Pride Month is the holiest season on corporate liturgical calendar. Or it was until 2020. From the Los Angeles Times:

LA Pride organizers under fire after seeking police permit for Black Lives Matter solidarity protest

By ANDREA CASTILLO STAFF WRITER
JUNE 5, 20209:08 PM

The organizers behind LA Pride’s solidarity march for black lives are being denounced for organizing the event collaboratively with the Los Angeles Police Department.

Festivities celebrating the 50th year of the city’s Pride parade had been suspended because of the coronavirus. But this week, organizers announced that they were planning a march in solidarity with Black Lives Matter for June 14, starting in Hollywood and ending in West Hollywood.

On behalf of Christopher Street West, the group that organizes Los Angeles’ Pride march, Jeff Consoletti, who runs an event production firm, submitted a special event permit application to the LAPD on Tuesday.

“For the past 50 years, we have demonstrated a strong and unified partnership with law enforcement in the annual organization of PRIDE here in Los Angeles and West Hollywood,” he wrote. “Your support of this peaceful gathering is the key to its success and continues a LA tradition of support, advocacy, and the peaceful right to protest for all.”

LGBTQ activists took to social media to point out that partnering with police goes against the intent of protests responding to the killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade and others at the hands of police. …

“White gay men must look to black trans women and queer folk for leadership and direction,” Moore said.

On Friday afternoon, Consoletti posted an apology to Instagram and withdrew his involvement from the event. …

“I apologize and now see that these actions demonstrated the type of privileged, passive, and systemic issues that permeate society today,” he said in the post. “Our desire to stand with the Black Lives Matter movement was not carefully thought through. I am appreciative of the education I am receiving on how to be better and can see now that it is not right to take up space or attention from the conversation of racial inequality and the injustice Black people face from law enforcement.”

West Hollywood Mayor Lindsey Horvath told WEHOville that Christopher Street West had withdrawn its request to the city for a permit to stage the protest.

Some people are familiar with Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Blacks, being primal and most militant, are at the base of the pyramid. Jews like Maslow are really demigods and oversee the whole thing.
  3. When I was just a young lad I comforted my self with a fantasy that there were a few places scattered around the world , remote or not , where no man had ever tread . And that in those sacred places all the profound mysteries and magic that man has made every effort to exterminate have found refuge . Not because of their fear of man and his feeble powers but because it is their nature to preserve and shelter , conceal all that is holy from the profane gaze of worldly grasping men . Woe be unto to us if should transgress the boundaries of Athena’s sacred grove .

  8. So many times my elderly patients would confuse their pride with their dignity . Of course they were mortified when they couldn’t get up out of bed and make it to the BR without leaving a trail of liquid stool behind them . I had many failings as a nurse as you can imagine , but on those occasions knowing that my own time would come I always tried to make light of it , as it will to many of us here . My only advice to you is that if you should find yourself in the hospital with that sense of urgency stay in bed and use the call bell . It is much easier to clean you up and change the bed than clean you and the floor . Pride is a flimsy thing your dignity as a human can never be taken only surrendered .

Treating the elderly and infirm with dignity goes a long way for their wellbeing, no matter what else your failings were. I agree that the notion of pride has been confused and then exploited:

    Dignity is not pride.
    Humility is not humiliation.
    Kindness is not niceness.
    Service is not subservience.

  18. A lot of gays in Europe are beginning to realize that mass Muslim immigration is going to mean that they will get it in the neck sooner or later. Like Jews, they will never get above 2% of the population so they opt to try to turn the demographics into a plurality to where no one group, including the indigenous population can dominate. But mass immigration brings other problems and that strategy turns out to spoil a good thing. Worse, they end up being seen for being the traitors they are and lose the good will of the majority of the population earning them worst of both worlds.

Being the stupid party, the Republicans will probably end up taking these refugees in from the Democratic coalition only to be rewarded with betrayal and a knife in the back. The old white liberals that run the Democratic party are through. In fact, I don’t see how Biden can hang on for even this election cycle. It's the Dems who are for flooding the US w/cheap foreign labor that keep working class black wages down. It's Dems who bring in homophobic foreigners who think gays should be executed. It's Dems who want to bring in lots of misogynistic foreigners who want to make women 2nd class - or lower - citizens and who practice FGM.

  22. In a Machiavellian sense, Gays have been wise not to split their vote and they have picked their side. They don’t get caught up on infighting or dilute their vote which gives them power but it also subjects them to catastrophic failure if things go wrong. In the Prince, Machiavelli wrote that a small country between two much larger ones will not benefit by being neutral. Neither of the larger countries will respect their neutrality and when that country is inevitably occupied, it won’t receive any mercy from the victor or the loser. There is no reason for the right to try and help the splinter groups on the left or accommodate them. They will be fleeing from the Democrats soon enough and will just be happy not to have been made into a bar of soap.

    • Replies: @nebulafox
    @Prof. Woland

Gays are not common enough to make a difference in elections one way or another, and TBH, a huge unintended side effect of de-stimgatizing homosexuality is making that identity less salient, despite massive efforts.

Just as I've met foreigners who think the US is over 1/3rd black (in reality, it is 12% and that number is declining just like whites), Americans tend to overestimate how common homosexuality is, due to media overpresence. Even if we take into account the closeted in previous generations, we're looking at 3-4% of the populace altogether in the LGBT demographic.

I get the impression there’s a strong strain of disappointment among many straight women that most homosexual men are, in the end, normal males: i.e, aren’t actually interested in talking about their nails and get deeply uncomfortable when they start crying about friends or boyfriends.

Hm, not really. My experience has been that on the whole gay men really are more attuned to women's feelings and aesthetic pursuits than straight men are. Rather, I think some straight women who are all in for LGBT rights may feel uncomfortable to have discovered just how sexually deviant and toxic the gay male subculture can be, and that "love is love" doesn't quite pan out in such a neat and wholesome way. It may also be a shock to discover the genuinely misogynistic views that are widespread among gay men - basically, take having physical and intellectual disgust and social envy for women, and subtract any sexual attraction to them.

Ultimately it’s all about vanquishing whites, the other bullshit like homosexuality worship and feminism are just an intermediate step to weaken social cohesion among whites to aid the process of conquest. Once whites are so demographically overwhelmed that there is no longer any need to fragment them in order to exert control, the bullshit will be dispensed with. At that point gay white males will join their straight counterparts at the woodchipper line or organ farm and white women will get a firm dose of the pimp hand when trying to invoke feminism as a reason for why they shouldn’t be parceled out to their new overlords as so much chattel. They vandals are either very stupid or very smart.

I first encountered Lincoln’s probably true feelings in Gore Vidal’s book “Lincoln.”

(It’s historical fiction, but Vidal did examine many personal letters and speeches by “Honest Abe.”)

    https://www.amazon.com/Lincoln-Vintage-International-Gore-Vidal-ebook/dp/B004G8P2L4/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3JIICI9FRG050&dchild=1&keywords=gore+vidal+lincoln&qid=1591611070&sprefix=Gore+Vidal+l%2Caps%2C229&sr=8-1

It strongly supports the idea that Lincoln was all too aware of Black low-IQ and desperately wanted to send all three million slaves back (1860s US black population) to Africa or the Caribbean. He was willing to keep the smart ones and those that fought in the military. Many Northerners viewed them as incompatible with an industrial high-wage economy. (Turned out they were right.)

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraham_Lincoln_and_slavery#Colonization

After reading the book, I examined this subject and it is heavily substantiated.

They don’t get caught up on infighting or dilute their vote which gives them power but it also subjects them to catastrophic failure if things go wrong. Just as I’ve met foreigners who think the US is over 1/3rd black (in reality, it is 12% and that number is declining just like whites), Americans tend to overestimate how common homosexuality is, due to media overpresence. Even if we take into account the closeted in previous generations, we’re looking at 3-4% of the populace altogether in the LGBT demographic.

nebulafox, gay profs and staff at my local Podunk Tech won so-called domestic partners' health benefits more than a decade ago. Two additional persons were enrolled, of the 3000 already enrolled.

My unsubstantiated guess is that outside, say, San Francisco or the fashion industry or what-not, gays and lesbians enjoy very small numbers, but have a political throw weight far exceeding those actual numbers.

Plus, the political legitimation of the gay lifestyle probably has had untold ill effects on smearing single and straight men and women, and luring the vulnerable among them into a sort of discombobulated world. I knew a fine woman going through a divorce who was set upon by an aggressive lesbian. It was a workplace sexual shakedown; none of us knew what to do. From a cop who used to do health and welfare checks, I learned of a male prof who'd snapped, separated from his wife, lived in a motel, dialed up gay lovers from Craigslist, threatened suicide, etc. He died. Can't recall the cause (s).

  42. This sort of bullying of gay organizers from blacks has been a long time coming, I started noticing it a few years ago when black lives matters groups would randomly interrupt gay pride parades and demand that the police not be allowed to march. Of course the spineless twits who have assumed leadership in most LGBTXENU organizations bowed down to their demands. Well, they made their bed and now they get to lie in it. They should’ve put their foot down and told them to F off, gays are supposed to be one of the protected sacred groups, they had a shot at standing their ground and making sure their turf was respected. Too late now, the negroes smelled blood and now they have an excuse to really express how much they are disgusted by us in a socially acceptable way. Bye bye dumb parade.

Oh well, the only really worthwhile part of pride are the parties anyway, which will go on as usual (perhaps more clandestinely) since horny gays –who have spent the whole year working out literally just for that one week– deep down don’t actually care about screaming negro banshees and their petty grievances.

In fact, I don't see how Biden can hang on for even this election cycle. The following is a comment I had posted in the chat during one of Joseph Cotto's YouTube live streams a few weeks ago. It, as well as an earlier attempt at what was essentially the same comment, vanished almost immediately after I had posted them. I realized this when Mr. Cotto read the comments of mine that were followups to the disappeared ones, noting that he did not see the earlier ones I referenced.

Earlier comment was: [My] problem with Greg Johnson wrt to sodomy is not so much his personal indulgence in it but his /championing/ of said depravity and his encouraging of youth to embrace it.

I'm pretty sure that it was either the term sodomy or the combination of it with depravity that triggered YT's algorithm. I don't think it was my reference to "Greg Johnson" for the simple reason that I had referenced him in other comments that were not removed.

There are at least two mainstream, Leftward-bent, Respectable sites that I have had experience with where Gay and LGBTQ was a more sacred cow than black. Most recently, a hybrid local news-blog site for a notoriously politically-correct, overwhelmingly Left-Democrat US urban neighborhood that over much of the five-plus years between 2014 and 2019, I followed and commented at. For as much as several or more months in the beginning, they were remarkably lenient when it came to racial noticing-- mainly about local black crime. It's difficult to imagine now but during this honeymoon period, they approved a number of comments of mine in which I quoted and linked-to John Derbyshire and other authors at VDARE. Then, after much sanctimonious preening in the form of indignant complaints from readers, the moderators increasingly cracked-down and it wasn't long before even the mere mention of someone like Derbyshire in a comment would practically guarantee it not getting past moderation. But throughout nearly the entire time, from the relatively free period in the beginning to the most draconian ones, sodomites remained almost entirely sacrosanct. The double-standard favoring them over blacks was unmistakable.

The other was at the comment pages for what were WNYC Radio's (NYC's NPR affiliate) two main local daily offerings: Brian Lehrer and Leonard Lopate. (The last time I followed the WNYC web site or listened to the station with anything even approaching any regularity or frequency, would have been sometime in 2015 at the latest.) The particular double-standard in-question (race vs. LGBTQ) was not as blatant, and may not even have been as clearly evident altogether at the WNYC web site as it was at the neighborhood news-blog site that I described above. But I do recall such a double-standard being discernible on at least some level. (It's not that WNYC was much less protective of LGBTQ than the other site was. Rather that WNYC was much more protective of blacks and perhaps Latinos than the other site, at least initially, was.)

They vandals are either very stupid or very smart.

I first encountered Lincoln’s probably true feelings in Gore Vidal’s book “Lincoln.”

(It’s historical fiction, but Vidal did examine many personal letters and speeches by “Honest Abe.”)

After reading the book, I examined this subject and it is heavily substantiated.

Completely unsurprising for a number of reasons. Among them being the fact that now that homosexuality has been mainstreamized, one doesn't have to be camp or a social radical to leave the closet. SJWism is allergic to normality.

I get the impression there's a strong strain of disappointment among many straight women that most homosexual men are, in the end, normal males: i.e, aren't actually interested in talking about their nails and get deeply uncomfortable when they start crying about friends or boyfriends.

I’ve noticed that a recent evolution of “Shut up whitey” is to brush aside things like questioning protest effects on Covid or the amount of looting by saying that the importance of the message concerning police brutality towards blacks (which itself can be questioned) means that it only must be considered at the moment until blacks decide other issues may be thought about. nebulafox, gay profs and staff at my local Podunk Tech won so-called domestic partners’ health benefits more than a decade ago.

From a cop who used to do health and welfare checks, I learned of a male prof who’d snapped, separated from his wife, lived in a motel, dialed up gay lovers from Craigslist, threatened suicide, etc. He died. Can’t recall the cause (s).

Without meaning to belittle those cases and examples that you cited, I must ask: Is it not youth-- children and adolescents still in their formative years-- who are the most at-risk from the normalization and promotion of what are aberrant, objectively unwholesome behaviors? (I.e., what you euphemistically referred-to as "the gay lifestyle".). To me, this is practically axiomatic.

The ruling orthodoxy insists that homosexuality is, always, without exception, both innate as well as immutable. Complementing these twin doctrinal assertions is the nearly complete conflation of involuntary feelings with voluntary behavior. Moreover, the specific act of buggery (i.e., anal intercourse) is all-but-completely conflated with the broader category of male homosexual behavior, per se. In all, four tenets that form the core of the prevailing dispensation that has concocted an inalienable, nearly unrestricted right to the wanton indulgence in dangerous, inordinately disease-promoting, costly behavior at the public's expense.

Even if certain individuals may be born with some degree of predisposition toward sexual proclivities that manifest themselves at some later point, it does not at all necessarily follow-- neither logically nor empirically-- that said proclivities will always, in every case, prove to be immutable. At a minimum, for at least some individuals, their sexuality will remain subject-to external influences until at least some point during or at the close of the formative years of adolescence. (And even for an adult, if changing from homo to hetero is never possible, how to explain The Lesbian Past of Bill de Blasio's Wife? Or the case of John Maynard Keynes? There are others too.)

But even if homosexual desires were always immutable, it would not follow that they necessarily must, in every case, be acted-upon. And even when they will be acted-upon, there are vastly safer and less odious alternatives to the anatomically and physiologically unsound, inordinately high-risk, inherently brutal practice of misusing an exit-only orifice of fecal elimination as if it were one even remotely suited for penetration.

Hm, not really. My experience has been that on the whole gay men really are more attuned to women’s feelings and aesthetic pursuits than straight men are. Rather, I think some straight women who are all in for LGBT rights may feel uncomfortable to have discovered just how sexually deviant and toxic the gay male subculture can be, and that “love is love” doesn’t quite pan out in such a neat and wholesome way. It may also be a shock to discover the genuinely misogynistic views that are widespread among gay men – basically, take having physical and intellectual disgust and social envy for women, and subtract any sexual attraction to them.

Family decided free black men in the north should do some actual fighting instead of waiting for Whites to free them.

In fact, I don't see how Biden can hang on for even this election cycle. I'll just note for the record that many around here criticize women for being to deferential to authority. Someone is always criticizing women for something around here. What it is depends on what's in the news, and one day's criticisms often contradict another day's criticisms.

nebulafox, gay profs and staff at my local Podunk Tech won so-called domestic partners' health benefits more than a decade ago.

Without meaning to belittle those cases and examples that you cited, I must ask: Is it not youth— children and adolescents still in their formative years– who are the most at-risk from the normalization and promotion of what are aberrant, objectively unwholesome behaviors? (I.e., what you euphemistically referred-to as “the gay lifestyle”.).

In all, four tenets that form the core of the prevailing dispensation that has concocted an inalienable, nearly unrestricted right to the wanton indulgence in dangerous, inordinately disease-promoting, costly behavior at the public’s expense.

Even if certain individuals may be born with some degree of predisposition toward sexual proclivities that manifest themselves at some later point, it does not at all necessarily follow– neither logically nor empirically– that said proclivities will always, in every case, prove to be immutable. At a minimum, for at least some individuals, their sexuality will remain subject-to external influences until at least some point during or at the close of the formative years of adolescence. (And even for an adult, if changing from homo to hetero is never possible, how to explain The Lesbian Past of Bill de Blasio’s Wife? Or the case of John Maynard Keynes? There are others too.)

But even if homosexual desires were always immutable, it would not follow that they necessarily must, in every case, be acted-upon. And even when they will be acted-upon, there are vastly safer and less odious alternatives to the anatomically and physiologically unsound, inordinately high-risk, inherently brutal practice of misusing an exit-only orifice of fecal elimination as if it were one even remotely suited for penetration.

My own examples of a late middle-aged woman and man being "turned" seem a testimony to the power of political legitimation to overwhelm the teachings of church, long personal histories of heterosexual behavior, children, etc. It's an ugly thing.

In my experience and observation female homosexuality (lesbianism) is never, or almost never, either innate nor immutable. Male homosexuals (gays) seem to exhibit being on a spectrum from having been made gay by environment and circumstances (bad parenting, running into a chickenhawk, et al) to being probably innately and immutably homosexual biologically.

In either case, homosexuality is unhealthy and unlikely to lead to long term happiness.

Bad parenting will be with us always. Chickenhawks were once dealt with appropriately by either the law or extrajudicial means, that seems passe' now.

In a civilized society, adults can do what they want behind closed doors, but they are constrained from public displays of homosexual activity, and people who deplore homosexual activity are certainly not stopped from expressing their opinion so long as it is not an attack on a specific person. Gays exist, therefore, in a demimonde of their own and children, religious people and indeed anyone not involved are not confronted with their proclivities.

To respond to something from your previous comment,

My unsubstantiated guess is that outside, say, San Francisco or the fashion industry or what-not, gays and lesbians enjoy very small numbers, but have a political throw weight far exceeding those actual numbers.

I don't see how anyone could even question that much. The "LGBTQ" lobby is easily one of the most powerful and influential. How else to account for the 180-degree shift in attitudes and policy that was achieved in such a short time?

In addition to all of the factors cited by yourself and others, how much of a factor is the concentration of some of the major homosexual populations in swing-states (e.g., Florida)?

Below is an excerpt that is apropos here, from a comment I had written back in November.

Less than twenty years ago in the United States of America, anti-sodomy laws were still on the books in many states. Openly homosexual individuals were still barred from military service. The Boy Scouts of America, one of the most respected organizations in the country, still explicitly excluded homosexuals from membership (both as scouts as well as leaders). No mainstream Presidential candidate supported homosexual marriage.

Anyone who would have claimed that there was or even could be any such thing as a "female penis", or a man being able to menstruate or give birth, would have been summarily written-off as a raving lunatic. As would anyone who would have predicted that a credentialed medical or psychiatric authority could-- without completely destroying both his career as well as his credibility-- do something such as sanction the administering of puberty-blockers to an objectively unambiguously male and physically healthy seven-year-old boy.

The common perception is that most homosexuals are white men, even though in reality there are a lot of non-white homosexuals.

Gay men have lost most of their "protected status", using anti-gay slurs and making jokes about gays hardly gets a reaction in comparison to the meltdown insulting blacks would cause. Gays are just perceived as too white to often too middle class to warrant much benefit from political correctness.

I’m pretty sure that it was either the term sodomy or the combination of it with depravity that triggered YT’s algorithm. I don’t think it was my reference to “Greg Johnson” for the simple reason

that I had referenced him in other comments that were not removed.

For as much as several or more months in the beginning, they were remarkably lenient when it came to racial noticing— mainly about local black crime. It’s difficult to imagine now but during this honeymoon period, they approved a number of comments of mine in which I quoted and linked-to John Derbyshire and other authors at VDARE. Then, after much sanctimonious preening in the form of indignant complaints from readers, the moderators increasingly cracked-down and it wasn’t long before even the mere mention of someone like Derbyshire in a comment would practically guarantee it not getting past moderation. But throughout nearly the entire time, from the relatively free period in the beginning to the most draconian ones, sodomites remained almost entirely sacrosanct. The double-standard favoring them over blacks was unmistakable.

The other was at the comment pages for what were WNYC Radio’s (NYC’s NPR affiliate) two main local daily offerings: Brian Lehrer and Leonard Lopate. (It’s not that WNYC was much less protective of LGBTQ than the other site was. Rather that WNYC was much more protective of blacks and perhaps Latinos than the other site, at least initially, was.)

Plus, the political legitimation of the gay lifestyle probably has had untold ill effects on smearing single and straight men and women, and luring the vulnerable among them into a sort of discombobulated world.

Chickenhawks were once dealt with appropriately by either the law or extrajudicial means, that seems passe’ now.

Dissident, you're right, of course, youth and adolescents are particularly vulnerable to being misled by the gay lobby and its exponents. I fear the gay and lesbian organizations at my local Podunk Tech are hardly much more than recruiting depots for the gay lifestyle.

My own examples of a late middle-aged woman and man being "turned" seem a testimony to the power of political legitimation to overwhelm the teachings of church, long personal histories of heterosexual behavior, children, etc. It's an ugly thing.

FWIW--I asked a lawyer acquaintance if anything could be done about the aggressive lesbian. "That's their lifestyle!" he damn near shouted at me.

Thank you for the response. Much appreciated.

To respond to something from your previous comment,

My unsubstantiated guess is that outside, say, San Francisco or the fashion industry or what-not, gays and lesbians enjoy very small numbers, but have a political throw weight far exceeding those actual numbers.

I don’t see how anyone could even question that much. The “LGBTQ” lobby is easily one of the most powerful and influential.

Anyone who would have claimed that there was or even could be any such thing as a “female penis”, or a man being able to menstruate or give birth, would have been summarily written-off as a raving lunatic. As would anyone who would have predicted that a credentialed medical or psychiatric authority could– without completely destroying both his career as well as his credibility– do something such as sanction the administering of puberty-blockers to an objectively unambiguously male and physically healthy seven-year-old boy.

Is this some sort of metaphor? Are you saying that Whites, rather then getting up and dealing with the emergency, should just shit the bed until we die, lest we make a real mess? Hard to tell with you.

No , I’m not . People find it hard to accept that they are losing their independence due to physical decline , we’re all the same in that regard , and we resist it . OTOH a simple thing like going to the bathroom W/O calling for help can literally cost you your life , I’ve seen it happen . Maybe I wasn’t clear , this applies to the elderly and debilitated . An otherwise healthy young or middle aged person can get up and make a dash for the BR W/O fear of falling .
On a completely different topic : I once had a middle aged female pt. who needed bypass sx. Her husband was a Chief Engineer in the Merchant Marine and en route to Japan on a ship . I had been an AB in the Merchant Marine so we had that connection . Since she was a down to earth
kind of lady and it was a slow weekend so I hung out in her single room with her off and on . Once I was in her BR with the water running and she’s talking to me . When I came out of the bathroom I asked her how long she had been married she said about 20 years “and in all that time didn’t your husband ever tell you he can’t hear you with the water running?” “Yes , but I thought he was lying” . Another time she was in bed watching TV and I was sitting in the chair next to her bed reading the paper . She’s talking to me and I’m just going “uh-huh uh-huh”
finally she said “you’re not listening to a word I’m saying” I said “yeah , it’s like we’ve been married 20 years isn’t it ?”
