Our country has a mysterious ability to make rules about race that clearly say one thing – don’t discriminate – and then use the same rules to justify racial discrimination, even require it.
The famous Civil Rights Act of 1964 says racial discrimination is bad, bad, bad, and you must never do it. Over the years, the Supreme Court weaseled its way around the law, and now it’s OK to discriminate, so long as it’s against white people and sometimes Asians. Fortune wants to know: “Corporate diversity programs: No white men need apply?”
The answer is, “That’s right.”
In 1954, the Supreme Court said school segregation was unconstitutional. You can’t sort students by race.
Next thing you know, the Court changed its mind and said it was constitutional to sort students by race, and bus them across town so blacks could sit next to whites. Whites hated that and cleared out.
In 2007, the Supreme Court changed its mind again, and rediscovered the 1954 idea that it was “unconstitutional for a school district to use race as a factor in assigning students to schools” for racial balancing.
Now, neighborhood schools are like neighborhoods. In 2012, The Atlantic complained that “Schools Are More Segregated Today Than During the Late 1960s.”
I guess that’s why the Biden administration has just announced another legal switcheroo – this time in housing. It has decided that the 1968 Fair Housing Act, which bans racial discrimination, now requires it. Just last month, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued this drab-looking press release.
Marcia Fudge, HUD secretary, says she is taking a “major step towards fulfilling the law’s full promise.”
Her buddy, Demetria McCain, who is in charge of “fair housing,” is excited:
“Today, HUD is taking new, bold action to eliminate the historic patterns of segregation that continue to harm American families.”
It’s all about “fostering inclusive communities.”
The “full promise” of this 1968 law to eliminate segregation, along with the power to root it out, have been slumbering for 55 years, but Marcia and Demetria, just like the prince in Snow White, have awakened them with a kiss. HUD now wants to work race into every aspect of housing so as to promote integration.
It’s all a swindle. There is nothing in the law, which is called the Civil Rights Act of 1968, about ending segregation.
The stuff about housing is in Title VIII, which is the part that’s called the “Fair Housing Act.”
It’s very preachy about “preventing and eliminating” discrimination – by banks, realtors, owners – in renting, sales, building maintenance, foreclosures, evictions, advertising, and on and on.
It’s like the Civil Rights Act of 1964. You are forbidden to consider race in any aspect of real estate. Now, Marcia and Demetria will order you to think about race all the time so as to “overcome patterns of segregation.”
I challenge anyone to find the authority to do that in this law. The words “segregation” or “integration” or any word that begins with “seg” or “integ” never appear in it. It talks about discrimination all the time, and the law goes at it hammer and tongs: Ignore race.
So, what’s the justification for being consumed by race? There’s a hint in the name of the new rule: “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing,” or AFFH.
This is like “affirmative action,” which is the polite way of saying “racial discrimination against white people.” That phrase goes back to a 1961 executive order from President Kennedy, telling government contractors to “take affirmative action” to make sure there’s no discrimination.
Now, of course, “affirmative action” means make sure there is racial discrimination.
Sure enough, right here in Title VIII, Section 808 (d) is the magic word. The feds will act “affirmatively to further the purposes of this title.”
That’s all Marcia and Demetria think they need to take a law that is supposed to be color-blind and make it color-obsessed.
It’s all explained in this 284-page rule-making proposal, which makes this utterly false claim right in the second sentence: “The Fair Housing Act directs HUD to overcome patterns of segregation and foster inclusive communities.”
Does anyone believe these guys, in 1968, wanted the government to herd black people into white neighborhoods?
For the time being, this will involve only organizations that get HUD grant money. There are about 4,250 of them, including states, cities, counties, and public housing authorities. All of them will have to sweat over a plan to explain how every dollar they spend will now be a race-conscious dollar that fights segregation.
If HUD doesn’t like your integration plan, you have to write a better one, and every year, you have to file a report on how well you are mixing up the races. The goal of those 4,250 plans – not quite stated in these terms – is to bring the people who have wrecked their own neighborhoods into yours so they can wreck it, too.
But how many sketchy blacks in hoodies even want to move in with whitey? Aren’t they all supposed to be terrified that Karen will call the cops who will come shoot them all?
Whatever the case, if at any point, Marcia and Demetria think you haven’t done enough to mix the BIPOCs with the white folks, they will cut off your grant money.
How much do they have?
HUD has an annual budget of about $70 billion, and it has many ways to splash it out: block grants. Homeless Emergency Solutions Grants. Home Investment Partnerships. A Housing Trust Fund. Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS, etc. etc.
It looks to me that about $20 billion will be immediately subject to AFFH.
HUD spends another $40 billion on Section 8 housing vouchers every year, and another trick would be to make the payments big enough so the lowlifes who get them can live next door to white people.
HUD has about 10,000 employees. Their average pay goes up every year and is now almost $125,000.
This was HUD’s mix by sex and race in 2020.
As you can see, the place is 40 percent black and 60 percent female. There are more black women there than white men.
Marcia Fudge, the head black woman in charge, used to be in Congress, where she ran the Congressional Black Caucus, so you know she is fair minded.
Demetria McCain went to work for HUD after 15 years with one of those busy-body non-profits called Inclusive Communities Project. It helps people with Section 8 housing and wants you to think the people in this picture are typical voucher-users.
As its latest tax filings report, its sole purpose is to move undesirables into “Lower poverty, non-minority concentrated areas.”
That means sic them on white people. For the housing gurus, integration goes only way. Rub whitey’s nose in it, but if blacks don’t want “gentrification,” “historic neighborhoods” must be preserved.
Demetria’s old employer lives almost exclusively on government money, probably from HUD.
It’s the old, always corrupt, revolving door. That’s all you need to know about Demetria, but I’ll tell you more.
During this interview, she said she is writing a children’s book called Fuzzy-Hair Girls Can.
Of course, the feds shouldn’t be in the housing business at all. Just go to any big city, and see what a great job they do. [6:20 – 6:40] By the way, when did bums move out of cardboard boxes and start living in tents? HUD program maybe? Affirmatively Equipping the Underserved for Inclemency?
The fact is, no one – and I mean no one – wants degenerates living next door. This guy, shown here with his wife, is Stephen Curry, the 5th highest paid athlete in the world.
He lives in Atherton, California, the most expensive zip code in America. He’s begging the mayor not to build low-income housing close to his $30 million pad, shown here.
“Safety and privacy for us and our kids continues to be our top priority,” he says. What an idea.
He and his wife are high-profile Democrats who love to denounce “social injustices” and “racial inequality.”
That must be why they live in a town where blacks make up 0.8 percent of the population.

A friend of mine, who lives near Kansas City, was laughing about his coworker’s recent experience in Memphis.
His coworker went with a group of Kansas football fans to the Liberty Bowl in Memphis to watch Kansas play Arkansas. The cold snap had shut down the water system in Memphis, so they had to pack their own. The first night at the hotel, 18 of their cars were broken into, the next night 12 cars. A few decades ago I wrote a paper for my right of centre Australian political party that suggested the dysfunction of local government and too frequent corruption in low SES suburbs might be addressed by tax breaks and subsidies that would encourage young (mostly) educated middle class and professional people to build and buy into lower class neighbourhoods. It would have required a bit of imagination and ingenuity to get it off the ground, extending perhaps to converting an old church and presbytery with some land around it and knocking down few old single storey wooden houses. Nothing came of it as government policy. But I think it might be a better way yo go for the accommodation of blacks near whites in the US. Less expensive to the taxpayer anyway.

Even in upscale neighborhoods, there are differences between all-black and all-white subdivisions.
A number of years ago, “60 Minutes” did a segment on comparisons between two upscale identical subdivisions, one white and one black. Both subdivisions were built by the same developer using identical materials for each residence.
The interviewer spoke to residents of both subdivisions, each resident interviewed, both white and black, expressed no objection to having those of the “other” race move into their subdivision.
Of course, they may have been lying to the interviewer in order to “keep the peace” and to give the interviewer the story that she wanted.
It was only at the end of the segment that the interviewer revealed that houses in the black subdivision sold for considerably less (many tens of thousands of dollars less) than those in the white subdivision.
Keep in mind that “the nice black couple” that moves in next door may be “nice” themselves, but be assured that their “ghetto rat” relatives will not be so “nice”.
From my personal experiences…
I lived in Detroit and had what, at first, I considered to be “good” black neighbors. We had relatively friendly relations and in general, got along well.
The “troubles” started when my “good neighbors” invited their “ghetto rat” relatives to their parties. I restored an old car to near showroom condition and used to park it in my driveway. The “ghetto rats” decided that my car would be a good place to sit (on the hood).
Asking them to remove themselves was met with responses of “f#ck you” and other derogatory responses. Upon discussing the situation with my “good neighbor”, he pretty much told me that “boys will be boys” and to “get over it”.
My friendly relations with that neighbor cooled, as he was not willing to straighten out his “ghetto rat” relatives. Soon after, these “ghetto rats” found new avenues in which to ply their criminal “stock in trade” in our neighborhood- breaking into cars and ransacking houses–easy (white) targets…
I soon moved to an all-white enclave after that, giving up on the city of Detroit, the criminality, harassment, and civic abuse, and have never been happier.
This is why it’s perfectly legitimate for whites to not want the “nice black couple” to move into their neighborhood and is most certainly a legitimate concern…
It’s GREEDY POLITICIANS that accept “federal dollars” always with STRINGS ATTACHED that are the downfall of the once-great cities.

I’m sure that all of these white, Christian cucks are on record as declaring that race is only an insignificant matter of “skin color” (as though a white man could become a negro by getting a deep tan.) That’s been the official view of the United States government for a long time, operative since the Civil War. I’m equally sure that none of them ever made the slightest effort to repeal the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which most of them probably voted for, or to disqualify negroes from voting and citizenship. The current situation is just the consequences of such lunacy working itself out.

If the body itself doesn’t matter, how can race be significant? The ontology, axiology, and epistemology of Christianity all work together to make it a tremendous engine of racial destruction.
Wrt “soul equality”, since souls are completely imaginary entities, they can easily take on whatever qualities the imaginer desires. The same or different, whoever’s in charge of that can make up his own rules. We are told that when the Aryans invaded ancient India, they set up a caste system, although whether they preached that the “soul” of the Brahmin and the “soul” of the untouchable Dalit were qualitatively different is unknown to me. Certainly though, you’d need such a doctrine in order to prevent all “souls” from merging into one. Without it, the “soul equality” of Galatians 3:28 is an inevitable result.
‘psūchē’ doesn’t seem to be consistently translated in the KJV. When Jesus, in John 12:26, says:
‘He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.’
The word, ‘life’ in both cases is ‘psūchē’. Rabbi Jesus wants you to hate your own mind/soul. Totally sane advice!

The Clementine Vulgate explicitly tells you to hate your own soul!

Yes, with the qualifier “in hoc mundo”. Here, the true object of Christian contempt would again seem to be this world and all it contains, including your body and even your “soul”, so long as that “soul” is seduced by the world. Cf. Matt. 18:8-10.

What can preserving race mean to a Christian if he’s willing to tear out his own eyes or hack off his limbs in order to save his “soul”? Nothing at all. Christianity’s focus is on an imaginary next world, not this one. For him who takes Christ’s words seriously, to show much concern about race or anything else in this world is sinful, and contrary to God.
Are you sure of those stats on the SAT scores? I seem to remember Joe Biden saying that “poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids”, but I also remember when he opposed bussing, saying “unless we do something about this, my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle with tensions having built so high that it is going to explode at some point”, so maybe I’m thinking of some other Joe Biden.
Technical but important distinction: Blacks do not “wreck neighborhoods”. The phrase is misleading in any case – one thinks of Blacks with wrecking bars. If one lives in such a neighborhood and expects to preserve it by reporting Blacks with wrecking bars to the police, one would be sadly ineffective, as that is not the primary means of replacement.
What Blacks do is to assault the children of Whites, and occasionally assault the White adults [1,2].
This induces the Whites to move elsewhere, perhaps because retaliatory assaults would be punished by police/court action, possibly on a Federal level. The Blacks allow their houses to deteriorate, and in any case the houses would be attractive only to other Blacks thanks to the probability of assault should buyers of any other race attempt to live in those houses. Thus the neighborhood is destroyed, but that’s a side effect rather than a first step.
Note that gentrification is the project of young Whites who are single men, and is vigorously resisted by Blacks both in the media and in person. Note also that one doesn’t hear about successful gentrification after the COVID-19 restrictions.

Yeah, you are right! I forgot about the “en tō(ĭ) kosmō(ĭ).” However, scribal errors, such as what I just committed, abound in the manuscript record of the Old and New Testaments.
I only skimmed through the Latin text of the Clementine Vulgate. However “in this Cosmos/Universe” is more Magical Thinking from everybody’s favourite Jewish carpenter. Carl Sagan said that the Cosmos is all that exists, can exist or will ever exist. However Jesus seems to be implying that there is another Cosmos. “Cosmos” is “order”—the Ancient Greek period, containing multiple dialects extends, as far as the New Cambridge Greek Lexicon on my shelf puts it from Homer, c. 800 BCE to Plutarch 119 CE.—. “Chaos”, its opposite is perhaps related to “chasma”, or “yawning pit”. “Cosmetics” is “the ordering of a woman’s face with make-up”. So there is an ordered world. However, Rabbi Jesus seems to be saying that there is another ordered world, a superior one! As you say, if this superior post-mortem world exists, where race is irrelevant, then White Nationalism in the here and now is futile.
Just incidentally, “graphē” in Homer’s time originally meant “engraving” but by the Koine period it meant “writing”. And so yes, the definition of “psuche” is going to shift in the 1000-year Ancient period depending on time, region, writer, dialect, etc. I think that “psuche” can even mean “butterfly”!
Blacks DO wreck neighborhoods. This was the case, even in the 1960s and 1970s. From my personal experiences…
One could always tell where blacks lived. Initially, due to government programs directed at them, blacks were given homes in good condition but let them deteriorate, having no “skin in the game”. If they destroyed a home, they would move on and do the same elsewhere.
The liberal “urban studies” folks at Wayne State University have always made excuses for blacks and their inability to maintain their homes due to lack of “upkeep” (normal everyday maintenance) on their homes. Their main excuse was that “the homes were old”…never blaming the black residents themselves.
One could tell where whites lived.
On every block, there were elderly Polish people who could not afford to move. Nicely manicured grass, shrubbery, and freshly painted houses were the norm. The houses were made of wood and did require repainting on a somewhat regular basis. Despite being elderly, these white Polish people were able to keep up their property.
Contrast that with blacks. Unkempt grass (if there was any grass left), untrimmed shrubbery, broken windows and screen doors were the norm. Blacks held true to the old canard of “wherever blacks live, they destroy”.
Another situation was the “code enforcement” harassment that us whites endured. We always used the city-supplied trash containers (one for every two residences). Our black “neighbors” were too lazy to put their trash in the containers, strewing their trash throughout the alleys. Guess who got repeatedly ticketed for “improperly disposed of trash”? It wasn’t the blacks who improperly disposed of their trash–it was us whites. It was as if they (the black-run city government) wanted us to move…
In my case, they got their wish. I moved to an all-white enclave and have never been happier.

Family Income Differences Explain Only a Small Part of the SAT Racial Scoring Gap
For both blacks and whites, family income is one of the best predictors of a student’s SAT score. Students from families with high incomes tend to score higher. Students from low-income families on average have low SAT scores. Because the median black family income in the United States is about 60 percent of the median family income of whites, one would immediately seize upon this economic statistic to explain the average 200-point gap between blacks and whites on the standard SAT scoring curve.
But income differences explain only part of the racial gap in SAT scores. For black and white students from families with incomes of more than $200,000 in 2008, there still remains a huge 149-point gap in SAT scores. Even more startling is the fact that in 2008 black students from families with incomes of more than $200,000 scored lower on the SAT test than did students from white families with incomes between $20,000 and $40,000.
But the fact is that even when family income levels are similar, we are still comparing black and white students who are as different as apples and oranges in terms of educational sophistication, family educational heritage, family wealth, and access to educational tools and resources. The average white family in the same income group is far better equipped than the average black family to prepare their children for success on the SAT test.

Differences in culture are but a small part of the differences in ability between blacks and all other races. The SAT test series is one of the least racially biased test systems yet blacks who live in financially equal households to Whites still do not perform as well as Whites and Asians. It’s not the test that is at fault.
The differences in academic ability between blacks and all other races are “hard-wired” in their DNA. Although blacks possess some “higher-level” functions and abilities, compared to Whites and Asians, they will always be academically and socially deficient. Not only academic deficiency but poor impulse control and the inability to reason and think about the consequences of their actions are but more differences between blacks and all other races. Of course there are “outliers” that prove to be “the exception to the rule”, but these are few and far between.
This can also be seen in black behavior. I am convinced that blacks are more closely related to simians than humans when it comes to social behavior regarding conquest and attacks on their perceived “enemies”.
All one has to do is observe the “chimp-out” behavior that criminal blacks resort to after attacking and subduing their “enemies”. Their behavior is similar to simians, jumping around, hooting and hollering, still kicking and beating their enemies even when they are down and motionless.
Jane Goodall and Diane Fossey should have studied the “American urban pavement ape”. I’ll bet that their research would note the similarities between blacks and simians and prove that blacks are closer to simians than humans.
