From Valley News Live:

Man admits to killing teen after political dispute in Foster Co., court docs allege

By Renee Nygren
Published: Sep. 19, 2022 at 3:13 PM PDT

MCHENRY, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A community is mourning the loss of an 18-year-old man from Grace City, North Dakota, as investigators look into what led up to a deadly crash. Foster County Deputies were called to a hit-and-run that happened in an alleyway near Johnston Street and Jones Avenue in McHenry, ND.

Court documents say at 2:35 Sunday morning, 41-year-old Shannon Brandt called 911 to report that he had hit a pedestrian because he was threatening him. Brandt told State Radio that the pedestrian was part of a Republican extremist group and that he was afraid they were “coming to get him.” The pedestrian has been identified in a GoFundMe page as 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson.

After visiting the scene where the incident happened, deputies went to Brandt’s house in Glenfield, ND, which is about 12 minutes from the crash scene. Brandt admitted to consuming alcohol before the incident, and stated he hit Ellingson with his car because he had a political argument with him. …

Court documents say just before the crash, Ellingson called his mom and asked if they knew who Brandt was. She said yes, and told her son she was on her way to pick him up. A short time later, court documents say Ellingson called his mom again to say that “he” or “they” were chasing him. It was after the second call that Ellingson could not be reached again.

Ellingson was pronounced dead at a Carrington Hospital. Brandt has been charged with criminal vehicular homicide and DUI. Court records show a judge set bail at \$50,000.

That’s what I always say when I feel like running someone over with my car (which, I confess, is often). Works like a charm! Only I don’t bother with both Republican and extremist (redundant, duh).

Everyone watches teevee and follows Facebook and Twitter, so I never have to explain further. They just get it!

As of the census of 2010, there were 56 people, 31 households, and 20 families residing in the city. The population density was 215.4 inhabitants per square mile (83.2/km2). There were 37 housing units at an average density of 142.3 per square mile (54.9/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 98.2% White and 1.8% from other races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.8% of the population.

Since Monkeypox is a new pandemic outbreak, Ron Unz is hard at work crafting a conspiracy theory around it. Just like his claim that Covid was a US bioweapon attack against China, Ron Unz is writing a series of articles claiming Monkeypox is the second US bioweapon attack against China, via Africa as a proxy (due to China’s extensive activities in Africa). That way, you see, the fact that it was a US bioweapon is concealed as it can seem that China got infected through Africa.

Got that? A US bioweapon attack against China via Africa in order to make the source harder to trace.

Regarding his first claim about Covid, there are about 6 people on this website, and zero outside of this website, that believe his theory after examining his evidence. He is aiming for a number higher than 6 this time.

Considering that this is a small, rural community in a still fairly red state, my guess is that the judge knows the perp and/or his family. I could be wrong but I think this is less Democrat party judge giving this guy a break than it is a friend of the family giving the perp a break. I believe this should be a big deal either way, a drunk 41 year old running over an 18 year old with his car – no way this guy should be out on bail. The problem w/North Dakota is even though people vote pretty solidly GOP, they ain’t big on causing a political ruckus. I really hope that national conservative media makes this into a big deal because the local media will not. The Top Story currently running on KFGO.com is someone leaving “racist” postcards around a West Fargo neighborhood. Unbelievable.

Reminds me of a time I was just pulling out of a McDonald’s on Sunset and Western. I heard a Mexican woman yelling in Spanish for help, looked up, and watched a very scuzzy looking Mexican man, running away with her purse heading into a very large, mostly empty parking lot. As he ran by me, we had eye contact, and he growled at me!

I was driving a sports coup at the time, and as he was running across the vast parking lot, I pulled up along side him and ordered him to “drop it!” He refused, kept running, and growled at me again. At this point, I thought, “all I need to do is hook a U-turn into him. He’ll go flying across my hood, and likely drop the purse. He’ll certainly get his ass kicked.”

It was late, in a deserted parking lot. I would likely have gotten away with it.

    But I didn’t do it.

    Why?

Because I don’t live in a fucking cartoon, that’s why.

Let’s say he wound up under my car, instead of over my hood. Then what? Let’s say he goes over the hood, then bashes his head in on landing, and gets brain damage. Then what? What if I got out of my car and chased him down. Then what?

For a Mexican woman’s purse? I get her purse back, and get sued by an illegal alien empowered by a skeezy Mexican lawyer on contingency trying to take everything I’ve got?

    I let him go.

  18. ” the pedestrian was part of a Republican extremist group and that he was afraid they were “coming to get him.” ”

White Republicans in the US are starting to get a taste of what happened in the UK to British National Party members.

A BNP member lived next door to a (I think) Indian Muslim, with whom he’d not got on since the Muslim guy extended his house (definitely a big bone of contention between neighbours in the UK).

They had words one day, the BNP guy was stabbed to death (in the back!), Muslim claimed self defence and got eight years for manslaughter – he’ll have served 4 max and will have been out for ten by now.

From the press coverage, you’d have thought the murder victim was on trial.

The row which resulted in the death of Mr Brown began when Khan’s two sons, Khazir and Azir Saddique, became involved in a fight with Mr Brown and his son.

Khan “acted spontaneously” and went to the aid of his sons, armed with a kitchen knife.

At some point during the row, Khan, of Uttoxeter Road, Normacot, Stoke-on-Trent stabbed Mr Brown in the back, causing him to rapidly bleed to death.

The court was told that this was “not a full-force blow” or a “frenzied attack” but was enough to kill him.

In a separate incident, Mr Brown’s son, Ashley Barker, was wounded by a wheelbrace.
Khazir Saddique, 27, of Trentham Road, Stoke-on-Trent, pleaded guilty to wounding at an earlier hearing and was today sentenced to two years in prison.

The row which resulted in the death of Mr Brown

    Translation: Khan murdered Mr. Brown.

The article fits the whole template of narcissistic blame-shifting and victim-blaming. Actually, the full template of the elite, et al. (their proxies and useful idiots) is this:

    1. Victimize – Blame Victim – Play Victim
    2. Destroy (or Distort) the Evidence – Control the Narrative – Enforce the Law (especially on anyone looking for evidence to question the narrative).
    3. Demand to Be Placed Above Criticism, Loved Unconditionally (no matter what), and Blindly Obeyed (or else). And they have the power to effectuate those demands.

This template is being imposed by force by the hostile elite and is fast spreading to virtually all social interactions between them (their proxies and useful idiots) and whites.

Brandt has been charged with criminal vehicular homicide and DUI. Court records show a judge set bail at \$50,000.

That’s crazy. The facts make out a clear case for pre-meditated murder. It had nothing to do with the vehicle – if he had had a gun or a knife he would have shot or stabbed his victim instead but the car was the weapon he used instead. He should be held on no bail as a danger to the community. Our justice system has really lost it if they are undercharging like this even in red states.

Vehicular homicide is usually a 3rd degree felony – the lowest class of felony, one step above a misdemeanor. This is what you are charged with when you drive drunk and end up killing someone in an accident, not when you intentionally mow them down.

I can only hope that this is what they charged him with initially before they had the facts and that they will come back and upgrade the charges now that he has confessed to murder.

These red state newspaper people tend to really go overboard on the woke stuff trying to prove to their friends they are willing to “speak truth to power.”

The railway loop was interesting to me. (Aspy alert!) It’s actually the end of a long spur not off the BNSF Fargo-Minot NW oriented line–a non-junction cross with it–but the line that runs more or less straight west across the south of the state Fargo-Bismarck (I94 route) and on to the line on the Yellowstone in Montana.

If this line continued straight west about 10mi from McHenry it would connect to the Fargo-Minot line … but there are no towns in that stretch and that more active line would serve people, so instead of building a mostly pointless link (most traffic would be grain going back east) … just end the spur with a loop. But the loop is interesting, generally you just see the spurs end with some sidings to push cars onto.

    ~~

And they’ve got some nearby recreation, Devils Lake 20 milies north, which interestingly is endorheic. But supposedly has excellent fishing. Including, of course, ice fishing. Like I said, “winter”.

That’s what I always say when I feel like running someone over with my car (which, I confess, is often).

One of the striking things to me is just how incredibly “well behaved” ordinary folks and especially right-wingers have been through the imposition of the new “New Order”. The modern minoritarian woke feels entitled to block streets, imprison people in their cars, beat on their cars and physically attack and assault any “right wing” people as they see fit.

James Fields doesn’t seem to be the most bolted down guy, but he was in tough situation, where they are stopping him from moving, and he’ll be beaten to a pulp if they can get at him.

I’m fortunate, I was never around any of this “peaceful protest”. I hate being stuck in ordinary road congestion and just try and stay off the highways during rush hour. But if someone is asserting their right to arbitrarily just shut down the street I am on and imprison me in my car–sort of bulk political hostage taking–I would be pissed. I just don’t believe anyone has such a right.

Perhaps the right has been too well behaved? A little more “You aren’t going to do that to us, you assholes!”–across the board–is the attitude called for.

Or why I don’t believe anything in newspapers TV news and other media

Gay drug dealers killed another drug dealer

You can’t answer an “or” question with “Of course not.”

    And yet I did, a**hat.

That’s “something like \$11,000” in the sense that they’re both amounts of money.

You’re something like a sentient being in the sense that……………well, I’ll circle back on that one.

One thing the liberals always always do is have teams of lawyers all ready and waiting to represent liberals arrested in demonstrations and riots. The fact that whoever jackoffs organized the Charlottesville demonstration didn’t have lawyers ready. With retainers paid and contracts signed to represent demonstrators Fact that they didn’t proved the conservative movement is either a total FBI ADL SPLC front or total idiots.

There is no pro White movement. Much as I would like there to be, there is no pro Whute movement.

    Maybe?

That’s not true, but I guess it’s truer than the MSM story. Matthew Shephard’s killers were not motivated by his homosexuality. That part is true. The killers might’ve also had sex with each other or with Shepard, although that is far less certain. More likely, both men were heterosexuals with a lawyer dumb enough to believe that gay panic was a good legal defense.

I am no fan of neocons but Putin getting couped or assassinated won’t magically lead to nukes being used. Putin has gambled his very existence on this war but ultimately he is just one man who can be removed from power just like any other leader.

The postcards shown don’t contain any threatening content. It’s disturbing to see the police openly say they want to prosecute people for legally protected speech. I won’t hold my breath for the ACLU to sue them.

Be sure to send the reporter an email inquiring about the fake hate crime story created to cover up the murder of Cayler Ellington. The woke local regime is too stupid to see that pouring gasoline on a fire just makes a bigger fire. Mind boggling. Wokeness is not like a virus-it’s more like a body snatcher or a soul “walk-in” that inhabits a body, a paranormal phenomenon disseminated by Art Bell.

The men who murdered Matthew Shephard were all gay.

He was murdered by Aaron McKinney, who seems to have been a Kinsey 3. Local law enforcement considered Stephen Jimenez thesis chuckle worthy. Jimenez has his marks, and you’re one.

  71. Art Deco says:
    @Pincher Martin

Both men were shacked up and, IIRC, each had a kid. McKinney had an admitted history of homosexual trysts (about six years earlier). Their baby mamas had to face charges of being accessories after the fact.

He posted bond, which is typically 10% of the bail. The bail bondsman posts the rest.

Okay, thanks for dewshsplaining that to us. let’s look at that. Your figure of “something like \$11,000” is “something like” 22% of \$50,000. ‘Splain that to me Lucy. Where you got the odd figure of “something like \$11,000” would be a good starting point.

The 10% is not “bond” but the non-refundable premium paid by the murderer to the bail bondsman, i.e. how the bondsman makes his living.

“One of the symptoms of an approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one’s work is terribly important.”

Actually, in the case of L Ron Unzzard, it is certainly not that he thinks his work is important. It is the realization that he knows it is relatively unimportant, and does nothing to improve the human condition. The true purpose of this website is just to attract various malcontents (first WN wiggers, and later Covid hobbyist conspiracists) and convert them into a form of unwitting controlled opposition that can be harvested for extremist quotes to weave into a narrative when convenient (as well as get them onto FBI watchlists). Nor does Ron Unz have substantial authority over major decisions regarding this website. He still reports to the powerful Jews that have hired him as a middle manager, and all major decisions require their approval.

There is nothing ‘rogue’ about this website. Its true purpose is about as Deep State as Deep State gets :

But if that situation involved white man and a white woman, you would have had to get involved. Otherwise, you’re not really a benefit to an all white society who would demand direct citizen involvement.

Yet, if you’re not even willing to call the police to repot the matter, what good are you?

Just for the record, when I replied earlier to one of Thomm’s comments, I wasn’t aware of his commenting history and style. Just checked: Whew!

I think Unz has been mistaken at times in the past and has become increasingly unbalanced in his analyses. Whenever I’ve cared enough recently to disagree with Unz I’ve tried to do so with argument, and when in response he at moments slipped into hysterical ad hominem I’ve been disappointed.

I don’t find anything of value in Thomm’s torrent of personal insults against Unz and other people. Thomm won’t care what I think, that’s fine, I just don’t want others to associate me with him.

Actually, I have praised him extensively many times. See here :

But my praise was from when I thought he was the mastermind behind this website. Over time, I discovered that he reports to higher-ups, and they are the masterminds behind this website. Hence, Unz’s authority here is limited.

The problem is, as you have discovered, RUnzie Baby gets madder when someone praises him than when someone attacks him try that out, and see.

This will also tell you more about the true purpose of this website. I am certain you will come to the same conclusion as me, of your own accord.

I never believed that Fields murdered Heather Heyer or that Officer Chaves murdered George Floyd. Fields was in his car, heading away from the mess, not jockeying to run anybody over, let alone kill them. Had the crowd let him go, Heyer would still be alive. Instead they blocked his way and rocked/beat on his car. What would have happened if they managed to get him out of the car? Who knows, but Fields had to be terrified. All that Brandt had to do if he really thought the kid was calling in right-wing re-enforcements was drive away. He had a car – the kid didn’t.

Floyd was complaining the he couldn’t breathe before he ever lay down. He had 3 times the fentanyl in his system that would kill a normal person plus other drugs, and he had spent years abusing drugs so that his cardiovascular system was shot. He was a dead man walking. The excitement of getting arrested was enough to push him over.

Fields and Chaves were both human sacrifices to the great God Wokey-woke-woke.
