In my latest Taki’s Magazine column, I point out that while the Theory of Intersectionality is fuzzy on a lot of details, it was made up to give black women more Diversity Pokemon Points than black men or white women.

So we get lectured a lot these days by black women. But one thing you can say about them is that they aren’t that science-minded, which is helping push the zeitgeist in anti-science directions.

To illustrate my point, here’s Alice Walker, the vastly celebrated author of The Color Purple, to make an apt connection: that David Icke, author of the conspiracy theory about how the Queen of England is a shape-shifting reptilian alien, is rather like Malcolm X, with his Dr. Yacub conspiracy theory about genetically engineered blue-eyed devils.

From Alice Walker: The Official Website:

Commentary: Human Race Get Off Your Knees: I couldn’t have put it better myself

I have been dragging along David Icke’s monumental book: Human Race Get Off Your Knees for the last month. … It is a massive book, and requires complete attention. Even so, some of it is hard to grasp. I have felt sorely regretful that my science foundation is so…nil. *

Earlier I wrote that David Icke reminded me of Malcolm X. I was thinking especially of Malcolm’s fearlessness. A fearlessness that made him seem cold, actually, though we know he wasn’t really. All that love of us that kept driving him to improve our lot; often into quite the wrong direction, but I need not go into that. What I was remembering was how he called our oppressors “blue eyed devils.” Now who could that have been? Well, we see them here in David Icke’s book as the descendants of the reptilian race that landed on our sweet planet the moment they could get a glimpse of it through the mist that used to cover it (before there was a moon). No kidding. Deep breath! Yes, before there was a moon! (Oh, I love the moon; can I keep it? Please?). Anyway, there they came, these space beings (we’re space beings too, of course, not to forget that). But they looked…. different than us. And they were.

They wanted gold and they wanted slaves to mine it for them. Now gosh, who does this remind us of? I only am asking. You do the work. Apparently their own planet needed this metal to continue its, apparently, long life. Credo Mutwa, Zulu shaman – and I am on my knees here in gratitude that he held on long enough to tell us about this – calls them the Chitauri, which has become my favorite word of all time (well, of this time that I’m learning all this): my partner and I go around saying Oh, Chitauri, whenever we get a glimpse of one or two of the Chitauri offspring, aka Illuminati bloodline families and their puppets, on the telly. …

It’s an amazing book, HUMAN RACE GET OFF YOUR KNEES, and reading it was the ultimate reading adventure. I felt it was the first time I was able to observe, and mostly imagine and comprehend, the root of the incredible evil that has engulfed our planet. A lot of it is how shall we say: shocking, beyond belief (but not really, if you don’t get too scared), stunning, profound. The deconstruction of language is breathtaking, the interrogation of symbols startling.

Nobody loves the word “interrogation” more than a deconstructionist.

Magical, in a way. I kept going: Oh, so that’s why…. You will too.

The Reptilian space beings whose hybrid (part human, part reptile) descendants make our lives hell in Paradise were blue eyed devils to Malcolm X, the devil himself to my Christian parents, who never talked about eye color,

I’ve noticed that recently the New York Times has been running stories about how genetic testing oppresses black women. Genetics used to be taught mostly in regard to blue eyes and dominant and recessive genes (Punnett square). For example, inheriting wizardry in Harry Potter works exactly like inheriting blue eyes. I think some black women tend to conceive of genetics as a conspiracy to give certain dominant women blue eyes. Blue eyes tend to be a big deal to black lady writers. See, for example, Nobel laureate Toni Morrison’s first novel The Bluest Eye:

Pecola is continually reminded of what an “ugly” girl she is by members of her neighborhood and school community. In an attempt to beautify herself, Pecola wishes for blue eyes – a standard that was perpetuated through the gifting of white, blue-eyed dolls throughout her childhood. … Her insanity at the end of the novel is her only way to escape the world where she cannot be beautiful and to get the blue eyes she desires from the beginning of the novel.

  1. By Chitauri does she mean it as the SJWs do on elite white people, the K-Mac cult do on Jews, others do on the velvet mafia or does she really mean Chitauri? Does it matter?

Apparently the secret to becoming a cultural icon in a degenerating civilization is to have the right combination of stupidity, craziness and smug certainty. It is however a tribute to the robustness of such a civilization that it can still hang on when so many of its leaders and cultural gate guardians are deranged, psychopathic, self-deluded or combinations thereof.

Why no more Barbara Jordans among them?

Barbara Jordan was. Called for 500,000/year immigration cap, end to non-nuclear-family chain migration. Is not known to have mentioned space lizards even once.

    @Redneck farmer

May not have even been dark-skinned. Relative to people from Sweden or Scotland? Sure, but everyone on planet earth is dark relative to the pinkish people. Many Syrians and Lebanese are pretty fair-skinned and in terms of coloring (if not facial features) could fit into South/Central Europe. Look at the Assad family!

  10. When we deplorable whites have finally been sufficiently pastoralized (Sam Francis’s term), the idea is that the elite and bourgeois whites will rule the world with the help of their dusky sidekicks.

    Not going to happen.

The idea that a multicultural proletariat will ever submit for long to rule by a mercantile cast and a cadre of pussyhatters is pretty stupid. Throughout history, it has always taken a warrior caste to rule over another ethnicity. It is perfectly natural for Alice Walker to find the notion of rule by Ivy League bug people creepy and reptilian.

At least there’s some dignity in being ruled by those who put their lives on the line to maintain their supremacy, like Ian Smith. Say what you will about the man, but the locals never lost their respect for him, and nobody called him a reptile.

If the elites have their way and completely disenfranchise badwhites, this is what they are going to face: a mass of black and brown people who see their political and economic rule as completely illegitimate.

Interesting that the Alice Walker takedown on Vox is by one of their non-black, non-Jewish writers. Is that allowed?

The anti-Semitic stuff seems peripheral to me, in light of the shape-shifting lizard stuff, although the Vox article eventually gets around to talking about that too. All-in-all, a pretty good piece.

Looking around at black academia and black intellectuals, there is a sort of Dunning-Kruger variation happening in which if someone uses enough mumbo-jumbo big, impressive words, they think that he is some sort of genius, and many blacks in academia and the sciences do not find it hard to wow other blacks with this technique. It makes you realize how delicate and fragile the hold of modern science and technology is. With just enough affirmative action for minorities and women, you could end up with some sort of weird Wakandaesque magical pseudoscience taking over.

Three times Vox reminds us how 'beloved' is Alice Walker. I thought 'Beloved' was the other one.

Anyway, I reckon a few folks around here could do better than this, along the same lines:

Are Goyim (us) meant to be slaves of Jews, and not only
    That, but to enjoy it?
Are three year old (and a day) girls eligible for marriage and intercourse?
Are young boys fair game for rape?
Must even the best of the Goyim (us, again) be killed?
Pause a moment and think what this could mean
    Or already has meant
    In our own lifetime.

At least David Icke is fun to read. ("Hitler was a Rothschild!" lolz)

Gee, could it be the case that Alice is trolling? I realize older mature women NEVER do that– Women Are Wonderful, after all, it doesn’t occur to them to throw nonsense out there in bad faith; just as with Steve’s theory about fanfic black ladies and horoscope-toting whitechicks, which is rooted in their “lack of science-mindedness,” which imagines instructing them more on “scientific reason,” see– women would never be so manipulative and passive aggressive as to float ideas they know to be batsh*t MERELY to suss out the efferontery threshold and test what they can get away with. Here is Vox's attempt explain to us what ought to think about all of this.

    https://www.vox.com/culture/2018/12/20/18146628/alice-walker-david-icke-anti-semitic-new-york-times

What I think is that in a world full of moonbats, crystalists, astral projectionists, apocalyptics, wiccans, and global hegemonists, there's plenty of stuff out there that we don't have to try to take seriously.

I doubt the black rank-and-file have any interest in what blackademics are up to, and I don't think the natural sciences harbor such people. Neil deGrasse Tyson takes a lot of punishment here for some reason. He speaks in accessible English to PBS audiences, so I don't think he's the example you have in mind. Cornel West is an example, but the blather is of interest to other professors, who pretend he's something other than a producer of blather.

I was once acquainted with an education professor who was a blather machine. Looking at her published work, I don't think it was a scam on her part. Blather production was the substance of her graduate school training, and her understanding of intellectual life was just that confused. She though blather production was the whole point. Prior to going into academe, she'd worked in television news. She complained retrospectively that her air time and assignments were limited by 'racism'. Evidently no one she worked for and no one in the communications program in which she had been enrolled told her she needed elocution lessons. You could make out what she was saying one-to-one, but when her voice was amplified, it was a struggle. She had no business being on the air. She went from one career to another and was incompetent in both. One institution which hired her let her go (if I'm not mistaken). I think she got tenure at another.

The science angle misses the most important aspect of the story. Alice Walker should be lauded for thinking outside the box. Not in the best way, but she’s breaking from taboos and consensus.

Also, Icke’s theory, taken metaphorically, does say something about nature of power in the world.

Better Walker who ponders the question of the Real Hidden Power than Tehenesi Coates who just fits the role of cuddly-radical for gibs from the Power.

Three times Vox reminds us how ‘beloved’ is Alice Walker. I thought ‘Beloved’ was the other one.

(“Hitler was a Rothschild!” lolz)

Toni Morrison’s first novel The Bluest Eye

Lots of attractive white women don't have blue eyes.

Eye color was not what it was about. A diversionary tactic on part of Morrison. Black girls wanted straight hair and pointy noses.

Likewise, Jewish women wanted 'Aryan' noses. It was the noses.

Eye color was never essential to white beauty. It was just an added attraction. Take any white model with blue eyes and change them to brown, and no big difference.

There is a company working on a procedure using a Lasik-like laser but without cornea incision to turn those brown eyes blue without implants or contacts by disrupting the melanocyte brown pigment cells in the iris. It will be the natural blue from Rayleigh scattering, as blue eyes are blue for the same reason the sky is blue, and so have a superior look to contracts.

You are confused. Roberts is not a fan of Icke and the link you posted does not show that. It appears to be Icke sharing a link to a Roberts article. Roberts has no control over who shares links to his articles. If Icke likes a Roberts article that does not make Roberts a fan of Icke.
Walker, on the other hand, is effusive in her praise of Icke.

This sort of stuff filters down, though, to the Blacks who are chosen to be activists, community leaders and elected reps, like the Obamas.

The rank and file Blacks don't have to listen to Cornell West directly. They get the filtered version from their more local leaders. That may be nothing more than "Orange man bad. White man bad. Vote Democrat." by the time it gets to them, but that suffices.

    Replies: @Nicholas Stix

The funny thing is that Cornel West has no ideas of his own. Just after returning in 1985 from five years of studying philosophy in West Germany I saw him on TV, and it was obvious that his blather consisted of translations he’d read of Frankfurt School guru Jürgen Habermas.

Leon Wieseltier read a mess of his books and articles in 1993 and produced a lengthy review. Bottom line per Wieseltier: it was all useless verbiage. The title of the review was quite inflammatory: "The Decline of the Black Intellectual".

Profiles of West make clear one thing: he's been stupidly pampered by the institutions which hired him. Contemplating competing job offers, he once said he picked one institution because it was located in a city with better radio stations. In his last year at Harvard the university president schedules a meeting with him and points out that he's one of 17 faculty members who have been awarded a particular honor (which IIRC included a regular research stipend and an abatement on teaching loads) and can you give me a precis of your current research projects (and no, the rap album you cut is not a research project). His response is to resign from the Harvard faculty in a huff. Princeton's ready for him with open arms. I think there are around 230,000 post-secondary teachers in the arts and humanities in this country; his situation among them is nearly unique.

The Harvard president in question was Larry Summers, who also criticized West for grade inflation--he pretty much gave all of his students As. Apparently the secret to becoming a cultural icon in a degenerating civilization is to have the right combination of stupidity, craziness and smug certainty.
