Philip MatelPhilander Rodman Jr. died in Angeles City, Pampanga [near Manila in the Philippines] on July 14. He was 79. Jasmine Rodman, his granddaughter, made the announcement on her Facebook page. Philander Rodman Jr. is the father of Basketball Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman,
Philander Rodman Jr. stayed in the Philippines since coming as a member of the U.S. Air Force in the 1970s and had been estranged from his son for 42 years.
He established the Rodman’s Rainbow Obamaburger joint in the former U.S. military base, featuring burgers with red, yellow, and green colored buns and fries, colors his son used for his hair during his championship runs with the Chicago Bulls.
Philander and Dennis met after an exhibition game at the Mall of Asia Arena in 2012. The elder Rodman, who has acknowledged being a father to 29 offsprings by 16 mothers, first tried to meet his son in the Philippines in another game in 2006.
I’ve always imagined that Philander Rodman Sr. probably had quite a life story, too.

A lot of things just outside of Peoria, Illinois are named after Philander Chase who started Jubilee College in Brimfield, Illinois. His nephew was Salmon Chase, who was Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and whose picture was on the $10,000 bill, back when they existed.

What you don’t get from the article is that Angeles City in the 70’s was whore town, and probably in 2020 too. Mr. Rodman probably had all those children by prostitutes who wanted to cash in on an American with a name and stature. There wasn’t a better time be had anyplace in the world for a soldier or sailor on leave than you find in Angeles City. Angeles City was home to Clark Airbase, which was the largest US military base outside the US. There was probably many good reasons Mr. Rodman wished to live in the Philippines, and not return to USA. It’s a modern traditional occupation for Filipinos to service US Armed Forces personnel.
So what was his source of income that made him so desirable to these 16 Filipinas that they would let him boff them? My guess is some kind of service related disability check he got each month from the Air Force. Or perhaps Rodman put in his 20 years in the Air Force then retired with his pension. If the Dems aren’t taking care of their base of minority voters—to the point of neglecting them—then it’s a strategically prudent move to siphon off votes from that demographic if it’s at low cost and if it’s not a zero-sum tradeoff with the white demographic.
Should Trump maintain his share of the white vote but also win, say, 20-25% (maybe even 33%) of the black vote, that presents a fundamental issue to the Democrats: they need to actually follow through with providing to their base. Which, in my view at least, they’ve shown they can’t actually do.
I guess we’ll see with the outcome of this election.

There is virtually no chance of those numbers. Trump's advantage lies with Black men but the Black electorate skews heavily female - and that's before you take into account the felon skew. I stand corrected. I actually did the numbers on it a few years ago and remembered it was pretty bad but didn’t recall the exact amount. Of course some of the leaders have changed since then, and Britain has left the EU.
But my point still stands, in a way. The leaders of the European world, despite their apparent (or alleged) intelligence and social skills, have still managed to only rack up a sub-replacement fertility rate. Meanwhile the foreigners so many of them are happily ushering in are having 4-6-8 kids, and in shorter generations. But then I guess it’s a lot easier to raise a big family if you live in welfare and don’t feel obliged to go to work every day.
It's also striking that fully %25 of them have zero offspring. I don't think that was conceivable even 30 years ago. That such a significant percentage of European leadership has decided 'sich abzuschaffen', speaks to a deep malaise at the heart of European identity. Cultural/civilizational self confidence is all, when you have it all things are possible. When you don't, you hand your patrimony over to Merkel-jugend with nary a protest. Wallowing in the past sins of your culture , whether real or imagined, is a one way ticket to the boneyard.
