Are the Peaceful Marches protesting all the destruction done by the Armored Vehicles? Many paying NYT subscribers would like to believe something like that, so is the NYT going to rub their noses in the reality of what actually has been happening? I don’t think so.
Paying to be blatantly lied to day in and day out? No thanks, I’ll spend the money on Snickers bars and Mountain Dew.
BTW, Steve, I just read your latest Taki column. Since you mentioned you don’t watch much national news on TV, I want to apologize for my assumption that you do, when I noted your extreme Kung Flu worries of back in March – May. There are many people who do have the idiot plate on many hours of the day, so I commend you for keeping the thing off (at least the news – the rest contains more lies than people realize also …)

He made clean shots. Every person he hit was a Communist assailant. No innocent bystanders were harmed. He was also a "white Hispanic," like George Zimmerman.
I feel most sorry for the instigator, who got shot in the head after being belligerent and saying "shoot me, nigga" before chasing the kid down and cornering him. He was clearly intellectually impaired. My heart goes out to his parents. I'm serious about that. The other Communists clearly thought they had the drop on the boy, and paid for it.
A 17-year-old kid knew how to handle an AR (and pretty well, apparently), but he didn't have the experience and wisdom to realize that he was putting himself into a no-win situation. Just my opinion.

He called out the riots so he can play the Moral Equivalence card. CNN has probably never shown a single clip of cities on fire, or motorists getting dragged out and kicked to death, but you’re going to be seeing this shooting 24/7 from now until Nov.3, with the accompanying commentary about how all Trump supporters are racist murderers.
Kenosha is every-town America. This attack on a solid, middle-American town is not going unoticed. This will flip Wisconsin to Trump and is already moving the polls nation-wide toward him.

He did amazing breakdance moves while expertly wielding a long gun and shooting people who were intent on maiming him for exercising his 2nd Amendment rights. In a just world, he would follow the trajectory of Audie Murphy and become a cinematic heartthrob. But this is not a just world that we are currently living in.

One guy tried to (or did) kick him in the head. Another guy - the guy who got shot in the chest and died - whacked him across the neck and head with a skateboard. And the guy who about half got his arm blown off had approached the kid with a drawn pistol.
I'm certainly not an expert, but I have to say that kid reacted like a pro. Do the Seals or Deltas have a junior auxilliary?

The leftists I know will grudgingly admit that some of the peaceful protests may have gotten out of hand, but there’s absolutely no doubt that in every such case it’s the white, right wing counter-protesters at fault.
Pretty much like that. Didn’t we all go through a phase when we believed much of what we read in the MSM? When we were young, perhaps? NYT readers are still in that phase. Most of them, for life.

Thanks for the suggestions, Redneck. Really, I try to lay off the sugar and caffeine (which is much less of a problem for me to do), but my serious point was is that money being spent on any trivial thing is lots better than it being spent on the NY Times, cable TV to support and ENCOURAGE those who hate me.
Class or no class, Gary, these happenings are an EXCUSE to riot. If they can’t find one excuse, they will find another. It’s funny how almost all of the cases turn out to be not the best examples of what the riots are purportedly about anyway. There are plenty of cases of “muh authoritah” cops outright murdering people, but it seems most of these happened to White people.
How do you know that they did not intend to beat him to death (or that would have been the result regardless of their intent)? When you are kicking someone in the head or beating them with a skateboard, it’s hard to modulate your blows so that you only maim your victim and don’t kill him.
Since Rittenhouse was a vicious racist white person, he should have allowed himself to be beaten to death. It would have been better for everyone. Except for Rittenhouse. Everyone has a right of self defense except for racist white people.
