White men are plenty brave; could well be the bravest of all ethnic/racial groups.

But there has evolved/been built an ecosystem that severely punishes positive expression of Whiteness; or defense of such. There are machine guns hosing down anyone who sticks their neck out. Prudence has been dictated, which reflects a losing of the ethnic/racial battle, but martial bravery doesn't always mean you win the battle.

I don't think the Germans had much of anything to do with ginning up this English (American market) ad.

But I do think you're on to something. Yeah, the soulful meticulous black guy, because, well that's what you have to do. And if you argued against it, the girls in the ad department would be squawking and you might be fired.

But the foil is notably not a clean cut German looking guy. Not even a generic midwestern American (25% German) looking guy. That would be cognitive dissonance for the target customer who wants to buy a German car. They actually want that guy designing, engineering, building and running the checklist on their car.

No, they go for a duskier, sloppier (fat), yappier, bullshitting type that we've all seen before.

  6. The BMW ad makes sense to me since BMWs in the USA are commonly owned by blacks. It’s the ultimate black automobile sneaker brand. This has been true since at least the 1980s crack epidemic.

This isn't true at all. Blacks(!) prefer Mercedes Benz, usually an entry level C class. I've never heard a rap song about a BMW.

The ads that get me are the ones for investment firms in which a white couple is getting financial advice from a smartly dressed black man or woman. The cognitive dissonance is too overwhelming.

From disgruntled former employee John R. O’Donnell's book Trumped!: "I’ve got black accountants at Trump Castle and at Trump Plaza. Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day. Those are the kind of people I want counting my money. Nobody else."

Cristal champagne faced this issue about 15 years ago.

The brouhaha was sparked by comments from Roederer managing director Frédéric Rouzaud in The Economist magazine. Asked whether Cristal's association with the "bling lifestyle" might sully the brand, Mr. Rouzaud said: "That's a good question. But what can we do? We can't forbid people from buying it."

They were boycotted by rapper and producer Jay-Z, but it doesn't seem to have impacted their market share.

I our regnant ideology blacks are maximally diverse. So an ad with only one person in it who is black is a 100% diverse ad. A non-gay white guy is 0% diverse. An ad with one non-gay white guy in it is 0% diverse.

It's so important that ads be diverse that you'd expect ads for sunscreen to feature blacks.

"It has to be an inside joke or something at this point in the ad industry, right?"

It's a grim joke to the reality based below-the-lines. In the offices of the aboves they have mostly inculcated themselves into believing the CRT dogma because they think (magically) it will shield them from the predation of the blacks flowing into the industry. My brother has been a semi-successful commercial actor since the late 80s. And now, after an almost ten year fallow period, he's got a new (clueless) agent who's firing him up on the idea of returning to the audition circuit. He'll be lucky if he can snag a Viagra advert because he'll face stiff (ironically?) competition from the multitudes of other white middle age actors hoping for the job.

I think that Mercedes even more than BMW appeals to blacks. However, you can't look at Mercedes as a whole but at certain models.

There was a time that Mercedes feared dilution of their luxury brand if they sold cheaper models. One of the reasons that the Daimler Chrysler merger failed is that Daimler was reluctant to share technology with Chrysler because they feared that customers would buy a Chrysler as a cheaper way of getting a Mercedes. This had some element of truth in it, in that even today people still talk about how a Chrysler 300 is a Mercedes under the skin (in fact it has some bits and pieces of previous generation Mercedes technology but calling it a Mercedes under the skin is an exaggeration).

But in recent years they have embraced selling at all price points - at the Mercedes dealer you can buy an S-Class sedan for north of $120K or a C-Class or a little SUV for 1/3 of that. The dealer can put you into a Mercedes CLA for $459/ month. (All black car buyers care about is whether they can afford the monthly payment - the bottom line price means nothing to them). The CLA has a Mercedes logo the size of a dinner plate on its grill. You can even get the factory option where it lights up at night. If you are a black lady nurse or HR lady, this is something that you can easily afford (as long as you are not laid off) and excite the envy of your neighbors. Never mind that a Honda Civic is a much better car for much less $. The Honda Civic doesn't excite envy like a Mercedes.

Not sure if it's since that time, but it's been awhile. When Bob Newhart was planning a new sitcom in 1972, he was adamant that the central character be childless. His view was if the character had children, the default settings of comedy writers being what they were would ensure that the plots would come to revolve around papa's buffoonery. (Newhart himself had four children).

One of the more avoidable errors with NPR is that they do not care what a person’s voice sounds like, so they have a ton of reporters who are either lispingly gay or who sound like twelve-year-old boys (this is not merely annoying — it interferes with communication), and that one on Snap Judgment who sounds like he’s deliberately talking at the back of his throat so his voice can sound deeper. But yeah “working class losing its power” is a precious illustration of the wealthy left abandoning all its pretenses, not out of confidence but ignorance.

Also, white men aren’t going to complain about unflattering portrayals and everyone else will. And if white men do complain, you’re allowed to mock them mercilessly. Schwab is the same; almost always a black in the home screen. Pretty much the same with Barclays, although they have also had white homosexuals.

  45. Who is doing this and why they are doing is should be obvious by now. One of the consequences of this is that the hundreds of millions with smartphones in Africa also end up seeing these ads and many will believe this propaganda is the truth and will just add to the pressure of more migration from Africa.

  46. Every commercial features a black, and blacks are always the sensible ones, contrasted with the dopey white man. Every beauty contest has to be won by a black, including in those countries that (1) are renowned for female pulchitrude, and (2) have few blacks to begin with. Every feature film coming out of Hollywood has its quota of wise blacks.

This is never done for Asians or Orientals, or any other ethnicity. Just blacks. No-one needs to be instructed that people from the Indian Subcontinent can be intelligent, or that Oriental women can be pretty. Blacks are treated differently by the Establishment and its media because the Establishment and its media believe they are different. They are not as intelligent, they are not as pretty.

  47. An aspect of this that people don’t fully appreciate is how much creative control ad agencies often have these days, how few big ones exist and how they are connected. (Awards recognition etc which controls what ads should look like, a lot of movement between them of staff) And even to the extent that they don’t, how does a corporate exec in a board meeting express an objection to wokeness, particularly if they are a ‘stale pale male’ themselves? (Or after their upper middle class female head of marketing so breathlessly loved it and excitedly showed him it?)

So it’s not so much that advertising reflects exactly the values of society or the intensity of them, rather they are a vanguard force and see themselves as such. They are more and more dominated by middle class and up women and in those environments virtue signalling goes off the rails.

That's spot on. Their is little objective feedback on what's really effective (perhaps nothing) so it becomes a closed system where they give each other awards and accolades. It is similar to Hollywood where you have a closed eco-system that gives each other Oscars and so on, where actual real world popularity is viewed as somewhat suspicious. Not sure if it’s since that time, but it’s been awhile. When Bob Newhart was planning a new sitcom in 1972, he was adamant that the central character be childless. His view was if the character had children, the default settings of comedy writers being what they were would ensure that the plots would come to revolve around papa’s buffoonery. (Newhart himself had four children).

Jackie Gleason twenty years earlier insisted on two features in his sketches: no children and no telephone, because he did not want the action or dialogued to be about ‘the kid’ and he did not want every sketch beginning with someone talking over the phone. A somewhat different set of concerns than Newhart had.

    • Replies: @Jack D
    @Art Deco

Newhart OTOH made his big comedy breakthru with sketches involving him talking on the phone and you only heard his half of the conversation.

A lot of 1960's TV shows kept the kids but dispensed with the spouse. The main character was often a single parent - in those days they would make them a widower or widow because divorce or out of wedlock birth was taboo. There are too many of such shows to list. My 3 Sons, the Courtship of Eddy's Father, Bonanza, The Ghost & Mrs. Muir, etc., etc.

There are many different formulas for successful comedy or drama, so there is no one answer - some shows involved happy intact families (Leave it to Beaver) and others created dramatic (0r comedic) tension by removing one leg of the family triangle.

Likewise you can build comedy equally well with a "no phones" rule or a "only talk on the phone" setup.

Jews and Muslims don’t allow themselves to be insulted in commercials or anywhere else. Neither should we.

We did have some success doxing that White British ass how* CEO of Coke A Cola – Woke A Cola who made Major League Baseball move their allstar game out of Georgia because Georgia GOP made some modest efforts against Black Leftist Dem vote fraud. We publicized his obscene annual compensation and put the word out to where he lived.

This worked, he, Coke a Cola backed down. BMW will do the same.

We need to understand we are now out of power and we have to stop just playing defense, complaining and doing always failing Conservative things like

One of these days there’s going to be a reckoning over the “bizarre hairdos” too.

Clearly (white) advertisers prefer one style of black hair – masses of kwazy afro kurls! – while actual blacks prefer another – long straight blond hair, braids, or a massive bun or even two. Which seem to come off easily in street fights.

An aspect of this that people don't fully appreciate is how much creative control ad agencies often have these days, how few big ones exist and how they are connected. (Awards recognition etc which controls what ads should look like, a lot of movement between them of staff) And even to the extent that they don't, how does a corporate exec in a board meeting express an objection to wokeness, particularly if they are a 'stale pale male' themselves? (Or after their upper middle class female head of marketing so breathlessly loved it and excitedly showed him it?)

So it's not so much that advertising reflects exactly the values of society or the intensity of them, rather they are a vanguard force and see themselves as such. They are more and more dominated by middle class and up women and in those environments virtue signalling goes off the rails.

H&R Block has a series of ads with a mascot "tax preparer" who is a pudgy Black(!) lady with puffy kinky black hair who is billed as an "expert". She usually shows up and saves a successful white dude from certain tax destruction.

I always tell my kids that an uppity young black woman who thinks she's smart is the LAST person you want to do your taxes, especially if you're white.

As an aside, I got into a dispute with an household employee about 10 years ago, the basic gist of which was that I had naively tried to do the right thing and ended up overpaying my estimated payroll taxes on her, the end result being that she ended up getting a cash refund that of the money I had overpaid.

When I found the error, I told her what had happened and that I was going to file an amended return and she would probably have to give back some of that unintended lavish bonus... but she still would end up getting paid the same net after tax amount we had agreed on at the beginning.

She went to a local tax preparation firm, who subsequently sicced a young Black(!) lady accountant on me who threatened to turn me in to the IRS for fraud and tax evasion and whatever else she could think of, like I was some kind of sleazy business owner in the hood. She didn't care about the circumstances and probably wouldn't have understood them, anyway. The just went straight to the threats.

Rather than endure that headache over a couple thousand dollars, I just rolled over and told my housekeeper to keep the money and that she was fired immediately.

1099's from now on. I'll never be the taxman's collector again.

Jackie Gleason twenty years earlier insisted on two features in his sketches: no children and no telephone, because he did not want the action or dialogued to be about 'the kid' and he did not want every sketch beginning with someone talking over the phone. A somewhat different set of concerns than Newhart had.

    Replies: @Jack D, @prosa123

Newhart OTOH made his big comedy breakthru with sketches involving him talking on the phone and you only heard his half of the conversation.

A lot of 1960’s TV shows kept the kids but dispensed with the spouse. The main character was often a single parent – in those days they would make them a widower or widow because divorce or out of wedlock birth was taboo. There are too many of such shows to list. My 3 Sons, the Courtship of Eddy’s Father, Bonanza, The Ghost & Mrs. Muir, etc., etc.

There are many different formulas for successful comedy or drama, so there is no one answer – some shows involved happy intact families (Leave it to Beaver) and others created dramatic (0r comedic) tension by removing one leg of the family triangle.

Likewise you can build comedy equally well with a “no phones” rule or a “only talk on the phone” setup.

In 1960, about 3% of the children were born out of wedlock and most were adopted out; it would have been contrived to concoct a comedy or drama around the life of a tiny minority. Divorce among couples with children was also quite atypical at the time. It wasn't absolutely unknown in television. Vivian Vance was cast as a divorcée in 1962 on The Lucy Show. You saw divorced couples and alienated couples in film (A Summer Place, The Subject Was Roses). Not my trade, but cutting a character out may be less challenging than maintaining an alienated parent as a character in an open-ended series.

People will say that they don't like Trump because he lies, but I think what they really don't like about him is how often he says things that are true but taboo.

H&R Block has a series of ads with a mascot “tax preparer” who is a pudgy Black(!) lady with puffy kinky black hair who is billed as an “expert”. She usually shows up and saves a successful white dude from certain tax destruction.

I always tell my kids that an uppity young black woman who thinks she’s smart is the LAST person you want to do your taxes, especially if you’re white.

As an aside, I got into a dispute with an household employee about 10 years ago, the basic gist of which was that I had naively tried to do the right thing and ended up overpaying my estimated payroll taxes on her, the end result being that she ended up getting a cash refund that of the money I had overpaid.

When I found the error, I told her what had happened and that I was going to file an amended return and she would probably have to give back some of that unintended lavish bonus… but she still would end up getting paid the same net after tax amount we had agreed on at the beginning.

She went to a local tax preparation firm, who subsequently sicced a young Black(!) lady accountant on me who threatened to turn me in to the IRS for fraud and tax evasion and whatever else she could think of, like I was some kind of sleazy business owner in the hood. She didn’t care about the circumstances and probably wouldn’t have understood them, anyway. The just went straight to the threats.

Rather than endure that headache over a couple thousand dollars, I just rolled over and told my housekeeper to keep the money and that she was fired immediately.

1099’s from now on. I’ll never be the taxman’s collector again.

In 1960, about 3% of the children were born out of wedlock and most were adopted out; it would have been contrived to concoct a comedy or drama around the life of a tiny minority. Divorce among couples with children was also quite atypical at the time. It wasn’t absolutely unknown in television. Vivian Vance was cast as a divorcée in 1962 on The Lucy Show. You saw divorced couples and alienated couples in film (A Summer Place, The Subject Was Roses). Fights over whether this month's child support payment is late are not exactly comedy gold. Also from a practical POV it's easier to just kill off a character (even before the show begins) than having a character that only appears in some episodes because that actor might or might not be available when you need him or her.

Vance was not the main character. Vance really existed as a comedy foil/straight man (lady) for Lucy so it wasn't important to make her a fully rounded character with a family and a life of her own. She would mainly just show up to set up the gag. Lucy herself was a widow in that series - yet another TV widow. Being a widow/widower with young children was not as common in real life in the the '50s /60s as it was on TV, where it seemed like half of the spouses had been killed off. I haven't looked it up but I would guess that divorce was already much more common than young widowhood at that time. But yes even making a supporting character a divorcee was a first in that era.

Yes, it’s annoying that NPR is mostly Leftist state funded propaganda but OTOH, the amount of public funds is a rounding error by Washington standards and most NPR stations do have some useful programming such as classical music or jazz which is not political and which otherwise would no longer have a presence on the public airwaves. Of all the trillions that get wasted in Washington, this is small potatoes.

The jazz and classical programming is provided by local stations, which can be financed by listeners and by county governments in their broadcast area. They can produce their own shows or purchase syndicated programming. The thing not readily replaceable provided by NPR is news programming. NPR provided satisfactory production values and fairly sober public-affairs oriented content, but their framing (and that of PBS) just made them insufferable, and they would in their Latin America reporting find the most dubious characters as stringers. Haven't listened to NPR in long run of years, but I do see from time to time what MacNeill and Lehrer's successors have done to their program. Civil life would be better without NPR or PBS.

Jackie Gleason twenty years earlier insisted on two features in his sketches: no children and no telephone, because he did not want the action or dialogued to be about 'the kid' and he did not want every sketch beginning with someone talking over the phone. A somewhat different set of concerns than Newhart had.

The main reason the merger failed was Trump’s buddy Carl Icahn, launching many law suits. Reluctant to share technology? The Crossfire, built by Karmann was based on the Mercedes R170 platform. It had a Mercedes drive train and shared 80% of its parts with an SLK. If there was a reluctance, it was because Icahn was putting up roadblocks.

Note - PREVIOUS GENERATION SLK, like the US was Argentina or Brazil where the car companies use to ship their tooling when they were done with it in 1st world markets (they made the original Ford Falcon in Argentina for almost 30 years, until 1991). The 300 was also made with PREVIOUS GENERATION Mercedes tech.

Crossfire was a "halo" car and not a meat and potatoes production vehicle. It posed no threat to the Mercedes brand.

I don't recall what Icahn had to do with Chrysler but I doubt it had anything to do with Mercedes reluctance to share technology.

An aspect of this that people don’t fully appreciate is how much creative control ad agencies often have these days, how few big ones exist and how they are connected. (Awards recognition etc which controls what ads should look like, a lot of movement between them of staff)

The hoi polloi, don't you know?

Not my trade, but cutting a character out may be less challenging than maintaining an alienated parent as a character in an open-ended series.

This commercial is designed to convey that not only does this guy help build the cars, but he’s so proud of the quality job he and others* have done that he wants to polish up where that thumbprint or dust spot is to make that car perfect leaving the plant.

Not that I blame you - you're not obligated to pay close attention to this crap and if you missed it then a lot of other people probably missed it too. But you missed the whole point of the commercial, which was to favorably contrast "BMW Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles" with used cars off of non-dealer lots that are "certified" by a used car dealer (the white slob) gluing a "Certified" sticker to the windshield. The black guy doesn't work in a factory , he is supposed to be a dealer technician .

Car ads generally don't come from the manufacturer themself but from regional dealer groups. BMW must get some small kickback for it's "Certified Pre-Owned" program but the main beneficiaries are the dealers. A "Certified Pre-Owned" BMW carries a price premium over an equivalent BMW purchased off of a used car lot and with this ad they are trying to convince you that the premium price is justified by a premium product. Since the car itself is the same, the premium product is the BMW certification process.

I caught a bit of an interview of Mohsin Hamid, being interviewed by some soyboy douche-nozzle on some kind of NPR arts-show or another. I had to switch it off after about five minutes, lest I rip the radio out of my car and throw it out the window.

At one point, soyboy said something about Hamid's novel being about the "white working class losing it's power - losing control". Huh? Since when does the white working class have power? Since when does it control much of anything? Since when does any working class have power or control anything?

The concentrated, oozing NPR-ness of it all was nauseating. If the Republicans retake the House, can they finally, once and for all, withdraw all public funding from the abomination of "public" radio and TV. Yes, it's annoying that NPR is mostly Leftist state funded propaganda but OTOH, the amount of public funds is a rounding error by Washington standards and most NPR stations do have some useful programming such as classical music or jazz which is not political and which otherwise would no longer have a presence on the public airwaves. Of all the trillions that get wasted in Washington, this is small potatoes.

    Replies: @Art Deco

The jazz and classical programming is provided by local stations, which can be financed by listeners and by county governments in their broadcast area. They can produce their own shows or purchase syndicated programming. The thing not readily replaceable provided by NPR is news programming. NPR provided satisfactory production values and fairly sober public-affairs oriented content, but their framing (and that of PBS) just made them insufferable, and they would in their Latin America reporting find the most dubious characters as stringers. Haven’t listened to NPR in long run of years, but I do see from time to time what MacNeill and Lehrer’s successors have done to their program. Civil life would be better without NPR or PBS.

According to a recent poll, https://today.yougov.com/topics/politics/articles-reports/2022/03/15/americans-misestimate-small-subgroups-population

“Closer”? 39% is closer to the real figure of 12%? Yeah, you guessed right, that article was written by, ahem, a straight white male. Remarkably, an ex-Jewish, ex-Straussian, ex-Catholic, straight white male, who runs a substack called Eyes on the Right.

Some of this is minoritarianism and the ridiculous stuff on TV.

But the real driver here is simple innumeracy. Blacks, Jews and Muslims together making up near 100% for the population? No one--no one--believes that. It's simply a whole lot of people who do not even have a minimal sense of proportion, ratios, etc.

We're a young species and math is a bit abstract for a lot of brains.

This would not be a particular problem even--though you'd certainly want to eugenically "get better"--except for the fact that we have a hostile verbalist parasitic overclass and it really helps to have at least a modestly mathy, logicy brain that shouts out "hey that doesn't make any sense!"

  142. One reason blacks may be overrepresented in commercials is that many of the roles require no talking or anything much resembling acting. You can be the star of a commercial by just looking meaningfully (like the guy here) at a car or a box of spark plugs. A major role in a movie is a lot more demanding. Also, the shooting for a commercial doesn’t take long, where the shooting of a movie puts actors and directors together for a lot of hours and in sometimes stressful situations that are liable to lead to conflict and even fights.

It’s a grim joke to the reality based below-the-lines. In the offices of the aboves they have mostly inculcated themselves into believing the CRT dogma because they think (magically) it will shield them from the predation of the blacks flowing into the industry. My brother has been a semi-successful commercial actor since the late 80s. And now, after an almost ten year fallow period, he’s got a new (clueless) agent who’s firing him up on the idea of returning to the audition circuit. Try this 2013 commercial from Boston Market on for size.

A wimpy, disheveled White guy is at lunch with a pretty girl and a niggro male with an afro, both neatly dressed.

Despite the fact that the White man has a full plate of food in front of him from the beginning (one that looks like he's having the same thing the other two are having), he, inexplicably, is not eating his own food, but is trying to beg for food from the girl's and the niggro's plates, only to be firmly put in his place by both.

When are companies going to get that not being black is a good thing for their brand. This doesn’t even seem like are hard case to make non- disparagingly in an ad meeting. “Hey, not all our customers are black. We need to appeal to them too.”

One of these days there's going to be a reckoning over the "bizarre hairdos" too.

Clearly (white) advertisers prefer one style of black hair - masses of kwazy afro kurls! - while actual blacks prefer another - long straight blond hair, braids, or a massive bun or even two. Which seem to come off easily in street fights.

    Replies: @possumman, @Art Deco, @hhsiii, @Reg Cæsar

Also Julia, and Family Affair, where the uncle had the kids.

One of the reasons that the Daimler Chrysler merger failed is that Daimler was reluctant to share technology with Chrysler because they feared that customers would buy a Chrysler as a cheaper way of getting a Mercedes.

The main reason the merger failed was Trump's buddy Carl Icahn, launching many law suits. Reluctant to share technology? The Crossfire, built by Karmann was based on the Mercedes R170 platform. It had a Mercedes drive train and shared 80% of its parts with an SLK. If there was a reluctance, it was because Icahn was putting up roadblocks.

    Replies: @Jack D

Note – PREVIOUS GENERATION SLK, like the US was Argentina or Brazil where the car companies use to ship their tooling when they were done with it in 1st world markets (they made the original Ford Falcon in Argentina for almost 30 years, until 1991). The 300 was also made with PREVIOUS GENERATION Mercedes tech.

Crossfire was a “halo” car and not a meat and potatoes production vehicle. It posed no threat to the Mercedes brand.

I don’t recall what Icahn had to do with Chrysler but I doubt it had anything to do with Mercedes reluctance to share technology.

    • Replies: @Curmudgeon
    @Jack D

Icahn, a Chrysler Board member, had several lawsuits challenging the merger that dragged on for most of the time the merger existed. The UAW wasn't keen on it either. Farming out production was nothing new to Chrysler going back to the 50s. Pre merger they used a 2.6L Mitsubishi engine (piece of crap) in several models. Mercedes was also involved with Kia for a short time. Ford was in a joint venture with Mazda, GM with Toyota, and Renault with Nissan. Ford bought Jaguar and Volvo. GM bought Saab. Most of these failed due to "cultural" differences. Speculation at the time of the breakup was that Chrysler's engineers had not been co-operating. It ought to have been a natural, as they had non-competing products.

Some of this is minoritarianism and the ridiculous stuff on TV.

But the real driver here is simple innumeracy. Blacks, Jews and Muslims together making up near 100% for the population? No one–no one–believes that. It’s simply a whole lot of people who do not even have a minimal sense of proportion, ratios, etc.

We’re a young species and math is a bit abstract for a lot of brains.

This would not be a particular problem even–though you’d certainly want to eugenically “get better”–except for the fact that we have a hostile verbalist parasitic overclass and it really helps to have at least a modestly mathy, logicy brain that shouts out “hey that doesn’t make any sense!”

Unlike niggro women, the niggro males have uses for White women, (sex toy, servant, punching bag, two legged ATM, and of course a prize to flaunt in front of YT) sort of like the Indians used the buffalo for the meat, hides, etc.

Here's a new commercial from Wayfair. A friendy looking Muppet-like nigro male is a single dad with two (somewhat biracial looking) sons who live with him. (Yeah right). Now his White mudshark, Emily, has moved in.

Emily is a dud, messing up his pristine apartment. His boys are drawing derogatory pictures of her (with fangs, demonic eyes, and that hated blonde hair featured, and, curiously enough, referring to their dad's live in girlfriend as "Aunt Em" on the drawing), and the puppy that was her idea is tearing up the place. She herself, in the two seconds of screen time she gets, looks a bit retarded/demented.

Thank God for Wayfair, which allows Leroy the Muppet to fix whatever chaos she's causing. The tagline at the end says "Until they can handle the truth, we'' handle the stuff.

It’d be a shame if something were to happen to it, know what I mean?” We would have less woke capitalism if the government had less in the way of tax and regulatory powers it could use to target anyone it doesn’t like.

When the government was smaller and the country was more libertarian, you had less of this and as the government became bigger and accumulated more tax and regulatory powers it could potentially use to harm businesses and individuals you had more of this. I don’t think too much libertarianism in the U.S. is the problem here.

The commercials can only be aimed at negroes, I don’t think that they would have much effect on Chinese, Indians or Middle Easterners to compel them to buy said product if the commercial ridicules whites. Icahn, a Chrysler Board member, had several lawsuits challenging the merger that dragged on for most of the time the merger existed. The UAW wasn’t keen on it either. Most of these failed due to “cultural” differences. Speculation at the time of the breakup was that Chrysler’s engineers had not been co-operating. It ought to have been a natural, as they had non-competing products.

Just install an adblocker and never see a commercial again. (Do people really not do this? Are all Steve readers boomers now?)

Certainly no business is ever going to make a sale amongst my household if it belittles white men or women in its advertising.

How will you know if you aren't watching? I almost prefer that corporations (and academies, media, etc) let their true color(s) show as brightly as possible.

I’ve been cable and network TV free since 2010 and I’ve found you don’t have to have cable and actively watch to see which businesses are most anti-white. I still see ads on websites I visit, recommended articles on Google, etc.

But really, you can assume that many if not most big businesses have “woke” advertising nowadays–they can’t afford not to. We’re kind of screwed as far as buying a lot of household and food items. But as far as books, music and movies go, I only buy old stuff though the rot set in earlier than a lot of people realize so you have to be careful even there.

This is especially horrible since what follows is the young Russian virtuoso, Alexander Malofeev, playing Medtner’s Sonata in A minor.

I urge anyone who loves piano to click on the link. There is no better pianist living, he’s already, at age 20, being talked of as the greatest pianist of this century.

When are companies going to get that not being black is a good thing for their brand.

After the end of Crony-Capitalism, aka, Fascism, once Big Business is no longer in cahoots with Big Government. It might be a while, A.D.

I figured out a good while ago that being in good graces with the Establishment, most importantly, Government, is more important than short-term profits for Big Corporations.

    .

What do you want 'em to do, show a real story of a black guy who wants to "style and profile", buys a '13 model with 130,000 miles on it, sees all the overdone electronic shit breaking, and complains to his mechanic that he's being ripped off? (Might make for a good Reality Show - "Broke Black Maintenance" - but as a commercial?

Actually, they have more big government/ big corporations/ big banks collusion in store, if we are to believe what the Davos and Bilderberg crowd and the UN sponsored 2030 agenda are pushing for. Don’t you read the news?

Youtube commercials are a real problem for me. I've tried what you do and reloading the page too. Unfortunately, I'm not up on things in the software world, but I do notice that embedded videos don't show commercials. I use Brave browser which shields me from most adverts, unless the YT videos I watch are just not advert-worthy.

It’s also well worth supporting because Brendan Eich, fired by Mozilla for opposing same-sex marriage, is CEO.

Currently looking at live Ukraine feed:

Bottom right is a Donetsk shop quite popular with the military. But you’ll see a woman, not young, thinning hair, standing outside. She looks sad. She stands there every day for 20 or 30 minutes, doesn’t interact with people, then goes away. Sometimes she visits a few times a day, never seen her speak to anyone.

I wonder what her story is? She doesn’t seem to have a mobile, she’s not “doing business” as they say in the UK. What’s she waiting for? A soldier son to come home?

One of the more avoidable errors with NPR is that they do not care what a person's voice sounds like, so they have a ton of reporters who are either lispingly gay or who sound like twelve-year-old boys (this is not merely annoying -- it interferes with communication), and that one on Snap Judgment who sounds like he's deliberately talking at the back of his throat so his voice can sound deeper. But yeah "working class losing its power" is a precious illustration of the wealthy left abandoning all its pretenses, not out of confidence but ignorance.

Now White women are getting the treatment, too. Even mudsharks, who think of themselves as the ultimate "ally" to nigros. Truth is of course that black males and females hate White women far more than they hate White men--and they hate White men plenty).

The black single Dad doesn’t look like a muppets. He looks like a typical county jail inmate or some idiot drooling and panhandling. Way fair products are trash. It operates like amazon. Connects the buyer with the seller. So no warehouses for inventory no need to make an investment in buying and storing products till they are sold. Probably a very profitable middleman business.

The Martian (book) is actually a pretty good first novel; a lot of people who weren't science fiction diehards really enjoyed reading it.

The Martian (movie) is an unrelentingly woke version of the book that follows the woke playbook with Stalinist exactitude. The smartest mathematician at NASA is a black man, the person who tells everyone at NASA what they can and cannot say is a woman, the best person to command a mission to Mars is a woman, and the whole mission is rescued thanks to the real best engineers, scientists and space explorers on Earth - the Chinese.

Replies: @The Germ Theory of Disease, @Alden

Ummm maybe. Our grandchildren loved it watched it about once a week for years. And they ignored all the boring people on earth who finally rescued the Martian. They only paid attention to a brave White hero who managed to create earth type dirt and grow one of the most nutritious foods on earth; potatoes. And survived while some boring cubicle coolies looked at computers. 8 and up White boys loved the brave White man and all his knowledge and blue collar manual skills.
