Half a month ago, poor old Bernie Sanders was feebly left speechless in Seattle by two fat angry black women who screamed him off his own stage:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6BnbwUT7lBg
Tuesday, in contrast, Donald Trump decisively responded to an ethnic grievance monger trying to take control of the Donald’s news conference by having a tall security guard escort the puny interloper out of the room until the man calmed down:
Scott Adams, the Dilbert cartoonist, blogs:
Trump, that magnificent bastard, made his enemy do the perp walk on International TV while appearing 100% in charge of the situation.
In contrast, most of the English language news media in America — finding Mexicans tedious except in the abstract — is shocked that Trump would be insensitive to some poor nonwhite immigrant.
But you know and I know the race man who wouldn’t stop talking wasn’t just some BLM nobody like in Seattle, he was Haim Saban’s blue-eyed boy, Jorge Ramos, anchorman of the Spanish-language Univision network.
Here’s my 2004 VDARE book review of Ramos’ The Latino Wave: How Hispanics Will Elect the Next American President. I wrote 11 years ago:
Ramos is a stealth superstar. If you don`t speak Spanish—or read VDARE.com —you`ve probably never heard of him. …
Ramos is a man with a mission: keeping Latinos from fully assimilating into the American mainstream. He writes:
“I’m not one of those people who thinks that the common bond that unites those of us who live in the United States is the English language. No, I believe that this country’s two main characteristics are its acceptance of immigrants and its tolerance for diversity. These things are what bind us together; we’re here thanks to these unifying principles. That’s what it means to be an American. Not your ability to speak English. Talk to me in Spanish … or at least try. I sometimes go entire days without having to speak a single word of English…”
Of course, if Americans be persuaded that English is no longer the nation’s common bond, Hispanics can continue watching Univision’s Spanish-language broadcasts.
Mr. Perenchio [the Italian-American previous owner of Univision and Ron Unz's arch-enemy during the Prop. 227 battle over bilingual education in California] must be pleased to have such a loyal lackey. Reading this book, I lost track of how many times Ramos argues that various politicians doomed their campaigns by not buying enough spots on Univision. …
Whether or not it’s bad for America, it’s good for his bank account.
Besides, what does he care? He remains a Mexican citizen even after 21 years in the U.S.
Since Ramos wrote The Latino Wave in Spanish for his Spanish-speaking fans (it was translated by Ezra E. Fitz), he can be franker than mass immigration apologists usually are when addressing an English-speaking audience. He gloats:
“But while no fighting is taking place on the military or legal fronts, there is fighting going on culturally. It’s the Reconquest. Latinos are culturally reconquering lands that once were part of the Spanish empire…”
Accordingly, much of Ramos` argument will be more familiar to readers of VDARE.com than to the gullible readers of the Wall Street Journal Editorial Page. Thus while Ramos pays lip service to “proposition nation” ideology to con non-Hispanics into allowing unlimited immigration into their country, he clearly believes that ethnicity and demographics matter. And he wants his ethnic group to win.
In 2007 Jerry Perenchio sold Univision to a consortium led by Haim Saban, who has been perhaps the biggest single contributor to Hillary Clinton’s campaigns over the years.
Of course, Trump is well aware of all these convoluted personal interests at play. Chuck Ross wrote for the Daily Caller in June:
With Univision’s decision to sever ties with the Miss Universe pageant — which is controlled in part by Donald Trump — the Republican presidential candidate and his camp are questioning the Hispanic media outlet’s move, saying that the company was reacting to pressure from Mexico and its owner, Haim Saban, who is a big Hillary Clinton supporter.
“[Univision is] put under a lot of pressure, in my opinion, by the Mexican government to get [me] to not talk about trade and the southern border,” Trump told The Daily Caller on Thursday.
“The biggest people in Univision, they’re all supporting Hillary,” he added. “I think that had a lot to do with it. They see how I’m doing in the polls,” the real estate billionaire continued, citing a recent poll from Suffolk University which shows him in second place in New Hampshire behind Jeb Bush.
“They know that I’ll beat [Clinton] if I run against her,” Trump said.
The Trump campaign is like 14 years of iSteve blogging about the behind-the-scenes interests playing out in real time.
Thirty years ago, I would have felt that emphasizing the Hillary-Haim-Jorge connection was unseemly. What matters is not the grubby little conspiracies, but the principles at stake!
A commenter submitted a very interesting quote from Trump about what changed when the Cold War was won. I haven’t been able to dig it up, so I’ll just riff off my vague memory. Trump argued that during the Cold War, long-term strategizing was highly important. But in the post-Cold War era, Trump’s skill set of tactical negotiating strengths has risen in relative value.
Like everything Trump says, this was self-interested. But it’s also interesting. Trump is sort of the anti-Reagan in the sense that Reagan was, for an ex-actor, surprisingly impersonal, more interested in enduring principles than in current personalities. (It drove Reagan’s kids crazy that he seemed less interested in their troubles than in the country’s.) Movie audiences tended to responded to him most when he could play to his natural strong suit as a high-minded idealist, such as in Reagan’s big 1951 hit Bedtime for Bonzo.
Trump, in contrast, is quick to point out his opponents’ mercenary biases. When Trump bothers to enunciate principles, as in the brilliant opening to his immigration position paper, they’re generally sensible. But he seems more aware than anybody else that we’re living in Fukuyama’s End of History when history hasn’t ended, just ideological sincerity. Political actors now are motivated less by economic theories than by whatever are the personal or identity group scams they happen to be working.

Donald Trump is very alpha male for a guy who never grew up in a blue collar New York neighborhood like the ones you see in Martin Scorsese’s Mean Streets and Robert De Niro’s A Bronx Tale for example. He wasn’t a rags to riches story, he was already born with silver diapers. A lot of White males who are already born trust fund rich are soft emasculated betas, but not The Donald.
Military School probably had an impact also.
Trump has more NY street cred than De Niro could ever hope to muster. Though Trump grew up rich, he did so in prole Queens - albeit in Jamaica estates -, he attended high school at a prole military academy, started college at prole Fordham, and his father earned that fortune in the proliest of trades - housing construction. De Niro's parents were Greenwich Village bohemians, and his father was a gay artist. Can't have a more effete upbringing than that.
trump ought to have his bodyguards rough up one journalist every press conference, just to show them who is boss.
Watch the video clip. Trump's bodyguard doesn't rough up Ramos, but rather steers him out of the room. Ramos is compliant, even as he continues to gush about "Conquistador-American Lives Matter" or whatever.
Trump has surely planned for the inevitable Sanders-in-Seattle gambit by the Alinskyites. Presumably the BLM ladies plan to shriek while tumbling to the ground, in contrast to Ramos' girly behavior. That will make for more exciting TV. Will it be Trump or the Mainstream Media that successfully frames the conflict's Narrative for the low-information voter?
He'll tell us what to do.
Ramos (what a moron) was recently on O’Reilly, and Ramos tried to guilt trip Bill about race, and then Bill veered into religion, and asked Ramos if he was Catholic, and Ramos kinda sneered, and Bill throws up his hands, ya know to make sure Ramos wasn’t a bigot. And then Ramos did a sorta sheepish grin like yeah I get it. What idiocy but Bill’s good at it. And Trump deported him, my God might he really be a hero? But the more mainstream face time Americans get of Ramos All the Better for Borders cause he doesn’t quite get the way we talk about things. And really is so dumb and trigger happy.
Good Lord, what an awesome headline. I hope he continues to give us more of same.
This, however, must be objected to on the grounds of multiple redundancy…
Meanwhile, WTG Scott Adams. The MSM is apoplectic, as has become the norm when covering The Big D.
Tony Rock who is Chris Rock’s brother, referred to Donald Trump as a gangsta on Red Eye. In the African American community it is considered a compliment to be referred to as a gangsta. It means you are the opposite of a bitch.
They also respect tough and powerful. The owner of the Cannery was mean looking white Alaska fisherman, who was a total a-hole. The word nowadays for him I guess would be Alpha, I just considered him a badass. The blacks were so deferential to him, it was embarassing. I was always badmouthing him, because I was raised to not consider assholes above me my superior, but blacks would back him in an instant, even though he probably said the N-word more than anyone. They would NOT respect John Waters or Chris Hayes. They are a macho culture and do not respect sissies.
Also, they are unanimously "homophobicc", or in other words normal. They would randomly go off on how f-ed up homosexuality is. They might be on the down low, but they are still against it.
Do not fall for the TV blacks, or the one´s indoctrinated in Univerisitys´. Blacks do not view immigrants\Mexicans as one of them, they aren´t excited about being in a coalition that has gays. They are very traditional in a their own way.
Coulda just said black. No need to be redundant.
Chris Rock’s latest movie “Take Five” wasn’t as good as I’d hoped it would be, but it was pretty iSteveish.
How was it iSteveish?

When Jorge Ramos asked Bill O’Reilly if White privilege exists in the U.S, Bill O’Reilly should have asked Jorge Ramos if White and light skin privilege exists in Latin America where light skin Pardos and White people are over represented among the upper middle and upper classes.
That indeed would have been a good question. If Bill O'Reilly were a real reporter, instead of a braying horses' ass and a globalist stooge, he might have asked it.
Immigration aside for a moment, it would be interesting to see if President Trump used the antitrust laws to break up the media oligopoly. It would certainly be healthier for the country.
A President Trump should just declare an all out war with oligarchs especially Slim.
“Chris Rock’s latest movie “Take Five” wasn’t as good as I’d hoped it would be, but it was pretty iSteveish.”
How was it iSteveish?
In the below vid Trump comments directly on the Sanders incident, it’s brilliant:
A lot of the problems of the West boil down to a reluctance to grasp the nettle of necessary action.
Liberals and globalists find it easier to invade a foreign country than throw a couple of fat activists off the stage.
Before Donald Trump entered the race, Jeb Bush thought the Republican primaries was basically going to be his coronation/a walk in the park for him. But The Donald derailed his evil plans. Jeb overestimated how much Republican voters want to see another politician with the surname Bush in The White House again. 3rd time with a Bush is not a charm. Republican voters are having Bush fatigue system. America needs another Bush in the oval office like we need another Fantastic Four sequel. The Bush family has jumped the shark. It is time for them to be cancelled like a television show that has overstayed its welcome like “Law & Order SVU”.
Political actors now are motivated less by economic theories than by whatever are the personal or identity group scams they happen to be working.
Most ideologies and “economic theories” are at heart identity group scams. Always were.
It’s never great for cross over appeal or qualify for that matter when Cedric the Entertainer steals the show.

He’s had to deal with construction workers, contractors and the like his whole life. It’s not that surprising to me.
Military School probably had an impact also.
But I'm still waiting to see him handle huge loudmouthed black females who storm the podium.
Ramos was relatively civilized himself.
[Of course it's doubtful such creatures would even try in his case. Which is part of the whole point. I'd just like to see it unfold.]
Ha! That was absolutely wonderful…. and comedy gold.
I’m starting to wonder if all this hubub about Joe Biden starting a presidential campaign is strictly an anti-Trump tactic? The Donald would wipe the floor with Hillary or Bernie in a debate. Based on the 2012 VP debate in which Biden took Paul Ryan to the “Jerk Store”, he’s probably the only potential Dem nominee who could put up a serviceable fight.
The motivating force behind the draft Biden movement is pure unadulterated panic and panic alone. This has 2012 Rick Perry campaign written all over it especially because Hillary is a pretty good debater especially at playing the aggrieved woman/ how dare you attack a woman like that role which works in the primaries.
Truthfully, Joe Biden destroyed Paul Ryan in that debate; Biden fact-checked his talking points in real-time and laughed in his face. That's how most people interpreted it. All Faux News could do afterward was cry about Joe being mean. Ryan came into the debate reciting factually dubious talking points and had no fall back when they were called into question. Donald Trump can either do what Paul Ryan and Sarah Palin did (recite nice sounding talking points that lack substance and can get you into trouble if your opponent calls you out on them) or he can present uncomfortable truths of his own, ones that the establishment hasn't considered or prepared for.

What Trump’s people need to be on guard for are paranoid lefty ‘Oswald’ types who take seriously all this shrieking about Trump and the “rise of American fascism.” That’s the real danger here. These people will not be Mexicans.
Trump is the political equivalent of a Kardashian. The only positive is that his being in the spotlight is itself a spotlight onto how stupid things have gotten and, for some godawful reason, people love him. I’d be willing to bet a good third to half of those people love him for the impending train wreck aspect of his campaign but the other half are the red-blood Muricans who have cut their teeth on hate over the last 20 years. Hating Clintons, hating Muslims and furriners, hating libruls for trying to steal their guns, hating Obama because he’s a Muslim furriner librul trying to steal their guns, and of course hating those damned illegals.
They’ve been fed an all-you-can-eat buffet of hate and they never get full. Trump has managed to turn himself into filet mignon of that buffet.
The day after the Miss Universe contest, my local newspaper, the NJ Bergen County Record — the management of which hates Trump — published an article about the event. The article reported the standard Who-What-Where-When-Why-How and included a couple paragraphs detailing objections to Trump’s then-recent comments about Mexican rapists but (deliberately, I think) omitted mentioning who won the contest — Miss Oklahoma.
Alinsky would have been proud
Those vocal young women in Seattle are not just harmless, ill-informed clowns. They have helped kill dozens of black men in Baltimore.
From April 16 through August 22, 2015, 157 Baltimoreans have been murdered, while only 88 were murdered in the same period in 2014. (Freddie Gray died April 15th .) Most of the dead are young black men. So, about 69 Baltimore dead bodies, mostly black, are a direct result of the anti-police propaganda spread by these ignorant racists and their allies.
Presumably, hundreds more have died in other cities.
They are not just harmless loudmouths, they are “making a difference”.
(Data from http://chamspage.blogspot.com/2014/01/2014-baltimore-city-homicides-list-and.html, and http://chamspage.blogspot.com/2014/12/2015-baltimore-city-homicidesmurders.html.)
CNN’s comment at the end of the video clip: “Ramos refused to back down.” Bold, strong Ramos.
Most people would have said, “Ramos refused to shut up and wait his turn, but backed down when Donald’s security men confronted him.” Loud-mouthed, self-important and weak-kneed.
Trump had a much better sense of the visuals than the TV star, Ramos.
So, Ramos's actions play as him being a jerk to A FELLOW REPORTER by trampling the other reporter's question. Ramos's subsequent bleats that he "has a right to ask a question" then translates into "I have a right to drown out everyone else's questions". A pretty good metaphor for illegal immigration.
I think the movie is called “Top Five”.

Trump’s best tactic was that he kept asking the reporter that he called on to ask HIS question, and the other reporter kept starting to ask his question, but was drowned out by Ramos.

Joe Biden is a notoriously bad debater. Dick Cheney diced up John Edwards in their debate too. The incumbent Vice President should pretty much always win that debate. Look back at Biden’s debate with Palin it was basically a draw. The guy has run for president twice now and embarrassed himself both times.
The motivating force behind the draft Biden movement is pure unadulterated panic and panic alone. From today’s poetry corner:
“Trump is like fresh water to a people parched from years roaming a cultural landscape full of supplicating manlets.”
https://heartiste.wordpress.com/2015/08/26/go-back-to-univision/
The media outlets seemed to think this was the gotcha moment for Trump. The headlines made it look like Trump lost his cool and that he is some autocratic guy who tolerates no dissent. Yet I watched the clip with my democrat neighbor and he felt Trump was in the right. He felt Ramos was speaking out of turn and that Trump was calm, cool and collected.
I think many people reading the headlines will think this is a negative on Trump. But anyone who watches the video will see that Trump handled himself well, and that Ramos appeared to be deliberately looking for a confrontation.
What would Trump do? He takes control and restores order so that the first person called upon to speak and ask a question is the person who actually gets to speak. Takeaway: Trump is a leader and Bernie Sanders isn't.
I’m making my way through The Art of the Deal to try to get inside Trump’s head.
When he wrote it, he wasn’t that fond of Reagan, he wondered if there was anything there underneath his smile.
Many decades of spokesfacing for GE and Borax. And cultivating nouveax riches like the Annenbergs.
BTW, Trump, unforced error, made me LOL:

[…] Donald Trump openly tells #BLM to make his day, then sends them and everyone like them a message with his very first deportation. […]
People like Ramos understand things quite simply: power through demographic change, strength in numbers. They believe that they’ll then form a leadership class within the new realigned society. It’s just about naked power for their group with themselves at the head. There’s nothing particularly abstract about all this once one waves away the various smokescreens. He should be escorted all the way to the border.
Black Lives Matter. That’s the whole problem: ONLY black lives matter. What with AA, quotas, headstart schemes, ridiculous ‘HATE’ laws, MSM fetishism (St Trayvon, St Brown), public sector jobs etc… They get special treatment in everything. Don is just reflecting that exasperation of the White taxpayer.
The only group more priveleged than blacks are Scots-Irish. But the man on the street has little contact with them, despite the fact they are pulling the strings in this charade. If only he could be made aware! Something as counter-intuitive as BLM can only exist if Mr Cohen has absolute MSM control.
“When Jorge Ramos asked Bill O’Reilly if White privilege exists in the U.S, Bill O’Reilly should have asked Jorge Ramos if White and light skin privilege exists in Latin America where light skin Pardos and White people are over represented among the upper middle and upper classes.”

Why is Haim Saban so keen for the Reconquista?
“Whether or not it’s bad for America, it’s good for his bank account.”
White latino salaries matter!
Funny you say this. I saw this very interview when it first aired and when Jorge asked this, I found myself yelling at my TV screen basically the same question.. “What about White Privilege in Mexico?! Jorge, wouldn’t you concede that you are both white and very privileged relative to the average Mestizo?”
Better yet, especially seeing as how Trump is so keen on taking things personal and attacking his enemies, I’m wondering whether the Trump will not start threatening Carlos Slim to break up his telecommunications monopoly in Mexico by threatening Mexico with tariffs or renegotiating NAFTA with them (all of course in benefit of the poor Mexicans who have no decent government!)
A President Trump should just declare an all out war with oligarchs especially Slim.
A little crazy is good. A little stupid isn't.
That's the kind of thing that, if anything is going to do it, is going to finance 'them' to egg on some nut to decide he's going Full Sirhan.
If you really want to bag an oligarch or two, you wait until after you have the White House and the Secret Service. And then you make damn sure he and enough of his inner circle are all taken out on the first attempt, because you only get one.
That’s very charitable to Palin. What I remember about that debate was I thought Biden looked calm, collected and experienced relative to her. Palin looked nervous and seemed like an amateur.
I think many people reading the headlines will think this is a negative on Trump. But anyone who watches the video will see that Trump handled himself well, and that Ramos appeared to be deliberately looking for a confrontation.
Yeah I noticed this too. On Fox News last night, I think it was the Meghan Kelly show, all of her guests commented on it like “Oh my goodness, you simply cannot treat the press this way!” Which is funny because it was just last week they were still aghast with the Speechless in Seattle fiasco where the public basically got to test drive, as it were, Bernie’s leadership skills in handling aggressive mob-like behavior. How will Bernie handle things when LA is being burned to the ground by the Black-Lives-Matter crowd? He’ll demur.
What would Trump do? He takes control and restores order so that the first person called upon to speak and ask a question is the person who actually gets to speak. Takeaway: Trump is a leader and Bernie Sanders isn’t.
height -> less violence
A great moment in TV history.
I just hope Trump knows what he’s doing, writing off the Hispanic vote like that. Maybe he hopes to eke out some 35-40% of the Hispanic vote, seeing as Obama got that fraction of the white vote, despite running as the anti-white candidate.
But here’s something that’ll get some of you to reconsider Jeb:
http://news.walla.co.il/item/2885015
Which was the GOP strategy up until Trump showed up. Basically give the Hispanics whatever they wanted in the hopes they'd vote for some nasty old gringo. Which is what the white and Jewish Left did with the Blacks, buy their loyalty with handouts.
However if you do that, you make yourself a slave to that group. Now we have black thugs literally dictating police policy in our cities(which are controlled by the Democrats). The thing is once a voting bloc realizes how critical they are to a political parties success, they own it.
We learned nothing from the Roman nobles who played that game with the barbarians. Then one day they woke up and found the barbarians in charge.
Never.
I think many people reading the headlines will think this is a negative on Trump. But anyone who watches the video will see that Trump handled himself well, and that Ramos appeared to be deliberately looking for a confrontation.
Yes. The media haven’t realized yet that the more they campaign against Trump, the more they bring it to Mr. and Mrs. Middle America’s attention that Trump’s their man.
That clip is more satisfying to watch than any minute of video has any right to be.
I think many people reading the headlines will think this is a negative on Trump. But anyone who watches the video will see that Trump handled himself well, and that Ramos appeared to be deliberately looking for a confrontation.
Not so, I don’t think. Even the prog Chris Como, in his interview with Ramos this morning about the incident, said to Ramos that he wasn’t called on, didn’t wait his turn, and that he kept interrupting.
Don’t take anything from Sorcese/De Niro at face value. Their oeuvre presents a very distorted view of NY life.
Trump has more NY street cred than De Niro could ever hope to muster. Though Trump grew up rich, he did so in prole Queens – albeit in Jamaica estates -, he attended high school at a prole military academy, started college at prole Fordham, and his father earned that fortune in the proliest of trades – housing construction. “Trump Fires Warning Shot Across Bow of BlackLivesMatter Motormouths”
I have been urging Republicans ever since the Bernie Sanders Seattle incident to make hay of the Black Lives Matter “movement.” As you note, Trump is strong on tactics, in contrast to Reagan who was more of a strategist. This latest brouhaha with Jorge Ramos was a brilliant way to send a message to the BLM crowd. Hats off to Mr. Trump. Probably a lot better way than anything I would have come up with.
My intellectual side would still prefer that he make a formal connection between his “anti Political Correctness” rhetoric, the Black Lives Matter movement and the suppression of free speech that the movement (and all “Political Correctness”) represents. (The black shirts that the BLM women wear are suggestive of the Brown Shirts worn by Hitler’s supporters back in the 20′s and 30′s, which movement also tried to suppress free speech, btw. According to Wikipedia: ” Their primary purposes were providing protection for Nazi rallies and assemblies, disrupting the meetings of opposing parties, fighting against the paramilitary units of the opposing parties, especially the Red Front Fighters League of the German Communist Party (KPD), and intimidating Slavic and Romani citizens, unionists, and Jews – for instance, during the Nazi boycott of Jewish businesses.” Interestingly enough, Hitler was smart enough to recognize the danger they posed to his regime after using them to gain power and dissolved them in 1934.) If there is any doubt, look at what they succeeded in doing to poor Bernie Sanders at his own rally.
I totally agree with your characterization of Trump’s position paper on immigration: “When Trump bothers to enunciate principles, as in the brilliant opening to his immigration position paper, they’re generally sensible.” But I thought you might appreciate this rather confused evaluation of Trump’s position on immigration in the National Interest, which goes to show how discombobulated the D.C. elites are by Trump’s sensible talk about immigration:
“Now we’re transitioning to phase three: recognition that Trump isn’t just a mouth tethered to an ego, but a candidate with at least a vague semblance of a plan. Trump’s blueprint for immigration reform, released last weekend, is a mishmash of good ideas (bringing sanctuary cities in line with federal law), bad ideas (implementing e-verify nationwide) and whimsical ideas (forcing Mexico to pay for a border wall), but it’s far more filling than Trump’s usual verbal sizzle. In fact, it may be the most comprehensive immigration plan ever released in presidential politics, where nebulous pledges to “secure the border” are the norm.” http://www.nationalinterest.org/feature/the-secret-donald-trumps-massive-rise-the-polls-13665
Notice how the author is not bothered by the fact that Trump’s “vague semblance of a plan” a few sentences later becomes magically transformed into “the most comprehensive immigration plan ever released in presidential politics, where nebulous pledges to “secure the border” are the norm.” ” The fact that the author seeks to attack Trump rather than all the other politicians who continue to make “nebulous pledges” tells you all you need to know about our broken system in Washington.

Narrative Buster: Against Hillary, Trump Polls Better Than Bush with Non-Whites

He believes that America’s two main characteristics are the ones which allow him to come here and operate freely. That’s very convenient.
“Our weapons will be subversion and the begging bowl, for we – the descendants of raping, killing, and pillaging conquistadors – are brave crusaders.”
My grandparents were Italian immigrants. Their English was never very good, but when my Dad and his siblings got old enough to go to school and learn English, they forbade the kids to speak Italian in their house. “In English! In English!” my grandpa would say. They wanted to be Americans. Screw Ramos and people like him.

Ann Coulter has run the numbers. There’s effectively no downside to writing off the Hispanic vote. It’s the white vote that Trump needs. And it’s the white vote he’s getting.
LOL!
The Magnificent Bastard is the best moniker I’ve seen for Trump yet. His campaign slogan should be “All out of bubble gum.”
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/08/26/active-shooter-reportedly-attacks-tv-crew-in-virginia/
People are being called “racists” and websites are being called “hate sites” for pointing out that the shooter was a black guy who shot and killed the white woman and man. However, it is actually relevant since according to some materials I am seeing on the web, he shot her in retaliation for making racist comments. I’m sure some #BLM type will show up shortly to explain why it had to happen this way. Meanwhile, the shooter apparently shot himself once the cops cornered him.

Someone should tell Jorge Ramos that Americans would have no problem if all Hispanic immigrants were like him.
The problem is elites who look like him in Hispanic nations want to be rid of people who look like LA Mexican gangs who are NOT blue-eyed.
I think many people reading the headlines will think this is a negative on Trump. But anyone who watches the video will see that Trump handled himself well, and that Ramos appeared to be deliberately looking for a confrontation.
The question then is how many Americans go to primary sources and actually watch a video like this vs. passively absorbing a headline or spun news announcement somewhere. I really have no idea; I personally know relatively intelligent people who simply accept the liberal msm spin on things without looking any further.
“No, I believe that this country’s two main characteristics are its acceptance of immigrants and its tolerance for diversity. These things are what bind us together; we’re here thanks to these unifying principles. That’s what it means to be an American.”
Our country’s main two characteristics? You’ve got to be kidding me. Where the heck did he get those ideas from? Is this what newcomers to our country are being taught these days?
I find these words/terms annoying:
1. Proposition nation
2. Homeland
3. American exceptionalism
4. Weapons of mass destruction
Have these all been used for a long time? They all sound like propaganda to me. I don’t remember learning about of any of them when I was in school (quite a few years ago).
Can two sides both be wrong?
Sometimes, right or wrong depends on the rules of the game.
It’s like being rowdy at a rock concert is okay, being rowdy at a library is not okay. Different places with different rules.
This latest bogus controversy is a perfect example.
http://www.cnn.com/2015/08/24/politics/jeb-bush-asian-people-anchor-babies/
In a sane world, Jeb Bush is right to call attention to the problem of Asian Anchor Babies. Chinese especially seem to exploit this loophole in the US system.
Though it would be wrong/unfair to blame entire communities for something, it is true enough that certain problems are more associated with certain communities than with others. For example, it’s fair to say that the Italian-American community created more problems with organized crime and corruption than Swedish-American community did. It’s fair to say Irish have bigger problems with drinking and fighting and overdosing on taters than Amish or Mormon communities. It’s fair to say Muslims have a bigger problem with political terrorism than other communities. And those Chechens need some serious reforming. As long as we remind ourselves that it doesn’t apply to everyone in the group, it’s fair to say the community has more of certain problems than others do. And in the form of constructive criticism, it can do much good.
Asian Anchor Baby problem is a genuine concern, and Jeb is right to bring it up. So, what is the problem? Because by the rules he usually plays, his very words violated the game.
His ‘anti-racist’ stance would never dare to associate Jews with certain problems(in finance, espionage for Israel, manipulation of foreign policy, anti-white rhetoric, support of ‘gay agenda’, etc) or Mexicans(his favorita peoplez) with certain problems, such a mass littering all over CA, illegal invasion, drug trade, and etc.
In a sane world, we should be able to talk about Asian Anchor problem, Mexican Littering problem, Jewish financial shark-ism problem, Italian organized crime problem(though much reduced today), black student behavioral problem, homo sexual disease problem and other health issues, and etc.
But the rules of the game say ALL STEREOTYPES ARE BAD AND ALL BAD THINGS MUST BE BLAMED ON ‘WHITE PRIVILEGE’.
And Jeb himself would be the first to scream and shout at anyone who dared to associate Jews, Mexicans, and blacks with any special problem. So, his singling out of Asian Anchor Baby problem becomes hypocritical.
In a sane world, we should laud Bush for bringing this subject up and expand it to other groups as well. In a diverse nation like the US, it’s simply wrong to assume that every group have/cause the same problems. While stereotyping can become nasty and ugly, it can also be helpful and constructive if done right. Also, if Libs believed it was right to single out the problem of prejudice among white Southerners, why not call attention to the notable problems of other groups? Without honest criticism, how can there be a sense of shame, conscience, and improvement?
But because the rules of the game are so nuts in the US, Jeb was wrong to say the right thing. But then, he usually sticks up for the rules of the game.
With Trump gaining at the polls, Bush prolly figured he should cash in on some bashing of The Other. Since Jews are too powerful, homos are too protected, and Mexers are his favorita peoplez, he thought Chinese would make an easy target. But maybe Asians are now learning how to bitch too. And Jeb is too ‘nice’ to act tough and say Fung You.

Short of amnesty and welfare gimmes to the Mexican populace here, he won’t get much of it. Hispanics are all about the patronage. You throw them lots of freebies and you get their vote, if they decide to vote that is.
Which was the GOP strategy up until Trump showed up. Basically give the Hispanics whatever they wanted in the hopes they’d vote for some nasty old gringo.
I mean: Horrible. Just horrible. And there is a racial angle.
Mess with their SJW heads.
When they call you racist for noticing the shooter was a black man, give them the full Omar Thornton treatment:
“Damn right it was a black man! And those two crackas deserved it. What with her blond-haired blue-eyed racist comments and the cameraman reporting Bryce to the HR Department, I guess their ‘white privilege’ just ran out.”
This whole Trump campaign is great fun. This is how billionaires should spend their money. By going after obnoxious politicians and media people he is giving the public more pleasure than any of the Carnegie libraries ever has.
http://news.walla.co.il/item/2885015
What makes you think he is writing off the legal, US citizen hispanic vote? Remember Cesar Chavez who railed against illegal aliens driving down wages for Mexican-Americans? There are many Mexican-Americans who are sick of the chaos and crime and low wages caused by illegal aliens. And THEY are the only ones entitled to vote.
How many people do you actually know who were born “trust fund rich”?
Not hearing as much “buffoon” talk any more. All of a sudden, people are all “I knew he was an erratic political genius all along, he’ll never get elected though.”
Chris Christie has to be green with jealousy at this latest display of what HS Thompson, in his book on the Hell’s Angels, would have called “fearsome class”; since Trump is basically making him get his shinebox at the same game he made his name on.
I mean: Horrible. Just horrible. And there is a racial angle.

http://fox2now.com/2015/08/26/trump-says-gangs-in-st-louis-ferguson-are-filled-with-illegal-immigrants/
Yeah, there are only a couple hundred Latinos in Ferguson. I wonder if Trump meant Compton? I imagine his strategy is to set blacks against illegal immigrants, which is of course a really smart move. If so he really needs to start talking about Compton and citing this newspaper article that Steve has linked to several times:
http://articles.latimes.com/2013/jan/25/local/la-me-0126-compton-20130126
To be fair, that picture of Jorge Ramos you use is about the lightest one out there. It was taken with him directly under very bright, white lights. He looks a bit swarthier in real life.
Yeah Jorge Ramos has never been as ghostly borderline albino pale as a Jim Gaffigan for example. Either Jorge Ramos has some Amerindian ancestry making him a light skin Mestizo or his Spanish ancestors are from the swarthy southern region of Spain like Antonio Banderas. Or it is a combination of both.
Amerindian DNA is very present in even in Mexicans who did not grow up poor. Eva Longoria for example comes from an upper middle class Mexican family and she is genetically 27 percent Amerindian according to a DNA test she took.
Mexico's elites on average are not as racially pure unmixed White as America's elites. Also the wealthiest Mexican in the world is an Arab and not a Conquistador.
I mean: Horrible. Just horrible. And there is a racial angle.

It will be a long time until I can get the shrieks of those two women out of my head as they were being shot. I’ve seen the clips, too, including the one he posted on Facebook (his POV) and including his disgusting tweets trying to justify these murders.
Yes, and the MSM will ignore it. Mind you: I don’t endorse getting into a race war or a “race war of words” but this was clearly racially motivated, so, let’s admit that and discuss like grownups. On the other hand, The Atlantic had a story on the shooting right after it happened, but as soon as it was revealed as a black on white crime, they shut the comments down. I’m sorry, but complete and utter hypocrisy.
This is why the Republican beltway consultant class of barnacles and parasites have it out for Trump most of all and have just about the biggest incentive to make sure he doesn’t win. For if he winds up being the Republican nominee, and does even just a wee tiny bit better among both blacks and Hispanics versus the Democrat nominee than Romney did versus Obama among them, then that ruins a whole lot of conventional wisdom and makes the consultants look like the deceitful frauds peddling political pseudo-science on behalf of donors that I already knew they are. Even if Trump does no better or even worse among NAMs, but wins the election based on more white voters, that ruins the beltway consultant narratives as well.
Republican beltway consultants originate in Belfast?
MSM, and average whites really don´t know how working blacks think. I worked in Alaska canneries where most of the American employees were California refugees. The blacks from Oakland explained that, (these blacks used to work in factories, docks, construction or what have you), said the Mexicans took all the jobs. They don´t think twice when making this assertion, they are fully aware of what is going on. They also claim that immigrants get free money to open businesses, which if it weren´t for vdare and the internet, I would never know, but they ALL do.
Also, they are unanimously “homophobicc”, or in other words normal.
Meet Don Trump:

What a breathless quote. Lady journalist.
I guess the weekly “inflame the simpletons” murder, has accomplished exactly what it was meant to, yet again.
Did you not see him mercilessly murder a woman in cold blood, for obviously racist reasons. Oh yea, she´s white, so her life is expendable.
Black Lives Matter should change to White Lives Don´t Matter.

I think many people reading the headlines will think this is a negative on Trump. But anyone who watches the video will see that Trump handled himself well, and that Ramos appeared to be deliberately looking for a confrontation.
Yea. I was watching CNN showing a clip of the incident, and the quote at the bottom of the screen was “Trump: “I can´t handle this”. Trying to portray Trump as panicked when confronted by opposing view, even though they were showing it in live action, and Trump wasn´t crying that he couldn´t handle the situation. Cognitive dissonance or outright lie? The MSM has to be destroyed.
Sums up my opinion.
Republican beltway consultants originate in Belfast?
It will be interesting to see how various groups “celebrate” or not Flanagan shooting the White female reporter on live TV, the cameraman, also White, both of whom died, and the interviewee a White woman who is in serious condition.
One thing this is, is a wake-up call for Whites in the media that Lee Kwan Yew was correct, your skin color is your uniform. Its one thing for flyover Whites in Ferguson to get the treatment, or blue collar White guys in some place in an unfashionable place in MA, another for “Media people” to get murdered. People tend to value their lives highly, none so much as the health food obsessed, organic foods, diet-exercise SWPL.
There’s been a lot of anti-Trump talk about pitchforks and mobs, and I expect that to die down somewhat as media people contemplate the other mobs who are the fire burning at their feet.
Virginia shooter revealed as a gay black man! Retaliating against white women and straight black men for discriminating against him, and retaliating for the Charleston shootings.
Lol it’s going to be interesting to see what the MSM does with this. Their own kind, felled in the name of their own greatest cause.
Off topic: Can we refer to the shooter today as the “Salon Shooter” or the “Social Justice Warrior Shooter?” He was a gay black man perpetually accusing others of racism and seeing injustice. He even carved the initials of the Charleston victims into the pistol rounds he used. Since leftists always try and cite “right wing rhetoric” for acts. of violence and hate, the usual suspect s like salon and the Tanisha Coates of the world are responsible.
I think many people reading the headlines will think this is a negative on Trump. But anyone who watches the video will see that Trump handled himself well, and that Ramos appeared to be deliberately looking for a confrontation.
Every time Trump holds a press conference or makes a speech, the MSM has the same reaction: He’s done it, now. The public will never abide that racist/misogynistic/crass remark. Then his poll numbers rise again.
http://news.walla.co.il/item/2885015
republicans generally get around 30% of the hispanic vote regardless of their position on Mexico, illegals and so on.
Mitt Romney won only 27 percent of the Hispanic vote. In a national election Donald Trump would fare even worst with Hispanic voters than Mitt Romney did. But if Donald Trump can get a significantly higher share of the White vote than Mitt Romney did, than the Hispanic vote does not really matter.
Also if Donald Trump can get a higher share of the African American vote than Mitt Romney did, that would just be icing on the cake. Of course I am not expecting anywhere near a majority, but if he were able to get 15%-20% of the African American vote that would be a vast improvement from how GOP politicians usually fare with that demographic. Especially if The Donald's views on immigration resonates with a sizable Minority of working class African Americans who feel they have to compete with too many Illegals in the job market.
The whole global ‘free trade’ and ‘open borders’ sound like the drug business in THE GODFATHER.
Consider what Joseph Zaluchi says:
http://godfather.wikia.com/wiki/Joseph_Zaluchi
“I also don’t believe in drugs. For years I paid my people extra so they wouldn’t do that kind of business. Somebody comes to them and says, ‘I have powders; if you put up three, four thousand dollar investment – we can make fifty thousand distributing.’ So they can’t resist. I want to control it as a business, to keep it respectable.”
Even though Zaluchi despises the drug business, there’s just too much money to be made. His men cannot resist. Put up just a little money and they get huge returns.
Now, imagine how Western businessmen felt when they looked to China and India(and Mexico) with their giant pool of dirt cheap labor in the late 80s. They could put up a little money, invest in those countries, and reap huge profit margins, impossible if they hired Americans in America-centered industries.
Even American businessmen who knew it would be unpatriotic and traitorous(and even unethical) just couldn’t resist.
Zaluchi says he wants narcotics ‘controlled as a business’, but we know how such things turn out. It takes on a life of its own, and it cannot be controlled. In the end, it brought down the mafia and gave birth to new crime organizations all over in the Hispanic and black communities.
And same thing happened with globalism. It turned into a monster that no one could really control.
You are competing with Germans, Canadians, Brits, Australians, Japanese, etc.
Or tanner.
“Talk to me in Spanish … or at least try. I sometimes go entire days without having to speak a single word of English…”
This is the money quote. In other words, Ramos and Jeb would have plenty to talk about for days since Jeb likes to go extended time periods without speaking in English as well (at least when he’s at home so we’re led to believe).
Btw, if Hillary starts to poll badly with non-whites then its over for her. She certainly won’t get more than 30% of the white vote anyway.
Remember: If he’s the GOP nominee, Trump will get near 70% of the white vote. He’s not a Mormon, so the Evangelicals can live with him; he’s an Alpha, so the Red State Perroistas can live with him; He’s from NY and has been a successful businessman, so the moderates can live with him. And unlike Perrot, Donald Trump isn’t perceived to be mentally unstable.
Because of his name recognition over the decades, the white vote (males in particular) can accept him as a reasonably respectable candidate especially when compared to what’s out there in both parties currently running.
Because IF someone tries to say “Him? Really? Seriously? Whaddya thinking?” The logical retort is: “Well why not him? Who else you think has more going for him on the ball?”
And IF people in ’92 could vote for someone perceived to be a billionaire bumpkin who truth be told was more of a bit mentally unhinged, and that was ok, then why not now?
Trump may be many things but mentally unbalanced isn’t one of them. If he wisely chooses a Southerner OR someone from OH, WS, MI to run as his VP he could present a very strong candidacy.
Traditionally, a candidate from the Northeast (Mass. or NY) would choose a running mate from Texas (think FDR + John Nance Garner in 1932 or JFK + LBJ in 1960). Without LBJ on the ticket, there is no way JFK could have won Texas (it was very close even with LBJ on the ticket), and, without Texas, JFK would have lost to Nixon in 1960. That may explain why Cruz is not being as critical of Trump as Rand Paul. He is hoping to be Trump's running mate. Trump would be controversial enough with a spot on the ticket. I don't think he would want to risk having a running mate more controversial than he. A more traditional, uncontroversial person from a needed state like Ohio, for example, would be more likely.
But I agree with Pistol Pete. I don't think Trump would need a Southerner or a Texan to carry the South or Texas, should he get the nomination. Besides, it is way too early to discuss possible running mates for Trump. He has to get the nomination first, and, despite the current excitement, there is no guarantee he will secure the nomination. In fact, I believe I heard Marco Rubio declare yesterday that there is no way Trump can get the nomination. I don't know about that. One thing I am certain about is that Rubio is toast should Trump get the nomination. He certainly won't be the running mate, he would have given up his Senate seat which he stood a reasonable chance of retaining in reelection, and he would have a bleak future in D.C. should Trump be nominated and win the election. I don't think the Bushes will be anxious to help him out. Perhaps he has a future as a game show host on Univision, although I think the audience to which he would appeal, the Cuban segment of the Latino "bloc," is not an especially large one for Univision. Good riddance, as far as I am concerned.
Imagine the turmoil inside the West Wing, this afternoon: Should the president himself attend the funeral service, or merely send a delegation from the Department of Justice, headed up by the Attorney General? Of course, I suppose, it all will depend upon whether Vester’s grieving parents even would welcome any government representation at their martyred son’s funeral service!?!
http://fox2now.com/2015/08/26/trump-says-gangs-in-st-louis-ferguson-are-filled-with-illegal-immigrants/
After Scott Adams’s posts on him, I’m starting to think Trump doesn’t make unforced errors. He’s got to know who’s committing the crimes in Ferguson, and must have a reason for suggesting otherwise. Maybe it’s a dog whistle that he’ll be tough on crime regardless of who the perpetrators are, without riling up domestic opponents?
Chris Christie has to be green with jealousy at this latest display of what HS Thompson, in his book on the Hell's Angels, would have called "fearsome class"; since Trump is basically making him get his shinebox at the same game he made his name on.
Critics are making the transition from “buffoon” to “another Hitler” in record time.
Yep, my folks emigrated from a Gaeltacht Irish speaking village in the west of Ireland, late 40s, early 50s. They travelled on the Boston MTA to Irish dance halls, and one member of their group would announce “let us speak the few words of English that we have”.
Whoa…
Did you not see him mercilessly murder a woman in cold blood, for obviously racist reasons. Oh yea, she´s white, so her life is expendable.
Black Lives Matter should change to White Lives Don´t Matter.
I'm starting to wonder if all this hubub about Joe Biden starting a presidential campaign is strictly an anti-Trump tactic? The Donald would wipe the floor with Hillary or Bernie in a debate. Based on the 2012 VP debate in which Biden took Paul Ryan to the "Jerk Store", he's probably the only potential Dem nominee who could put up a serviceable fight.
“Based on the 2012 VP debate in which Biden took Paul Ryan to the “Jerk Store”, he’s probably the only potential Dem nominee who could put up a serviceable fight.”
Truthfully, Joe Biden destroyed Paul Ryan in that debate; Biden fact-checked his talking points in real-time and laughed in his face. That’s how most people interpreted it. All Faux News could do afterward was cry about Joe being mean. Ryan came into the debate reciting factually dubious talking points and had no fall back when they were called into question. Donald Trump can either do what Paul Ryan and Sarah Palin did (recite nice sounding talking points that lack substance and can get you into trouble if your opponent calls you out on them) or he can present uncomfortable truths of his own, ones that the establishment hasn’t considered or prepared for.
The best thing about Trump’s rise is that he serves as a model for how to deal with the Perpetual Grievance Society: every time they act as if Trump has said something so outrageous he can’t possibly survive, and he better kneel and apologize if he ever wants to be allowed back in this town again, he just thumbs his nose at them, and watches his poll numbers rise.
This presents a really very dangerous prospect for the SJWs–and they are all SJWs. Suppose people catch on that brazening it out after flouting political correctness is the path to popularity and respectability among the masses. What then? Especially, what if other politicians and other public figures see how this works?
What’s left of the career opportunities for an SJW if that’s what Trump proves?
http://news.walla.co.il/item/2885015
“But here’s something that’ll get some of you to reconsider Jeb”
Never.
It’s the ”con” part he’s keen on.
As I make my way through The Art of the Deal, I see plenty of hints that Trump kinda knows the time of day about blacks. Not just because of how he got out of his father’s particular kind of real estate business because of the Federal lawsuit hassles. But he also has a chapter on his very first real estate deal out of college, in Cincinnati. He took over an apartment complex full of just about the worst white people imaginable, people from the Kentucky mountains. He gradually got them out, had them renovated, and got a better more working and middle class variety of white people into the complex. Then one day, one of his tenants approached him when he came to Cincinnati to check up on things, and out of the blue, advised him to sell, because the black undertow (not said in those words) was encroaching. And that it did.
They've been fed an all-you-can-eat buffet of hate and they never get full. Trump has managed to turn himself into filet mignon of that buffet.
Was Vester filled with hate, this morning, Herbie, or was that merely righteous indignation that he delivered, live on camera, to the two twenty-something Whites that he slaughtered, along with the middle-aged White woman whom he shot in the back– despite not knowing her– but failed to kill? I suppose someone who can slough off the hundred million, or so, innocent human beings that his own fellow travelers have slaughtered, just since 1917, can easily overlook a few cracked Southern crackers– especially since two of them were so filled with hate that they allegedly hurt the feelings of a gay Black man, a couple of years ago!
They've been fed an all-you-can-eat buffet of hate and they never get full. Trump has managed to turn himself into filet mignon of that buffet.
hate, blah, blah, blah, racism, blah, blah, blah, xenophobe, blah,m blah, blah, Hitler, blah, blah, blah. Do you ever actually have anything worth hearing to say?

I turned on NPR’s “All Things Considered” at 4 pm and heard an extensive account of the killings by the news reader with an addendum at the very end that “the victims were white and the shooter was black.” Later at 5:30 pm, I listened to a different reader recount the incident without saying one word about the race of the victims or the race of the shooter. A little while ago I watched the lengthy (10 minutes) segment which opened “NBC Nightly News” and, despite showing (without comment) pictures of the white victims and the black shooter, there was absolutely no mention of race. I wonder what the reaction of the Obama xxxxx House will be to the killings. I have no doubt what will be the reaction of Black Lives Matter. They will mourn once again the death of a black man by gun shot. After all, black lives matter.
They've been fed an all-you-can-eat buffet of hate and they never get full. Trump has managed to turn himself into filet mignon of that buffet.

BTW, it doesn’t get mentioned often enough, but Unz’s Prop 227 was probably the single most effective Proposition in California in the last 30 years. It put a stake into the heart of bilingual education and dramatically improved student outcomes.
That’s probably why it doesn’t get mentioned.
There is of course now an effort to repeal it.

Why would he choose a Southerner? The GOP is going to get the South as long as hell doesn´t freeze over. Should pick someone from a swing state with a lot of electoral votes. Maybe if he goes Independent a Southerner might be worthwhile.
Watching CNN right now. They are having an hour long special on the murder. But the opening they make it very clear they won´t show or talk about the murderer under the guise of not giving him any airtime glory. Plausible deniabilty, “see we do cover black on white crime”, but without actually having to do it.
Steve, I reread that Ramos book review from 2004 earlier today to glean more about the tiny terror and the links to his ethnicity didn’t work.
Please post here again about his ethnic background and if and when he became a citizen, also was he illegal for the many years he lived year prior to citizenship?
Thanks much

I believe Ramos became an American citizen sometime after his 2004 book. He’s from Mexico City, I believe, and had been working in the U.S. in Spanish-language TV since the 1980s. Apparently there aren’t enough Mexican-American citizens who speak Spanish who can read the news off a teleprompter so they had to get a foreigner.
Seems there's some additional info, whether true or not, being added about Ramos here and there, evidently lots of interest now. He's a slippery one, far more than the surface story about him I'd say. And quite the author, all focused on Mexican immigrants retaking America.
That’s how a narcissist’s thinks; “you’re wonderful because you’ve got me.”
Ramos is a rude assh*le and everyone but our media “elites” will see that in seconds. This press conference is golden for Trump.
Jeb! continues to disgust Americans, as his only two positions seem to be lowering taxes on the wealthy and opening the border to Mexico – in other words ensuring the United States becomes a fully Latin American nation in one more generation. He does not know what hit him. I suspect he won’t be speaking too much more Spanish after this.
The rest of the GOP (so far) are utter non-entities, still talking about lower marginal tax rates, their one and only domestic policy forever.

Jorge Ramos is an “American” on paper only. His heart and soul is still 100 percent with Mexico as he has zero pride in being an American. If Jorge Ramos who is blue eyed and a multi-millionaire can not even not even culturally assimilate into U.S society, than I have zero hope that his much poorer and darker skin Apocalypto looking Mexican sisters and brothers are going to do any better than him on the assimilation front.
The whole global 'free trade' and 'open borders' sound like the drug business in THE GODFATHER.
Consider what Joseph Zaluchi says:
http://godfather.wikia.com/wiki/Joseph_Zaluchi
"I also don't believe in drugs. For years I paid my people extra so they wouldn't do that kind of business. Somebody comes to them and says, 'I have powders; if you put up three, four thousand dollar investment - we can make fifty thousand distributing.' So they can't resist. I want to control it as a business, to keep it respectable."
Even though Zaluchi despises the drug business, there's just too much money to be made.
Even American businessmen who knew it would be unpatriotic and traitorous(and even unethical) just couldn't resist.
Zaluchi says he wants narcotics 'controlled as a business', but we know how such things turn out. It takes on a life of its own, and it cannot be controlled. In the end, it brought down the mafia and gave birth to new crime organizations all over in the Hispanic and black communities.
And same thing happened with globalism. It turned into a monster that no one could really control.
The ones who resisted went out of business.
You are competing with Germans, Canadians, Brits, Australians, Japanese, etc.
Their strategy seems to be to continue with their fantasy narrative in the hopes the herd buys back in and goes back to the cud.
Personally, I prefer implacable enemies. Keeps things nice and simple.
It’s the overwhelming sense of compassion and respect for their fellow man that make leftists so endearing.
Leftists electing a teleprompter-bound nobody because of his race and their feelings = wonderful. Non-leftists electing a tough, charismatic billionaire = Idiocracy.
Gotcha.
NBC followed the same procedure on “NBC Nightly News,” which is in accord with standard industry practice. I happened to see Jack Ruby shoot Lee Harvey Oswald live on TV, and I can understand why most people don’t want to see violent acts on TV. But that is completely different from identifying or failing to identify the race of the victims and the race of the killers. I decided to watch the O’Reilly Factor on Fox News tonight, which I never do ordinarily, and I was surprised to see the same gingerly treatment of race. Also on the Kelly File immediately after, also on Fox. Extensive coverage of the shootings, but no reference to the race or sexuality of the shooter, as far as I could tell, although I was half-listening with the TV on in the background while I worked on other things. There is no doubt in my mind that, if the races had been reversed, there would have been repeated references to race on all the programs, both radio and TV.
Thanks Steve.

The GOP establishment is already planning to sabotage him in the South, both Virginia and North Carolina are considering changing the requirements for the Republican primary to require all candidates to support sight unseen the nominee in the fall election regardless of who he or she is if they want to be on the ballot. I wonder who they are aiming that at?
A President Trump should just declare an all out war with oligarchs especially Slim.

A little crazy is good. A little stupid isn’t.
That’s the kind of thing that, if anything is going to do it, is going to finance ‘them’ to egg on some nut to decide he’s going Full Sirhan.
If you really want to bag an oligarch or two, you wait until after you have the White House and the Secret Service. And then you make damn sure he and enough of his inner circle are all taken out on the first attempt, because you only get one.
This is the money quote. In other words, Ramos and Jeb would have plenty to talk about for days since Jeb likes to go extended time periods without speaking in English as well (at least when he's at home so we're led to believe). Btw, if Hillary starts to poll badly with non-whites then its over for her. She certainly won't get more than 30% of the white vote anyway. Remember: If he's the GOP nominee, Trump will get near 70% of the white vote. He's not a Mormon, so the Evangelicals can live with him; he's an Alpha, so the Red State Perroistas can live with him; He's from NY and has been a successful businessman, so the moderates can live with him. And unlike Perrot, Donald Trump isn't perceived to be mentally unstable. Because of his name recognition over the decades, the white vote (males in particular) can accept him as a reasonably respectable candidate especially when compared to what's out there in both parties currently running.Because IF someone tries to say "Him? Really? Seriously? Whaddya thinking?" The logical retort is: "Well why not him? Who else you think has more going for him on the ball?"And IF people in '92 could vote for someone perceived to be a billionaire bumpkin who truth be told was more of a bit mentally unhinged, and that was ok, then why not now?Trump may be many things but mentally unbalanced isn't one of them.

He is hoping to be Trump’s running mate. Trump would be controversial enough with a spot on the ticket. I don’t think he would want to risk having a running mate more controversial than he. A more traditional, uncontroversial person from a needed state like Ohio, for example, would be more likely.
But I agree with Pistol Pete. I don’t think Trump would need a Southerner or a Texan to carry the South or Texas, should he get the nomination. Besides, it is way too early to discuss possible running mates for Trump. He has to get the nomination first, and, despite the current excitement, there is no guarantee he will secure the nomination. In fact, I believe I heard Marco Rubio declare yesterday that there is no way Trump can get the nomination. I don’t know about that. One thing I am certain about is that Rubio is toast should Trump get the nomination. He certainly won’t be the running mate, he would have given up his Senate seat which he stood a reasonable chance of retaining in reelection, and he would have a bleak future in D.C. should Trump be nominated and win the election. I don’t think the Bushes will be anxious to help him out. Perhaps he has a future as a game show host on Univision, although I think the audience to which he would appeal, the Cuban segment of the Latino “bloc,” is not an especially large one for Univision. Good riddance, as far as I am concerned.
Carson´s also willing to talk honestly about, and to, blacks. Maybe they´ll start behaving a little better. But probably not,.,,.

A lot of the problems of the West boil down to a reluctance to grasp the nettle of necessary action.
Liberals and globalists find it easier to invade a foreign country than throw a couple of fat activists off the stage.

Maybe Ben Carson? It would deflect all the racist allegations that are gonna fly so hard if he´s the nominee it´ll be ridiculous. And wouldn´t it be fun to see the Dems squirm because they are all Stale Pale (fe)Males, while Trump has a genius black Neurosurgeon, not a phony lawyer like Barack.

Two guys on the ticket without any political experience between them? And Carson’s home state is Maryland. I don’t think so, but selecting a running mate from the existing field does not yield a ready answer. Walker perhaps? Since he has won state wide, he gives you a much better chance of carrying Wisconsin than Paul Ryan in 2012. (I thought Ryan was a dreadful choice by Romney.) Kasich may help you carry Ohio and perhaps gives you a shot at Pennsylvania. No Republican has won the Presidency without carrying Ohio, if I recall correctly. I would take Walker or Kasich over Carson any day of the week since they both have extensive political experience and have both won state wide. Other than those two, no other candidate in the field excites me at all as far as the VP slot is concerned. It may all depend on who does well in the primaries. Heaven forbid if Jeb!!! finishes a strong second to Trump. With the potential of carrying Florida, the temptation and the pressure may be too strong to resist. Nightmare time if that happens. I think having another Bush on the ticket would help sink Trump. If Trump beats Bush and Rubio in the Florida primary, that would take a lot of the pressure off, since it would show that Bush’s strength in Florida is not what it used to be. I think Trump is smart enough to realize that Bush on the ticket would hurt him in the general election.

His brother Homer is more quotable.
Salon thinks Jorge Ramos is “brown.”

“We have a white American telling a brown American to get out of his country.”
Military School probably had an impact also.
Yeah.
But I’m still waiting to see him handle huge loudmouthed black females who storm the podium.
Ramos was relatively civilized himself.
[Of course it's doubtful such creatures would even try in his case. Which is part of the whole point. I'd just like to see it unfold.]
When he wrote it, he wasn't that fond of Reagan, he wondered if there was anything there underneath his smile.
Sure there was.
Many decades of spokesfacing for GE and Borax. And cultivating nouveax riches like the Annenbergs.
