George Washington U. tenured history professor Jessica Krug, a white Jewish lady who pretended to be a black Puerto Rican from the barrio, has resigned after outing herself to get out ahead of being exposed by rival colleagues who were about to pounce. No word yet on the make-up of her buyout package.

iSteve commenter Gary in Gramercy explains the issues:

Jessica Krug ran away from being Jewish because being a Boricua was good for her academic career. As a Jewish woman who — I’m guessing — is not a first-rate scholar, she would have been a dime a dozen on the history job market, and likely would be teaching on a series of one-year contracts at Multidirectional State Universities, with little or no hope of tenure.

As a Puerto Rican woman of color, though, she was a star. Different grading curve and all that. But of course, she couldn’t just enjoy her ill-gotten gains, and published her books that few read (other than her students, who were probably required to buy them for her classes). No, she had to be a public figure, too: thus the “Jess Bombalera” video, calling the NYPD a “colonialist occupying force,” and now this Columbia University panel in which she defends the machete killing of a 15-year-old boy as a “collaborator.”

How long before George Washington University does the smart thing, and buys out her tenure? When I mentioned this in an earlier thread, another commenter made the eminently sane suggestion that the school keep her, but gradually shrink both her role and her office accommodations (perhaps thinking that eventually, she’ll leave of her own accord?). The public airing of the Columbia panel video makes clear the problem with keeping Juanita Epstein on formally, but marginalizing her: every new disclosure, every newly-discovered rabble-rousing, identifies her as “an associate professor at George Washington University.” Bad for the brand, no? And the longer she stays, the more people will ask how GW came to hire someone like that in the first place. And, as Steve notes, that is one can of worms no one — least of all GW — wants opened.

Very very few commentators have mentioned the Double AA term: affirmative action. But in NY Post:

Jessica Krug’s lies ‘sickened’ editor who published her book
By Lee Brown September 10, 2020

The editorial director who helped bogus-black college professor Jessica Krug publish a book said she is “sickened, angered, and saddened” by the years of being lied to — and is donating proceeds from the book to cheated non-white scholars.

Gisela Fosado, the editorial director at Duke University Press, said Thursday she now feels guilty about helping the disgraced former African history professor publish her book, “Fugitive Modernities: Kisama and the Politics of Freedom.” …

“I have been sickened, angered, and saddened by the many years that she deployed gross racial stereotypes to build her fake identity

Or maybe she just loved giant hoop ear rings and salsa dancing?

, and the way that she coupled her lies with a self-righteous policing of racial politics within the Black and Latinx circles that she intruded upon,” Fosado wrote in a post on her company’s website.

From the beginning of their relationship, Krug told Fosado that her surname was pronounced “Cruz” — claiming it was a “transcription mistake” when her “grandparents came to this country from the Caribbean,” the editorial director wrote. …

“There’s also the shameful sense that, as someone who labored to support her work as her acquisition editor, I helped publish the work of someone who, early in her career, took funding and other opportunities that were earmarked for non-white scholars,” she said.

“Krug’s scholarship may not have ever existed without the funding that was inseparable from her two decades of lies.”

In other words, it was an affirmative action book.

Krug’s book “did not generate a profit” and its “expenses were more than its revenues,” Fosado said.

“Despite that, Duke University Press is committed to moving all proceeds from the book to a fund that will support the work of Black and Latinx scholars,” the editorial director announced.

More affirmative action.

A Tinder user has revealed how bogus black professor Jessica Krug spewed anti-white hate and lectured him for hours about systemic racism on a ‘date from hell’.

Musician Ken Pazn, 30, was expecting an afternoon of flirty fun after he swiped right on Krug’s profile and suggested a romantic stroll in Manhattan.

But he was soon regretting the February 2018 hook-up after Krug began boasting of her hatred of white people and attacked him for being too ‘passive’ in the ‘war’ on gentrification.

‘I have never met anyone more racist than her,’ Pazn, who is Afro-Latino, told DailyMail.com in an exclusive interview.

‘It was all F whites, F the police, F capitalism, all of that stuff. You could not believe the look on her face when I revealed I had friends of all races.

‘I feared she was ready to fistfight me if challenged any of her views. I would have liked some physical action – but not that kind.’

This sounds like going on a date with Curb Your Enthusiasm‘s Susie Green, if she were Woke:

  1. “Krug told Fosado that her surname was pronounced “Cruz””

    Wrong!

A hispanophone trying to say Krug would say KRU-gay. They can’t end words with c and g sounds, so they extend it to a new syllable. Thus the English “duke” becomes the Spanish “duque” (Du-kay.)

I saw in another article Krug first claimed to be north african, but realized they got little AA compared to PRs.

Wrong, they can say "Kruj", with j pronounced as in "LoCH Ness", either voiced or unvoiced. But Puerto Ricans, Cubans, Panameans, Costa Ricans, some Colombians, Venezuelans, etc, can't (speakers of Caribbean Spanish).

New Study: 37 Million People Have Been Displaced By US Military Intervention Since 2001

A paper titled “Creating Refugees: Displacement Caused by the United States’ Post 9/11 Wars” by Vine, Coffman, et al studied the impact of American forever wars in Afghanistan (2001-Present), Pakistan (2001-Present), Yemen (2002-Present), Somalia (2002-Present), the Philippines (2002-Present), Iraq (2003-Present), Libya (2011-Present), and Syria (2014-Present) has had on civilians over the years.

Vine, et al estimated that roughly 37 million have lost their homes or become refugees due to the fighting and infrastructure damage provoked by American interventions in their land. The last 20 years of the ongoing “War on Terror” has created as many refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) as World War II.

Only 25.3 million of these 37 million IDPs and refugees have returned home to lives of normalcy.

For some “odd” reason, this news story seems to have flown under the radar.

This needed to be proved? I thought it was self-evident.
  12. These women pretending to be black or whatever are doing it because they’re not attractive as white women but as non white they ok because they are not subject to the same standards of attractiveness. Really you can see it yourself. Go look at a picture of her think about her being white and then think about her being half black. I think most will judge her looks by different standards. I know I do.

  13. More interesting question. Like with Batman, which one is the mask, Bruce Wayne or Batman. Is Naomi Osaka black or Japanese? (She isn’t African-American, her father is from Haiti, how did her family just up and move to the US? Dunno.)

Because prior to all this she was all about emphasising her Japanese-ness for endorsements and Olympic registration in the land she was born in. (Though she has lost her Japanese fluency) Maybe she saw the endorsements from fellow half-blacks Bubba Wallace and Colin Kaepernick (Kaepernick has been readded to the Madden NFL games this year with an apparently overpowered statline and a black power salute when he scores) and thought she could become a bigger name in the US after tending to put the emphasis on her Japaneseness.

She otherwise just doesn’t strike me as a BLM activist type, though her highly subdued, almost medicated blank expression at all times might be deceiving.

Her Japanese grandparents did not initially accept her parents' relationship. This led to her parents relocating from Hokkaido to the city of Osaka, where she and her sister were born. As a result, her mother had no contact with her family for nearly 15 years and Osaka did not get the chance to return to Japan until she was 11 years old

Francois, while watching the French Open in 1999, got fascinated by the skills exhibited by sisters Venus and Serena Williams, who were just 18 and 17 respectively – and would later win the women’s doubles title during that year.

Francois, from the game, also learned that their father, Richard Williams, doubles as their trainer even though he had never played tennis. Wanting the same sports stardom for his daughters, Francois, who had played little tennis, came up with a plan to turn his girls into champions.

In 2006, he relocated the family from Long Island to Florida and soon began training his daughters – Naomi and Mari – full time during the day, mostly on outdoor clay courts while they home schooled at night.

Wow. So they're already born in Japan to a Haitian father whose relationship with their mother means their maternal grandparents and maternal relatives have no contact. Then they're taken to the US which is foreign to both their parents. Then they move again from Long Island to Florida. And then their crazy father takes a YOLO gamble with his own children, drilling them all day and home schooling them at night, depriving them of a proper childhood or socialisation.

Basically those girls didn't have deep friendships growing up, maybe no real friends at all and their entire future depended on (At least one, her older sister doesn't come up in tennis terms) them becoming good enough pro players to earn a living.

No wonder she has self-esteem and dependency issues.

Osaka has a shy, reserved personality. Her former coach Sascha Bajin was initially confused by her personality, saying, "I thought she was a little bit more of a diva because she didn't talk much. She doesn't really look at someone's eyes, but that's just because she was always so shy ... Back then I didn't know for what reason." Osaka is also very frank and is regarded as having a dry sense of humor. During her 2018 Indian Wells Open victory speech, she began by saying "Um, hello ... I'm Naom ... oh never mind" and later noted, "This is probably going to be the worst acceptance speech of all time" after being worried about forgetting whom to thank, and appearing to nearly forget to thank her opponent Daria Kasatkina as well as one of her sponsors Yonex. In May 2020, Osaka shared on social media her own struggle with shyness, which she says has prevented her from speaking up and resulted in decisions being made for her.

The lack of a real identity seems to be present too.

    Leonard thus decided that Naomi and Mari would play for Japan. It’s a decision that the sisters largely agreed with. Naomi told The New York Times;

“My dad thought that since I grew up around my mom and I have a lot of Japanese relatives… I don’t know… I don’t necessarily feel like I’m American. I wouldn’t know what that feels like.”

Naomi recently gave up United States citizenship to allow her to play for Japan in the Summer Olympics in Tokyo.

Japan's strict dual national laws come into effect again. After 22 you have to surrender your non-Japanese citizenship or lose your Japanese citizenship.

  21. When I read that the Tinder guy suffered through “hours” of this, I thought maybe he needs help also-like some training on an exit program.

There are millions of Latino/Hispanic and barely blacks basically playing the same game. If she had ducked her head down and simply claimed to be of mixed black/latino ancestry who “really didnt know much about” her family, she could have landed an AA hiring/job, published and been on the margins of social justice. Just like Rachel Dolezel–the woman looks like about 10-15 percent of the black women walking around the United States–regardless of the black post-mortems about how “obvious it was”, she fooled potentially thousands of blacks who, quite understandably, took her for a light skinned black woman.

Krug’s mistake was like a bank robber who just can’t quit. Off the rails.

  29. I wonder if Krug went full Hispanic and wore 9-inch stillettos to her date—even though it was a casual walk in the park.

The expression amongst NYC boriquas, Dominican ladies, and other NY Hispanics is, “If the shoes don’t hurt, they don’t look good.”

Most of them are exceptionally practiced at walking in death-defying heels even on the broken cobblestones and sidewalks and side streets of NYC if the occasion calls for them. It’s most impressive.

And that slutty Mexican actress from Desperate Housewives who married the NBA player who cheated on her (after she had implied that he wasn’t that good sexually and she had to teach him things in the bedroom) said something related. She said (paraphrasing): “We Mexican women always wear heels. We were born wearing heels. We come over the border wearing heels.”

I feel bad for this laid-back musician dude. He thought he found a spicy latina who liked black guys and would be charmed by his musician coolness. Instead, he got a 3-hour lecture about how much she hates whites—when he isn’t even white. He must’ve gone home and laughed his ass off with his band mates about her.

The woman was young, no more than twenty-five, all breasts, bright red lips, raging hair, and sultry makeup, popping out of a black turtleneck sweater. She wore black pants and teetered atop a pair of black spike-heel shoes.

At first their voices were muffled. Then the woman’s voice became louder and the man’s became lower. It was the classic case. The man wants to confine matters to a quiet private argument, but the woman decides to play one of her trump cards, which is Making a Scene. There is Making a Scene, and there is Tears. This was Making a Scene. The woman’s voice became louder and louder, and at last the man’s rose, too.

“But you gotta,” the woman said.

    “But I don’t gotta, Irene.”

“What am I suppose a do? Rot?”

“You suppose a pay your bills like everybody else,” he said, mimicking her. “You already beat me for half my fee. And then you keep asking me to do things that could get me disbarred.”

    “You dun care.”

“It ain’t that I dun care, Irene. It’s that I dun care anymore. You don’t pay your bills. Don’t look at me like that. You’re on your own.”

“But you gotta! What happens if they rearrest me?”

“You shoulda thoughta that, Irene. What did I tell you the first time you walked into this office? I told you two things. I told you, ‘Irene, I’m not gonna be your friend. I’m gonna be your lawyer. But I’m gonna do more for you than your friends.’ And I said , ‘Irene, you know why I do this? I do it for money.’ And then I said, ‘Irene, remember those two things.’ Idd’n’at right? Did’n I say that?”

“I can’t go back there,” she said. She lowered her heavy Tropical Twilight eyelids and then her whole head. Her lower lip trembled; her head and the raging hair shook, so did her shoulders.

    The Tears.

“Oh, for Christ’s sake, Irene. Come on!”

    The Tears.

“All right. Look…I’ll find out if they’re going after you on a 220–31, and I’ll represent you on rearraignment if they are, but that’s it.”

The Tears!—victorious even after these many millennia. The woman nodded like a penitent child. She walked out through the blazing waiting room. Her bottom bobbed in a glossy black shimmer. One of the Leather Men looked at Sherman and smiled, man to man, and said, “Ay, caramba.”

On this alien terrain Sherman felt obliged to smile back.

Her Japanese grandparents did not initially accept her parents’ relationship.

Wow. So they’re already born in Japan to a Haitian father whose relationship with their mother means their maternal grandparents and maternal relatives have no contact. Then they’re taken to the US which is foreign to both their parents. Then they move again from Long Island to Florida. And then their crazy father takes a YOLO gamble with his own children, drilling them all day and home schooling them at night, depriving them of a proper childhood or socialisation.

Basically those girls didn’t have deep friendships growing up, maybe no real friends at all and their entire future depended on (At least one, her older sister doesn’t come up in tennis terms) them becoming good enough pro players to earn a living.

No wonder she has self-esteem and dependency issues.

Osaka has a shy, reserved personality. Her former coach Sascha Bajin was initially confused by her personality, saying, “I thought she was a little bit more of a diva because she didn’t talk much. She doesn’t really look at someone’s eyes, but that’s just because she was always so shy … Back then I didn’t know for what reason.” Osaka is also very frank and is regarded as having a dry sense of humor. During her 2018 Indian Wells Open victory speech, she began by saying “Um, hello … I’m Naom … oh never mind” and later noted, “This is probably going to be the worst acceptance speech of all time” after being worried about forgetting whom to thank, and appearing to nearly forget to thank her opponent Daria Kasatkina as well as one of her sponsors Yonex. In May 2020, Osaka shared on social media her own struggle with shyness, which she says has prevented her from speaking up and resulted in decisions being made for her.

The lack of a real identity seems to be present too.

    Leonard thus decided that Naomi and Mari would play for Japan. It’s a decision that the sisters largely agreed with. Naomi told The New York Times;

He notes that "What most disappointed me about all this is that she's a college professor. To think of someone teaching this racist ideology – because it is racist – to impressionable young people is really worrying."

As to your point about who marries whom, Panz points out "it's becoming impossible to meet people within liberal arts circles who do not have some degree of sympathy with Krug's radical anti-white positions." Imagine having a child with her. She’d have him in family court every week about what cartoons he let the kid watch, clothes , bedtime, toys his “ “toxic” normal family, probably some strange brown rice and grass clippings diet. Oh, and of course gender change at age 2.

If she ever does have a child she’ll pick the blackest most African looking sperm donor she can find.

I am sure Ms Krug as a child attended Jewish summer camps where she learned that there was no greater calling than for her to be a radical foot soldier in the cause of complete Jewish domination of the goyim.

Now she is going to get a nice buyout and then get a sweet deal for writing a book on how she got away with her scam for so long. Krug will be the hero of the burgeoning Trans-Racial movement, a con that mostly only Jews can really get away with.

She opted for fake Negress because she's full of frustrated ambitions and deranged hostilities and would never have made it personally or professionally without her ruse. Plus, nobody is his right mind would ever consider marrying -- much less procreating with -- this barrio-bedazzled lunatic.

Maybe she lived halfway between DC and NYC?

To keep up a lie like hers it’s best to keep quiet. Little mistakes slip out. Kansas has tornadoes, long hot summers and cold snowy winters. Puerto Rico has hurricanes hot summers and warm winters. Maybe she confused tornadoes and hurricanes. There’s blacks who can detect blacks so light they pass for White with everybody else. Maybe she ranted about all the evil Whites in her high school. And somebody asked what Puerto Rican high school was majority White?

She’d be unfamiliar with all the catholic religious holidays and the different ways Hispanic as opposed to Irish German and Anglo Catholic ways of celebrating them. For instance, Hispanics tend to have big multi generational invite all the neighbors and work friends baptism and first communion parties. American Catholics of other ethnicities don’t.

The GW Hispanics were ready to expose her . so she decided to confess. Histrionic personality disorder.

I know who always insisted she must be part American Indian because she has dark brown hair and ancestors been in the US and Canada for generations. She was thrilled when she sent in her DNA test. Dreadfully disappointed when it came back all Northern European. Did another for a second opinion. Came back all Northern European.

More interesting question. Like with Batman, which one is the mask, Bruce Wayne or Batman. Is Naomi Osaka black or Japanese? (She isn't African-American, her father is from Haiti, how did her family just up and move to the US?

Yes, I thought you were referring to the bass player. Laurence Fox was famously (if fame is measured in tabloid ink) married to former "pop princess" and actress Billie Piper, and then subsequently famously divorced from her. Given that they have children, I suspect that "fertility" is therefore also not his most pressing concern in searching out new dating partners.

I don't know if Fox is going to come out as gay, but without giving away spoilers, he recently played that way, and according to the Youtube clips with the anti-woke speeches that gave him his most recent notoriety (it remains to be seen how all that will affect his acting career), he is now trying to make it as a singer-songwriter -- i.e., he's also a musician, which is another reason why he might have some of the same concerns as Krug's lucky reject.

  84. I’m still left with the questin, “Why now?” It’s been 5 years since Dolezal was outed, and throughout that and ever since, she kept the act going. Why come clean now?

I’m guessing that she recently received 20-year-reunion notices from The Barstow School (“the oldest independent college preparatory school west of the Mississippi”, current tuition $16K/year) where she graduated in 1999, and regardless of whether she attended or (as I’m guessing) ignored the event, she realized that somebody would inevitably try to catch up with her or her friends at the time and eventually out her, especially given the current climate and given her Bombalera routine having hit Youtube.

    But that’s just a guess.

But she couldn’t agree to a meeting place in NYC because it was a White neighborhood, or some Whites lived in the neighborhood or some Whites took the subway through the neighborhood One good thing. He didn’t have to pay for coffee or drinks or anything because she refused to enter any bar coffee shop that might harbor a White. She finally agreed to just go for a walk in a non White neighborhood. He cancelled his tinder account because of her.

She resigned No compensation I know of. Supposedly her PR & Hispanic fellow GW employees did a little investigation and were about to expose her. PRs with a lot and a little black know who they are. Seems she just didn’t come across as a one drop black PR. Plus a little where was your from, paternal grandpa must have been German??? Fake NYC PR accent? Surname Krug she should have claimed Texican.

Little mistakes add up, people start talking. She may have antagonized students as well. Not everyone with a Spanish name hates Whites. Not every black hates Whites. Especially if they have White friends roommates neighbors,

I was editing my comment when it timed out but perhaps Fox is slowly starting to "come out" as gay in preparation for the new Woke Hollywood. If I wanted to come out as gay I would probably start by pretending I was only into old women and that young fertile women are icky and have cooties. This will also ingratiate you with simps and single middle aged women - key Woke demographics to win over

    Replies: @HA

Yes, I thought you were referring to the bass player. Laurence Fox was famously (if fame is measured in tabloid ink) married to former “pop princess” and actress Billie Piper, and then subsequently famously divorced from her. Given that they have children, I suspect that “fertility” is therefore also not his most pressing concern in searching out new dating partners.

I don’t know if Fox is going to come out as gay, but without giving away spoilers, he recently played that way, and according to the Youtube clips with the anti-woke speeches that gave him his most recent notoriety (it remains to be seen how all that will affect his acting career), he is now trying to make it as a singer-songwriter — i.e., he’s also a musician, which is another reason why he might have some of the same concerns as Krug’s lucky reject.

"Just imagine if that all that energy and Ashkenazi brains . . . "

Her energy is all psychotic and entirely unsuited to child rearing. Based on her ruminations in both oral and written form, her Ashkenazi brains appear to fall well short of what you'd expect from a third-rate lecturer in an actual, legitimate field.

She opted for fake Negress because she's full of frustrated ambitions and deranged hostilities and would never have made it personally or professionally without her ruse. Plus, nobody is his right mind would ever consider marrying -- much less procreating with -- this barrio-bedazzled lunatic.

Imagine having a child with her.

This is the stuff of a modern musical, or even "opera."

Each character singing in multiple accents or languages. Lots of hoop earrings down to the shoulders ... and that's only the males. Big masks and flowerpot hairdos for all sexes to keep the audience guessing who is what. Two scenes of mass face painting, one lightening, one darkening, featuring ecstatic groans for commentary.

Hip-hop electronic orchestra playing an updated "On the Street Where You Live": "All at once am I ... on your stories high / Knowing I'm on the 'net where you live."

I had to finally check after this post. Is George Washington University in Washington D.C.? I always thought it was but all the news about this bat-shit crazy faux latina has her inhabiting the environs of NYC. Yes, GWU is in Washington, D.C., but did she live in NYC too? She seems to be spending a lot of time there. She's going on tinder dates there, she's appearing on city council zoom meetings there, she's appearing on bullshit academic panels there. How much dough was she making at this nice little college sinecure that she could commute from NYC to WDC?

This is very common. Unlike having black blood, it's never been dishonorable to have a drop of brave Indian warrior blood, even in Jim Crow times (just a drop, not enough to make you really look Indian). Indians were the most American of Americans and so having some Indian blood only made you MORE American. Fair skinned black people also preferred to imagine that they were part Indian rather than that grandma was messing around with a white guy. For some reason, Cherokee was a favorite imaginary designation.

I imagine that this goes on in other cultures too. In my wife's family, there was a family legend that they had a Sephardic ancestor (the Sephardim got to the US way before the Ashkenazim, even before many white Christians) but when my daughter did her DNA test it came back 99% Ashkenazi, 1% E. European. And then a few months later they emailed that they had updated their algorithms and that she was really 100% Ashkenazi.

I wonder if Krug went full Hispanic and wore 9-inch stillettos to her date---even though it was a casual walk in the park.

The expression amongst NYC boriquas, Dominican ladies, and other NY Hispanics is, "If the shoes don't hurt, they don't look good."

Most of them are exceptionally practiced at walking in death-defying heels even on the broken cobblestones and sidewalks and side streets of NYC if the occasion calls for them. It's most impressive.

And that slutty Mexican actress from Desperate Housewives who married the NBA player who cheated on her (after she had implied that he wasn't that good sexually and she had to teach him things in the bedroom) said something related. She said (paraphrasing): "We Mexican women always wear heels. We were born wearing heels. We come over the border wearing heels."

I feel bad for this laid-back musician dude. He thought he found a spicy latina who liked black guys and would be charmed by his musician coolness. Instead, he got a 3-hour lecture about how much she hates whites---when he isn't even white. He must've gone home and laughed his ass off with his band mates about her.

“Most of them are exceptionally practiced at walking in death-defying heels even on the broken cobblestones and sidewalks and side streets of NYC if the occasion calls for them. It’s most impressive.”

More interesting question. Like with Batman, which one is the mask, Bruce Wayne or Batman. Is Naomi Osaka black or Japanese? (She isn't African-American, her father is from Haiti, how did her family just up and move to the US?

She otherwise just doesn't strike me as a BLM activist type, though her highly subdued, almost medicated blank expression at all times might be deceiving.

    Replies: @black sea, @BB753

Wrong, they can say “Kruj”, with j pronounced as in “LoCH Ness”, either voiced or unvoiced. But Puerto Ricans, Cubans, Panameans, Costa Ricans, some Colombians, Venezuelans, etc, can’t (speakers of Caribbean Spanish).
