” even though it’s absurd to think that China’s population could have continued to increase to 12 billion and beyond and they still would have been able to achieve food production at three times subsistence…

Look at India. Not that long ago, there were tremendous increases in food production. If the Indian people had limited themselves to 1 or 2 or 3 children, they would have become prosperous. Instead, they averaged seven, and the resulting population growth wiped out 500 years of western scientific and technological progress. Remember: that massive increases in food production was produced by adults using existing tools and resources. The presence or absence of a mass of chronically malnourished children in no way affected the increase in food – it just determined whether the increase in food would support a moderate number of people in plenty, or a massive number in poverty.

And now India’s fertility rate has dropped to 2 children per family – but only because they are so poor that they physically can’t support more! Grain production per capita remains constant at about 150 kg/person/year, which is low subsistence. The incidence of chronic malnutrition to the point of stunting is as bad or worse than ever. If someone has two kids and they are severely malnourished, they can’t very well have 7, can they?

We have been lied to: Malthus never predicted a global apocalypse. Malthus only described how the world works: if people have the physical maximum number of children they possibly can, they will soon drive themselves into subsistence level poverty, and that will stabilize the population. But the rich LOVE poverty, so they don’t want them to get ideas, and when they do create prosperity they work like crazy to cancel it out by importing gate surplus population of some other poorer place.

Famine is only nature’s means of last resort, and rarely happens (and even then is mostly due to politics or war). Remember, it is impossible for the people to go below subsistence. What will likely happen in the third world is not so much mass starvation – at least as long as the reduction in food is not too much too fast – but third-world population growth will simply slow down, and the population tracks the food supply at the level of subsistence.

Consider again Africa: for decades now the African shave been told, over and over, that someone would could reasonably support 1 or 2 or 3 kid having nine, cannot possibly be a bad thing, no, it’s strength! It produce a dynamic growing economy with more for all! At this point if you really did try to tell the African that where they were headed was going to grind them down to the level of Pakistan or Bangladesh, they’d assume you were lying to them and just wanted to keep them poor and weak…

  8. Not more than three billion people can exist relatively safe and comfortably on the Earth. The Earth is not growing with population. The pollution does.

So it’s perfectly sane and even necessary to begin addressing this problem as soon as possible. The longer people wait the harder it will be to handle in the future.

Population control, eugenics, and internationalism should for the basis of the future world. At the same time, the unique qualities and properties of all races must be preserved.

All people should be able to speak at least four languages. The economy must be socialist, and religion should be based on Buddhism – a universal faith in which all are equal.

But that’s not going to happen.

What is going to happen – Russia, the land of Russia, the land of clear water and fertile fields, and green forest and mountains and fresh air, deep lakes and rivers – this land is priceless.

Those who inhabit the land of Russia are going to survive whatever is coming.

A war, a hunger, a pandemic, a drought – none of this is unmanageable when the resources of Russia are at hand. The rest of the world will be a desert, perhaps a kill zone. Aqua Cola and all that.

But in Russia there is hope. For that all of them want Russia. A big war is inevitable.

There is no humane solution to the problem, and, if you read Mr Hudson carefully, he doesn’t actually recommend one.
All the rest of the World can do is seal its borders to African migrants and let nature take its effect, Many hundreds of millions of Africans will die, to be sure. But the alternative is to let them in and they will wreck every country they enter, which is what they are doing now. The Ukraine conflict will end Globalism. The Governments that replace the Globalists – in the West and elsewhere – will have a stark choice. Expel these migrants, enforce strong borders – or perish.

In an agrarian society, the more children, the better. As with the FED saying we need to reduce labor costs, children cost little relative to hired labor, they are loyal to the family and their tribe, so when war breaks out, they are a major strength.
And as we are seeing NOW with our waves of immigrants, demographics overcome intelligence, innovation and productivity. They eventually get the same voting and other rights as more skilled workers, and our masters get cheap labor.

  42. Z-man says:

The first part of this essay goes hand in glove with my ‘culling’ posts.
As I’ve said, specifically in regards to Africa, 750 million need to be culled from the dark continent.

  43. Children are essential to agrarian societies. They are cheap labor, more loyal to their families and clade than hired workers, a major asset in War, and are expendable and replaceable.
We now see the FED saying we MUST reduce Labor costs. Big families do that, as do unskilled workers pouring over the border. Of course capping CEOs pay relative to their average or lowest workers would also help, BUT THAT AIN’T HAPPENING (maybe in Sweden?)

  44. @follyofwar

If we don’t get a handle on African overpopulation, now devouring Europe, then we are all doomed, doomed by our virtue signaling and counterproductive Christian altruism.

The only effective way (barring eugenics and genocide…) is, IMO, to raise the living standards of those people.

Traditional and poor societies rely on having a lot of children to get some kind of assurance for their continuity. Large families are also synonym for “rich” and “powerful”, at least in relative terms.

Every country who before had problems with overpopulation, or with too large population growth, started to invert those tendencies when they became effectively richer, and populations became more educated and enjoying a better living standard.

Africa has been a basket case for decades if not centuries. The locals are too stupid to control their breeding. The “west” has supplied them with all forms of “free stuff” and that has naturally allowed them to increase their population and made the problem worse.

The Africans should sort out their own troubles and the “west” should stop shoveling in life support. The Europeans should eject all the invaders, bulldoze their mosques and use some of those howitzers to take out those “refuge” boats as an example of what others can expect. As long as there’s no down side to invading Europe, it will continue.

The same approach should be considered for the US southern border and all the invaders in the US. Pull the troops out of the Middle East and station them on the border with machine guns. Set up ample warning signs that crossing a certain line is suicide and then kill anything stupid enough not to heed the warning.

The solutions are obvious but everyone want to pretend a less drastic approach will work when clearly they haven’t. All the “human rights” arguments are disingenuous attempts to actually foster white replacement.

How can the majority low IQ Africans benefit from education when they haven’t the mental capacity to grasp what’s being provided? I regularly watch videos from the 3rd world where reality has kids working mines, breaking boulders down to aggregate for use in concrete, digging through and burning electronic waste for the precious metals while inhaling toxic fumes, etc. Their “leaders” are just crooks and steal any wealth the country has.

What’s kept the people relatively complacent is all the “free stuff” their gov’ts hand out along with subsidized staples. Part of that “free stuff” is supplied by the “west”. These goodies are coming to an end as economies all over the world get squeezed by current events. The availability or price of food staples alone will topple governments as has happened before under world wide better conditions.

At this point in time, if you aren’t prepared to face a worsening environment in the financialized economies of the “west” and the inevitable collapsing purchasing power of their currencies, then you will be blindsided by the violence that will result. As decent hard working people lose their homes, jobs, saving, marriages, etc, they will go looking for the culprits that engineered the crisis. The moocher welfare recipients will start rioting when their checks stop or don’t purchase much and they will target the shopkeepers and those that appear to be more fortunate; you. The starving children photos would not be due to nature as is usually the case, but due to the political sanctions imposed by the elites. How long before the elites would become embarrassed?

Oil Prices: The Powers can play with the gas prices, the public for the most part will adapt, either driving less or not at all and using other means of transport. Walk, ride a bike etc.

Sooner or later the oil companies and refineries will have to lower their prices or fold.

Food: Since oil/ gas prices affect this, people will chose more nutritious food and eat less. We are already a nation where eating is a sport.

At a restaurant recently I watched a family of 4 literally shovel the meal into their mouths and swallow everything barely chewed. Nutrition starts in the mouth so I doubt they got much nourishment from the meal in addition to clogging their innards with poorly chewed clumps of meat and potatoes, a pastry and ice cream desert, coffee and soda. What a combination ! Their digestive system must have worked overtime to process all that muck.

If food becomes more expensive people will have to choose between eating and the elite cell phone plan where they ogle every little shit that is posted. \$100 a month is a whole lot of money to spend putting shit into your head rather than food in your stomach.

Shopping will also have to be curtailed. Yesterday I watched a woman stump up \$625 (all on the credit card of course ) for some jeans that were ripped up, pale blue denim shorts that looked like rags and skimpy midriff tops made out of a cheap material. I in the meantime window shopped. My clothing is high quality and will last me for years. While I need enough clothes to get me to the weekly wash day, people have enough clothes to last them a year before laundry. As a European I have a few quality items that I wear over and over, Americans have a ton of clothes they mostly dont wear and throw away on a regular basis.

If there is a food shortage many Americans could go without food for a good 40 days. Some can fast for longer. Obesity is rampant, men with enormous gobs of fat, and grossly overweight women chowing down more food and soda drinks at the Mall is a common sight. I see 10 year old kids who should be skin and bones who are overweight with rolls of fat.

Notwithstanding all the above, a Government deliberately starting a famine is looking for trouble. A hungry population is an angry one and the elites may be shocked to see angry mobs assaulting their homes looking for food, looking for them and maybe even eating them.

Hence in my opinion the famine thing is nonsense. We need to eat less, eat quality, use our money more wisely. As to actual food scarcity this is just another drama to keep fools on edge !

As I read @Verymuchalive, he does not believe that anything can be done to save hundreds of millions of black Africans, and he believes that attempts to save them can only entangle European man in Africa’s ruin. Michael says this:

The implicit Russian and Chinese counterplan

What is needed for the world’s non-US/NATO population to survive is a new world trade and financial system. The alternative is world famine for much of the world. More people will die of the sanctions than have died on the Ukrainian battlefield. Financial and trade sanctions are as destructive as military attack. So the Global South is morally justified in putting its sovereign interests above those of the wielders of international financial and trade weaponry.

    and

Therefore, the second need is to declare a debt moratorium – in effect, a repudiation – of the debts that represent loans gone bad. This act would be analogous to the 1931 suspension of German reparations and Inter-Ally debts owed to the United States. Quite simply, today’s Global South debts cannot be paid without subjecting debtor countries to famine and austerity.

The 1931 suspension for Germany is an interesting historical reference.

Glazyev is quoting debt release for a more recent event:

    https://thecradle.co/Article/interviews/9135

The Cradle: Michael Hudson specifically asks that if this new system enables nations in the Global South to suspend dollarized debt and is based on the ability to pay (in foreign exchange), can these loans be tied to either raw materials or, for China, tangible equity ownership in the capital infrastructure financed by foreign non-dollar credit?

Glazyev: Transition to the new world economic order will likely be accompanied by systematic refusal to honor obligations in dollars, euro, pound, and yen. In this respect, it will be no different from the example set by the countries issuing these currencies who thought it appropriate to steal foreign exchange reserves of Iraq, Iran, Venezuela, Afghanistan, and Russia to the tune of trillions of dollars. Since the US, Britain, EU, and Japan refused to honor their obligations and confiscated the wealth of other nations which was held in their currencies, why should other countries be obliged to pay them back and to service their loans?

In any case, participation in the new economic system will not be constrained by the obligations in the old one. Countries of the Global South can be full participants of the new system regardless of their accumulated debts in dollars, euro, pound, and yen. Even if they were to default on their obligations in those currencies, this would have no bearing on their credit rating in the new financial system. Nationalization of extraction industry, likewise, would not cause a disruption. Further, should these countries reserve a portion of their natural resources for the backing of the new economic system, their respective weight in the currency basket of the new monetary unit would increase accordingly, providing that nation with larger currency reserves and credit capacity. In addition, bilateral swap lines with trading partner countries would provide them with adequate financing for co-investments and trade financing.

So, all eyes on Glazyev and the Russian Academy of Science. Do the Atlantacists still hold sway over the minds of Russians, and to some extent Putin? Is Russia’s money power sovereign?

Has Putin matured enough to turn away from his pandering to the (((finance class))) of the West?

Maybe it doesn’t matter anymore, because Dugin is required reading for the Military General Staff. Many Russians are pissed off at Putin from playing footsie with Atlantacists, people who want Russians dead, or at least to steal their country from beneath their feet.

There is an important corollary of life: If your ruling class is “not you” or like you, or has no sympathy with you, then you are screwed.

One of the issues with our friends, the (((creditor class))) is their international money and international outlook. They can always escape to bolt-holes somewhere on the earth, to then hide in their bunkers, and have Maria or Shaneeshaqua service them.

Stalin called them “rootless cosmopolitans,” and these types have been fleeing Russia. These rootless cosmopolitans have no connection to blood and soil, and are only in it for themselves, to take sordid gain.

Tragically the Ukrainians do have blood and soil claims, but they are funded by International Rootless Cosmopolitans. The Takfiris in Syria and elsewhere also took their mercenary blood money from the Atlantacist finance class.

Ukrainians, who have a legitimate connection to their land, bet wrong – especially by allowing a coke sniffing Jew homo into power, who takes his money from a fellow traveler Oligarch, who in turn plays footsie with Biden and the Western (((finance class))).

It will be a timing battle to provide an alternative. Compradors in the global south may suck on the tit of new dollar loans in the form of SDR’s, to then buy higher priced oil and grain from the West, to then prevent starvation, and to also allow loan servicing for our (((investor elites))). The edifice of Western debt is supported and Atlantacists get the global fracture they want. Euro-peons remain as peons.

China, Russia and Glazyev need to move with some urgency.

The truth appears to be that individuals of the mental caliber I have just described are much more exceptional in the negro than in the Anglo-Saxon race, and that average negroes possess too little intellect, self-reliance, and self-control to make it possible for them to sustain the burden of any respectable form of civilization without a large measure of external guidance and support. The Chinaman is a being of another kind, who is endowed with a remarkable aptitude for a high material civilization. He is seen to the least advantage in his own country, where a temporary dark age still prevails, which has not sapped the genius of the race, though it has stunted the developed the of each member of it, by the rigid enforcement of an effete system of classical education which treats originality as a social crime. All the bad parts of his character, as his lying and servility, spring from timidity due to an education that has cowed him, and no treatment is better calculated to remedy that evil than location in a free settlement. The natural capacity of the Chinaman shows itself by the success with which, notwithstanding his timidity, he competes with strangers, wherever he may reside. The Chinese emigrants possess an extraordinary instinct for political and social organization; they contrive to establish for themselves a police and internal government, and they give no trouble to their rulers so long as they are left to manage those matters by themselves. They are good-tempered, frugal, industrious, saving, commercially inclined, and extraordinarily prolific. They thrive in all countries, the natives of the Southern provinces being perfectly able to labor and multiply in the hottest climates.

Of all known varieties or mankind there is none so appropriate as the Chinaman to become the future occupant of the enormous regions which lie between the tropics, whose extent is far more vast than it appears,

The Chinaman isn’t really the enemy of European man. European man has an internal enemy, a parasite that he carries. Eject the parasite or die.

  81. @dimples

The Left can be right, or partly right, for the wrong reason, though.

The article is quite silly. Large scale famine has been largely eradicated for some time.

    Five points:

    1. Wealthy breeders. It is reasonable to surmise that the demographic transition (i.e. wealth followed by low fertility) must eventually be followed by an internal replacement, within the transitioned population, of the low-fertility wealthy by the voluntarily high-fertility wealthy—the latter of whose propensity to reproduce while wealthy breeds true. Consider for example Mormons and Amish respectively in the western and eastern United States. Or for a more straightforward national (rather than religious) example, consider France and the French. So it is not merely a surmise, is it? Some credible data suggest that the demographic untransition is already starting to occur in earnest.

    2. Limits to growth. It is an engineering impossibility for industrial or agricultural output to continue, on this finite planet, to grow exponentially without limit. Sooner or later, growth cannot but hit a hard wall. The only questions (and this is where the Left goes wrong) regard when that hard wall will be hit and how brutal, for whom, the impact will be.

    3. A crowded earth. I suggest that life would already be better if earth’s population were a third what it now is, or better a quarter, or a fifth. Just to take a very small example, instead of being an unaffordable luxury, proper hardwood flooring would be cheap. (Heck, Americans used to use hardwoods for campfires, as recently as the 1960s, without giving the matter much thought. That’s what a smaller population does for you.)

    4. White interests, preëminent. I do not wish my kin to be forced to join a global race to the Malthusian bottom; and simultaneously, being white, I strongly feel that it is not white people’s duty to solve the Malthusian problem. Whites, 25 percent of the world’s population as recently as 1850, trend toward 10 percent today. Whites have done their share. Whites have done much more than their share. If I had my way, white women internationally with IQs over 110 would start averaging four or five children each forthwith, the better for whites to muscle their way back into a future that is now being stolen from their progeny.

    5. Contradiction. If you think that points 3 and 4 contradict one another, you are right in a sense; but the question ought not to be, “How can whites further sacrifice to try to solve the problem at their own expense while alien black Africans greedily consume the sacrifice?” Rather, the question ought to be, “How did whites ever let themselves be maneuvered into a position in which points 3 and 4 should contradict?”

Whites have had enough counsel of despair, say I. It is time for whites to win again. To win, though, whites want a hard-eyed, no-nonsense, analytical appraisal of the global demographic/economic trend whites face—the better the reverse the trend and to turn it again toward white advantage. Then, without further delay, whites want more babies—a lot more.

    Hail victory.

If you see individuals who hate people of African origin in the United States and extend their hatred towards Africans – poor and defenseless – in the continent while pretending to care for them then you have every right to characterize their behaviour as it is without being prevented by Godwin’s Law.

Godwin’s law itself can be applied mistakenly or abused as a distraction, diversion or even as censorship, when fallaciously miscasting an opponent’s argument as hyperbole when the comparison made by the argument is appropriate. Mike Godwin himself has also criticized the overapplication of Godwin’s law, claiming it does not articulate a fallacy; but rather is intended to reduce the frequency of inappropriate and hyperbolic comparisons. “Although deliberately framed as if it were a law of nature or of mathematics,” Godwin wrote, “its purpose has always been rhetorical and pedagogical: I wanted folks who glibly compared someone else to Hitler to think a bit harder about the Holocaust.”

You can take your dreams and masturbation to genocide of Indians somewhere else. It is not happening. Maybe you are some centuries too late when during the Islamic Imperial invasions, Indians millions of hapless Hindus were genocided ruthlessly. You could have masturbated to the mass murders then, you are centuries late.
Now, India is a major food producer, an agriculture superpower. So you will not be seeing Indians starving to death.
Firstly, such tactics are used by Indian police on different occasions on people of all religions. Press TV cunningly shows that such actions have only been taken against Muslims. But these tactics are used by police for riot controls where Muslims are not even involved. Iran be better be careful about using propaganda against India because it has cupboards full of skeletons. India can dig of all the mass murders done by the Islamic Republic.
Secondly, Iran has no right to interfere in the internal affairs of India. If Iran complains about American interference in its affairs, how does it believe it has a right to interfere in a sovereign state of India. Muslims of India are Indian citizens, it is none of the business of foreign countries to interfere. This will be blatant interference of a foreign country into Indian affairs. And then do not complain if the West interferes in Iranian affairs.
Iran should stay away from such cheap anti-Indian propaganda and decide if it wants India, a country if hyper patriotic 1 billion people as its enemy.
Also remember, Indian Nationalists know about Iranian Emperor Nadir Shah’s looting of India. Looted wealth accumulated by taxing of millions of poor Indian peasant, a looting much bigger than any European power. Looted by Iranians. If India asks for compensation with interest, it will be a huge amount today. I think Iran should be very careful. India is in a hyper-nationalistic mode right now.

This act would be analogous to the 1931 suspension of German reparations and Inter-Ally debts owed to the United States. Quite simply, today’s Global South debts cannot be paid without subjecting debtor countries to famine and austerity.

An odd thought I had while reading this paragraph was the possibility of Russia transferring set amounts of the money stolen from them by the EU and US to nations who are in a desperate debt condition. It would of course be a “paper” transaction, and that debtor nation could then turn around and say to the EU/US that the gift is to be credited against their own debt.

This would certainly be more “legal” than the plain theft of the Russian money, and would present a fig leaf of respectability at the very least.

Four Egyptian Shia Muslims have been killed in a mob attack in a village near the capital Cairo, officials say.

The attack on Sunday targeted a house where a group of Shia worshippers had gathered for a religious ceremony.

The attackers accused those gathered of trying to spread Shia beliefs, reports say.

Shia Muslims are a small minority in predominantly Sunni Muslim Egypt, but anti-Shia rhetoric has increased recently due to the conflict in Syria.

Eyewitnesses told the BBC that an anti-Shia crowd numbering at least several hundred formed around the house.

The mob then reportedly demanded the Shia leave the house before storming it and trying to set it alight.

Images from the incident show the victims being dragged through the streets.

One of those killed was a local Shia leader, Hassan Shehata, officials say.

Eight others were injured in the attack, according to security sources.

A health ministry spokesman told Egypt’s Mena news agency that the bodies “showed numerous puncture wounds and severe bruising”.

One eyewitness, Hazem Barakat, told the Ahram newspaper that police stood by and did nothing to stop the attack.

As in other countries in the region, anti-Shia rhetoric has been on the rise in Egypt due to the civil war in Syria, which has often been described in sectarian terms.

Earlier this month, an influential Egyptian cleric called on Sunni Muslims to go to Syria to join the battle against President Bashar al-Assad.

Even India is hovering just below replacement, while China is far below replacement, and all the OECD countries and relatives are far below. Even modest general development is enough to precipitate the demographic transition. For Africa, it might take little more than the global North ceasing to loot and wreck the place; general development could then proceed normally or nearly so.

It’s kind of interesting that Klaus’ klan is called the World Economic Forum as a look at their talks and website reveals a primary interest in issues that would not normally be categorized as issues of “Economy.”.

But perhaps that is looking at “Economics” from the wrong angle.

Don’t ask for citations, but from my readings, I recall that fertility was central to Classical economic growth models. In fact, it is from these models that economics earned it’s nickname, the dismal science.

The essential idea rests on declining marginal productivity of labor in relation to land.

When population is small relative to land, labor productivity is high, and hence output/consumption per capita is high, i.e. times are good.

When times are good, fertility is high, leading population to grow faster, leading labor productivity to fall, and per capita consumption to fall, in turn leading to lower fertility/survival rates, until the labor to land ratio is brought into line with the carrying capacity of agriculture.

In short, there is a natural ratio of labor to land that in the long run cannot be surpassed unless some tech change permanently raises agricultural productivity.

Essentially these Classical era models were the Solow growth model but with “Land” instead of “Kapital” being the non labor factor.

Maybe when they say “Economic Forum” they mean “Dismal Forum.”

[Unprovoked attacks on Muslims by Hindu mobs have become routine in India, but they seem to evoke little condemnation from the government.]

Is India a racist country? This is an Indian paper talking about themselves:

    https://www.thehindu.com/opinion/op-ed/is-india-a-racist-country/article17854153.ece

[In India, racism is practiced in some quarters and by some Indians.

To an outsider like myself, when I begin to process this blatantly discriminatory attitude, I find that this racism is linked to the prevalent caste system which is very hierarchical. Black people, Dalits and untouchables somehow seem to be linked to this caste system which is discriminatory and excludes people.
We are deeply disappointed and hurt that the Government of India has not condemned the attacks against us. The government must say this is wrong and that it will deal with it in an appropriate manner. The government has to acknowledge there is a deep-rooted prejudice first.]
    OR
[India Is the Most Racist Country I Have Been To” — an African-American’s POV

In February of 2016, a Tanzanian student in Bangalore was pulled out of her car, assaulted and stripped by an angry mob after a 35-year-old pedestrian was knocked down by a Sudanese student in another car. This horrific incident added fuel to the “India is racist” debate, with light being shone on various other indicators of our racial intolerance as a country.Terms such as “colonial hangover” and “xenophobia” flew across social media, and the hypocrisy of our intolerance was pointed out, since Indians travelling abroad often complain about white-world countries discriminating against them for being “brown.”]

And European Colonialism started because of Muslims conquests. It was the Islamic conquest of Constantinople which sparked, the desire by some Europeans to seek new routes to the Indies and Asia, and the competition in this among European powers, led to European Empires. So Muslims are partly responsible for European colonialism itself.

The Indian Muslims are NOT invaders in their own country. You gullible and racist person do not know that before the invasion of the Christian British into India to colonize the country for many centuries, the ruler in India was the Mughal Empire where they adopted Islam as their religion and Persian as their language. The Christian British overthrew the dynasty and outlawed Persian language in India, but they forced their own language English on Population of India to put one against the other in order to control their fucking ‘jewel’ for many centuries and apparently the Hindu loved to serve British and their language with pleasure for so many centuries.
The British, in order to keep their slaves in India, had to invade other countries in the region, including Afghanistan, but the Afghani people are very proud and do not like to serve others, therefore, kicked the British out many times until the British got the message and escaped, like Americans.
If you don’t like immigration, then fuck off from other countries and stop your fucking invasions, political and economical influence, and wars to steal other people’s resources. Now you are stealing Syrian oil and Iranian oil at sea, but the Iranian captured their stolen oil from your throat. If you stay longer in the region you will receive a kick in the ass.
Why the evil empire is in the West Asia, North Africa, Latin America, Europe, China sea, Central Asia and many other regions where people clearly say get lost. The Iraqi Parliament passed a bill 2 years ago, demanding American troops get lost from Iraq, including the Kurdish region in the North, but Americans have not done it yet, using their influence and terrorism in order to stay.

The Americans thinks that they can hide in the northern part of the country, but the law which was passed by the parliament applies to all of Iraq. This applies to Syria as well. Please read President Assad’s reply to a question:
Intervention: Does this also apply to the Kurdish forces?

President Assad: The Kurdish issue is different. If we look at it from a national perspective, the Kurds constitute an ethnicity that has existed in Syria throughout history; the majority of them are patriotic. However, there are some who are not, just as there are also some Arabs, non-Arabs who are also not patriotic and who act as agents for others, especially Americans. The issue has nothing to do with the president or with political opposition, the issue here is the unity of the Syrian homeland.

The notion of multiple ethnicity taking the form of cantons or federations is the beginning of division, whereas the Syrian diversity within a framework of national unity is enriching, and we view this positively. Ethnic, religious and sectarian diversity enriches Syrian society, not the other way. However, when it is presented in the wrong framework it becomes a curse and this is something we do not allow.

No, the dynasty was not weaken by the time the East India Company arrived in India, August 1608.
The Mughals gratually were weaken due to many factors including invasion, fighting among themselves led the empire declined. but also influence of many western countries on the Empire’s affairs including the East India Company brought the empire down.

The Mughals built one of the greatest empires of their time and had a lasting influence on Indian history and culture. The dynasty was notable for its more than two centuries of effective rule over much of India, for the ability of its rulers, and for its administrative organization. The Mughal emperors notably promoted art and learning. But bad policies and hight taxes created widespread resentment and rebellion against the Mughals, fragmented their kingdom, and greatly weakened their rule.
During Aurangzeb’s reign (1658–1707), the economy of the Mughal Empire began to decline.
The British East India Company, founded in 1600, was initially interested in only trade with the Mughal Empire. As the empire weakened, the British exerted more influence over Mughal rulers. In 1757 British forces defeated the ruler of Bengal. The East India Company thereafter took political control of much of the Indian subcontinent. Although Mughal emperors maintained their thrones, they had little real power. During the Indian Mutiny of 1857–59, the British exiled the last Mughal emperor.
In 1784, the British Parliament passed Prime Minister William Pitt’s “India Act,” which formally included the British government in ruling over the East India Company’s land holdings in India.

Mughal Empire where they adopted Islam as their religion and Persian as their language.

Mughals were foreigners in India (from Central Asia) and Persian is a foreign language in India. India has far richer languages than Persian, why should Indians accept a foreign language as their official language? How did the Mughals come to India? How did the Delhi Sultanante come to India? They were invaders, simple, they were foreigners who came via invasions. That is Imperialism.

The Christian British overthrew the dynasty and outlawed Persian language in India, but they forced their own language English on Population of India to put one against the other in order to control their fucking ‘jewel’ for many centuries and apparently the Hindu loved to serve British and their language with pleasure for so many centuries.

Bullshit. Get your head out of your ass, by the time the British were in power in Bengal, the Mughals were a power only in name. India was ruled by the Hindu Maratha Empire. The King, Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, proclaimed Hindvi Raj or Indian Rule and fought the Mughals and many of the later Maratha rulers promised to throw the Mughal foreigners across the Khyber pass where they came from. Most Indians consider the Maratha Empire the true native Empire of India, never the foreign Mughals or foreign Delhi Sultanate.

As far as Hindus loved to serve the British, totally wrong, the Indian Independence Struggle was led by Hindus and the Muslims (with a few exceptions) were supporting the British, sucking British dick, pleading them to stay. The Muslim Ulemas even proclaimed the British Empire as halal as the British were Christian and people of the book. But many of the Muslims did not want to live under Hindus, the true natives of the land because the Hindus were not people of the book. One of the main reason for Pakistan and the division of India.

The British, in order to keep their slaves in India, had to invade other countries in the region, including Afghanistan, but the Afghani people are very proud and do not like to serve others, therefore, kicked the British out many times until the British got the message and escaped, like Americans.

Here comes a monkey with his head stuck in his diseased ass. The British invaded Afghanistan the first time because of the Russian threat to India as the Russian Empire had moved into Central Asia. Also because of the influecne of Afghan princess Wafa begum on lord Auckland who wanted Shah Shuja re installed on the throne.
In the second Anglo Afghan war, the British flattened Afghanistan, totally defeated the Afghans.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Anglo-Afghan_War

You need to get a proper education, if you had got an education, you would not have mumbled like a fool. In the Third Anglo Afghan War, Afghanistan attacked British India, not the other way round. And the Afghans (under Ahmed Shah Abdali) have a history of rape and pillage of India anyways. looting, raping, enslaving, destroying temples. The Sikh Empire emerged to challenge the Afghans and the Sikhs too defeated the Afghans many times and conquered Afghan territory.

Get lost otherwise you will be thrown out.

I do not support the Hinduvadis but that is exactly what the Hindu fundamentalists think of the Muslims of South Asia, whom they consider shameless bastard children of foreign invaders following the religion of foreigners instead of their own ancestors. Hindutva is an anti-colonial movement, targeting both British and Islamic imperialism/colonialism of India.

LOL Which rule? Each and every rule passed in British India is recorded. Please point out the rule, by which the British outlawed Persian? Either prove it or accept you are a bitch.
And why should Indians accept a foreign language like Persian as its national language? Persian is as foreign as English to most Indians.
The British promoted native Indian languages over foreign Persian, you stupid monkey. Through the early 1800s, though the East India Company continued to use Persian and Hindustani officially, it increasingly began to favour native Indian languages over Persian in the administration and adjudication of the Indian population. This was due to the fact that Persian was no longer as widely understood in India. The Madras and Bombay Presidencies dropped Persian from their administration in 1832, and in 1837, Act No. 29 mandated the abandonment of Persian in official proceedings throughout India in favour of native Indian languages. English eventually replaced Persian in education as well, and the British actively promoted native Indian Hindustani as the means of common communication. Additionally, nationalistic movements in the subcontinent led to various communities embracing native Indian languages over foreign Persian.
Also, you ignore the fact that even among the British, there was 50-50 division about Persian and English. 50% of British officers in India wanted to continue with Persian the other 50% wanted English.

The British, in order to keep their slaves in India,

Slaves???? Actually slavery was abolished in British India in 1843!! The Indian Slavery Act, 1843, also known as Act V of 1843, was an act passed in British India under East India Company rule, which outlawed economic transactions associated with slavery. The act states how the sale of any person as a slave was banned, and anyone buying or selling slaves would be booked under the Indian Penal Code with an offence carrying strict punishment.

I’ve regarded humanity as a great Symphony. It’s one of the reasons I’m so horrified by the zionst desire to breed us all into mud. I don’t want to see Indians or Asians or anyone disappear. We are all beautiful in our own way and we all have a right to self determination and control over our people’s own cultural development. This also requires a separation and control over our own lands.

It’s why I agree that colonialism was a bad idea.. but also why I respected the British philosophy.. like you listed above, they didn’t try to stamp out what they found.. they wanted to institute order and development.. The french mocked the british for having their pet nations. “We only value our subjects for how gaulised they are.”

Even still, the British position was a very arrogant position and set up for mass exploitation mostly at the direction of the Jews… but these elites were doing the exact same thing to the British commoners. So often we hate other nationalities for what the elites, the aristocracy, the “nobility” have done.. the commons are just as hapless over there as they are here. Is India a racist country? This is an Indian paper talking about themselves:

This is bullshit. The clashes in between black foreigners and natives & the Hindu-Muslim tensions are not related to each other in any way whatsoever. Stop showing your ignorance. Indeed many of the Indians who attacked the blacks were Muslim Indianss along with Hindus and other Indians.

Now the clashes in between Indians and the black foreigner people can be explained
1] Yes there is some racism within the Indian population against foreigners, or lets say stereotypes towards different foreign groups. towards Whites, East Asians, Middle Easterners, Blacks. The comparison of Blacks to Dalits is true but the real comparison is in between Africans blacks and tribals Adivasis of the Indian forests is more accurate. Settled Indians look at Africans as some jungle people, like their own adivasis. Many think blacks are cannibals. Some blacks were attacked by Indians on such a cannibal charge. Most unfortunate. Also Indians like most third worlders are tribal and clannish. So they take stereotypes about groups very seriously and most of all Indians, like most Third world people are survivalists over moralists. If they perceive even a whiff of threat, they want to get rid of it to protect their clans and families. Morality, political correctness etc… be damned. Survival comes first. This is how most third world populations are, not just Indians.

2] But there are problems given by the other side too. From foreigners. Some Africans sell drugs in India, many come to India from Africa, on student visas and overstay the visas and take part in illegal activities. And that is alright. But most importantly, some Africans act uppity and violent towards Indians in their own country. they try to dominate Indians in their own country!!! What these idiot blacks think is that they are in some White country with guilt complex. But the thuggish third world Indian masses wont take no foreign population coming to our country and trying to bully and dominate us and pick up unnecessary fights and constantly trouble Indian women for sex (muh dick). Indian masses wont take that from foreigners. Indeed it became a point of national pride, how can foreigners come to our own country and act like boss and treat the native Indians as shit? So when three Africans were beaten up by an Indian mob in Delhi metro station for trying to trouble Indian women for sex in a metro, most of the Indians (young students) sang patriotic songs for motherland. And in one interview, they said that such foreigners who disrespect the local people, should be banned from coming in.
This was a major reason why the thuggish poor masses bashed up Africans on many occasions. They were the poor sons of the soil, the simple people who bashed up black people on their misbehaviour. The Westernised Indian elites who blindly follow the Western Left via Western media are full of guilt for “racism towards poor innocent blacks” and it is these who are taking about if “India is a racist country”, “we should be ashamed” blah blah. The majority thuggish macho masses do not give no shit about political correctness or guilt or racism or all such pussy fancy non sense. They are tought macho masses, they do not have time for such pussyboy leftist shit. If foreigners coming to India continuously disrespect the local populations, they are going to beat them to a pulp and whoop their ass. And that is a major reason why so many black foreigners got their asses whooped by thuggish Indian crowds.

Sadly for the CIA, even Rwandan blacks aren’t as gullible as Americans: “There are politicians who would like it to happen. There are armed groups that want it to happen. There is a population that we continue to educate but is not educated enough to the extent that they will not be manipulated again.” Rwanda learned the first thing they need is anti-American security. Amazingly secular humanism manages to be worse than OG humanism…

The multiple kids are an asset to Africans insofar as they go abroad and send remittances back which is the scheme they went for. Not only does it increase the carrying capacity of Africa, but it dumps excess population on idiots.

If “alien reptiles” are not manipulating international affairs, improvements are certainly feasible. As recently as 2017 or so, people in China were doing what you described in Africa. It was a shock for the benevolent West when China halted all imoprts of Western scrap.

Are you, by any chance, equating Chinese intelligence with African intelligence?

Every study I’ve ever seen puts African intelligence just north of a turnip. The only way Africa can improve the conditions for its people is to have intelligent people put in charge that also happen to not be sociopaths. Where are we going to find such people and get them put in charge?

Africa will continue to be exploited because their own kind are primitives with a violent streak and will sell out their kind for shiny beads and exotic cars. The black Africans are their own worst enemy.
