Ultimately, the interactions will involve four to six cops, a few EMS people, more cops after transport to booking, and depending on the circumstances, maybe a half dozen medical personnel at a hospital.

However, I would like to point out that I don’t know where Mr. Jung grew up, but where I grew up, large east coast city, we didn’t play the be affraid of blacks game. In school and out on the streets there were constant fights when we would venture into their area or vice versa. We didn’t back down and we weren’t scared. We hated their guts. When European countries were ruled by kings and queens, until 1918, the well being of the nation and the people the king or queen ruled over came first, and despite being separated by language and culture, all Europeans had a lot in common. Also, most of the European kings and queens were closely related and I think it was often others that pushed Europe into wars against the wishes of Europe’s royalty. The dictators of the the 20th century had a similar outlook, putting their people’s first.

Your post is extremely misleading. There are so few blacks in Japan that it’s difficult even to find a black percentage of the Japanese population on the internet. Japan has few minorities and the number of blacks are so minor, they are not even mentioned.
Below is a breakdown of minorities in Japan. Blacks aren’t even mentioned which means they are less than one half of one percent of the Japanese population – way less. Koreans are .4 percent and they are the smallest ethnic group mentioned.
