From the NYT:

Supreme Court to Hear Travel Ban Case
By MICHAEL D. SHEAR and ADAM LIPTAK JUNE 26, 2017

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Monday cleared the way for President Trump to prohibit the entry of some people into the United States from countries he deems dangerous, but the justices imposed strict limits on Mr. Trump’s travel ban while the court examines the scope of presidential power over the border.

Mr. Trump quickly hailed the court’s decision to hear arguments on the travel ban cases in October, saying — in a formal White House statement, not a tweet — that the court’s decision to temporarily lift some of the legal roadblocks to his ban was a “clear victory” for national security.

As we all know, the Zeroth Amendment was carved into the living body of the Constitution by Founding Father Emma Lazarus, superseding all lesser liberties granted to individual American citizens in the Bill of Rights, such as the First Amendment. Thus the Zeroth Amendment: Any and all huddled masses, the more wretched the better, get to immigrate to America from anywhere anytime they feel like it. And if you aren’t happy about that, you’d better shut your racist trap if you know what’s good for you.

But in precisely which of the Constitution’s penumbras and/or emanations the Zeroth Amendment actually resides remains a matter of some uncertainty.

  1. The Zeroth Amendment is hiding undiscovered in a penumbra somewhere, like a missing sock. I’m afraid after Kennedy and Ginsburg die during the first or second Trump terms and are replaced by originalists that we may never find it, at least not in a majority opinion.

If Trump has a loyal CIA, I would expect Kennedy and Ginsburg die in the first year,

The court did reject DAPA in a probably erroneous decision. They may yet reject reductions in refugee admissions and terrorist country admissions which would be another erroneous decision.

    @Melendwyr,
Because it was social justice when Obama issued Executive Orders!
  3. The scary thing here is that the panel of justices made exceptions to the executive branch’s travel ban. What gives them a right to do that? They wrote an exception.

Trump can ban some Muslims because he's president. He can't ban others, because...uh...look out! [Points behind you, jumps out the window when your head is turned.]

Seriously though, there's this little thing called the Just Because Principle. Ever heard of it?No, because I just made it up. But now that I've named it, it's automatically a venerable tradition of jurisprudence.

    , @Thea
Since the 1960s, our courts have vastly expanded their reach. This occurred unchecked by the cowards in Congress who do have some power to stop or restrict it.
  4. IMMIGRATION MORATORIUM NOW!

Mass Muslim Immigration Brings Islamic Terrorism To The United States.

The travel ban does not go far enough.

Islamic expulsions are needed to protect the national security interests of the United States.

so true. We should have a moratorium on all immigration until after the wall is built and congress passes a comprehensive immigration bill which eliminates the Diversity Visa, eliminates H1b visas program and limits Legal immigration to 500,000 people per year. We should also increase the fee for greencards to $15,000 and require residents must be able to speak English.
  5. Steve,

You really should call this the “Jewish Amendment” or perhaps the “St. Louis Amendment.”

Because of their past, Jews want a second parachute (the first, of course, being Israel) in case they need to flee a country again. Naturally, Jews don’t know which country will start building gas chambers, so every country must allow in refugees in case Jews need to grab their bags and run so that no matter which peasants pick up their pitchforks, Jews will be safe.

As always, the only question that matters, the ultimate Who, Whom, remains, “Is it good for the Jews.”

P.S. I can’t help but tip my hat to the Jewish people. With tiny numbers (and, admittedly, a willing mark), they have routed the greatest nations on earth to serve their ends, which is exactly what a people should do. Is it too late to convert? I want to belong to a people that are actual adults.

No, but exceedingly foolish people fancy that's what's going on. Others get fixated on the Council on Foreign Relations, or the CIA, or motley collections of people they fancy worked for the CIA, or cabals of French Quarter homosexuals.

The more I watch the Jews as a group, the last thing I'd want to be is them.

Would you want to be constantly roaming the Earth, with "home" being a strip of desert in the Middle East? Always attracted to the occupations with the least amount of work and therefore the least amount of skill/pride, with no real accomplishments, other than in fields other societies have invented?

The Jews as whole aren't good at science, architecture, art, or even frankly cooking. They will achieve within the strong systems that others invent and control, but once they achieve a critical mass and/or freedom within them they almost all go downhill. (We aren't exactly at peaks in academia, science, or any art form right now, including movies.) What they're most proud of is a sort of annoying argumentative/moralizing streak among themselves that invariably musses up their societies and others.

As a Christian their real importance in my view is of course the one accomplishment they've wholly rejected.

I keep coming back to the idea that "chosen" is not actually synonymous with favorite. If I choose my son to clean the toilets, he is of course, chosen, but it's hard to say that I did him any favors.

They have "routed" America, nor taken it over for their own designs, or seek to destroy the white race. It's all in your head. Now, even if we make the assumption the Jews "rule" America, what are you personally doing to stop their machinations?
    , @Dr. X

Is it too late to convert? I want to belong to a people that are actual adults.

If you convert, you'll have to celebrate murder (sanctioned by Yahweh, of course).

You'll celebrate your God slaying the Egyptian infants (but not Chosen infants) at Passover (Exodus 12:12-13). On Purim, you'll celebrate the usurpation of the Persian throne by Mordecai and Esther and the subsequent hanging of Haman and his ten sons (Esther 9:13) -- then you'll celebrate the killing of 75,ooo of your enemies (Esther 9:16).

Your God might even order you to murder your own son, like he ordered Abraham to murder Isaac (Genesis 22:2-10)

And, of course, your God ordered the mass murder of the Amalekites (1 Samuel 15:3): "Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and women, infant and suckling."

Sounds kinda like what the Nazis did, eh?

So yeah, if you wanna convert, have at it. Better sharpen your axe first, though...

The actual track record of American Jews to stick it out in Israel (after the immigrant-absorption welfare benefit runs out in (is it now) a year is.... poor.

French Jews have it easier. They can park the wife & kid in Netanya (VERY francophone nowadays) while just flying in/back every weekend. It's about the time/cost of a trip from NYC to Florida.

After you finally retire, you can sit in the street cafes and do baguette-and-coffee-all-morning-watching-soldier-girls-with-tight-uniforms with your other stale pale male froggy friends. One is reminded of the malls in Manila with their morning coffee-shop regular attendees of western retirees. Great tippers, the college-girl waitresses claim

I'm still trying to convince the RamatKal to make high heels part of the prescribed IDF female uniform. Ah, for the good old days of Arik Sharon......

If you just replace "Jews" with White women, everything makes sense. Tingles uber alles. For Jews to LET IN MUSLIMS is suicide.

Lets examine France. Previously a fine place to live. It will be Jewish free within a few years, entirely free of Jews due to Muslims. And Muslim violence. The same with England, and Ireland, and Italy, and Spain, and Portugal, and indeed EVERY PLACE save those that dislike Jews: Russia, Belorussia, Ukraine, and Moldova.

An actual Jewish conspiracy would be: massive conversion of Gentiles to Judaism. So everyone wants to defend Jews. An "inner party" of "true Jews" who run things for the benefit of those born Jewish. A policy to making nations deport those MOST HOSTILE TO JEWS which are in fact, MUSLIMS. Secondarily, deporting those second most hostile: Africans. And so on.

Indeed so many Western Nations are now no-go zones for Jews because of Muslims, there is no possibility of such a conspiracy, as it would have be both deviously clever in execution and profoundly STUPID in goals -- making Europe and America hostile to Jews by virtue of being filled with Muslims.

Now, women figuring "hey a burqua is for my ever day is fat day" and "hey polygamy means I get a shot at sharing an Alpha despite being fat" and "Wow just Wow I HATE HATE HATE beta White males" ... now you are talking. Don't forget most women are fat. Its not as if they were all beautiful and had Alpha males fighting over THEM. Instead its ordinary women getting the dregs of men as they see it -- ordinary men. They'd rather have Abdul the Goatherd who can't read but bashed some 10 year old boy's head in than Joe Average Cubical Drone.

i had a friend who fell in love with a jewish girl from a religious family. this was on the Lower East Side in NY. he courted her for 11 years (a high school romance) and finally won over the family if he would convert. so he learnt Hebrew, put on a hat, had a bris (not sure of that part), learned the prayers, and they married. he btw was Puerto Rican. i dont believe that marriage lasted as he is now married to someone else. of course joe p. was super smart, a chess wiz, to start with, so it might not work for you. i grew up with a lot of dumb kids in the street (E. 38th and Kings Highway) and they were all jews. so if you don't have an Ashkenazi yiddische kopf, it'll be a great waste of time as the conversion process is lengthy. YMMV

"Why", you ask? Any Chief Executive needs discretion to carry out the laws. Who do we prosecute? Who don't we prosecute? What cases are important. What cases aren't?

The problem (for the Democrats) is that Presidential discretion, as expressed in Executive Orders, can be reversed just as easily. Obama declined to enforce laws relating to illegal infiltrators. Trump has started enforcing those laws. Trump chose to exercise the blanket discretion given to him by Congress over 60 years ago:

"Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. " 8 U.S. Code § 1182 (f).

    , @D. K.
No, the Court did not. It split 4-4 on DAPA, which left the lower-court decision in force. The Trump Administration formally did away with DAPA, earlier this month, even though it was a dead letter already, because it wanted to look like it was doing something about the Obama Administration's unconstitutional maneuvers in instituting DACA and DAPA, while leaving the former in force-- against candidate Trump's explicit promise to end DACA "immediately" upon taking office!

It might be entirely possible to see Kennedy remain on the court through September, October, November and December [arguments (17 days), conference (8 days)] and retire after the final conference schedule in December. If our review is correct, the most likely date would be Monday December 11th for such an announcement.

This could allow the court to front-load the more sensitive cases in the fall, Kennedy to participate. With Justice Kennedy exiting during the holiday recess and then court resuming (January 5th conference) with 8 justices.

Absent of the action above, Justice Kennedy appears committed for another year.

Kennedy's decision to stay another term probably was prompted by the Court agreeing to hear the Case of the Unbaked Gay Wedding Cake.

Kennedy is the author of the Rainbow Amendment to the US Constitution, and he likely feels obligated to defend it against recalcitrant bakers.

Did President Trump really make it through this Supreme Court term without being ordered by the Court to host an end of Ramadan dinner? What, was the CAIR litigation team asleep at the switch? Surely that was a flagrant violation of the Anti-Islamophobia Amendment to the US Constitution.

The GOP will control both houses of Congress until 2020. Evidently the Dems can't seem to get blacks interested much with Obama out of the picture.
    https://mobile.nytimes.com/2017/06/26/upshot/why-strong-turnout-was-not-enough-for-democrats-in-georgia.html

Jon Ossoff, the Democrat, still lost by nearly four percentage points. But he brought a surprising number of irregular young and nonwhite voters to the polls, even if the electorate was still not as young or diverse as it was in 2016.

Black turnout, though, lagged in the second round of voting. The race suggests that Democrats will probably be disappointed if they hope to increase the black share of the electorate with traditional mobilization efforts alone.

Once again, I'm not saying that white gentiles are being lead around by some Hebrew Pied Piper, but it amazes me that Jewish commentators on this site can't acknowledge the extremely heavy Jewish influence that had led us to this point.

I can acknowledge that Merkel is going a terrible person and that many white leaders have no regard for their own people. Why can't the Jewish commentators here acknowledge that their leaders are seriously out to get my people while wishing to preserve their own.

As I've mentioned, I get where they're coming from. Never again. Makes sense. Do what you think is necessary to protect your people. Good for them. But why can't people admit what they're doing and why?

Exceedingly stupid people - you, for example - aren't able to perceive that members of a particular ethnic group wield power far out of proportion to their numbers in this country, and often do so in a manner that is in the interests of their tribe, and not in the interests of the majority.

How exactly do you explain their representation on the Supreme Court (33%), in the Senate (typically about 10%), and of course the enormous influence they hold in Hollywood and Wall Street.

Pretending that things that are pretty obviously true are not true doesn't make you smart, anymore than your pedantic Wikipedia copy-and-pastings do.

It does take not a conspiracy. It merely takes a mindset/outlook/set of preferences of a particular group of people.

Read story of Joseph in the OT. It's the story of Jews in foreign lands that has played out again and again in many countries through time. It's so funny. The joke is on all of us - it's right there in the Bible.

As a Jewish philosopher lamented: "That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun."

If white people fed every single decision through a "Is it good for the whites?" filter before acting, the rest of the world would think we have a conspiracy going on.
    , @Stealth
A friend of mine joined the local masons' lodge when we were both in our mid-twenties. He never said outright that it was to find out if the conspiracy rumors were true, but I'm pretty sure that's why he did it. If he did uncover the big secret, he never told me. I think he was disappointed.
    , @neutral
This whole conspiracy narrative is usually being pushed by the likes of the SPLC or ADL, there is no conspiracy being claimed by the people that happen to point out what Soros, Zuckerberg, Saban, Hollywood bosses, Bernard Levy say, Schumer, ect, say. What they say is not a secret, nor is it a secret who they fund, that is not considered a conspiracy.
    , @Citizen of a Silly Country
Naturally, there's no conspiracy. Did I mention one?

Hell, in my adult life, I've been a friend/neighbor/co-worker/boyfriend with lots of Jews. Most would feel right at home here at iSteve and have no animus toward us white gentiles, obviously, since many have married us or their kids are heading that way.

But that truth can exist along side the other truth that a portion of Jews - very, very influential Jews - are seriously out to get me and my kind. Are these nefarious Jews getting together in some island lair to plot our downfall? Don't be silly.

There are simply a number of, again, very influential Jews who have a nearly identical worldview and are pursuing that worldview. They don't need to coordinate. They naturally act in tandem.

So, some Jews are with us poor, befuddled gentiles and some are very much against us. But here's the rub: The Jews that are on our side do nothing to stop the Jews that are very much against us. As a result, Jews as a people are against us, much like the fact that were many Germans who weren't so keen on killing Jews (or Brits or Americans) didn't change the fact that the German military was the enemy of Jews, Brits and Americans.

If you want us white gentiles to stop complaining about the "Jews," perhaps you might mention to your rabbi and other Jews that many prominent Jews are truly and utterly trying to fuck over their white gentile neighbors.

At the very least, you can admit that Jews are a - not "the" but "a" - major driving force behind the fall of the West. At best, you could publically call out your fellow Jews who pushing that agenda.

I always find it odd that there are many Jewish commenters here at iSteve who make very insightful points, but they always seem to miraculously fail to notice the kippah-wearing elephant in the iSteve living room.
    , @Citizen of a Silly Country
Btw, I should acknowledge that most of my frustration - anger, even - is directed not at the Soros of the world, nor at the rank and file Jews who aren't denouncing Soros and his ilk in the Jewish community, though I do wish that they would.

No, my problem lies with white gentiles, my own people. Why we don't simply say, "Stop this." boggles the mind.

I understand - or, at least, I think I understand - the motivation behind Soros and other influential Jews pushing the Invite the World/Invade the World (except for Israel) agenda. I don't understand why white gentiles go along. It's a very strange thing to see your own people commit suicide when you want to live. That being said, I can't help but feel a tinge of displeasure toward the people giving my people the loaded syringe that will lead to an overdose. Granted, we're the one sticking it in our arm, but the drug dealer isn't completely innocent.
    , @Jack Highlands
'Implicit conspiracy' - Jews acting in their perceived interests, with a specific out-group morality and in a Darwinian manner - is one thing. 'Explicit conspiracy' - physical meetings and plans - is quite another.

There is no doubt physical meetings and plans do go on, for instance how Jews should deal with the rising power of China, but that too is blurred with simple acting in perceived interests.

But there's a new trend I find interesting. Now Joel Stein's 2008 disappointment in the gullibility of us goyim may well have approximated the nadir of American awareness of the JQ. https://www.unz.com/isteve/joel-stein-asks-how-jewish-is-hollywood/. And even if America is still just as dumb, to use Stein's word, with the rise of Trump it's certain organized American Jewry is concerned about the issue.

What we are seeing more of us is apologists like IJ here conflating 'implicit conspiracy' - which is really more behavior than conspiracy - and making it out to be explicit conspiracy. Which conflation is itself a conspiracy of sorts.

    , @Thea
No conspiracy but y'all , collectively, will be blamed none the less.

Thank Soros, Tim Wise, Schumer for the terrible fall out.

Much like Jewish Bolsheviks caused unimagined horror for their apolitical neighbors in mid century Germany.

    , @Daniel Chieh
I have to give you people incredible props for maintaining a cohesive identity nonetheless. And while I don't believe in a mass conspiracy, I grew up with Jewish friends and can definitely say that at least in the 90s, there was a real sense of community, even nepotism, helping each other.

Its pretty admirable in a way.

“Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. ” 8 U.S. Code § 1182 (f).

  13. @(((Owen)))

Why exactly didn’t the Court impose severe limits on Obama’s ability to do things via Executive Orders?

The court did reject DAPA in a probably erroneous decision. They may yet reject reductions in refugee admissions and terrorist country admissions which would be another erroneous decision.

No, the Court did not. It split 4-4 on DAPA, which left the lower-court decision in force. The Trump Administration formally did away with DAPA, earlier this month, even though it was a dead letter already, because it wanted to look like it was doing something about the Obama Administration’s unconstitutional maneuvers in instituting DACA and DAPA, while leaving the former in force– against candidate Trump’s explicit promise to end DACA “immediately” upon taking office!

    Steve,

You really should call this the "Jewish Amendment" or perhaps the "St. Louis Amendment."

Because of their past, Jews want a second parachute (the first, of course, being Israel) in case they need to flee a country again. Naturally, Jews don't know which country will start building gas chambers, so every country must allow in refugees in case Jews need to grab their bags and run so that no matter which peasants pick up their pitchforks, Jews will be safe.

As always, the only question that matters, the ultimate Who, Whom, remains, "Is it good for the Jews."

P.S. I can't help but tip my hat to the Jewish people. With tiny numbers (and, admittedly, a willing mark), they have routed the greatest nations on earth to serve their ends, which is exactly what a people should do. Is it too late to convert? I want to belong to a people that are actual adults.

I want to belong to a people that are actual adults.

The more I watch the Jews as a group, the last thing I’d want to be is them.

Would you want to be constantly roaming the Earth, with “home” being a strip of desert in the Middle East? Always attracted to the occupations with the least amount of work and therefore the least amount of skill/pride, with no real accomplishments, other than in fields other societies have invented?

The Jews as whole aren’t good at science, architecture, art, or even frankly cooking. They will achieve within the strong systems that others invent and control, but once they achieve a critical mass and/or freedom within them they almost all go downhill. (We aren’t exactly at peaks in academia, science, or any art form right now, including movies.) What they’re most proud of is a sort of annoying argumentative/moralizing streak among themselves that invariably musses up their societies and others.

As a Christian their real importance in my view is of course the one accomplishment they’ve wholly rejected.

I keep coming back to the idea that “chosen” is not actually synonymous with favorite. If I choose my son to clean the toilets, he is of course, chosen, but it’s hard to say that I did him any favors.

I mean, I've been around a long time, and I've contributed generously to my synagogue and other Jewish concerns; if there were any international Jewish conspiracy, my rabbi would have surely told me about it by now.

Too true. Hegemony and conspiracy are distinct concepts.

  16. but the justices imposed strict limits on Mr. Trump’s travel ban while the court examines the scope of presidential power over the border.

This is typical NY Times’ spin — anything to deny Trump a “win”.

I’d expect that the number of exceptions allowed to the ban is exceedingly low, especially in regard to refugees. How many of them would have bona fide preexisting relationships to people or entities in the US?

Here is how the ruling limits the interpretation of “bona fide” relationship:

The facts of these cases illustrate the sort of relationship that qualifies. For individuals, a close familial relation-ship is required. A foreign national who wishes to enter the United States to live with or visit a family member, like Doe’s wife or Dr. Elshikh’s mother-in-law, clearly has such a relationship. As for entities, the relationship mustbe formal, documented, and formed in the ordinary course, rather than for the purpose of evading EO–2. The stu-dents from the designated countries who have been admit-ted to the University of Hawaii have such a relationshipwith an American entity. So too would a worker who accepted an offer of employment from an American com-pany or a lecturer invited to address an American audi-ence. Not so someone who enters into a relationship sim- ply to avoid §2(c): For example, a nonprofit group devoted toimmigration issues may not contact foreign nationals from the designated countries, add them to client lists, and thensecure their entry by claiming injury from their exclusion.

I find the spin thickest in the "Mr. Trump quickly hailed" paragraph:

Trump hailed it merely. It's not like a political scientist said it was objectively good for Trump, or anything.

"Quickly," you see, because Trump never stops to think about anything. Because he's a brute and basically Atilla the Hun, if Atilla were white.

He sent out a formal statement instead of his usual vulgar, boobish tweets. (Have you heard our president tweets a lot? Our president! Tweets!)

The court only *temporarily* lifted *some* of the legal roadblocks correctly put in place by lower courts on the president's racist Muslim ban. Who could "hail" such paltry gains?

They put scare quotes around "clear victory" instead of "national security," which was nice of them.

Kennedy’s decision to stay another term probably was prompted by the Court agreeing to hear the Case of the Unbaked Gay Wedding Cake.

Kennedy is the author of the Rainbow Amendment to the US Constitution, and he likely feels obligated to defend it against recalcitrant bakers.

Just one class on classical Judaism opened my eyes a great deal. As a bonus, if you're into that kind of stuff, the Hebrew poetry is very moving.

They've already done what they set out to do, i.e. destroy Roman Catholicism and make panentheistic naturalism the de facto religion of the Western world, and this has been true for more than 50 years already. Today's masons know nothing of this; their lodges are just social clubs now, populated by a randy bunch of septuagenarian fornicators.

True. Or at least, they would understand it. We've been self-hating for most of my lifetime, a people of leapfrogging loyalties. When that switch flips back again, it will prove interesting.

Realistically, there have been a lot of wars between ethnically similar peoples. European history is mostly one of fighting amongst ourselves. Chinese history is replete with different factions fighting for control. Japanese history has lots of internal conflict. The Islamic world is known for conflict. African history is replete with tribal conflict. Even Jews fight a lot amongst themselves, far more than the goy recognize. So it is harder than one would think to make a case that other races ask "Is it good for my race"? But substitute family, tribe, or nation in some cases, it will be largely true.

My original point was that if you have a people with IQs averaging around 110-115 or so who are ethnocentric enough to as "Is it good for us"? With everything they do, they don't have to stop to explain to the dunderheads how to do it, they can figure it out themselves and easily band together to create high functioning organizations that give the appearance of a conspiracy that is directed from a central point.

Look at the damage one Soros can do. It seems unlikely that he is directing all Jews or being directed.

I mean, imagine that Merkel was a Bavarian, and that Bavaria was an independent country that would only allow ethnic Bavarians to emigrate. Now, let's imagine that Merkel pushed for millions of refugees into Germany while demanding that Bavaria remained ethnically pure.

Naturally, there’s no conspiracy. Did I mention one?

Hell, in my adult life, I’ve been a friend/neighbor/co-worker/boyfriend with lots of Jews. Most would feel right at home here at iSteve and have no animus toward us white gentiles, obviously, since many have married us or their kids are heading that way.

But that truth can exist along side the other truth that a portion of Jews – very, very influential Jews – are seriously out to get me and my kind. Are these nefarious Jews getting together in some island lair to plot our downfall? Don’t be silly.

There are simply a number of, again, very influential Jews who have a nearly identical worldview and are pursuing that worldview. They don’t need to coordinate. They naturally act in tandem.

So, some Jews are with us poor, befuddled gentiles and some are very much against us. But here’s the rub: The Jews that are on our side do nothing to stop the Jews that are very much against us. As a result, Jews as a people are against us, much like the fact that were many Germans who weren’t so keen on killing Jews (or Brits or Americans) didn’t change the fact that the German military was the enemy of Jews, Brits and Americans.

If you want us white gentiles to stop complaining about the “Jews,” perhaps you might mention to your rabbi and other Jews that many prominent Jews are truly and utterly trying to fuck over their white gentile neighbors.

At the very least, you can admit that Jews are a – not “the” but “a” – major driving force behind the fall of the West. At best, you could publically call out your fellow Jews who pushing that agenda.

I always find it odd that there are many Jewish commenters here at iSteve who make very insightful points, but they always seem to miraculously fail to notice the kippah-wearing elephant in the iSteve living room.

The other canard thrown out is that there are white leaders – Merkel and company – that are also pushing the Soros agenda. Very true. The important difference is that Merkel, etc., aren’t also pushing to keep their very specific ethnic group safe via a homeland.

I mean, imagine that Merkel was a Bavarian, and that Bavaria was an independent country that would only allow ethnic Bavarians to emigrate. Now, let’s imagine that Merkel pushed for millions of refugees into Germany while demanding that Bavaria remained ethnically pure.

It’s a ridiculous, laughable thought, and yet that’s exactly what we get from Jewish leaders, if not the very silent rank and file Jews. That white gentiles put up with it is hilarious.

I tend to think any organized conspiracy involves Saudi money and EU leaders' bank accounts.

I don't know why Jewish American culture contains such a strong streak of anti-white animus when the Jews have done so well living among us. We were generally happy for their success as long as we weren't hurt by it.

Maybe they just want to create a new hardship for themselves. A Muslim Europe will certainly provide that.

No, but exceedingly foolish people fancy that's what's going on. Others get fixated on the Council on Foreign Relations, or the CIA, or motley collections of people they fancy worked for the CIA, or cabals of French Quarter homosexuals.

So Jews haven’t played a vital role in the Invite the World/Invade the World agenda?

Once again, I’m not saying that white gentiles are being lead around by some Hebrew Pied Piper, but it amazes me that Jewish commentators on this site can’t acknowledge the extremely heavy Jewish influence that had led us to this point.

I can acknowledge that Merkel is going a terrible person and that many white leaders have no regard for their own people. Why can’t the Jewish commentators here acknowledge that their leaders are seriously out to get my people while wishing to preserve their own.

As I’ve mentioned, I get where they’re coming from. Never again. Makes sense. Do what you think is necessary to protect your people. Good for them. But why can’t people admit what they’re doing and why?

I acknowledge it. I think it's a less a matter of out to get your people than thinking they are saving the oppressed at this point, and the idea of having a door open for Jews is more of a side thought here. They actually seem to think it's a moral imperative--they were barred from coming in the St. Louis and so on, so they must make sure nobody is ever barred again.

I find the whole dynamic of 'hating white people' very bizarre--the tribe can't stop half of their members from marrying them, for crying out loud! Nonetheless, if you are a white ethnonationalist, yes, it does have that functional effect, since you decrease the white fraction of the country.

So, yeah, you've got your Schumers and your Soroses and your Lena Dunhams. You've got your Steven Millers and your Drudges and your Breitbart boys too, but there aren't nearly as many. There are ten Lena Dunhams for every Laura Loomer (who really should find something better to do than disrupting plays).

    , @KenH
Jews only tolerate white political leaders in the Western diaspora who are indifferent to or hate their own people. This is why they still despise Trump so much even though he's very much pro-Israel and has deep ties to the Jewish community.

Perhaps we should respond in kind and withhold four billion in foreign aid until Israel elects leaders that want to promote mass third world immigration into Israel, mixed marriages between Palestinian Muslim males and Jewish females and multiculturalism. The conflict between Israeli Jews and Palestinians can only be solved through integration and intermarriage just like Jews told American whites that we must integrate, socially and sexually, with the descendants of African blacks.

Chinese history is replete with different factions fighting for control. Japanese history has lots of internal conflict. The Islamic world is known for conflict. For merely disagreeing with your position? Wow, just wow.

Assuming that there is such an agenda, that Jews are an integral part of crafting and promoting that agenda, and that white gentiles have been duped into supporting that agenda.

"The Jews that are on our side do nothing to stop the Jews that are very much against us."

Perhaps these Jews are in the same camp as white gentiles who believe that this International Jewish Conspiracy theory is other than accurate.

So, as a white gentile, why are you merely complaining about the Jews? How do you propose stopping their nefarious activities in light of the liberty of American Jews to pursue happiness and accumulate wealth? What specific actions are required to break us from the grip of Jewish power?

"But that truth can exist along side the other truth that a portion of Jews – very, very influential Jews – are seriously out to get me and my kind."

Things have an odd way of becoming "truth". Now, for the record, who is "your kind"? How do you propose to transform "your kind" back to their original form after being subjected to indoctrination by the transjewgrify machine?

"But why can’t people admit what they’re doing and why?"

Because perhaps, just maybe, it's not as devious as you say it is.

Soros HATES HATES HATES Israel and in particular borders for Israel and in particular Border Wall Builder #1, Benjamin Netanyahu. Soros has funded constantly the "peace camp" and has been behind lawsuits to open up Israel's borders and let everyone in. Just the other day, the FT had an interview with some Israeli conductor who wants urgently for Jews to be a minority in Israel saying they had no right to discriminate against whoever came in and that the Palestinians must be given the majority of Israeli land.

Meanwhile the Pope has said that Open Borders is a Christian Duty. This is GoodWhite Insanity as standard operating procedure. Lots of elite rich urban Jews who are isolated from reality embrace like Leonard Bernstein people who want nothing more than to really, really kill them. That's a function not of being Jewish but of being rich, urban, and elite. Mark Zuckerberg did not come up with Open Borders, it was among other things a part of Reagan's Lexicon "tear down this wall" and a big part of the Cold War propaganda effort.

The bottom line is that Israel, for now, BARELY has domestic consensus for a wall and borders. BARELY. A great deal of rich influential media, financial, legal, and NGO people want nothing less than to tear down both walls and borders. This when surrounded by people who have demonstrated for decades their intense desire to kill Jews.

I figure an ACTUAL Jewish Conspiracy would be good for ... Jews. Not turning every place INCLUDING ISRAEL into an Open Borders target. Indeed a Jewish conspiracy would FAVOR Jews and EXCLUDE MUSLIMS. This is self-evident. On the grounds that Muslims were violent and jihady and stupid and harmful, and Jews were funny like Jerry Seinfeld or Mel Brooks and would make you laugh. You'd see every stand up comic riffing on that. Instead we get earnest (and not very Jewish) GoodWhite moral lectures on our moral failings, including the original sin of industrialization and harming the planet and being BadWhites.

Obama's lasting legacy is a failed health care bill that was intentionally designed to implode so they had "no choice" but to have single payer when the next President (a Democrat, no doubt) takes over after he leaves.

Trump's lasting legacy, if he gets two terms (which I believe he will) is to nominate three or four justices, therefore establishing an entire generation of a conservative supreme court.

Right, there’s nothing new about Jews or Judaism. It’s all laid out in the Torah, which BTW is part of the Christian tradition.

The critic of Jewish influence would point out that the Talmud and rabbinical Judaism in exile is probably the source of the sort of chauvinism and aggression towards the host to which people like COASC are referring. (The Talmud is commentary and not canonical for any Christian denomination or sect.)

One practice that blows my mind but which is the sort of thing I can only conceive of as being proposed by Jews is the Kol Nidre - essentially, Jews take their yearly vows at Yom Kippur to God but simultaneously annul all of them, reasoning that God would be more upset if they broke vows in place than if they take their vows with fingers crossed. You have to be pretty full of yourself to double-cross an omniscient, omnipotent God annually.

I agree. It'll tell you everything you need to know about the Jews:

"The Jews gathered themselves together in their cities throughout all the provinces of the king Ahasuerus, to lay hand on such as sought their hurt: and no man could withstand them; for the fear of them fell upon all people.

And all the rulers of the provinces, and the lieutenants, and the deputies, and officers of the king, helped the Jews; because the fear of Mordecai fell upon them.

...Thus the Jews smote all their enemies with the stroke of the sword, and slaughter, and destruction, and did what they would unto those that hated them."

It was far from a “beatdown of the lower courts”. Anyone with a “family connection” can still come in. It doesn’t have to be immediate family either. And consulate officials hired under Obama (which is almost all of them) won’t probe much on claims of a family connection.

So Jews haven't played a vital role in the Invite the World/Invade the World agenda?

I acknowledge it. I think it’s a less a matter of out to get your people than thinking they are saving the oppressed at this point, and the idea of having a door open for Jews is more of a side thought here. They actually seem to think it’s a moral imperative–they were barred from coming in the St. Louis and so on, so they must make sure nobody is ever barred again.

I find the whole dynamic of ‘hating white people’ very bizarre–the tribe can’t stop half of their members from marrying them, for crying out loud! Nonetheless, if you are a white ethnonationalist, yes, it does have that functional effect, since you decrease the white fraction of the country.

So, yeah, you’ve got your Schumers and your Soroses and your Lena Dunhams. You’ve got your Steven Millers and your Drudges and your Breitbart boys too, but there aren’t nearly as many. Look, I get what you're saying and agree with most of it. As I mentioned, from my experience, the vast, vast majority of American Jews see themselves as just another white ethnic group, thus the huge intermarriage rate. And guess what, other whites view them the same way, thus the huge intermarriage rate.

The issue is that the Steve Millers and Breitbart boys are being overwhelmed by the Soros crowd, and it's impacting things on the ground. At some point, rank and file Jews need to choose sides, because right now, they're on the fence. Love those white gentiles but not willing to speak out against Soros and his ilk.

The trouble with that reasoning is that we (here I invoke the royal we of my ancestors) were perfectly within our rights to deny anyone we pleased, for a good reason, a bad reason, or no reason at all. That the Jews, like the Negroes, demand otherwise is just juvenile mewling, a despicable claim another man's life no better than that of a slaver or a despot. For this reason, and because of their insistence upon this ideology (and its application always and ever to others, byt never to them!) I long ago determined the Jews can all go straight to Hell.

I have a moral imperative not to harm you, but I've no moral imperative whatsoever, under any system of ethics worth being called one, to help you from any real or imagined harm from a third party. (We quite rightly do not condemn the Swiss as an evil people for remaining neutral in any number of wars.) It may be nice of me too, and indeed I become a magnanimous and charitable man goe having doled out any such undeserved grace and favour, but to speak of it as any kind of duty or obligation (an imperative) is preposterous. That to bequeath undeserved boons one is under no obligation to is considered "mighty white" is telling; the misapprehension that such kindnesses are in any way obligatory will be the extinction of our race.
  54. @Citizen of a Silly Country
Yep, people love to throw the "conspiracy" accusation in the same way people throw out "racist." Shuts down the debate.

The other canard thrown out is that there are white leaders - Merkel and company - that are also pushing the Soros agenda. Very true. The important difference is that Merkel, etc., aren't also pushing to keep their very specific ethnic group safe via a homeland.

I mean, imagine that Merkel was a Bavarian, and that Bavaria was an independent country that would only allow ethnic Bavarians to emigrate. Now, let's imagine that Merkel pushed for millions of refugees into Germany while demanding that Bavaria remained ethnically pure.

It's a ridiculous, laughable thought, and yet that's exactly what we get from Jewish leaders, if not the very silent rank and file Jews. That white gentiles put up with it is hilarious.

Anything that sends the message "You are not welcome; stay in your own country" is a win in principle. The fact that it has taken five months to implement a rather weak policy which the President had every legitimate authority to take, against spurious legal challenges is, however, not a good sign.
    , @Almost Missouri
It's progress, but progress that shouldn't have had to be made. Had the President not been named "Trump" this would have been an unremarkable and routine EO, as were all EOs with Obama.

How will the Supremes "vote"? Well, two (Kagan, Sotomayor) have no principles except "social justice" (i.e. hate whitey) so they will automatically oppose anything Trump does. Ginsburg is dotty, so her clerk will write something in her voice, no doubt finding the EO invalid by twisting some obscure existing law. Breyer will vote like Ginsburg. The four justices* who actually think the Constitution is constitutional will no doubt uphold it. Which leaves Kennedy--the stupid justice--once again as the swing vote. I think he'll lean Ginsburg/Breyer.

    * Much of the legal jihad against real America has been enabled by this little fact: that only 4/9 of the Supreme Court actually believes in the Constitution. This tiny imbalance with massive consequences began in 1990s when several of the nominally "conservative" appointments began to defect to the Poz. Specifically: Souter, Kennedy and O'Connor. All three were insufficiently vetted. Conservative appointments must have a proven ability to face the Poz without succumbing. Before they are allowed in Galilee, they must have faced temptation in the desert and proven they are stronger.

The Zeroth Amendment is hiding undiscovered in a penumbra somewhere, like a missing sock. I'm afraid after Kennedy and Ginsburg die during the first or second Trump terms and are replaced by originalists that we may never find it, at least not in a majority opinion.

  58. @Citizen of a Silly Country

Is it too late to convert? I want to belong to a people that are actual adults.

If you convert, you’ll have to celebrate murder (sanctioned by Yahweh, of course).

You’ll celebrate your God slaying the Egyptian infants (but not Chosen infants) at Passover (Exodus 12:12-13). On Purim, you’ll celebrate the usurpation of the Persian throne by Mordecai and Esther and the subsequent hanging of Haman and his ten sons (Esther 9:13) — then you’ll celebrate the killing of 75,ooo of your enemies (Esther 9:16).

Your God might even order you to murder your own son, like he ordered Abraham to murder Isaac (Genesis 22:2-10)

And, of course, your God ordered the mass murder of the Amalekites (1 Samuel 15:3): “Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and women, infant and suckling.”

Sounds kinda like what the Nazis did, eh?

So yeah, if you wanna convert, have at it. Better sharpen your axe first, though…

But the conspiracies were true. It’s just that nowadays, everything the masons once conspired to achieve has already passed into the culture as “common knowledge.” They’ve already done what they set out to do, i.e. destroy Roman Catholicism and make panentheistic naturalism the de facto religion of the Western world, and this has been true for more than 50 years already. Today’s masons know nothing of this; their lodges are just social clubs now, populated by a randy bunch of septuagenarian fornicators.

The critic of Jewish influence would point out that the Talmud and rabbinical Judaism in exile is probably the source of the sort of chauvinism and aggression towards the host to which people like COASC are referring. (The Talmud is commentary and not canonical for any Christian denomination or sect.)

One practice that blows my mind but which is the sort of thing I can only conceive of as being proposed by Jews is the Kol Nidre – essentially, Jews take their yearly vows at Yom Kippur to God but simultaneously annul all of them, reasoning that God would be more upset if they broke vows in place than if they take their vows with fingers crossed. You have to be pretty full of yourself to double-cross an omniscient, omnipotent God annually.

I agree. It’ll tell you everything you need to know about the Jews:

“The Jews gathered themselves together in their cities throughout all the provinces of the king Ahasuerus, to lay hand on such as sought their hurt: and no man could withstand them; for the fear of them fell upon all people.

And all the rulers of the provinces, and the lieutenants, and the deputies, and officers of the king, helped the Jews; because the fear of Mordecai fell upon them.

…Thus the Jews smote all their enemies with the stroke of the sword, and slaughter, and destruction, and did what they would unto those that hated them.”

Obama’s lasting legacy is a failed health care bill that was intentionally designed to implode so they had “no choice” but to have single payer when the next President (a Democrat, no doubt) takes over after he leaves.

Trump’s lasting legacy, if he gets two terms (which I believe he will) is to nominate three or four justices, therefore establishing an entire generation of a conservative supreme court.

For all of the MUH LEGACY of Obama, Obama’s legacy will have withered away by 2020 but Trump’s legacy could probably extend until the 2040s if he plays his cards right.

The Third Worlders who continued flooding into the USA during Obama's eight years, aren't going anywhere, and they're having plenty of kids. Those children are all US citizens and eligible to vote, and there's zero reason to expect them to vote for sensible, pro-American, not anti-white, nationalist or conservative or libertarian candidates.

So it is simply wishful thinking that Obama's legacy will fade by 2020, or by 2030, or by 2040.

Every president who allowed mass Third World immigration without a fight -- which means every president in my lifetime, as far as I can tell -- has a legacy of destroying America by replacing its core people, our culture, our mores, and in time our language.

You're more than welcome to convert, but before you get in too deep I should warn you that there may very well not be any conspiracy of the kind you imagine. I mean, I've been around a long time, and I've contributed generously to my synagogue and other Jewish concerns; if there were any international Jewish conspiracy, my rabbi would have surely told me about it by now.

‘Implicit conspiracy’ – Jews acting in their perceived interests, with a specific out-group morality and in a Darwinian manner – is one thing. ‘Explicit conspiracy’ – physical meetings and plans – is quite another.

There is no doubt physical meetings and plans do go on, for instance how Jews should deal with the rising power of China, but that too is blurred with simple acting in perceived interests.

But there’s a new trend I find interesting. Now Joel Stein’s 2008 disappointment in the gullibility of us goyim may well have approximated the nadir of American awareness of the JQ. https://www.unz.com/isteve/joel-stein-asks-how-jewish-is-hollywood/. And even if America is still just as dumb, to use Stein’s word, with the rise of Trump it’s certain organized American Jewry is concerned about the issue.

What we are seeing more of us is apologists like IJ here conflating ‘implicit conspiracy’ – which is really more behavior than conspiracy – and making it out to be explicit conspiracy. Which conflation is itself a conspiracy of sorts.

Right, there's nothing new about Jews or Judaism. It's all laid out in the Torah, which BTW is part of the Christian tradition.

Gentile folly is mainly a product of ignorance and hubris. But so is Jewish folly. If you doubt it stop being lazy and study the Bible.

Just one class on classical Judaism opened my eyes a great deal. As a bonus, if you're into that kind of stuff, the Hebrew poetry is very moving.

If contemporary patriotic young European American men were as willing to learn from the lessons compiled by the Jews as the Jews have been to learn from our own philosophers and wise men we'd be much better off.

Don't let the two-bit shysters distract you; the prophets have a great deal to offer.

The rub is blood. The best of combined philosophies is fine, sure. But it seems that one side is cheerleading the demographic dispossession and demise of the other. “Two-bit shysters” can do a lot of damage.

The scary thing here is that the panel of justices made exceptions to the executive branch's travel ban. What gives them a right to do that? They wrote an exception.

Trump can ban some Muslims because he’s president. He can’t ban others, because…uh…look out! [Points behind you, jumps out the window when your head is turned.]

Seriously though, there’s this little thing called the Just Because Principle. Ever heard of it?No, because I just made it up. But now that I’ve named it, it’s automatically a venerable tradition of jurisprudence.

4 Citizen of a Silly Country > the first, of course, being Israel

The actual track record of American Jews to stick it out in Israel (after the immigrant-absorption welfare benefit runs out in (is it now) a year is…. poor.

French Jews have it easier. They can park the wife & kid in Netanya (VERY francophone nowadays) while just flying in/back every weekend. It’s about the time/cost of a trip from NYC to Florida.

I’m still trying to convince the RamatKal to make high heels part of the prescribed IDF female uniform. Ah, for the good old days of Arik Sharon……

Israel is a tiny country, most of which is desert. And then there's the fact that competing with Jews ain't easy. For an American Jew to settle, along with his family, in Israel, he (and his wife) would have to be super-religious.

but the justices imposed strict limits on Mr. Trump’s travel ban while the court examines the scope of presidential power over the border.

This is typical NY Times' spin -- anything to deny Trump a "win".

I'd expect that the number of exceptions allowed to the ban is exceedingly low, especially in regard to refugees. How many of them would have bona fide preexisting relationships to people or entities in the US?

Here is how the ruling limits the interpretation of "bona fide" relationship:

I find the spin thickest in the “Mr. Trump quickly hailed” paragraph:

Trump hailed it merely. It’s not like a political scientist said it was objectively good for Trump, or anything.

“Quickly,” you see, because Trump never stops to think about anything. Because he’s a brute and basically Atilla the Hun, if Atilla were white.

He sent out a formal statement instead of his usual vulgar, boobish tweets. (Have you heard our president tweets a lot? Our president! Tweets!)

The court only *temporarily* lifted *some* of the legal roadblocks correctly put in place by lower courts on the president’s racist Muslim ban. Who could “hail” such paltry gains?

They put scare quotes around “clear victory” instead of “national security,” which was nice of them.

If you just replace “Jews” with White women, everything makes sense.

An “inner party” of “true Jews” who run things for the benefit of those born Jewish. A policy to making nations deport those MOST HOSTILE TO JEWS which are in fact, MUSLIMS. Secondarily, deporting those second most hostile: Africans. And so on.

Indeed so many Western Nations are now no-go zones for Jews because of Muslims, there is no possibility of such a conspiracy, as it would have be both deviously clever in execution and profoundly STUPID in goals — making Europe and America hostile to Jews by virtue of being filled with Muslims.

Now, women figuring “hey a burqua is for my ever day is fat day” and “hey polygamy means I get a shot at sharing an Alpha despite being fat” and “Wow just Wow I HATE HATE HATE beta White males” … now you are talking. Don’t forget most women are fat. Its not as if they were all beautiful and had Alpha males fighting over THEM. Instead its ordinary women getting the dregs of men as they see it — ordinary men. They’d rather have Abdul the Goatherd who can’t read but bashed some 10 year old boy’s head in than Joe Average Cubical Drone.

That sounds airtight then, nothing to worry about. Even if Abu Doe has 1,000 wives, who would all kill to drop their anchor babies aweigh in a first-world welfare state, at least we know he’s really married to each one – he has the certificate from the Lagos Wedding Chapel to prove it.

  83. I think this means it’s time for Trump to reach out to the Muslim community. How about adding Colombia and El Salvador to the travel ban, because people from those countries killed Muslim women who were citizens (Nazma Khanam and Nabra Hassanen). Yes, the killers were here illegally (in the case of the Colombian, he didn’t speak English so I assume he was, that happened when Obama was POTUS, so no one would confirm it).

Let’s be even more generous. We’ll name a section of the wall after each of them.

  84. @Citizen of a Silly Country

Soros HATES HATES HATES Israel and in particular borders for Israel and in particular Border Wall Builder #1, Benjamin Netanyahu. Soros has funded constantly the “peace camp” and has been behind lawsuits to open up Israel’s borders and let everyone in.

That’s a function not of being Jewish but of being rich, urban, and elite. Mark Zuckerberg did not come up with Open Borders, it was among other things a part of Reagan’s Lexicon “tear down this wall” and a big part of the Cold War propaganda effort.

I figure an ACTUAL Jewish Conspiracy would be good for … Jews. You’d see every stand up comic riffing on that. Instead we get earnest (and not very Jewish) GoodWhite moral lectures on our moral failings, including the original sin of industrialization and harming the planet and being BadWhites.

This is very Jewish. What is not either Jewish or Christian is the attempt to leave God out of it.

We're at a weird crossroads. Culturally, in the US we're Reformed Calvinism without God or Christ. We ended up with Marxism through a strain of native Christian philosophies stripped of it's most important elements.
  85. @Intelligent Dasein

A friend of mine joined the local masons’ lodge when we were both in our mid-twenties. He never said outright that it was to find out if the conspiracy rumors were true, but I’m pretty sure that’s why he did it.

But the conspiracies were true. It's just that nowadays, everything the masons once conspired to achieve has already passed into the culture as "common knowledge." They've already done what they set out to do, i.e. destroy Roman Catholicism and make panentheistic naturalism the de facto religion of the Western world, and this has been true for more than 50 years already. Today's masons know nothing of this; their lodges are just social clubs now, populated by a randy bunch of septuagenarian fornicators.

Continental Freemasonry retains its partisan political edge, and are quite open about their Anti-Catholicism, even to the point of killing a number of priests as late as the 1920s in Mexico.

Anglo Masons are supposedly not part of this, and they remain male-only. In some ways they may have inspired the creation of Mormonism, which would have shocked their 18th century forebears.

My Spanish friend is very down on the masons, their anti Catholic purpose is very explicit. Anglo freemasonry is very different, my old school's reverend was a member.

For all of the MUH LEGACY of Obama, Obama's legacy will have withered away by 2020 but Trump's legacy could probably extend until the 2040s if he plays his cards right.

I'm still not tired of winning yet.

But for you guys, it's not a life and death game. It is for us. As Houellebecq wrote in Submission, I don't have an Israel. You do.

Agreed. I was speaking more from my own experience, which, of course, is quite limited. The Jews that I have known were more open about their desire to avoid NAMs than their gentile counter-parts. But it's also true that they were generally democrats.

One interesting thing that I noticed about my Jewish friends and neighbors was how open they were about not liking Indian and Chinese immigrants. My suspicion is that they recognized actual competition.

So Jews haven't played a vital role in the Invite the World/Invade the World agenda?

Jews only tolerate white political leaders in the Western diaspora who are indifferent to or hate their own people. This is why they still despise Trump so much even though he’s very much pro-Israel and has deep ties to the Jewish community.

Assuming that there is such an agenda, that Jews are an integral part of crafting and promoting that agenda, and that white gentiles have been duped into supporting that agenda.

This is very Jewish. What is not either Jewish or Christian is the attempt to leave God out of it.

Indeed, it's a non-theistic religion descended from Puritan Protestantism. And without the "antigens" of explicit doctrines on the supernatural by which American "freedom of religion" identifies what is a "religion", they were able to readily take over and make themselves, unofficially, the Official Religion. With Academia belonging entirely to their orthodoxy and elite schools like Harvard and Yale, founded as Puritan seminaries, returned to that original role as the madrassas of this new religion. And it's as fanatical as any in "converting the heathen" wherever and whenever he may be found, with whatever powers lie at their disposal.

So, back on topic: did we (immigration restrictionists) win? Is Trump's ban more in effect than not in effect? What do people think?

It’s progress, but progress that shouldn’t have had to be made. Had the President not been named “Trump” this would have been an unremarkable and routine EO, as were all EOs with Obama.

How will the Supremes “vote”? Well, two (Kagan, Sotomayor) have no principles except “social justice” (i.e. hate whitey) so they will automatically oppose anything Trump does. Ginsburg is dotty, so her clerk will write something in her voice, no doubt finding the EO invalid by twisting some obscure existing law. Breyer will vote like Ginsburg. The four justices* who actually think the Constitution is constitutional will no doubt uphold it. Which leaves Kennedy–the stupid justice–once again as the swing vote. I think he’ll lean Ginsburg/Breyer.

    * Much of the legal jihad against real America has been enabled by this little fact: that only 4/9 of the Supreme Court actually believes in the Constitution. This tiny imbalance with massive consequences began in 1990s when several of the nominally “conservative” appointments began to defect to the Poz. Specifically: Souter, Kennedy and O’Connor. All three were insufficiently vetted. Conservative appointments must have a proven ability to face the Poz without succumbing. Before they are allowed in Galilee, they must have faced temptation in the desert and proven they are stronger.

As if "vetting" would be enough. It's been noted as a consistent rule that "Right-wing" appointees to the Court consistently move Left (while the Left-wing appointees never move Rightward), enough that plenty of people have attempted to serious scholarly analysis to try to identfy the underlying mechanism. But until we do (and perhaps not even then), I have yet to see any good means put forth to counter this tendency. What prevents Gorsuch from becoming another John "Schrödinger's Tax" Roberts?

Otherwise, I agree with you that the Court is likely to find against Trump in this case.

  102. @SFG

I beg to differ. I salute the woman.

Two term Trump and slim Republican Senate majority could replace Ginsburg, Breyer and Kennedy.

I can only imagine the antics of the Donks in the Senate at the prospect of Trump replacing any of these Justices, but especially Ruth Buzzi. I think at the least they would absent themselves en masse to give the perception that the proceedings are illegitimate. (Senate quorum is 51, so it would be ineffectual). Picture Chuck Schumer sobbing on camera, but with Warren I think they'd do the classic turn to the camera with a single tear falling softly down her high Injun cheekbones.

It was far from a "beatdown of the lower courts". Anyone with a "family connection" can still come in. It doesn't have to be immediate family either. And consulate officials hired under Obama (which is almost all of them) won't probe much on claims of a family connection.
So the gates are still wide open.

My understanding was that it would have to be basically immediate family. The travel ban seems to have held up at the 90 percent level. I am wondering if they will rule on the overall issue of whether the president can restrict immigration in general. The left seems to claim that any restriction is racist.

  107. @Maj. Kong

Look, I get what you’re saying and agree with most of it. As I mentioned, from my experience, the vast, vast majority of American Jews see themselves as just another white ethnic group, thus the huge intermarriage rate. And guess what, other whites view them the same way, thus the huge intermarriage rate.

That is fundamentally untrue. The voting patterns and other associated cultural resentments confirm it. The average white liberal Protestant, and white non-religious, are still less D voters than non-orthodox Jews.

Their community has achieved a tremendous amount of cultural capital in this country, and their politics on immigration has been ruinous to my community. The evidence has piled up that this was a deliberate plot of revenge, and these very legitimate grievances form the fuel of the alt-right's fires.

They are always talking about being the "outsider" when they are the very pinnacle of the insider.

Agreed. I was speaking more from my own experience, which, of course, is quite limited. The Jews that I have known were more open about their desire to avoid NAMs than their gentile counter-parts. But it’s also true that they were generally democrats.

The scary thing here is that the panel of justices made exceptions to the executive branch's travel ban. What gives them a right to do that? They wrote an exception.

Since the 1960s, our courts have vastly expanded their reach. This occurred unchecked by the cowards in Congress who do have some power to stop or restrict it.

    • Replies: @RadicalCenter
Congress was never constitutionally obligated to create ANY federal courts other than the Supreme Court.

Congress has the authority to restrict the jurisdiction of the lower federal courts (the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals) or to abolish those courts entirely.

I'd settle for legislation barring the federal lower courts from all issues of national security, border control, travel, immigration, and naturalization.

Also, require all federal lower-court judges to step down at age 70, and limit the aggregate time they can "serve" on all levels of the federal bench.

I tend to think any organized conspiracy involves Saudi money and EU leaders’ bank accounts.

I don’t know why Jewish American culture contains such a strong streak of anti-white animus when the Jews have done so well living among us. We were generally happy for their success as long as we weren’t hurt by it.

I want to belong to a people that are actual adults.

i had a friend who fell in love with a jewish girl from a religious family. this was on the Lower East Side in NY. he courted her for 11 years (a high school romance) and finally won over the family if he would convert. so he learnt Hebrew, put on a hat, had a bris (not sure of that part), learned the prayers, and they married. he btw was Puerto Rican. i dont believe that marriage lasted as he is now married to someone else. of course joe p. was super smart, a chess wiz, to start with, so it might not work for you. i grew up with a lot of dumb kids in the street (E. 38th and Kings Highway) and they were all jews. so if you don’t have an Ashkenazi yiddische kopf, it’ll be a great waste of time as the conversion process is lengthy. YMMV

Actually, the majority of Americans in the late 1800's were in favor of expanding our trade and investments overseas. If that meant acquiring new markets by treaty or by force, the general public was on board, who were indoctrinated by John Fiske's theory of Anglo-Saxon superiority and Josiah Strong's beckoning to "civilize and Christianize".

Actually, the stats I've seen show that Jews as a whole are a shrinking demographic in America (mostly due to outmarriage and such). This, despite the Orthodox, and particularly the Hasidim, growing at high rates (something like a ~30-year doubling period; not as fast as the ~14-year doubling period of the Amish, but still very high). So it looks like it's already catching up with all but the most Modernity-rejecting subgroups.

Black turnout, though, lagged in the second round of voting. The race suggests that Democrats will probably be disappointed if they hope to increase the black share of the electorate with traditional mobilization efforts alone.

This is why I'm interested in finding out how "automatic" voting for the Democrats is really going to pan out as the future unfolds.

The Democrats of old understood how to work the new immigrant populations (and rural and black) and what they need to do to get their vote. They were historically practical politicians who even if they didn't believe it themselves were reasonably careful to respect the views of the their constituents.

I'm not sure how the brave new party of Whole Foods, God is for idiots, yippee gay people, Muslims, abortion, and old, wealthy, weepy white women (including Bernie Sanders) is going to get out their vote. After all the Dems have mostly imported Mexicans who are (sorta) Catholic for the first generation and become secular or evangelical by the 2nd, but still have no use for Whole Foods, complete atheism, gay people, Muslims, abortion, and weepy old wealthy white women (unless they're handing out stuff).

For the moment, the Dems appear to have out moroned the stupid party, a real accomplishment. It may yet save the day.

After appropriate indoctrination in “public” schools and through the media and popular entertainment, the kids of those supposedly Christian Mexicans have no problem supporting the Democrats en masse. They are not troubled in the least by the extreme leftist positions on homosexual “marriage”, second- and third-trimester abortion, intolerance of traditional Christians’ rights, etc., and are hard to distinguish from a brainwashed post-Christian white “American” kid in that regard.

The Dems won’t have any trouble getting US-born Mexicans to vote for them in lockstep. The demographic time bomb keeps ticking, and the window for any actual nationalist American to win the presidency continues to grow narrower.

Yes, in California that's definitely true. CA is the long term plan for the Democrats.

It's just not quite working out the same in places that are not completely overrun by Mexicans. Right now, though, the Dems are still losing seats. I'm still wondering how it pan out, but it's the plan (conscious or not) isn't exactly working out smoothly for the Dems.

For all of the MUH LEGACY of Obama, Obama's legacy will have withered away by 2020 but Trump's legacy could probably extend until the 2040s if he plays his cards right.

I'm still not tired of winning yet.

The Third Worlders who continued flooding into the USA during Obama’s eight years, aren’t going anywhere, and they’re having plenty of kids. Those children are all US citizens and eligible to vote, and there’s zero reason to expect them to vote for sensible, pro-American, not anti-white, nationalist or conservative or libertarian candidates.

So it is simply wishful thinking that Obama’s legacy will fade by 2020, or by 2030, or by 2040.

Every president who allowed mass Third World immigration without a fight — which means every president in my lifetime, as far as I can tell — has a legacy of destroying America by replacing its core people, our culture, our mores, and in time our language.

In each case, allegedly, its "core" ways of life were "destroyed". In reality, our society incorporated those diverse groups of people.

Since the 1960s, our courts have vastly expanded their reach. This occurred unchecked by the cowards in Congress who do have some power to stop or restrict it.

Congress was never constitutionally obligated to create ANY federal courts other than the Supreme Court.

Congress has the authority to restrict the jurisdiction of the lower federal courts (the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals) or to abolish those courts entirely.

I’d settle for legislation barring the federal lower courts from all issues of national security, border control, travel, immigration, and naturalization.

Also, require all federal lower-court judges to step down at age 70, and limit the aggregate time they can “serve” on all levels of the federal bench.

Washington is garbage and debt. The possible is in the impossible. If the canvas is getting more expensive and the paper is getting cheaper we can bank on art. Banking on politics is bankruptcy.

The trouble with that reasoning is that we (here I invoke the royal we of my ancestors) were perfectly within our rights to deny anyone we pleased, for a good reason, a bad reason, or no reason at all. That the Jews, like the Negroes, demand otherwise is just juvenile mewling, a despicable claim another man’s life no better than that of a slaver or a despot. For this reason, and because of their insistence upon this ideology (and its application always and ever to others, byt never to them!) I long ago determined the Jews can all go straight to Hell.

I have a moral imperative not to harm you, but I’ve no moral imperative whatsoever, under any system of ethics worth being called one, to help you from any real or imagined harm from a third party. That to bequeath undeserved boons one is under no obligation to is considered “mighty white” is telling; the misapprehension that such kindnesses are in any way obligatory will be the extinction of our race.

Indeed, it’s a non-theistic religion descended from Puritan Protestantism. And without the “antigens” of explicit doctrines on the supernatural by which American “freedom of religion” identifies what is a “religion”, they were able to readily take over and make themselves, unofficially, the Official Religion. With Academia belonging entirely to their orthodoxy and elite schools like Harvard and Yale, founded as Puritan seminaries, returned to that original role as the madrassas of this new religion. And it’s as fanatical as any in “converting the heathen” wherever and whenever he may be found, with whatever powers lie at their disposal.

As if “vetting” would be enough. It’s been noted as a consistent rule that “Right-wing” appointees to the Court consistently move Left (while the Left-wing appointees never move Rightward), enough that plenty of people have attempted to serious scholarly analysis to try to identfy the underlying mechanism. But until we do (and perhaps not even then), I have yet to see any good means put forth to counter this tendency. What prevents Gorsuch from becoming another John “Schrödinger’s Tax” Roberts?

Actually, the stats I’ve seen show that Jews as a whole are a shrinking demographic in America (mostly due to outmarriage and such). This, despite the Orthodox, and particularly the Hasidim, growing at high rates (something like a ~30-year doubling period; not as fast as the ~14-year doubling period of the Amish, but still very high). So it looks like it’s already catching up with all but the most Modernity-rejecting subgroups.

Anglo freemasonry is very different, my old school’s reverend was a member.

After appropriate indoctrination in "public" schools and through the media and popular entertainment, the kids of those supposedly Christian Mexicans have no problem supporting the Democrats en masse. They are not troubled in the least by the extreme leftist positions on homosexual "marriage", second- and third-trimester abortion, intolerance of traditional Christians' rights, etc., and are hard to distinguish from a brainwashed post-Christian white "American" kid in that regard.

The Dems won't have any trouble getting US-born Mexicans to vote for them in lockstep. The demographic time bomb keeps ticking, and the window for any actual nationalist American to win the presidency continues to grow narrower.

Yes, in California that’s definitely true. CA is the long term plan for the Democrats.

It’s just not quite working out the same in places that are not completely overrun by Mexicans. Right now, though, the Dems are still losing seats. I’m still wondering how it pan out, but it’s the plan (conscious or not) isn’t exactly working out smoothly for the Dems.

Oh, BS. If we have an empire, it's just like the British one: a few people at the top wanted to sell/buy stuff in other countries for a private profit and set about doing just that.

IRL, empires involve getting money from countries directly through tributes and taxes, so the country as a whole profits from the hassle. We seem to pay for the privilege being everyone's "overlords." All the expense and the BS, none of the profit! We're stellar empire runners.

Congress was never constitutionally obligated to create ANY federal courts other than the Supreme Court.

Congress has the authority to restrict the jurisdiction of the lower federal courts (the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals) or to abolish those courts entirely.

“Every president who allowed mass Third World immigration without a fight — which means every president in my lifetime, as far as I can tell — has a legacy of destroying America by replacing its core people, our culture, our mores, and in time our language.”

The same argument could be made with those presidents who enabled the Irish and Germans to come to our shores in the 1840’s/1850’s, and those presidents who enabled the Italians, Slavs, and Poles to cross our borders in the 1880’s/1890’s. In each case, allegedly, its “core” ways of life were “destroyed”. In reality, our society incorporated those diverse groups of people.
