The Anti-Defamation League, among others, sponsors a lot of training of American cops by Israelis in the latest techniques Israel has developed over the years for keeping Palestinians down. A leftist outlet, The Morning Star, wrote:

But in a chilling testimony, a Palestinian rights activist said that when she saw the image of Derek Chauvin kneeling on Mr Floyd’s neck, she was reminded of the Israeli forces’ policing of the occupied territories.

Neta Golan, the co-founder of International Solidarity Movement (ISM) said: “When I saw the picture of killer cop Derek Chauvin murdering George Floyd by leaning in on his neck with his knee as he cried for help and other cops watched, I remembered noticing when many Israeli soldiers began using this technique of leaning in on our chest and necks when we were protesting in the West Bank sometime in 2006.

“They started twisting and breaking fingers in a particular way around the same time. It was clear they had undergone training for this. They continue to use these tactics — two of my friends have had their necks broken but luckily survived — and it is clear that they [Israel] share these methods when they train police forces abroad in ‘crowd control’ in the US and other countries including Sudan and Brazil.”

The training of US police officials by Israeli forces is widespread.

Even Amnesty was compelled to report that hundreds of police from Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, Arizona, Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Georgia, Washington state and Washington DC had been flown to Israeli for training.

Thousands more have been trained by Israeli forces who have come to the US to host similar events to the one held in Minneapolis. According to the somewhat selective rights organisation, many of these trips are taxpayer-funded, while others are privately funded.

Since 2002 the Anti-Defamation League, the American Jewish Committee’s Project Interchange and the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs have paid for police chiefs, assistant chiefs and captains to train in Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT), it said.

I don’t see this as conclusive evidence on the question of where this seemingly fairly new method came from. But it’s at least an interesting new angle on an otherwise exhausted topic.

    Steve,

I dont think blacks realize how distant whites are going to want to be from them if they do not stop this madness soon. Gas is cheap. Electric cars are more affordable. Amazon and other retailers deliver, so new small burbs only really need a service station and grocery. Strip malls sre not a necessity. Gated communities in the ex-urbs will be more in demand than ever. Non-black people will want to flee in earnest after this.

You watch: the NFL will do very badly this year. Nobody wants to be scolded by athletes/entertainers. People can find other, more participatory hobbies, and I honestly think they will now.

George Floyd died of a fentanyl overdose and had no neck injuries at all.

Read the autopsy on the county website yourself:

    https://www.hennepin.us/-/media/hennepinus/residents/public-safety/documents/Autopsy_2020-3700_Floyd.pdf

    Archived version: http://archive.is/LQVkN

Reposting with some edits and expansion my analysis from a couple days ago. Most relevant:

“No injuries of anterior muscles of neck or laryngeal
    structures
    C. No scalp soft tissue, skull, or brain injuries
    D. No chest wall soft tissue injuries, rib fractures (other than a single rib fracture from CPR), vertebral column injuries, or visceral injuries”

That position allows you to put only the amount of force needed to hold someone down. Try it yourself. You can have 99% of your weight on your other side as well as the foot of the holding knee.

The meth and marijuana in his blood wasn’t that high, but the fentanyl was off the charts. It was an amount that would send non-opiate addicts to death by respiratory arrest without ventilation. It was 5 times the amount expected as the peak blood level of one fentanyl lollipop or 3x the amount in the very strongest of the patch dosages.

And he wasn’t going to have peak levels at the time of death and testing, so 3-5x the highest safe dose of the most deadly opiate is understating how much he took. And Fentanyl is only prescribed for people who *already* take daily opiates and have a tolerance to manage what is called “breakthrough pain” that the normal drugs don’t stop, or the terminally ill.

Fentanyl is by far the leading cause of drug overdose in the USA.

4chan druggie experts give a good circumstantial case Floyd ate a fake Chinese oxycodone pill made with very cheap fentanyl rather than actual oxycodone. Some further research and logic confirms this.

If Floyd were a heavy addict and habitual user of the levels that were in his blood at death, he’d either be spending massive amounts on pills, $150+ a day, or would need to use the cheap injections.

But the report did not say he had needle tracks. It carefully identified every single tiny scar on his entire body. None from IV drug use however.

There also was no sign of recent heroin use (ie heroin metabolites). If he were a hard core junkie who could tolerate his tested level of F, he’d have signs of heroin use, because it is the preferred drug of heavy junkies.

He also did not have the look of a hardcore junkie. He was muscular and had all of his teeth.

Thus, he likely was a recreational user of opioid pills, not a hard core junkie who could tolerate the massive fentanyl dose in his blood.

He had the bad luck of either getting a fake pill that was much stronger than expected, or he saw the cops coming and ingested fentanyl powder. A MN 4channer said such fake Chinese “oxycodone” pills are common on the street there.

The autopsy notes some bruising on his head from the cops, but *no neck injuries at all.* The wrist injuries seem to suggest he struggled against the handcuffs.

So he basically was in the process of ODing at the time of his death. He might have survived if his OD was in a hospital ICU, but seems likely he would have died that day if he never encountered the police.

The OD story also fits the 911 call. He drove to Cup foods, but then he did not drive home, but sat in his van even after the altercation with the clerk. The clerk said he appeared to be just sitting in the van too intoxicated to drive. In other words, his overdose was getting worse a few minutes before the police arrived.

The video looks bad because we imagine a knee pushing on a neck. But the knee could have been at that point without any pressure at all, and simply fixed to restrain him.

The idea that four cops just randomly decided during a call to murder an ODing scumbag, with witnesses, body cams, and security cams, is ludicrous. More than reasonable doubt just in the autopsy.

In addition to the drugs, Floyd had severe hypertension and nearly blocked arteries. One was 90% blocked, another 75%. And he had Covid. And a tumor in his hip. And sickle cell trait, meaning a large percentage of his red blood cells were non functioning.

  12. Anon[142] • Disclaimer says:

White liberals have been duped. This is somthing that Steve Sailer doesn’t understand. White liberals do NOT want the collapse of law and order, or the disenfranchisement of white people, or to pervert morality by opposing gender binarism, etc. What they want is harmony, which they believe depends on how effectively Society addresses the grievances of underdogs. They believe that, if these grievances are addressed, everything will go back to order. They support the rioters not because they want the police to cease existing, or because they want to overthrow the government; quite the opposite, they see supporting the rioters as a way to *preserve* the social order, as they believe that, if those grievances are not addressed, they will snow ball and destroy Society as a whole. They do not want to overthrow the police: they want the police to become better so no more riots will coccur. Opposing the riots means ignoring the root cause of the problem, which means bigger riots in the future until Society collapses. Opposing the riots with heavy-handed tactics is a solution to the problem that is effective in the short-term but very inneffective in the long-run. That is the way liberals think. They believe that the presrvation of the social order depends on people’s commitmment to it, and that depends on how individuals perceive that social order addresses their needs to socially, emotionally and economically fullfilled.

Liberals are the people that focus on group harmony as the highest value that a Society can aspire to. Just like conservatves have a natural instinct to be territorial and the defenders of the family and of the turn, liberals have an instinct to be open to people and think in terms of group consensus. They are the people that identify unfairness and curb excesses for the preservation of the tribe.

But they have been duped. Because there is an ultra-liberal elite, mostly Marxist Jewish intellectuals, that *does* want to destroy all of Society and the social order and to recreate it as an amorphous mass with themselves at the top. This liberal elite *uses* ordinary liberals, who are good people, as their mass of voters and activists.

The vast majority of white liberals actually think that they can make all these changes to Society without it having any negative consequences for themselves or their loved ones, many of whom are conservative(yes, most white liberals have conservative relatives). The liberal elite has sold them the idea that enfranchisement of violent minority actvists, and of sexual perverts and all, is for the best since the only reason that they are violent, perverted and destructive is because they are poor, oppressed and downtrodden. The white liberals truly believe that, if their grievances are addressed, that everything will go back to normal and social harmony and freedom from oppression(supreme liberal values) will be restored. And that they and their loved ones will be all for the better. It is crazy that Steve Sailer doesn’t understand this.

    They have beeen duped.

As stated by others above, George Floyd was not asphyxiated or strangled. The medical examiner’s autopsy showed no trauma to the body. The coroner’s report states that he died of a heart attack. He was high on fentanyl at the time of the arrest.

Fentanyl has the ability to cause muscle rigidity of the chest wall, diaphragm, and larynx and to induce excited delirium which may have in turn induced the heart attack.

The reason the officers put Floyd on the ground was likely that they observed behavior consistent with excited delirium.

The American College of Emergency Physicians’ white paper on excited delirium syndrome states:

“In subjects who do not respond to verbal calming and de-escalation techniques, control measures are a prerequisite for medical assessment and interven- tion. When necessary, this should be accomplished as rapidly and safely as possible. Recent research indicates that physical struggle is a much greater contributor to catecholamine surge and metabolic acidosis than other causes of exertion or noxious stimuli. Since these parameters are thought to contribute to poor outcomes in ExDS, the specific physical control methods employed should optimally minimize the time spent struggling, while safely achieving physical control. The use of multiple personnel with training in safe physical control measures is encouraged.”

By restraining Floyd as they did, using a chokehold technique that was not specifically prohibited and for which some jurisdictions train officers to use in such situations, the officers were acting consistent with the best available medical guidance and therefore quite likely acting in Floyd’s best interests.

Fentanyl level was not sufficient to kill him. He was positive for COVID-19, likely no obvious symptoms when he died. However Floyd had foam visible at the corners of his mouth that day before the police touched him. He was also a lot older that Palestinian protesters.

Floyd said he was claustrophobic, and went over onto the ground of his own volition. Then Chauvin and colleague arrived. Floyd, who weighed weighed 250lbs, would not get up and he went limp to stop them putting him in the car, foiling several attempts. This going limp act may be part of the reason that Chauvin was so slow to pick up on Floyd later becoming unresponsive. After repeated failures to get him out of his wet dishtowel routine they decided to hold him down. As his armed were already handcuff ed behind his back, the technique was more punishment than the intended purpose of immobilisation for handcuffing. And they kept him like that.

Chauvin had both knees on Floyd, the right knee on Floyd’s upper back had Chauvin’s weight on it. The 2nd autopsy said said he died from asphyxiation due to the pressure on his neck but also his “upper back”, with him being cuffed at the time a contributory factor (Floyd’s wrists were bruised, so his torso size and arms tight in the manacles probably made for a lot of leverage on the sides of his chest. A lot of little things: his poor state of health, age, drug use, recent respiratory infection probably added up to far more than the knee on the neck. The duration would be the thing that was most unusual. A girl questioned that not long before he stopped breathing”How long are ya’all going to hold him down“.

I couldn’t find anything. There is some speculation as to how much is a Lethal Dose (LD) in humans, based on extrapolating from animal studies. Perhaps one could work backward from the blood level to figure out how much he ingested.

Israeli Consul Confirms Over 100 Minneapolis Police Officers Received Israeli ‘Anti-Terror’ Training in 2012

According to the Deputy Consul at the Israeli consulate in Chicago, officers from the Minneapolis police force involved in the death of George Floyd received training in restraint techniques and anti-terror tactics from Israeli law-enforcement officers in 2012:

…At least 100 Minnesota police officers attended a 2012 conference hosted by the Israeli consulate in Chicago, the second time such an event had been held.

There they learned the violent techniques used by Israeli forces as they terrorise the occupied Palestinian territories under the guise of security operations.

The so-called counterterrorism training conference in Minneapolis was jointly hosted by the FBI.

Israeli deputy consul Shahar Arieli claimed that the half-day session brought “top-notch professionals from the Israeli police” to share knowledge with their US counterparts.

It is unclear whether any of the officers involved in the incident in which Mr Floyd was killed attended the conference.

The Minneapolis Police Department was contacted for comment.

Jewish news sites are already running stories denying any Israeli connection to the events in Minneapolis, predictably smearing these reports as “fake news” and age-old antisemitism™.

Perhaps this Deputy Consul at the Israeli consulate in Chicago is going to issue a “correction” or “retraction” of his previous comments — or he’ll be recalled to Israel and won’t be available for further comment.

Anyone with eyes to see knows that police forces in America have become progressively militarized in the last 20 years since the Israeli-orchestrated 9-11 attacks.

Commenting on those attacks, Bibi Netanyahu stated, quote, “It’s very good…Well, not very good, but it will generate immediate sympathy [for Israel].” He predicted that the attack would “strengthen the bond between our two peoples, because we’ve experienced terror over so many decades, but the United States has now experienced a massive hemorrhaging of terror.”

Now with the widespread rioting in America, along with the militarized police response, White middle class America is going to feel “under siege” and sympathize with the Israelis even more — our Blacks and “people of color” are the moral equivalent of the Palestinian “terrorists”.

The crucial difference, however, is that pro-Zionist Jews control the media and always portray the Israelis as the victims of Palestinian “terrorism”, whereas the same Jewish media portrays White America as the “racist” victimizers and ‘murderers’ of Blacks in America.

  52. Corvinus says:

“I don’t see this as conclusive evidence on the question of where this seemingly fairly new method came from.”

[Wink, wink, nudge, nudge] Right, Mr. Sailer, message received.

Of course, iSteve is only telling part of the story. Indeed, police departments from the U.S. go to Israel to receive training in such techniques. Although, when asked about such methods in light of the Minneapolis Melee, Israeli police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said “there is no tactic or protocol that calls to put pressure on the neck or airway”.

But the fact of the matter is these procedures have been part of our nation’s police force long before Jewish involvement. According to Connie Hassett-Walker, Assistant Professor of Justice Studies and Sociology, the placing a knee over a black man’s neck has its origins in the early 1700’s. Southern slave patrols consisted of white volunteers. They were responsible for bringing back runaway slaves or punishing slaves. The neck was a symbol employed to guarantee their fealty to white masters. One such technique was to run down the slave with a horse, with two men jumping on top of the slave, each with the knee pinning down the offender in various locations of the body, and a third man then strapping on chains. These techniques were passed down to the first police forces that were created in urban cities, beginning in 1838 and continuing in the 1850’s. So it is other than “recent” as Mr. Sailer alludes to.

In a summary to his 1839 book “American Slavery As It Is: Testimony of a Thousand Witnesses”, author Theodore Dwight Weld wrote:

“…Slaves in the United States are treated with barbarous inhumanity; that they are overworked, underfed, wretchedly clad and lodged, and have insufficient sleep; that they are often made to wear round their necks iron collars armed with prongs, to drag heavy chains and weights at their feet while working in the field, and to wear yokes, and bells, and iron horns; that they are often kept confined in the stocks day and night for weeks together, made to wear gags in their mouths for hours or days, have some of their front teeth torn out or broken off, that they may be easily detected when they run away…”

As Turner, Giacopassi and Vandiver remark in their work “Ignoring The Past: Coverage Of Slavery And Slave Patrols In Criminal Justice Texts:

“[t]he literature clearly establishes that a legally sanctioned law enforcement system existed in America before the Civil War for the express purpose of controlling the slave population and protecting the interests of slave owners. The similarities between the slave patrols and modern American policing are too salient to dismiss or ignore. Hence, the slave patrol should be considered a forerunner of modern American law enforcement.”

So, Mr. Sailer, what is your EXACT position on the use of this technique by American men and women who don the blue uniform? Are you suggesting that the police should refrain from using this technique because it is a cruel Jewish tactic…or just cruel?

Wrong. 11 is plenty to kill. Again, the level is 3 times the peak concentration you’d get from the absolute strongest of several dosages of fentanyl patches which are only prescribed to people who use opiates daily and have extreme tolerance.

Another MN middle aged black who died from an F overdose:

“ The report says the concentration of fentanyl in Prince’s blood was 67.8 micrograms per liter. The report explains that fatalities have been documented in people with blood levels ranging from three to 58 micrograms per liter.”

Prince was a serious addict, he OD’d a first time 6 days before his death, and the man who discovered his body was actually someone planning his treatment.

    What killed him precisely?

“ The fentanyl that led to his overdose was contained in counterfeit pills made to look like a generic version of the painkiller Vicodin.”

Just like conservatves have a natural instinct to be territorial and the defenders of the family and of the turn, liberals have an instinct to be open to people and think in terms of group consensus. They are the people that identify unfairness and curb excesses for the preservation of the tribe.

    But they have been duped.

I’ll bet that is the right spin on it. Out of (well-justified) anger and resentment we on the right probably attribute pure malevolence too quickly and too easily to all liberals, when the harmony-seeking mechanism those individuals are prone to may be much more at play – other than for the core of Marxists and haters who, as IHTG notes, genuinely do want destruction, and who as you say have duped the goodwhites.

I guess that harmony-seeking-at-all-cost mechanism is just another of the suite of noble traits that Nordic whites developed in ancient times and which in today’s world are leading to our downfall.

The study suggests that post mortem F tests can be distorted upward.

It looks like the median PM test that lead to this conclusion was about 10 days after death, and many 20+. Not sure how applicable this would be here. While it does lead to some uncertainty in my conclusion of an OD, I’d like to see more support for this idea of a postmortem spike.

Supporting what I said, Table V shows F concentration after 1 therapeutic dose. About half the test results were below detectable levels, and the rest were around 1 to 3, with the highest 3.6, compared to Floyd’s 11.

Ultimately, if I am right that Floyd wasn’t a high tolerance junkie, studies of F users are hard to apply to him because they are of two groups with high tolerance: junkies and cancer patients. In the German study 63% of the postmortem samples were cancer patients.

Slaveholders would pay for a defence lawyer to prevent their slave from being found guilty and hanged for raping poor white women.

Slaves in the United States are treated with barbarous inhumanity; that they are overworked, underfed, wretchedly clad and lodged, and have insufficient sleep

The slave family was the basic unit of social organization and slave owners encouraged the stability of slave families. Most slave sales were of whole families or of individuals who were ready to leave the family.
The material standard of living of slaves in the South compared favorably with that of free workers in industry
Over the course of a field-hand slave’s lifetime he received about 90 percent of the value of his production.

The economy of the antebellum South was not stagnating. In the period between 1840 and 1860 per capita income increased faster in the South than in the rest of the country.

Well, was he receiving Fentanyl on prescription for intractable pain, or just taking it for shits and giggles?

I don’t think there is any doubt that he had a few comorbitities–since he was buying cigarettes, it seems probable that he was a smoker for a start–but it is a bit of a stretch of the imagination to think that he simply happened to die of natural causes in police custody.

But this is often the case when people die or have their death accelerated while in police custody. They have something wrong with them that the police do not know about. When they get booked into the jail, they will probably have some kind of cursory medical examination, questions about medications, and so on, but by that point they will have already survived or not survived the initial arrest procedure.

They also may have serious medical conditions that they themselves do not know about yet.

The kind of medical care they receive in custody is by its very nature somewhat rudimentary, but better than nothing.

The protests are obviously not just about George Floyd, but the theme of police brutality has struck a chord with many people who are sick of it and in this era of mass unemployment due to the corona virus closures of places of entertainment, travel, tourism, many businesses and government offices, lots of people have time to peaceably assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances “if the President issues a permit”, these last words which the Supreme Court will soon find that were part of the Original text nailed to the barn wall, but accidentally omitted by careless scribes in many copies.

Actually, there were instances where slave patrols had to reimburse a master for killing the slave as they brought them in, as historian Sally Hadden writes in her book “Slave Patrols: Law and Violence in Virginia and the Carolinas”.

“The material standard of living of slaves in the South compared favorably with that of free workers in industry. Over the course of a field-hand slave’s lifetime he received about 90 percent of the value of his production.”

But not 100 percent, as how it should have been being a free worker. Certainly, slaves got three squares a day and a roof over their heads. But that was the bare minimum. Slaves primarily received no wages, could not buy themselves out of freedom, and lacked freedoms enjoyed by their ancestors. White people should have picked their own cotton.

If that moment comes, if Whitey eventually cracks, The West’s tenuous hold on a functioning society will finally slip, with disastrous consequences for all, regardless of race or political persuasion.

A ‘free’ worker was only paid while he was working. If a free worker died on the job (eg disease caught while clearing a swampy area) the employer could just go and get another one, but the dead slave would be a disaster. Thus slaves were not used on dangerous work. Antebellum plantation owners would hire Irishmen rather than risk the loss of such a valuable asset as a slave. Black multi generational families were the basis of slavery, but an employer of a ‘free’ worker had no interest in feeding a ‘free’ worker who was too old to work, or the family of one who had died young. That is why charities back then were so often set up for widows and orphans, as with the penniless young Irish widow unable to feed her children.

Israel needs people to stand up now more than ever as it faces more threats—from enemy states like Iran, terrorists, and those seeking to delegitimze Israel like the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. ADL helps our supporters understand the complex issues and advocate for a secure and stable democratic Jewish state.

Learn about Israel and its challenges through our website, blogs and resources, which focus on current events relating to the Jewish State. I believe F has three main accepted medical uses: the “breakthrough pain” you describe that weaker opiates don’t stop, surgical use, and use by the terminally ill, in particular those who have trouble digesting pills and don’t want an IV drip. F is so potent you can use a skin patch or sublingual ingestion (often called fentanyl lollipops).

It costs less than 2 cents in China to make enough F to put into a fake oxycodone or hydrocodone pill that sells on the street for $15, as well as fake heroin. As I mentioned above, such fake pills caused Prince’s overdose death.
