The "rejected young males" are a trouble sign. H. Sapiens is the only primate species in which unrelated males can work together, and whatever permits this doesn't really work that well. Yes, all discussion of the psychology of things like anger is missing from political discussions of race. If practicing anger, for example, increases ones tendency to become angry (or the reverse–practicing self-control and self-calming reduces the tendency to anger), one would never know, although these things seem very relevant.
As Orwell could have told us, anger is a useful political tool. Two-minute hate against Goldstein or two-generation hate against white people. Both serve similar psychological ends for the oligarchs.
On the other hand, here is a component of the seething black anger that I suspect is generated by self-directed negative emotions–inadequacy, frustration, dislike. That part is sad, but could be mitigated by positive culture, like getting them back into church and encouraging family formation.
So you have a situation in which the employed Black's essential humanity is denied -- nothing he or she does makes any significant difference. Pretty much every employed Black has unemployable relatives who live from welfare and petty crime (which pays a bit worse than a McDonald's job). Not a one of them understands how this situation came to be, but they are (and quite rightly) as angry as Lucifer cast down from Heaven.
So the want to destroy the society that has done this to them. That's the "systemic racism" they object to.
And it comes down to a contest: it's either Blacks or the industrial civilization the Whites built. This contest has to exist, given industrial civilization, and the genetic endowments of Whites and Blacks.
The Enlightenment told us that this contest can't exist, that "America is a proposition nation" into which every human on Earth can fit. Turns out that the Enlightenment was wrong. The problem is not "the psychology of things like anger ", something that can be fixed by therapy or anti-depressants. It has to do with being rejected from society for good and sufficient reason, yet kept alive and encouraged to displace the people accepted (employed) by society. That generates anger (which does have a psychology), but the problem is with what generates the anger, not with the psychology of the generated anger.
Now what? Every social structure and organization we have makes the assumptions of the Enlightenment. Shall we drop or exile the people who don't fit industrial society? If we do, can industrial civilization be maintained?

What is remarkable, is that Western society, through its education system and media, imbues black people with these cognitive distortions and thinks it is doing them a favor.

The situation in the Congo during the heart-of-darkness period might fit your description. Not anywhere else.
Outside of the highlands and the subtropical and temperate zones, the European presence consisted of a thin stratum of civil servants and soldiers whose individual presence was transient. There were hardly any settlers. In France’s West African and Equatorial dependencies, there might have been 50,000 Frenchmen resident in 1960. In Tanganyika, there were perhaps 20,000 British and German residents at that time. You had considerable colonial settlement in South Africa, South-West Africa, Rhodesia, and the East African highlands, but none of these areas were sources for the Western Hemispheric slave trade.
France did impose poll taxes in West Africa which disrupted certain agricultural practices, as well as imposing corvee labor. Corvee labor for the purpose of building and maintaining public works was not a practice peculiar to Africa and had been used in metropolitan France into the early modern period. You wouldn’t have had public works in these countries absent the imposition of modern government by external powers. Those exploitive Europeans established schools, trained soldiers, trained civil servants and brought to Tropical Africa something it hadn’t had before, which was a network of territorial states, widespread literacy, public health initiatives, agricultural extension, &c. Africans are poor because they’ve yet to acquire sufficient human capital, not because some thief made off with ample supplies of human capital.
So you have a situation in which the employed Black's essential humanity is denied -- nothing he or she does makes any significant difference. Pretty much every employed Black has unemployable relatives who live from welfare and petty crime (which pays a bit worse than a McDonald's job). Not a one of them understands how this situation came to be, but they are (and quite rightly) as angry as Lucifer cast down from Heaven.
