Everybody is talking about some lady psychoanalyst of Pakistani descent who gave a speech at Yale Law School on “The Psychopathic Problem of the White Mind” that sounds like some 1980s Eddie Murphy routine about “Kill My Landlord” or “Kill the White People.”

From Bari Weiss’s Substack:

‘The Psychopathic Problem of the White Mind’

A psychiatrist lecturing at Yale’s Child Study Center spoke about ‘unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way.’

Katie Herzog

A few weeks ago, someone sent me a recording of a talk called “The Psychopathic Problem of the White Mind.” It was delivered at the Yale School of Medicine’s Child Study Center by a New York-based psychiatrist as part of Grand Rounds, an ongoing program in which clinicians and others in the field lecture students and faculty.

When I listened to the talk I considered the fact that it might be some sort of elaborate prank. But looking at the doctor’s social media, it seems completely genuine.

Here are some of the quotes from the lecture:

This is the cost of talking to white people at all. The cost of your own life, as they suck you dry. There are no good apples out there. White people make my blood boil. (Time stamp: 6:45)

I had fantasies of unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way, burying their body, and wiping my bloody hands as I walked away relatively guiltless with a bounce in my step. Like I did the world a fucking favor. (Time stamp: 7:17)

White people are out of their minds and they have been for a long time. (Time stamp: 17:06)

We are now in a psychological predicament, because white people feel that we are bullying them when we bring up race. They feel that we should be thanking them for all that they have done for us. They are confused, and so are we. We keep forgetting that directly talking about race is a waste of our breath. We are asking a demented, violent predator who thinks that they are a saint or a superhero, to accept responsibility. It ain’t gonna happen. They have five holes in their brain. It’s like banging your head against a brick wall. It’s just like sort of not a good idea. (Time stamp 17:13)

We need to remember that directly talking about race to white people is useless, because they are at the wrong level of conversation. Addressing racism assumes that white people can see and process what we are talking about. They can’t. That’s why they sound demented. They don’t even know they have a mask on. White people think it’s their actual face. We need to get to know the mask. (Time stamp 17:54) …

Katie Herzog, who wrote yesterday about the spread of wokeness in medicine, interviewed the psychiatrist who delivered the talk, Dr. Aruna Khilanani.

KH: Your bio online says you are a “Forensic Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst, with expertise in violence, racism, and marginalized identities. I left academic institutions because of institutional racism. Word.” Tell me about that. What happened?

AK: I trained at Cornell and Columbia and NYU and I really experienced all aspects of Cornell and Columbia as very racist. Less so NYU. NYU I found to be a lot more open. Cornell, I think we had one black faculty member. When I was at Columbia we had, I think, one black psychoanalyst. And just the way of thinking was all the same.

Q. Do you have examples of what you experienced?

A. Sure. When I was at Cornell, I got beat up by a patient’s family member. I have a friend who is blonde and when she got threatened [by a patient] I think they did a Grand Rounds or a talk or some kind of symposium. They really addressed it. She was given a lot of support. And I’m not even sure if she was actually hit or not.

Now, when that happened to me, and I actually got beat up, the way they responded was, “Well what do you think you did to elicit this?” That’s the question I got. Like I must have done something to provoke the attack.

Q. Did you file a complaint?

A. No, because the more that you push back, the more they are going to keep attacking you. Also, in my first year, along with another person of color, I had the most Saturday call. These things are not incidental. There was a meeting where they actually tried to take away my vacation from me.

Q. Why?

A. They came up with this idea that since I hadn’t put the request on the calendar then they’re not going to give it to me. So that one I did push back on. That one I reported. It was a very chilling conversation that I had with somebody. This is how these chilling conversations go. It’s never through email. They’ll call you on the phone and say, “We need to talk to you about something,” because they never want any of this stuff documented. They’ll be like, “Since you didn’t put this on the calendar, you’re not allowed to have vacation.” And I said, “So-and-so and so-and-so didn’t put it on the calendar. Why do they get vacation?” And they’re like, “Do you really want to put yourself in the position where you’re pointing out your colleagues’ stuff?” Like they needed to make me the person who is calling out my colleagues — not that it was unfair.

Q. When was this?

A. When I was in residency. Either 2007 or ‘08.

I want to make a few boring points:

First, an awful lot of Wokeness seems to be motivated by old, tedious resentments over office politics imbroglios. For example, over a dozen years ago, this woman got into a spat with her bosses over scheduling vacation time, and this incredibly dull and trivial dispute has apparently taken up a large space in her brain ever since and become one of the bases of her theories about how black rage justifies her Pakistani peevishness.

Second, an awful lot of Wokeness is driven by foreign elites, like this daughter of two Pakistani doctors, trying to horn in on African-American victimization chic. For example, Dr. Khilanani has psychoanalyzed liberal white American women and discovered that their White Guilt is over, not slavery or Jim Crow, but instead “colonialism:”

Q. Do you think that it’s your mission or your job or your duty to get to the root of a white person’s racism or deal with their whiteness?

A. No. That makes it seem like it’s for me. If I were to do that it would be selfish as fuck. Do I focus on ways I think race is seeped into everything, yes, but it’s not for me. I can actually see how white people are suffering in a way that is very unique and different from people of color.

Q. What is the difference between white peoples’ suffering and the suffering of people of color?

A. People of color, myself included, suffer from being positioned in the world, psychologically, and the stuff that goes with it: violence, this, that. Now, white people suffer from problems of their own mind. They suffer with trust, they suffer with intimacy, they suffer with closeness, shame, guilt, anxiety. They suffer with their minds. Don’t get me wrong, people of color are also neurotic and have their own stuff and ups and downs. But there is a fundamental issue I think that is very unique to white suffering and I think that’s their own mind.

Q. What would you say is the cause of this?

A. I think it’s colonialism. That history. If you do this much lying to yourself it’s going to have an effect on your mind. There’s no way it can’t.

Q. How do you see the after-effects of colonialism manifesting itself in the white mind today?

A. It’s going to be hard for me to give you a one sentence soundbite on this but I would say, a high level of guilt. I’ve never seen anything like this before. Other than in white people not eating bread, an incredible level of shame. Feeling really exposed all the time. A lot of perfectionistic tendencies. Not letting themselves move forward. Experiencing themselves as passive a lot. …

Q. Let’s talk about your practice. You’ve mentioned that you treat a lot of white people and you treat “whiteness.” What is the distinction between the two?

A. I wouldn’t say there is a distinction. For example, for white women, I do help a lot with passive-aggressiveness — not being able to use their voice, say things, feeling like there will be a negative consequence. White people have an intense level of guilt. I have never seen a level of guilt that I see among white people. I mean, white people don’t eat bread. Think about that. There have been wars all over the world over grains and bread and only here, white people are depriving themselves. Think about that shit. Everyone has this gl

Her initially crazy-sounding “white people not eating bread” is a dig at upscale liberal white women who have decided they have gluten allergies. It’s not a bad bit, but Seth Rogen did it better in 2013:

In reality, of course, virtually zero liberal white American women feel guilty over white Americans colonizing anywhere, such as Puerto Rico or the Philippines, much less over Britain colonizing Pakistan before they were born. South Asians are waaaaay down the totem pole of intersectional Pokemon points in the U.S. But that still doesn’t stop South Asian immigrant intellectuals from arguing that they deserve to take over America as reparations for the Raj. For example, from my 2019 review of Calcutta-born NYU journalism professor Suketu Mehta book This Land Is Our Land: An Immigrant’s Manifesto:

He’s been living in the United States of America since his Gujarati diamond-merchant family arrived in Queens in 1977. As he sums up his manifesto:

“I claim the right to the United States, for myself and my children and my uncles and cousins, by manifest destiny…. It’s our country now.”

Of course, exactly why Americans merit vengeance for the sins, real and imaginary, of the British Raj isn’t fully explained in This Land Is Our Land. But that’s not the point; the point is that you white people have money, which means you are guilty, and therefore you must pay.

Seriously, in the current Scramble for America, the potential profits for colonizers like the Mehtas are so vast that it’s only natural for their pundits to not wait around to publish until they’ve first figured out arguments that can pass the laugh test.

  10. While she may indeed be South Asian, it can also be said that Pakistanis, as well as Northern Indians, tend to be part racially Caucasian. After all, they were invaded by Islam centuries ago and signifcant admixture occurred.

This woman in particular doesn’t have problems “passing” as white. Many African-Americans could easily mistake her as just another Karen, albeit a tinge darker (e.g. a la Italians).

  11. And here I thought this whole time that Aruna Khilanani was one of those long Russian novels or something, but I read that long interview this morning and realize that, yes, we need to assume that ALL psychologists and now psychiatrists are just plain nuts. It is why they got into the field to begin with, to try to cure themselves.

I noted from the interview that, though this Bari Weiss is sane at least, she still seems to go for some of the stupidity brought up by Miss Nutcase. “Wise up, Bari Weiss!”

Oh, and that clip was so funny, that I’ve got to try to get that movie This is the End, one I’d never heard of till now. Thanks for that.

She’s absolutey spot-on when it comes to liberals. They feel pathologically guilty over blacks, immigrants, Muslims, etc etc. and are willing to destroy their societies to cater to them.

I would say the root of her issue is that basically all third worlders, when in the third world, feel this mixture of envy, respect (of the kind one has for a conquering emperor) and admiration towards the west/white people, but when they get to the US or UK or wherever and they’re exposed to 24/7 white guilt virtue signalling, they start to feel resentful that their own people are so culturally/technologically/economically inferior to these grovelling pitiful betas. They would rather be inferior to the proud, dignified white people of many decades ago. So it’s not just humiliation at being a brown third worlder, but also at the fact that your supposed ‘superiors’ in the world hierarchy seem to hate themselves.

Well, they are doing a good job of it in Chicago (and I assume other big cities). Indians/Pakistanis are everywhere in large corporations. I assume they work cheap and undercut Americans. https://www.nytimes.com/2010/07/30/nyregion/30medschools.html

I can imagine that fellow medical school students might feel that these kind of special admittees don’t belong in medical school, whatever their race or ethnicity, and that feeling might be reflected in interpersonal relationships in medical school.

It sounds like she is trying to segue out of her psychiatry practice into academia, consulting, or activism. Not sticking with the profession is a pattern with affirmative action minorities in law, medicine, and architecture, since they tend to be at the bottom of the meritocratic heap and are never so successful. If she got into med school without STEM, she’s effectively affirmative action.

Hilariously, Pakistanis are considered white in 3- and 5-race genetic clustering breakdowns. They only resolve out as a separate race when you cluster for 7 races, where North Africa/Middle East and Subcontinental Asian break out from the white category.

“where North Africa/Middle East and Subcontinental Asian break out from the white category.”

Historically, North Africa/Mid. East are Caucasian. They aren’t Sub-Saharan. Certainly not Han Chinese or Northeast Asian. In other words, Western Asian (Mid. East) and North Africa have always been considered white (or at least mostly white). They’re not really a separate racial category. At the very least, they’re mostly caucasian as historically there tends to be so much admixture with Europeans and rather less with Sub-Saharans and Northeast Asians.

I mean, INDO-EUROPEAN, like come on. Linguistically they share a related common language somewhere, and common shared language means intermixing racially.

So, yeah, they are white. Mostly.

Same with Pakistanis. They’re certainly not Sub-Saharan. Or Northeast Asian.

  31. This is her.

Here’s my guess as to why she’s so angry.

She got pumped&dumped by a handsome White “Chad,” who ended up committing to a hotter (and dumber) White “Becky.” “Chad” wanted to sample some strange tang before he settled down, but he didn’t find her conventionally attractive enough for a serious relationship. So “Chad” banged her a few times and then stopped responding to her texts.

That’s most likely what is driving the anger. Not office politics.

She has a lot going for her. She’s rich, educated, successful, articulate. However, she doesn’t have the level of beauty that would enable her to sit at the popular kids’ table, next to “Becky” and Chad.” As a status-conscious, social-climber, this infuriates her.

I think Steve Sailer has repeatedly made the point that a lot of the “Woke” movement is basically ugly&unpopular people getting revenge on the pretty&popular people.

A lot of this is childish, but it has real-world consequences.

  43. Her logic reminds me of the Bollywood movie Bride & Prejudice, an adaptation of Pride & Prejudice set in the 21st century where Mr. Darcy is a rich white American from LA and the Elizabeth Bennett-stand-in is an Indian girl and most of the movie takes place in India amidst dancing and singing.

At one point in the movie, the Indian Elizabeth is acting all snotty to Darcy for no reason, and she starts bitching about British colonialism in Indian. Darcy looks confused and says: “But I’m American!” To which she snottily retorts “Exactly.” and walks away, as if she “owned” him instead of making zero sense.

The movie was pretty entertaining and lighthearted besides that bit of nonsense.

Anyway, I get the strong sense this woman really wants white men to like her a lot but thinks they don’t and so is lashing out like this to deal with her inferiority complex. I’ve come to learn a lot of non-white women’s anger at whitey seems to stem from an insecurity of not being the top choice of white men.

It actually shouldn’t take much. When quack Dr. Bandi Lee of Yale’s psychiatry department was making all sorts of crazy, baseless statements about Trump’s psychological state, the commies were eating it up. But then she took some similar shots at Alan Dershowitz because Dershowitz was defending Trump. Dershowitz sat down and wrote some serious letters to various authorities about how Lee was violating multiple rules of her profession, and detailed them. Lee was then kicked out of Yale and I believe is now suing them.

So maybe what is needed is either for this woman to piss off a powerful Jew, or for a non-Jew to simply sit down and make an rational case to her superiors/ professional authorities about why she is being unprofessional.

Women (maybe not all but most) don’t talk to you, or to other people; they are engaged in a lifelong dialogue (monologue?) with themselves. You may at most represent a fictional creation of their imaginations or a projected perspective on their own self-doubts and inner anxieties. Psychiatrists, contrary to what Hollywood says, don’t engage in therapy- that’s for psychologists, a third distinct field- and certainly not in psychoanalysis, which, popular as it once was decades ago, is now considered pretty much a useless joke by actual psychiatrists and psychologists.

Could be another academic fraud case. I’m sure no one ever seriously looked into her past due to diversity interests and fears of being called racist. A race-hustler can go very far just making up credentials that whitey never checks.

Take Elie Mystal, a black legal commentor (big fat black guy with bad hair). He never passed the bar. Any bar, anywhere. He did go to law school and graduate, but he either never took the bar exam or else (most likely) failed it and then gave up.

And yet he had a plum position at Above the Law (legal news/gossip website) and now does the cable TV circuit as a pundit.

More than a few people have noted over the years that he has never given proof he passed the bar. Then people looked up the states where he supposedly practiced and couldn’t find his name on any of the licensed lawyer rolls. Mystal, however, has nimbly skirted being outed by claiming he’s “answered these charges before” (a lie: he never has) and that he “practiced law” . As to the second part, if a law student or a person waiting for bar exam results works under a licensed lawyer doing legal work, its considered “practicing law” and is ok for legal purposes, but obviously its a temporary thing.

So Mystal has never been a lawyer, and only worked under the auspices of another lawyer while awaiting bar exam results that he failed and then gave up trying.

But he gets away with it. Because diversity & fears of racism charges.

I would bet this woman has the some kind of holes in her resume. She’s far too loud and hating whitey, which implies an overconfidence that usually comes from a false bravado to keep others from peering too closely.

Perhaps this was best illustrated by Idi Amin’s summary expulsion of the subcon population of Uganda in the early 1970s.

Hatred of whites is incentivized in today’s America, it’s a good quick and dirty way of identifying yourself with the ‘good’ people – lots of kudos and no come back.

    ‘BIPOC’ ?

Whatever happened to ‘Kapoc’ ? the word – and the substance – used to be bandied around all over the place in the 1970s. I believe it was some sort of natural fiber, derived from a tree, possibly the seed casings of the tree, and it was used in ‘stuffing’ cushions and other allied functions.
Strangely, it seems to have disappeared altogether – by superseding from artificial fibers or damage to kapoc plantations, I do not know, but the word is an evocative ‘blast from the past’.

It’s time we go back to separating the sexes, let them have their own language with 99 ways to describe makeup application while we cintinue to call our black friends ni**ers (without the fuc*in asteriks) and our jew friends k*kes.

Women have their place in our squabbles. They can diffuse potentially violent situations between their menfolk when such language is misused to the point that it can spill out into violence (or when little boys use it on each other as a taunt) but otherwise they need to be slapped down – figuratively – as soon as they get so uppity as to tell us how to talk.

the hatred for the ‘Britishers’ is deeper there than anywhere else and seems to bleed out to all white Westerners.

Yes, because South Asians were humiliated by their obvious technical and organizational inferiority relative to the Britishers, and they still haven’t got over it. A small island nation thousands of miles away was able to gain control of the entire subcontinent mostly through being more clever and adeptly playing off the South Asian internal weaknesses. At least the Moghuls had to slaughter hundreds of thousands when they conquered India. The British basically held up a mirror to South Asians and showed them how ugly and backward so much of their society is, and they will never forgive the British for it.

The PRC govermment tries to cultivate a similar sense of humiliation and grievance among Chinese but it doesn’t really take because China was never really colonized and Chinese have a much stronger sense of self-worth than South Asians. Chinese society has flaws, but they don’t burn widows, wallow in shit or maintain an archaic caste system. Doesn’t hurt that China is playing on our level these days and India/Pakistan/Bangladesh very much are not.

Here’s a few of his greatest hits from Wikipedia:

On August 20, 2016, Nance told MSNBC viewers that Green Party’s presidential nominee Jill Stein “has a show on Russia Today.”[21] Glenn Greenwald later wrote: “there is no disputing the fact that Nance’s statement was a falsehood, a fabrication, a lie. Stein did not have a show on RT, nor did she ever host a show on RT.”[22] Nance also accused Greenwald of being “an agent of Moscow” and “deep in the Kremlin pocket.” He also stated that Greenwald “helped Snowden defect” and “reports into [his] masters in Moscow.” Greenwald accused Nance of lying.[22]

On March 22, 2019, hours before Attorney General William Barr’s controversial letter about the Mueller Report on the 2016 Trump campaign and its connections to Russia was released, Nance said the report could reveal treason exceeding that of Benedict Arnold

According to the Washington Times, April 17th, (2017) Nance came under scrutiny for writing on his Twitter “This is my nominee for first ISIS Suicide bombing of a Trump property”, linking to an image of Trump Tower. Mr. Nance has since deleted the tweet but has yet to apologize.[35] Various right-wing websites have misleadingly reported on the tweet as inciting terrorism, in spite of Nance’s military career and expertise in counter-terrorism.[36]

Nance once suggested on-air that Trump was compromised by Russia as early as 1977, and also claimed Russia had successfully waged a disinformation campaign to the point the U.S. would “welcome an invasion.”

That would be even more so in the United States where a lot of sugar is added to bread, so there is a lot to be said for eating rice or plantains instead.

American style Christian religion is particularly geared at assuaging guilt by means of the doctrine of atonement.

Although I had a Christian upbringing, my denomination only paid lip service to the doctrine of the atonement, but basically it goes like this.

In earlier times of human development human sacrifice was used to propitiate the gods for human sinful behavior. In Old Testament times there was a great step forward when animals replaced human sacrifice (and provided free meat for the priesthood!)

St. Paul took it even further, and said that since Jesus was the son of God, he was a human sacrifice that was so great that it paid for all the sins of the human race past, present, and future and that by meditating on that sacrifice believers could obtain forgiveness.

In Chaucer’s time one of the biggest religious scams was the profession of licensed Pardoners who had the franchise from Rome to sell pardons to wealthy people. In the prologue to the Canterbury tales, Chaucer outlined so how some of the scams worked.

Although Catholics still have confession as a way of exonerating guilt, Anglicans believe that drinking the wine and eating the bread at Communion is a way of participating in this sacrifice without having to get into the nasty details, but American Evangelicals put most of the emphasis on just believing and making financial contributions to the church which qualifies you as “saved” and therefore home free to continue whatever you are doing in present life, with the assurance of even better things to come in the future life.

Psychoanalysts, I don’t know what products they offer for alleviation of guilt. Does anybody really still get psychoanalysis? I thought that went out by the end of the 1950s? Who could AFFORD it?

We could sure use a modern Chaucer to write about psychoanalysts, wokeists, transgenders, race realists, antivaxxers, and the rest of the Motley crew that are part of today’s spiritual pilgrimage.

She’s in the same category as Bret Weinstein, another leftist, anti-White Jew who was shocked when his pets turned on him and is now making the circuit of Conservative, Inc. along with other gatekeepers like little Bennie Shapiro and grifter ‘conservative’ subcons.

White people need to learn that ‘the enemy of my enemy” is NOT my friend. The Han certainly aren’t concerned with White people having a future. The subcons who marry Whites and agonize over their miscegenated children having ‘White privilege’ actually hate and envy Whites. Whites have no one to depend on and no one who cares about their future other than other White people – and a minority of them, at that. And then all of Sailer’s readers who consider themselves high-minded and edgy claim that’s because there are ‘self-hating Whites.’ In reality, they don’t hate themselves in any way – they actually think they are superior and have exceptionally high self esteem, because they’re ‘good’ people. The only people they hate are YOU and other badWhites.

Everyone here finds this all hysterically funny or wryly amusing as all of the language and culture is focused on eliminating White people, cheered on by the non-White media and all controlled by the POX who front for the globohomo moneymen. We’re discussing Khilanani because Yale invited her to speak at Grand Rounds. That institution is successfully practicing Motte-and-Bailey.

Yale’s leadership selected Khilanani to speak. Not as “Sunlight is the best disinfectant, but as another way to align the medical center with the concerns of the BIPOC Community.

Yale’s bailey was, “We stand with you.” Once Weiss hit Publish, leadership retreats to the motte. “She was only one of many professionals invited to air their own views, and besides, Free Speech.”

So who, exactly, are these leading decision-makers? What did they say and write before Dr./Ms. Khilanani started enjoying her 15 minutes of twitter fame?

A Haitian woman once said to me that she had noticed that people who ate bread always became fat.

Have you ever seen a picture of a “breadline” in the Great Depression? This was a form of food relief where they would hand out loaves of bread to hungry people who had lost their jobs, just bread. Nobody standing in line was fat. The historical diet for large parts of Northern Europe (including the UK) consisted mainly of bread, maybe with a bit of cheese or butter but people were getting the majority of their calories from bread (and beer – bread in liquid form) and nobody was fat.

Being fat depends on eating more calories than your body consumes. The excess gets stored away for a rainy day. If you don’t eat an excess your diet can include bread or even BE bread. But we are surrounded by so much food that it’s very easy to eat an excess of it.

One of the easiest ways of “dieting” is just to arbitrarily cut out some category of food (“carbs”, bread, etc.) . If you then keep eating the same quantity of other categories, you’ll automatically lose weight (or stop gaining) because your overall consumption of calories has gone down.

Otherwise, why would the conversation continue?

Psychoanalysis is not some touchy-feely progressive self help process. It allows most people to develop abstract thinking and introspection by helping them to identify the blockages. All of what you say is true Jack, but it relates to historic times when food was expensive and people literally could not afford to eat.

There is an interesting passage in the George Orwell novel Coming Up For Air in which he describes a small business gradually failing until the owner starves to death. I am not totally convinced that Orwell got this right, and it could be based on some memory from his youth, but I suspect that today the person would have been diagnosed with some kind of digestive disorder.

However, the concept of people literally starving to death is or was perceived as reality in the time of my grandparents, or even in the youth of my parents. My mother described children going to school barefoot in her village in England circa 1930, and I had no reason to disbelieve her, though I hardly think this could have been possible all the year round. Maybe it was just a notorious incident that was fixed in her memory.

I think that the Haitian woman’s observation was interesting because it came out of nowhere. It could be true that those who ate bread were more affluent and also ate butter and jam, but there were certainly obese women around who seemed to feed mostly on rice and plantains.

(The remark was made in the Dominican Republic by someone who had never been to the United States.)

Anyway in modern America supermarket bread is nearly always sold containing excessive sugar, so heavy consumers of bread could be at greater risk of obesity. I imagine that the bread handed out to people during the great Depression was not modern supermarket bread.

Obesity was never a problem until very recent decades. Growing up in England in the 1950s, I don’t remember seeing ANY fat children among my peers at school. As a university student around 1970, I don’t remember seeing ANY fat students, as they would certainly have stood out.

So, yeah, it is not bread per se that is fattening, but I would not be surprised if people who are used to rice as their main carbohydrate ingredient switch to factory bread, they might pile on the pounds. They would do better sticking to the kind of “unleavened bread” that Jesus and his pals ate that we usually call pita bread today.

I know nada about Pakistani military marksmanship. Pakistani intelligence, particularly the ISI which straddles the line between military and civilian, has been an effective weapon in the arsenals of CIA and MI6. The Pakistanis do a lot of dirty work for the Americans and British. Case in point: ISI agent Imran Awan who ran a DC-based network composed of his family members for Nancy Pelosi. Both Imran and his brother were employed by the DNC to service the online activity of Democratic House members that proved to be a gateway to cyber-spying on all of Congress. The Awan network, which owned used car dealerships and other businesses in Virginia and Maryland, was also weaponized against Trump. Nancy Pelosi, clearly in decline the past couple of years, learned how to operate a spy network from her father, a Maryland congressman/OSS liaison to Italian gangsters.

It was very typical in many places in the US (especially in the South) for children to go barefoot in the summer – Jimmy Carter talks about being barefoot in his childhood. If you go to the Pennsylvania Amish country today, you will still see barefoot children. From a historical and global perspective, in warm seasons or places, being barefoot was “normal” and wearing shoes was the unusual custom.

Rice and plantains are just as starchy (perhaps even more) than bread so there is no inherent advantage to eating one vs. the other. One of the “secrets” of not being fat is to eat a boring, unvaried diet consisting largely of the same foods at every meal.

Yes the Monotony Diet was widely implemented in the post World War II England of the 1950s.

I think it would be fair to say that I had potatoes every single day of my life up to the age of 30, except for when on vacation overseas.

We had potatoes boiled, mashed, roasted, baked in the jacket in the oven or the embers of a bonfire, and of course fried in the form of chips. But it was always potatoes, or spuds as we called them. With every meal.

Boiled cabbage was also used as part of the diet, the pervasive smell of boiling cabbage or Brussels sprouts having a very useful effect in reducing the appetite, but green peas were the most common vegetable, along with boiled carrots and boiled swede.

The most popular beverage was tap water, but people often had a cup of tea after a meal.

There was a drama of the time by a playwright called Arnold Wesker called “Chips With Everything.”

I’m a food label reader. An everything label reader. Did you know dishwashing detergent is the same thing as the most expensive shampoos?

White bread, from the cheapest generic to $7.00 dollar a loaf artisanal sourdough bread usually doesn’t have sugar. Any ingredient ends with ose that’s sugar. It’s the healthy whole wheat and grain type bread that’s loaded with ose ingredients. Partly it’s molasses to darken the color as plain whole wheat flour isn’t very dark more an ecru color.

Some of that seeds and grains expensive health bread is delicious. Just plain not even butter. But it tastes delicious because it’s loaded with sugar. Read the labels next time. Plain old cheap white vread is about 90 calories apiece. Plain old cheap whole wheat about 120 calories

Some of the healthy organic food fetisher seeds and grains bread is 200 or more calories a slice. Plus, a lot of that food fetisher snob expensive bread is sliced much thicker that plain old cheaper brands of white bread. I haven’t read labels of rye bread lately. But all whole-wheat whole grain bread is loaded with sugar.

    Read The Labels

The major ingredient is listed first, then in declining order. Lots of salad dressing and barbecue asian sauces are sugar the first ingredient. All canned frozen and dried soups are loaded with sugar now days . I like tomato soup. Cooked from a dry packet one day. It was so nasty impossible to gag down. Checked the label. Main ingredient in tomato soup was sugar, the main ingredient before tomato paste.

Lots of those dry noodle and rice mixes and frozen dinners with a sauce have lots of sugar in them. Which makes them taste weird. Canned baked beans might as well be eating that Japanese desert of beans boiled in sugar water. Bought a rack of cooked ribs in a packet. I heated up half and started to eat it. The so called barbecue sauce tasted like pancake syrup. Again, I couldn’t eat it because of the weird sugar taste.. I love candy ice cream and some pastries. But ribs soaked in pancake syrup ugh.

Standard recipe for mayonnaise is egg yolk, oil salt a bit of vinegar or lemon juice. But some brands of mayonnaise have sugar in them now. Which makes it taste nasty.

I’m a label reader. I’ve noticed lately that there’s a lot of plant based protein packages of frozen meatballs, frozen dinners, canned chili spaghetti sauce etc.

I don’t believe there’s one brand of salad dressing or soup not loaded with sugar available. Including the most pretentious organic health food fetisher stores.

How to avoid sugar Eat plain tasteless white bread make your own salad dressing and sauces. Stop eating soup unless you make your own. Don’t buy frozen vegetables in a sauce. Eat plain or make your own sauce. Don’t buy those boxed rice and noodle mixes.

And read labels. Once you’ve found brands that aren’t loaded with sugar, stick to them. Frozen and canned vegetables are the only boxed and canned foods you should buy.

If you don’t feel like cooking, eat a big bowl of ice cream till you’re full. Half the calories of an asian or Mexican take out dinner , 2,000 calories of rice noodles beans tortillas or egg roll wrappers and a couple ounces of meat scraps contrast to 800 , 1,000 calories of ice cream. Or drink some beer. It’s lower in calories than the usual Asian or Mexican dinner and fills you up.

Or don’t eat dinner at all. Do something else.

Read The Labels And remember, most organic free range plant based expensive health food isn’t healthy it’s just fattening.,

Salad dressing in the bottom of the bowl oil of any kind vinegar or lemon juice salt. That’s it. Add pepper blob of Dijon squish of garlic if you want.

Barbecue teriyaki other sauces, read a recipe and cut the sugar by 2/3.

Feed your kids cookies brownies or cake for breakfast. Less sugar than most cereals. Just kidding.

    Read every label twice.

Me thinks that the psychiatrist needs a psychiatrist. Sounds unhinged.

It would seem so at first glance, wouldn’t it? Yet she seems reasonably coherent despite the blind hatred, and she made it through medical school and residency somehow. Perhaps more relevant is that she’s practicing a profession that is very dependent on specific credentials — yet she doesn’t seem worried at all that the “White supreemist” system will retaliate for her openly-expressed murderous hatred. Rather the contrary, if anything. Is she really insane, or is her confidence justified? is she simply responding to incentives?

Let’s take a look at this incident from the standpoint of so-called “critical race theory” — how would the hegemonic racial ideology of the current year attempt to explain it? . The standard CRT take on Asian*/ White/ Black interactions in America is that so-called “White supreemism” uses the “model minority” myth to to pit Asians and Blacks against each other; that by exhibiting “anti-blackness” Asians can become “White adjacent,” gaining status relative to other POCs, while continuing to support the White supreemist cisgoynormative patriarchy and so forth. It’s… rather difficult to reconcile that hypothesis with episodes like this one, where a South Asian female is clearly rewarded for spewing virulent, unreasoning anti-White hatred at a talk sponsored by an major narrative-forming institution that is supposedly a bastion of “White supreemism” [Yale].

So clearly there’s — at a minimum — some important element missing from their model. Let’s take a closer look at the underpinnings of this ideology. Many people believe that CRT is simply malign and crazy– some form of randomly-generated chaotic evil resulting from general civilizational decline and excessive levels of toxic diversity. It’s not. It’s a specifically-semitic movement which seeks to stigmatize, marginalize, and ultimately eradicate white goyim.

In analyzing semitic intellectual movements, it’s important to keep in mind that many, if not most, ideologies stemming from toxic semitism incorporate large elements of projection into their view of the hated goy “Other” — and CRT is no exception. With that insight in mind, scholars have recently come up with a newer, more progressive model which appears to have much greater explanatory power when examining relationships between the various peoples currently residing in the North American economic zone. Let’s take a look at this recent anti-White hate crime through the lens of Critical Tribe Theory, to see if we can generate a hypothesis that explains more about real-world interactions between racial/ ethnic groups in American than the clearly-counterfactual construct of CRT. Perhaps that might assist us in becoming more educated, and more tolerant in our view of the world and its peoples. The Critical Tribe Theory perspective on this incident is as follows:

It’s a well-known fact that systemic semitism uses the myth of so-called “White supreemism” to pit Asian and White goyim against each other. One of the most effective ways for Asians to advance relative to Whites (and other goyim) within the semitic supremacist system is to publicly express anti-White hatred. This behavior signals their support for the structures of systemic semitism and their willingness to become “jew adjacent.”

Huh. CTT seems to do a much better job of describing reality than the long-discredited canards of CRT. Let’s do a little more research into the background of this horrific hate crime: is the institution where it occurred — Yale University — a “White supreeemist” institution by any chance, or is it more of a semitic supremacist one? Well, who runs the place? Who is the president of Yale?

Oy vey! Doesn’t really look like a White supreemist… and nope, he isn’t.

And who is promoting this “Look, White goyim, this Paki hates you! You should hate her back!” message? Uh, that would be (((Bari Weiss))) [and jew-adjacent Katie Herzog].

And as even Steve is forced to admit, Khilanani’s virulent, unreasoning anti-White hatred is not only directly derived from systemic semitism, expressed at a Tribe-controlled institution, and promoted by fanatical Israel Firster/ semitic supremacist Bari Weiss, but even the specific canard that Khilanani spews about White goy women and bread is taken from a hate-filled rant by notorious tribalist Seth Rogen. Rogen, of course, is not only virulently anti-White, but a known rapist]

The science is clear. Critical Tribe Theory wins.

Perhaps we should examine the Sarah Jeong episode from a couple of years ago in the same way. Remember, Jeong was was hired by the Sulzberger Blog despite [or because of?] her known history of incontinently spewing virulent, unreasoning anti-White hatred across the interwebz. Who controls the NYT again? Oh yeah. Not White supreemists, that’s for sure. As a somewhat crass — but accurate — explanation for her behavior expressed it at the time…

And which group supported her sentiments again? And Candace Owens discovered which analogies are permissible and which are not when commenting on anti-White hatred — a result that is quite consistent with the predictions of CTT.
Yeah, but at least Jeong’s professed hatred for the White goyim was sincere, and it was just a coincidence that she “just happened” to publicly and enthusiastically express sentiments which signaled her submission to the structures of semitic supremacism, right? Uh, no.

Critical Tribe Theory wins yet again.

*Indians and Pakistanis are lumped in with East Asians/ Orientals in the current year narrative — even though that makes zero sense in racial terms.

No amount of make up hides huge crooked noses fat shapeless blobby lips faces too long and narrow or too short and wide big buck teeth and true ugliness.

Try and find a picture of Oprah Winfrey when she was Miss Black Teen of whatever town. She was the only contestant btw. Anyway, in that picture at 17 or 18 she had a very short square bulldog type jaw. Uuugly Look at her now. She’s obviously had a titanium implant to give her a nice pointed chin and a longer better proportioned face than her original bull dog face. Too short and square.

Or Chelsea Clinton as a hideous teen to an average 4 out of ten after years of plastic surgery.

You’re thinking of pictures and films of actresses and models. It’s even more lighting camera angles and air brushing than make up that makes them look good in pictures and on film.

Some people photograph a lot better than others. It’s more than a skillful photographer and light expert. It’s more than learning to pose. It just is.

Non-whites support anti-white leftism because it is a means of taking social and economic power away from white people and giving it to their own tribe. Consider those “left” issues where there is no obvious selfish benefit to be had. For example, very few non-whites participate in protests about the environment,

During this period of time the daily free ration of 1/3 of a pint of milk in an individual glass bottle for all school children was initiated. It was eventually discontinued in the late sixties or early 70s by a Conservative minister of education whose name was Margaret Milk Snatcher Thatcher.

A lot of girls have been burned by charming&handsome guys who say what’s necessary to get her into bed, but don’t call her the next day. Girls want to be the jewel in the cap, not a side course at the local sexual buffet.

This song summarizes the situation well. This is what a deregulated sexual market looks like.

A bunch of dumb&horny girls being manipulated by sexually predatory men. Then these women go on to become jaded about men. Not the sort of women who make good wives.

In the case of this woman, she’s aware that her “ethnic” appearance is her main obstacle to getting serious with one of the good-looking, popular guys (most of whom are White).

I remember that whiny bitch article he wrote, and I lol’d.

    Why?

Because that’s all black people do on juries anyway! Defendant blacks love getting at least one black on a jury, its the best way to a hung jury/acquittal. Mystal was so stupid he thought he was advocating something revolutionary and bold instead of something that had happened as long as blacks served on juries.

Truth is most blacks ignore jury summons if they ever get one; you have to do things like pay taxes and register to vote (under your own name) and get a driver’s license to get called, which blacks avoid, because its responsible. Plus even when they do get called they always weasel off if they can help it.

And, of course, the low percentage in any community v. non-blacks makes sure that you’ll rarely get a majority-black jury. Mystal, like most blacks, simply does not understand how few of them they are in comparison to non-blacks.

And few backs read Above the Law or watch MSNBC, these were outlets for self-hating lefty whites.

Bottom line: Mystal is a joke, and his article was a joke as well.

Typically they’re doing this more out of a desire to conform to the structures of systemic semitism than out of any genuine, deeply-felt racial hatred. In a way, it’s actually a marker of assimilation to “American” culture in the current year, so it’s not as surprising as it might at first appear that the most vocal Asian female advocates of anti-Whiteness would be the most likely to end up with [self-hating] White husbands. [Note that Khilanani’s forehead is entirely bindi-free]. First generation Asians in America aren’t nearly as likely to master the technique of tactical pandering to semitic supremacism via expressed anti-Whiteness. Your question mostly speculative — but I’ll bet we can find some relevant data if enough sperg energy is applied.

It appears that — as other people in the thread have pointed out — her surname is a Hindu one, even though her parents are from Pakistan, so it would be reasonable to lump her in with Indians statistically. My impression is that Hindu women in the US are more endogamous than most East Asians are, but what do the data say?

    http://www.asian-nation.org/interracial2.shtml#sthash.aoINKzdU.dpbs

[From ACS] For Indian women born and raised in the US [right column], looks like an overall outmarriage rate of 48% overall — 38% to White men. I would guess higher in her case, given her evidence of extreme acculturation, making your 50-75%, except that she:
    1. Did a fellowship in forensic psychiatry [i.e. chose to work with criminals]
    2. Has a practice in Harlem

So there’s a strong possibility of a “bad boy” fetish/ jungle fever, suggesting that her chance of ending up with with a Negro is considerably higher than the overall average of 2.8% for Hindu women in America. Her close association with Black culture may also help to explain why she made such a specific threat, rather than sticking with more generalized expressions of anti-White hatred.

Incidentally, Indian women’s 38% chance of marrying a White man is the lowest for any group of Asian women raised in America. For Korean women, 58% marry White, with only 24% marrying Korean men, and another 10% marrying other Asians. You hear a lot about “yellow fever” — that’s some serious “white fever.”

The Jewish strategy of using non-whites as a weapon against whites seems to have originated with leading marxist theorist Karl Kautsky.

    https://www.newworldencyclopedia.org/entry/Karl_Kautsky

He wrote a book in 1901 arguing that the white working class were part of the oppressor class and that non-whites in the third world were the real proletariat that Jewish marxists should be organizing. Kautsy was funded by a very wealthy Jewish capitalist, Karl Höchberg.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labor_aristocracy

This theory was hugely influential among Jewish leftist intellectuals and Jews in general. Prior to this book, marxists nominally supported white supremacy. Marx made white supremacist statements, as did Lenin in the 1890’s. In the 1800’s, Jews had very little to do with the often anti-white abolitionist movement. Some American Jews in the late 1800’s were leaders of movements to oppose non-white immigration and to support the segregation of blacks.

In the years after 1901, we see a rapid rise of the current Jewish strategy of using non-whites against whites, most notably in the heavy Jewish involvement in the formation of the anti-white NAACP, which right from the beginning, was largely concerned with helping blacks who murdered whites to escape punishment. Prior to this, Jewish ethnic activism generally took the form of demands for “tolerance” of Jews and pushing “cultural pluralism” to undermine white cultures.

Here is some more reading on Kautsky and his strongly held Jewish identity:

    https://www.marxists.org/archive/kautsky/1904/04/jewish.htm

  257. Yup, everyone is talking about it. It’s a perfect story for the iSteve blog, but since everyone is already talking about it, well, that takes some of the wind out of the sails.

When someone pointed out elsewhere that she is probably of high-caste South Asian heritage, I recalled the iSteve article on Suketu Mehta. Yup, sounds about right.

A note on one passage in the interview.
Herzog: What lie specifically are you talking about?
Khilanani: One lie would be that any time white people say they discovered something. Any time they steal something they use the word “discovery.”
Herzog: You mean like food? Culture?
Khilanani: This country. That’s part of the rhetoric — “We discovered a country.” You haven’t discovered shit! But this idea is everywhere. Look at food bloggers who are like, “I invented something new,” and you’re like, “Oh so you added flaky salt. You added a twig of parsley.” Everything else is stolen.

    That’s a combination of
    (a) “a dig at upscale liberal white women” as iSteve says above, and
    (b) something observed by Joseph Sobran in his April 1997 newsletter. You know that famous block quote from “Why They Hate Us.” Most recently seen in the iSteve post
    https://www.unz.com/isteve/what-do-you-like-about-being-white/

(By the way, can anyone link to a scan of the entire 1997 article? Or post it? Who has a paper copy?)

Khilanani hates whites because the modern world (up until now at least) is based on a template that comes straight from Western Europe and “the English Speaking Peoples” (Churchill’s title). That is Why They Hate Us.

But why did the Yale lecture committee welcome her Hate, and why did the academic audience respond favorably to it? Presumably the makeup of the committee and audience is more Anglo/Euro/Ashkenazi than it is South Asian. Why do “We” Hate “Us”? Surely an oikophobic (Scruton’s word) society cannot last.

Presumably Dr. Khilanan is a respected expert in her field if she was chosen as a guest lecturer for Grand Rounds at Yale School of Medicine’s Child Study Center. It appears from her web page that Dr. Khilanani is subspecialty trained in forensic psychiatry, and has considerable expertise in Freudian psychoanalysis as well — didn’t know people still studied that.

Anyway, where else has she given presentations? According to her website, a couple of times at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Harlem, once at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell,
once at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Those are affiliated with other Ivies — Cornell and Columbia medical schools. Also once at Kirby Forensic Psychiatric Center — where they keep the seriously wacko inmates in NYC, which is her subspecialty, and once at… huh, what’s this? Temple Shaaray Tefila.

Must be some Hindu thing, right?

Here’s the game Western Elites have played for a century at least and probably one way or another for a lot longer than that:

They deracinate themselves and re-racinate everyone else (aka noble savage) which leaves those elites uniquely neutral and thus the perfect arbiters (i.e. rulers) for everyone else. “Whiteness” was originally a way for the rest of the world to get even by re-racinating those elites to even the playing field.

Being elites in the years since the whiteness game arose they’ve figured out how to deftly deflect it onto their own (sic) people in order to keep themselves living in the style to which they’d become accustomed and there have been enough people whose interests have aligned with that deflection (or too dull-witted to effectively combat it) that they’ve been able to effectively maintain it.

The true anti-white frustration isn’t with white accomplishment per se it’s with illegitimate authority divorced from any accomplishment at all to the point it now seems allergic to it.

Most White bread especially sourdough doesn’t contain sugar. And if you read labels you note that white bread has lower calories than whole grain healthy bread. Read the labels and remember if it ends with ose it’s sugar. Read the labels for the calorie count. And you can’t even find real sourdough where you live. Diabetic ice cream is terrible. All grains legumes dairy and vegetables are glucose by the time they get into your blood stream. Cane sugar beet maple sugar honey sugar corn sugar whatever it is it all becomes glucose by the time it’s digested.

So 800 calories of milk sugar and cream. 200 calories of meat scraps and 1,800 calories of rice noodles beans tortillas egg rolls that all digest to glucose an asian or Mexican meal is still about 60 percent more fat and glucose than 800 calories of ice cream. Wine beer all alcohol is carbs and glucose by the time it’s digested.

Read the labels on white and whole-wheat whole grain healthy bread . White bread has fewer calories and less or no sugar. Check the calorie count on 8 ounces of ice cream and a dinner size serving of any Asian or Hispanic meal. Unless it’s meat, fish or eggs, it’s all glucose by the time it’s digested.

Beets in soup? Half the sugar consumed in the world is made of beets. Beets have more sugar than most fruit. Sugar having been bred out of most fruit in the interests of longevity Beet sugar is sugar and there are sugar beet farms all over Europe and America.

As I understand it, the excessive stress that refined sugar places upon human physiology is due to the lack of any such delaying/ otherwise mitigating factors. Sugar, stripped of any fibrous or other accompanying components, hits the bloodstream directly with an insulin shock.

III) Legumes (most, at least) are much lower in carbohydrates than grains. Similarly, “vegetables” cannot be lumped together as a single category. Root vegetables are high in starch (potatoes) or sugar (beets, carrots). Most other vegetables, however, are relatively low-carb.

In me, sugars and starches (e.g., pizza) set off a hunger reflex that demands even more of that good stuff NOW. But other people, it’s different. The Duke of Wellington discovered rice when serving in India and largely subsisted on it, remaining alarmingly skinny (Paul Johnson compares Wellington and Andy Jackson) for the rest of his life.

Yah yah yah, I believe the lying nutritionists call them complex carbohydrates. And if you eat whole-wheat noodles and tortillas and 200 a calorie a slice whole grain bread instead of 90 calorie a slice white bread flour noodles and tortillas you’ll lose weight.

No matter how long it takes, whole grain complex carbs turn into glucose as soon as they’re digested.

I well remember the nutritionists lies of the last 50 years and how to stay thin and lose weight.

Eliminate fat and always buy low fat muffins and pastry.

Noodles potatoes plantains beans and bread, particularly whole grain bread pita bread tortillas and any kind of ethnic cuisine bread isn’t fattening especially if it’s whole grain

Eat salads in restaurants especially pasta salad and if it’s just lettuce and vegetables pour in the 200 calorie a tablespoon gunk salad dressing.

Become a vegetarian beans and noodles aren’t fattening at all.

And in the last 50 years everyone who followed the nutritionist expert advice got fat. Glucose is glucose by the time it’s digested.

Whether it comes from brown rice or white rice, Whole Foods potatoes or Walmart potatoes, health food store lentils or sweet canned baked beans, 90 calorie a slice boring white bread or delicious whole grain 200 calorie a slice bread, cane sugar beet sugar corn syrup or health food honey or some health food natural sweetener syrup.

The big switch to healthy complex carbs just happened to coincide with a period of stagnation wages. High inflation and millions and millions of baby boomers growing up into a job market that had few jobs for them.

Did you ever see that government food pyramid basically a big pile of carbs?

Read the labels on those alleged diet candy bars. I don’t mean diabetes candy bars, just candy bars that are supposedly low fat and not fattening. Same number of calories as regular candy bars. Or perhaps 220 instead of 235 calories.

I’m truly sorry to be rude. But American nutritional experts are as just plain wrong as Fraudian psychiatry, the benefits of school bussing, and transgenders in the military.

I’ve generally found that whatever the government tells you, the opposite is true.

    Just had a little earthquake.

Wellington biographers claim the reason he lived on rice and tea in India was for health reasons. India was a death trap. Food easily spoils in the heat and humidity and Indians didn’t observe modern health department sanitation practices. Wellington drank very little alcohol in India because he believed that alcohol was partly responsible for the high death rate. Rice is boiled which kills a lot of germs and it’s easier to detect and taste nasty things in it.

Some lucky souls are just built like that.

Spice and starch just makes you hungrier. Pepper vinegar soy sauce spicy things supposedly stimulate the taste buds. Plain noodles potatoes and rice are so boring. But add spice and sauce and I can eat a whole pot of them. Just reading labels for sugar content helps. At least eat your sugar in ice cream instead of salad dressing barbecue sauce mayonnaise, soup and those boxed noodle and rice mixes.

Residency programs contact your medical school to make sure you actually graduated. State licensing boards and professional certification boards contact your medical school to verify that you graduated and contact your residency program to verify that you graduated. (You have to prove that you graduated from medical school just to register for Step 3 of the USMLE.) Hospital privileging boards do the same thing. Now, if one attended a foreign medical school, the quality of the education may well have been sketchy, and an affirmative action candidate could certainly have been pushed through despite shoddy work. In Russia they sided with peasants against lords.

This is wrong even in terms of the stated intentions of judeobolshevism — that totalitarian ideology claimed to be about saving the goy “proletariat” [urban industrial workers] from the “evil” goy tsar. Peasants were largely irrelevant in ideological terms. The reality, of course, was that judeobolsheviks saw goy peasants as basically human cattle, and didn’t try very hard to hide it. They treated the peasants far worse than any tsar.

You are like the Texas “sharpshooter” who shoots up the side of a barn and THEN paints a bullseye to show you his tight group.

This old canard again, like a broken record.

Kautsky was at one time a prominent Marxist thinker (at a time when Marxism existed completely on paper) but he did not support the Bolshevik revolution and so he fell into obscurity and he is not the forerunner of anything that exists today no matter that his ideas may have some similarity. Kautsky is as relevant to modern Leftist thought as Cathar thought is to the doctrine of the modern Catholic Church.

That is a lie. Kautsky was the third most influential communist intellectual after Marx and Engels at the time. His theory was incredibly influential and inspired Lenin to believe that Russia was ripe for a communist take over, whereas previously, Russia was seen by marxist intellectuals as too underdeveloped to be the first nation to adopt communism.

Shortly after Kautsky’s new theory, Jewish communists in America began aggressively proselytizing to blacks and reflexively taking the black side against whites in any racial dispute. Communism was mainstream among Jews at the time and even many non-communist Jews were heavily influenced by Jewish marxist intellectuals, who were seen by most Jews as activists for Jewish interests. The anti-white thinking of Jewish communists, who were no small portion of Jews in America, clearly spread into the larger Jewish community very quickly.

There is a direct line from Kautsky to the modern anti-white left. His idea became normative in Jewish communist circles, then the larger Jewish community and that has stayed the case since then. The was no retreat from this anti-white idea on the Jewish left, only to have it emerge later from another source, as Jack dishonestly suggests.

Kautsky’s theory was cited by 1960’s era anti-white leftists as their inspiration for rejecting the white working class as allies. Kautsky was the originator of white privilege theory.

I think the government food pyramid thing is bolony and also very difficult to understand.

Unfortunately it has been widely adopted for institutional meals, such as in schools, colleges, hospitals, prisons, and no doubt the military because it sounds “official”.

What I learned when I was young was that there are three kinds of foods–fats, proteins and carbohydrates, plus vitamins and minerals–, and that you need a balanced diet with three meals a day, and you should not eat chocolate or candy except after meals.

A portion of meat fish, or eggs (protein) was about 6 oz. For breakfast you needed something sweet and something salty. Main of the day was meat and two veg and one of the veg was always potato.

Tea and tapwater were the principal drinks, but children might also drink milk if available.

The mixture of cuisines of so many different countries in the US has made it difficult for most people to figure out what is normal. Most people would probably be better off if they just had two meals a day, breakfast and an early evening meal.

People are obviously heavily influenced by advertising. For example, although the United States has potable tap water in almost all places, a very significant number of people, I want to say a majority, believe that tap water is unsafe to drink, and that only bottled water is safe.

This is certainly true in many parts of the world, but rarely true in the United States.

However, if you subsisted only on pizza, you’d lose weight. People who limit their diet to only a few items become so skinny because their bodies learn how to draw the maximum amount of nutrients from the few foods and how to expel the maximum amount of waste. So long as the food has the nutrients you need in sufficient quantities, your body will become super-efficient at it.

Variety makes you fat in many cases; you’re sick of pizza, but now you want a steak, and then ice cream, etc. Your body isn’t prepared to the new stuff, and so shoots a lot of the excess off into fat to deal with later. But give it give it a month or so on one type of food and your body will be an expert, e.g. there have been a couple stunts where a guy will only eat Twinkies or some other specific junk food product for a month and nothing else and he’ll be surprised that he doesn’t balloon up but actually loses weight in some cases.

Wellington’s limited diet was really no different than a medieval monk only consuming bread and water or a sailor onboard a ship consuming gruel, bread, and beer, or an enslaved Irishman subsisting on a sack of potatoes and a dollop of butter (the ration the British allowed to Irishmen while the Brits carted off the other produce during The Great Hunger). Or me, when I was a student, I would eat only pasta and ice cream in the same amount each day and I magically got super-thin.

It was Wellington’s limiting of his food to only a few things rather than what he ate that kept that skinny.

What is disappointing about Kautsky is that he missed a chance to contribute creatively to the national question -unlike Austro-Marxists (Renner, Bauer, ..). Kautsky wrote about Jewish proletariat & their identity, but he was too dogmatic a mind to produce anything new or seminal.

It’s also a great irony that the people whom today love the book, endlessly swoon over it and praise it, and watch all its adaptations scrupulously are draw from the same pool of the same folks who promote feminazism, man-hating, and go-girl independence/careerism.

Not all that ironic. Girls are girls. Cognitive dissonance is not necessarily all that uncomfortable to them. They all expect to stick the landing, of course.

Life expectancy in India was around 25 until 1930.
    https://www.statista.com/statistics/1041383/life-expectancy-india-all-time

Since Wellington would be specifically concerned about the death rate for the British (especially soldiers) in India that is the more appropriate metric. This paper quotes an annual death rate for British soldiers in India 1817-21 of 87 per 1000 (Jamaica was 185 and West Africa 362!). Compare those to under 20 in Britain and Canada at that time.
    https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/003591571600901611

This article claims a mortality rate of 30% for employees of the East India Company.
    https://www.history.com/news/east-india-company-england-trade

Sounds like a high death rate to me. Being skeptical of that is not a positive indicator for your judgment IMHO.

As far as the alcohol part, Alden claimed Wellington believed it was partly responsible. Seems odd (the belief) but possible. I’d like to see evidence either way.

Wow. This is one of the most moronic cuck boomer comments ever. The South Asians who own convenience stores and gas stations are wealthy. They live in big houses with multiple BMW’s parked in the driveway. They displaced whites from that economic niche, which hurt white people.

It’s shocking as a younger than boomer white person to read these kinds of anti-white, hate filled comments towards white people from boomers on a paleocon, essentially pro-white blog. All we did was notice that white people are being discriminated against by the government in favor of Asians and we get attacked as if we did something wrong. If you feel that way, you should be not be here. Go with the other anti-white boomers on Free Republic.

What is wrong with so many boomer conservative white men that they think this way? Boomers like Mike1 hate white people as much as any SJW does. Sick. The self righteousness and extreme hostility towards having any sympathy for other white people is so shocking. Can anyone explain what is wrong with these sick, old, anti-white boomer conservatives? Why are they still like this? Why can’t they learn to be pro-white?

Stick to what you learned about food in school and ignore the American nonsense.

Mostly it’s not so hidden advertising. Chicken and fish producers fund fake research that beef and pork are not only fattening but cause heart attacks. Beef and pork producers come back that fish has mercury, and fish farming is bad for the environment and mean to the Fish. Chicken is full of salmonella and the buildings the chickens are raised in are animal cruelty.

Most notorious not so hidden advertising was eggs cause heart attacks. So instead of eating one egg and 2 pieces of thin white bread toast for a 300 calorie breakfast, eat a 600 calories giant sized muffin. American muffins used to be small. After the eggs cause heart attacks eat muffins instead propaganda blast muffins exploded in size, became a lot sweeter and often had cheap fake chocolate chips in them.

That study was done by Quaker Oats. Oatmeal is a major breakfast food in competition with eggs. So the study found that eggs cause heart attacks. Big surprise! Quaker is owned by one of the big companies that produces oatmeal wheat flour rye flour corn meal corn starch all the ingredients for cereal pancake toast bagel muffin non egg breakfasts.

For a long time pediatricians and baby and child experts recommended babies and little kids drink lots of fruit juice. Pure fruit juice no sugar added. But then the kids got fat and lots if tooth decay. And all the ignorant experts suddenly realized that fruit has sugar and fruit juice is full of sugar. So cut down on the fruit juice. Even if you read the label twice and there’s no added sugar.

There’s always an agenda. Health food school lunches. Company B wanting to wrest a school lunch contract from the Company A that has the contract.

Very very high death rate for the Europeans who went to India, Caribbean and other tropical places. And many British Drs recommended cutting down on the alcohol Problem was, the water all over the world was contaminated. In Europe they drank lots of beer and wine: watered down alcohol. Right balance to kill the germs and produce a pleasant buzz. But in India the soldiers and expats apparently really got into gin.

Its actually much simpler than that. All the new “minorities” have seen how well the Jews advance their interests by guilt-mongering the whites. So they want a piece of the action. None of the Indians or Pakistanis overseas would claim manifest destiny in Zambia, or Hong Kong or even South Africa. They know only too well the rickety boats they are riding on.

Alden is always right and the MEN Of UNZ who don’t believe her facts and information because they can’t believe any new information are always wrong.

    @Alden. I beg to differ.

This is complete nonsense. Beetroot (the red stuff) is not the same as the white beet used to make sugar, and in any case the sugar content is only about 20% for sugar beets before refining which is an industrial process, but red beetroot contains no more sugar than carrots or potatoes.

When diabetics have a low blood sugar due to too much insulin or hypoglycaemic medication do they eat beetroot, or drink some orange juice for a quick sugar boost? My case rests.

Communism was mainstream among Jews at the time

About 29,000,000 people cast a ballot in the 1924 presidential election. If 2.5% of those voting are Jews, that amounts to 700,000 odd Jewish voters. The Communist candidate won 39,000 votes in 1924. If they were all Jews, that would mean the Communist candidate won just north of 5% of the Jewish vote. Since only 20% of Foster’s vote haul was from New York, I would tend to doubt his supporters were entirely Jewish.

What the hell did the English do to these people to make them so venomous?

Built a superb administration, stopped many social ills, brought modern civilization, modern medicine, built railways, irrigation canals, postal systems, electrification etc… Gave a huge inferiority complex to the snobby Hindus and Muslims. Muslims held on to the British tailcoat, hid behind Britishers coat to save them from the more numerous Hindus but became hate Whitey the moment they got their Pakistan. Just like how Hindus supported the British at times to get rid of ruthless Muslim rule but later back stabbed the British once Islamic power was permannetly broken by the British.
Many Indians were pro-British Empire once. But thanks to traitors, Socialists/ commies, Jews, libtards, wokes etc… of their era among the British, the trouble maker natives were handed an upper hand who once in power brainwashed the South Asian population to hate British and Whitey in general. To them White Americans or other Western Europeans are all evul like the British.
Some of that hatred spilled over towards the Chinese was well. The hatred Indians have for Western Whites is matched by their hatred for Yellow Chinese. Then later the Hindu fundamentalists came to power via mass support, India became itself again and now that hatred got transferred to Muslims too. The Muslims who too were into hate Whitey business are now screeching and screaming as they get the same treatment from Hindus and Jains. The Chinese who too were into hating Western Whitey and Jap with venom, are screeching and screaming becuz now they get the same venom hate from Indians. People do not like to take their own medicine of hatred they dish out to others. The world id comedy and tragedy.

Check dis out from “The Heart Of India” by Alexander Campbell, Pg 85
“Rich mill-owners and landlords supported Congress Party not because they loved the masses but because they hoped for own selfish purposes to oust British finance-capitalism. This was capitalist contradiction we were entitled to exploit. In this way even Indian capitalists helped to smash the yoke of imperialism. As Palme Dutt has written ”

further from the same book, page 112, we get
“Ferguson, fortified by a couple of after-breakfast brandies, was in a good humor. He lit a cigar, and talked exuberantly about the cotton trade, of which he appeared to know a good deal. “I managed a textile mill at Kanpur, once,” he explained. “It was owned by a Hindu who gave money to Gandhi and who used to make speeches about Robert Owen. The mill made 300 per cent profit every year and the workers were treated worse than pigs.”

Maybe the rice was undercooked. It has to be soft through and through. The water level before boiling should be a “pointing finger digit” height above the rice grain level. Get a pressure cooker, much easier to cook rice that way. Cook until you get at least two whistles. Or best, get a rice cooker, which can be easily found in any East Asian store.

Setting aside the wisdom of relying on any Government Organ, the fact that dietary advice comes from the USDA is a pretty good clue that the primary concern is advocating for the fattening of the farmers (i.e. ADM, Monsanto etc) wallets rather than against the fattening population. DHHS would be the logical source for the latter.
