My wife pointed out that there’s a Youtube channel of video clips intended to comment on my postings:

Steve Sailer: iSteve – Topic

For example, I recently posted about my new Taki’s column on the Amish, so there’s a short clip of Woody Harrelson letting everybody down at the Amish barnraising in Kingpin.

I don’t understand Youtube channels, but it’s interesting.

  1. Looks like it’s autogenerated using some Google process. No one “owns” it. Weird, I’ve never seen such a channel before.

  2. Seems to be an automated process. Any Youtube links posted in your blog comments are automatically added to that channel. (I posted the most recent Moty Python one) Easy to see how that works from Blogger to Youtube. Whether it will still work once you are only posting here at Unz….

  3. If you click on “about,” it indicates that it is automatically generated by google. Note that google owns both blogspot and youtube. I believe it simply collects every comment posted at your old blog that contains a youtube link (it even include the text of the comment). Or maybe only if lots of people follow the link. Probably it will stop now that you aren’t on blogspot.
