Lots of events in the Southeast are celebrating the first anniversary of the Racial Reckoning: keep that spirit alive! For example, from the Hilton Head Island Packet:

Man who told police he fatally shot ex-Hardeeville fire chief in 2017 found not guilty
BY LANA FERGUSON
MAY 27, 2021 01:15 PM,

Although Devon Dunham confessed to fatally shooting former Hardeeville volunteer fire chief Ernest Martin Stevens in a public parking lot in 2017, a Jasper County jury found him not guilty of murder Thursday.

Dunham breathed an audible sigh of relief through his face mask after hearing the verdict and softly fist-bumped his attorney.

The jury deliberated less than two hours.

Stevens, 77, was shot to death just before 9 a.m. Aug. 10, 2017, while sitting in the driver’s seat of his Ford F-150 truck in the Argent Square parking lot near his home off Ulman Street in Hardeeville.

Dunham, 28 and living at Hardeeville at the time, was arrested related to the killing a day later in Savannah. His trial started Tuesday in Ridgeland on charges of murder and possessing a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

Because he was not found guilty of murder, he could not be found guilty of the latter charge. …

During closing arguments on Thursday, 14th Circuit Solicitor Duffie Stone wove together a story of a frustrated Dunham searching for a ride when he came across Stevens.

“… He sees a target,” Stone said. “A 77-year-old man alone with a running truck. What great fortune for Devon Dunham, a vulnerable elderly man by himself.”

Stone alleged Dunham walked up to Stevens, told him to give him the truck, then unloaded all eight rounds in his 9 mm handgun when Stevens tried to drive away.

“He shot Mr. Stevens because he was losing his ride,” Stone claimed, adding here’s no argument of the facts because “most of what I told you Devon Dunham told you” in his admission to police.

Dunham’s defense attorney, Beaufort-based Jeffery Stephens, said Dunham wanted a ride but felt threatened by Stevens, and that’s when he began firing shots.

He also said Dunham “is not the best communicator,” which may have affected how he explained what happened to Hardeeville officers after his arrest. By the time Dunham admitted to shooting Stevens, he had been handcuffed to a wall in the interview room for six hours and was “sleep deprived,” his attorney said.

The defense began arguing that race, Dunham being a Black man and Stevens being white, could have played a part in the incident, but Stone objected and the judge agreed to not allow the theory.

Perhaps the defense argument was:

“Dunham being a Black man and Stevens being white,” May I ask the court reporter, Judge, to read back that sentence with denotation of the capitalizations? … You will note, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, that Black is capitalized and white is not. Think about that in the jury room when determining who has the right to do what to whom.

If the dead man’s not capitalized, you must aquittacize.

Also, never forget the Tulsa Race Massacre.

And redlining.

Back to the Island Packet:

Dunham’s lack of “intent to harm means it’s not murder,” Stephens said.

In South Carolina law, murder is “the killing of any person with malice aforethought, either express or implied.” The prosecutors have to prove the charge “beyond a reasonable doubt” and all 12 jurors must agree on whether the verdict is guilty or not guilty.

If Derek Chauvin had been black and George Floyd an elderly white volunteer fire chief, that jury would have not only returned a verdict of not guilty, but also declared Chauvin the King of America.

In other crime news, guess the race of the victims in Miami at the El Mula banquet hall:

Police: 2 dead, over 20 injured in banquet hall shooting
BY ASSOCIATED PRESS
MAY 30, 2021

NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE (AP) — Two people died and an estimated 20 to 25 people were injured by gunfire in a shooting outside a banquet hall in South Florida, police said.

The gunfire erupted early Sunday at the El Mula Banquet Hall in northwest Miami-Dade County, police told news outlets.

The banquet hall had been rented out for a concert. Three people got out of an SUV and opened fire into a crowd outside with assault rifles and handguns, police director Alfredo “Freddy” Ramirez III said. Authorities believe the shooting was targeted. …

Two people died at the scene, police said. As many as 25 people went to various hospitals for treatment.

No arrests were immediately announced.

… Democratic state Sen. Shevrin Jones said he wants DeSantis to do more than just pray. He’s calling on the governor to sit down with Democrats to discuss meaningful ways of addressing gun violence.

“Thoughts and prayers have been going on for years and thoughts and prayers haven’t done a damn thing inside the Black community — or any community when it comes to gun violence,” Jones said.

But he acknowledged Republicans are resistant to discuss the issue.

“Republicans don’t want to talk about guns. They think we’re trying to take their guns away from them. If their talking point is that guns are for protection, or that guns are for hunting, just know that that terminology is different in certain communities,” Jones said. “Some of these individuals are using guns to murder. Some of these individuals are using guns to hunt people.”

Yeah, so, judging by Sen. Shevrin Jones’ talk of the community being visited by gun violence, Sailer’s Law of Mass Shootings holds again.

Gun violence ushered in the Memorial Day weekend in South Florida when dozens of shots were fired outside another gathering in Miami’s Wynwood area. The shooting late Friday killed one person and injured six others.

“Gun violence ushered in the Memorial Day weekend” — no evasive use of the passive voice there! The Associated Press is telling us exactly who did what: “Gun violence” is the subject who acted, “ushered in” is the verb phrase of what Gun Violence did, and “the Memorial Day weekend” is the object that Mr. Violence did it too.

Yeah, if you watch the local if-it-bleeds-it-leads TV newscast, this was another African-American party drive-by shooting in accord with Sailer’s Law.

How did all 12 jurors agree to Not Guilty if the case is so simple?

Hardeeville, SC is 43.7% White, 34.7% African American, 2.0% Asian, 16.1% from other races, and 2.7% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 28.4% of the population. So, a jury would be likely 50% White (or non-AfrAm).

At least we may take comfort that libs are getting the victimization and property value hit they voted for.

Meanwhile our outer suburban tract house in a <1% black neighborhood in a 4.5% black county has gone up in value by 40% since early 2020 and doubled since 2018.

Work from home tech millionaires are flooding from the woke bay area to pro-police San Diego and South OC. Probably to Ventura county too since it is also a relatively conservative area with great weather and a lot of amenities. Basically a 4/3 2400sf newer tract home with good schools near San Diego has doubled from 1 to 2 million since 2018. Throw in a premium lot or make it 5/4 3500sf with pool and you are up to nearly $3 million.

  10. Let me get this straight:
    1) Shooting 25 times and killing only one or two means the shooter is black.
    2) Black will not be convicted of murder because they’re afraid of their unarmed white victims.

    Hmmm.

If I was of the murderous persuasion, which I’m not, and had decided that I was afraid of a black, I should shoot 25 rounds in the general direction of said target, making sure one does the deed. Law enforcement will conclude the shooter was black (which I am not) and therefore not subject to prosecution. Sadly, I am of the sarcastic persuation, not the murderous persuasion.

  38. The jury system should be eliminated in every country that have them. It was designed in ancient England where a man could be judged by a jury of his peers. In those days, there were only three types of people in society… peasant farmers, nobles and priests. Today, with the complexity and racial divisions in society, to say that the jury system is fair is nothing but a joke. Better to be judged by one educated judge who knows the law than by twelve ignorant clowns. Today being forced to sit on a jury is an enormous inconvenience to any productive person and it’s a crime that in this day and age that we still have this atrocious artifact lingering in our legal system. It should be dispensed with as we did with judge’s wigs.

    Funny….. as I wrote on another thread….

    The entire Israeli-Arab conflict.

Israelis try to save lives of Gaza Palis, which is evident by number of casualties, which are, according to Gaza authorities, ca. 250 people, out of which, according to Israeli sources, are ca. 200 Hamas & Islamic Jihad terrorists.

If they did their bombing indiscriminately, there would have been, by now, tens of thousands dead Gaza Palis. IDF destroyed ca. 100- 150 km (80 miles) of underground Hamas tunnels (by the way- where EU, US & Qatari financial help to Gaza goes?)

So, it is evident that Israelis are, generally, right in this situation & Palis are simply wrong. Their entire world-view about life & world & future leads to – nowhere.

There are no Palestinians, only Arabs who live in Israel/Palestine. Arabs, 6 or 7 countries, have started an existential war against local Jews in the British mandate of Palestine.

They lost, and they keep on losing.

    Lost wars have consequences.

    As for history:

    1. The picture of poor, suffering Palestinians is a joke.

They are a mixture of various Arabs & not a people at all. Not there is anything wrong with that – but I don’t see why would I care about some Arabs being anywhere around Israel (Jordan, Egypt, occupied territories,…)- even 20% of them in Israel proper?

Palestinian Arabs are Arabs. They are, genealogically, a mixed middle eastern types like Druzes & similar Levantines (and Jews). They do not possess historical continuity of memory that constitutes identity. Jews, on the other hand, are transplanted Levantines who have retained their identity from past ca. 3000 years (script, their scriptures, customs, law, food taboos, language, ethics, even clothing…).

Palestinians do not write in Hebrew script; they don’t speak Hebrew or Aramaic; they don’t have emotional connection to Jerusalem in the same sense & intensity as Jews do; …. In other words- genealogy is of no importance, identity rooted in history is everything.

    2. Zionism is a typical late 19th C East European national movement among Jewish masses & nationally conscious Jewish intellectuals. Despite all their congresses, despite the Balfour Declaration- there would be no Israel now had not Hitler come to power. Jewish nationalists insist on their aliyahs in the beginning of the 20th C, but it is evident that there would have been not enough Jews in what is now Israel, had not Hitler begun with his persecutions in 1933. So, technically, Hitler acted as the catalyst for swelling Jewish population in Palestine/Israel, both before WW2 & after (DPs).

Now, there were enough Jews in the British mandate for a small Jewish state. No grand Zionist plan could have achieved that. Only Hitler.

Arabs, naturally, resisted influx of foreigners- for them, hated Westerners & completely alien. Instead of letting Jews have their statelet, they attacked them with intention to destroy them completely. And what should all those Jews do, let Arabs slaughter them? True, they came; true, it was their ancient homeland- unlike Arabs’; true, there would not have been enough demographic Jewish material, had Nazi persecutions not have happened.

Those Jews did not settle in an empty land, but also, that land was not clearly defined & its population possessed only religious consciousness, which is backward. Most Jews simply bought land from Arabs.

Arabs then went to wars. And they lost.

Israel is a great example of an almost unimaginably successful society & culture, from science, their national culture, to technology, innovation, agriculture… everything. If one looks at any Arab or Muslim country, on can find only backwardness, shithollery or corrupt tribal leaders, combined with hysterical aggressiveness, lunacy & stone age mentality (honor killings, their stupid women who are nothing but wombs, mass hysteria during their meetings, …).

Even more impressive is the resurrection of Hebrew language, which has been just a written language of Jewish literature, and became, after more than 2000 years, modern vernacular – a situation unparalleled in history. And that, by now, ca. 7 million people have learned to use it from a scratch- this is virtually a miracle. The existence of Israel is astounding. Apart from the military & similar stuff, Israelis have succeeded in agriculture (where they have been absent for centuries), in modern technology in most areas (say- USB stick), in irrigation, in medical innovation). It isn’t for nothing they are dubbed start up nation. It is easy to compare their land, the quality of life there, how people work, learn, teach- with the way of life of surrounding peoples, from Egypt to Iran.

Israel is a shining example of a modern powerful creative civilized society. All Arabs, including Palestinians, are basically- lunatic stone age hordes that should be dumped to their desert shitholes.

    3. there is no equivalence between Nazi persecution of Jews & Israeli fight with Arabs, especially Palestinians. Nazis have exterminated ca. 1/3 of European Jews, and would have murdered them all if they could. Unlike that situation, Israelis never intended to murder, on any scale, any number of Arabs, including Palestinians. They accepted the UN plan of the partition of Palestine; they attacked Arabs in 1967 only because Arab exterminationist rhetoric & Nasser’s war plans have risen to the level of immediate aggression with the aim to completely obliterate Israelis from the face of the earth. Then, in Nazi Germany Jews had been persecuted, tagged, their life boycotted, … In Israel, Arabs are freer & live better than in most Arabs countries; In Germany, Jews were expelled from universities- in Israel, on the other hand, they give additional lectures to Israeli Arabs so they could enter prestigious Israeli universities, where they, Arabs, constitute ca. 20% of the student population (which is virtually the same as in general population). Could one imagine that Nazi Germany would promote Jewish students in Heidelberg or Goettingen? As regards occupied territories, Arabs have their own school system with university. Can one imagine that Nazi Germany would have allowed higher education in occupied Czechoslovakia, Poland or Russia?

So these parallels between Nazi Germans & Israelis are simply deliriously lunatic.

Israelis should have dumped all Arabs in 1967 to Egypt & Jordan & there would have been peace now.

    Or, concisely:

For those interested in differing view-points:

I will grant you most criminals are more muscular than their victims ( convicts tend to bulk up in prison ) and since most criminals are both younger and more likely to have been incarcerated than the public at large this if a fact not lost on the public but even large well built criminals usually use a weapon to intimidate, injure or kill their victims. It is not their youth or size that is the problem. A six foot six weightlifter’s body does not appear in the reticule of a gunsight and few can take more than one bullet in the head ( see the Gentle Giant Michael Brown) and George Floyd, despite his size ended up, sobbing and pleading as he was placed under arrest by far smaller cops. He didn’t intimidate them.

  51. Well, it seems as if “self-help” is going to be the only way any white person can get justice against a black who wrongs them now.

This has occurred before. In the aftermath of the Civil War and Union forces occupation of the South (often called Reconstruction), blacks were given free reign after being freed from slavery to extract “revenge” on Southern whites, a lot of the time with encouragement from Union troops and carpetbaggers. Union troops and local law enforcement refused to stop black marauding, all to punish the South.

So the result was Southerners formed the first Ku Klux Klan, an extra-judicial, secret organization designed to stop black savagery from targeting whites. The Klan became heroes to the beleaguered Southerners, as it protected them from black evil when the local law and feds wouldn’t. Birth of Nation, released 50 years later, highlighted just why the KKK of that era was heralded as heroic.

The feds tried to stop the KKK — including passing some early civil rights legislation designed to go after it—but ultimately couldn’t enforce it, as the Klan was championed by pretty much everyone who wasn’t an occupier, and, indeed, was the difference between survival and death for many Southerners. And the KKK began to make noise about guerrilla operations against the feds.

So the feds made a deal: they pulled out of the South and let them police themselves, in return for quelling a possible second rebellion. The South passed Jim Crow laws and started prosecuting blacks harder by public law enforcement, and the KKK ceased to be a real entity, as it was unnecessary. This was the first KKK iteration, and it was over; the South became civilized again.

Right now, if this continues, I can see the following happening:

-blacks keep getting away with savage crimes/law enforcement doesn’t go after them
-whites form racial gangs to take out blacks who escape the system and terrorize them
-feds send the FBI and other alphabet organizations to go get the whites.
-the feds fail because whites see their gangs as their only real protection, so even if there are large busts new ones will form, if only for survival.
-white gangs will begin to make noise about guerrilla operations against the feds, and a lot more people will listen to them than might’ve listened in the past 100 years.

At that point, the feds will have a choice: stop persecuting whites/start prosecuting guilty blacks, or else double down on their anti-white, pro-black agenda. The former will result in the nation remaining together, the latter will cause the Second Civil War, or at least a breakaway of states from the nation.

I have no hope that our current Deep State asses are as wise as those in the late Reconstruction era, and might stop their foolish assault on whites. Everything from the current era, instead, points to a fanatical, stupid group of bureaucrats and torturers who hate whites and believe their power is sacrosanct and all must bend to it.

    God help us all.

I wondered about this case too. The jury made up its mind so quickly. I found this on a Reddit discussion of the case which offers a reasonable explanation. Poor Mr. Stevens and his family end up with no justice because the prosecutors only offered the jury the choice of murder or nothing:

“the prosecutor didn’t ask for the lesser included charge of manslaughter or involuntary manslaughter. Sometimes they will do that to “secure” a murder conviction. But if they can’t prove “malice aforethought” an element essential to the crime of murder, then the jury doesn’t have the choice but to not convict. If they charge manslaughter as well as murder then he can be convicted if it was done in “the heat of passion” with no malice aforethought. Involuntary manslaughter would be cases such as a reckless consequence of the crime intended. If the prosecution doesn’t ask for those charges to be made to the Jury, the jury can’t considered them as options. Could be an over confident solicitor but hard to tell from the synopsis of the case.”

Unless I’m misunderstanding the case, killing during any armed robbery is automatically first degree. The malice aforethought is having brought the gun to the crime. Even if the defendant had acted with an accomplice and that accomplice had been inadvertently killed during the commission of the crime, the defendant would have been guilty of his partner’s murder. 91. @International Jew

I don’t know any more about this case than what Steve has posted above, and what the commenters have helpfully added. But I can imagine why the defense would gladly have wanted to introduce race as a factor in the case.

The defendant’s lawyer stated that his client shot Stevens after he (Dunham) demanded Stevens give him the truck, and “Stevens tried to drive away.” Defense counsel may have wanted to argue that race was a factor to the extent that Stevens was frightened by a black man far more than he would have been by a white man of comparable size and build, and that Dunham’s race is the reason Stevens sought to drive away. In turn, Dunham’s lawyer might have argued that Stevens’s attempt at “white flight” so enraged Dunham that he took out his 9mm gun, and shot Stevens dead.

Now: on those facts, a jury probably can’t convict on murder, especially if premeditation is an element of the crime. But it surely can convict on manslaughter (crime of passion/”heat of the moment”). However, since the prosecution chose to go for broke — it charged Dunham with murder only, not the lesser offense of manslaughter — it gave a clever defense lawyer a possible race-based way for his client to avoid any jail time at all. As it was, the jury couldn’t find “malice aforethought,” an element of murder under South Carolina law; with no manslaughter option, it had to acquit.

Hindsight is always 20/20, and the prosecutor here had the defendant’s confession: he must have felt confident in withholding manslaughter from the jury, and making it choose between putting an obvious bad guy to prison and sending him home with an acquittal. After this case, you’ll see a lot more “lesser included offenses” on the menu for juries: prosecutors live and die by their won-loss records, just like MLB pitchers, and they don’t want to go home empty handed.

His views are very strongly Pro-White Nationalist. Due to his calm temperament, he’s definitely more moderate than some of the more extreme posters who hang out here (many of whom are fed posters), but his views fit within the ideology.

However, due to political&social persecution of White Nationalists, he has to rebrand himself in certain ways.

Sort of how illegal aliens became “undocumented workers.” Amnesty became “a path to citizenship.”

    Branding is important.

You couldn’t be a “Capitalist” in the Soviet Union, but you could argue for mild, pro-market reforms. You can’t be a White Nationalist in today’s America, but you can be a “Citizenist” and still push views that accomplish 80% of what WNs want.

There’s a reason why he highlights stories like this, but doesn’t do posts on a topic like Muslim refugees who were displaced by the US “War on Terror.”

His main interest (other than HBD) is promoting the ethnic interests of his people. He’s basically a White activist. Though he blogs under his real name, so he has to speak cautiously.

I’d like to see the complete jury nullification of all trans-racial killings, whites and blacks just deciding they will not convict one of their own. Once prosecutors know there is no point in bringing this stuff to trial, they’ll offer a misdemenor plea bargain of some sort, and we’ll be back at the “stand your ground” level where whites can kill blacks breaking into their houses (and blacks can likewise kill any white in their neighborhood). Today, with the complexity and racial divisions in society

With such a society full of diversity and con-genetically low trust populations, no liberal just society can function. The only sane options are either a strict neo-Confucius model, Lee Kuan Yew, Singapore style or rule by just foreigners i.e be part of an Empire.
Like British India, where the British acted as fair outsiders to all that Hindu-Muslim fiasco. The moment the British left, India broke apart into India and Pakistan. But the way things are going, the British themselves may need foreign rule now thanks to bringing in all those racial aliens and diversity. Maybe Murica should voluntarily invite the Japanese or the Chinese to rule over them. The Japanese would be far less corrupt but the Chinese (PRC) would be more effective in controlling the thug populations and disciplining them using their neo-Maoist model.
So forget George Washington and the founding fathers, the society they were designing was for a different demographic mix. National Socialism is impossible as the White population percentage is so small. What the elites will push for is a neo-Bolshevik revolution + Haitian revolution model to bring about slavery by elites.

The entire donor-American class does so (to some extent even Steve) with various results depending on their priors.

Once one accepts that premise it follows that it would be strategically wise recognize the value of our own black citizens (even only a portion given the qualities of that portion and the deep roots they’ve put down in this continent and culture) in such a world and not to blithely assume they’d all side with an ascendant Africa.

An ascendant Africa need bear no resemblance whatsoever to Wakanda or the West anymore than the ascendant Mongolia of the previous millennium resembled the decadent China they overwhelmed without much resistance and of course not just China.

Being both anti-murder (in general) and pro-Black is not a coherent position. Being anti-murder, from an enforcement standpoint, denies Blacks their collective agency to live according to their own cultural/behavioral norms (their revealed preference) and thus is anti-Black, both spiritually and as a practical matter (e.g. enforcing Stop-and-Frisk, sending Blacks to prison, etc).

Steve is rightfully concerned with the strong turn against the working class on the part of the capital class under cover of anti-whiteness.

Against the working class? LOL. It’s anti-White across the board: against White farmers, but not Black ones, against elite White students, but not ‘elite’ Black students (e.g. the Brearley letter). Other groups may or may not be collateral damage in the pan-societal-scope anti-White push.

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/05/30/partner-lord-ashcrofts-son-held-belize-police-officer-shot-dead

The partner of Lord Ashcroft’s son is in custody after a police officer was shot in Belize.

Jasmine Hartin, the partner of Andrew Ashcroft, whose father is Lord Ashcroft – the former deputy chairman of the Conservative party – was detained after police say she was found near where superintendent Henry Jemmott’s body was discovered on Friday.

Mr Jemmott, a father of five, was found floating in the sea next to a pier off the eastern coast of Belize after being shot. Investigators said his police-issued firearm was found on the pier.

Police say the pair were alone together before he died.

However, Marie Jemmott Tzul, the officer’s sister, told The Telegraph they were not having an affair. “There was no romantic relationship at all,” she said.

Mr Jemmott’s family claimed that the post-mortem examination had ruled out an accident or suicide. But the police have not confirmed this claim and the results of the inquest are due to be released on Monday.

The body of superintendent Henry Jemmott was found floating in the sea next to a pier off the eastern coast of Belize
The body of superintendent Henry Jemmott was found floating in the sea next to a pier off the eastern coast of Belize
“My brother would never kill himself. He had a passion for life. He was a family man and always looked forward to being with his five children and his fiancee. He did his work with integrity and always gave his best. He was very passionate about his work,” said Ms Jemmott Tzul.

It is understood Mr Jemmott, who had recently been posted to Belize City, had asked for time off to deal with “personal issues”.

Investigators said Ms Hartin and Andrew Ashcroft, 43, had been drinking together before the body was discovered in the early hours of Friday morning in the town of San Pedro.

Lord Ashcroft, 75, holds dual Belizean and British nationality and has represented Belize at the United Nations. He is yet to publicly comment on the incident.

His son Andrew recently launched a luxury tourist resort with his American-born partner, Ms Hartin, with whom he has two children.

Chester Williams, the Belize police commissioner, confirmed on Saturday that Mr Jemmott had been alone with Ms Hartin before he died.

Mr Williams told local media she initially did not want to give a statement, preferring to wait for the presence of her attorney. “In the absence of an explanation, she would have to be treated as the killer and we will proceed accordingly,” Mr Williams said.

The incident “seems rather personal and not a [random] attack,” Mr Williams added. “From what we know is that they are friends. From what we have been made to understand they were drinking. From investigation they were alone on the pier and yes they were both fully clothed.”

Mr Jemmott’s sister said on Sunday: “I spoke to him that night. He was in his room when he got the call. He would never have gone out unless it was with a friend or for a friend he knew well. He was always cautious and took measures to protect himself and his family.”

She added: “I do not know much about Jasmine Hartin, but I know once her family (the Ashcrofts) called on my brother he would definitely go out there to help them. He liked the family and would do anything for them.”

A police source in Belmopan, the capital of Belize, said: “The police have their suspicions about this ugly incident. It is very likely that Jasmine Hartin will appear in court tomorrow or sometime this week. She needs to cooperate with the police so they can get to the bottom of this.”

IIRC, BAP was disappointed that Trump didn’t cross the Rubicon on Jan 6th. Trump was never a Rubicon-crossing kind of guy, though. Despite all the claims to the contrary by his opponents, Trump never pursued extra-legal paths to winning the election or the disputes following it. If he were, he had an interesting opportunity a year ago to exert pressure.

When the military and Dem pols balked at the idea of Trump using the military to restore order, imagine if he had organized his own paramilitary consisting of veteran and law enforcement supporters and sent them in force to quell BLM/Antifa violence? The establishment would have been in a quandary: either acquiesce or agree to letting the Feds help establish order. Either way would have been a win for Trump.

Establishing order last summer might have tilted the election in Trump’s favor; failing that, the existence of a Trump militia might have influenced the outcomes in courts and state legislatures, where all the implicit risks/threats were coming from the left.

Although you’re right about the jury system in theory, it’s not the real problem. The real problem is that the US has turned into a negro-worshiping cesspool. That being the case, a trial by one judge—or in the case of a capital offense, by a panel of judges—would likely produce pretty much the same results. Juries or no, there will be a grossly disproportionate number of negro judges going forward and the rest will be either negro-worshipers or individuals who pretend to be negro worshipers for the sake of professional survival. What needs to be scrapped is “diversity” and everyone who defends “diversity”.

Attempted robbery with a deadly weapon is a slam-dunk.
    No argument, no defence.
    SC Law
” A person who commits robbery while armed with a pistol, dirk, slingshot, metal knuckles, razor, or other deadly weapon, or while alleging, either by action or words, he was armed while using a representation of a deadly weapon or any object which a person present during the commission of the robbery reasonably believed to be a deadly weapon, is guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, must be imprisoned for a mandatory minimum term of not less than ten years or more than thirty years, no part of which may be suspended or probation granted. ”

    Armed Robbery

“Armed robbery is generally the charge against a perpetrator that utilizes a weapon during the commission of a robbery. Robbery is the taking of property through the use of force, or threat of force. Armed robbers use a weapon to gain victim compliance.
In fact, armed robberies do not even have to present a weapon to face the most serious of robbery charges. For example, a robber that pretended that a hand in his pocket held a gun would be charged with armed robbery. In order to be charged with armed robbery, the victims must simply believe that the robber had a deadly weapon and acted accordingly.”

“Aggravated robbery can also include a felony murder charge. If a victim dies as a result of the commission of any felony crime, the charge will be felony murder. Generally, charges of that nature include a sentence of life in prison.”

It is incomprehensible how this crime was found not guilty.
Even if the prosecutor just stood up, read the definitions, read the confession, and sat down, the judge should ORDER the jury to a guilty finding.
The only possible cause could be if the confession was ruled inadmissible and here were no possible circumstantial evidence proving he did it. IE. bullet forensics, footprints etc.

But it is not “El Mula”. To be proper Spanish it would have to be “La Mula,” which does not necessarily mean “mule.” “Mulo” and “Mula” can also refer to a strong and wild person. For example, “Joe is a savage in the boxing ring.” “Joe es un mulo en el ring de boxeo.” “Juana is ferocious.” Possible translation, “Juana es una Mula.” In Dade County, a new culture arose some thirty, forty years ago when some of the descendants of black Cuban intermingled with American blacks, creating a mixture that includes the improper use of the Spanish language.

If libs are so worried about “black lives matter,” they would start with black on black violence, not the relative paltry numbers of blacks killed by law enforcement. Blm has resulted in a great spike in black on black homicides. It proves none of this is about “saving black lives,” but a tactic of gaslighting and manipulating whites with some sort of phony civil rights movement. Nobody, lib or conservative, wants to physically go into the ghettos and stop black on black killing, it’s simply a useful counter example to reveal what is really going on politically. You seem to be a bit confused as to the import of the adage.

The phrase simply means judges are more intelligent, level-headed, less subject to outside and emotional influences, and best of all, actually know –and usually apply– the law and thus are most likely to reach a just conclusion, versus juries which (acting as a group) are usually far less intelligent and far more subject to undue influence or emotional appeal, leading to appalling injustices, such as here.

This applies in both civil and criminal law, across the board, unfortunately.

Of course, there will be outliers in all groups, i.e., the rare great jury or the occasional jerk-off judge, but for the most part, in my and all my law partners’ experiences, the adage is absolutely spot-on, but most so in the criminal context, for obvious reasons.

(Of course, if the judges and prosecutors are getting funded by Soros and Co, all bets are off…….)

Were whites afraid of blacks in, say, 1920? What’s changed since then? Biology? Have blacks become bulletproof? What’s changed is that the government was on the side of whites then, and is anti-white now (and has been for half-a-century). Never confuse government oppression with a natural phenomenon.

Part of this is the powers that be consciously using blacks as stormtroopers, Brown Skins if you will, to further their various agendas, a phenomenon encapsulated in the once discredited, but now making a comeback, threat of “It’s going to be a long hot summer.” Do as we want you to do or else. But part of it is the natural result of freeing blacks into an advanced civilization that they are incapable of sustaining while pretending that the results of their lack of ability is caused by some great conspiracy against them. What’s worse, a significant minority of blacks, by no means the majority, are incapable of conforming to any standard of civilized behavior. Anarcho-tyranny is the inevitable outcome of loosing this group into society – they’re not capable of controlling themselves, the government is unwilling to do so, but the government will crack down on citizens defending themselves from this very real menace in toto. The result is a sort of piecemeal guerrilla warfare on decent society, enabled by the government. White people aren’t fragile, civilization is, particularly under a government that has no intention of defending it and won’t let anyone else do so either.

  200. @Joe Paluka

    I disagree.

If they’re white men, then it’s twelve ordinary fellow citizens.

In our system, one is not to be convicted of a crime whose criminality cannot be demonstrated to the satisfaction and understanding of ordinary fellow citizens. If I am on the jury, and the allegation is so technical, convoluted or tendentious that it makes no sense to me, then the defendant will go free. Juries restrain the law from straying too far off the familiar ground the ordinary citizen can appreciate and grasp.

You can blithely toss out nigh a thousand years of Anglo-Saxon legal heritage but I will not. Eliminate the jury, and you may learn when it is too late that the judge is a man you cannot trust.

Your problem may be the jury’s lack of Anglo-Saxons, though.

It is incomprehensible how this crime was found not guilty.

Wait a minute. Apparently, it was not incomprehensible to the jury. I was not in the courtroom and, as far as I know, neither were you.

Unfaithful juries are pretty rare. That is why their verdict is required to be unanimous. I would want more information before concluding that this jury acted out of malice. Perhaps the judge was malicious, instead: maybe his instructions to the jury were so impossible that they left the jury with no good way to convict the defendant of the charge brought against him. Alternately, maybe the prosecutor deliberately bungled the case for political reasons. Either is more likely than an unfaithful jury.

And if the jury was indeed unfaithful, is this not most likely because the judge deliberately stacked the jury? In that case, you might be right, but other commenters are attacking the jury system when the court, instead, might be the proper antagonist to attack.

Derek Chauvin’s jury had an exceptional circumstance. In ordinary cases like this one, I would afford the jury a very strong benefit of the doubt.

Now, why would the prosecutor not also include manslaughter and involuntary manslaughter? The prosecutor, Duffie Stone, has been practicing law for over 30 years. He is “the 68th president of the National District Attorneys Association” serving 5,100 members across the nation. He’s also on two commissions, one of which he was appointed to by Nikki Haley. Why would a seasoned prosecutor do this?

Uh, maybe because it is straight up murder?

    A) protect the nation from invasion
    B) maintain public order so that people can go about their lives and engage in productive endeavor.

Having some asshole shoot you because he wants to steal your car or–charitably–just wants a ride, is exactly what the death penalty is for. This asshole should not be alive, much less amongst us. And it’s the prosecutors job to make sure the jury clearly sees that and will do it.

When we took our first vote, well over half voted guilty, but all it took was one aggressive juror (who couldn’t have considered the evidence) to scare us into switching our votes.

Looking back on it, maybe that guy had a prior run in with police, and held a grudge. Or maybe he was a friend of the accused but didn’t disclose it. Juries can be very intimidated by one prejudiced juror who prejudges the case. My cowardice in that jury room still haunts me. In any case, there is something gravely wrong with the jury system, and it’s obviously getting worse as White lives are expendable, while blacks get away with murder.

If Steve Sailer was a “Citizenist,” his posts wouldn’t overwhelmingly concentrate on pointing out the flaws of non-Whites and discussing White racial interests. When was the last time Steve said something sympathetic about non-Whites (or critical about Whites)?

Steve pointing out the bad (really, not white) behavior of black fits perfectly with Citizenism. Blacks behavior is bad for other American citizens of all races, which is why Steve continually points it out.

Steven understands that blacks will not naturally behave like whites or Asians, but he knows that they can behave better toward their fellow citizens – if enough societal pressure is applied so they don’t act in the way that they would on their own (which is pretty condescending of Steve, when you think about it.)

Also, Steve often talks about Asian academic performance and black athletic performance.

His views are very strongly Pro-White Nationalist. Due to his calm temperament, he’s definitely more moderate than some of the more extreme posters who hang out here (many of whom are fed posters), but his views fit within the ideology.

His written views are absolutely not pro-white nationalist. That’s absurd. They are anti anti-white because Citizenism (Civic Nationalism, really) is against judging individuals on their race. Society current discriminates against whites, which Steve doesn’t like. Not because society discriminates against whites, but because it discriminates based on race.

However, due to political&social persecution of White Nationalists, he has to rebrand himself in certain ways.

I don’t think that you understand what White Nationalism means. Being a colorblind CivNat is not being a White Nationalist despite what the media tells you.

His main interest (other than HBD) is promoting the ethnic interests of his people. He’s basically a White activist.

That is simply untrue. Show me one blog post by Steve where he promotes whites separating from the general society. Show me one post where Steve advocates that whites create their own ethnic political organizations, cultural clubs, ethnic schools, etc.

He doesn’t because ethnic organizations don’t fit with Citizenism (colorblind CivNat).

Steve is not pro-white. He’s anti anti-white. He’s against any group putting their ethnic identity over their American citizenship, and he’s against any group being discriminated against due to their ethnic identity.

All very noble sound. And all very impotent. Steve remains in the Ideological Age, but society has moved to the Demographic Age.

By taking on the absurd (and getting worse) anti-white status quo, he’s fighting the right fight regardless of what his other feelings are.

Quite true. Steve moves the ball forward for my side, even if unintentionally. However, I fear that too many who would come fully to my side get trapped in Steve’s feel-good but, ultimately, worthless Citizenism. One problem is that in today’s cancel culture, with Antifa and BLM getting away with murder, judges who render guilty verdicts could get murdered themselves, as happens in Mexico and other third world countries. The judges are public while juries are supposed to be anonymous, but that only happens in major cases when they are sequestered. In the Cauvin case, they obviously should have been sequestered as their identities were known.

Maybe it’s unique to where I live, but…

I’ve always felt local courts often have rigged juries. My husband and I have never been called. None of my immediate or even extended family members to aunts/uncles/cousins get called. Yet I know a SAHM involved in MLM scams (also related to locally prominent men) who’s been called 3 times as of age 30.

It seems they exclude productive people before they even get the chance to ask for a deferment. Maybe they assume educated professionals will prove more “difficult” jurors.

  224. Jack D says:
    @epebble

The press reports were very poorly done so it’s hard to understand what went on. It sounded like the murder charge failed due to lack of proof of intent or what is sometimes called “premeditation” . Perhaps the jury was poorly instructed. Premeditation doesn’t require that you plan for a murder in advance – you can achieve the necessary intent an instant before you fire the gun.

The stories don’t explain why there weren’t alternative charges such as manslaughter or felony murder. It’s very unusual for a confessed murderer to just be allowed to walk. They couldn’t even get him for possession of a gun used in a crime because they concluded that there was no crime.

As local newspapers have disappeared, the quality of local reporting has fallen steeply. Wokeness is not a good substitute for quality. We have seen this even in the news pages of “quality” newspapers such as the NY Time and the WSJ. But Wokeness is like Covid – the strong experience it as a cold and for the weak it is deadly. The internet has already put local newspapers in the nursing home and Wokeness has pushed them over the edge. If you’ve already lost 3/4 of your circulation, going Woke and losing half of the quarter that remain means that you have to close up shop unless you can migrate to the “non-profit” sector where the paper will be supported by wealthy Democrat donors.

Saving the cost of juries in America , at least in State systems where I understand jury selection can be most time consuming, would allow benches of three judicial persons, as in South Afrilca.

The defense did not call any witnesses. Dunham did not testify.

After the jury was dismissed, defense attorney Stephens asked that the murder charge against Dunham be reduced to involuntary manslaughter or self-defense.

Judge Robert E. Hood upheld the murder charge. “I don’t think the facts fit” changing the charge, he said.

Maybe they can retry him for ‘disturbing the peace’ or littering the lot with shell casings.

Another charge was being a convicted felon in possession of a gun. So this is another worthless black criminal being a worthless black criminal.

The press reports were some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Whatever, jury deliberations are confidential. No one will ever know what went on. The defense argued that Dunham felt threatened by the 77 year old White man.

Same old same old argument; blacks are entitled to do anything to any White person as retaliation for slavery etc. including murdering 3 and 4 year old White children

Ordering and reading the trial transcript won’t reveal anything but a standard public defender or paid by the county defense attorney panel argument. Career criminal convicted felon in his 20s felt threatened by 77 year old White man was sufficient for jury nullification.

All 12 have to agree on the verdict. All it takes is one person to vote not guilty. Then the jury can’t agree on a verdict. Defendant is free. District attorney can file for a new trail or not. Or the federal DOJ can find a civil rights charge as was done in the Rodney King trial. Or the feds would have done to Derek Chauvin had he been found not guilty.

If I were a Black man, I would be careful not to wish a too early demise of the Yankees, those who will take charge thereafter like the Arabs or the Latinos might prove far less liable to feelings of guilt towards Blacks.

Yes, I see it as straight-up murder as well. But if you have a “hostile” jury, or perhaps certain members are able to sway others to their way of thinking through fear or persuasion, then the prosecutor should always cover himself just in case this occurs by including the lesser charges.

He was either terribly cocksure, negligent, or decided against including the lesser charges because of community or political pressure. Maybe he was concerned about getting elected again as the head of the 14th Circuit Court? Who knows.

I want to see the make-up of this jury. I want to hear why this prosecutor did not act in a prudent manner. He needs to answer for his failure. This guy is the President of the National District Attorneys Association, not some just-out-of-law-school newbie.

Since I was in college in the 70s and I did in some ways “bend over backwards for blacks” I must agree with your comment…. However, one day while I was leaving a liquor store buying for my employer (I was a home health aide at the time) a black man was entering-he nearly hit me in the head with the door opening and called me “racist” after I complained out nearly getting hit in the head with the door. At that point, I have not and will not “bend over backwards” for blacks ever again. IMHO, it is BLACKS, not whites, who are now the most racist group in the US, and maybe the Caucasian world as well. I am very very glad few blacks live where I do, and the ones that do live in far west Texas are really good people. Same can be said pretty much for the few Jews that live out here, an area where Hispanics are the majority.

I have a funny feeling all this “white guilt” crapola will only end when most whites are assaulted or worse by black thugs. Because that just might be the only way to cut the crap! Memo to Christians–learn the TRUE MEANING of “turn the other cheek”–Christ is NOT saying to allow someone to assault you! What He is saying is learn to fight evil, including attacks by black thugs.

  252. I did not know of this case.

The lawyer-prosecutor sort-of said: most of what I told you Devon Dunham told you” in his admission to police.

The drunken reporter is misleading. Did DD testify in his own defense? The assertion about “his admission to police” is not part of the quotation preceding it.

Was the lawyer referring to the confession? The lawyer-judge should not have admitted it as evidence. It was obtained under duress. Speaking of which, six hours handcuffed to the wall sounds like good cause to pissoff a jury enough for an acquittal.

In any event, since there were no independent eyewitnesses, the jury was left with a competing narrative of the facts, which left them with little room for a finding of premeditation. (I’m not impressed with MN law, which obviously allows the prosecutor to cynically charge as many types of murder as he sees fit, leaving it up to the jury to decide which ones score a direct hit.)

Presidential executive orders are extremely powerful. If FDR could executive order all Japanese in the 3 Pacific coast states sent to concentration camps. ,Kennedy executive order affirmative action for unqualified black applicants to federal civil service jobs. Nixon executive order the creation of the Hispanic race. And every president executive order pardons for the worst criminals.

Then Trump could have organized executive orders and pardons for his supporters. The only supporters willing to do anything but contribute money, vote and kvetch on the Internet.

The majority of employees were indentured servants.

It appears they DID have a good deal of evidence on the guy, including at least one person who DID see the shooting. If true, then nothing hinged on the confession.

I think the acquittal stemmed from the jury getting hung up on the first-degree, premeditated murder charge. “Against the working class? LOL. It’s anti-White across the board…”

Yes, against the working class. You must be new here.

The elites have a plan, and they’ve had this plan for a long, long time now. They’re not putting Blacks up on a pedestal because they want to. They’re doing it because they feel they HAVE to, and they’re probably holding their noses doing it.

Whites were starting to get too uppity about things like the borders, the offshoring of jobs, the changing fabric of their country. They wanted these things stopped. This is in direct opposition to what the elites want. These elites have spent a lot of time and money on building up their new manufacturing center, China, and to them there’s no going back. They are getting filthy rich off this arrangement. They eventually want to control the world. Americans get “service” jobs and lots of immigration

So they create a race war (not that there wasn’t already one, but that’s another story). They hire Antifa members, they funnel lots of money into Black Lives Matter, and then they allow them to burn, loot, destroy statues and rewrite history. The elites know it’s a load of bunk, but to them it’s necessary bunk.

Black Lives Matter and Antifa are merely a smokescreen so people don’t start looking at them, the elites, and how they’ve destroyed the country, the inequality they’ve created, the treadmill they’ve put people on.

A Diehard movie comes to mind, the one where the mastermind sets up a diversion: he pretends to be a terrorist who wants to blow up schools when all the while he’s really robbing the gold out of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

This is a diversion. It takes your attention away from what they’re really doing because instead you turn your anger towards Blacks, and them to you. Get all the races fighting (and even split the Whites, get them fighting against each other). The media, aligned with the elites, set up the narrative.

This is BOTH Democrat and Republican elites, the Uniparty. Whites represent a group that could get in their way. They must be put down.

What you’re describing is the product of social engineering. Best demonstrated by hollywood and the porn industry portraying blacks as physically superior. They might in fact be on average as we are smarter on average but neither attribute means you can fight. Fighting skill comes from trial and error or training., and tenacity and viciousness are almost just as important. I dont consider myself a badass but i can handle myself. The elites have a plan, and they’ve had this plan for a long, long time now. They’re not putting Blacks up on a pedestal because they want to.

You give “the elites” too much credit for having a coherent plan. By definition, these elites are already rich and powerful. So what’s their endgame? Get richer? Sure, why not. But why risk destroying a stable country by adding to a low-key race war you say already exists? For more control? Nah. There will be less control if the USA breaks into open domestic conflict. “Elites” who presumably expect to enjoy the good life in a safe, prosperous country will instead find that they are going to be obvious targets as the country devolves into chaos. Yet “elites” are willing to take that risk. They will cut off their collective nose to spite their face.

Here’s the real ‘plan’, bub. It’s not even a plan, it’s a disposition: Now matter how rich one gets, if one has resentments, one will remain forever hostile to those who one blames for one’s people’s historic misfortunes and lower social status, no matter how rich. It’s anti-Whites targeting Whites. Simple as that. You seem to have an inkling of a clue here:

I’m hoping Trump doesn’t run again. I tell myself that he tried the best he could. After all, he was up against most of the American elite and he got hammered for it. Or maybe Trump was just pretending, stalling for time, like others commenters here have said.

But even if Trump was legit, he is just not knowledgeable enough about the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, history, or what makes a country great. I think he has an intuitive sense of things, but that’s not enough. He’s not a politician and he’s not a lawyer (as many of them are), and so it would be easy to dissuade him from doing things. He just doesn’t know enough. He’s not even a scholar.

OTOH, maybe they do have something on him or, worse, on his son-in-law/daughter or his two sons. Seems to be the way things run now. And if they don’t have anything on him, the threat of bodily harm also works. These guys don’t fool around.

There is so much corruption that there’s really no saving it. I think it has to fall apart before it picks itself up again. What a complete shame.

You touch, albeit obliquely, on the problem. In America, we’re all expected to abide by the same laws. But we have a negro criminal underclass that cannot be trusted with firearms. As others have said, we don’t have a gun-violence problem – we have a Negro-violence problem. But in America we can’t simply pass a law that prohibits negro males under the age of 40 years from possessing firearms – so instead a law-abiding White man like myself must be stripped of his Constitutional rights because a certain segment of the population has minds like those of little children and no self-control to speak of.

Citizenism is sufficient for 80% of WNs and it is palatable to most other people too.

An example of Citizenism is the principle of equality before the law. It took centuries to reach the point where this glorious principle was actually practised, and mere decades to abandon it, leading to such travesties as the acquittal that is being discussed here.

And even if it happened, the government will step in and “make things right”, the law be damned.

This would be a good thing, making the rigged verdicts more explicit. A frightened white who votes guilty to avoid having his house burned down is a secret. A judge who pulls some sort of unexplained disqualification of a juror is something that makes the news and will get, at least from the rightwing media, some investigation and attention.

Donald Trump didn’t accomplish much of concrete significance, but the one thing he was a master of was bringing things into the light of day. He said things that were not supposed to be said and because of his position, what he said could not be ignored. My favorite of his retorical l tactics was the way he would exagerate about something which was, in its unexaggerated form, true, but which was, to the media, verboten to speak about. The media would then explode with criticism of his lie, bringing the whole topic within the Overton Window. The lie functioned as a media amplifier, giving the story more traction than it would have had he been truthful.

Trump: “There are 100,000 Somalis illegally crossing the Mexican border every day!”

Media: “Four Pinocchios!!!! Liar!!!! There are only 50,000 per week. Source.”

Citizen: “There are Somalis coming in from Mexico?!? I … didn’t know that.”

Joe Paluka makes an excellent argument. The jury situation is even made worse in today’s low IQ twitter-society since the jury members can easily be preyed upon and intimidated by the antifa/BLM mob (and also the ridiculous onslaught of cable TV “news”) to vote for conviction or acquittal of their criminal defendant du jour.

Doxxing is for a lifetime and most would be traumatized by it. Juries are supposed to remain anonymous, but that went out the window long, long ago. Today’s social media makes it far worse and very risky for a normal person to serve and vote their conscience.

This preoccupation with “Black on Black” murders has always struck me as bizarre too.

It wouldn’t strike you as bizarre if you understood the effects.

    1. Black on Black murders are used as justification for gun control. Our conservatives and the NRA don’t have the guts to talk about race so by playing this pretend game of race not mattering they only give the argument to the gun control side. This lets the left use dishonest arguments like “compared to Europe” without a racial breakdown.

    2. Most Black shootings are not fatalities and Whites pick up the bill. Easily billions but it is hard to calculate because the hospitals try to spread the costs.

    3. Black violence leads to the hollowing of the urban cores. Black families leave and the resulting area becomes even more violent due to a lack of law abiding citizens. The Black families move to White areas and then this leads to the problem of the cousins which then drives Whites out of their homes.

I actually kind of sympathize with Black nationalists and SJWs who view this as uncalled for paternalism. The definition of poking your nose in where it’s not wanted.

SJWs also want to violence to stop. They just don’t want Black criminality to be publicized for obvious reasons. SJWs are deeply embarrassed by Black criminality as it goes against the narrative.

How did all 12 jurors agree to Not Guilty if the case is so simple?

Hardeeville, SC is 43.7% White, 34.7% African American, 2.0% Asian, 16.1% from other races, and 2.7% from two or more races.

Sure, a lot of it is likely due to anti-White hatred — both “organic” [in the case of Black jurors] and resulting from false consciousness/ internalized systemic semitism in White ones. Though Blacks are affected by the constant drumbeat of anti-White stochastic terrorism from the “news” media as well, of course.

But you can’t simply assume that the jury will be representative of the local population, since kritarchs have repeatedly decreed, beginning with this case:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batson_v._Kentucky

that prosecutors cannot use peremptory challenges against non-Whites and other intersectionally-privileged groups — only against Whites. So the prosecutor has to use a <a title=”"https://legaldictionary.net/challenge-for-cause/https://legaldictionary.net/challenge-for-cause/challenge for cause if he wants to get rid of a potential Negro juror, while the defense attorney can use all his peremptory challenges on White prospective jurors — no problem. So that’s gonna slant the numbers some.

Also, one clue is in the language that the prosecutor uses in his closing argument:

14th Circuit Solicitor Duffie Stone wove together a story of a frustrated Dunham searching for a ride when he came across Stevens.

“Searching for a ride?” “losing his ride?” WTF — he’s not hitchhiking. That’s the defense story. Shouldn’t he be telling the jury that the killer was hunting for a victim to carjack, and was clearly ready to gun down anyone who failed to immediately hand over their vehicle when he threatened to kill them? If that’s the way he argued the case all the way through…

Incidental note: “14th Circuit Solicitor“. If he’s a solicitor, what’s he doing in a courtroom — let alone one in the US?

I would much prefer Citizenism to be a political philosophy than a tactic.

The danger with making it a tactic was best expressed by Turkey’s President Erdogan, who said “Democracy is like a train: when you reach your destination, you get off.”

Most of us would prefer to keep democracy, and to add the proper and timely counting of votes so it is as close as possible to the ideal. And to keep and improve the notion of equality before the law. These principles are worth having in their own right, and not as a stepping stone to something else.

White Nationalism, apart from any moral considerations, is an electoral dead end: it will prove impossible to get 50% of white voters to vote for it, and of course voters of every other race will vote against. Yet if you listen to the concerns of the small number of people who consider themselves to be White Nationalists (mass immigration, outsourcing of jobs to the Third World, crime, and the right to bear arms), most of these concerns are shared by large numbers of people in the political mainstream, and Citizenism is a potential unifying force that has not yet been tried.

Those assumptions being true, you didn’t need a harsh regime that controls all aspects of our lives. Crime is a problem, tyranny is a threat to society’s fabric.

Other than the act of getting a gun and picking a victim to rob and admitting it, we don’t actually KNOW what was going on in Mr. Dunham’s mind. Juries aren’t mind readers so a presumption of innocence MUST prevail.

It isn’t half because most murders in Black areas are unsolved.

But it wouldn’t work anyways. Neither party would support it and even if they did it would go to the supreme court because of the 2A.

The status quo favors the Democrats in the long term. As long as both parties pretend that race isn’t a factor the Democrats can continue to push restrictions. So the Democrats aren’t as motivated as one might think to reduce Black v Black homicides.

Republicans are too cowardly to be honest about “gun violence” so if nothing changes the whole country will eventually follow California whereby they create de facto bans under false pretenses.

There is a similar problem selection with modern juries. The system favors the unemployed and people that don’t have a lot of responsibilities or a low paying job they want to escape.

They also don’t want anyone that favors law and order.

So the statement about a “jury of your peers” is a lie.

The best thing about the continental system of panels of judges is that the judges were familiar with both the law and the litigants. They were familiar with the ways crooked business men cheated each other. They were familiar with the career criminals who appeared again and again. I’ve always thought it was a superior system to the village idiot system we have in America. Especially in the high crime big cities.

In theory it would be better with these types of cases but in our current reality the left would simply takeover the system in the cities if the judges were elected.

Imagine going to trial under 3 judges that are certain that race doesn’t exist and Whites are irrevocably guilty for all the inequality they have caused.

This already happens in Europe. In France a panel of judges can basically decide that you are a criminal for saying things that might be true but the establishment doesn’t want the public to hear them. They don’t have protected speech and you can get prison time for certain political views. Sweden is by far the worst. You can get prison time from a single judge for merely having opinions in a forum like this one. Germany is pretty bad as well.

It was a lie in England 800 years ago. Women didn’t get a jury of peers because women didn’t serve on juries. Serfs apprentices and bound servants didn’t get a jury if their peers Because their peers were not allowed to serve in juries. By law, nobility got juries of their peers, other noblemen. Everybody else usually got people not their peers, such as householders of the town, Freemen of the town whatever the law was.

Back in 1970 at Fort Riley, Kansas, the supposedly spit-and-polish home of the Big Red One, blacks were throwing whites out of lines for the movie theater, chow lines, and that sort of thing, always acting in gangs or not at all. When the base’s First Military Police Company was called on to break up a black riot over disciplinary action against the perps, the blacks in the MP ranks went over to the other side of the barricades to side with the black rioters. I wonder how that’d work today with the Pentagon actively demonizing whites in the ranks who are still, no doubt, the only ones who are reliable in a serious combat situation in any case.

Without moral certainty, whites have no clarity, no goal, no incentive, no courage, and no unity. With it they can fully recognize the true nature of their enemy. But combine this trial’s verdict with Biden’s Tulsa speech and it is obvious the odds are against us. Will the jews get their race war? Maybe. The jews spent a lot of time and money having their religion declared a race, and this may be one reason why. They say their not white, they’re jews … they say they have been fighting for the negro since the era of slavery. What a lie. Total bullshit. Look at who owned the slave ships, the auction house, and financed the purchase and transportation of said slaves. being a jew won’t help then when the lead flies.
