The Disturbing Rise of Anti-Semitism Among Black Celebs

Cassie da Costa
The Daily Beast•July 15, 2020

Often, we discuss conspiracy theories as if they are kooky yet benign tales spun by our neighbors, acquaintances, and even friends. But in America’s current political and cultural configuration, prejudice combined with ignorance often masquerades as legitimate thought and leads to devastating outcomes (just see how Floridian COVID-19 deniers are doing now). And in a society marked by incessant high-speed information and spin, anecdotal and instinctual bias becomes the basis of bad-faith arguments about free speech and a “marketplace of ideas.” As much as social media has brought us smart thinking by typically marginalized voices, it’s also allowed careless people with big platforms to speak more loudly—and without the immediate intervention of the wiser and better-informed people who may (or may not) surround them.

Recently, big-name Black entertainers like Ice Cube, Nick Cannon, Diddy, the Jacksons (Stephen and DeSean), and even beloved Black author Alice Walker, have spouted age-old anti-Semitic talking points—usually by quoting known bigot Louis Farrakhan—insisting that “the Jews” run everything, and locating Black liberation in anti-Jewish suspicion.

… There is a huge difference between critiquing whiteness—a racist fabrication with undeniable social consequences—and denigrating Jewishness. Anti-Black racism (as well as anti-Arab racism) as practiced by Jewish institutions and individuals ought to be critiqued where observed, but on the basis of white assimilation and imperialism, not on the basis of Jewish identity. Scapegoating Jewish people—rather than challenging harmful institutions formed and led by people of any identity—plays directly by the facist [sic] rulebook.

But conspiracy theories often serve as a salve to incurious and unresilient people, even as the greatest conspiracy of all—racism—hides in plain sight. And it finds its way to even those of us directly harmed by its systemic manifestations. Like anti-Black and transphobic violence, anti-Semitic hate crimes have undeniably been on the rise since Trump’s inauguration. A viable counter to the bad and dangerous ideas that fuel this violence is deeper and more rigorous reading; … Perhaps we still look to confused people like Ice Cube and Diddy because so many of us have refused to read, share, and discuss the vital work of critical thinkers like Angela Davis and Noel Ignatiev.

The last big whoop-tee-doo over blacks, in the early 1990s, was more or less canceled because black anti-Semitism started getting scary. Will that happen again?

It’s going to be an important question whether Jewish progressives can thread the needle and convince black celebrities to only blame whites and never blame Jews. So far, they haven’t gotten much backtalk on this out of the affirmative action beneficiaries of the Great Awokening, who tend to be women, gays, or dweebs (TNC) who grasp the Rules about who they should and shouldn’t criticize because they know their funding can be cut off.

The problem is typically, in contrast, with more obstreperous blacks whose careers are more based on appealing to other blacks. When The Establishment declares this to be Black Festivus and thus the time for the Airing of Grievances, many actual black celebrities, especially the straight men, are likely to spout off on the basis of personal grievances or racial grievances over business.

For example, Spike Lee was going to be the Black Woody Allen up until his 1990 movie Mo’ Better Blues satirized Jewish music managers, and then he didn’t get his Oscar for 28 years.

Did you see Nick Cannon’s apology?

    It seems pretty extreme…

He certainly did not write it

I think Nick Cannon was a ringer…set up to do the antisemitism and then apologize as a warning to other blacks…like let the air go out of the balloon before it pops

Nick Cannon I’m pretty sure is not a straight black male, on top of that I’m pretty sure he has a pretty nasty disease that he lied about and said it was something else

    But? What do I know!

Cannon's groveling apology kinda struck me has just an age old "yessum massa." Made Nicky boy look totally weak and gay, which he probably is.

Not quite sure how anyone can argue with this age old anti-Semitic talking point.

    Seems almost axiomatic.

  4. “Anti-Black racism (as well as anti-Arab racism) as practiced by Jewish institutions and individuals ought to be critiqued where observed, but on the basis of white assimilation and imperialism, not on the basis of Jewish identity.”

Breathtaking. The author couldn’t be any more clear – when Jews are racist oppressors, they’re doing it because “whiteness” made them do it; when they’re the victims of racism, they’re suffering it because they’re Jewish.

It's like having an auto-filling fridge!

Just yesterday: Fox told to not air Farrakhan, Twitter seriosuly thinks they can "cancel" him

Nation of Islam posts Farrakhan’s call for Jews to ditch the Talmud & be saved amid Nick Cannon antisemitism debacle

Farrakhan covered topics ranging from the founding of the Nation of Islam to the coronavirus to police brutality during the three-hour address, given on July 4 in honor of the sect’s 90th anniversary in the US. He also claimed Jews had poisoned him with “radiated seed,” seeking to destroy him because he represents the “uncovering of their wickedness.” The speech was intended to air on Fox Soul TV, but an organized complaint campaign convinced the company to cancel the broadcast.

Perhaps smelling weakness, many on social media ramped up their calls for Farrakhan to be canceled altogether. The polarizing religious leader already has the distinction of being the only non-conservative in the initial group of celebrities declared “dangerous individuals” by Facebook in 2018, and the Anti-Defamation League complained on Wednesday that he was “the most popular antisemite in America.”

I thought the same thing. They can ONLY be criticized as an accessory of whiteness i.e. racism. Never as jews. Truly astounding chutzpah.

  5. Like anti-Black and transphobic violence, anti-Semitic hate crimes have undeniably been on the rise since Trump’s inauguration.

Blacks have hated Jews for decades, but it is all Trump’s fault. Written by Daily Beast entertainment reporter Cassie Da Costa. A month ago Cassie wrote a column called “Who gives a s#!$ what Jon Stewart Thinks About the Police.” I guess it is time for Cassie to check her privilege.

    @Barnard

Right. Blacks are far more anti-Semitic than whites. In most of the country, whites have never even seen a Jew in real life, but when they do, it is their nice dentist or the lawyer who wrote their will. Most blacks have never met a Jew, but those in the cities know who their slumlords are. They respect their intelligence and ruthlessness. The prominent blacks in entertainment have resented Jewish control forever, and there is zero chance that they will be convinced that Jews are their allies against whites. They would be more likely to accept whites as their allies against Jews.

  6. Ya know, Cassie you don’t have to live among all these anti-Semites and racists.

  7. Whoops, da Costa screwed up. Failed to capitalize Trans in transphobic. I thin’ she’s gonna have some ‘splainin’ to do!

Jewishness is infinitely more fabricated than Whiteness.

The latter is 100%% concrete and absolutely provably genetic, the only disagreement being the boundaries. And that disagreement is more political than credible.

Jewishness is based on copper-age tales written by men, and is wholly dependent on the existence of writing and story telling for its continuity. What could be more fabricated than that?

The question is as to when the populace will revolt in-total against having their moral conclusions dictated to them by the Jew-ridden Media.

  9. There is a huge difference between critiquing whiteness—a racist fabrication with undeniable social consequences—and denigrating Jewishness. This is the problem with having a midwit black girl doing your propaganda.

The left's propagandists used to have a good percentage of high IQ Jewish guys, who could blather on for a couple thousand words, concocting fables explaining that the real power--"the system", "oppression"--was white guys with pickups and gun racks who liked to go deer hunting and have their daughters attend their neighborhood school ... and not say the partners at Goldman Sachs or the editorial board of the New York Times.

They had to spell it out very simply, and slowly, for the blacks. But apparently, the message got through. After acting defiant for about 24 hours, Nick Cannon is promising to toe the line and grovelling like a little b*tch to please have his career back.

All-in-all a pretty humiliating defeat for "black voices" that thought they were ascendant.

But the lesson has been learned: You can criticize the overseer, but not the Master.

  10. Anonymous[183] • Disclaimer says:

TNC in his 2015 book said that Jews were white. He listed identities that became American whites as “Catholic, Corsican, Mennonite, Welsh, Jewish.” (Where the Hell Corsican comes from I do not know. Napoleon and Joseph de Maistre, as far as I know, weren’t Americans.) Trump, a German-Scottish Presbyterian, might not even be white based on that list, but Jews are.

So when he describes whites with traditionally anti-Semitic smears, as Rod Dreher recently noted (unfortunately, buried quite deep in this blog post), he’s describing Jews with those same smears.

    https://www.theamericanconservative.com/dreher/woke-kampf-media-whiteness-white-supremacy/

Hitler thought Jews conspired against white Gentiles.
Coates thinks Jews conspire with white Gentiles.
That’s a big difference for white Gentiles. For Jews, not so much. Maybe.

It’s not even TNC that’s the issue here. It’s the praise he got from the national media. Tucker can and should use it to attack. Chris Hayes, for example, mentioned in his WITHpod with TNC that he personally read the first 3 drafts of TNC’ss psychotic 2015 book. Does Hayes think it will be good for his own kids to be:
    –Minorities;
    –Disarmed;
–Described the way Hitler described Jews?

  16. On the topic. From his wikipedia page:

Cannon enrolled at Howard University in 2016 and graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology/Administration of Justice and a minor in Africana Studies.

I was initially confused, because there is no department of ‘Africana studies’ at Howard. There are two departments, one for African-American studies and one for African studies. The latter has much more professional academics and seems to actually focus on reality. Certainly it doesn’t do ‘Ice people, sun people’ Cheikh Anta Diop or Francis Cress Welsing stuff.

But it turns out that ‘Africana studies’ is just another name for the African-American studies department, maybe an older one. It’s headed by Dr. Gregory Carr who is very much is a fan of Francis Cress Welsing, the originator of the Cress-Theory of Color Confrontation, which is basically the stuff Griff and Cannon were talking about in terms of ‘melanated people’ being superior as a result of their melanin.

The above is what happens when class analysis is dropped. So much classic weird Afro-centrist stuff but from the unusual form of a well-spoken black woman. The stuff about coffee, whiskey and chocolate is particularly funny. It’s black/dark brown, therefore it has to do with black people!

Here is an overview of her books.

Here is a more academic interview which starts out pretty normal before descending into weird ideas of African versions of science and epistemology. It’s just a rambling narrative.

And here he is in a more informal setting wearing a dashiki and an Ankh ring expressing his particular admiration for Francis Cress Welsing’s theories.

Does the Ankh suggest some serious ‘Black Egyptian’ ideas are being peddled in the course Cannon took? All of the field trips they have are to places with Bantu populations, except Egypt… Howard can be seen performing weird ancestor worship rites in Egypt and visiting local children of either recent sub-Saharan ancestry or much older kinds.

Basically all the stuff Cannon said was stuff that, if he didn’t already know or believe in, was almost certainly taught by the head of the department of African-American studies at Howard university.

I also like the use of ‘Kemet’ to refer to Egypt, which is a common Afro-centrist flourish to claim association with Ancient (Black) Egypt. Such is the association of ‘Kemet’ with implicitly anti-white attitudes that one of the first results in searches isn’t academic but to the London-based ‘avant-garde Jazz’ band ‘Sons of Kemet’ whose song, ‘Your Queen Is a Reptile’ almost won the 2018 Mercury prize. Wikipedia informs:

The album title refers to the British monarchy and the Reptilian conspiracy theory, while the sleeve notes depict the monarchy as not representing black immigrants, alleging: “Your Queen is not our Queen / She does not see us as human”.

Why would they? Why would anything older than the telephone represent black immigrants? Why would any institution in a place be assumed to represent immigrants?

On the topic. From his wikipedia page:

Cannon enrolled at Howard University in 2016 and graduated in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Criminology/Administration of Justice and a minor in Africana Studies.

I was initially confused, because there is no department of 'Africana studies' at Howard. There are two departments, one for African-American studies and one for African studies. The latter has much more professional academics and seems to actually focus on reality. Certainly it doesn't do 'Ice people, sun people' Cheikh Anta Diop or Francis Cress Welsing stuff.

But it turns out that 'Africana studies' is just another name for the African-American studies department, maybe an older one. It's headed by Dr. Gregory Carr who is very much is a fan of Francis Cress Welsing, the originator of the Cress-Theory of Color Confrontation, which is basically the stuff Griff and Cannon were talking about in terms of 'melanated people' being superior as a result of their melanin.

BLM activist in Synagogue next door had long simmering feud with the couple.
Mark McCloskey reportedly “destroyed beehives placed just outside of the mansion’s northern wall by the neighboring Jewish Central Reform Congregation and left a note saying he did it, and if the mess wasn’t cleaned up quickly he would seek a restraining order and attorneys fees.”
“The congregation had planned to harvest the honey and pick apples from trees on its property for Rosh Hashanah,” the report said.
Central Reform Congregation has played a role in previous protests over racial injustice [sic].
In 2014, the synagogue offered itself as a sanctuary for people protesting the police killing of Michael Brown, an unarmed Black 18-year-old, in nearby Ferguson, Missouri. The extended protests in Ferguson represented a breakout moment for the then-inchoate Black Lives Matter movement.
When protests erupted after an officer was acquitted of murder charges in a different case in 2017, the synagogue again offered refuge to protesters.

In the full video you can see people who appear to clearly not be BLM protesters, wearing nice clothes and using a walkie-talkie.
Did the synagogue, long a safe house for BLM, do anything this time around to get back at their local Haman?

There’s a story about how in the Soviet Union, someone showed up in Red Square with a blank poster. When people asked him why there was no message on the poster, he said, “isn’t it obvious?” I don’t need to add any more commentary to the quote. It speaks for itself.

I actually learned about that story through Steve’s blog. And to give him credit, he has not banned me from commenting, whereas a MSM figure would have done so. One thing I would ask him if we were completely alone, no one else listening in, is that if he could use a time machine to send one message to himself circa 2000 and that message is “suck up to the neocons and the National Review crew,” would he send that message or would be pass on the opportunity? Because right now he isn’t in a position where he can speak his mind. Some proportion of us can see it.

TNC in his 2015 book said that Jews were white. He listed identities that became American whites as "Catholic, Corsican, Mennonite, Welsh, Jewish." (Where the Hell Corsican comes from I do not know. Napoleon and Joseph de Maistre, as far as I know, weren't Americans.) Trump, a German-Scottish Presbyterian, might not even be white based on that list, but Jews are.

There is a huge difference between critiquing whiteness—a racist fabrication with undeniable social consequences—and denigrating Jewishness. Anti-Black racism (as well as anti-Arab racism) as practiced by Jewish institutions and individuals ought to be critiqued where observed, but on the basis of white assimilation and imperialism, not on the basis of Jewish identity.

    So:
    (1) Criticizing whites = Good.
    (2) Criticizing Jews = Bad.
    (3) If one must criticize certain actions by Jews, then make sure to attribute those actions to their whiteness, not to their Jewishness.

    Got it?

This is the problem with having a midwit black girl doing your propaganda.

The left's propagandists used to have a good percentage of high IQ Jewish guys, who could blather on for a couple thousand words, concocting fables explaining that the real power--"the system", "oppression"--was white guys with pickups and gun racks who liked to go deer hunting and have their daughters attend their neighborhood school ... and not say the partners at Goldman Sachs or the editorial board of the New York Times.

Now they've got black girls who pretty much lay out Jewish minoritarian axioms directly--not wildly differently than i do to demonstrate their dishonesty and stupidity.

  57. There is a huge difference between critiquing whiteness—a racist fabrication with undeniable social consequences—and denigrating Jewishness.

Race exists but only for Jews and maybe blacks. Not for white people (whoever they might be)

  58. TLDR, whatever you hate in large groups of people, you should probably, as an experiment, take the time to indulge in yourself. But obviously be sure to indulge the positive aspects of it. For example, those woman-hating MRAs, might allow themselves to be a bit more dramatic in their personal lives. Just as histrionic feminists, might allow themselves to breath and reflect every now and again, unwinding themselves to ambivalently see the other side.

Anyway: With Ron comparing himself to Lord Voldemort, it is probably time to look at how the fictional character is actually portrayed. It is also highly pertinent to this post.

This is especially useful as the one who must not be named, functions almost literally as Harry Potter’s shadow. That is, he exists within Harry Potter, yet is unknown to him. He is a huge part of his unconscious, and, only by dying, what is approximately an ego death, can Harry Potter defeat Voldemort’s threat to him.

The above isn’t to say that Rowling intended this, just that the muse spoke through her, as her extreme success would validate.

It is also pertinent because Voldemort is a great avatar for the contemporary black psychological construction of “whiteness”. By this, I don’t mean the skin colour, but simply all of the traits associated with “whiteness” by the types of people who decry it. It also conforms with the strict definition of projection. It represents, for those who hate it, many of the things inside themselves that they repress, instead of facing in the open. “Acting white” is a phrase that constricts and represses blacks, especially when they use it.

The flip side of this construction is that blackness, as a psychological construct, also exists. Blacks feel the need to conform and whites feel they can’t authentically dance spontaneously anymore, along with many other self-imposed oppressions.

Jewishness can function in the same way as the above. For the more feminine on this board, which I use as Hinduism uses it, Jewishness is exactly as whiteness is to the more feminine blacks. Those who like to act without thinking and are prone to be unable to not get carried away by their emotions, project out their own sense of the masculine, their awareness, onto Jews. A standard image of this monster of the unconscious would be one of cold-blooded reptiles.

In this way, the more manic members here oppress their own sense of awareness too. Just as the more sober often end up oppressing their own sense of feeling, when they don’t recognise the blackness in themselves.

All this means that, for black people who are at war with their sense of whiteness, their shadow, Jewishness can serve as a substitute. Being collateral damage in someone’s internal war is not pleasant, it is therefore unsurprising that Jews are desperate to avoid it. The last time it happened, on a big scale, it was particularly bad. For Hitler, Jews were everything he would (consciously) never let himself be.

As for Ron, what is someone who self-identifies as the following repressing in themselves and therefore missing in their life:

Rowling described Voldemort as “the most evil wizard for hundreds and hundreds of years”.[8] She elaborated that he is a “raging psychopath, devoid of the normal human responses to other people’s suffering”, and whose only ambition in life is to become all-powerful and immortal. He is also a sadist who hurts and murders people—especially Muggles—for his own amusement. He has no conscience, feels no remorse or empathy, and does not recognise the worth and humanity of anybody except himself.[43] He feels no need for human companionship or friendship, and cannot comprehend love or affection for another. He believes he is superior to everyone around him, to the point that he frequently refers to himself in the third person as “Lord Voldemort”. Rowling also stated that Voldemort is “incredibly power hungry. Racist, really”,[44] and that if Voldemort were to look into the Mirror of Erised, in which one sees one’s greatest desire, he would see “Himself, all-powerful and eternal. That’s what he wants.”[45]

Rowling also stated that Voldemort’s conception by influence of Amortentia—a love potion administered by his mother, a witch named Merope Gaunt, to the Muggle Tom Riddle r.—is related to his inability to understand love; it is “a symbolic way of showing that he came from a loveless union—but of course, everything would have changed if Merope had survived and raised him herself and loved him. The enchantment under which Tom Riddle fathered Voldemort is important because it shows coercion, and there can’t be many more prejudicial ways to enter the world than as the result of such a union”.[27]

Like most archetypical villains, Voldemort’s arrogance leads to his downfall. He also suffers from a pathological fear of death, which he regards as a shameful and ignominious human weakness. However, while he had many traits of a megalomaniac, he did not have all, as one common trait associated with megalomania and narcissists was shifting blame. Voldemort admitted he paid an expensive price in attacking the parents of Harry Potter, and carefully studied what went wrong when reorganizing his Death Eaters, ultimately placing the blame upon himself. According to Rowling, his Boggart would be his own corpse.[46] Rowling also said that the difference between Harry and Voldemort is that Harry accepts mortality, and thus Harry is in the end stronger than his nemesis.[27]

    Self-love.

Gregory Carr who is very much is a fan of Francis Cress Welsing, the originator of the Cress-Theory of Color Confrontation, which is basically the stuff Griff and Cannon were talking about in terms of 'melanated people' being superior as a result of their melanin.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUV_RmNIuE4
The above is what happens when class analysis is dropped. So much classic weird Afro-centrist stuff but from the unusual form of a well-spoken black woman. The stuff about coffee, whiskey and chocolate is particularly funny. It's black/dark brown, therefore it has to do with black people!

Here is an overview of her books.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9PcauVghmk

Here is a more academic interview which starts out pretty normal before descending into weird ideas of African versions of science and epistemology. It's just a rambling narrative.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIjpZao8RUs

And here he is in a more informal setting wearing a dashiki and an Ankh ring expressing his particular admiration for Francis Cress Welsing's theories.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yqe08LEvhSo

Does the Ankh suggest some serious 'Black Egyptian' ideas are being peddled in the course Cannon took? All of the field trips they have are to places with Bantu populations, except Egypt... Howard can be seen performing weird ancestor worship rites in Egypt and visiting local children of either recent sub-Saharan ancestry or much older kinds.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxF48mRwnrY&t=298

Basically all the stuff Cannon said was stuff that, if he didn't already know or believe in, was almost certainly taught by the head of the department of African-American studies at Howard university.

I also like the use of 'Kemet' to refer to Egypt, which is a common Afro-centrist flourish to claim association with Ancient (Black) Egypt. Such is the association of 'Kemet' with implicitly anti-white attitudes that one of the first results in searches isn't academic but to the London-based 'avant-garde Jazz' band 'Sons of Kemet' whose song, 'Your Queen Is a Reptile' almost won the 2018 Mercury prize. Wikipedia informs:

The album title refers to the British monarchy and the Reptilian conspiracy theory, while the sleeve notes depict the monarchy as not representing black immigrants, alleging: "Your Queen is not our Queen / She does not see us as human".

Why would they? Why would anything older than the telephone represent black immigrants? Why would any institution in a place be assumed to represent immigrants?

Most blacks have never met a Jew, but those in the cities know who their slumlords are. They respect their intelligence and ruthlessness. The prominent blacks in entertainment have resented Jewish control forever, and there is zero chance that they will be convinced that Jews are their allies against whites. They would be more likely to accept whites as their allies against Jews.

Just, despite being somewhat overrated, Woody Allen is doubtlessly a very good director who made at least 4-8 permanent films. Not great, but good, very good & watchable. Also, his movie material is not predominantly Jewish (which would make him too narrow); and his general literary & film culture is high and appealing to “white” audience.

I thought Cassie de Costa might be Hispanic, but Noooooooooo:

I knew she was black because her writing if full of giveaways like the use of “critique” for “criticize,” attempts to sound more intelligent by using words she doesn't quite understand. This is a uniquely black writing style.

Yeah, I quit watching that Bari Weiss video when she didn’t understand the word toady after using it. She sounded like a dim college sophomore.

"Anti-Black racism (as well as anti-Arab racism) as practiced by Jewish institutions and individuals ought to be critiqued where observed, but on the basis of white assimilation and imperialism, not on the basis of Jewish identity."

Breathtaking. The author couldn't be any more clear - when Jews are racist oppressors, they're doing it because "whiteness" made them do it; when they're the victims of racism, they're suffering it because they're Jewish.

So when he describes whites with traditionally anti-Semitic smears, as Rod Dreher recently noted (unfortunately, buried quite deep in this blog post), he's describing Jews with those same smears.

    https://www.theamericanconservative.com/dreher/woke-kampf-media-whiteness-white-supremacy/

Hitler thought Jews conspired against white Gentiles.
Coates thinks Jews conspire with white Gentiles.
That's a big difference for white Gentiles. For Jews, not so much. Maybe.

It's not even TNC that's the issue here. It's the praise he got from the national media. Tucker can and should use it to attack. Chris Hayes, for example, mentioned in his WITHpod with TNC that he personally read the first 3 drafts of TNC'ss psychotic 2015 book. Does Hayes think it will be good for his own kids to be:
    --Minorities;
    --Disarmed;
--Described the way Hitler described Jews?

    Replies: @Stan, @black sea, @Prester John

From the latest NOI article on UNZ.

'The list of “anti-Semites” is growing longer and blacker—DeSean Jackson, Nick Cannon, Ice Cube, P. Diddy, Stephen Jackson, Allen Iverson, and the Hon. Min. Louis Farrakhan! "

  82. You know, I never post here with the introduction “As a Jew…”, for various reasons. But I find this so abhorrent, I’m going to violate that rule. So let me say it: I am a Jew, and I finding this repellent and disgusting. It’s people who should have caught on at least fifty years ago who suddenly realize that the monster they’ve created is going to eat them first (obviously not true, but they’ve ignored all that came before and so believe that), and are desperately trying to be eaten last. It won’t work, of course, but more importantly it’s just immoral and wrong.

I’m glad to say I’m not alone. “Jewish privilege” began as a meme among the Woke Jews self-flagellating themselves for being too white. It was then appropriated by slightly-less-Woke Jews as an ironic tag highlighting difficulties their type of Jews face. But now there’s been a backlash to that, with a lot of Jews pointing out that it’s kind of evil to try to throw white people to the wolves while reducing yourselves to victims. Of course, the Woke will never catch on, and nor will many of the others.

Rapper Ice-something just condemned Kareem Abdul-Jabar, of all people, of being a Tom in debt to the Jews because he condemned black anti-Semitism. I hope all those Jewish record producers who pushed rap music (on white kids, of course) back in 1990 are proud of themselves for making these psychopaths millionaires, not that this wasn’t completely obvious back then. They were just as spineless then, of course.

I wonder if people who this comes as surprise ever met black people outside of college or the professional workplace. They are constantly surprised that everyday black people (and black celebrities) hold everyday black views.

Also, many black celebrities come up through the arts - stage acting, musical theater etc. But many others are hip hop adjacent. Those are two different mindsets.

    Replies: @Walsh2

Agreed. This mindset is nothing new – hell black folks have been steeped in this kind of white hatred for a half century. It’s tantamount to what Iranians, Palestinians, etc are taught about Jewish folks. Moreover, black folks everywhere are prone to mysticism. There’s not a whole hell of a lot of difference in the type of craziness Cannon was espousing and the belief held by many in sub-Saharan/east Africa concerning albinos.

  84. @Anonymous
Did you see Nick Cannon's apology?

    It seems pretty extreme...

He certainly did not write it

I think Nick Cannon was a ringer...set up to do the antisemitism and then apologize as a warning to other blacks...like let the air go out of the balloon before it pops

Nick Cannon I'm pretty sure is not a straight black male, on top of that I'm pretty sure he has a pretty nasty disease that he lied about and said it was something else

    But? What do I know!

    I stopped there. “Citation needed.”

But maybe she wasn’t referring to the rise of the mob of lowbrow voices that is associated with the decline of intelligent and well-informed discourse.

There are Twitter accounts I check in on for insight. Not many, but a few. And all of them are, indeed, marginalized voices.

Is da Costa even aware that she is projecting?

[P]rejudice combined with ignorance often masquerades as legitimate thought and leads to devastating outcomes….

    Apparently not.

  93. Yahoo would never run an article about the disturbing rise of anti-white racism among black celebrities. That’s to be celebrated. But when blacks start criticizing Jews then it’s Katy bar the door.

Just like how Jews didn’t have much of a problem with Louis Farrakhan until he started criticizing Jews then they became hostile to the NOI.

BTW, this also applies to the recent rash of attacks on Catholic churches. Mary was jewish (and since jews use matrilineal descendance, that makes Jesus jewish too). So desecrating a statue of the Virgin is also an anti-semitic hate crime. Call the SPLC!
