  1. Importing woke Brahmins, bad idea or worst idea ever?

Honestly, I don't think it's as bad as importing liberal Jews, for instance.

The fact is that white, black, and Hispanic working class Americans will never appreciate being told what to do by some sub-continental interloper. And they cannot blend in with whites the way the Jews can.

The secret is that blacks and Hispanics will grudgingly tolerate being told what to do why whites in power. They refuse to do anything an Asian tells them.

The white liberals and Jews are replenishing their dwindling stocks and training the Brahmin to take the place. But I don't think they will have the same degree of success.

It’s almost like the last 300 years of American history was very different or something. Upper class brown SJWs always think the entire world is America too. Plenty of people in Rao’s homeland in India think of themselves as the default.

The best part of upper caste Indian rage and hatred of whites is that they are basically annoyed that they have so much indigenous Dravidian ancestry and aren’t pale with light coloured eyes like the original brutal, genocidal Aryan invaders and living in Western countries is a constant reminder. They aren’t special here, nobody cares about her Portuguese surname, about her family’s background or who her uncle is. In the West they aren’t the fairest of them all.

  19. eded says:

How much of this over the top anti-whiteness is a result of feelings of guilt experienced by 2nd generation immigrants for being so highly assimilated and culturally white themselves? Much like the closeted gay man who adopts a highly homophobic public persona.

I’ve had South Asian friends admit in private that they are highly assimilated or “white-washed”, but in progressive circles this is seen as selling out and identifying with the enemy.

I’ve heard Razib Khan refer to himself as a “twinkie”, brown on the outside white on the inside, but he strikes me as unusually confident and self-aware. Khan has also discussed how his generation of South Asian children of immigrants are less culturally South Asian because there were fewer of them around. In comparison Khan’s much younger siblings are more culturally South Asian because they had far more South Asian peers.

Saira Rao strikes me as coming from from the more assimilated older generation and is embarrassed about it and this is her way of dealing with it.

They all get white-washed 2nd generation anyways, but in order to feel better about themselves they ramp up the anti-white output to prove how "non-white" they are.

No, but nobody foresaw mass immigration of 3rd world peoples either.

20 years ago ethnic diversity meant the friendly token neighborhood Indian family and a couple ethnic restaurants. Now it means full scale ethnic replacement leading to white genocide.

People we naive and assumed that because they were okay in small numbers, you could bring in millions of them with the same result. That is the great lie of the Enlightenment. People are not equal, nor are they interchangeable. Yet this lie is the one that Boomers (or any liberals) cling onto the most. Speak those words to a liberal and see the fear in his eyes (not kidding).

This is what's happening now that the Greatest Generation is dead and gone, and the Boomers are fully in charge. This is their legacy. Things would improve when Gen X came into full power, but the demographics have been fucked so irreplaceable that it's too late.

Saira Rao – like Sofia (“abolish white libraries”) Leung the other day – is one more living reminder of how rapidly bad ideas travel these days. Intelligent women of color who are also blessed with humility and good character face the same daunting climb that all decent folks do….but those unburdened with either, who heard the sound of a ringing cash register upon first noticing how instantaneously the distasteful exploits of Sarah Jeong were rewarded by Woke Whitey, got themselves busy generating racist bile on the double-quick. “I got my job through the New York Times”, indeed.

I suppose the thinking is that, while they can’t all score a sleek elevator ride to the top floor like Sarah, hell – even a rickety escalator beats slowly climbing an awfully crowded ladder. The key is to make sure the right sort of roundeye watches you defecating on the rest of them.

Trump’s Dadaist confrontation of the Grievance Culture gave many whites and minorities fertile ground to use anti whiteness as a career-boosting tool in a shock-jock way. In this Low Quality Employment Economy, it was a gift to the transactional feminist hustlers, just like the negative-attention publicity that Trump gave to out-of-fashion celebrities via harsh put downs on the campaign trail.

Transactional, anti-white “news performers” disguise their opportunistic use of anti-white racism by being anti-Trump. They are just unleashing all of this anti-white racism to mock Trump, who is cast as the Arch Racist. Their hypocritical use of an “ism” that they claim to deplore is a lot like the way fake feminists use sexism to get ahead in workplaces.

It is not just the way transactional feminists use things like hysterically petty definitions of sexual harassment to dethrone their male competition in workplaces. It’s not just the way transactional feminists demand a purist definition of equality with men in the allocation of high-paying jobs, while demanding special absenteeism and other privileges to accommodate them in the personal choice to pursue motherhood to the max.

Women use feminist Wokeness in a transactional way when it benefits them, while insisting on the Victorian pedestal of womb privilege when it benefits them. But they don’t just use transactional feminism against men, although that is the entire focus of the alt right. Moms use transactional feminism against the women who do not have children. It is far more ubiquitous than high-dollar sexual harrasment suits, and it the most revealing way that women contradict their stated feminist ideals.

At the top end of the labor market food chain, you see transactional feminism at it’s most hypocritical, but not in its most brutal form. There women who sunk the most effort into the pursuit of top careers demand that—even though they are taking off a ton of time in the highest paying and most demanding fields—they should have the same stature and the same pay as the childless women (and men) who put in far more hours.

At the bottom end of the labor market hierarchy, you see transactional feminism as a cat-clawing absurdist parody of the whole feminist movement and other Woke movements, like the fake diversity ideal.

There you have a preponderance of office work settings—large and small scale—that are nearly 100% staffed and managed by frequently absentee moms. While an honest assessment of these $9 — $12-per-hour voted-best-for-moms jobs would not put any of the moms in the category of “career woman,” they regard themselves as feminist career women.

At this level, women use the philosophy of feminism as a transactional weapon, but not nearly as brutally as they use their wombs. Feminism is used in the same way that anti-white racists use Wokeness as a decoy: it diverts attention from their opportunistic womb-privileged totalitarianism. So, you need to bow to the concept that you are interviewing in yet another all-mom workplace, which is “woman-owned,” by saying how wonderful the woman-owner concept is. But before you ever utter a word, the two mom interviewers inform you that “we have 17 women in here and HAVE to have someone who fits in.”

Starting in the interviews, these low-wage career moms let the childless women know that they must have someone who is a “culture fit,” i.e. a fellow mom who will retain employment while taking off as much time as the momma managers: many afternoons, many mornings, many days and many whole weeks, with PTO and pregnancy leave on top.

The few childless women hired are held to extremely petty absenteeism standards. Minutes of absenteeism are a firing offense for the non-womb-productive, while months of cumulative absenteeism is permissible for the womb-productive. This crony-rigged system operates independent of everyday attendance and every-month quota meeting. Even in low-wage jobs, there is supposed to be a standard of performance, but there is not.....When the non-womb-productive women are chased out of an all-mom workplace, it is done in a manner that is as mean and uncivilized as an endless barrage of rouge Tweets.

The personal motives of bottom-80%er mom workers are not feminist; their motives are transactional and opportunist. But the underlying economic reason for all of it has nothing to do with feminism or mom maneuvering. It is all bottom-line economics. Employers can reduce their labor expense without sacrificing quality now that computers do more of the mommas’ work for them, especially since womb-privileged feminists in Congress have arranged for single-breadwinner moms to get their major household bills paid by Uncle Sam.

In the many female-dominated fields, employers have an endless array of female applicants with spousal income that covers their main household bills and non-refundable child tax credits, in addition to tons of female applicants with rent-covering child support or free EBT food, reduced-cost rent, free electricity, monthly cash assistance and up to $6,431 in refundable child tax credit cash.

Because of their womb productivity, these feminists don’t need higher pay. They also don’t need full-time hours. The single moms are financially advantaged by part-time hours that keep them under the earned-income limits for welfare programs, and they’re open to higher paying temp work. They just drop the womb-productivity-based welfare during the months when they go over the earned-income limits.

This is the biggest reason why half of all “employed” persons in the USA are part-time workers in a country where 95 million working-aged citizens (16 to 65) are out of the labor force, not counting the close to 7 million people who are officially counted as unemployed due only to recent applications for Unemployment Compensation.

It’s a womb-rigged setup—the entire landscape of low-wage, female-dominated jobs except for the handful of T & A jobs, like waitress jobs at Hooters. On each rung of the “career” ladder, women are using whatever low-down, transactional device they find useful.

Far more of them use verbal bullying than hard work or consistent quota meeting to get ahead, making their critique of Trump’s verbal bullying all the more bogus. Trump loves the transactional, fake-feminist work bullies. He rewarded them with thousands in doubled, non-refundable child tax money to spend on another excused vacation from work.

Sra. Rao atually has one interesting and intelligent paragraph:

'My whole life I have benefitted from class privilege. Both of my parents were doctors, which set me up for success in nearly every aspect of my life. I have been given access to the greatest education this country has to offer. I did nothing to earn this – I simply was born to parents who were able to send me to terrific schools. This the dictionary definition of privilege. Everyone, regardless of race, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, and ability to pay, should have access to the kind of education I’ve received.'

I promise to shut up after this…

Sra. Rao atually has one interesting and intelligent paragraph:

‘My whole life I have benefitted from class privilege. Both of my parents were doctors, which set me up for success in nearly every aspect of my life. I have been given access to the greatest education this country has to offer. I did nothing to earn this – I simply was born to parents who were able to send me to terrific schools. This the dictionary definition of privilege. Everyone, regardless of race, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, and ability to pay, should have access to the kind of education I’ve received.’

It’s also a “humble-brag”, but whatever. Now if she would just drop the bizarre weirdness about white people she’d be an average Dem instead of a nut.

    > Sra. Rao atually has one interesting and intelligent paragraph:

I disagree. To be sure, the paragraph contains self-awareness and a degree of truth -- that people can and do benefit from their station in life. But to say that she had nothing to do with her success, and that everyone would benefit in the same way, given the same privilege, is deeply inaccurate.

Peter, agree with res, this was worth a read. Thanks for the link.

To me the broad outline is obvious. Everyone paying attention is aware of liberal creationism.

I'm not sure which survey results res found interesting but to me it was actually how squishy the conservatives are. His "progressives" are unsurprisingly off in their corner, but in most cases the "extreme conservatives" average the namby-pamby "neutral" (4) response to these blank slate pieties.

(Scale here is 1--strongly disagree--up to 7--strongly agree.)

"Men and women have equal abilities on all tasks (for example cooking, mathematics, nursing)"
Progs -- a looney 5.6. But extreme conservatives an almost equally looney.3.9--i.e. neutral.

"All ethnic groups have equal abilities on all tasks (for example, mathematics, sports, creativity)"
Progs -- a looney 5.8 ... but "extreme conservatives" a 4.35--i.e. on average they slightly agree! Weep for America.

I'll grant a big chunk of this is just an aversion to taking language--words like "all"--logically but i think it's relfecting the dominance of the leftist blank slatism in American society.

"The only reason there are differences between men and women is because society is sexist"
This one shows a nice curve down from the progs nutty 4.8, but "extreme conservatives" weigh in with a 2.65. How can anyone sentient not punt that sort of nonsense away with a "strongly disagree" 1?

The best part of upper caste Indian rage and hatred of whites is that they are basically annoyed that they have so much indigenous Dravidian ancestry and aren't pale with light coloured eyes like the original brutal, genocidal Aryan invaders and living in Western countries is a constant reminder. Replies: @Endgame Napoleon

Even in low-wage jobs, there is supposed to be a standard of performance, but there is not…..When the non-womb-productive women are chased out of an all-mom workplace, it is done in a manner that is as mean and uncivilized as an endless barrage of rouge Tweets.

Just happened to be flipping through an anthology of French poetry and came across a poem called “Ă€ Caliste,” by François de Malherbe (1555-1628), in which he writes, “La blancheur de sa gorge esbloĂĽyt les regards,” meaning, “The whiteness of her throat dazzles those who look at her.” My guess is that European poetry is chock-full of admiring references to whiteness, and thus that those of our contemporaries who insist that whiteness is a recent concept are wrong.

Yep, if these subcons had their way, they'd be opening the flood gates (if there were any) for "skilled", "legal" immigration of hundreds upon thousands of them, heck the entire country except the shudras if they can. So we can be "enriched" by their sheer intellect and can bask in the reflected glory of their skillz and IQ.

As if now there were no problems for white men in STEM due to rampant ethnic nepotism in the industry they control to an obscene degree, if the hindoo deluge were to descend upon us, we might become the new 'shudras' in this country; our women their concubines and our men their chauffeurs. It's a hindoo wet dream to have white servants.

Bollywood is awash with the imagery of the rich Indian in the UK (where else?? as lord archer puts it, Indians are taking over Britain frm da Joos) having a whole army of white servants in his stately mansion. High time the old branhmins (the ashkenazim, at the "federal" reserve), made way for their successors.

If you've had the misfortune of debating with a supposedly "skilled" Indian about immigration, you'd learn many genuinely feel they and their brethren have the absolute right to this country and it's resources, as long as they have the IQ, because "skillz". It's downright nauseating.

I just flip the question and ask him if he'd like his homeland (hint: the real one aka Bharat) to be similarly enriched by a mere million "high-IQ" non-hindoo immigrants from China or Turkey or wherever on a yearly basis. The look on their face then is absolutely priceless

Honestly, I don’t think it’s as bad as importing liberal Jews, for instance.

How much of this over the top anti-whiteness is a result of feelings of guilt experienced by 2nd generation immigrants for being so highly assimilated and culturally white themselves? Much like the closeted gay man who adopts a highly homophobic public persona.

I've had South Asian friends admit in private that they are highly assimilated or "white-washed", but in progressive circles this is seen as selling out and identifying with the enemy.

I've heard Razib Khan refer to himself as a "twinkie", brown on the outside white on the inside, but he strikes me as unusually confident and self-aware. Khan has also discussed how his generation of South Asian children of immigrants are less culturally South Asian because there were fewer of them around. In comparison Khan's much younger siblings are more culturally South Asian because they had far more South Asian peers.

Saira Rao strikes me as coming from from the more assimilated older generation and is embarrassed about it and this is her way of dealing with it.

This is what’s happening now that the Greatest Generation is dead and gone, and the Boomers are fully in charge. This is their legacy. Things would improve when Gen X came into full power, but the demographics have been fucked so irreplaceable that it’s too late.

They won’t and India won’t take them back either. You have to renounce your Indian citizenship to become “Canadian” (I’m assuming it’s a similar idea in America).

    • Replies: @Sin City Milla
    @UrbaneFrancoOntarian

The US does not require new citizens to renounce citizenship in their former country. Technically new citizens cannot serve in the armed forces of a foreign country n pledge allegiance to that country's flag. But obviously this is not enforced, because for the most part it's unenforceable.

Dual citizenship is not as simple as it might appear. Mussolini extended Italian citizenship to all Americans of Italian extraction to the third generation. That did not result in those millions of Americans losing their American citizenship. Israel does something similar. Mexico even now extends Mexican citizenship to Americans up to, I think, the third generation, but that doesn't result in naturalized Mexicans losing their American citizenship. These are mostly attempts to extend extraterritorial taxing authority, but that too is unenforceable.

The real problem is with immigrants of recent vintage who obtain influential posititons, like teaching school or college, or in government. There should be a strict prohibition on anyone not actually born in the US from serving in ANY governmental position, or teaching in ANY American school or college. But then you would still have the problem of immigrants serving in the military in order to obtain citizenship, n with entrenched tribes or religious groups whose main loyalty continues to be to foreign societies or states even tho they have been in the US for many generations. Not just Jews, but Armenians, Turks, Egyptians, Iranians, Greeks, n the list goes on.

Something much more fundamental is needed to mold a society together n keep it together, like universal military conscription, n like a top-down organized school system that strictly inculcates an American-only national ideology. In short, Fascism. But good luck getting anyone to agree to that. We'll see 600 million equatorials in the US, with all whites thrown out, before that happens.

Similarly, the higher the color temperature the more white the light seems to be. High color temperature light is very “white”, has a high color rendering index and is pleasing to the eye so long as it is fairly bright.Dim light should have a low color temperature and the color rendering index is of less importance.

No, willingness is part of the "ability".

Men are perfectly capable of bottle-feeding small children, changing their nappies, playing with them etc. But if every child carer was male there would be a lot more deaths and injuries of small children, because they haven't got the patience most mothers have.

Same way women are capable of working 13 hour days to crack some coding issue, but few care to do it.

How many women Whitfield Diffies are there? He gave up his job to become an "independent cryptographer" - a job title that pretty much didn't exist - and drove from NY to California just to have a 30 minute unscheduled conversation with Martin Hellman (OK, the conversation ended up lasting nine hours and Diffie became officially one of Hellman's students but actually his collaborator). There are very few male Diffies, but that kind of singlemindedness/monomania is a trait found more often in males.

Yep, if these subcons had their way, they’d be opening the flood gates (if there were any) for “skilled”, “legal” immigration of hundreds upon thousands of them, heck the entire country except the shudras if they can. So we can be “enriched” by their sheer intellect and can bask in the reflected glory of their skillz and IQ.

As if now there were no problems for white men in STEM due to rampant ethnic nepotism in the industry they control to an obscene degree, if the hindoo deluge were to descend upon us, we might become the new ‘shudras’ in this country; our women their concubines and our men their chauffeurs. It’s a hindoo wet dream to have white servants.

Bollywood is awash with the imagery of the rich Indian in the UK (where else?? as lord archer puts it, Indians are taking over Britain frm da Joos) having a whole army of white servants in his stately mansion. High time the old branhmins (the ashkenazim, at the “federal” reserve), made way for their successors.

If you’ve had the misfortune of debating with a supposedly “skilled” Indian about immigration, you’d learn many genuinely feel they and their brethren have the absolute right to this country and it’s resources, as long as they have the IQ, because “skillz”. It’s downright nauseating.

I just flip the question and ask him if he’d like his homeland (hint: the real one aka Bharat) to be similarly enriched by a mere million “high-IQ” non-hindoo immigrants from China or Turkey or wherever on a yearly basis. The look on their face then is absolutely priceless

They won't and India won't take them back either. You have to renounce your Indian citizenship to become "Canadian" (I'm assuming it's a similar idea in America).

They will keep coming until they crash the whole system, at which points whites will gain the upper hand again, and it will be hilarious to watch these cockroaches flail as the host dies.

    Replies: @Sin City Milla

The US does not require new citizens to renounce citizenship in their former country. Technically new citizens cannot serve in the armed forces of a foreign country n pledge allegiance to that country’s flag. But obviously this is not enforced, because for the most part it’s unenforceable.

Dual citizenship is not as simple as it might appear. Mussolini extended Italian citizenship to all Americans of Italian extraction to the third generation. That did not result in those millions of Americans losing their American citizenship. Israel does something similar. Mexico even now extends Mexican citizenship to Americans up to, I think, the third generation, but that doesn’t result in naturalized Mexicans losing their American citizenship.

We’ll see 600 million equatorials in the US, with all whites thrown out, before that happens.

Not to sound pessimistic, but most Americans really don't comprehend how overpopulated most of the world is, n what would happen if our borders were opened. For example, in 1900 Egypt had only 6 million people. Today Egypt has 101 million people. In only 120 years Egypt increased that much.

In 1900 the area that is today's Pakistan had probably no more 10 million people; today Pakistan has 205 million people, in a country the size of Texas + Louisiana. Every last one hates the U.S. n hates Americans, but half would like to migrate here.

China, India, Pakistan, Egypt, Central America, Mexico, n Africa could easily send a total of a billion people to the US overnight without those places even noticing the difference. In one generation, that billion would be replaced in those places n they would be ready to send another billion.

Africa alone is projected to grow from 1.2 billion people to 3 billion within 40 years. Half of Africa is already looking for someplace to migrate to. The pressure to migrate will explode in the next few decades.

Whites are already a small minority among the world's population, no more than 5%. In 40 years, whites will be no more than 2-3 %. A rounding error.

Just happened to be flipping through an anthology of French poetry and came across a poem called "À Caliste," by François de Malherbe (1555-1628), in which he writes, "La blancheur de sa gorge esbloüyt les regards," meaning, "The whiteness of her throat dazzles those who look at her." My guess is that European poetry is chock-full of admiring references to whiteness, and thus that those of our contemporaries who insist that whiteness is a recent concept are wrong.

QUOTE: “Men and women have equal abilities on all tasks (for example cooking, mathematics, nursing)”

The statement may be true (except with respect to high-level mathematics), but it ignores a much more important factor: WILLINGNESS to dedicate time and attention to performing those tasks, and to work within the SOCIAL environment commonly associated with such tasks/jobs.

Some men are master chefs, others may be excellent nurses, but the vast majority of men (particularly straight men) do not feel a natural affinity for those types of jobs. Conversely, few women - however bright - would choose to spend weeks and months alone in a room with a stack of notepads to try and prove Riemann's Hypothesis.

“it ignores a much more important factor: WILLINGNESS to dedicate time and attention to performing those tasks”

No, willingness is part of the “ability”.

Men are perfectly capable of bottle-feeding small children, changing their nappies, playing with them etc. But if every child carer was male there would be a lot more deaths and injuries of small children, because they haven’t got the patience most mothers have.

Same way women are capable of working 13 hour days to crack some coding issue, but few care to do it.

How many women Whitfield Diffies are there? He gave up his job to become an “independent cryptographer” – a job title that pretty much didn’t exist – and drove from NY to California just to have a 30 minute unscheduled conversation with Martin Hellman (OK, the conversation ended up lasting nine hours and Diffie became officially one of Hellman’s students but actually his collaborator). There are very few male Diffies, but that kind of singlemindedness/monomania is a trait found more often in males.

    3. Improve community spaces and establish affinity housing for Black, queer, and all other minoritized students.

Note that the housing is to be segregated not just by race, but by sexuality and god knows what other criteria define “minoritized” status. (Note too the use of the neologism “minoritized”, which, contrary to the word “minority”, implies that somebody is doing oppressive “othering”. But, as biology professor Luana Maroja argues, this doesn’t seem to be the case, at least at Williams.)
