You underestimate black male rates of interpersonal violence. This doesn’t require gang/group identity.

I think you greatly underestimate violence WITHIN groups/tribes/families. Most murder and rape involves people who are some what acquainted. Familiarity not only breeds contempt it breeds aggression.

There are no official statistics on race here, but there seems to be a consensus among criminologists that people from Northern Africa and the Middle East are the most overrepresented in crime, especially violent crime. Most people in that area are of one religion, not one race. (The least criminal immigrants are from East Asia, big surprise.) I can’t find any statistics on the origin of the victims, although Muslims are very open about their attitude that raping Western women is no big deal, they will say this in interviews and in front of cameras.

This is not to say that tribalism is the only factor but surely an important one.

I think i know what you mean. In my home country which is germany it was the same. When i grew up in the nineties there were still not much people with subsaharan african ancestry. The few who lived in my city were of the rather “awkward” kind, typicals third worlders with this attitude of being a faithful person and thriving to better their life with work in a rich country. They would have clothes germans would only have worn in the fifties, and they were not cool at all. And they were rare and did not develop the kind of self security you need to have to be aggressive.
But as the black population exploded in the last 15 years you can see some kind of cultural convergence, which means the situation in germany becomes more like the situation in uk or the usa. By now there are extremly lot of half black kids with westafrican, us or carribean fathers, and there are also lot of kids with two westafrican parents. Those kids begin to show a very aggressive attitude in the public, they slowly but with growing speed catch up with arabs concerning crime rates, etc.
